b. a.We had originally booked for the King Skylight suite however it came to my attention that this room is situated on the first floor. Having hoped to be higher up, the team offered an upgrade to the One bed King suite for just £50 which I jumped at.
When we got there we were surprised at how modern and lustrous the lounge area was. The pictures alone don’t do it justice! The room was very large and beautifully designed, and well equipped with several amenities including 2 coffee machines and Bluetooth speakers in both rooms. We requested service to the room a couple of times and it was friendly and very quick. Had some trouble sleeping but that’s quite usual for me a new bed.
Overall, would definitely recommend and happily stay here again if opportunity arose. Was a very pleasurable experience!

The room was clean with an utterly comfortable bed. Just a detail, the Aircon was not just quick and precise, it also ran quietly in the background. I agree that breakfast is a let down and is not worth it. It was a mistake booking it, better to eat somewhere else in the neighbourhood.

R. P.Very chic hotel in a great location and excellent service! I stayed here for 13 nights which included a period in isolation, during which the staff were very accommodating with my food and package deliveries all handed to me in my room. Room service is extremely fast as well! Special shoutout to Natasha at the restaurant who was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to every time I ordered in breakfast! The rooms are standard sized with aesthetically pleasing decor and furnishings. The bathrooms are great too. For my long stay the cupboard storage was small but given its London I can't really complain. You have all the restaurants and bars within walking distance and the good connectivity to the tube with Old Street and Liverpool Street Stations a short walk away.

The location is fantastic and feels more local and authentic. Staff are very nice and helpful. As a Diamond member I rolled off a red-eye and was given an upgraded room at 9am. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in London.

B.Good hotel, modern well equipped rooms, BUT let down with the breakfast, rather than having a buffet, they have a restaurant type experience, some breakfast options have an additional charge and the service was poor and slow and the food (this is breakfast we are talking about) was rubbish. So book a room without breakfast and eat out there are loads of good places for breakfast round there.

S. G.It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely design, and the staff was very friendly. They even offered me an upgrade, which is always a nice gesture, however the room I was given was the tiniest room I've ever stayed in London. I could barely walk around the bed, and there wouldn't have been room for two people to lay out their suitcases. It was also just above the bar, so if you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a higher floor.
The bed was very comfortable though and the room finishings were top quality. The gym was also nice, though do know reservations are currently required due to covid restrictions.

C. T.This hotel is right in the middle of the party end of the city. The standards of accommodation and attention to detail are excellent. We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxed stay, and were able to access the wider city with ease through nearby tube stations. Restaurants, bars and clubs abound in the local area. We have no hesitation in recommending the Hart Shoreditch for a stay in the nation's capital.
D. J.Average stay all in all. Hotel looks nice and location is good but the rooms were way smaller than they looked on the pictures (yes I'm aware there are other options but we could barely move the case around in the room!). You can get better for cheaper locally.
Breakfast tasted ok but being told that there is an extra fee for a full english after already paying for breakfast with the room rate? Never have I ever stayed in a hotel where this is policy. Needs rethinking as other guests we bumped into said the same.
L.You cannot ask for a better hotel in a prime location. The staff are exceptional and will bend over backwards for you, we originally booked a king room and was upgraded to a corner room due to our birthday celebration. I cannot remember the woman on reception who provided this upgrade, but thankyou.
Rooms are also very large in comparison to alternatives, it's very clean and modern as the building itself is new. If you're looking for a central, modern, spacious hotel. This is the one.

Loved, loved, loved the staff. My goodness, everyone is nice, attentive, checkin was smooth, questions answered politely, provided directions to where I can get the COVID PCR to return to the US, checkout was smooth. Room service was great as well, not a single complaint. Restaurant staff for breakfast was attentive, the food was delicious. I made my point, the staff was beyond amazing.
Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot-hot-hot. I want to add cold water to the hot water, so I can control wether I want it Luke-warm or I want it really hot after getting soaked in the cold London rain. Throughout my travels, I’ve never ran into this problem before.
Sadly, consistency when it comes to “perks” is what bothers me the most. The food was amazing for breakfast, but I ended up spending at least £10 every single morning. Why? Because I got a latte or a cappuccino instead of filter coffee, because I got a Turkish coffee, because I ordered a dish that fell outside of the “one pastry and granola/fruit is included”. I’m not looking for “buffet”, but I’m not a fan of being nickeled and dimed. Hilton, if you’re listening, this is on you.

Had our last meal in London at the hotel restaurant - Barboun. Excellent food and services as well.
8 minutes walk to the nearest tube station (old street). Also a decent location if you wish to walk to sites in the city centre (for exercise maybe). Took us around 45 minutes to walk to the British Museum and an hour to Covent Garden.
In short, this hotel is highly recommended and I will definitely come back if I happen to visit London again. So far the best hotel among all the others I’ve stayed in the UK.

V. V. T.This is a new boutique hotel part of Hilton. I like their different types of rooms, each has there own unique character. They have a good size restaurant. Their lobby is small but nice. Their located about 10 minutes walk from the nearest overground station.

R. T.Lovely quality room. Small but nicely done out. Very clean. Staff super helpful. Only one downside (and this is probably a unique issue for me) the Aircon really aggravated my asthma and it's hard to turn it off, when you do it automatically comes back on so I had to get up a few times in the night to turn it back off again. The majority of people won't mind/care about this so definitely not a negative it's a lovely little hotel. But if there could be a way of actually turning off the Aircon all off overnight that would make me super happy ☺️
A. P.I used to stay at this hotel regularly and I loved the fact the breakfast was served instead of being buffet and of the highest quality. The staff is great.
Unfortunately they decided to go for a buffet option as soon as the restrictions were lifted. While you can still order some dishes on the menu, the coffee is really not great, crossaint not of a great quality anymore... overall i think they made a mistake to change the set up, bad coffee in the morning does not do it for me.
May be back at some point but for now i will go elsewhere.
J. K.My spouse works for Hilton so we booked ourselves a staycation here. It's a fabulous hotel right in the middle of Shoreditch close to plenty of bars, pubs, shops and near to public transport. The hotel is well designed, very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and nice. The fitness centre is one of the best hotel gyms that I've ever seen with plenty of good quality equipment and the wifi works great if you want to do an online class from your device.
S.Beautiful hotel, clean trendy room, nice breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Not giving five stars as only one level upgrade was offered as a diamond member despite plenty of availability for better rooms. So if you are a diamond member and used to suite upgrades, you may want to consider other Hiltons
M. B.The rooms are very nice. The showers are AMAZING! I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff. They were unbelievably nice and accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortable and some good food options within a short (2 minute) walk from the hotel.

A. C.We stayed for couple of nights, the hotel itself was very new. We arrived and were upgraded as gold members. Receptionist was particularly helpful at double checking if I wanted breakfast or the bonus points. Overall the stay was good although unfortunately the temperature control valve for the shower was not connected properly. As a result when I changed temperature the valve came off and landed on my foot. Being made of brass alloy I think it's not lightweight at all. I am limping on the affected foot 2 days later so perhaps it's related! Ouch. I made reception aware upon checkout so this could be avoided for the next guest. It's a nice hotel just a pity there seems to be some snagging issues.
C.The usual high level of attentive service you expect from the Hilton brand.
Value for money. The Aesthetic was on a level with the design led hotels near by such a Nobu.
Service at brunch was a little slow, but select staff members made up for this with their smiles and enthusiasm. The pulled beef burger/sandwich was bland. I dont reccomend 😔
The hotel bar was chic and comfortable. The barman was very helpful with his reccomendations.

The restaurant was quiet at breakfast (though it was 7am midweek) and had a Turkish inspired menu. My continental breakfast included one bakery item and one hot item. The porridge was amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Only 10-15 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station.

We requested to change a room yet we are accused the leaking issue is manual problem by us( they said we don’t close the shower door properly yet that wasn’t true). M.Okay Hotel but quite noisey! Went there for a weekend trip. Even with the knowledge of shoreditch and the area around the hotel is quite common for drinking etc it got super loud during the night. Noise from the street/bar/drunk people as well as drunk people walking on the floor. Even the hotel was clean and very nice I wouldn‘t go there again.
