The location is good. I reserved a single room and I was upgraded to a double room when I arrived. I didn’t see the single room. The double room is well sized and nicely decorated. The room has what you need even usb plugs. The bathroom could use an update though. Breakfast had sufficient variety of food and beverages and good fresh filter coffee. I asked for a universal plug adapter from the reception which was provided. The staff is helpful.

The hotel location is great. Very close to Notting Hill Gate tube station. The surroundings is also nice. Opposite to the hotel there is a nice park (private though). We got a nice spacious family room. Room and bathroom were clean. Reception staffs were friendly. Breakfast is simple and adequate. Overall the I found the value for money is great.

SIMPLY THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING. location is incredible and the price is unbeatable. Sure it’s alittle old but my room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. TV had lots of channels. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel was very tired. The problems we had with the room were as follows- the bathroom needed a bit of attention-the bath had chips in the enamel caused possibly by the shower head- the holder was so loose it wouldn't hold the shower head. The next problem was the shower head was of the old fashioned style- it had a ceramic peice on it that spun round and round so this made having a shower challenging because even holding it to shower with was difficult. The towels were the size of a large hand towel which only just went around me (I'm a size 12). There was only one mug for two of us so we asked for another one and when they made up the room the next day they took it away so we had to ask for another one. There was downlighters in the ceiling that were so bright it blinded you when laying in bed there was a lamp in the room but this did not have a bulb in it and last of all the bed was only 4ft wide. Thank you for sticking with my rant I wish you a restful stay if you decide to stay here

My friends Rachael, Amelia and I stayed here on the 23rd November up on the top floor. to celebrate Rachaels birthday. The staff here are so excellent and welcoming, the hotel is safe and comes with a great breakfast service. I was up on the Saturday night talking to a friend on the phone and he made me a cup of tea at 3am to make me feel welcome at that time of morning! it was a lovely vibe and I would definitely stay there again :)

Just back from a two night stay, great hotel near Hyde Park also very near Portobello Rd staff were very friendly and helpful our triple room was good for us and our son the continental breakfast was satisfactory it's situated in a quiet sq although we could hear the underground at times from our room. Would recommend as a budget option for London and would stay again.

The bluebells hotel was a great little find. Travelling with 3 children is very difficult to accommodate in London and usually very expensive. Although this hotel is a 3 star, it was excellent value for money. It wasn’t the Dorchester but you get what you pay for and I thought it was very cheap for London and excellent quality. Main items for me are tea, coffee making facilities in the room and a bath and it had both of these. The host is absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Breakfast was a bonus for the price and plentiful. The area is superb. Quiet and within walking distance of Hyde park and portabello market. I will definitely stay here again. Looking forward to it.

I am very pleased wirh my experience. Host welcomed me warmly, explained everything I needed to know about this area and helped me with my luggage on the first floor. Room I stayed in was spacious, bed firm and cleanness agreeable. I loved how light and elegant room is with windows overlooking the park. Hotel has it's vintage charm being built in Victorian era. It does need some little improvements in dining area but apart from that it is very "vintage cosy".

For its price range, this hotel is great. A couple of minutes walk and there's Notting hill gate tube and busses. A short walk to Bayswater rd and Westbourne grove for restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. So the location is spot on. Our room was big and airy with comfortable en suite. Pavin the manager is fabulous, very welcoming, full of advice and suggestions and a really nice guy to chat to. We spent 5 night here and everything was great. Thoroughly intended on staying here next year, too.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. Really nice room, clean and tidy. Great food and you can play chess or relax on the balcony. There is a projector you could watch films on and a PS4 you or your child could play on. Also, there is a lovely garden to enjoy. We will be back 😊

Good hotel which was clean with friendly staff. It is a work in progress but this did not detract from our stay. The room was well appointed, good en suite, comfy bed. Only one issue which was the staff having an animated conversation in the dining area during breakfast. More annoying because it was in their own language so we're none the wiser what it was all about!!

A pleasant, quiet hotel in a lovely Notting Hill square. Nothing special, but comfy and clean and within five minutes of public transport. On checkout day you can arrange to leave your luggage with them (at your own risk) and so wander about unencumbered.

Bisher sind alle sehr freundlich und helfen gern. Über das Essen (Frühstück) können wir leider noch nichts sagen aber der Frühstücksraum ist in Ordnung. Ruhe Lage, ein paar geh Minuten von allem was man braucht entfernt.
