Checked in having arrived early and no problem with getting our room. All the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful, we just look like we are unsure and someone has stopped to offer assistance. We had lounge access and that was nice, able to sit and relax and chat with other guests. The offer an evening reception and breakfast but also some snack and beverages all day. Love the historic charm of the property as well. Location super convenient for us.

1. Check in queue was long and slow.
2. It was extremely hard reaching ANY of the hotel services on the phone, when I checkin to my room it took more than an hour for anyone to pick up the phone. during the stay is was almost the same either no response or long wait.
3. rooms are outdated, curtains seemed dirty on the top. no power sockets near the beds. also limited light control sockets near the bed.
4. As a diamond member I am entitled to use the lounge. I found it below average, the breakfast selections is poor, No snacks during the day. opens only for happy hour, with limited selection of snacks.
5. staff were helpful as they could, no complain about it. it is clear that they were trying to make the best with what they have.
6. station chef was not professional in dealing with crowd, and the breakfast selections was average as well.
7. I will definitely not repeat a stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very convenient for Paddington Station, Hyde Park and the underground. Information available before and during our stay was not readily available.
The service was not great. We often had to wait a long time for someone to come to the desk or answer the phone, this may be a covid symptom. The staff were kind, if not overly easy to communicate with.
The hotel itself feels a bit unloved. The dining area is claustrophobic and cramped. The food was awful, we breakfasted out after the first morning. Preferring freshly cooked food. On our last evening we ordered from the room service menu, again the food was awful. Even a plate of chips were too dry to eat.
We had a Queen suite, it was tired, needing decorating and attention, the furniture was torn in places and the wallpaper ripped. The bathroom fittings were coming off the wall and tiles were loose and it wasn't very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linen, soft and clean. Overall, we were somewhat disappointed with our experience. Like so many places nowadays, lacks attention to detail and loving care.

This was somewhere between a 3 to 4 star visit to Hilton Paddington. The rooms do need updating which would knock it down to 3 star but the service was spot on, and we met several friendly and efficient members of staff during our visit. The lounge was basic with limited food and drinks, but it’s well used. Breakfast had a good selection but no vegetarian sausages on offer so for me that’s a 3 star overall. Even if they offer to cook then I would expect major hotel chains to lead the way on offering vegan and veggie as standard. If you are HH Honors and need this location then it’s fine for a night. If I was on hols for a week I’d personally find the room decor a bit depressing, but the room was spacious.

Excellent location, Excellent staff and a warm welcome. I booked to come up to London for 4 days for my wife's birthday, as we were coming from the South West the Paddington Hilton was the perfect choice. The first thing the lady on reception said was happy birthday to my wife and then told us we had been upgraded. The perfect start to a lovely few days in the capital, thank you Paddington Hilton!
A. C.
Stayed here for 3 nights, I was upgraded to the GWR Tower for the first time, room was nice. Its a little bit further to walk than most of the standard rooms. Breakfast was to normal Hilton standard apart from the fresh fruit option that was limited to citrus and watermelon. The Exec lounge has taken a bit of a hit since the start of the pandemic, I suppose that's understandable, the drinks provision is still superb, however the afternoon/evening offerings have declined significantly. The staff were all superb, it's always a pleasure to stay here.

I have enjoyed a stay at this hotel. Its very convenient as I travel by train. Its a great location as most buses stop nearby. Lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a bar which I used. Slightly higher prices than I normally pay for a drink. The room was comfy apart from it was too hot and we could not find the control to alter it until the morning. Only issue we had was the room key card kept failing, so that meant keep going back to reception.
S. R.
We use Hilton's all over the UK. First time we'd used Paddington and very happy overall. Executive Lounge limited compared to others but assume that was due to Covid arrangements. Staff very helpful. Will use again.
K. G.
Great location, decent rates, big rooms, and clean. Nice lounge, too. The only complaint we ever have is the shower. This is not the first trip where the water goes from scalding to freezing, to warm, to hot and back all over the spectrum. It doesn't matter what time of day or night one takes a shower. That's the only complaint.
A. M.
Great staff. Well located property next to Paddington Train/Tube Station. Hotel needs some updating but management is working to make guests welcomed and satisfied. Some construction in the area. Hotel is an old property but is maintained very clean. Buffet style breakfast is a great choice to begin the day. Concierge as well as the reception staff is attentive and willing to assist. Will come back for sure. Highly recommended hotel as a base to explore London!

We came to celebrate my advance birthday and don't expect much as what we read post pandemic reviews.
The Family room room was nice and spacious.
The main issue ,we can't figure out how to adjust room temperature till the end. I hope they put an instruction how to do that in future.
Beyond that we have a lovely stay and already made recommendation for our friends coming here for Christmas week.
The Reception team as well put an extra effort to send me birthday card and a gift.
K. D. R.
The staff is really good and location is very convenient. The hotel rooms could use some updating, but still spacious and comfortable (had accessible room)
Y. Z.
The Paddington hotel is very convenient for a weekend trip to London. It's directly located at the Terminal with links to LHR, Reading and the Southwest cities & towns. Rooms are great and staff are very welcoming. Definitely recommended for both leisure and business trips.

London Paddington Hilton is a really nice place. The atmosphere was healthy neat and clean. However the people serving wasn't professionally trained. When he brang the cup of coffee it was all spilled on the napkin. He took it back and brang me another one still there was coffee on the napkin. With the high standards of Hilton these silly mistakes can be avoided. The afternoon we spent there was memorable. Really enjoyed it.

Excellent overnight stay at this hotel. A room was available early for me which I greatly appreciated as I had a short trip to London and an early morning flight the next day. The room was beautiful and everything felt clean and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer. Perfect location for the Heathrow Express and Tube services.
A. W.
Hotel location , accessibility to paddington station ,and so many restaurants was excellent. House keeping and room service need more attention . The size of the room was nice.
S. D.
A good hotel in an excellent location especially if coming in through Heathrow like we were. The hotel lobby is very impressive and the entire building reflects the art deco style reflecting the era of its construction. The GWR logo in the floor and lifts is another nice touch. Didn't get the room we originally booked and some areas of the room we did get could have been better. The carpet is slightly threadbare in places and the wall outside our room in the hallway has been rubbed by the house keeping carts on a regular basis. We didn't eat or have a drink here but the staff we did meet were very polite. Overall good but a bit of tlc would make it fantastic.
L. K.
Very good location and great customer service. The lobby area is beautiful and certainly exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival we were upgraded with our diamond membership to a king family room. It was a shame that the condition of the room was below the expected standard. I won’t go into further details but it needs TLC. We were upgraded again and moved to a king executive room. This room was nice and was in a much better condition. It’s our first time staying at this property and I was looking forward to it. While I certainly wouldn’t say the hotel is “rundown”, it does need some renovation work. The hallways and rooms need some TLC in terms of the paintwork, wallpapers and furniture. I would happily stay here again based off of the customer service, I would just be wary in case I was to get a worn out room. Probably not my first choice in terms of central London Hilton’s, but not bad by any means.
M. W.
Location location location!!! If you are coming to London, through Heathrow, or basically any other mode of transportation, you are at the heart of access to all forms of transport to get around the city! Central location, yet within a block you are in yet another one of the quaint areas that make London feel small even when it is huge. The team members at this hotel are welcoming, warm, helpful and resourceful. Make sure you reach out to them with questions......... they are all eager to assist and help you map out your day or find you a great meal experience. Accommodations? = Don't be bringing your American visions of luxury........ instead read up on the history of this fantastic structure and the hotel itself and appreciate the grandeur around you and the beauty of the tapestries and décor. Your room will be immaculately clean tastefully decorated and your bed comfortable! Fantastic stay in London!
J. M.
Great location for anyone flying to Heathrow and hoping to travel quickly into Central London by the Heathrow Express. Once you're at Paddington Station, it's only an escalator ride away. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of history, modernity and convenience.
L. C.
Great location, good size rooms that are clean and tidy. Needs some love in terms of modernising and a bit more wow factor. However does a good job.
N. C.
We have stayed there 3 times now. It is a lovely hotel and surprisingly llast time we got up graded. They real fab that sheets and towels don't need washing every day so ask Reception what you need in your room rg tea, coffee bags etc
S. G.
The place look very tired the interior was at a poor level. Mainly public areas and restaurants. The room was of a good quality and standard of housekeeping was very good. Restaurant and bar service was also good with good choice and attentive staff.
S. M.
Room was ok, heating wasn't working on 5th floor and notified by note pushed under door as an apology. Breakfast room was extremely busy in morning and staff were disorganised with the exception of the manager trying to sort everything, he deserves recognition for his hard work.
J. H.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the Hotel itself was everything you would want in a 4star establishment. It's a Victorian building which gave it character and the rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as clean. Ignore the reviews where guests complain about it being ' outdated'...they should book into a new sterile Hotel in that case! Would stay here again...
p. N.
Very clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed their breakfast and the ease to get the train to any part of london or outside. Strategic location beautiful scenery.
S. K.
This is a tough review for me. I really like the Hilton brand. This hotel has an outstanding location! Right in London Paddington station so you are in the middle of everything! Literally and short walkway to your trains and the activity of Paddington or central London.
Reasonable price considering fabulous location. I did not stay in their newer “Tower “ wing as it is still closed during Covid. Had I done that , my review might be higher.
Front desk area is small bit staff are very friendly and welcoming! Hard working, prompt and seemed to be able to juggle loads of tasks in a positive manner.
Bar is small and dark. Not overly welcoming ( staff were outstanding however)
I like exercise facilities and this hotel’s facility was substandard for what I expected. A little smelly , no air flow, no towels , the limited equipment needed some work.
The 2 rooms I was in had amble size ( family room and junior suite ) clean sheets and clean bathrooms. Both were just old and in need of refurbishment. The air conditioning did very little and again air flow was limited. I simply felt a little closed it. The Junior suite has some windows that opened 2 inches and that helped.
I left early in a prepaid stay and went to a local Marrott just to get a better sleep. I will review that Marriott later. ( Excellent)
Halls were dark , carpets need replacement.
Again , nice hotel with great location but the older wing needs a big time update. The Tower wing, I heard is great. I have booked again a “Terrace Suite “ for a little later this month and will see if that is an improvement.
B. P.
Perfect location for transferring to or from Heathrow. Grand old station hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and air conditioning that works. Although it's definitely time for at least a soft refurbishment of the guest rooms as they're showing their age.
K. K.
Visited in January 2020. Old hotel. Busy. Very conveniently located. Well priced. Can't complain.
J. B.
Always a top quality experience for the price. Can't beat it's proximity to rail/subway services, and the rooms are of ample size not to feel claustrophobic. It's out preferred choice when staying in London
M. R.
Amazing location! Right off the Heathrow X press train. We arrived two hours earlier and they were able to set us up with a room (we had just flown in from Los Angeles). The hotel is clean, and it is a bit dated but it adds to the charm. It actually fits the hotel, the location and the character.
The hotel has many perks, right off the Heathrow Express, Starbucks, mini markets and restaurants right off the back. The Paddington Station is right across the street too. If you are up to the challenge and don’t mind the walk, you could walk to Buckingham Palace. Would definitely stay here again.
C. C.
Rather crowded and a very limited wine selection, but a good spot for a drink close to Paddington station.
G. R.
Haven't actually stayed in the hotel, but the bar is a great spot for meeting up with friends. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth paying that bit extra for a bit of class
L. S.
Great hotel, great location and service is lovely every time i stay here. only thing that spoiled the trip was being at the end of the hotel near the neighbouring building site. cant be helped though as things are being improved
I. S.
Very convenient location on top of Paddington station. Rooms were what you expect from Hilton. Staff were all very friendly and the room service meal was very good ?
M. P.
As a regular international traveller, I love the conveniemce of this hotel as can take the train to and from LHR or Cornwall, without having to lug luggage all atound. Rooms.are decent size, and whilst the decor is a bit old , the rooms are of a good quality.Staff are attentive.
J. M.
The hotel is a bit dated could do with a refurbishment bedroom nice and big bathroom spotless but going down for breakfast can be a little bit chaotic if busy
A. M.
Lovely staff and great veggie food prepared for me by Anceo in the kitchen 👌🏼. The lounge staff are also really helpful. Thanks so much :).
Y. T.
Not a new hotel. Location is good, right next to Paddington Station, with connecting door. Clean, comfortable, quiet and good breakfast spread.
S. W.
Stayed in a standard room. Nice size desk, comfy chair and bed with the very best pillows anywhere. Phone in bedroom and bathroom which adds a really surprising sense of security. Everything you could need for a very comfortable stay laid out nicely with plenty of space.
K. M.
Great food and excellent service.
Freshly cooked breakfast and tea.
Thanks for an enjoyable time.👍
B. B.
Room was a bit disappointing for Hilton, the furnishings were tarnished and the room looked very used. Was perfect for working though and the hotel staff were lovely
S. D.
Nice rooms in an older building right on top of the train station.
J. J.
Had the best experience working here all the supervisors and managers were amazing and nice, loved working here and i’m pretty sure all the other people loved it also, keep it up guys!!!
J. G.
I stay here a lot for work. Perfect location lovely staff nice spacious rooms..
S. K.
Gorgeous hotel, comfortable bed and easy transport links. Fab
m.
Good hotel and excellent location for both the Tube and Heathrow. Staff are professional and friendly.
C. Q.
GLASSES and CUPS provided in the rooms are only washed in the sink , never been washed with dish soap or washed in dishwasher. If you look closely fingerprints and lipprints are still in there, probably from previous guests. Please be hygienic
F. C.
Love this hotel, classy and elegant, and very easy to travel to from Heathrow, and on lots of bus and train routes. Staff there are very friendly and welcoming. I have stayed many times there and feel it is like a home from home... Great job Hilton Paddington staff....
S. N.
A very nice hotel in a train station. It is a myth that you can't have a hotel on a station, perpetuated by the board game Monopoly. One of the best hotels in London. Well worth the extra bit of quidage.
p. W.
If you want quality go hilton. Came up to London by train, this hilton is right in the station with a back entry to the platform. Lovely big room plenty of hot water in the bath room. Good morning breakfast with a good choice of breakfast items
M. W.
A very nice hotel. Directly located next to Paddington train station, you can just walk through the station shops (which includes a M&S and Acessorise etc) to access the hotel which had a large reception area and bar. The breakfast area was fairly basic but offered a good selection of hot & cold food. Friendly staff. Some nice Italian restaurants nearby, we found ASK and had a lovely evening meal. When we checked out we walked to Kensington gardens and along by the river and eventually to the Royal Albert Hall then finally found a cut through for Harvey Nichols & Harrods. A fair way to walk but if you stop for a rest on the way not too bad if fit & healthy. Overall an enjoyable stay in a good location, I would return to the Hotel again. Note if you have Tesco vouchers they will use them towards your bill but you have to pay balance in advance of stay then show them your voucher at the reception desk on arrival or at some point in your stay then Hilton deduct amount on voucher from your bill.
T. J.
The staff 10/10
The hotel its self the heating didn't work in our room (staff did bring us a plug in oil heater)
Toilet wouldn't flush properly.
Could see wires underneath the sink. They did me a gluten free brakfast box which was lovely and much better than my husband's normal breakfast box. The bed was really comfortable which is obviously a big plus and 10/10 for cleanliness. . I know we were in a lockdown but if it wasn't for the staff and bed it wouldn't be somewhere I would think about stopping again.
R.
Great location, convenient for Padding Station, and inner west London. Excellent subway connections to all parts, and taxis nearby. Padding Basin (canal network) is 3 mins walk away; it has been redeveloped and is interesting to explore, with bars, cafes, restaurants and a few shops.
R. K.
Hilton Hotels are always my first choice when I travel and they never disappoint!
F. S.
Good Location, hotel access from Paddington train station is very good.
the personnel attention very well and room cleanness and comfort fabulous.
S. K.
Great location. Directly across from the underground and right besides the Paddington station. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room size - ok. Room to walk around but narrow. Clean. Room needs more lighting (not more lamps).
G. H.
Room clean however housekeeping knocked at 9am to check when we were leaving so not good for guests to be disturbed and feel rushed to leave before midday check out
Z. D.
awesome hotel... very spacious room... friendly staff as well.. will come back here for next trip
S. p.
Im not sure how this hotel is a 4 star! Its old and tacky. Bathroom is in poor condition. All stained and rusted, tabs were leaking. Long hair in the bath was looking at us on arrival! Shower hose was yellow cheap cracked plastic I think 20 years old!
I think this hotel would be 3 star with excessive kindness!
Hilton was once a good trusted hotel brand!
M. D.
Very beautiful hotel. Very accommodating and easy to check in and out via the Hilton honors app. Situated right next to the train station and underground station is an added bonus.
L. J.
Beautiful art deco building. Great facilities. Very good hospitality.
t.
Paddington is easy an accessible, staff are lovely , hotel rooms are nice and retro
A. B.
Its okay property and services. Nothing that could meet the expectations. Don't go by what is shown on the web.
M. O.
Given the times we are currently in I believe the Hilton did everything possible to make my family feel comfortable and to let us enjoy our stay. A great stay for 4 nights and in a favourable location for just about everything.
T. B.
Big, quite grand and quite expensive. Very good meeting location, food only average
B. H.
Clean and friendly hotel in a prime spot, opposite Paddington tube station and next to Rail station and two minutes walk from bus stops although there are usually a fleet of taxis lined up outside the entrance.
M. H.
Excellent hotel, had a great stay in London
G. G.
Convenient for Paddington and Heathrow Express but rooms are tired and service is patchy. Breakfast was excellent though.
C. C.
Beautiful art deco hotel, the GWR towers are especially good.
M. F.
Great hotel for the Heathrow Express, especially if you have,an early flight.
S. M.
Good conference rooms. Nice facilities.
P. F.
So convenient for Heathrow Express and a good choice for a London base if staying longer
A. T.
I always loved it. Centrally located and is a 5 star place.
d. m.
Somewhat different, post covid fatigue. But rooms are sparkling clean
R. L.
excellent room and staff, really poor breakfast very disappointed, definitely not what you'd expect from a brand like Hilton.
E. R.
Perfect hotel, really well located, just a few steps from the tube station or train station.
L. A.
It was absolutely amazing, the service during the lockdown was also good. The bar and restaurant as well as other facilities were not open, unfortunately but I still had an amazing stay.
The room was very big and spacious, clean but there were problems with the thermostat.
Elisha at the front desk was amazing, she was kind, understanding and offered good advice on things to do during the lockdown.
I will definitely be booking again!
M. E.
The room I had was facing inwards, which made the room extremely quiet. No road noise at all, and I am very sensitive to that. Clean room, plenty of space and very comfortable. Decor slightly dated, but in extremely good condition. Very nice executive lounge overlooking the station. Not well signposted from the station, go to the first level in the eating area and look for the hidden door. Docked one star as one of the lifts was not working (seems to be a recurring theme here!) Very expensive, but a significantly better condition property than the Hilton Metropole just down the street. I would much prefer to stay here, given the choice.
v. b.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff and nice and clean, room was fine, breakfast is highly recommended catering to all needs
R. D.
Nice hotel. Very close proximity to the underground station. Quite a number of shops and restaurants around the area as well. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. The carpets did look a bit run down or maybe it was the lighting.
Food menu from the hotel itself looked great and the price was very affordable.
J. H.
Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is in desperate need of renovations and is not typical of a Hilton property. 1 of the 3 elevators were working, although I believe they were trying to fix them. Soft spots in hallway floors marked with caution tape. Towels like sand paper. I could go on.
Hopefully it's items they're working on.
P. T.
very nice hotel in an excellent location and with great service. the executive lounge is top notch. I would highly recommend rooms in the GWR tower as they are newly renovated and have more room and nice amenities. also, the drinks in the 146 bar are great with amazing service as well. the concierge was willing to keep our luggage while we toured the city. really top notch all the way around.
J. H.
Generally good Hilton standard. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious, and contain all the standard amenities. Generally you're paying for the location here, 2 minute walk to the train or underground platform, as well as the Heathrow Express is pretty unbeatable for anyone visiting town. The executive lounge for members is nice and offers a great view into the station, great for people watching. The breakfast was decent, not the greatest I've had but still good quality and service was good.
There's a Starbucks downstairs, along with the a the small grocery shops in the station a couple escalators away, so everything that's needed is close by.
Overall a very nice place and great for visitors, but you'll be paying for the location
A. M.
It has a very convenient location, especially if you plan to use the train to go to Heathrow Airport with the fast train. The hotel has direct entrance to the train station using the elevator.
H. R.
Nice hotel, lots of additional cleaning, staff very helpful. Perfect for commuting to/from Paddington.
A. U.
Feel the warm welcome since the first step. Checking in is easy and convenient. Love the location, we could walk from the hotel to both underground and GWR. The executive lounge is very convenient. Love the terrace room which I could enjoy the good view and taking good night photographs. Checking out time is noon which they have extended to 1 pm. Only minor point on the elevator, a bit slow and stop moving from time to time otherwise one of my favorite will definitely be back.
M. H.
Very convenient hotel. large, clean rooms. Very impressed.
J. D.
That’s an easy also practice choice for whom is looking to easy go around London as for business or fun!!
Prices accepted considering that London is very expensive staying. The hotel is all complete services,if you don’t want to have drinks, meals ... easy to walk and grab something nice.
All the staff very professionals and please to help with any kind of information you may need.
Rooms are well presented very clean.
The location is convenient once is close to Central London even walking the f you want.
Safe and secure.
A. E.
I was well treated by the front desk staff. The room was perfectly presented. I enjoyed my stay. Kudos!!
A. M.
Old World classy hotel. Has some flooring issues in places, so be careful. Entrance directly into Paddington Station. Plenty of ethnic restaurants near by. Staff is super cordial and professional! Will definitely stay here again!
n. w.
Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room, but the train station buzz made it a bit tough to get to sleep
J. W.
I had no directions to get to the hotel so I walked all around the train station to find it. The check-in staff didn't give me any helpful information. I had to call reception to know how to turn the lights on. I got sent away from the hotel restaurant because I had a coffee cup from somewhere else. However, the food I eventually was allowed to order was good and the servers were nice. I will say rajit in concierge saved my early morning by letting me know the trains weren't running yet and helped me get a taxi to the airport.
I.
Not my first Hotel in England, the staff was very nice and attentive.
The room are extremly clean and comfortable.
Nothing to say, great trip.
E. M. S.
Very nice hotel and wonderful staff.
K. L.
Stayed here overnight a while back, and it is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The interior is absolutely gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's a little loud but that's expected of a popular hotel that's right in the middle of London. Everything was clean, and the rooms looked wonderful! I would definitely come back here.
P. M.
I liked the room assigned. Though still an issue with housekeeping staff being so loud in the morning - they need to learn how to whisper. Not all guests who pay more than £200 to stay the night wake by 8:00.
D. T.
I have not ever stayed at this hotel, but I frequently use the hotel as a convenient place to meet with colleagues for short business meetings. We usually only have a few coffees, or sometimes a quick lunch, but it's always a good place to meet due to its very convenient location. Prices for drinks/lunch are expensive, but the convenience of the location easily makes up for this in my mind. Service can be very variable, so it is very hard to give 5 stars, but easily worthy of 4.
A. S.
This hotel is an awesome location. Easy access to the tube and rail and many restaurants. Rooms are great restaurant is good. Executive lounge is wonderful!! The staff are very good all around.
S. K.
The executive lounge is beautiful and offers great services. You have a view of Paddington Station and the shopping inside. The hotel rooms are clean and a great size compared to London’s well known tiny hotels, especially Point A Hotels. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is tasty. I am all around beyond satisfied with my experience.
K. P.
I have stayed here many many times and besides the amazing location nothing stands out. Receptionists are usually quite mechanical and cold. Rooms are quite average and the bathrooms are very mediocre and old. This time 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service so can imagine the time spent on waiting but luckily I was on 2nd floor and took stairs mostly. To be fair once I stayed at the higher end GWR section and that was really good but extremely highly priced.
P. J.
My favourite Hilton. No, there's no pool. Yes it's dated and lifts are slow and few. Yes, it's overpriced and bits are tired. But it's the only one that feels like a proper railway hotel.
Attached to Paddington station you can be from train to hotel in a couple of minutes.
Staff are efficient though maybe not the friendliest. Rooms are notably bigger than you come to expect in London and I've never had a problem with noise.
Hilton breakfast is always excellent - get an inclusive rate though as the price otherwise is insane.
T.
Lovely room huge bed very comfortable and the pillows were perfect.
K. G.
The perfect way to start your holiday after a long flight. A short trip on the Heathrow express delivers you to the hotel
s. j.
Rooms are not the great. All of us had to get our A/C fixed by the service guys! No cooling inside the hotel corridors, limited breakfast options for a big hotel like this. The executive lounge gives you just small plates so that you don't take more food at the buffet. Nice people at the reception though.
D. B.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff for the most part but receptionist supervisor wasn't very understanding or polite when we spoke to him about something he didn't understand. Lots of nice, helpful people otherwise. Very comfy, clean and impressive suites in the hotel with comfortable views from the balconies.
R. S.
Nicely decorated good value hotel. Parking at Paddington station is 10 minutes walk, though do check the pricing! Queen Suites were bigger than we expected and very comfortable.
V. வ.
Excellent location - right at the Paddington station itself making it easy to access. Many shopping and eateries near by. Just opposite to the hotel, underground entry is located making the hotel well connected with other parts of London. Food is good, but prices are higher. Room ambiance, cleanliness and maintenance are good. Room rates are higher but compared to other advantages for staying a day or two, this is best option
T. M.
The location is excellent, just few steps from Rail Station, Tube Station & Bus Stop. Great English breakfast! The family room is spacious, but the hotel website didnt write clearly 3 people must stay in a family room. Luckily, Id email …
s. b.
Fair, ac could not Keep up. Hotel is a maze. Front desk was slow, Room was not ready, but they are at paddington and that is so darn convenient.
Update- in all fairness it was during the heatwave. I stayed there again and the lobby was still dysfunctional. Other than the long waits, the hotel is good. Just understand the traveler is your customer, suggest a floor person welcoming guests. I will not your lobby restaurant makes some incredible tea and coffee.
E. L.
High standard - high prices. Nice rooms, ideal location. The registration board insisting a bit too much to pre-authorize my credit card although the stay had already been fully paid at reservation stage. I refused twice since I knew the hotel would not incur additional costs .. It went to a point that my guest gave his card to avoid further discussion. Not well behaved manners from the desk attendant I think.
L. G.
Decent hotel, great location & good standard of rooms & service.
T. M.
It is really an excellent hotel.🛣Locations: It is near the kings cross and St Pancras International station. And the metro station is just across the road! Wherever you want to go, Oxford street or Regent street or chinatown, it is easy to …

Wonderful hotel with excellent transport links. It is built into Paddington Station and you can access the hotel via an entrance from the station. The regular rooms a nice but if your budget allows I can strongly recommend a Tower Room. We were fortunate enough to be given an upgrade on one visit and they are beautiful. Nicely refurbished they feel luxurious. You also get access to an executive lounge separate from the main one just off the lobby.

Slow front desk. Outdated rooms - no power outlet near the bed (well, there is one for the lamp, but made with different connector type on purpose so you could not use it). Completely ignored "do not disturb" sign and woke me up at 8 am on Sunday with room service. Slow elevators, very busy in the morning - so plan ahead :)
But location is superb and it is a very clean hotel.

Stayed with my family for a long weekend. The breakfast was really good, with a good selection on offer. The rooms are very basic for a 4 star hotel and not overly impressive. No free wifi seemed a bit tight considering the rate. The location is fantastic though, but the hotel itself seemed run down in parts. Both mirrors in the line toilets were cracked and taped up and no toilet roll in cubicle. The carpet on the staircase was patchy and generally needs some updating. I would have expected a higher standard given the name, but OK for a weekend.

Good hotel, fantastic location just next to Paddington station for easy transport to and from Heathrow. Walking distance to many other sites. Hotel staff and service is adequate, but understandable in view of the large volume of guests. All in all recommended.

Great location and service. The hotel has a very nice lounge over-looking Paddington Station. Bar and restaurant offerings in-hotel are available and the hotel directly connects to the station with all it's shops and pubs.

A just average experience at a high priced Hilton. Desk staff not very responsive. Housekeeping manager very nice and helpful. They didn't fulfill my special orders until I complained. They can do better. I'm a diamond member. Diamond lounge is good, but food offered us pretty bad. Drink selections limited, but name brands. Please click 'like' if you like my reviews...

Nice place but the room we got had a lot of defects. Carpets with a hole, simple glazing windows, no glass for brushing your teeth, invalid internet coupon etc.
Still the environment was beautiful and the staff very kind.

You cannot beat this location if you are traveling in and out of Heathrow Airport! Sooo convenient. This property lives up to the strong Hilton brand. Clean, well-maintained, and attentive service. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which was extremely large and comfortable. Make sure that you include the breakfast option with your booking. Given the age of the property, the lifts are a little slow so give yourself a touch more time.

Great access to transportation, paddington express is just behind the hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Acceptable food, and service, could have been better. Easy access to pubs and other restaurants, Starbucks located just outside premises.

It’s Hilton so I’d expect some standards. The reception is slow for check in/out and doesn’t provide much useful information. The chambermaids stare as you leave so you don’t feel too welcome. Otherwise, great location.

Good hotel in a great location. Easy to get to Heathrow for morning flights. Only down side is the restaurant isn’t great and the elevators are always out of action leading to big waits to get to and from your room.

This hotel is situated in a top location which is right at Paddington station. It makes this hotel very easy to move around London and also have access to trains that are on the regional lines. The hotel itself has a nice size breakfast area and the rooms are comfortable. The tower wing is higher in quality and the rooms are renovated. There is a bar also attached to the hotel but it lacks a vibe and I haven’t seen it to be busy. The executive lounge has a nice little view of Paddington station but it does get fairly congested in there during busy periods. The tower executive lounge looks like it is closed and not sure if it is being renovated or shut down. Overall a good hotel to stay in.

Very convenient hotel..direct access
To Paddington station makes this a good selection the night before flying from Heathrow. Room was clean, plenty of space, and functional. Breakfast was excellent. You have to pay for premium internet if you want to establish a VPN connection. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Well worn-out hotel as you can expect from a hotel with heavy traffic directly at the Healthrow Express city terminal. There always seems to be construction going on around this area so the main road entrance to the hotel was blocked by a large crane. The hotel should mention construction in the area but does not. There was a broken elevator apparently for quite some time and the other two elevators were extremely slow so consider not getting a room not on level 6. Room tip room 635 area was quiet but the view was blocked on that side. Beware of the hospital side and road traffic side as you might hear ambulances throughout the day and night. Cardless Keyless entry via Hilton app did not work. Check in and out needs more receptionist as a bit slow. Fast 50+Mbps wifi in the room. Those with allergies might beware of old carpeting that should be ripped out. A bit bored with Hilton nickel and dime tactics of very small shampoo and soap bottles, sandpaper like cheap toilet paper, charging for internet and bottled water if not a Hilton member in some locations and those refrigerator that you cannot move any items without being charged. Give me an option to have a fully stocked fridge and minibar or use the fridge for my personal food. Breakfast was alright Hilton standard. Bed was comfortable. Disappointed as expected more but there are better hotel options in the area a few steps away.

Rooms in the tower have everything you need & more, comfortable bed & great bathroom.
The breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of both hot & cold food.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. We popped in without a booking and the front desk was very helpful.
Furniture and beds are starting to look old. Wooden pieces had loads of holes in them and you can tell they have not being kept maintenance on them...

Very luxurious hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Technical state is good. Breakfast has much options. As you expect from Hilton. This hotel made my business trip to London very comfortable.

Love this hotel normally. Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one. That said, I will stay there in the future. It is convenient if you need to move about the city or the country. I'll just make sure I ask about the AC before booking.

Superb location for one coming from or going to Heathrow. From platform to room in less than 5 minutes is hard to beat.
Rooms showing their age, but lovely enough. Executive lounge also in need of a makeover as it gets crowded. The way Hilton dishes out Gold and Diamond status for credit cards stateside doesn't help. But still, their staff continue to shine amidst the chaos during happy hour

I stayed two nights for the first time. Convenient area, nice breakfast and good condition. But I don’t want to come back if I were in London again, The reception and supervisor, I think he is not kind of their guests.
