Stayed at the Hilton for work purposes, so didn't get much time to enjoy the facilities, but the front house team went above and beyond. I left for work at 6am and had paid for a breakfast. So as I was unable to sit down for breakfast they gave me a bag of treats to eat, much appreciated! I had the chicken burger for dinner and it was delicious! Hilton is in a great location for Canary Wharf.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival in reception, room was very clean and spacious and perfect setup for our family with the connecting rooms. The food and selection at breakfast was great and all very well organised. Bar man was very attentive and we had a wonderful view of the new years eve fireworks and light display that we were not expecting at all. Location was perfect and would definitely stay here again.

The reason for my excellent rating started the day of my stay. As I entered the hotel, I was greeted by Nicola at the front desk. She was professional and has a welcoming demeanour. She welcomed me to the U.K. and the hotel and provided me with a wonderful room. The room was airy, light, clean and had all the comforts of home. Within 5 min of checking into my room, I received a call from Nicola asking if my accommodations were ok, now
that’s service! Customer service starts the moment you enter an establishment and Nicola is definitely the right person to represent the Hilton. I would also like to thank Maria who is another member of staff who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Thanks again to Nicola, Maria and the Hilton Canary Wharf (South Quay). I will definitely refer others to this hotel and will be staying there on my next trip. 5 star plus rating !

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city with great underground connections, bus routes and canal walks. Central with easy access to all London sights. The hotel staff and facilities are outstanding. The staff can't do enough to help and, make your stay the best possible, from the initial greeting of the concierge, reception, restaurant manager and housekeeping. We would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend break or for business reasons.

We had a two night stay in Junior Suite as we were going to see Mamma Mia -The Party at The O2.
The welcome at check-in was warm and friendly; she also called us in the room a few minutes later to make sure we were happy with it.
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Large bed with high quality, comfortable bedding and pillows. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower cubicle with good towels and toiletries.
The lounge area had a sofa and recliner chair. There were facilities to make rea, coffee etc and the fridge was left empty for our use.
The breakfast was good, great yo have crumpets as a choice! The only recommendations I would make is to have small teapots for those guests who would like them, rather than being forced to go to the beverage station for every cup/mug of tea!
Would happily stay here again!

Overall my trip at the hotel was throughly enjoyable and stood up to my expectations. In particular I’d like to thank the bar staff as they were kind, offered amazing services and catered to my needs.
A. L.
Really helpful staff Fantastic rooms, only moan they stop doing food in the bar area to early. You can have it in your room but not helpful when entertaining clients.
Restaurant manager would not allow us to bring pizza back down to bar???????
Concierge and reception staff really helpful 👍 👏
R. B.
Very clean, good facilities, no biscuits! Bring own biscuits. Lovely hot water and great tea selection. Building site outside. Not affected by the noise and I find big holes in the ground interesting didn't bother me but might bother some and it looks like soon the window will be over shadowed by another sky scraper.

A lovely stay at the Hilton. We were made made very welcome and there were Covid restrictions in place, which was good. We would stay again.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights with girlfriends. Bedroom was much larger than most I've stayed in. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection. Hotel was in a great location with plenty of transport near by. Will definitely stay her again. Thank you.

We stayed here in December for one night, whilst in town to see Pete Tong & The Heritage Orchestra in The O2 (which is literally a stones throw away!).
Arrived and was warmly greeted by the front desk team, who gave us both a glass of Prosecco as a welcome, and had upgraded us to a King Executive room (lovely bonus!).
After being in the room for a few hours, the team also called us to ask if everything was ok, which was a lovely touch (and made us feel like Hilton valued us!). The team couldn’t do enough for us, and we appreciated the fuss.
The rooms are perfect for what you need (comfy bed, desk, tea tray, big bathroom), and we had a really comfy sleep!
Breakfast the following morning was perfect, plenty of choice and variety!
Only potential improvement is the headboards. We like to watch TV whilst in bed, and the wooden headboard is slightly uncomfortable (but that’s just our preference, everything else was spot on!).
Overall, very happy with the experience, and highly recommend if you’re in town to see anything at The O2!

I booked adjoining rooms for myself and my family. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Plenty of toiletries, towels and hot drinks. Even an ice bucket and wine glasses. Breakfast was brilliant, my children loved it. Staff very helpful when I needed to check if a breakfast item contained peanuts. Check in and checkout very easy. Location great, tube station just a few minutes walk and plenty of shops and restaurants. Will certainly stay again.

Great place to have a drink or dinner, it is tranquill and sophisticated. With a modern ambience, the menu is extensive (both drinks and food). The service is excellent and attentive. Parking is available on site, but if full- use the Jubilee carpark which is a 5 minute walk away.

After a slight mishap at the start I was accommodated extremely well and made up for by the staff. They made my experience a lot better, especially Robin. He took the time to help us feel comfortable and gave us great ideas for things to do whilst we stayed in London for our small honeymoon getaway. I would like to thank him dearly for his time and his kind words, our time in London would not have been the same without his help. Well done Hilton! If you get the right room for yourself you will be extremely happy, the location is fantastic!
P. R.
Staff are great. Best breakfast I had in years. Though expensive for what it was it was an overall great experience.

Took my Daughter and her friends for a night in London for her16th birthday we stayed at the Hilton hotel the service was excellent and the staff were very acommodating. Room was very spacious and clean. I would be visiting here again. Brilliant weekend break.
J. B.
Fantastic Room - very welcoming staff - the hotel was one of the highlights of our weekend in London and our son absolutely loved it and also loved the sweets and activity pack
D. P.
Very pleasant stay upon checking in I was offered a glass of champagne. There was a wedding party and the guests were very colourful. Lovely atmosphere fantastic family rooms.
S. M.
Splendid place. Beautiful but kinda too expensive Dou. What do you expect from a five star hotel?
Nice place overall
A. S.
Fabulous two night stay at Hilton. From check in made to feel really welcome by friendly staff. Hotel is spacious and clean throughout. Would certainly stay again.
K. I.
Meeting room HDMI cable/port in floor kept coming loose. Should be in the ceiling. All other facilities very good
P. L.
Easy check in, really friendly and welcoming, great parking, large room with a clean seal to break as u open the door. It feels like they really care about our safety in these strange times. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍✨

I’ve been here many times for conferences but never actually stayed as a guest in their rooms so this review is from an events perspective.
The hotel has many conference rooms varying in size, well ventilated and easy on the eye. The signal is very poor here and relies on you using their wifi, which if you don’t have access to can be a big inconvenience.
The hotel is ideally located within Canary Wharf. A stones throw away from the main station and South Quay DLR station.
J. N.
I went with my husband. we had nice time..the room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. the only issue I had is that the parking was very expensive for just one day. I think if they sort this out, it will be awesome.
L. L.
Great stay at the Hilton. Our room was lovely and spacious. There were plently of tolietries and towels also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely stay again.
K.
The three day stay in the Hilton was okay.
It is a 10 min walk to the Canary Wharf underground station (Jubilee line).
The hotel building is quite new.
The room was sufficient sizewise but the bed was too small for 2 ppl. (1,40m).
The room was clean in general but there was a lot of dust on the shelves. I put my black pants on the shelve and I had white dust stains afterwards. (see picture).
The broken lamp was fixed with a rubber hair band (see picture).
The breakfast was good. The assortment was not huge but definitely everything you need.
The service at the reception was also just okay.
Most receptionist were quite slow (printing receipt, making key cards took ca 5 mins).
Most were polite some were impolite.
One lady at the reception (middle aged blonde with glasses) stood out positively. She was much more professional and friendly than the others.
The fitness room was good. Not large but with weights and a few machines.
All in all it was 3/5y
D. M.
Excellent venue and staff. Demoted a star since ordered food was sub par (very busy Saturday night, plus side was not charged for all food.). Breakfast was fine. Would stay there again.
O. O.
Absolutely fabulous place. I would recommend it for any event or celebration. Staff were very courteous and hospitable. Standard of cleanliness, signage and service were extremely high. The only drawback is parking so I would suggest take Uber or train with short walk.
I. k.
Fantastic Hotel
Amazing welcome Lovely stuff
Rooms are beautiful and stylish
Only one thing I wish it was a Bluetooth connection with TV To watch movies.
Other then that just perfect 😁
L. D.
Lovely place, friendly staff. Very quiet. The sauna is now open. Breakfast was great - they have good selection of food and drinks.
F. Q.
Amazing place, nice staff.. We did wedding with Taj Wedding Services.. Love ther ice from them.. Hotel has easy transport links and heart of London financial area.. Great restaurants in the area..
S. M.
Simplistic, elegant and spacious.
Comfortable seating, albeit a standing lamp that kept hitting me on the head...
Overall a great experience
C. H.
Lovely Hotel with fantastic staff. Will definitely be booking to stay again. Breakfast is very varied with multiple options.
J. C.
Excellent accommodation. No restaurant available in the evening. Very limited menu which is served in the bar where you will be lucky to get a drink of your choice.
H. J.
Amazing hotel. Staff could not have done more for us. Everyone was so friendly, nothing was too much for them. Absolute credit to the Hilton - it just added to a great weekend we were already having. Spectacular
D. K.
Lovely and clean ...close to the dlr but you can't hear it ...food was lovely, their new York cheesecake is definitely in my top 5
N.
Lovely spacious, clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee available in the room. All good!👍
V. Y.
Had the most wonderful stay here. The room was big and clean and the service was so friendly.
A. K.
Enjoyed my stay - good local amenities and car park facility
M. P.
Good hotel, Hilton as you know. Bit dated though. Still higher quality then most London stays.
A. C.
It had been a while since I last stayed at Hilton due to the pandemic!
Having arrived very early due to a night flight the night team were still on shift, however they were helpful and although no rooms were available to check in (being 0650hrs which was understandable) they still added my Hilton honour points and allocated an upgraded room due to my Diamond status.
The reason that I felt I had to write a review is for Mari, who at 0710hrs was able to check me in, moved me to a higher floor and gave a level of customer service second to none!.. Mari take a bow, you are definitely a credit to the brand and hotel. I hope at tomorrow’s morning meeting the GM will highlight your attention to detail and level of customer service, and give credit where credit is due!
Since my stay over a month ago, I am pleased to say that the hotel has once again exceded expectations! Due to a late delivery of a package the concerige team was on the ball by calling me in Saudi Arabia and arranging the delivery of these items to a new address. Abdelkibir from concierge clearly understands the importance of customer service and urgency. A congratulations should go to Hilton for employeeing and retaining someone of Abdelkibir's calber!
S. M.
Lovely place to stay, don't use there taxi service as we were ripped off £35 fare charged £80.
R. O.
Great 2 night stay. Staff were very welcoming. clean and comfortable rooms.
E. L.
It was my family's first time here as we were actually there for our congregation of Stratford's Year-End Celebration held on Thursday,30th of Dec 2021.
B. I.
Great staff and room. Good breakfast choice. Would stay again.
O. F.
Attended a party there. Only but is the lack of parking; only 25 spaces. I was going to stay over but £350 is ridiculous to pay for a night (family of 5.
W. P.
This is a wonderfully central hotel for the Canary Wharf area and we enjoyed its modern facilities, friendly staff and excellent breakfasts.
L. H. (.
Slow to book you in but very friendly staff. Nice bwr to sit and have a drink while you wait. Could do with a bit of a spruce up. Gym had enough going on for a workout but sauna and steam room and showers were dirty or not working
H.
Excellent hotel. Efficient reception team. Rooms immaculate and clean. A bottle of water in the fridge would have been good. Very hospitable restaurant team. Breakfast team brilliant. Will stay here again. Well done to the team
n. A.
Only slight quibble was slow check in but they did apologize for this. Otherwise they met or exceeded expectations. Fabulous breakfast worth adding this to your booking it's cheaper than paying on the day. Good central location for Canary wharf and the tube. The immediate area around the hotel feels very safe
S. M.
There’s something very different about this Hilton hotel than others. From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay, the staff have the highest level of professionalism. This hotel is exemplary to other Hilton’s on service and friendless. Dave, Md, Costa and Magarita just to mention a few! The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
J.
The customer service was amazing. I told the very friendly reception lady it was my wedding anniversary, Come back from the gym to find a card and a bottle of Prosecco. The room and food was amazing. Thank you very much for making us feel special.
R. D.
We love this hotel, for quality of stay and ease of access, with so much within walking distance
A. s.
Excellent service, beautiful room. Well located for easy access to central London.
H. T.
I organised a surprise birthday party for my husband.. the staff at Hilton went over and above to make my event special, from agreeing to change the set menu to offering extra help of the day . the food was delicious, healthy and there was more than enough for my guests..thank u to.much Hilton my husband was over the moon..
J. A.
Wonderful place, parking may be a bit hard to obtain but the hotel itself is wonderful
A. C.
It was fantastic stay! Special mention to Margarita, Davide and Roberto at the Front Desk, the made the arrival experience an authentic one!
The room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was smooth and organised! Well done!
M. U.
Very lovely location, the food was extremely delicious. Staff very friendly
L. Y. T. Y.
Very nice hotel staff (particularly the young man on night staff when we stayed) and really looked after me and my 2 friends when we were in a time of need.
Very clean, comfortable bedding. Highly recommend staying here :)
K. K.
Our stay was awesome and the staff were all excellent, from the front desk who were happy to assist with all requests to the super friendly staff in the breakfast restaurant.
The property was spotless and all Covid rules followed, all without intruding on our stay.
Located in the heart of canary wharf, only a few minutes walk from the underground and DLR.
D. B.
Really loved this hotel beds comfy room spacious only thing our bathroom was a bit small but sure we managed
s. s.
Free prosecco on arrival, reasonably good value secure parking underneath the hotel and very nice rooms. Will be staying here again soon I hope.
T. M.
Lovely clean hotel and very helpful staff. There are some building works nearby currently but I never heard anything, I didn't even hear the people in the rooms beside me!
S. C.
We had a great stay, overall, at the Hilton London Canary Wharf. The room we booked was large and, for the most part, clean and tidy. I have removed a couple of stars because as other reviewers have also said, we had a small, suspicious looking yellow stain on the crisp white duvet cover and there were small black marks on the fresh pillow cases so perhaps they need to examine housekeeping and laundry practices more thoroughly? There were also bits of dirt and fluff and a small feather in the corner of the room which implies they are not vacuuming all parts of the room thoroughly enough (so much for extra safety protocols in the midst of a pandemic!).
On the positive side, we were allowed an early check (and on departure, a late checkout) in which was greatly appreciated and it was quiet in the hotel for most of our stay. There was no room service menu available due to the pandemic but they did bring a mini breakfast upto our room inside brown carrier bags and some coffee in takeaway plastic cups. Housekeeping was on a request-only basis due to the pandemic but that was fine with us. The bathrooms are very clean and tidy, albeit a bit small but that is London for you generally. If you are a tall person and have to raise the showerhead higher, it tends to splash over the shower screen into the toilet area which is not the most hygienic situation.
Staff are very friendly, as i said they offered us both an early check-in and a late checkout and were hospitable and professional.
The location is fantastic with plenty of eateries around although not all are open due to the pandemic and if you use the footbridge at the back of the hotel, you literally end up in the middle of Canary Wharf so the hotel is situated rather perfectly. Although the hotel is on a main (and usually busy) road and almost directly opposite a DLR station in the financial capital of London, we heard no noise, except for the odd door banging from neighbouring guests. We enjoyed staying at this hotel, apart from the few cleanliness issues, and as Hilton Honors Members, we shall return here again soon.
J. C.
Butifiul hotel I went for recruitment day and I was told bout trial shift but no one got in contact it was ment to be this week but lovely service
A. L.
Lovely room. Helpful staff. Great location.
C. R.
Nicola on front desk is soo nice professional and helpful... Hotel nice
D. F.
Staff treat others well and with respect.
Guest WiFi was usable.
Location is good with the footbridge directly linking to canary wharf jubilee line station.
Seating areas were clean, suitable number of hand sanitiser dispensers around to keep safe.
Only negative is the parking.
But what can I expect in a densely packed area such as canary wharf.
E. H.
Excellent location. Good sized room. Friendly helpful staff
M. B.
Lovely staff, great bar area. Rooms a little tired.
B. B.
We stayed at the hilton for our 40th anniversary with 10 friends. The hotel staff were Amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was clean and covid friendly, I would recommend this hotel , and I definitely will be coming back! .😊
R. M.
A great stay a the Hilton at Canary Wharf.
The service was excellent despite all the extra demands of the Covid pandemic with the staff going out their way to accommodate us,.
The restaurant staff working hard to keep the guests happy on a busy bank holiday weekend did a particularly great job.
I. L. F.
Nice hotel and good staff, but it feels like it has lost a bit of its shine. But beds are comfortable and facilities spot on
j. t.
Loved it, staff were friendly. Upgraded our room due to drain smell in the first bathroom. Really helpful. Good location. Great hotel, breakfast was great
L. O.
Stayed in this hotel numerous times with work and their staff alway go the extra mile to make sure you are totally comfortable. Will continue to use this hotel even though it’s a good drive from Southwark - where I need to be. Only place that offers secure parking and, most importantly, fantastic food even on a reduced (COVID...) menu
M. W.
modern, clean, professional staff and close to jubilee place with short walk across a bridge.
D. R.
Great weekend stay. Conveniently located to the tube so central London is just a stones throw away
S. M.
Perfect.,just the bed very small for 2 adults
G. K.
Good locatiom, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
b. m.
Can’t fault the room it was lovely, breakfast was spot on too but I was charged a pre-authorisation on my debit card of £153 plus £172 for the night and breakfast and 2 weeks later the £153 still hasn’t been debited back to my account it’s pretty poor if I’m honest and it would seem to be pretty consistent with other reviews I’ve read hence I’m also leaving a review
M. M. (.
Fabulous! Spacious room, amazing staff, fantastic breakfast, convenient car park. 100% recommend!
R. M.
Great setting, comfortable yet sophisticated - quality!.
L. C.
Excellent room, very clean and service was spot on
T. B. S.
Only stayed for one night, but everything was absolutely faultless. Thank you.
N. C.
Immaculately clean room and brilliant service. Special thanks to @Enzo on the night desk and @Romero at check in. Recommended.
D. H.
I stayed here just before lockdown. The service was excellent and breakfast was served to order due to COVID restrictions meaning you couldn’t serve yourself. The hotel gym was open but to avoid the risk of overcrowding you had to book a session, this was not a problem. As usual at this hotel as a Hilton diamond member I got upgraded to a junior suite.
S. S.
I've stayed at a huge number of Hilton Hotels across the various brands and in many countries and this is probably the best. The quality and service was exemplary. The room I stayed in was magnificent with an Amazing view. The staff were also Amazing. To be fair, this hotel trends to have a higher room rate but the value and quality justify the rate.
J. S.
Great Venue! Attended a fashion show and it was fabulous 👌 great transport links and superb surroundings.
A. V.
Amazing team working the reception desk! Was upgraded to an amazing room!! They definitely know how to treat their Honors guests. Great view of the wharf. And very good experience in the executive lounge. Overall great stay!
A. E.
Very well done and convenient location for meetings.
R. H.
Good hotel in Canary Wharf area. Check-in is always fast and efficient. Spacious rooms and good breakfast. Last time (May 2018) I booked an upgrade with executive lounge access. The lounge itself is nice and offers good selection of food and drinks, however it was really crowded and at least 20-30 people were lining up at the buffet. Very decent gym!
B. S.
Lovely stay for a few days...excellent service, good food.staff very friendly and helpful.
Thank you
J. L. B.
We are staying in the Hilton In a production bubble for a TV show. All the staff are great BUT I have to give a big shout out to Nicola on reception who has been so accommodating in making our stay a 5 star experience, for that reason alone - This Hilton is our go to hotel for our future London tours !
L. R. C. S. H.
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for four nights from 23.7.19 to 27.7.19 on an executive floor. Our daughter booked a twin executive room several months ago. But on 23.7.19 when we checked we were not given a twin executive room. We were asked to take a king executive room or stay in a twin non executive room with excess to lounge. That’s indeed inexcusable. We were caught by surprised. Finally we stayed in a king executive room with an extra single bed. I suffered four sleepless nights as the extra bed was so uncomfortable. Only at our age you will fully know old couples cannot sleep on a queen or king bed. On checking into our room, we found our room fridge was locked with a note no outside stuff permitted in the fridge., Next morning on 24.7.19 we went for breakfast but we were told that free breakfast was not in our booking package. After our protest, the receptionist rang up another staff and finally let us in for free breakfast with an apology. Our stay in this hotel was really unpleasant. To be honest the front desk staff were nice and helpful. Either it was the hotel system or the staff responsible for our booking was inefficient causing all this unnecessary stress and mental anguish and damages to us. Their officer Jessica did write an email followed by a note expressing regret and wanted to discuss with me the issue. I didn’t attend to it as the damage on us was irreparable. She made no other efforts to meet us other than writing an email and dropped a note to our room telling us to contact her or another person named by her. If she were really sincere she could easily catch us during breakfast of cocktail time as we had four nights there. This hotel is nice and in a good location with many eateries. The front staff were nice and helpful but they were too busy. There was one or two staff working on the executive lounge. The lounge was except some unscrupulous guests talked very loudly. The cocktail was open from 6 pm to 10 pm from Sunday to Thursday and that was indeed very generous this hotel.
S. J. B.
Very clean hotel. Really enjoyed my stay there. I stayed here for one night with my mom and it was at a perfect location. Staff was very helpful and the amenities were reasonable. Allowed us to check in early and check out 2 hours later the next day. Would definitely recommend.
J. D.
Great full English breakfast buffet. Some good Beers on the Draft aswell
C. T.
Stayed there for two weeks while I was in London for work onboarding at a bank in Canary Wharf. I absolutely loved my stay there. The room was beautiful, I had status so being on the floor with the lounge with an AMAZING spread for meals/snacks was an extra plus plus. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I actually didn’t want to leave London after my time there. It’s only a short ride from city centre so even though the restaurants are great in that area, being a quick tube ride away to enjoy all of the other sites and sounds of the city was great.
W. K.
Well, that was my first time in a Hilton, so, there were a lot of expectations. And I have to say, for sure all the expectations were achieved. Starting with the check-in process which was very simple and quick, then the lobby, elevator, room, everything perfectly clean.
Our package also included a great breakfast! There is a nice crew working there. Nothing more to say besides, I really recommend it!
R. P.
The rooms are nice, quiet. Breakfast is decent. Room service food is some of the worst I've had in quite some time. Beef bourguignon wasn't recognisable as such, burger was very overdone.
Update: the hotel noticed I wrote this review and comped the cost of all my room service.
I. G.
good service, nice bar area
H. L.
Very good location. Service is great. Rooms are spacious and clean.
C. A.
Their breakfast is very nice . however, the steam , shower room and the sunner room need attention as they were dirty.
T.
Great customer service. Nice building inside and outside. Hall room is big and well decorated. Rooms are in good size which well decorate. Neat and clean everywhere. Amazing view from hotel rooms. Great location. Canal and river within walking distance. DLR Station and 24 hours bus service available.
M. M.
Staying in Hilton from last 4-5 years. Never disappointed.
T. s.
I had a nice experience at the Hilton Canary Wharf. The hotel has a nice chipped vibe to it and the staff are decent. A few minor problems such as tv remote not working, however they responded quickly and resolved the problem. The hotel is clean and all the essentials I.e. soap and shampoo are provided.
S. M.
Another fantastic stay for my family of four. Staff were friendly & helpful, room was immaculate and ready for our arrival, food in the lounge was good but needed to be replenished more often. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the restaurant.
M.
Very decent hotel. Came here to use one of the meeting rooms and must say I wasn’t disappointed. The events team made our stay special and everything was well laid out and prepared for the day. Happy us! Recommended.
J. P.
We had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. The executive rooms are very big and comfortable. Executive lounge is also a nice place to grab coffee and other light bites, our only disappointment was during the evening drinks. Even though we had advised well in advance of our dietary restrictions, we were surprised to be presented with 5 tiny bowls of very plain salad. This is not the service I'd expect when the lounge and restaurant staff had plenty of time to prepare something a little more imaginative than a simple bowl of salad. While other people in the lounge feasted on plates piled high with meat, we left the lounge very hungry.
D.
The room was spacious and clean mostly.
The bathroom mirror fogged up and I felt that the it should be anti fog, the bathroom was also small in comparison to the room. On our first night we returned …
M. D.
Check in was fast and efficient and staff friendly. We requested vegan options in the club lounge before we arrived and were assured options would be available. The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean. The club lounge attempted to provide some vegan options: afternoon tea's was great whilst later with event drinks there was only a very small simple salad. Breakfast was great with a large selection of food to meet at tastes.
O. T.
Very modern hotel with facilities to support
W. O.
Very nice place. Good price for the family room too. Stayed for few days for the marathon and they even let me shower there after I checked out when race was over. Great service, great staff, great rooms. Kids loved it. Gym is quite good and so are the steam room and sauna. Oh but jesus don't open the mini bar. Made the mistake of checking it out in front of my little monsters, then had nightmares about them opening up everything to eat or make potions and costing me thousands.
T. K.
We liked the slightly remote location. Not that busy but everything you need nearby. Including public transportation.
Big plus is the breakfast. British style. You can order your custom omelette. Very delicious.
The room had a good size. very modern and stylish. Also very clean. The inner yard view on the other hand was not that exciting.
Staff was very friendly.
We enjoyed our time there and would stay here again If we came back to London.
J.
Nice hotel, fairly good location for us. Few issues with complimentaries in room. One small bottle of water for two of us or you pay £5.50 for a big one. Staff were very considerate. Carpet needed cleaning. Overall good stay
A.
lovely rooms and lots of room, stylish beds and curtains. I love the neat slippers and shiny elevators really nice flowers I like the ice maker it's useful for cold drinks there's very comfy chairs. I rate the breakfast five stars the bacon is my favourite scrummy free candy Hilton is the best hotel ever. Kind helpful staff good

M. S.
Pleasant stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, great service. Enjoyed our room. Restaurant and bar on the ground floor with decent food.
A. D.
This really was a great stay. We had two nights here and each night I slept soundly - which was great for me.
The view was not great. But the room was.
The executive room was enjoyable and provided lots of beverages
T. M.
Adrian was really attentive made sure we had a great stay
T. R.
Only visited for a seminar so cannot comment on the room. But the staff from the concierge to the customer reception was amazing.
Only parking available is covered but limited space for £20/day.
Restaurant cinnamon is decent in size with large buffet area. Brunch is served daily from 1pm to 4pm
Will definitely come back to check out the room.
T.
Attended a Christmas party here. It was really nice with a live band. It's not a luxurious hotel, I would say it's more contemporary. The food was okay, but I'm sure that had to do with the catering choices.

We had a great 2 nights here. Used the tube to get in and out of London on 5mins walk to the station. Hotel very clean. We looked over the railway line but the windows were so good didn't hear a thing, slept like babies. We stay again.
S. F.
Good quality hotel inside and great customer service. They also have an underground car park which seems safe enough.
The reason for the mid-star rating is because it gets very busy here at peak times and often attracts a certain excitable crowd.
S. D.
A lovely hotel with staff that were attentive and made stay a pleasure. Breakfast had a large selection and was excellent. Gym facility was better than most hotel gyms with a good weights selection and 3 different types of cardio machines. Room was large with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.
K. S.
Very “American” feel.. clean rooms, attentive staff and great service in general. Those driving make sure you call and reserve your parking in advance as hotel has very limited spaces..
E. D.
After having very disappointing stay in Hilton Gatwick! Stayed 1 night in here!
I have to admit. It was a beautiful stay. All the staff were very nice and helpful.
It’s nice getting appreciation of being loyal customer! We were upgraded to executive room. Very modern and clean room.
I wish other Hilton’s could take this one as an example from many angles.
G. Y.
Great hotel in a great location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome if a little hectic. (it was half term) the hotel room was huge and very quiet considering all the building work going on around. Great price to....
S. A.
Excellent location and service. In the heart of Canary wharf, very close to the Jubilee line underground. The staff at the hotel is very courteous. The executive lounge offers a hearty breakfast and actual real food in the evening!
Rooms are comfortable and fairly modern.
A. H.
We stayed over for a business meeting and had a group of us arriving the night before as we were travelling in from all around the country. The staff were all amazing - really welcoming at reception and when I had to call down or speak to someone in the exec lounge they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us. The meeting room itself was brilliant as well - well set up and supplied with everything we would need and the help button was amazing if we needed any extras. 10/10 to the staff there and will stay over again!
j. b.
The main course (meat roast for 2 people) was really tasty. However, the desserts were anti-climactic (don't get an apple crumble if you're expecting an apple crumble) and most importantly the service wasn't great. We booked on a Wowcher deal that said we were in the restaurant and bar. However, when we got there we were told that we'd have to eat at the bar because the restaurant was fully booked (we had booked a week in advance). We had to argue with them to be put in the main restaurant and the while time we ate, the restaurant was empty. One of the staff let me see the reservations in the system (he was really nice) and I could see that there were only 6 potential bookings that overlapped with ours and there were many more seats, so we were lied to by that initial staff member (she left before our food arrived). The service was very slow too but I think they weren't the most efficient place. (they were far from full). I would go back but definitely only with a deal. I wouldn't pay full price for what I got.

Loved!!!
We just came back from London. We loved this hotel. Very clean, big room, comfy and well located.
Great breakfast options, friendly staff.
I highly recommend it whatever reason you're going to London.
Only a weird thing: we came back to our room after breakfast and housekeeper was in the room to clean it, we still had a few hours to check out and she didn't bother at all. She cleaned the room while we were there. I didn't complain about to anyone. But it was veeeryyy weird.
S. G.
Fabulous hotel if you are staying in canary wharf ...very clean
L. Z.
Modern and simple hotel with executive lounge, easy access to the city, nice views and welcoming staff. Rates being much lower on weekends, lounge can get very crowded and understaffed. Gym is small but has full range of free weights and “core-bags”, two changing rooms, sauna and steam room. Restaurant closes 10pm, but has good range of meals when open. Staff is multi national. Two different phone staff did not understand the term “turn-down” service. Rooms are spacious, but there are no power outlets next to bed, the lightning in bathrooms is horrible and toilets cannot be flushed with the lid open. We also had problem with our bill- the booked rate has changed into a higher rate on final bill, so one needs to check for errors. Housekeeping does a perfect job and executive lounge staff are very responsive, well trained and hospitable
j.
Love, love this hotel! This was our first visit to London the area is very family friendly. And the staff were amazing. Very clean rooms enough space for all four of us. (Two adults two kids) Its nicely located lots of stores and train near. We would most defiantly stay here again.
Oh and we got to take advantage of the executive level and that was wonderful we saved a lot because that.
Great place hands down
L. P.
The rooms are a good price at the weekend but don't provide true value for money during the week. The bathroom was newly fitted, of very good quality and large but the room itself was slightly dated and on the small side. The ice machine was out of order on our floor (and it was 30 outside) but when we asked for ice for the room the person bringing it up was clearly expecting a tip.
L. S.
Wonderful facility filled with attentive and dedication staff. Definitely one of the better Hilton facilities I've stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful, including an omelet station and tons of great backed goods. The executive lounge was also very nice, with afternoon tea and a decent dinner.
H.
Neat, tidy, did the job. Breakfast was good and the evening meal was well presented and executed. Fitness centre is well equipped. One negative, in keeping with many hotels nowadays, no toilet brush. There were a couple of odd/quirky things that a helpful and cheerful staff helped us get past.
M. E.
The Hotel is well located in the middle of the Canary Wharf business center. Very spacious and well laid rooms and they are all close to the lifts (which is an issue I faced in other Hiltons around London).
I used their breakfast bar as well as their room service for dinner. They offer a good variety at breakfast with a nice Omelet bar and a good range of both hot and cold items. The dinner came in reasonable time, tasty, well cooked and beautifully presented.
What really stands out is the staff - very helpful and keen to provide an excellent service. Many thanks
D. R.
Booked an accessible twin room to share with a friend, his Hilton point status meant we got an upgrade. Unfortunately their idea of an upgrade was initially a non-accessible suite with 2 rooms, only one with a bed. When we pointed out we'd booked a twin because we weren't a couple we were given a non-accessible twin room which was set up as a double with the two single beds pushed together. My carer & myself had to rearrange heavy furniture to separate the beds. The room itself was fine, nothing spectacular but clean & with tea/ coffee making facilities. We booked late checkout for 2pm on the Monday but were called by reception just after 1pm reminding us to check out.
O. H.
DAY AT A CONFERENCE - The conference was well attended by the staff with a cloak room and various teas and coffees on offer throughout the day.
The lunch in the Cinnamon restaurant was a buffet, which was excellent with a choice of Lamb or Salmon and also a salad bar and dessert available. The hotel is close to Canary Wharf underground and the Jubilee mall, about 5 mins walk.
The building itself is pretty modern but as I didn't say I can attest to the quality of the rooms etc. It is a good location if you want to be based on the East side of things or are in Canary Wharf for work. Some food pop ups nearby might make for interesting eating as well.
J. C.
I've stayed here twice. The service from the staff, all the way from reception to cleaning were fantastic! We requested for two extra beds, and the staff included two extra sets of toiletries and towels. Would definitely stay again.
H. M.
Nice rooms immaculate bathrooms with high quality toiletries. Menu in room and a great mini bar got a free upgrade aswell... downside staff seemed to pay me less attention as I was not in a suit like most which was a negative experience a first is a guest period I'm paying should be treated the same.
C. S.
We had a lovely New Year's break at this Hilton. The decor was lovely and festive and the customer service really was superb. We had requested a Thames view room so that we could see the fireworks but when we arrived the room was facing the wrong way. Chet at reception was fantastic in relocating us to a more suitable room and gave us his card in case we needed anything further. The room was perfect and we had a great view of the fireworks, so all-in-all it was a fantastic stay. The only negative is that there is no pool or spa or any other amenities to speak of beyond a gym and steam room, but there is plenty to do arround canary wharf so we had more than enough to keep us busy.
D. G.
Very nice London hotel, staff are fantastic and could do no more to make you feel welcome. We always have a fantastic stay, its set in a very nice aera with easy access to the city. Highly recommended
S. D.
Excellent customer service, rooms are clean and a nice size. Very comfortable. Maria on the front desk provided an outstanding customer service to my family and I throughout the stay. Highly recommended.
J. R.
Not bad. Got upgraded to executive room.breakfast was nice . Typical English breakfast. Gyms very small. Sauna is small as well. Good to stay if you have business at Canary Wharf.
A. H.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was disappointing - very limited choices (no salads or other protein options). I expected better from a premium brand hotel chain
C. A.
Hilton as diamond member you will find this stay fitting your expectations. Rooms are clean. Staff attentive. Executive lounge acceptable. But skip the lounge as the location near Canary Wharf gives you access to great food and experiences.
P. J. G.
Nice enough for a night or weekend
Not too expensive. Well positioned and if driving you can avoid the congestion zone charges
G. S.
Fantastic hotel! Couldn't have been any better! Fantastic staff and fantastic facilities! Close to the tube so you don't need to go far and I did expect to hear the tube and for it to keep me up at night! I was wrong, I had such a lovely weekend away
L. B.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Fab upgrade for being a HH member. Room super spacious, comfortable and modern. Bar and restaurant food also excellent. Courteous and respectful service you'd expect from a Hilton. More of this please Hilton!
D. M.
Great location. Surprisingly priced in a good way. Lovely staff. Nice rooms. Restaurant is a bit pricey but breakfast was very nice doubly so if you can get it included in your room price
N. T.
We recently stayed here. The tube station is nearby (no more than 5' min walking) and you can reach London downtown in approximately 20', which is great. The room is spacious and all the hotel's facilities are well mantained. The executive lounge in particular is superb. We have stayed many times in the hotel and I can say that the lounge is getting better over the years. The most important element of the hotel is the staff. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and wanted to help / do a great job. Particular thanks to Izzy (guest relations), Savvas (Concierge), Stefania (Exec. Lounge) and Alex (breakfast restaurant). Many thanks for making another stay memorable. We will definitely return.
P. M.
Slept especially well. Very quiet room. Larger than average hotel room. Friendly staff. Close to numerous restaurants and bars. They forgot to provide the complimentary free water we were entitle too. Hotel very corporate, room had no reference to the local area it was in.
J. L.
A neat and modern hotel with reasonably large rooms. Location is very convenient in terms of shopping, dining, and transportation. Gym is well equipped but closes at 10pm, so late arrival may miss some sweat time. This entire area is bustling with new construction and shops, making general atmosphere very lively. Do not expect classic London-like feeling around... it's rather Wall Street feeling.
B. “. R.
Room was fine. Food even better. I was able to have a little jam session in lounge without any problems with stuff. Highly recommended place to stay in this part of London.
S. W.
Came here for afternoon tea, staff were lovely! Amazing afternoon tea! Toilets were so clean and some of the best one's I've been in! In a lovely location as well. Enjoyed it a lot! View is amazing as well!!
I. H.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Bar food good too. Loud television and piped music played simultaneously in the bar, and no way to escape the din. Had to cue for breakfast as there were no free tables, even though the tables in the adjacent bar area were empty.
M. M.
One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The location was perfect! The walk around it was really nice, during the day and night! Breakfast was lovely and the staff were more than helpful!
G. C.
Good hotel in the centre of Canary Wharf, good facilities and location.
E. M.
Nice hotel, great restaurant and breakfast. Amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. Had airco leakage. Solved within minutes, got another room and upgrade. Well done!
L. T. L. (. U.
Great hotel i stayed here for 3 nights after being discharged from hospital with a hip replacement and the staff where really helpful. Rooms big spacious and comfortable. Food delicious.
T. F.
Excellent in every respect so far. Efficient check- in, room is large, clean and well equipped with decent section of teas, 24hr room service limited but food arrived quickly and was hot and enjoyable. Location very good too - close to Canary Wharf station and finance centre.
d. h.
The staff are really friendly and helpful, good location. I would recommend staying at this hotel
R. R.
Had afternoon tea here. We were sat right in-between other couples despite the restaurant being empty. Table cloths made it look like some other cheap hotel. Not much of a view looking out onto the street. Staff weren't very attentive - us and other guests had to get up from our seats to find someone to help us. Food was ok, though scones were quite hard and the dense fruit cake seemed odd for an afternoon tea.
P. A.
I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and the coffee shop team was amazing. they provided personalized service during the stay in this property. would recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends who have plans to visit London and stay near Canary Wharf area.
F. O. O.
Lovely bolt hole on the south quay of Canary Wharf (get off at Heron Quay, not Canary Wharf!!). A welcome respite from a long day in London.
As is the case these days, a limited but no less pleasant variety of services, especially Mike's offering of a towel when I walked on out of the rain in my drenched suit (cheers!).
D. S.
Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff, although the receptionist that checked us in was very hard to understand as he spoke very fast with a strong accent (think it was Italian, couldn't be sure) anyway, as a Brit and struggling I'm sure foreigners would have a very hard time. Breakfast was lovely. Room was nice, although the shower did seem very temperamental with the temperature which was a shame. Slept very well.
M. A. M. B.
Had an awesome experience being here for a group training. Good location with easy access for train, bus or car. Different choices of training rooms by capacity, internet access and cosy environment. Accommodation and restaurant options available. Free branded writing materials, water and great customer service. Great and fun experience. LOVED IT
J. D.
Lovely weekend away with the family. Good base to explore Greenwich and trip into central London. Doesn't take too long on the underground or DLR but the kids enjoyed the boat up river best. For a weekly business hotel, very family friendly with great staff. Our room had two roll-away beds but still lots of space, kids slept better in a bed each as well.
A. D.
I stayed here with my girlfriend during the London marathon. We really liked our room, which was a great size, very comfortable and very stylish. We were impressed by the breakfast as well. Although there is a nice restaurant beside the hotel and close to train stops, there isn't too much to do in the surrounding area (very much the financial district, so a bit dead on the weekend). Our only real complaint with this hotel was that we thought the wireless fee was a bit much and the connection kept dropping.
I would definitely stay here again if I decided to run the marathon again.
G. S.
It's a great hotel for business, the staff are great.
Located at the center of canary wharf, five minutes from the canary wharf tube station.
In order to get wifi in rooms, you need a hilton honors membership.
Business lounge is very comfortable and good.
Breakfast is great.
T. M.
We spent two nights 21/12-23/12 2018
Hotel is in an great location for the 02 and easy access to central London via the jubilee line, didn't use the DLR.
Canary wharf has plenty of shopping, bars and resteraunts plus an ice rink at Christmas time.
Close to the river clipper which was a different way to see the sights
The room is was very clean and tidy and large enough for a family of 4.
The bathroom had a bath and walk-in shower and again was clean and tidy.
Beds made both days and fresh towels, plus a Christmas card from house keeping and a towel swan!
We were given an upgrade to an executive suite so got breakfast included and use of the exec lounge which was exellent 👍👍
The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable about the best ways to get around! and nothing seemed to much trouble.
Over all the hotel was very good and would definitely stay again.😊
I. P.
Ideal location for concert at the O2 being just 1 stop on the Jubilee line. Also well placed for central London via public transport. Not the most scenic of areas, but that's Docklands in general and no slight on this hotel. Great choice of drinks and snacks in the executive lounge and excellent range of food for breakfast in the main restaurant. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room well maintained and clean, could have just done with a bit more water pressure in the shower.
G. H.
I've been going to this hotel for the last 4 years for the MCM comic con and I've never been disappointed.
All the staff are friendly and easy to talk and as you can imagine it must be strange to talk to anything from a superhero to a creep clown from day to day. The rooms are all was spotless.
I highly recommend this hotel over most in the area and look forward to returning next May for the next Comic-Con.
M. I.
Checked in here after a long day of London sight seeing. Check in was painless and easy. Asharaf the front desk manager was extremely helpful; he was polite and professional and did all he could to accommodate our request (A quiet room with a view)
Room was very spacious with all amenities (hairdryer, iron with a full size ironing board well stocked mini bar and plush towels) Beds a bit on the hard side.
M. S.
We used this hotel recently for a work event and I have to say I was very impressed.
We received a very good level of customer service and nothing was too much trouble.
The food and drink was very nice, surroundings were attractive, clean and relaxed but with a business atmosphere too.
The location is very handy too as it's right by the South Quay DLR station.
S. S.
Absolutely an unbelievable place. I found my lost wallet intact.
T. O.
Clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that they insisted on giving me fresh towels even when I told them i was leaving the next day. However, the receptionist should be more friendly..
J. G.
Air conditioning is so/so. Friendly staff and overall a very good experience. The family room we had was missing a bed and instead of a king size bed we had a queen size bed.
A. P.
Excellent location, but the hotel is a bit barebones for a Hilton. Not exactly a luxury hotel, more like a decent business hotel. Close to Canada Square, decent eating places around, also close to underground and DLR stations. The noise from the DLR tracks right outside the hotel can be a bit bothersome though.
G. G.
Great choice for citybreaks or business trips, especially when one need fast access to Canary Wharf / Docks / Greenwich areas. A bit disturbing outside, due to the construction sites around, but otherwise I cannot complain of anything - the Hilton standards are all met here. Well done again, Hilton team!
F. E.
Visited the Hilton for a business event today. The staff were super helpful especially the lady on duty outside the quayside suite. I had forgotten various leads and IT things, which they managed to find for me to use from their own IT dept. Bar staff downstairs lovely also and seem to know their whisky.
K. P.
Stayed for new years eve as was in London for the fireworks and I couldn't fault the staff in the slightest. Very helpful and friendly, check in was quick and easy and room was spotless. Booked the romance package and my partner was really impressed and happy with it. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if staying in London and would recommend to anyone.
M. U.
This hotel made my birthday very special. My partner mentioned that it was my birthday and we discovered champagne, balloons and cake in our room. Thank you to all the staff that we interacted with you were all brilliant. We often visit London and with service like we received we will stay here again and again. 👍👍😀
R. H.
This is first class hotel, the rooms are a good size and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The Hotel has good transport links and is located less than 50 yards from DLR south quay station which gives access to both the city and central London in under 20 minutes. Definitely one of the better Hilton hotels in London
S. W.
Arrived at the hilton for a work presentation, only a five minute walk from canary wharf tube station. The lobby is both bright, spacious and welcoming. Our room was a good size and we were well looked after by bar staff and cloakroom attendants, catering provided for the event was slightly disappointing however.
K. K.
I had dinner in the Cinnamon restaurant of the Hilton. I had the grilled salmon and the parfait. The salmon dish was excellent, I really enjoyed it. Very good low carb option, quite sumptuous as well. The gnocchi was superb, best I ever had but they could have seasoned the spinach and the asparagus. I was not a great fan of the parfait though: the chocolate mousse was very simple and quite plain. The accompanying compote was overly sweet, sickeningly so and definitely did not complement the taste of the chocolate, in fact, it overpowered it to the extent that I do not believe it was enjoyable. To top it all off, the hard popcorn sugar bomb on top of it was just unnecessary. Overall a positive experience in a great location, very good service and tasty food (well, for the most part). The price is about what you would expect.
P. C.
Went for afternoon tea after we were bought a voucher. The tea was adequate but really nothing special. Sandwiches felt very premade and very cold. Sweets were fine but again, felt like they'd come straight out of the fridge. The most disappointing part was the champagne cocktail. Strawberry puree dumped into a flute of champagne. We couldn't drink it. Uninspiring room for afternoon tea. No atmosphere but very helpful staff.
D. T.
It is a nice venue for an event, it's relatively trouble free to load kit in and out of. The staff looked after us very well. The conference facilities are a little dated however, still using 4:3 projectors with VGA connections! The main room is also very beige.
G. B.
I had a great stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff that made me feel at home away from home. Excellent service, and good value for money in this area. Clean, nearby shops, restaurants, and public transport. Would absolutely recommend for business purposes in Canary Wharf.
s. f.
I purchased 2 deals on wowcher for a roast board and a bottle of wine and a roast board with two soft drinks.
I was asked to email to request a reservation time slot, which I did.
I have been to this restaurant many times before and me and my 7 year old daughter love it there, mainly due to it being very quiet and not crowded. I was emailed back saying that they couldn't accommodate our request as they were over booked, as this was for my birthday I called them and was able to eventually get a table for the time and date I had originally requested in the email???
When I arrived we were seated straight away and the restaurant was empty!!! This was not a surprise as it usually is, but I couldn't understand why I had been turned down initially?
We waited quite a while for our food and the menu had changed.. no macaroni and cheese like the previous times, however they had exchanged the onion rings with yorkshire puddings..which is a bonus as a roast should come with yorkshire puddings... the food was ok, the chicken was dry.. we ordered a separate macaroni and cheese but this was awful...
The house red was nice and we wasn't rushed at all, the 2nd roast-board ordered was fish and seafood and as was lovely, but we was not offered condiments which is strange as part of the fish board was fish and chips.
We bought a few extra vouchers at the time, so we have to return and to be honest it is a good deal for the price of £19 with 2 soft drinks and £24 with a bottle of wine. As it was my birthday I received a selection of cakes and a pleasant happy birthday wish from a member of staff.
M. G.
Ordinarily, I would give this place 4 stars but I deducted a star for the following reasons:
1) The platter came up without onion rings. We complained and were told that they didn't have any. Fair enough, but tell us before when you take the order and, at least, offer a replacement
2) We sat there for ages waiting tonne asked if we wanted dessert
3) Once ordered, the dessert took over 30 minutes to arrive
4) We waited for ages to get the bill
5) I don't agree with adding a 'discretionary' charge to bills (I decide if I want to leave a tip, or not, not the restaurant).
L. M.
The Canary Wharf Hilton is in a lovely location with a small number of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and professional, when checking in took a little longer than usual due to a computer problem we were immediately given free WiFi access for our stay. The room was spacious but basic and generally well kept.
There was an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom however, which I reported to the reception immediately. This wasnt immediately resolved but, when I complained again in the morning was evebtually rectified. Upon returning to our room the following day we has received a complimentary bottle of wine and a hand written apology from the customer rep, so eventually well handled.
D. D.
Great location, with plenty to do in the area. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious, the only downside being a couple of bits that could have been cleaned better, but that's a very minor point.
I. N.
Very nice hotel, fantastic staff and great breakfast! It's also close to the DLR line which is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. There's a huge shopping centre too, on the opposite side of the canal next to the hotel.
E.
Great location near the tube and the staff was very pleasant but also highly accommodating in several instances. Room was spacious and even though our window faced construction, the noise was not terrible.
G. W.
Location is good and rooms OK. The bar/restaurant is expectedly overpriced, but there's plenty of alternatives nearby. If you're on lower floors the DLR may be annoying at night, but further up it's just a rumble. The staff were very friendly and helpful so can't fault that.
E. P.
Good quality vs price
Keep it up
V. K.
It is located cloes to the DLR train and easily accessible by cars. Car parking available. Stylish, modern hotel with superb team and good food and beverages facilities. High building with great view to the city, especially from the executive lounge. Friendly, professional staff would recommend this hotel to anyone.
B. W.
Great hotel in a great location. Wonderful breakfast. Only let down was a trainee member of staff who checked us in have us incorrect information that we didn't have included breakfast when we did and I never got my Sunday paper
D. B.
Stayed at this hotel this weekend. Cannot fault the staff or the surroundings but breakfast was a farce. One chef trying to cook omelettes to order whilst nothing else was getting filled up ie. No sausage, bacon, beans we had a 10 minute wait and even then no one came to help him. Very poor service for a hotel of this calibre.
a. f.
2 night stay in a junior suite with access to the exec lounge. Fantastic. Really nice location, friendly staff. Close to jubilee line and a nice stroll along the Thames made this stay a really nice weekend.
L. W.
Good off center location. Close to the jubilee line of the tube. On weekends they really indulge the kids. Big rooms and good breakfast. Some maintenance issues but overall good.
A. A.
Convenient hotel. Close to most if the major bank areas. Close to the Canary wharf underground station for Jubilee line. Nice to walk around area with shops in the underground area very very convenient. Hotel is really good. New. Very well attended. Safe area to walk around.
W. K.
Room was nice and roomy. Quiet. 5/5
Service and breakfast was excellent, full English plus custom made omelette, fruits everything - just avoid rush hours for best service
Concierge was competent and helpful 5/5
Location, near by public transit, about 5 km east of Tower bridge 4/5
S. H.
Good facilities for the course I was attending, although the desks were far too small for 2 people sat side by side. Food excellent, although inadequate room security meant meals were missed for some attendees as the IT equipment in the rooms needed a minder whilst students were out for food.
S. B.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Hilton, Canary Wharf, the room was spacioys, modern and clean and the breakfast was delicious..
Only small complaint was the directions to the hotel given over the phone from a receptionist that was way out and caused us a bit of stress..
J.
Rooms large but spartan. Gym way too small for a corporate hotel! Ground level feels totally soulless - the foyer blends into the bar and restaurant, and the whole thing feels dead. Executive lounge was also pretty uninspiring. However the housekeeping at least tried, with a swan or something made out of towels on the bed. Wasn’t enough to overcome the downsides. Expected more.
M. H.
Perfect hotel in London. We loved our stay here. Arriving from the London City airport it is an easy travel by DLR train to South Quay station. From there a short 2 min. walk to the hotel. The warm welcome of the hotel staff was very nice ... friendly with a smile. Our room was really nice. There is an executive lounge for drinks. The hotel is, thanks to a footbridge in walking distance of Canary Wharf. Making it an easy access point for London while enjoying the comfort of this part of London. Love to come back.
U. H.
There is limited parking and we had a 5 minute drive to the more expensive NCP parking with a 12 minute walk back to the hotel, so reserve your parking space if necessary. Otherwise, a totally enjoyable stay in a quiet, clean room.
A. H.
Me And Mum Went There A While Back For A a Tea For Two Experience And We Didnt Dress Up For It.
Went Well Casual And The Staff At This Hotel Were Warm,Welcoming And Friendly,Nothing Was Too Much Trouble
It Is Also Situated Near The South Quay DLR And Its Easy To Find.
Cant Wait For The Lockdown To End So Me And Me Mum Can Go Back .
Socially Distanced Of Course!!!!
Y. K.
Stayed at the Canary wharf for one night, attending a family members birthday event. The rooms were impeccable an dht estaff very accommodating when we requested that the pullout bed also be made up. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this location.
M. W.
Stayed here to celebrate a birthday. Staff were all great. We were upgraded and also given free cake. Room was lovely on 13th floor - clean spacious and quiet. Our 2nd stay here and won't be the last
T. M.
Place is really alright (clean rooms and friendly staff), but breakfast is not as good as it used to be. I asked for scrambled eggs from fresh eggs (planty of them around cook) but he still made it from chemical liquid pretending to be eggs (used in most hotels).
T. M.
Overall, very happy with our stay, very good location within zone one. Our room was a very good size plus we were greeted with a personalised message from room service. They were very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay.
A. A.
It's been a few years (2008), but this was our "landing" hotel when we arrived in London from the USA. Exhausted. And they treated us warmly and welcomed us. Our rooms were quiet with lovely views toward downtown London. Outstanding executive lounge and outstanding executive lounge breakfast and outstanding service from the bottom floor to the top.
M. H.
Efficient check in and out. Clean with good beds and pillows. Bathrooms are a little on the small side (normal rooms) but overal sufficient. Nice location within minutes from restaurants and other attractions.
P. K.
A wonderful hotel, a must stay if you are in Canary Wharf.

Fantastic location, lovely bars and restaurants nearby including a little shopping mall that joins on to the DLR station. The hotel lobby was nice and modern looking, check in was very quick and easy staff were extremely helpful. The room was great bed was very comfy. We didnt have a view of anything but another part of the building however we didnt mind this at all. Ordered room service which came promptly and was well worth the prices you pay in this area of London.
C. T.
Excellent hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again
V. S.
Good hotel and great location. The place just next to office area. It's on the center of Canary wharf. The place is well managed. Service is as usual in London. The rooms are good and nicely managed. Good for business visit..
G. S.
The hotel is very comfortable and the staff take great care.
E. H.
Smart and relaxing decor. Afternoon tea was good, particularly the warm scones. Service was friendly although it would have been nice to be seated upstairs with the view as advertised.
R. C.
Hilton Canary Wharf Staff was extremely helpful with last minute booking due to change in travel plans.
E. H.
Great hotel on a great and easy accessible location. The service is what you would expect and the rooms are spacious and comfortable! Breakfast is very good. I would highly recommend this place!
A. C.
I don't understand what's up with the heating systems in UK's hotels, but this one was also off, and I was freezing in March, in a room, when outside was a snow blizzard! Not cool. Actually, too cool, but not in a good way. Otherwise, I had a great stay there.
W. L.
Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was ok , although the view wasn't too good in some rooms. Close to DLR and London Underground , and it is just 30 minutes to the city center. There is a shopping mall nearby , and I think it is worth a stay.
A. T.
UPDATE- despite an issue I had when I first arrived and the buggy Hilton app, the relationship managers made it right and truly care about their customers and their experience.
One thing I learn is that it’s best to use the Hilton app when you’re connected to the wifi.
Otherwise, the housekeepers are absolutely amazing and friendly!! I found a nice note from one of the housekeepers to wish me a nice stay! I love this personal touch! Shoutout to Awa! I also found these nice swans made with towels!!
Other than that, the room was nice and clean, and I had access to free wifi with my Hilton Honors account. For those traveling from the US and Japan, you’ll be able to use the US plug without an adaptor! The desk also has a couple of USBs, so it’s convenient to charge your electronics.
A. R.
Nice but rooms are not up to standard even no complementary water provided in room toilet flush button broken carpet wast dirty
S. K.
Loved the place! Staff were polite excellent service received !!
A. P.
Good size rooms, very friendly staff, easy access to underground. Early morning commute using Tube and Heathrow Express is only about 50 mins, which is excellent.
r.
Had afternoon tea on the 14th floor. Food and cakes were nice and there was plenty of it. Choice of tea if a bigger pot would have been appreciated. Nice quiet atmosphere with nice view.
J. s.
Nice hotel well situated
K. W.
Lovely hotel. Nice room. Lovely breakfast. Nice staff. It's so good you don't need to change a thing.

Comments: WoW ... Amazing ... treated like a King and Queen from the moment we arrived to the moment we left ... a glass of Cava on arrival ... gluten free bread in the Executive Lounge ... and even better a gluten free station in the breakfast area ... this was a trip for my wifes 50th to see Mel Gibson (He cancelled a month ago) ... so glad we still made the trip to this absolutely fabulous hotel ... who needs Mel for a great weekend ... I cannot single out one person for fantastic service EVERYONE we came into contact with was superb. A massive thank you to everyone. A 50th treat my wife will not forget ... Looking forward to our next trip with you. My one complaint is that the breakfast was so good I might need a bigger pair of trousers :-)
M. B.
This was the 5th Hilton I stayed at in London and it was by far the best service, biggest room (Executive Room) and overall exceptional experience. The team is very customer focused, highly motivated and friendly. DLR just around the corner, Lounge good size.
N. I. M.
The hotel is in a great location if you are working in Canary Wharf and the rooms are very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Negatives were lack of plug socket near bed to charge phone and they forgot to give me the free Financial Times they had promised on check in.
J. P.
Good quality rooms and great location for business colleagues visiting. Reception staff is also very helpful
A. W.
Well located hotel for Canary Wharf. Good large clean rooms with views the higher your floor. Noise from the Docklands Light Railway can be a small issue depending on how high up your room is :) It's worth noting that if you get the right time of year and a room on a high up floor then you'll probably see an interesting free firework display :)
S. P.
Great hotel. Staff and facilities were excellent. Provided two fold out single beds for my children instead of one double. Prevented fighting.
S. J.
Good location and well equipped hotel. Room was a great size and very modern. Room service and breakfast the next day were fantastic.
J. C.
Pleasant hotel. Nice modern feel to the public areas and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good for Canary Wharf and the DLR but there is currently quite a bit of construction going on in the vicinity.
K. T.
My wife booked a surprise getaway at the Hilton Canary Wharf hotel for birthday and all I can say is that it is one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at! The room was very luxurious and spacious. Definitely deserves the Hilton name!
R. P. T.
Great location, very many places to go to.Staff was very polite and very helpful. The room was fabulous.Housekeeping cleaned the room without any requests everyday.Service was excellent, even if you want something at midnight service will do it.Food at the Cinnamon Restaurant was very delicious.Looking forward to staying at this hotel again.
P.S.Thanks to Arian

Excellent customer service and duty of care would recommend this hotel in canary wharf
A. L.
Okay, what do you expect from a standard hotel but just to offer you service based on your wallet. Receptionists were helpful in directing me to venue of my meeting.
J. P.
Loved every bit of it, really nice and clean hotel. The room was amazing, comfy mattress with a nice clean bathroom.
Thank you

A very friendly event manager catered to our needs and was very accommodating. The service provided for our even (30th birthday celebration) was outstanding. I will be visiting this property again.
P. B.
Pleasant hotel in the heart of the city, geared to an American audience with ice machines and crispy bacon for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, staff very polite.
M. K.
Amazing hotel . Food can get same Improvement
H. H. B.
Very nice and clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Forgot my travel adapter and i got a new one from them, all smiles from me.
K. R.
The service is excellent, guests are treated like family. The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are clean , the food is good , and the staff are awesome!
K. G.
We attended for Afternoon tea. The service wasn't that great and the food was just ok, not outstanding. There also was no music playing so it felt as though there wasn't any atmosphere. Very dull, much preferred the Sunborn yacht for afternoon tea.
J. S.
If you can get a good deal, this is a great place to stay in Canary Wharf. Short walk over the bridge to the tube or right next door to the South Quay DLR with easy access to Bank or Shadwell to interchange with the tube and overground. Nice rooms. Would definitely stay again.
I. D.
Large quiet rooms, well insulated form the railway lines. Perfect for business travel. Good breakfast selection. Despite the expense, good value.
Z. A.
Very nice rooms and service, wide variety of foods in breakfast and to add to that a very nice booking policy but guests should be able to connect as many devices the want to when using the Wi-Fi
T. H.
Very nice and friendly staff with good can do attitude and awareness of what people need when coming to London. Nice rooms but not much of a view. Good tips and info from staff thank you
J. C.
Location was very easy to get to, staff very friendly and efficient, the function room was decorated to a very high standard and quality... I'd definitely recommend to family and friends... Loved it!!
A. M.
Currently at the hotel where we have been made very welcome. The staff have assisted in making our time here easy as one of our sons is on crutches. As things are we are happy as we get ready to watch the UCI track championships
P. H.
Attended a wedding event. Table service very good, bar drinks were warm, and the venue started to take the wedding decorations down before the event had actually ended (not a great look for the bride and groom and guests!)
l. b.
Nice contemporary building with clean architecture. Bar is a bit limited when it comes to drinks choices, but the food in the restaurant is very good quality and excellent value for money.
C. G.
Modern and well situated for Canary awharf. The main business centre is just 2 mins away. There is a gym, and the dining area is light and airy. Overall a nice Hotel.
S. B.
Lovely spacious room. Friendly staff . Great breakfast!
T. L.
The Hilton Hotel Canary Wharf is situated in a great location just five minutes by walking from the station.. You just need to cross a pedestrian bridge, to walk for one hundred meters more and you will find it
Great waiting room in the first floor with coffee machine, tea, water and juices available!
B. V.
Staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. View from hotel is very nice. Breakfast menu is awesome.
M. V.
Great place to stay if you have to be near Canary Wharf for work or near O2. Room size is good. Only nagging point is no power socket next to your bed to charge your phone
U. 2.
+ Best housekeeping in London! Loved the attention to details and thoughtfulness of the room attendant and the HSK supervisor, Diana.
- Restaurant female hostess could be trained much better to keep the customers eat inside the property.
F. B. H.
An industrial style hotel typical of many Hilton Properties today. Room was comfortable, if not slightly tired, but that didn't distract from the lovely professional staff.
d. w.
Great hotel in canary wharf stayed there many times , choose the exec rooms for your stay if you can , great location for tubes buses in to central london west end o2 etc within minutes good bars and restarants and foid carts all around this area and great shopping areas in and around jubilee park , steps away
N. S.
My stay at the HIlton in king junior suite was absolutely breath taking the views from the room and the amenities. The duty manage Aaron Rowland showed us up to our room and also to the lounge, the customer service we received above and beyond and he is a credit to the Hilton Canary Wharf. We look forward to our next visit.
R. H.
Good location, convenient for tube and DLR. Large, comfortable room, great buffet breakfast (cooked and continental) and staff were superb - they made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to help.
S. G. A.
Rooms clean, tidy, great first impression. Keep it up. Hk left us a note with some chocolates; great touch + receptionist who check us in (Anastasia)amazing.
A. R.
Stay was nice as always like any Hilton. Staffs are courteous and charming. Keep it up!
c. c.
This was the third time we have stayed at this Hilton in the past 6 months and it has never diassapointed, rooms are great, Exec lounge great value and the breakfast is wonderful. We will be back again!
K. A.
Very competitive price and close proximity to Canary Wharf. Rooms are good size and bathrooms very adequate. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. Overall very friendly and would use again.
A. v. B.
Fast service, helpful staff, an all around enjoyable experience. The only downside was that I had lost something and wanted to ring the hotel, yet I couldn’t get a hold on anybody.
G. A.
Outstanding service, good connection to city and Greenwich. Very quiet rooms even though located close to the DLR tracks.
Decent gym with cardio and some cables/dumbbells
J. U.
Great location. Few mins walk to the mall and a couple of great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well designed . Great touch from the room service keeping chocolates 😊
J. G.
Perfect place, perfect staff, the best stay we had😘❤️Breakfast was very tasty, Rita at the bar - very lovely and nice person, reception staff were lovely, room nice and clean
T. A.
A solid hotel for business travellers working in Canary Wharf.
Good facilities, good food and close to restaurants.
It is just a trip over a small bridge to the centre of Canary Wharf
O.
Very conveniently located, short distance to all Canary Wharf business sites. Comfortable and modern rooms. Highly recommended for short term stay.
D. N.
Nice, clean but a bit pricey. What I really live about this place is the breakfast, the best I ever had in London's hotel.
J. B.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Ideal as not in the madness of central London but ideal as we were 10-15 minutes on the underground. 5 minute walk to the underground station. West field is also close with all your shops and restaurants.
N. S.
Fantastic hotel, great service. One of the best hiltons in London. If you can stretch to an executive room worth every penny, as fabulous executive lounge with great views.
S. T.
Best in the area, in terms of quality and price. Nice location and great staff. One of the manager, Villabuena, had gone to length to accommodate a special request. This is my go to hotel in Canary Wharf.
y. m.
It's a nice hotel located in the heart of London Canary wharf. Very close to businesses and station. And not far from City Airport.
R. C.
Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, plus the rooms are legit nice. Try and request a room not on the front site so you won't hear the tram if you're a light sleeper.
K. F.
Great hotel. Stayed as a family for a visit to London. Easy to travel into centre. Very nice hotel. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Would come again.
M. D.
The most basic Hilton I've ever been to. Spartan equipment, shabby furniture, no bath robes, and when you ask for them they bring you one with tears and wears. One might expect smt better for 300+ pounds/night, but it looks there is not much competition among hotels at Canary Wharf.
A. M.
Quite quiet worth a visit
K. A.
Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and accommodating, stayed with my partner for 3 nights. Staff were lovely
k. l.
We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Customer servive excellent food excellent. Very comfortable bed could not have been bettef. 10 out of 10

Y. N.
Lovely hotel and very pleasant, professional, efficient and friendly staff. Easy access to train station. Also amazing breakfast!!!
K. S.
Never stayed in the hotel over night. I was there with a conference from work. The facilities were very comfortable and the intermission lunch was very nice.
M. O.
I recently stayed at Hilton Canary Wharf which has proved to be a great experience.
The hotel area is near the Canary Wharf tube station on the Jubilee line and it's also serviced by two DLR stations (Canary Wharf and Heron Quays).
I stayed in a King Executive Room (number 1414) for the very good rate of 127 pounds per night in the 24-26th October weekend.
The room was large and very modernly appointed and the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a walk in shower: both bathrobes and slippers were provided.
As I am a HHonors diamond guest I was given executive lounge access and it was always an excellent experience, except for a weekend evening when it was "invaded" by families with screaming babies: the lounge featured both an afternoon tea moment (with sandwiches and cakes) and an evening open bar (with spirits and canapes) in addition to the breakfast that I chose to consume in the hotel's restaurant (and it was an excellent one).
On the weekend trips when the hotel is pretty empty and the rates are lower this hotel can be the perfect choice for a trip to London.
S. H.
Really nice hotel, good location and excellent executive lounge. Good transport links with easy access to the tube and DLR. Room was good and staff very friendly.
L. A.
Woucher off for a meat platter and bottle of wine. Food ok but not very hot. Took almost 45 mins before our food arrived. No atmosphere. Staff pleasant enough.
P. C.

Spacious rooms. Nice location right in the heart of the financial district. Only the uber ride from the airport took two hours even though it was after the rush hours
M. L.
Nice business hotel just 5 minutes walk to the Canary wharf tube. Fresh executive rooms and the lounge had descent breakfast and evening snacks and drinks.

Lovely hotel a short walk from the tube. Very modern and breakfast was good. Food in the executive lounge was great.

Location was brilliant for event and for things to do around. Rooms were a brilliant standard and had everything required. Service and food could not be faulted.

M. S.
Best hotel and location if have business meetings on Canary Wharf. Food is very good too. Always look forward to my stay here.
L. k.
Myself and my husband chose the Hilton restaurant as a way of having a final meal before we left London for our anniversary week away and it did not disappoint, from fast service to excellent food, this is a place we highly recommend, easily accessible from the underground station using the circle or DLR service with the O2 arena close by, this would be an excellent night out when seeing a show at the O2 or simply visiting the cinema.
J. B.
It's quite nice. The rooms are modern, clean and bigger than I expected. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Cutty Sark
M. C.
Was in the bar to have a couple of drinks while working remotely. Will now be my go-to place when in the area and need somewhere to get the laptop out. Great service and not massively expensive.
C. P.
One of the best hotel I've stayed at. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Beautiful surrounding area too!
S. H.
This hotel was excellent, room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Recommended.

6 out of 5 stars! What a fabulous experience from check-in to check-out! Friendly, attentive, and VERY keen to please. Here’s to the daiquiris ;)
L. B.
Stayed here with my wife, on a weekend trip to London. Lovely hotel friendly staff and great location. Recommended
T. W.
Lovely hotel, no parking :-(
M. P.
Handy for canary wharf. The executive lounge felt like there'd been some cut backs. Alcohol put away at 8pm and not 10pm for example. Cheap coffee maker. Clearly set up to upsell afternoon tea and not for comfort to relax in.
R. H.
Everything we needed. Good location close to rail, bars and restaurants. Very clean and good sized room
J. F.
We had our staff conference here.Great selection for breakfast and lunch. Staff very attentive.Fantastic day.
M. H.
Clean room, nice hotel, amazing breakfast. But a bit unprofessional staff.
a. e.
Wonderful service. The were kind enough to accommodante me even when funky booked. The tea was good. I really enjoyed myself
J.
Amazing, delicious food with very accommodating staff as we had a baby and a buggy in a stunning building. Would highly recommend!
C. B.
The infrastructure to/from Canary Wharf is brilliant....it's easy to discard it as being too far out from the heart of London to stay in a hotel but the excellent Underground and DLR mean you are only minutes away from London Bridge and Tower Hill....although there is a lot of concrete and high rise buildings the place has wonderful flower beds and shrubs everywhere and indeed it's own park on top of the tube station. Plenty of places to eat and drink and everywhere is clean and the gardens are well tended. There is also an underground shopping precinct which is very good....try to miss lunchtime when all the 'suits come out! Walk south from here and give yourself a treat by walking under the Thames from the Isle of Dogs to Greenwich by tunnel. Brilliant...
D. M. W.
Excellent hotel. Fantastic restaurant. The food was sublime. Will stay here again.
Y. A. (.
Great hotel can be a bit of a dead atmosphere but other than that it’s great it’s clean and I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice decor, good food but it took them over 30 minutes to deliver the food. I used the tastecard so it was worth while, but would not go there otherwise.

Pleasing to see that they've made improvement based on my previous feedbacks. The room has now got some sockets with USB plugs, which is really useful.
D. Q.
Nice hotel shame room service was stopped and bar staff didn't seem interested in serving
T. d. C.
Cinnamon Restaurant is amazing. The place is clean and beautiful. The food was awesome (I had the Surf and Turf with chips). Highly recommended.
M. S.
We had a really nice afternoon tea here where we were sat up in the executive lounge overlooking the Thames. Very polite staff and nice food.
J. M.
Our stay here was excellent the views were beautiful the rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, there was one member of staff in particular called Artemois who was incredibly helpful and had spectacular customer service because of him we would definitely come back to the Hilton canary wharf
J. B.
Clean and comfortable accomodations, right in the core of the London financial district.
There was a personal touch to it, as they left a handwritten note welcoming you to the hotel.
J. S.
Very clean hotel. Stayed for a night on 14 August. First time staying in Canary Wharf. Love the buildings.

Nice hotel - I can recommend for business trips with appointments in Canary Wharf; otherwise it would not be my first choice due to the location.

Attended a wedding event. Table service very good, bar drinks were warm, and the venue started to take the wedding decorations down before the event had actually ended (not a great look for the bride and groom and guests!)
U. H.
There is limited parking and we had a 5 minute drive to the more expensive NCP parking with a 12 minute walk back to the hotel, so reserve your parking space if necessary. Otherwise, a totally enjoyable stay in a quiet, clean room.
M. B.
This was the 5th Hilton I stayed at in London and it was by far the best service, biggest room (Executive Room) and overall exceptional experience. The team is very customer focused, highly motivated and friendly. DLR just around the corner, Lounge good size.
