G. B.Great central location, we had a brilliant time exploring London. The hotel is fine but I think we got a bad room. Dark, dingy and a bit dirty basement room, sandwich between the staff room and the breakfast room, very noisy from 6.30am. Our room wasn't cleaned and restocked, which meant we had too when we got back late. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed to start our day.
Would stay again for location, but AVOID lower ground floor!!!!!

Here are the reasons:
Location- 10 to 15 mins walk to the beautiful spots in london but if you want to take coach the stop is near. So no worries on accessibility.
Accomodation- its fine and it is clean. We are over looking the streets, so nice when you wake up in the morning.
Breakfast- we love the pancakes! Food are just basic but it is enough to fuel up the day!
Price- not so expensive and worth it!
Staff- they are very very accomodating. We arrive early in the hotel and we ask them if we could check in early and fortunately there was a room available and they grant us our request. We are very very grateful with that. And when we checked out it is OK to leave our luggage in the front desk and got it again in the evening. Customer service? Excellente!
We will absolutely recommend Holiday Inn express to everyone especially to my fellow Filipinos.

J.Stayed with family for theatre trip. Hotel well situated in good area. Slight problem with room being too warm. This sorted by staff when notified. All staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast ok but very small dining room so some queuing.
Overall good value considering area and location.
P.Clean room and en-suite. Comfy bed, and clean and tidy common areas. Helpful staff friendly place. The only slight annoyance was the tiny bathroom. Not enough room to turn around when the door was closed and the toilet was too close to the basin. That said, would stay again.
M. H.Theatre trip weekend. All theatres easily accessible by the nearby tube station a couple of minutes walk away. Or the number 24 bus. Despite being right on the road no traffic could be heard so don’t let this put you off. We stayed in room 115 which was more of a suite on the first floor. Some of the paintwork was a bit tired but everything available in the room we needed. Only given four stars as there were signs at breakfast saying vegetarian alternative options available but when we asked we were informed no there isn’t any. Plenty of breakfast choice though so not a big issue, even can grab a coffee to go as you leave. Comfortable beds and powerful shower.

B.Had a great 3 days stay in London used this hotel as our base. Direct on the Victoria line from kings cross. Breakfast was adequate for our needs, room was large, comfortable and quiet. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel so good value for money.

D.We were visiting the Chelsea Flower show so hotel location was great as only 20 minute walk. Also has a variety of local restaurants which we visited. Must add though, but it's a London problem, the discretionary tipping charge DON'T PAY IT, RIP OFF !!! Much rather leave a tip if the service was good.

H.Good checkin. Friendly efficient desk staff. Some breakfast items slow to be replaced when empty. Carpets cleaned but stained and badly damaged from use - looked pretty grotty. Near bus stops for travel to Victoria, Trafalgar sq, and direct to Albert Hall.

G.Hotel is 10 minute walk from Victoria station and 5 mins from pimlico tube, so a great location. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was okay, only there one night. Breakfast was okay, cereal, toast etc. It was a quiet area and room. Will stay there again.
T.Hotel OK and typical of the area in some respects, a bit tired internally. If you are expecting a modern HI Express type set up you will be disappointed. Nowhere is cheap at the moment but this hotel felt like it should be.
