Stayed at the hotel for my quarantine after returning from India. Good hotel. Rooms are a bit small for a family but the help provided by the staff was really remarkable. Anf of course it's covid safe.

We stayed here during quarantine. We found the staff nice and friendly but the food was appalling. No thought given to variety, used only one take away. No plate offered to eat your food on. No cleaning products offered as the rooms were not serviced.

New Hampton hotel, which shows from the beautiful looking lobby area and the rooms. Precautions like plexi-glass at reception and hand sanitisers all in place. The room was surprisingly larger than expected. Big bed with power\USB on each side. Fold out table to work on, huge TV, sliding door to a good bathroom & shower. Very soft towels! Great location for food, car park across the road, ideal for walking to the offices. Some teething issues with new hotel, which reception took on board. Staff were helpful.

A new building with some teething problems. Door handles loose. If staying longer than three days, there's no where to stack your clothes. The room was adjoining, didn't realise until inside. But very nice & helpful staff. Would stay again.

Great hotel! This is how a proper budget hotel should look and feel like. Hampton by Hilton London Ealing looks and feels like much more expensive hotel than it is. The staff is super nice and helpful, the facilities are brand new and solidly made. There are SMEG appliances and 55-inch TV in the room. The bed and mattress are comphy. Towel and bled linen are high quality. I do not hesitate to recommend the hotel for anyone, who does not mind traveling to central London by tube.

The interior of the hotel and rooms were very nice and modern. They were also extremely clean and house everyday items you need; an ironing board with an iron, body lotion, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer and a safe. The staff were amazing and will listen to any problems or about anything you need and will act accordingly to ensure you have the best stay. The experience was great overall. Great location too - it's kinda in the middle of everything in terms of Oxford Street or Edgware road. You also have a couple of restaurants around you with a wide range of halal options and also Ealing broadway (a shopping centre) which is about a ten minute walk from the hotel with clothing stores such as Primark and H&M but there are also shops around like Tesco or Sainsbury if you need to buy necessities from there. Will definitely be coming back soon in the near future.

Due to the pandemic, the hotel opened only last week (instead of March as originally planned). Compared to nearby DoubleTree Hilton, this was a bit cheaper, had a super king size bed, 55+inch TV and breakfast included! It was a no-brainer for me, despite no reviews. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The bed is very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit soft to my liking. The 55-inch Samsung TV allowed screen mirroring with my Samsung phone. So I could watch Netflix on it via my phone! Internet was blazing fast. All the staff were polite and courteous. The bus stop is nearby for a 5-minute ride to Ealing Broadway tube station. There are a number of restaurants nearby and car park is across the road (£14 per day). There is Co-op and Tesco Express nearby, a Morrisons a bit further. All on all, this is an excellent hotel is a very good location at a great price! Highly recommended.

Brand new hotel. They have put alot of effort into the hotel to make it feel more expensive than it is. Better than Holiday Inn. Nicely decorated room with all the modcons. Working well in current conditions.
