Excellent location near to Tower bridge. Aldgate tube station and tower hill stations are walkable. District and circle lines from tower hill takes you to all major attractions. Highly secured room. Good but small kitchen with utensils. Room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily.Easy check in and check out process. There is a Tesco right behind the building. Lotsa restaurants, sainsbury and co op are near the building. Walkable distance to Tower hill and tower of london

Positive: It is good value for money, spacious enough for 2 people, and reasonably clean. Above all, the location is really good. It is a 5-minute walk to Tower Hill, a 2-3-minute walk from Aldgate Station/Aldgate East Station, and there is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation that goes directly to Trafalgar Square, St. Paul's, Borough Market, and musical performance halls, so it is easy to go anywhere. I was worried that it would be cold because it was winter, but it was hot instead. Please note! Negative: Cleaning and additional towels are not provided during the stay. On weekdays, a cleaner comes and just empties the trash can. I brought my own towel and washed it, so it wasn't a big problem, but I think it would be good for others to keep in mind. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, but there are no seasonings except sugar. You have to buy them separately or bring them. By the way, there is no laundry detergent. The boiler is next to the bed, so it was a little noisy.

Positive: It was spacious. The TV was big and there was a sofa so I could relax. The station was close by and the location was good. It was convenient as it was about 40 minutes to London City Airport. There was a kitchen and a washing machine so I was able to use my time and money efficiently. There was a TESCO and COOP nearby so it was easy to get ingredients and cook. They cleaned up the kitchen trash every day. I received an email in advance about handing over the key, so it was easy to understand. There were times when the receptionist was not there, but she was there when I needed her, such as when I checked in, and she was kind enough to help me. Negative: It is a slightly old facility (built in the 80s?), so the whole building (corridors, etc.) smelled a little moldy in places. It would be good to write in the description what year it was built. 下にスーパーがある事、もう一つスーパーが近くにある事もよかった。アイロンや洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジなど、まるで家にいるかのように過ごせた事がとても良かった。洗濯機は乾燥までできたので、乾かす必要がなかったためとても助かった。駅からもそんなに遠くなく、いろんなところへ自由に行けた。チェックインの仕方やチェックアウトの仕方など、メールで親切に対応してくれたのでやりやすかった。.

土日のベットメイキングがないことが分からなかった。月曜になった時にベットメイキングが入ってやっと土日はなかったと気づいた。タオルの交換がない。元からないのか最初は分からなかったが、最初からタオルはあるが交換はしませんと書いてあったら助かったかなと思った。 4人で宿泊したが、ダブルベットが２つで、もう一つはソファベッドなのでちょっと硬かったみたい。でも全体的には良かったと言えた。.
