We had a weekend stay just before Christmas. A friendly hotel, clean and covid safe. Facilities are clean, communal areas are kept hygienic and lifts are both clean and we were able to use them to ourselves.
A good sized room, very clean and the option to suspend room services during our stay due to covid. Free wifi.
The food was great - we had breakfast. The only hangup I had was that children's breakfast was full adult price.
Lovely stay, very happy and will defo stay there again.

Beautiful building and rooms were ok. Breakfast was lovely extremally attentive staff within the restaurant in the morning.
General manager Alex was very rude, ignorant and wouldn't even make eye contact when I was speaking. It takes just one bad apple to ruin a bunch and this is what happened here hence the 3 stars. Without the abysmal actions of Alex I would have allocated 5 stars!

Hotel standard have slipped in past 2 years since staying here. Now way more Hilton Hotels in London to choose from, which are newer and offer better quality and value for money. No room service offered for guests, or dining option after 9pm.

I chose this hotel because it had parking, it even says on the website how much parking costs. WRONG! No parking. Nowhere for them to have had a carpark either. Aside from that it was a comfortable nice room with a fairly good view. Nice breakfast (no scrambled egg offered but otherwise good) Friendly staff. Disappointed that the bar was shut when I got back just after 11pm

Great hotel, only down side so far is the cleaner don't know how to clean properly. Still sugar spill and never wiped surfaces properly if at all, didn't even hoover, as I am a part time cleaner myself its just embarrassing for the hotel lol. Breakfast is nice.
S. T.
A great location and clean hotel. Poor bar service (no ice), nor smoothies even though they were advertised! Room temperature control was variable and the breakfast below the standard that one would expect at a Hilton chain.

I was torn between 2 and 3.
The building is great. And I loved the breakfast. But the room was awful for the money. Stuffy and warm. It was about 27°, and the aircon was so loud that when you put it on, the room cooled but you still couldn't sleep.
Some of the staff were better than others. One offered to lend me his phone charger when he heard i was out of battery; loved that, going the extra mile. But then when I asked for a wake-up call, there was a meek knock on the door rather than the phone call I was expecting.

Ever since my stay at this hotel there has been one staff member in particular that has outshined the rest. I believe her name is Laura, her customer service is exquisite, always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy a customers needs. I believe she deserves a promotion because she has done outstanding work in the hotel and always has a smile on her face even with a mask on! All in all my stay here has been great and if Hilton Euston carries on having exceptionally hard working and quality staff such as Laura then I believe that the hotel will flourish. I don’t normally even do reviews but I had to due to the all round great customer service experience we have received!

Great comfortable and clean room. Shame breakfast didn't start until 0700 as I needed to leave at 0700.

We were looked after very well at this hotel. Service was friendly and we felt valued as Hilton gold members. The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. Bar prices were in line with typical London prices, not cheap but certainly not the massive markup found in some hotels. Would be very happy to visit again.

Couple of nights stay in this Hilton, clean and comfortable stay. Even though we had an extremely busy road outside each window, the noise insulation meant we were not disturbed by it.
I am a wheelchair user and the accessible room was good and included a small fridge.
Staff were polite and helpful throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was a self service which even at just before 10am (closing time of breakfast during the week) was still acceptable. Although I was bit dismayed to find that this Hilton no longer serves you tea and coffee at the table which meant if you wanted tea ; you had to get luke warm water from a machine to make tea with (you really need boiling Water for a decent cup of tea 🍵 😑).
Access to the hotel is a bit of a hassle as you have to go on a service platform lift at the side of the hotel and then through the working service areas of the hotel. It was all an inconvenience, but despite the bother we still enjoyed our stay.
K. W.
Friendly staff. I prefer when breakfast is included. I know European hotel rooms are smaller than American rooms, but with our 2 suitcases on the floor there was no way to even walk around the bed!

Diamond member:
Upgraded to a double deluxe, not sure what that gave me extra. No welcome drinks voucher.
Room small and quite dated. Nasty beige net curtains. Bathroom more up to date. Shower only. Iron and board in wardrobe with safe and slippers (no robes). Comfortable bed. A/C works reasonably well and was quiet.
Mini fridge, which wasn't very cold. Reasonable sized TV. Blackout curtains worked well. Had a room on 3rd floor, no disturbing noise from the street.
Room appeared to be clean, however a long black hair was observed on the bathroom top.
Breakfast in the basement, beige room with no windows. All food ordered and delivered to the table. (You can view the hot buffet, but served by a staff member) everything was delivered promptly, and the restaurant staff were very pleasant.
Whilst no issues I wouldn't chose this Hilton when staying overnight again personally, there are better Hilton properties with more perks for loyal members.

Hilton Euston as always been a favourite of our group of friends when visiting London.
The location is ideal for getting around London. Using public transport.
The standard of accommodation has always been satisfactory and excellent service both at reception and in restaurant.
H. K.
It is a Hilton. Superb service. Good prices for a Hilton, especially in Euston area. Well kept building with quality and well equiped rooms. Excelent bed quality. Very clean linen. Iron and board in the room. Complementary breakfast included in price. Plenty of hot water and towels. Comfortable size rooms. Go if it fits your budget
U. E.
Lovely space room. 1minute from Euston Station. So close to everything. Workspace too. Clean. Friendly staff. It'd be nice to have a livelier atmosphere. Felt a bit eary compared to hilton Angel where I usually stayed but I didn't mind as I was only there for one night.
B. T.
I enjoy this property. It’s 3 blocks to the Eurostar to Paris and Brussels and the breakfast is simple considering covid times. The staff gave me a free early check in and we’re very accommodating to my service dog!
B. P.
Overall good stay, the rooms could be better in my opinion. But the location of the hotel is the ideal
M. D.
Awesome experience.
Good:
+ Got both rooms upgraded upon check-in.
+ Decent size rooms.
+ 100-200mtr from Euston Station. Just cross the road.
+ 400-500mtr from Kings Cross Station.
+ Very Helpful, Well Trained and Motivate Staff.
+ Got late Check-out without a fuss.
Bad:
- Restaurant still closed with COVID restrictions. Bar is open.
- Taxis have to stop near the next building as there are zig-zag lines in front of the door. Not much but 10-20mtrs.
- No swimming pool as is the case with most hotels in Zone 1 Central London, of similar category.
- Mediocre breakfast spread.
A. A.
The hotel was strategicaly located nearby Euston Station and highly appropriate and conveninet for travellers with business around the area and UCL or UOL. The premises is kept clean and well maintained, representative of hotels in the Hilton chain. Service was efficient as the representatives were very willing to help with inquiries.
B. S.
Nice and new inside but my room was facing the main road and I could hear every buses and lorries going pass so didn't have a good sleep
v. b.
Attended course here on business so never had pleasure of staying over. Facilities were very good as was service and staff were friendly.
K. g.
Very disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned after one night's stay, despite my specifically requesting it
Sorry but using covid restrictions as an excuse doesn't wash as I have stayed in other hotels in the thick of lockdown and still had my room cleaned and replenished. Little comforts like enough tea and coffee are very important
Biscuits would have been great too!!
T. R.
Good facility for a group workshop / meeting with good breakout area for discussion and coffee. Lunch adequate
H. B.
Disappointed
We have all been away from the industry, i was expected great things. Nope, poor welcome (non-existent) just given keycard. Had to ask for the restaurant for breakfast, had to ask where the lifts were. Room was TINY the curtains didn't close, so there was light bleed into the room. Grubby shower cubicle hinges, disgusting. Breakfast very poor, lukewarm and undercooked. Coffee also lukewarm and the sugar sachets were rock hard so unuseable. I did try to get someones attention but they were all too 'busy'
M. T.
Traveled into the city for one night as I had a hospital appointment early the next morning. The staff were excellent, check in was contactless as I used the app and the restaurant was understandably closed so I ordered Deliveroo and the front desk called my room when it arrived.
Room was spotless as always. Fabulous service.
M. M. F.
Excellent location having just departed from the Sleeper at Euston. Claude was excellent on the front desk and I can honestly say it's the only time I've arrived at a hotel and been given access to a room at the back of eight in the morning.
Rooms are top quality my only gripe is that Hilton consider wifi a luxury item and charge an absolute fortune to use it. One star off for rip off wifi.
g. c.
Great hotel staff were very helpful and it's near to tube and rail stations so you can get around London quickly
V. J.
The staff were fine the rooms clean and as expected but to find on arrival that the restaurant was not open and then having to source dinner was not only disappointing considering other Hiltons I have stayed at over the last few months had followed guidelines and opened up full service.
J. M.
Great location for Eustion, really lovely breakfast and service.
Room needed more mirrors to get ready in, tea tray in both bedrooms and some new furniture.
S. g.
Not the best in line with Hilton's regular standards. The service and hospitality can definitely be improved. On a positive, the rooms are nice and clean.
d. B.
I have stayed at the Hilton Euston about 4 times and i love to stay there. The staff are so nice and anything you need they will help.I like to sleep at the back of the hotel as i don't like the sound of the traffic at the front.Nice and clean, rooms are spacious. One thing a person likes is to see a welcome face, all the staff are polite and make you feel Welcome.I'm also very fussy where i stay so this is great for me.
S. K.
Amazing stay as always. Shame there's no room service and kitchen is closed. Though I'm sure there's a good reason for that.
J. H.
Good, clean hotel room. Very convenient location and nice staff.
Breakfast in Covid times is disappointing but coffee was decent.
Z. T.
To be fair, the room was good in general. However, I stayed at the top level and the water pressure was low which affected shower. The room service was not satisfactory to me - I found hand towels on the floor.
The breakfast was a plus. I really liked it. It had a variety of bakery and hot dishes including fried eggs and sausages.
The front desk was nice and lent me a power converter, which I forgot to bring.
The location was okay but not the best. It's about 10 minutes walk to King's Cross.
The overall price still looks overpriced to me.

Always Great with Brand Hotels Hilton Euston Needs more Customer service

Friendly helpful barstaff. Lovely hotel.
J. C. (.
Can not fault the hotel, the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of foods and even the free wifi was decent.
B. N.
Beautiful hotel. It's not only good for overnight stays but also for conferences and meetings. I attended for a conference but they hadn't ordered refreshments. However the Hilton staff members were happy to help and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had tea and coffees even though the restaurant wasn't open yet.
This hotel is located in a convenient location, just 5mins walk from Euston station and plenty of attractions and restaurants etc.
C. G.
Very nice place. Clean with free breakfast.
C. S.
Nice hotel with polite and helpful staff. Rooms compact but nicely designed. Breakfast was ran well and had plenty of variety. View was relatively pleasant too.
However on the downside, the room I was in suffered a lot from the considerable road noise outside throughout the night. Loud groups of people, numerous ambulances and general traffic noise. It would have been impossible to sleep without earplugs. It didn't look like the windows were double glazed but perhaps that or some other improvements to noise isolation would help make the stay more pleasant.
N. S.
Found myself staying here for one night rather unexpectedly over the Christmas period. Brilliant location near Euston station so very well connected if you're using it as a base to get around London.
The room was a decent size, clean, quiet and very comfortable- in fact it was one of the best night's sleep I've had and was just what I needed after Christmas.
I ordered room service which was quick, hot and tasty. Breakfast the next morning was also brilliant with a great choice of hot and cold food/beverages.
G. B.
Very helpful friendly staff, extremely clean, excellent breakfast and the most comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again
D. M.
This hotel is conveniently located near King’s Cross station. We generally had a pleasant 2 day stay followed by a work conference there. The room itself was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. The staff were friendly and professional
T. M.
Nice and clean and reasonably quiet although facing the street. I had arrived early for check-in, expecting to just leave my bag at reception and come back to check-in later but my room was ready. The windows in the room didn't shut …
P. W.
All round nice hotel in a convenient location.
B. O.
Food was really nice. The burger was very tasty. The room I stayed in was of a very good size, however it was right outside the lift so you could hear it going all night. There is a fair but of traffic noise from the front rooms. Staff are really nice and extremely helpful.
F. S.
It was ok but I expected something more. The area was very noisy at night with a lot of honking, sirens, etc... The room is not really well insulated for noise. The room was also a bit cold and for some reason the room service was resetting the thermostat to 19°C every morning, despite I set it a few degrees higher. Not sure it's really worth the high price.
K. H.
The Hilton at Euston is convenient for both Euston station and King's Cross station. The reception is grand and the staff are welcoming.
I was on the 5th floor, and due to this, only one elevator was available for me to use. This was not problematic as the elevator was very quick and seemed to give priority to 5th floor when called - though if you are in a rush on the way out, I would recommend leaving a few minutes early to ensure this does not impact you.
The room was quite small but very comfortable and had everything that I needed. The TV was modern but the remote didn't appear to have any TV guide functions which made channel hopping a challenging affair.
There was a moderate amount of noise from the street outside, but this would only impact light sleepers.
The breakfast had a good range of hot and continental options and had no complaints in anyway with the selection or the service.
Overall, a high quality stay.
C. K.
Comfortable stay although a smaller room than usual but given the location in central London overall good.
Fast check in service with 24 hour staff.
Room
Equiper with iron and ironing board, a fridge, desktop alarm clock, free tea and coffee making facilities.
GOOD TO KNOW one plug socket had a usb charge point fitting as well.
Great selection for breakfast. Cereals, fruit, full English including black pudding.
Th3 hotel also has bar that I could see but did not have time to use.
D. K.
A very conveniently located hotel with friendly and efficient staff and well proportioned rooms. Our room was quiet and contained everything we needed, including a small welcome gift for Valentines Day! We appreciated the decent sized bath, the bath robes, the good WiFi and large, comfortable bed. Good variety for breakfast although we had to wait for a table. 4 1/2 stars.
J. d.
Lovely stay! Clean, comfortable rooms! Bed was so comfy!
D. M.
The rooms are newly renovated (so nice and clean) but fairly small so there's not a ton of elbow room. Some lobby/common areas are still under renovation too. The lack of a gym is disappointing but the food here was great and consistently good food is a draw to Hilton for me. The location worked for me but might not be an ideal location if you are looking to be close to attractions or popular spots.
S. H.
Lovely stay here.
We had disabled needs which were so very well met every time.
Every member of staff was kind, helpful and always happy to not only assist us but even preempt our needs.
We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.
P. B.
I was able to check in early on my wedding day. The staff also provided us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to celebrate, which was nice.
They are currently undergoing renovations so as far as I know there was only one slow lift in operation which wasn't great and it was far too hot in the room as the AC wasn't working.
The breakfast provided was lovely and the staff were friendly.
C. G.
Excellent hotel no problems was able to check in early receptionist very helpful would reccomend a stay here
J. C.
The function rooms are adequate with comfortable seating and some nice decoration. The toilets have recently been refurbished and were spotless. More attention to the projector should be made to ensure a picture that fills the entire screen.
The food provided was delicious.
E. R.
Nice hotel, the rooms are very small like many in London but the staff couldn't be nicer. Good breakfast in the morning and a refrigerator in the room is nice. Rooms are very well maintained and spotless. I'd be happy to stay here on my next trip as well.
D. G.
Stayed here for one night, the room was small but having large windows it didn't really feel it. The bathroom was nice and large and the room was clean. My only issue was I was facing the road and it was very loud throughout the night so won't suit light sleepers.
L. S.
I stayed there for two nights during the business trip. Location was very convenient for me. Room was rather small but tidy and adequate for my needs. I had no issues with noise.
J. M.
The Euston Hilton is very nice. The rooms are relatively small, but very comfortable. Room service is great too; I didn't leave my room until 11 and left for food at 12 and they had completely made up my room even that late in the day. All the staff are very friendly, and more than willing to assist with any issues or concerns you may have
E. L.
We stayed at the hotel directly across from this hotel. Noting that the hotel we were staying at was a little outdated and a bit more dirty, we would make trips over to see the hotel and use the lobby bathrooms. Now, I know that may sound strange and probably frowned upon but this hotel is in a lovely area, has a very clean and decorative lobby, helpful front desk employees (we had asked 5 people working at our hotel about a service provided by a local tour bus company, and no one had any knowledge on the subject. We happened to ask the front desk employee of the Hilton and he knew exactly what we were talking about and directed us in the right location.) I enjoy the area and plan to return to this area, and to stay at this hotel the next time.
C. C.
Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for Euston and the tube for getting around
t. f. c. b.
lovely place to stay. staff very friendly helpful. room was lovely clean. breakfast was great choice selection. could do with another cofee machine tho. would stay again.
R. L.
Great location in central London, right across from Euston Station and a few blocks from St. Pancras/Kings Cross. While the room was the smallest I've ever had in 100s of hotels, it worked surprisingly well for a single business traveler. Every thing was modern, clean and we'll maintained. The front desk and service staff were all excellent. Definitely will stay again, albeit in a larger room.
J. H.
It's so near to Euston station which is fab. The hotel is clean and modern. Our room was neat but a little small. The bathroom was clean and there's a cool blue night light for midnight bathroom runs! The staff are lovely and friendly too.
B. K.
All of our family members slept well. The beds are very comfortable, and we had the included breakfast which was very good. It was a short walk to Kings Cross station to catch our train to Edinburgh. It was also easy to connect to the Tube or busses.
H. G.
Had a single king room and it was pretty nice room. Got a decent view to main entrance road. Like the way they arrange the bedding but still keep all the the other furniture intact without making the room looks small. Close proximity to Euston station and food cafe or bars.
D. P.
The hotel is currently being renovated and they have some issues with the AC in the rooms and the main lifts are out of service. That said, I got a newly renovated room on the first floor. It was compact but very nice with a great high spec bathroom.
J. G.
Rooms were clean and comfortable but air con wasn't working and it was really warm, had to make do with a fan which was noisy! Staff were friendly and helpful though and the facilities were great. Perfect place to stay with good access to transport. Euston station just over the road and a short 10 minute walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras

Price: $$$
Location: 👍👍👍👍👍
Rooms: 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Service: 😀😀😀
‘‘Tis is one of the smaller and lower end Hilton hotels in London.
The price is still high because of its location, located a mere two blocks away from Saint Pancras/Kings across train station as well as Euston train station making it very well location for business or holiday travellers that intends to travel around the UK or to Paris.
Service staff are friendly and helpful enough especially the front desk staff. I’ve been helped by Loris the Italian front desk man who is incredibly helpful and friendly.
But the rest of the staff are somewhat lacking. I find the concierge somewhat snobbish.
Security is tight though as after midnight the hotel locks the front gates to the hotel which is good and makes you feel secure but at the same time somewhat makes the hotel inconvenient if you’re somewhat of a night owl.
Rooms are small but nicely furnished and comfortable. The corridors and interior decor of the hotel needs better maintenance though as you can see the wear and tear of it all.
Overall I give it four stars. Not quite up to the best Hilton standards but Hilton Euston is comfortable enough and really well located.
B. C.
Stayed at this hotel for learning course nearby. Really good location very close to Euston and not far from Kings Cross/st pancras. Rooms are comfortable although not huge. Breakfast is self service buffet style. Not too noisy as the hotel is away from the main road.
J. F.
Used this hotel for teas/water twice in one day. The Lounge area is somewhere I have known for years under this & previous owners.
They have a good range of teas, including decaffeinated.
The Lounge area has a range of different lounge chairs. It was meant to be showing Wimbledon during our second visit but the TV screen was blank.
From the number of business people in there I presume they have WiFi but that wasn’t a priority for us.
A couple of issues would be the cost of 2 teas been over £7, but there is a personal service & a single biscuit with hot drinks.
They offer a lunch menu which we didn’t try and the restaurant, I have used in the past, wasn’t open as they had a conference in there & were clearing up after it (we were in before 11am so it had to have been previous day) - for a hotel in a 24 hr business I got the feeling this could have a) been done quicker or b) was a convenient excuse.
This is a place I will use again if in the area & would like the chance to try the restaurant again.

It was my first time in London with my mom.
When I stayed at Hilton in NY, room wasn’t so clean but it was really expensive but this time, everything was perfect!!! The staffs, service, breakfast, and room. Talking about staffs, when I asked some questions, they were really warm and friendly as they listened to me. Room was so big, cute and clean! They have choices for breakfast. One thing that I don’t like was that were many Japanese people. (I just wanted to be at a place with no Japanese people).
Thank you for the great stay!
T. M.
The location was ideal for us. To our delight our room was ready so were able to have a stop gap before venturing out. The staff were really excellent. I had quite a few devices that needed charging and there is plenty of plugs (and USB ports) to charge you devices.
T. S.
The hotel is in a great location, around 300m from the train station. The rooms are soundproofed so you won't hear any traffic. The room was in great condition and appeared to be cleaned to a high standard. The service was mixed. Check-in was brief although there was no form of communication and the room key and number were just handed to me without any direction. Also, checkout was at 12pm. However, at 10am (whilst I was showering) a housekeeper entered then abruptly left when she heard the shower running. I would happily stay here again regardless of a files hiccups.
m. p.
Varied feelings. Great location, most staff lovely but some very disinterested. Gym out of action, no view at all from our bedroom, and very little natural light. Big bedroom and comfy bed. It was an ok stay, but I was a bit disappointed, compared to other Hilton options in the city.
s. h.
Opposite Euston station. Close to British Library, Kings Cross and St Pancreas
D. R.
A disappointing afternoon tea experience. Lacked any ambiance and afternoon tea felt like something the hotel aught to offer, rather than it being something they want to do. The bread on the sandwiches was dry (not stale) alongside some of the cakes. The scones were nice and the staff attentive, just the food let the experience down. There are better and cheaper afternoon tea experiences to have in London.
A. B.
Good value for money if you book in advance. Ideal location close to Euston Station. Hotel is kept well maintained and tidy. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Recommend this Hilton..
E.
+ breakfast choice very good
+Comfy beds
+Room service was quick
+Mac and cheese side was a good size portion
+Funky blue light in the bathroom
- basement for Breakfast - would have preferred a view out a window while eating.
a. w.
Lovely hotel, fantastic room, clean with all the modern cons you would need. Great food and good transport networks nearby to.get into the heart of the city. Perfect for a 2 or 3 day city break,
C. L.
Except for the rather convenient location and decent breakfast, this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. There were floors squeaking everywhere, with small lifts and no public PC or printing facilities.
Besides the generally dated decor, the bathroom furnishings are old and of a low-quality. I've stayed at much better 2 or 3 star hotels, and am shocked to see that this is even a Hilton hotel! Will stick to doubletree next time!
T. M.
Look forward to a warm welcome as you arrive. Reception staff offered a room on the 1st floor which I agreed due to lift condition. The buffet breakfast isn't plentiful by Asian standards its the run of the mill bacon, eggs, sausages, baked beans and black pudding.
W. O.
Used the lower ground conference room for full days conference (plus lunch). The Stevenson room is good, but could have a better A/V system - sometimes hard to see the projector screen (and cannot turn the lights directly at the screen off) and no microphone to carry voices. Otherwise very good. WiFi could be improved - on phones it drops every 20 mins or so and needs to be reconnected. Catered food was truly excellent
I. F.
Much smaller than I expected but very clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. Seems like the hotel was recently remodeled. It is conveniently close to the St Pancras train station so we walked both ways with our luggage after taking the Picadilly tube from Heathrow to board the Eurostar heading to Amsterdam the following day. Less than 10 mins walk to train station.
N. H.
Adequate enough. A little dated and the room I had looked into the event hall. Good friendly service. When I found out my room did not include breakfast (it was booked by my company for a business trip) I was offered a complimentary breakfast.
K. F.
Nice hotel with great location. As others have said, room is a bit small but this may depend on where your room is located. Too floor rooms (5th floor) are quiet, but WiFi signal was weak/absent for these rooms. Could use another wireless router in the upper floor.
A. N.
I went for a professional meeting/conference , very nice hotel, the staff was friendly and the lunch buffet was great. The meeting room was well organized and confortable, coffee and pastries were good. Recommended!
D. C.
We arrived about 8pm and checked in after a little wait. Was upgraded due to issues with room but generally the hotel is lovely and staff incredibly friendly. Oscar the night manager is a fantastic person and professional in his work.
M. C.
Great location5 minutes walk from Euston Station. Got upgraded to a deluxe room which was very nice and spacious. Tea and coffee on room. Bath and walk in shower. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Staff very friendly.
G. T.
Two night stay here was just perfect. Room a good size, eat as much as you like for breakfast, foyer and bar very pleasant and staff attentive. Great location for Euston station.
P. D.
Drinks only - they had run out of the red wine I chose. The glass for the fun and tonic didn't fit the tonic in. I was served by a pleasant and friendly young man at the bar, but table service later on was a little slow. Overall, fine, but not great.
M. K.
Very convenient location, next to Euston station. The rooms are small but at good quality and with essential amenities such as iron board and hangers. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and it was an additional expense of £13.95 Hotel price for London is reasonable.
T. M.
Family trip to London so we booked this Hotel which didn't let us down. Good check in experience with room upgrade and drink voucher (singular) provided in recognition of diamond status. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to Euston Station and about a 15 minute walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras.
T. M.
Stayed for a ro***tic night as a way to round a trip off. The staff were very helpful in what was trying circumstances. The rate I booked included a breakfast, which was available in the restaurant downstairs a full buffet, including hot options and fruits and breads and continental options.
M. N.
Small rooms but a relatively nice and quiet hotel. Great for a solo trip or a business trip. Nice customer service. Good bar downstairs. Good location.
G. R.
The room was very clean and well presented. The staff at reception were very polite and helpful. The reception area looked a little shabby and tired. I was very happy with mybstay at this hotel.
W. A.
Rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. It can be a bit noisy, though, depending on the location of the room - rubbish collection happens very early in the morning and is exceedingly noisy for that side of the building, for example.
O. A.
Absolutely beautiful hotel at walking distance from Kings Cross, great site and great service. Lovely rooms, bed was comfy and the extras in the room were also great. Highly recommended
l.
I stayed for a week and I'd rate this a 3 star hotel, and that's a stretch. The standard room is tiny (fine, that's the norm for London), but the room level above that is quite ok for 2 people (max) - I'd suggest that option for more than a solo traveler.
The location is the best thing the hotel has going for it - a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross and ~5 minute walk to the Euston tube station) - but there's nowhere to park your car, in case you need to unload luggages/bags.
- No doorman to help you bring your luggage up into the hotel (there are a few stairs to go to the lobby), nor one to help you to your room
- Wifi is largely unreliable - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. They offered to set up a router outside my room as a last ditch effort (I wondered for a second if it was a dial up connection :)). If you need the internet for work, I suggest you ask them for a room with the best signal (I moved from the 5th floor to the 3rd floor where connectivity was better)
- Breakfast is very standard: some watery eggs, pudding, cereal, bread, beans, bacon
- Security: isn't very strict, so you can walk in through the front doors and straight into the elevators without anyone really noticing (a room key isn't needed to access guestroom floors)
Slightly disappointed given it's the Hilton brand, but I suppose it's ok if you need to be near this area for work. If you're coming with high Hilton standards & expectations, than a boutique hotel might be a better option.
M. B.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful including gluten free options and soya milk. Room was fine but they were repainting do it looked untidy and unfinished.
T. M.
My friend & I were in London as a treat to ourselves. Good sized room which must have been the quietest in London resulting in a good night's sleep. I hope the hotel will shine after its renovations but it did get it right eventually and offered good value for money.
A. S.
Great hotel. Everything from the room equipement, the bar, the installation and the personal is top notch. Furthermore, the hotel is neatly located: if you are there for travelling, everything useful is at hand.
B. C.
The rooms are a bit cramped, but overall the Hilton is quite nice. Located near Euston and King's cross, it's a good place to stay while exploring London. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean (though my room was overly warm while air conditioning was not on)
C. T.
Room is fine, but there are a lot of flies. Staff is helpful, there's a decent gym, location is great and conveniently located to transportation.
E. Q. t.
A fantastic stay. Clean room. Read bad reviews about the renovation but absoloutly made no difference. Breakfast was amazing amything you could want is on offer. Cant wait to stay again
H. Z.
Visited the Stephenson Suite as part of an event. It was a well-kept and clean room, although there weren't enough chairs for everyone to sit - not sure if this was down to the hotel or the event organiser. The staff are all polite and very helpful - can't fault them at all. The hotel is in a good central London location which makes it easily accessible.
M.
Located within walking distance of King’s cross and Euston. Rooms were clean, spacious enough and gym was decent. Nice service as well
D. G.
This was a very nice hotel. It was easy to get to, and for its location a pretty decent value (very easy to get to and from places from a few different underground line locations, or just walking). The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. Only downside was that you had to pay a very high daily rate for wifi (even the phone booths outside have free wifi hah), breakfast, and anything really on the TV. But to be honest I wasn't in London to stay inside the hotel all day and use those things, so it wasn't that big a deal.
G. W.
What to say, needs complete refurbishment and making bigger the claustrophobic rooms. Service and breakfast OK if this is fair price for Hilton brand.
Ps
Hot water was semi Hot in my room and wifi seems to be o going issue. For this charge You expect express free web and mail Access, had to use my phone as router instead.
P. M.
It's being renovated as at July 2017 so maybe it'll get better...but for now this is just about the blandest hotel I've ever seen. Grey on magnolia on white all the way. The innkeeping equivalent of gruel. Went for a meeting, sandwiches weren't bad.
J. W. (.
Bathrooms were great and sizeable with a separate tub and shower. The bedrooms were modest sized, what you expect in London. The place was under construction so it was hard to judge. The breakfast was great and it is just across the street from Euston rail and underground (Victoria and Northern Lines)
R. D.
Excellent customer service. And the room was great. I will stay there again. Also very close to train station. Thanks again hotel staff.
R. E.
The hotel is in an excellent location of you're arriving into London Euston, just a short 2 minute walk from the station. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms are to a good standard. My only complaint was that my first room was unbearably not (30C at 1am), however the night porter found me another quickly. I can only assume the hotel air-conditioning has not yet been fully reinstated while the final refurbishment bits and pieces are finished.
R. S.
Not the sort of experience I expect from a Hilton property, rooms need to be properly checked before customers check-in (FF&E)
R. F.
Very convenient location next to the train station, also very near BMA and RCGP. Rooms are very nice, clean and have everything you need. Breakfast is very good with a big selection. Went in January as was very reasonably priced then.
R. N. M.
Quaint hotel in Central London and 2 min walk from the Euston tube station. The staff are really friendly and they helped me out by changing my room when the heater in my original room wasn't working. Become a Hilton honors member to get free WiFi. Breakfast is not included.

This upscale hotel in a Victorian building is a 3-minute walk from Euston tube/train station, and 10 minutes from both St. Pancras and King's Cross stations.
Streamlined rooms provide Wi-Fi (fee), flat-screen TVs and desks, along with tea and coffeemaking equipment.
Amenities include a gym, a relaxed lounge bar with a fireplace, an informal restaurant and an airy fusion restaurant in a glass-enclosed dining room with an outdoor terrace. Meeting space is available.
M. W.
Restaurant tables too close to each other to have a confidential discussion. Restrooms are clean but needs maintenance. Coffee was good.
M. B.
Had a really lovely lunch before getting the train home. Good food, nice atmosphere and reasonable price. Preferable to some of the chain restaurants in the railway station area. Walking distance to Euston and Kings Cross.
M. R.
Hotel is under construction so expect some signs of this, scaffolding around the outside, decorating gaps inside etc.. Room was fine with all expected facilities. Would stay again.
C. P.
Reception when checking in was disappointing for a diamond member. Rooms are spacious and the location is nice. The bathroom shower doesn't drain and grout is very dirty. Two dirty towels as well.
C. S.
Hotel is under construction and is very loud. Rooms are comfortable. I would like to see what it looks like when the remodeling is done because it seems like it will be very nice and updated.
M. K. S.
Extremely comfortable bed, great facilities, nice staff. Perfect for a work trip as they will give you the perfect amount of care and privacy
S. N.
This is what I call a hotel with traditions and class. They made this apparent from the first day when I complaint that my room is too small. Although it was entirely my fault because I booked in the last moment, the staff dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I'm very grateful and this will be my first choice for accommodation in London from now on!
D. B.
Good location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, decent service, overpriced food, poor room service, decent breakfast. Would give 3.5 stars, but I keep coming back so 4 it is!
N. H.
A nice, relaxed bar area with lots of comfortable seating. The cocktails were very well made and decently priced but soft drinks were really over priced. All together, a pleasant experience.
S. B.
Rooms where clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast had plenty of choice. Concerns that were raised could have been dealt with more appropriately and efficiently though.
T. M.
I originally chose it because of its proximity to the British Library. We were greeted in a friendly ***nor and told the room was ready already. I would like to try it once again once the work is over and there is a functioning lift to experience the final product.
C. G.
Great hotel. Great location (not on Oxford but 20 min walking). Loved the area and the rooms. Very clean and pleasant
D. K.
Nice hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and cosy. Located in the city center, so it's really convenient for exploring London without traveling a lot.
l.
The bar was dirty and not well kept. It's hard to critique the service as it was so busy, the staff couldn't keep up. This is a high-traffic venue that needs to focus on that fact, increase staff and create space within the venue. Very expensive for a very mediocre bar.
C. S.
The rooms were very nice and plenty of complementary services were provided. The staff really went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.
N. F.
Really good location close to many Central London connections. Great rooms and remodel done on the hotel - many of the negative room-related reviews here seem to be about the older rooms and I had no issues since it appears that only renovated wings are open now.
C. R.
Nice room, really comfortable bed. And tea making facilities. Bathroom clean and tidy. Polite staff
P. S.
Clean, tidy and quiet for the area. I couldn't sleep well as the air con kept coming on after I turned it off over and over. The lights went off in the gym whilst I was on the treadmill which , is dangerous.
A. T.
Nice hotel in good location people were friendly and the service is wonderful.
M. W.
A bit run of the mill for priceyness of central London. Good location. Street wasn't too noisy but there was a big gap between window panes that made the room quite noisy. Very good sized room.
T. D.
Bed room was nice but fairly small and basic. Workmen were working on roof from early morning however no advice from checkin staff that there was anything abnormal
A. M.
Amazing time here staff so friendly rooms stunning and we got upgraded because it was our 1st weekend away!! Couldn't have asked for more
d. f.
Room is a little small, but as it's London I guess that's no great surprise. Nice clean room and good breakfast.
A. S.
Found a little piece of glass on the duvet, told the front office. They cleaned the room completely and changed everything! Amazing zone in the heart of London
D. F.
Excellently positioned opposite Euston Station. Well appointed but let itself down this trip as no hot water in morning and no communication of problem to guests. Note under the door would suffice
J. J.
Ww have stayed in several Hilton Hotels but have to say this is the worst so far. To be fair they do have the builders in now but it's looking very shabby with rather smaller rooms than any other we've been to
P. F.
Excellent London hotel only 5 minutes walk from Euston station. Clean and comfortable rooms. Freindly helpful service. Delicious breakfast.
J. A.
It's a standard Hilton much like any other, although with less individual character than some of the chain.
This one is fine, and as it is 5 minutes walk from Euston station, it has good public transport links to anywhere in central London. It is also quite reasonably priced at weekends.
Only gripes are that breakfast very expensive (you will find better and cheaper in the area around Euston station) and that Wifi is neither free nor particularly fast.
G. R.
Good hotel for people who do not intend to stay a lot at the hotel room. It is pretty close to the train station, but on the other hand everything seems to be a bit too old.
J. B.
The location is ideal, being only a 5 minute walk from either Euston or St Pancreas stations, and a 15 min walk or few stops from Camden. The rooms were excellent, and the staff very friendly.
J. S.
Very very compacted rooms compared to other Hilton Hotels. This might be because of its in very busy street of London. Locality is the biggest plus as its located just opposite to euston railway station.
T. M.
We waited 45 minutes for a hot chocolate and 55 minutes for a piece of lemon tart. Upon checking out I complained to the duty ***ager about the mouse situation. THe lift was out of action the whole weekend and we were only told of this the morning we were due to arrive overall we were very disappointed.
J. P.
Nice hotel and comfortable room. WiFi is spotty on the 4th floor. Great location within walking distance of nice parks, library, and Welcomme museum.
d. r.
Good hotel, unfortunately due to the present situation restaurant not open and a packed breakfast
F. S.
Noise insulation isn't good if room is facing the busy street. I had to ask to change rooms which was done without asking any questions. Get a ground floor room facing the courtyard if sensitive to noise.
B. B.
The room was nice, and the staff were professional, but the bar area was really was not to my taste, quite old fashioned
M. M.
Highly recommended. Great hotel and perfect for Euston Station.
E. F.
I have been here 4 times and I love it. There is very tasty and many options for breakfast. Amazing
J. W.
Great location 5 minutes walk from Euston Station. Very comfortable rooms. A little noisy due to being on the main road, but no other issues!!
J. E.
Perfect location, clean well appointed rooms, extremely helpful concierge. Would definitely stay in this hotel again
M. S.
Small rooms, and a fair amount of road noise are offset by the proximity to the train station. Almost £19 for breakfast stung a bit.
D. J.
Great location close to Euston underground station. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. Would definitely stay here again when visiting London!
K. M. B.
Really nice room, good location.
S. J.
Good location but standard rooms are small.
S. A.
Good access to transport. Friendly staffs. Love the room. Thank you for the upgrade.
Definitely one to return to.
M. G.
Great location. Friendly staff and comfy. Rooms a little on small size.
P. L.
Had breakfast at the hotel. It was a pretty standard buffet - fine but not great. Underground room, lots of business travelers.
P. K.
Very recently re-furbished and it shows - the rooms are very clean and tidy (as is the rest of the hotel), and very reasonable prices. Easy access to Camden as well as the rest of London.
T. R.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very nice and the staff were helpful with all needs and went above and beyond to please.
T. S.
Nice hotel, a little noisy, but great access to Euston Station rooms are clean, well kept and newly refurbished, would stay again.
F. C.
Lovely hotel. Very central. Everything that you need is there. Recommended if your visiting London and need to be near stations to travel home
K. V.
Stayed one night only. Couldn't find fault with anything. Recommend anyone to stay here. We were looking for a base as near to London Euston Station as possible - couldn't be a better location.
N. S.
Can't fault the location, and all you expect from Hilton is here. Best hotel beds ever, and excellent pillows! Plus the best breakfast sausages in London!
A. W.
Great hotel. Some renovation going on but was openly explained during booking. Lovely room.
D. G.
Obviously under covid precautions but very comfortable room, spotless. Friendly atmosphere helpful staff
D. J. T.
Nice place to stay in London. Rooms are a bit small due to the historic style building, but overall great experience
T. M.
The next morning I had to catch a train at 655am but was again very upset that weekend breakfasts are served at 7am. The cheese sandwich we got after an hours wait was embarrassing. I asked for this to be changed only to be told in quite a rude ***ner that the hotel couldn't accommodate my request. DON'T STAY HERE.
N. Y.
It felt unwelcoming and perfunctory. Perhaps due to lockdown. Rooms clean and quiet. Not bad for £100.
J.
It was fine staying here but I could here builders making noise. Luckily this was not the case during the night time. Had important meetings to attend to and required enough sleep and rest to put on a performance.
G. z.
Amazing. I recommend this place.
G. W.
No luggage storage after checkout, fridge in room did not work.
L. L.
Just the quiet, peaceful oasis we needed in hectic, noisy London! Convenient to several tube stations, it's a great choice for exploring the town.
T. M.
The hotel is very accessible given its distance to and from the train station. Rooms are well-kept and the service is excellent!
C. F.
Great location for West End and transport hubs.
T. L.
Good location near several Underground stations and the British Museum. Comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.
J.
The room is much smaller than a typical Hilton and older as well. However it gets kudos for the friendly staff working here.
M.
Nice hotel, staff weren’t as helpful as they could have been. Was only there for a night. Served its purpose
c. k.
Hilton London Euston is a very good to stay because is in the heart of three major/ big stations like Euston station, St. Pacrans for eurostar and King Cross station also surender with underground like Russel square, Euston Square and so on...
T. B.
Rooms are nice and clean but tiny. Room service was quick and tasty.
B. B.
Great place charming and comforting.👍👍👍
H. A. B.
Not what you expect from the name Hilton! But still nice for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast quality is nice.
A. P.
A very good hotel. Excellent location.
Staff were so helpful.
S. L.
Quite standard for a Hilton, friendly staff, great location. Only downside was that lift was broken while we were there.
E. M.
Good hotel, rooms quite small. Some staff are friendly than others.
C. V.
Good location, nice spacious rooms. Dirty towels and one small working elevator
E. I.
Excellent location near Euston Station and not far from Pancras (Eurostar). Large rooms. Well fitted bathrooms. Helpful staff.
A. S.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and finished to a high standard.
C. M.
Nice hotel good location for bothe Euston and Kings Cross but not too far to walk into the centre of London. Rooms comfortable but not big.
G. S.
we arrived early after spending a night on a plane. they did all they could to get us in the room quicker. bar prices were expensive rooms were big and clean
T. T.
Stay was ok. Comfortable bed. Room was very loud and no toothpaste or wifi
N. W.
The hotel is currently being refurbished, so this review is based on the building worka being in place. The room was clean, and had everything as expected. The only negative was the small bed.
T. M.
The hotel location is very easy accessible to all nearby attractions, very clean , staff very cooperative and will come to stay again
C. C.
This place was very clean, the rooms were recently updated, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
M. B.
Great location ,friendly staff but needs improvement on cleanliness
S. C.
Good value for money.
N. S.
Nice quiet large rooms and decent brit breakfast, walking distance from Euston underground and King Cross station
A. M.
Nice hotel, great service but could hear people on the street from my room
R. A.
Handy for London Zoo, very comfortable bed.
S. G.
A fairly small Hilton, but quiet and relaxing. No queues for breakfast and helpful staff.
R. S.
Very nice staff, awesome rooms. Great location, really close to the underground.
L. G.
Lovely, spacious & clean room. Nice breakfast. Would recommend.
I. G.
Very decent place - good rooms, clean, old fashioned. Nice London experience.
T. M.
The location is close to the train station which is very convenient for business travelers. The brand never fails to commit and deliver their promise.
P. K.
The staff are helpful and friendly. I have stayed there several times and they always remember me.
A. A.
Beautiful building in a nice area. Room was clean and fresh and service was fantastic.
A. N.
Had a business meeting in there, all good apart from smelly toilet on the ground floor near the reception, they can do something about it
I. L.
It was ok but the space heater in the room was pretty lots and kept me up at night.
T. M.
Room service is great & delicious ! Excellent location, very close to Euston station. Branded toiletries!
E. E.
is a small hotel but is very nice and the staff is friendly and talking nice the room service is nice
D. L.
Great bar area for meeting, efficient team and good coffee. Comfortable surroundings.
L. C.
Albeit our arrival was delayed due to a room not being ready, the night manager sorted us out very quickly and we had a great stay.
L. P.
The staff were welcoming which was great however the food was luke warm and the drinks overpriced - £4.33 for a simple coke!
A. K.
Location is good, though the room was a bit small. And super thin walls, and ceilings :/
m. (.
Clean with a nice little gym. Bit old fashioned and the WiFi has been unstable for me. Close to Euston station.
E. S.
It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it's quite far from that. Very basic hotel....but good location
T.
Good location, polite Staff, Clean rooms, terrible old wooden windows without proper sealing what caused that the room was quite noisy.
S. S.
Friendly service from all, plus a great little bar/cafe for meetings! Try the smoothies. Good stuff!
B. H.
Great hotel, rooms have recently been refurbished, so look great inside.
S. F.
Great location. Room a good size for size of party and very comfortable.

Great hotel, stay here often when working in London, never had a bad experience.
M. H.
Nice hotel albeit the rooms are small. Good location

Mostly okay, but terrible single pane windows that are drafty and loud, and a TV that kept randomly switching on and off during the night
D. K. L.
