L. S.Really lovely clean rooms and areas! Shower was lovely and kept temperature. Comfy pillows and bed! Nice clean facilities etc. Quiet location, was on 4th floor! Friendly staff, great service will definitely be back! Went to see a show at the Apollo so stopped over, lovely time staying here thank you!
e.We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. All the front desk, breakfast as well as housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hot shower was just great! The only flaw abt our room is that it is next to the railway and it is noisy everytime the train passes by. Other than that, room was cleaned daily which is much appreciated.

Our room was coldand there wasn’t an air conditioner to warm it up. We had to wait for the electric heater with our coats on.
Then the receptionist brought us another heater which caused electric blow and all appliances in the room were shut.

K. K. T.I stayed there with family on Boxing Day this year. We took family room everything was fine and great. Only issue we had was waiting in lobby for more than hour as our room was not cleaned due to staff issues and holiday season. Staff responded properly and compensated us with some discount. Parking is available with £20 inside the hotel. There is plenty of road side parking, free on Sundays, bank holidays and after 6:30pm everyday. We parked on roadside as it is Sunday and next day is bank holiday. They have complementary breakfast available everyday. Wide range of breakfast buffet. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend this place. Very near to bus and tube station which have connectivity for most of the London and just outside congestion zone.

D. M. X. r.For a London hotel the prices were excellent. I would say I'm slightly disappointed that the hotel was cheaper on nearly all other sites , zenhotels for example offered the room ( same room ) for almost £10 per night less. I think the hotel should price match.
The room was good , lots of amenities , decent TV , kettle ,tea coffee etc . The room was smaller than it showed on the website but I guess that's just a perspective. It was clean and presentable in line with your typical premier inn etc ..
The breakfast which is included is very good. Lots of hot and cold options but the breakfast system is unbelievable almost comical . You have to queue to enter the breakfast area which is very cramped and causes mayhem, then when you leave the other side to put your food on the table you then need to re-enter and queue again for drinks or cutlery. Only now the queue is much bigger and your food is freezing . Also breakfast ends at 9.30 which is very early maybe to eliminate the poor system in place.) Extend breakfast to more appealing times .
It's just really badly organized and ruins the breakfast experience which otherwise would be great.
Location , to be honest I was very pleased with this . The tube system in London is fantastic . The hotel located 5/7 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube.
Hammersmith has 4 lines functioning to it so you're guaranteed to get to all locations you desire in less then 20/30 minutes.
Hammersmith also is packed full of shops without being busy. Every city centre shop is here . Primark h and m , tk max and the list is endless .
Overall my experience was good if not great . Some minor issues with overcharging Vs other sites and some breakfast issues as mentioned . I would be remissed if I didn't mention the reception staff who were great. There is one chap who on our last day after checking out offered a complimentary drink . Which I thought was fantastic , I didn't get his name but I'm sure he will remember... We left Friday and was sat in the lobby near the luggage room . Good work ..

J.Really good family stay. Kids are older so got two adjoining rooms. Hotel arranged for us to have a double and a twin. Great location for getting into London. Slept really well. We’ll definitely stay again.
