Nice clean room, we had a twin and the beds were nice and comfy, the duvets could have been a little thicker, but the room was lovely and warm. Hotel bar was reasonably priced, we had food and drinks but there were nicely priced. The breakfast was very nice, It's self serve but you could have what you want, there was more than enough to go around. Plenty of drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Great hotel! Location is excellent as it is next to the West Brompton station, amenities were good as well and room was clean with a good view. Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is that the bed had 2 single uneven mattresses’ joined together instead of one king size mattress. Anyways, still I would recommend this hotel 👍🏽

Good luck finding better value for your money. Breakfast is great. We had a small issue with a light and the shower but maintenance fixed it immediately. Location is fantastic with good connections. Great value.

Clean hotel, functional, well located for Earls court and has an array of eateries nearby. Rooms are quite small, though there is a table it's not the environment to catch up on emails. Bed was comfortable, and slept quite well, the bathroom was fairly cramped and the water on the morning was fairly tepid and running as a trickle in the shower.

Pleasant room, very clean, could do with a bit of an upgrade though, will opt for a higher grade room next time
Location great for transport links. All staff vey polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel bar very good, breakfast superb. Will stay again.

Nice dog friendly hotel in London. Our room was clean and well maintained, and not bad for the price. There was an extra cost of £10 per night with a pet.

We stayed here with my sisters during 3 nights and we enjoyed this place a lot! Staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast is excellent, the room was great. The hotel is located close to the metro station & delicious fast food restaurants Would def come back!
Maybe a lil tip I can give you for the future: you could create a convivial room where ppl can eat their own food (from deliveroo, Uber eats or anything else). So that we’d not have to eat in our room alone, we could meet other ppl from the hotel coming from around the world and then = promoting social cohesion ..

Nice hotel. Well situated.
Very friendly and polite staff.
Rooms are comfortable and decent value for money.
Only thing making this hotel lower in score is how shocking their wifi is.
Lots of drop outs, low speed and non connections.
But the venue itself is superb.
A. B.
Comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. Good price for our 2 night stay in the area within walking distance of the museums.

Booked this as the price was very reasonable. Very convenient location...walked comfortably from West Brompton station to the hotel in 5 minutes, with two suitcases.
I found the facilities very basic....would not expect much luxury for the price I paid anyway. It was clean enough, and since I just needed somewhere to sleep after a day in the office it was perfectly adequate. If you are spending more time in the room during the day you might find you need a little more. Example, coffee in room not good, no safe or mini fridge, very little desk space, no plugs next to bed.
Staff very friendly though so I have no complaints :)

I had a brilliant stay at Ibis Earl's court, Everything was phenomenal right from the time of booking. Alishka Pereira from the sales department made sure I was well looked after right from day one on 26/12/2021. I was glad to have chosen to stay with this hotel . Thank you for a comfortable stay just like how I imagined it to be.

This was about the forth time we have stayed here but this time was for 3 nights. Nice standard comfortable room at a reasonable price. Good location with West Brompton underground station 5 minutes away. Could do with a couple more power points near the bed but no real problem. Breakfast is good. Will return again.

This hotel WENT out of their way to make our stay EXTRA special!
We informed them that we were celebrating our 4th anniversary as a married couple, and it was also our very first time stepping foot in London. Just look at the decorations they placed for us, and a welcome amenity of chocolates with a personalized note.
Our room was small yet cozy. It was perfect for us as travellers, since most of our day was spent out exploring London anyway. We were on a tight budget, and this was totally worth it.
We loved the service here. Zoltan and Fran were extremely accommodative and helpful!
The buffet breakfast is a steal. For 11.5 GBP, the selections of cuisine were quite varied, and were really delicious!
If we were to return to London, we'd come back for sure. It's ideal for travellers like myself, looking for a hotel that fits a tight budget with great service.
Cheers from Docs On Vacay

Very competitive price for West London. Room was clean and comfortable but the room (and corridor was scruffy. Walls and doorways quite run down with chipped doors and walls giving it a run down appearance. Buffet breaksat good, very attentive and friendly staff clearing tables and replenishing breakfast items.

We spent two weeks here in August 2021. The location is very good, underground stations not far. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was superb and the managers will go the extra mile to make you comfortable.
The hotel has good ambience and clean. However, I think the personnel in maintenance has to step up their game.

The IBIS hotel in Earl's Court London is a large buzy hotel. It has at least 11 floors which give a good view over London and the London Eye is in the distance. Our room was acceptable but not fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. On the downside, there was a piece of the wall covering that had pulled away from the wall in between the beds and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. Also the plug in the wash basin wouldn't allow the basin to be filled with water. I had to keep the water running whilst using the basin. The staff were pleasant and helpful on reception, in the pub and the restaurant. There is a taxi service that we made use of on three occasions. A taxi has to be ordered from the hotel; the drivers are helpful and polite. The pub serves food until 9.30pm, and we ordered a pizza which was very enjoyable. We had breakfast in the restaurant where there was plenty of choice of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, croissants, toast, and a help yourself cooked breakfast. The scrambled egg was peculiar, but there were fried eggs, and chicken sausages, vegetarian sausages and pork sausages. The hotel is fine if you are on a tight budget.
G. W.
Amazing and caring staff! Breakfast varied and tasty. The room was super clean and everything worked as it should!
M. A.
This was a good hotel. The walls were perhaps a bit thin, but the staff dealt with any issues promptly and effectively. For the price you can't go wrong.
J. S.
Really comfortable nice and clean hotel close to the centre of london. Great amenities pub restaurant.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Two minute walk to west bromton station on the district and overland services.
I didn't realise how close it is to Westfield in sheperds bush.
I. N.
This is a great place to stay which is out of centre but within easy reach of centre. The reception area and foyer is modern, bright and airy with good seating. Comfortable room, everything as anticipated, a very enjoyable stay.

I went to london for about 3 weeks and stayed here. A very good decision, it is quite affordable and services are diverse. The best thing about is the closeness to some very historical and interesting places such as Kensington palace, Buckingham palace or the Big ben at westminster area. Underground - west Brompton is blocks away, buses right outside the hotel. If you fancy a beer or wine, take a look around the pub or restaurant, you'll find something for your liking. Staff speaks several languages so you'll feel comfortable and at ease.
Go and enjoy
R. B.
I should say that my initial 3 stars is my attempt to rate the room size and general decor of the hotel. It''s not a high end place, but doesn't portray itself to be one. Staff were great and the price point was impressive. Adding an extra star in acknowledgement of the great price for a Zone 2 hotel with clean rooms and comfy and large beds.

Stayed here on a couple's break with my girlfriend. It was better than I expected, compared to other ibis hotels. The downstairs area, bar and restaurant were way nicer than I thought they'd be.
The rooms however are definitely dated and are in need of an update. Furthermore, the air conditioner/heater is locked to heating this time of year... which I found extremely infuriating as the room was ROASTING hot during our stay, the windows barely would open and we had no options for cooling it down.
C. D. T.
Great place to hold large events. The hall I witnessed can comfortably hold 50 to 1000 people. The hall has adjustable walls to make the hall the size you want or create other rooms. There is a separate entrance area and a foyer area which can be used as a food/buffet section. The hall has a wide entrance to allow machinery equipment for e.g. lighting. Hall is well lit and staff are friendly. There is parking on site which you will need to pay for at reception. Good access for those with a disability. For more details about the fruit Buffet contact Celebrations Direct.
N. B.
Rooms dated but clean.
Corridors were rank!
The staff were amazing, the breakfast was £12 but worth every penny, stunning.
Nice pub built in on the first floor too.
Good underground parking
Would return.
A. F.
For the price this place is amazing. It is set in a great location close to public transport, North End road I'd just around the corner, its worth a visit. Independent coffee shops and market stalls, loved hanging out there.
The staff are very professional, room clean and such a luxury to have a bath!!!. TV good size also.
W. H.
The room was dated and well used. Limited equipment in the room and no room service. The breakfast menu was great. Very close to West Brompton Station which helps with access to greater London. The higher floors have a pretty good view.
O. K.
We have been at Ibis hotel last weekend and waited in a queue to check in, it was very busy but the reception team was handling it really well. Especially Deva who was very efficient and friendly. A lovely receptionist with so much positivity. Had a great weekend and we will recommend it to everyone.

This is a 3 Star hotel located at the Earl's Court area of London.
A nice simple hotel. There is a restaurant available too.
Their room sizes are adequate. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The room bathroom is of adequate size too.
The rest of the hotel is well maintained and clean.
Hotel staff members are professional, courteous.and helpful.
Prices are very reasonable too.
There are two nearby underground stations.
Numerous nearby shops and restaurants are available too.
A very convenient hotel for travelers.

It’s okay. Not the best neither worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Pretty much get what you pay for (which is not a lot), it’s a budget hotel with convenient links to central London, you can’t really expect the Ritz. I felt my room was clean and comfortable enough, except under the sink where there was no panelling and all the pipe work was exposed and very dusty. Dated decor in the rooms, it’s like you’re transported to the early 2000s again — however that’s was not too much botheration to me personally. Didn't really like how my window was adjacent to other room windows meaning I had to keep the curtains closed a lot to prevent other guests being able to see straight inside my room and vice versa — net curtains could be useful for rooms with this positioning. Didn’t try out the bar or restaurant, but I was made aware of them by staff. Has a vending machine with toiletries (marked up by about 3x mind you, but still handy if you forget an item). Lobby is spacious with lots of seating area. Elevators were fast. Staff I encountered at the desk were fine with me; nothing negative to comment on there.
My favourite part of this hotel was that it was so easy to locate using public transport. I don’t like walking with all my luggage having to follow directions on my phone and all that faff trying to figure out how to get to hotels. You can see it clearly as soon as you exit West Brompton station and it takes a few minutes to walk there. So that was good for me. I also liked that it has its own car park directly around the building, so getting a taxi and delivery drivers to stop outside is not an impossible job like so many places in London where it is awkward for these things.
I would stay here again for another weekend long stay where I just needed somewhere to rest my head and have a shower, which it is adequate for.
R. B.
I give this hotel a 4 based on the excellent reception staff (5 star for Giulia!). Also the price can't be beat for West London. The room and corridors need a total rehabbing, but the rooms are average size for the price and location.
f. a.
The hotel service is really great and the staff is great, especially the Omar is a moral boy and we are very satisfied with his work. Good luck.
M. B.
My family and I only went here for testing for Day 2 Lateral Flow Test. I haven't seen the room except the lobby is very inviting, warm and well kept. The security was also helpful.
T.
Staff were amazing Celsor(?) greeted us upon arrival and treated us very professionally (he was that friendly we tried getting him to join us on a night out!) The hotel facilites are very nice with its own onsite pub and underground secure parking. The rooms are good for an overnight stay with nothing to complain about at all.
P. R.
Staff very helpful, check in easy, but rooms a bit dated; the room I had was spotlessly clean, the bed nice and comfortable and where my room was located was nice and quiet.
A short walk from West Brompton tube with both Overground and Underground services to the rest of London.
I would consider staying here again!
L. M.
Overall I liked this place.
For £54 got a nice room with a good view. The reception were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location.
The pub is convenient and the breakfast was nice.
M.
Went to a small trade exhibition so did not go into the main part of the hotel. It is near to the tube station so easy to walk to. The building is next to a massive building site so the building is dusty and it looks dull. Needs to be brightened up, I would not host an event there.
D. D.
Average room. Using covid as an excuse to not replenish coffee etc and replace towels is a cop out though, this is the minimum people expect from a hotel. breakfast wasn’t great, they even got the veggie and normal sausages mixed up. Great area though.
B. C.
Excellent value for money hotel in West London. Comfortable bed and friendly staff make this a good place to stay and I've been here several times over the years. Recommended.
A. B.
Travel a lot for work, and this is regularly the cheapest brand hotel in the center(ish) of London I can find. Standards are good, rooms are spacious and generally fixtures are better than those of other Ibis hotels. Friendly staff all around. Recommended.
A. H.
For a 3 star hotel, it is fine. Close to West Brompton tube station. Rooms are quite nice, breakfast is all right. Nothing fancy, but suitable for a few nights.
S. S.
I have a reservation from 4th December and I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel who keep ignoring my email… So I have to write a fake review to see if they are going to reply to me!! If the manager is seeing this message: I am working in a hotel too and it is unacceptable to ignore future guests request so I really hope that you will get in touch with me… it you do not have the answer at least please acknowledge my request. I also contact your customer service to have a response, still nothing. Please advice.
K. S.
Hotel is very clean throughout. Very helpful & friendly staff. Room was spacious, with comfortable bed and was very clean. Ample parking available. Hotel is in great location with West Brompton a few minutes walk up the road.
L. B.
After an amazing game at Stamford bridge today the girl on reception checked me into a room overlooking my beloved Stamford bridge for my overnight stay. Totally amazing customer service and a bargain price for such an amazing room with a fantastic view. Will definitely book again
D. O.
Had a great stay 39 for a double room was excellent ... they even let me book in early at no extra cost. Friendly staff room was standard needed a little work done but clean and adequate
J. B.
In the past, I avoided this hotel, because I was concerned about getting to it. Car parking is very expensive. However, I finally used public transportation and it's fairly easy to reach. There's a bus stop right outside. It's only one bus stop from West Brompton Station, a walkable distance, if you're younger and more fit than me. The decor is a little dated, but the rooms are nicer than any other Ibis I've stayed at. Most Ibis have the same, Ikea style, utilitarian furnishings. The Earls Court property has real furniture and a full bathroom. This place doesn't feel like a typical Ibis.
C.
I had the pressure to stay in Ibis Earls Court and the service was 10/10 all staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just amazing!
J. N.
Very spacious and well planned building , fancy a Drink They Got A Bar ... Fancy Food Booom .... Restaurant is also there ...... Need A Bed ........ they got that too lol check the place out if u need a place to rest your head !!

Excellent hotel, at superb price, great staff ..a little dated but still a great stay
A. S.
Reception and rooms not the cleanest but good value for money
Q. R.
It is about two weeks that I am living in IBIS Earls Court Hotel; In this hotel accommodations are very good, staffs are friendly, the lunch and dinner foods have very low quality but the breakfast is great.
d. b.
Good hotel great value, great boozer inside and very good location. Only fault was housekeeping not theirs if policy is too leave rooms untill check out but had 3 nights and knowone came in to change towels or bin
T. G.
Great hotel. Breakfast was yummy.
Staff very helpful and polite.
Would deffo be back next year
R.
Good service. Pretty room, in the highest floors there's a nice view of London. Great deal. The underground in very close.
B. O.
Booked for wrong date, expected all sorts of Hassel. The manger was amazing, just moved the booking and checked me in, room as you would expect for a budget hotel, clean and comfortable.
G. S.
Had a wonderful Event. Thank you to the staff that helped us as we had 2 wheelchair people with us. Lovely Hotel. xxx
L. H.
Used the car park here during the day - super easy no drama and car was safe. 5 star as what else can you ask for or do better really!
M. M.
Okay for the price but they do not really tend to your needs didnt clean our room once in 4 nights and asked for an ironing board and iron and they ignored us. Also didnt provide new sanitary bags. :/
b. b.
Everything was good, rooms could do with a bit of work.
Breakfast was busy but a large selection was available
C. T.
It's looking a bit tired in the bedrooms. Bar so so. Breakfast was a buffet. Everyone still used the same tongs and spoons at the buffet not good in a pandemic.
N. A.
Attended exhibition at ibis. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed. Watched cricket Match on big screen.
E. T.
The Hotel is just 20 mins from central London away and for the price you get a very good service.
My boyfriend and I had a really nice few days and celebrated our anniversary in London and staying at a tidy hotel with great staff just made our journey more special.
A big thank you to Deva for helping us finding our reservation and checking us in. She was super friendly and even did some coffees for us while we waited for our rooms to be ready.
Highly recommended.
W. J.
Good approach and parking facilities, even for non residents, the staff was nice, polite and helpful, overall had a very good experience
G.
What made an impression on me was how helpful and polite are the staff. They're super lovely that I am recommending this hotel to my friends and family and to anyone who wants to stay near central london. There are many great places nearby to look forward to. My nights was fairly quiet, there were few loud bangings of door during the night. The lobby is very spacious, nice and neat. The halls towards to the rooms were a bit humid and has a smell of carpet but the room is quite airy and has a great view of the london suburbs.
g. b.
Good clean rooms safe secure parking friendly staff good pub great bear from tape excellent location
P. C.
very elegant hotel with a very good bar and restaurant on the first floor and with a nice view
B. N.
Decent hotel, not bad for the price, good area, can't complain, would stay again
A. R. M.
Our go to hotel every time we stay in London wonderful friendly staff and comfortable accommodation
P. F.
Everything. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms worse. Service horrible. Never staying there again
S. Z.
Everything is ok. Price quite high but acceptable. However, a parking space may have been included in the price.
K. W.
The service we received in the canteen was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Omar
P. H.
Lovely hotel. Clean through and very comfortable beds
T. B.
yes freindly staff good food good prices loveley rooms butifull beds
T. G.
everything just need updating.
door, flooring, furnitures....definitley not a typical Ibis you expect.
guess this is why it is priced at this level
but very close to the tube. this is why I give 2 stars instead of 1.
M. K.
Rooms are clean, not as narrow as one would expect considering London average room size and the employees are really friendly. All this for a fair price even from a student's POV! Can only recommend it, for the view from the 11th floor alone.
B. J.
We spend last weekend our stay at Ibis hotel. It did not start well at first, our receptionist Elyana was unfriendly and not really helpful at all, she was just rushing through the check in and gave us no information about the hotel. Then our room keys did not work twice and we had told this to the other lady at reception who apparently was the manager, she send someone from maintenance upstairs with us, only thing he did was opening the door with his key. Obviously after he left and we tried to open it again with ours, it did not work. We did not want to stay in that room with the broken door so we went back to reception. We had finally a more helpful and kind receptionist, Deva. She was more calm with us and apologised about that issue. She handled that situation very well and gave us a higher floor and even went with us upstairs to check if everything was alright. They need more people like her who actually care about their guests. Our mood changed thanks to her and we started to enjoy our weekend at Ibis. Even later that day she helped us out to find out way to central London bus showing us everything at the map. If we come back to Ibis we want Deva to be there for us.
L.
The breakfast is one of the best things in ibis. They offer a wide variety and if you are GF or vegan, you are sorted. The hotel room was clean.
C. W.
Generally disappointing visit with the hotel, key card to my room did not work change numerous times, building is in need of a refurb, staff were friendly and polite
A. F.
Only staying due to work.....staff okay! Hotel rooms cleanish! But very tired in decor terms as are sll other parts of the hotel.
R. B.
Comfortable accommodation and great eatery downstairs.
J. M.
Affordable price but good decent accommodation. Breakfast a bit pricey. Accessibility of location is good. Highly recommend.
Z. M.
Basic accommodation, but at a good price in a good location. Allow for parking in your budget, but at £17 for 24 hrs it's reasonable 👍
M. B.
Breakfast is good. Service is good. But the rooms are terrible
c. v.
Not bad stay although starting to get a bit run down. Breakfast not included - had better Ibis hotel stays and expected the same
C. C. O.
Broken handle windows rooms and not really clean and good painted looks last service on the rooms was 20 years ago
J. W.
In quite bad shape. Toilet flush did not work. Nobody bothered to clean the room. worst ibis experience I had in a while.
K. P.
Didn't stay in the hotel on parked the car for 7 hours. Was happy with the staff
S. E.
Great popular pub bar pre match with live football on multiple screens.A 20% discount card is available.
L. K. M.
Thanks for the good service from kitchen staff especially Omar kochai and Ahmad Mokhlis
L. f.
This hotel is located near to West Brompton station, and near to Fulham High Street. The rooms are okay, and the bed is great for a good night sleep- if water pressure in the shower is an issue for you- maybe this hotel is not for you [It might be a fault when I was there, so it might be sorted out]
B.
An excellent venue for exhibitions, I would particularly recomend Rum Fest every year
D. W.
Good hotel shame no room service and the bar shuts at 11.30 even for residents
Z. D.
Prices of rooms are ok
Restaurant and bar is very overpriced, but they do allow takeaways outside aswell as in rooms which most guests seemed to be doing
J. M.
Staff very kind. Room curtains not completely blacking out, room keys stopped working after a day. Very nice breakfast!
J. C.
Great hotel with very friendly staff at very reasonable rates
D.
It's worth the money, good location, parking in site, subway 5 min from the hotel, I'd definitely be back next time
S. G.
House keeping on the 10th floor couldn't do enough to help us and they were incredibly frendily
L. G.
Great venue. Great event. Hotel staff was friendly & while visiting this event on weekend, I experienced good customer service & hygiene in place too. So definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the hotel. Tube & overground station is less than 5 mins walk, hotel has it's own paid parking too. So are always comfortable with access to transport. Safe for kids too but don't let them out of site, specially on the days when there are events in the hotel.
J. C.
Used the car park, not a bad location and relatively good price on justpark app
K. H.
Had to pay a £100 deposit as I had not pre-booked!?
Nine days after checking out I have still not been refunded this 'deposit'.
Why would a supposedly reputable company fleece someone so heartlessly?
C. D. C.
Ugly hotel rooms, old and smelly toilet smelled bad, old beds old carpets , looked like a hostel
Stale smell in room
Lobby was nice and front reception staff lovely..too good for this hotel
S. T.
Stayed here for the night, got an early appointment the next day in Kensington. Location wise it's good, close to train stations and a lot of restaurants around. Stayed in a standard double room, decent amount of space enough for you to move around (only got a backpack though), good Wi-Fi, comes with a TV to keep you entertained and a kettle with sachet of coffee and tea to make yourself a drink. Spacious shower and bath as well. Friendly concierge. There's a bar and restaurant as well but didn't managed to check it since there are a lot of other restaurants outside to choose from.
Probably not a must but I'll find it quite helpful if the hotel will also provide "complimentary" mineral water, and toiletries.
Other than it's a pleasant stay.
R.
Nice staff, quiet room, I stayed for one night only but definitely considering to go back and use the members club discount.
G. a. p. A.
Grear location and well connected to central London. Very good breakfast, great common area and the hotel pub is nicely designed with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. However, the room furniture and fittings are close to the point of refurbishment. I really enjoyed my stay :)
T. M.
The rooms have bedbugs, AC not working
J. E.
Location is very convenient, only 5 minutes walk from the nearby Tube station. Room was clean. We’re on the 10 th Floor with nice views. Breakfast was very good with variety of choices. However, we’ve to wait a long time to check in and …
S.
Took 20 mins to get someone to sort out the shutters on the parking (in the end had to go through the exit as the entrance didn't work).
The hot water didn't work in our room. Wish we had said something about that but as we were only there for 2 nights didn't see the point of moving everything. When I did mention the hot water upon leaving they did comp the parking which was appreciated.
Room was clean.

I've stayed for quite some time at the hotel and I have to say it's been a pleasure. The hotel is situated in West Kensington/ West Brompton/ Earls Court area with easy access to the tube (Piccadilly/ District line). Hotel provides full set of amenities for each room such as ironing board/ iron, bath robe, tea coffee etc. It is sparkling clean and there are alcohol dispensers at elevators and reception area taking into consideration the coronavirus situation. The one thing that really stands out is the 5* service from the members of staff, they are always friendly, helpful and have a very proactive attitude. Even though there is no buffet breakfast currently due to Covid-19, there is room service full English breakfast only for £6.95. Rooms I've been had a vintage feel with dark wood and include also a spare table/ 2 chairs apart from main desk which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and pillows had a variety of firmness to choose from. Views from room are quite spectacular (I was facing south towards Chelsea stadium) as it's one of the few high rise buildings in the area. The room rates are quite competitive in comparison with other hotels nearby and I feel safer knowing it's an Accor branch hotel since I had some very bad experiences staying at some of the independent hotels near Earls Court. Finally there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and little shops on nearby North End Street, feel free to ask the staff for any suggestions or directions.
D. D.
Oh! And the other thing! Their 'pap tested' hairdryer provided with the room was incredibly faulty, almost caught fire and smoked the room out!
E. W.
Walked in to the lobby and we were pleasantly surprised by the decor and the staff. The check-in was clunky but the front desk receptionist was nice. The room was very different. The hall was dirty and aged. Definitely in need of TLC. The room was tiny and very cramped. The A/C didn’t work really at all. The room was clean but very old and lacking amenities. The bed was the real kicker for me. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a blanket over it and the pillow was so stiff I woke up with horrible neck pain the next day. The food in the pub was reasonably good (albeit pricey) and most of the wait staff was friendly. We had checked in and pre-paid for two nights but decided to stay somewhere else the second night. So we checked out a day early and the desk clerk didn’t ask how our stay was or why we were leaving early. She instead tried to make me pay for parking twice. I told her I wasn’t sure if I’d paid and she kept trying to force the card reader into my hands and I kept telling her I think I may have paid and asking if she’d check. She acted like that wasn’t possible until I pulled up my credit card bill and pointed to a charge that was the right amount. She then magically was able to check in the system and see that I had paid. We left without any apologies or questions about the whole ordeal. This is the equivalent of a Motel 6. Beware.
A. D.
Simple
However quality is great, convenient. Perfect for an overnight stay near theatres etc. Nice shower cubicle / wetroom, complimentary teas coffees etc.
Also there is cozy and peaceful courtyard which makes you forget you're in the busy hustle and bustle of London.
The staff were really amiable and ready to help. I would definitely stay here again. The free wine and cheese is an awesome touch!
J. D.
I stayed here for two nights for work. Check in was quick and easy. My room was on the fourth floor so I had a good view of London. The room itself was smart, clean and had everything I needed. There was a TV but I didn't use it. The shower in the en-suite was powerful and had good temperature control. In this hotel there is a British pub which is a culture feature.

The location is great with Metro, Overground and bus stations very near the hotel. The family rooms were big enough for a family of 3 and was comfortable. The staff was friendly enough, specially the member of the staff who did our checkin. There was a lot of people on the hotel but wasn't too noisy. It was a very pleasant stay for a good price. We didn't tried the breakfast, because we considered to expensive. The transfer to Gatewick Airport is very simple. You just need to pick a Southern Railways train on South terminal, change on Clapham Junction, and pick Overground to West Brompton.

Gross rooms, everything was broken including front staff.
a. k.
Rooms are small but comfortable. Bedding was very clean. Staff did an amazing job with cleaning the rooms. Approximately five minutes walk to the underground. Bus stop is two minutes walk. Hotel is very conveniently situated as there are alot of eating places and convenience stores within walking distance.
D. B.
Beds were very clean and no stains to be seen unlike some hotels.Toilets were brilliant
C. o. D.
Rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. But the breakfast a little disappointing as there wasn't that much variety and I found the chicken sausages quite inedible as they were still raw. But overall I wouldn't hesitate to go back again
C. F.
That hotel is old and let's call it functional. The room was clean, but small. The breakfast is okay, but it gets very noisy in the room. Biggest contra is the basin of the bath room. Whoever installed it was a complete id**t. There's a restaurant inside the hotel with friendly staff and a good selection of meals and beers. Conclusion: you can arrange yourself for a few days, but don't expect luxury.
V. L.
Bed was great and unexpectedly large (super king), staff were polite and efficient. The rooms could do with an upgrade especially the bathroom. Not a fan of plastic shower curtains as seems unhygienic. Great location, 4 min walk from West Brompton tube station 👍🏻 WOULD GIVE 3.5 STARS IF POSSIBLE
C. F.
It was ok. Looks very tired and in dire need of some tlc in rooms (my door frame had huge crack all the way down). My key card to my room kept not working which meant going down to reception to get it rescanned. My tv remote had no batteries and the bathroom smelt funny. Has a cooling system that is noisy but does nothing to cool the room. Ok in autumn but I imagine not nice in the summer. No power points by the bed.
Bed was comfey and room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The chaps supervising breakfast in particular were lovely. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice and hot food was actually hot.
So not a bad stay in any book, but if it paid £115 anywhere else other than London i would have been pretty disappointed.

Great value for money! Although it is a little bit out of central London the train ride is easy and runs regularly. We stayed for 8 nights and love the included breakfasts every morning. We found this place great value for money and would happily stay there again! Place is very clean and staff friendly and accommodating.
T. O.
I have stayed twice and on both occasions once it hits 7am, the cleaning team explode into action with door to door knocking and hassling people to get in and clean the rooms.. the noise is relentless. It’s quite a show for 3-4 hours, not ideal if you are looking to have a lay in, but perfect if you have forgotten your alarm clock.
R. M.
Location is good, and it has its own taxi rank. Hotel is nice but the rooms are a little dated though well maintained. Air conditioning units are already on heat only in September so rooms were warm with no way to cool them. Good water pressure, and good sound insulation between hotel rooms. Nice bar and decent breakfast.
N. F. L.
Place was clean, check out 12 o'clock which is very convenient, staff was nice too. Only issues the cardboard walls thru which you can hear your neighbors very clearly and the '80 soulless furniture.
S. A.
Great hotel with nice and friendly staff. I even got an voucher with 2 free drinks on for me and my boyfriend because it was my birthday! Lovely bed and great room. We where on the 9'th floor where there was an amazing view. The breakfast cost about the same as other hotels but it has almost everything you could want, so I think it's an fair price. All in all a great hotel I will stay at again if I come to London.
P. C.
Old fashioned place, rooms needs to be renovated
D. K.
The hotel is functional. Good for business people and people that want to be within distance of cental London. You can book in advance online which is best. The rooms are fine for a short stay. Have a big TV, tea and coffee facility and free quite fast WiFi. Have shower in the bath which wasn't too bad. I had problems with the sink tap as a mixer couldn't get the right way to get it hot. Maybe just me? Has a bar with a massive TV if you like that sort of thing. Serves a limited selection of food which was quite nice. The restaurant only served a buffet which was OK and cheap but very limited. The area isn't the best so best to stay in at night. The best tube is West Brompton on the district line and only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would I recommend it, yes I would but just be aware it I s functional not luxury but the price reflects that.
K. M.
We had a lovely stay, however not perfect. At check-in we were given an occupied room, I hope this did not happen to our room as well. And after this should have been fixed we were given room keys which were not updated and only worked on the first room. As we had to stand in line twice, this whole ordeal took roughly 45 minutes. Secondly, we were given an voucher for free drinks as compensation, however, we are silver members and should have been given this in the first place. The room was clean but outdated as was everything else. Sufficient to stay for a few days but I would recommend an upgrade to the facilities. You pay for what you get.

Great location - Easily accessible from west brompton station (3-min walk) and from earls court station as well (10-min walk). Cleaning staff was great - room was always neat and tidy. Breakfast did have a great variety, but could get boring for longer stays as they serve the same menu everyday. Staff always served with a smile and we were pleasantly offered a very late check-out without fuss.
T. R.
Arrived to see a burst pipe in the underground carpark leaking all over sombodys BMW. Car park very messy. Bathroom floor stained. Black spots on towels.
J. C.
They do not refund, even with Covid or closed borders.
T. C. B. T.
The hotel was clean, the room was small but not too small. This comment is coming from someone from Canada where the hotel rooms are massive. It ended up being a great location steps away from the tube.
The only problem we had was getting the key card to unlock the door to our room. It was finicky. Once you got the finesse down, it was ok.
K. A.
Nice and Clean, but design of the Room is 25 years old - definitely need to be redecorated *
Looks like Management only like to make Money - without investing?
Good Location *
Breakfast Time - Staff very frustrating talking to each other loud - looks like No Management on the Floor ( Breakfast should be a quiet time? )) but good choice of Food *
W. C.
Although I did not lodge there yet I found the environment so cosy
D. D.
Amazing staff. Lovely bar area on 1st floor. Easy access to bus and tube network. Fast service into central London and walking distance (30 mins) to Harrods/Knightsbridge area. Connections to Clapham Jct for trains to/from Gatwick. Comfortable hotel.
M. T.
Better than we expected for 3.9-star average rating. We would give it 4.5 stars.
Clean beds and rooms, good included breakfast, convenient location (10-12-minute walk to Earls Court subway).
The only minus was that we asked for a wakeup call when we were checking in, and the agent told us to call them from their room for a wakeup call. I called twice, but they never picked up the phone. Then I went downstairs and called from the phone on their counter while seeing the agent at her desk in the back room; she was not at her PC or talking on the phone, but she did not pick up, and it took me to call her in a loud voice to get her attention. Then she set up our wakeup call.
I also asked them why their Wakeup Call button on our room phone was disabled, but they could not answer that. This phone function could save them time and guest complaints.
Otherwise, good hotel.
k. r.
Nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was worth the price. Dinner buffet looked good, but never tried it. We ate supper in the Pub on the first floor. The Pub was great, noisy as a Pub will get when crowded. Overall great place to stay while in London. Walking distance from Two Tube stations, rail stop, and bus stop.
J. C.
Excellent customer service and place to visit , food is very good.
M. I.
Great location for exploring London and the Royal Albert hall. Wonderful entrance with very helpful staff. Bar great with very good food. Rooms good size, windows that open, very clean and a powerful shower. Parking underground at excellent price. The most amazing breakfast area, plus food was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Would be my choice of stay in London from now on.
A. S.
Great location could see Stamford Bridge out of the window
S. E.
Despite already checked in, it took absolutely ages for them to hand over our room cards.
Other Accor Hotels often have the keys ready waiting for you.
We waited nearly half an hour on arrival.
No issues. Just incredibly slow.
Also, the bar is supposed to close at 12 pm. We went to order an espresso martini, but they’d switched off the coffee machine ahead of time. Disappointing.
K. A. (.
The lobby was very beautifully decorated and the lounging area quote cosy and comfortable. Staff was very friendly to us and help was provided from the reception if a needed it. Free Wi-Fi was provided. The actual hotel was surrounded by some good restaurants including an Indian one right down the street. However, during the day times there would be 'markets' where the whole street would be filled with peoples 'shops' and it would cause noise. The big shopping mall was not very far from the hotel. The rooms were good for the price you paid.
F. B.
Beds are big and comfy. Breakfast is pretty good, but they only offer white bread. Rooms need updating. Have to leave windows open to avoid getting too hot, and there is a lot of street noise. The "coffee maker" they report to have in each room consists of an electric kettle and packs of instant, but there is a nice coffee bar in the lobby.
Be sure to bring your own facecloth and shampoo, as none of that is provided. That seems to be a European thing more than the fault of the hotel, but be forewarned. Also bring your own toilet paper, as the stuff they provide is very coarse.
We had to change rooms upon arrival because of a housekeeping issue, but they were very gracious about moving us and comped us some free drinks at the bar. I would have given them another star if not for this issue.
J. S.
Great location.
No problem parking the car in the large underground car park about £17 a day for residents.
S. M.
We love Accor hotel worldwide and Ibis are one of them.
We had a good stay at Ibis London Earls Court. Great location close to almost everything and especially from Kensington Olympia where we were working.
Good price for the quality with nice personnel and rooms.
But some problems:
- Rooms are starting to get old
- Carpers on the floors are very old and dusty
- Painting starts to fade
- Some mornings (we had 5) we had no water at all and some no hot water
That’s a point of improvement. Otherwise it was okay! But not the standard for 3 stars Ibis.

The hotel is located conveniently within a few minutes walk to Bromptom tube station, which made it easier for us to travel within London. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. There are a few convenience shops nearby that are open late, as well as a pizza takeout, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room itself is nice, comfortable and clean and had space for our luggage as well as room to sit with a couple of chairs, desk and table. There is an iron for clothes and a hairdryer (which is what I look for in every hotel). The shower was powerful enough (unlike in some hotels), but the exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn't working (however, did not report this until checkout). Breakfast was good with continental and hot foods to choose from. There is a pub in the hotel serving drinks and food which is very convenient. However, there is no room service or a fridge in the room which was a bit disappointing. Our room was in the 10th floor and had a view of the surrounding areas. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and we will come back again!
S. E.
We appreciated the friendly, competent service we received from the Front Desk and when we needed phone assistance with confirming a tour we booked. Our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel lobby was very inviting. Check in and out was a breeze and the complimentary breakfast I ate was 10/10!! Wonderful selections and the food prepared was well cooked, presented and appreciated!

Room are very small and the pillows Humm

This hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment of checking in. We had a reservation for a double room with one bed , I asked if we could get twin beds, and they gave us a room with a queen and a twin bed. Room was spotless, bathroom clean and in good shape, and the size of the facilities was more than adequate for a place to sleep after a day of sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable. The included buffet breakfast was great, with hot foods, fruits, breads, cheese, yoghurt, etc. and breakfast hours from 5:30 to 10:30 am were super convenient. The West Brompton tube station (District Line) was a three-four minute walk, and the bus #74 was literally at the door, so transportation was a breeze. Overall, a great value for London accommodation, would recommend without hesitation.
I. M.
I booked the hotel through travel agency and paid for a double bed room with breakfast provided.
The bed is only 4.5 feet which is too small as a Hotel’s double bed. The bed is VERY SOFT and creates NOISE. every turn created sounds and couldn’t sleep well.
The air con is HOT, 27.5 degree celsius. The hotel did send a technician to the room but explained to me that i could turn off the air con and open the windows. It is noisy outside.
FOR THE BREAKFAST, please asked the agency what would include before u pay for the breakfast.
The hotel provide 2 levels of breakfast and asked customers to pay more (extra £5.5 per person) if we want to have eggs and sausages.
The staff would repeatedly telling u and monitoring u that u could not take their eggs and sausages, or wrongly sit at the “VIP areas”. Because u did not paid for a higher price for your breakfast. (it that the right hotel policy to their customers?)
I never have such experience in other hotels.
it is ridiculous.
P. C.
Good place to stay. Very close to tube stations, just 5-7 mins walk. Also very close to fulham high street, shops and restaurants. Food inside ibis is not too bad but bit pricy compare to near by restaurants. Atmosphere is very quiet and clean inside. There is car park available for customer at the back of the building, I presume it's paid not free.
J. K.
Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Our package with full breakfast was a good deal. Great having a big hot breakfast didn't need to stop and have lunch.
l.
Clean and neat. good location to access central, not so long from tube station(about 5 min walk to West Brompton), near to bus station(about 1 Min). Do not have too much expectation for breakfast, just don't forget that you are in UK.
S. B.
If you're on a budget, this is a very simple place to choose. The rooms are not fancy at all. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. There's an ironing board, but no iron. No refrigerator, no safe box. There is an electric kettle, a blow dryer, and hangers if in need. No bath soap, only shampoo and two towels. The tv catches one good channel, the rest is most likely going to be irrelevant. The view is also simple, not much to look at becuase of the area seems rather quiet. There is no 24hr access to fresh drinking water, you have to buy it yourself or the staff offer you a small cup of water. Ice is free. There are convenience stores at walking distance, including a 24hr electric store to buy adapters. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Halal, some regular supermarkets for fruits and your daily necessities, are all in walking distance from this hotel, including the train station (district line). To take the train, you must purchase a card (filled with money on it) to tap in and to tap out every time you enter and exist the subway station. Follow the signs carefully. Breakfast starts at 6am and it's complimentary. Do not expect much because it is not a 4 or 5 star luxury hotel.
A. K.
Room average. No small toiletries to take home and thats my favourite bit lol!!!! (They have refillable dispensers on the wall of shower gel etc) buffet for dinner was okay, not enough veg however. Breakfast was lovely. Typical full English. But on my second morning they ran out of fried eggs and mushrooms and I asked for the refill (as did others) and we waited 5-10 mins with our half full plates for more and none appeared so I gave up in the end and went egg & mushroomless. Got a refund for our third breakfast as we left early due to transportation arrangement issues. Overall. Okay.. but not brilliant.

Stayed on a business trip and was perfect since the event was at the ILEC center attached to the hotel. You can't get any more convenient was that. The location is also close to the underground and very easy to get to other areas of London.
Breakfast is great here and you get great value for your money. The other restaurant is great too.
Staff were always great and hotel is kept very clean.
My only hang up is the rooms, they are very outdated and very small. For comparison I stayed at an IBIS in Berlin the week before and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and renovated washrooms.
A. H.
1) Great location.
Bus stop is right infront of hotel and short walking distance to West Brompton station.
2) Room is of decent size, clean and comfortable.
3) Breakfast, food served is the same throughout the duration of our stay there, meaning, every single day the same food.
4) Staff friendly, helpful when asked for assistance but not warm. Just merely doing their job.Not complaining though, just highlighting as observed.
Overall, a pleasant stay and will not hesitate to recommend to friends.
Will certainly not mind staying here again.
C. A.
Great value for money. Tasty and fresh breakfast with plenty of choice
m. l.
We found staff to be friendly and helpful during our stay which made all the difference. The food in the bar was very nice and reasonably priced. Rooms are basic and maybe a a bit outdated but you have all you need and are good value for money . For us having the car park to use was also a huge benefit. Bus stops right outside the door made travel into the centre of London easy.
We would stay here again.
M. S.
I stayed here for work nearby and wish I hadn't. The curtains don't cover the window (as in all the rooms) so light streams into the room from sun up. I left my do not disturb sign on the door but the cleaners still went on in. Staff at the front desk regularly gave me key cards that didn't work, which is a pain when having to return from the 8th floor to get a working one. Bed was comfy, breakfast was OK with good choice.
S. J.
The positives are good location, a great selection of full, hot breakfast. But the bed are twin sized in a 2 bed room. The air feels a bit musty. Overall, it was a simple, good value hotel if you are spending very little time in the room.
S. P.
PARKING SCAM - Visited the hotel in March and to pay parking went to reception and they have told me is £12 so I paid and asked for a receipt and was refused one just the print out of the car machine. I thought it was strange to refuse a receipt but went on my way... Now in July, I get a letter with a £100 fine telling me that I went over the time that I paid and after ringing the hotel they told me that have nothing to do with it despite I paid them and they told me how much to pay. After appealing to the one to the parking company and explaining the situation they refused my appeal and I now need to pay £100 for 50 minutes for a member of staff incompetence! Never going back again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are expensive and it's much cheaper to eat out. We arrived at 1.30 and check in wasn't in till 2pm but it was so problem, we were given out key and told out room was on the first floor, we searched for our room for about 20 mins turns put it was on the 7th floor, beautiful view of the city from the room, very loud with all the planes going over to and from Heathrow airport. The room was boiling hot and had a huge box above the door I think it was some sort of fan, we didn't know we were able to turn the heating down, if we were showed to our room I'm sure that would have been explained, parking is a reasonable price for the hotel in a lovely underground car park.
The hotel is 2mins wall from West Brompton tube station so easy to get anywhere else, walking to Hyde park and harrods is a lovely walk with plenty of shops, and cafes around to stop for a drink. The breakfast is gr3ad, there's a choice for everyone, traditional English breakfast, veggie option available, yogurt, cereal, cold meat and cheese, toast, fruit just lots of options.
The room was value for money however it wasn't the cleanest! Hairs on my bed and a very dirty bath and sink.
I would stay again but I would have to ask for th3 room to be re cleaned.
H. C.
Haven't stayed here for over a decade and tbh not much has changed. Parts of the place are starting to look a bit tired. The rooms need a bit of a makeover. Our Aircon was faulty and bathroom door wouldn't shut. However, brekkie is a triumph and you can gorge yourself for a tenner. We had double room, brekkie and parking for £120 and for central London that's not bad. It's clean and well run with friendly helpful staff. Would recommend for the price and location.
C. G.
Great location, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast. Looking forward to my next stay.
R. R.
While I didn't stay a night at the hotel, I did attend several 2 day seminars in their conference room.
The room was exceptional with great sound and lighting for the event. The bathrooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the overall experience was pleasant. Thanks for everything
J. M.
Friendly staff, not a bad hotel
A. F.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable if a bit dated, but we did not mind that. breakfast and Dinner were good.
Only one real issue. we were staying only one night so it did not worry us too much, but you must do something about the TV. it is too long winded a process just to get to turn on the tv to watch the news. we appreciate that many visitors are not British but we regularly stay at Novotel and do not have this issue. Also, actually getting the remote to work was painful, perhaps the batteries were drained. Otherwise, really all as expected. we would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Great for travellers on a budget. The room is very small but the bed is comfortable. It is close to the bus stop and the tube station. The food is average however it is enough to get you started for the day. There is also a nice pub. The staff are very friendly. It is not luxurious though so if you are looking for luxury skip this one.

Really enjoyed our stay
D. B.
Stayed here as I always stay a litttle vit out of central london for price benefits. Busy at reception upon arrival and process what rather long, however staff were friendly and chatty.
Room was clean and spacious, I did not have breakfast as I thought it was over priced for london (just down the road you can get the same for around half the price). Didnt stay much in the hotel and my only other interaction with staff was at check out, which again took awhile which was an annoyance because there was 1 person in front of me in the queue and 3 people on reception?!
Overall at satisfactory experience and would stay again based on the proce and location.
S. W.
We booked a wheelchair accessible room with shower etc. Our first room was excessively HOT. Open the window and heat and noise from air-conditioning below was not acceptable. Basin and shower were unhygienic and cracked. Complained and got offered a newly renovated room that had a large CTV, clean bathroom and shower, but the door was to narrow for my wheelchair. Simply did a partial dismantle of my chair to fit through the door every night. This room was also overly hot...set at 18 degrees it would not drop below 23 degrees, so opened the window wide!! Enjoyed this revamped room as comfortable and clean...we will return.
T. M.
Fantastic hotel and great staff..
S. J.
Very friendly welcome with a quick check in. The room was very tidy and well kept with an outstanding view. At Breakfast time there was more than enough choice to choose from and all very tasty! Good site situation with links to local bus …
M. C.
We booked the Ibis Earls Court through the airline's website, selecting a room with a double bed for seven nights and upon arrival at the hotel were told we were booked that the airline had booked us in a room with two twin beds! However, we got a room with a double bed which looked over a noisy construction site. We went to reception to request a change and were offered a beautiful room, on the higher floor. The room was lovely and newly renovated and the bathroom as well. It was clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities for guests. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was generous and a nice treat to start the day off. The pub food is delicious and very reasonable with good portions. The best bit was the red buses right outside the hotel that took us right into the heart of the west end. The location is ideal for the city, airport and travel to other zones. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly revisit.Thank you Ibis Earls Court for a wonderful experience.
T. M.
This hotel is very well located and the prices are really convenient. The staff has been always kind and really understandable. I've been fur a weekend and it was absolutely lovely spent my time. The full breakfast it's amazing and the continental too. The room was not brand new, but for my point of view really useful.
L. M.
Really needs modernising given the location of the hotel but the staff are very helpful and friendly so it’s fine if you’re staying for a day or two.
L. N.
I spent a week at this hotel in October and it was fantastic!!!! My room was lovely, clean & quiet! My travel package included the breakfast buffet which was terrific and the pub is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! The staff are friendly and helpful and the tube station is only a 5 minute walk from the Hotel which is most convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
M. W.
Very clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning in the room. Friendly/helpful staff
J. U.
Spend valentine weekend here Thursday to Sunday and was treated like royalty I was presented with a single red rose and sweeties. The bedrooms where nicely set out the bed was comfy and the view was glorious. The bathroom was decorated in white marble was so modern. We had breakfast twice while staying at an extra cost £11.50 each and breakfast had a wide range of choice. The only bad point it was so warm in the night. Great price in London. 🙂
B. L.
Great stay here all the time there amazing. Management are always very helpful and understanding.
B.
Clean and tidy room. Nice cleaning bedding and towels. The whole room was spotless and the mattress was super comfy. My only small complaint is that the room really needs modernisation and a fridge would of been nice. Will definitely be using again the carpark is secure and reasonable £17 for 21 hrs and just out side the congestion zone so no extra charges. Close to West Brompton (2 min walk) and Earls Court (5 min walk) tube stations to get you into Central London. As well as a bus stop literally just outside. Very happy with our stay staff were friendly and helpful.
S. L.
Very good hotel, friendly environment
D. M.
Staff is pretty nice, but room is just okay. Missing a bedside table and the TV in the room doesn't allow you to switch display inputs - they've installed a proprietary TV service unit that disables it. Bathroom is a bit dated but decent. Really great location, course to Earl's Court metro station which will connect you to all of the city center sights in one train ride. All you can eat breakfast is pretty good as well. Definitely a good option that won't break the bank (relative to the rest of London hotels) but don't expect luxury.
C. E.
Newly-refurbished rooms were lovely 👍🏻
A. K.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Pillows fairly average if you're used to a higher pillow, But otherwise not an issue. Bathroom has no ventilation system so steam builds up quickly - recommend turning on the A.C. and keeping the bathroom door open, or opening the window. Power plugs in weird places (aka no where near the bed). We got a rate with Buffet Breakfast included and I would recommend 100% It was busy but it's such a convenience to have breakfast ready and not have to go looking for something first thing.
The checking out desk was very busy when we left, so if you are working to a timeline when you leave, allow some time for long checkout lines.
Overall a good experience. Other than missing our EuroStar because of a delay checking out, no major complaints.
A. L.
Really nice hotel which is super convenient for central London but in a nice, quiet area. The breakfast buffet is out of this world with really good veggie options too. The beds are really comfy. My only criticism would be there aren't any plug sockets anywhere near the bed where you can charge your phone.
P. F.
Great staff at check in, friendly bar staff with decent drink prices. Rooms were a generous size and clean. Only minor complaint is the cooling/heating system which doesn't wally allow customisation but the front desk sent up a fan and it was great after that.
T. V.
Central and reasonably priced. Easy access to tourist attractions via nearby underground station in West Bromton. Air conditioned rooms were nice in the summer heat. Room key took a few times to work and felt like a mini game mission at times but we were never locked out as such. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar closed early but it had a pool table. Pool cues were not great so serious players wouldn't like it but got a game with the kids it is fine. Pub grub was decent if for some reason you want to stay in despite the myriad choices in central London nearby.
M. O.
Check in was a bit long, check out much quicker.
I like the onsite "pub" it was very relaxing and informal
The pillows were very thin, never seen pillows that thin in my life, even in cheap hotels abroad!
The bed was very comfortable.
The room in general was clean and tidy
It was very busy at breakfast so there was a shortage of cereal, also the plates for the cooked portion of the breakfast were small, tea size plates, again, never seen a breakfast plate that small before!
The drinks station near to where we were seated was not well stocked, there was no OJ, no cups and the glasses were warm.
I. b.
Friendly staff but the rooms really need attention. The lobby at reception look beautiful but you then see your room and well not worth the money. Paint chips, flicking lights, cracked tiles. The air-con only blows hot so you have to open the window but you get all the outside noise. Nice bed but pillows are the thickness of a shirt and only 2 each.
T. W.
Couldn't get into my room every single day. Had to go to front desk from 8th floor multiple times to get key re set. Walls are very thin. Screaming from neighbours between 430am + Could hear everything. No courtesy shampoo. Soap dispense was attached to the wall by a sticker fell off the wall multiple times. Mostly in the middle of the night with a large startling bang. Room was decently clean but always smelt of bleach. Window in room was broken and did not close properly without alot of trying. No room service which is fine but you cannot even pre order food to bring to your room you have to go down to order and wait for it. Breakfast was a good selection but always cold. Only bright side was the staff in the resteraunt were friendly. I wasn't expecting too much for the price but the basics of a hotel were all in poor quality.
J. O.
Amazing value for money, great breakfast, amazing location, easy to get to with great parking!! Could do with a room update.

I have been here in London for about 20 days, and today my trip to Sweden was canceled, so I made an emergency reservation in this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately when I arrived at the place, the responsible employee told me: we accept only business travellers and key workers. i need proof that you are travelling for business otherwise i can not accept the booking!!!! I was rejected !!! What is the difference between the money that I will pay them and the money that the businessman will pay ???
I didn't read this info when unfortunately I booked this place !!!! We are all human beings. I thought that I was in a democratic state and all people have the same rights. No discrimination or discrimination !!! Is Covid19 affecting the general population except for businessmen ??
I got frustrated, sad and depressed !!! Because of your rejection of me and my reservation !!!! Unfortunately, I believe myself in a democratic country that respects human rights !!!

Greeting on arrival was great, ample parking and easy to locate. The rooms are tired and lacking in personality with very small bathrooms. Furniture is starting to show signs on wear and is ready for some TLC however I did get a good nights rest. The location is fantastic with underground and overground stations in close proximity.
R. W.
The hotel is really old. I had 4th floor and there was a lot of noise from both inside and outside. The air conditioning machine is also quite noisy. Location is good though and price was decent (considering London). No problems with staff.
K. K.
Spent very little time in the hotel but enjoyed stay. Room a little dated however room was clean. Found my bed to be hard but my mum said it was very comfortable- just down to personal preference. Breakfast nice with plenty of selection, staff friendly and polite
c. m.
Rooms were really clean.
Really central to any public transport- underground, overground, bus services (down the road from the Westbrompton station underground & overground)
A 10-15 minute train ride into central London.
The hotel itself is close to many supermarkets and smaller food stores.
Staff were really helpful, great experience at the Ibis Earls Court!
B. B.
The hotel is aged but worryingly, overall the experience is only just satisfactory. There was alot of noise in the corridor in the morning so it was difficult to have a decent sleep.
We arrived late one night and there was a very rude thuggish doorman who seemed to be troubled opening bthe door for hotel guests.
I left a complaint message for the duty manager but nothing was mentioned when I checked out so I think that customer service at this hotel is all about spin and there is zero substance.
L.
Very nice place to stay. Large and clean rooms. Bathroom with shower and bath. The food is just awesomely nice and the English Pub on the first floor is great! If i will be in London again, i would definitely book at this hotel again.
K. B.
Worst WiFi ever. Absolutely the worst WiFi I’ve had anywhere in the world
R. S.
The checking in process was very smooth and helpful staff made it easy. Room was what I expected. Rooms are getting a bit tired but were clean and value for money.
Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.
I would certainly use this hotel again
T. T.
We have stayed a number of times and are well satisfied. Rooms comfortable, staff good. Parking a distinct advantage. Easy access and proximity to central and west London ideal. However, on this occasion the noise late into the night from a tent near the car park entrance marred the visit. This issue needs to be solved or the visits of regular customers will be affected. Urgent action needed.
K. M.
Was there for 3 days as part of a course, post corona times it was reassuring to see all the protocols put in place, the staff were brilliant, the lady with the Aquamarine/Turquoise jumper Monday morning at reception, I doff my hat yo you Ms. Customer services bar was not only firmly elevated but maintained throughout. Given the fraught times I was impressed.
F. L.
The room's were really sub par. We had a double room which was cold despite the heater. The duvet didn't fit in the cover properly (it was too small and thin), the shower head had bits flaking off of it, the bathroom door stuck, the toilet roll holder was falling off, and the side of the wardrobe door came on and off. The food was good, unfortunately it wasn't very big portions for a significant amount of money. The staff were mostly nice, but I was rather annoyed that the cleaning staff emptied our bin onto the table, rather than doing the work.
T. P.
The hotel is very large and impersonal. The room was on the small side and basic with nothing in the way of complimentary toiletries. The bed was fairly comfortable...all in all adequate. The breakfast was the best part, although more fresh fruit would be a bonus.
A. K.
The rooms were tired looking, need updating and could of been cleaner. Beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was a disappointment, quantity over quality rather than quality over quantity. And guests should be able to pay for the breakfast at the restaurant or at least when they check out.
The reason why I have given a 2/5 rather than a 1/5 was down to the staff (in particular, reception).
E. B.
I guess you are paying for the post code. Shocking hotel. I have never been to a hotel where I am told coldly, I'd need to carry my luggage to my room without assistance. By the way, this hotel is not part of the Le Club Accor program. No refrigerator in the room. TV was not working. Do yourself a favour and book a better hotel. Lesson learned. It is called 'budget hotel' for a reason.
D. B.
Best value in the area
J. B.
Rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. But the breakfast a little disappointing as there wasn't that much variety and I found the chicken sausages quite inedible as they were still raw. But overall I wouldn't hesitate to go back again
M. T.
The Ibis was a reasonably priced hotel that is in a really good location very close to public transport, both train and bus. We only stayed in London for 2 days and were able to use the train service to quickly access all parts of London...we were to get back during the day for a rest and then go back out again. The hotel room was spacious and clean. It has a nice pub in the building and breakfast was reasonable. I would stay there again.
S. M.
Nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was worth the price. Dinner buffet looked good, but never tried it. We ate supper in the Pub on the first floor. The Pub was great, noisy as a Pub will get …

The hotel is located conveniently within a few minutes walk to Bromptom tube station, which made it easier for us to travel within London. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. There are a few convenience shops nearby that are …
D.
Not bad.
J. C.
Old concrete building but very nice inside, including pub & restaurant. Good service, good room (std twin). Off the tourist map but easy to get around London from. Very decent price for London. Would recommend. Stayed 1 night.
a. v.
Decent enough~ pretty dated facilities and there was a small hole in the wall of my room, but the staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Plug access *was* pretty bad though, and the only way to reach it with stuff you're using in the bed is by a tangled multiblock and that only reaches as far as the end of the bed without a long cable.
J. S.
The room was great, and so is the food, but the service was a bit lacking. Every time you need something from reception it takes a while before someone is free. We had a lady who seemed to not understand English very well and didn't understand our questions. Our room cards also kept getting demagnitised, even though we kept the cards away from our phones. No iron in the room, and if u ask for one, housekeeping will take it back down when they clean the room.
H. C.
Public areas were very nice. Breakfast was great, with a good selection to choose from. I thought my room was very tired, with dirty and stained paintwork. Curtains were not properly hung. One very thin pillow is a little meagre. Bathroom was clean but that's the nicest thing I can say about the room.
S.
A little dated but very clean and serviceable rooms. Great breakfast buffet offered. It's pub , the George and Dragon is a lively place to get together with friends and enjoy a meal. The Thai Beef salad is great. Very close to a tube station.
N. D. S.
If you are looking for an affordable accommodation option in the heart of London, this hotel should be on top of your list. It is also well connected with many bus routs available just outside the hotel. West Brompton, the nearest tube station is just 2 mins. walk from the hotel while to reach Earl's Court one needs to walk for 10 mins. Rooms are not very big but comfortable with decent amenities such as free Wifi , Coffee maker, Iron, TV etc. Hotel staff is courteous and quick to respond. Overall a decent choice for a short business or leisure trip.
C. U.
We stayed 2 nights for London sightseeing with friends. Perfect location, good price and great service. Julia in reservation office was very helpful in informative. Car parking price was reasonable for London hotel. We were given rooms on the top floor, one room with a view to London eye in the distance. We have been looked after well.
D.
Very friendly and helpful staff, check in was quick and a room was available even though we arrived early. The room was clean and comfortable but the walls seem thin and there was quite a bit of noise from adjoining rooms. There was a lot of noise late into the night (possibly from a school party running up and down the corridor from the floor above), a call to reception and a visit from security helped here.
M. H.
Old concrete building but very nice inside, including pub & restaurant. Good service, good room (std twin). Off the tourist map but easy to get around London from. Very decent price for London. Would recommend. Stayed 1 night.
N. H.
A sad, poorly run hotel. Staff are clearly unhappy! Anything you ask of them is an enormous issue or to be argued about. Best not to ask for assistance.
With anything!
Rooms very dated. Grubby sheets. Air conditioning doesn’t work. No safe. No fridge.
Breakfast is uncontrolled chaos. Often no cutlery!
Best of all is the huge smoking area out the front of the hotel. So foul. Surely there is somewhere else for smokers.
Go elsewhere.
D.
Been to this hotel many times over the years for events. The team are friendly, its in a good location and the venues are great. I am a bit shocked at the price of The food in the restaurants on the first floor and the daily car parking fees. Food quality is about the same as a weatherspoon pub. I wouldn't mind paying the price if the food was better. Parking fees I would understand if the hotel was more central say zone 1. Come here for the events and to stay, dont park and bring a packed lunch.
R. F.
Ok hotel for that price. First receptionist who I met was quite rude, Beatrix or something like that was her name. So not a good first impression of the hotel. Next receptionist, who actually checked me in, was a lovely trainee. Fast check in and really polite.
Room is ok, would need a face lift but view was nice and quiet room.
E.
Clean, but terrible service. We had to rest here on a business trip. It's clean, but there is no option to borrow a power plug adapter or a hairdryer (there's just not one the the room). Instead you'll be advised to buy one at the vending Maschine. No drinking water in the room, no possibility to get the room completely dark (in case you want to sleep a bit longer). Continental breakfast is only with coffee from am drinks Maschine, that isn't cleaned up very often. No bacon, no eggs, only a few croissants. Restaurant-staff is unfriendly or just talking in Chinese language. Would not suggest to book a room here.. There are a lot better and cheapest locations around!!
B. T.
Nice area, good customer service. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pub has an awesome selection of ciders. A great breakfast, though it was very crowded with a long line, so get there in plenty of time.
b. s.
Room was clean, service was OK (they couldn't find my booking so I had to wait an hour for them to figure out that they had put my middle name as my last name). Biggest downside was that our room was overlooking a big black awful rooftop - all grey and black and industrial. You get what you pay for. On the positive side, it is very close to two underground stations and there are quite a few convenience stores nearby so all in all not too bad.
T. C. M. E. R.
Service is very cold. Room is generally ok. Bedsheets looked a little dirty. Size of room is generally larger than the rest of hotels. They have a hot water kettle and ironing board which is convenient. Underground is just 4min away so very convenient to move ard.
D. P.
The Ibis Hotel is a lovely clean hotel with great friendly and attentive staff. situated across the road from the magnificent Empress State Building and is a five minute walk from West Brompton Station which serves the District and Overground train lines. This hotel is in Zone 2 and Chelsea football club can be seen along from Lillie Road where the Ibis Hotel is situated.
Z. T.
Plain but clean. The room had everything you would need plus an excellent view over the rooftops. The brreakfast was particularly good at the special price of £10/person. Altogether very good value in a central location.
K. K.
No surprises here, clean room, nice personnel, even a pub inside the hotel, though there was very small variety of food on the menu, so we decided to have a dinner elsewhere. Breakfast was nice. Huge variety of food there.
T. M.
Standard Ibis hotel, very busy conference on at the time but it all seemed well orgsnised, clean & efficient elsewhere. Reception helpful about the parking. Signage in the under-building parking could have been clearer (and more of it)
C. B.
Hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to train station, very convenient. This is a great hotel for short stay. Bus stop is just in front of hotel and with easy access to city. No bad experience. Breakfast is standard with all you need if you are not fussy.
M. L.
Good location for where we was visiting. Friendly staff. Clean room. Responsible priced food and drink in the restaurant and bar. Our room didn't have a ceiling light and only had bedside lamps, which was fine, but was annoying at times when wanting to read without laying down.
D. L.
This IBIS hotel is worst that I ever stay in London. The beds are old and the spring makes lots of noise as you turn at night. My son and I could not sleep well for three nights. We complained and complained to the front desk. And their …
M. L.
-Location is good, 3-minute walk to underground
- Room is big. Bed and pillow are comfortable, I had a very good sleep.
-But I think maintenance work can be improved. I found 5 faults in my Room No. 720:-
1. a screw of window hinge is missing. 2. screw of window handle is loosen. 3. toilet paper roll rack is not fixed well and paper roll tends to falling out. 4. Toilet seat plate slides to left hand side. 5. Faucet of bathtub is broken.
-Breakfast buffet is good. But I have a suggestion:- fruit like apples, pears to be cut in pieces for serving, rather than serving as a whole. (Premium Inn has this practice) I think most people like me, will not eat one whole apple in the morning, but would be happy to eat 1/4 or 1/5.
R. m.
It's ok, good prices and close to the center
A. S. P.
Handy to West Brompton Underground. Room well appointed & plenty of lifts. The breakfast is terrific everything you could possibly want. Taxi from Kings Cross was £35!!! Not on direct Tube from Heathrow & tube has steps which not easy with suitcases. We happy to stay here again
G. T.
I have lived in many other IBIS hotels in Europe, China. Singapore, Hong Kong. and India. Room condition was the best at Earl's court. Room layout and available furniture was very comfortable and convenient, with elegant finish. Bathroom with bath tub was relay comfortable.
Location of the hotel is ideal for tourists and business visitors, as it is very close from tube station and many bus routs available just outside the hotel.
Breakfast is not vary good and very few options available for vegetarian guests and the same items repeated every day. This certainly needs to improve.
Air temperature setting was not good on first day and our room was very warm.
P. Z.
This was by far the worst experience ive had with a hotel, please avoid our mistake and pay a bit more for somewhere else. The room was average, the shower curtain rod fell on my partners head, the thermostat couldnt be adjusted so the room was an oven. Honestly, this place is awful. Even when they upgraded our room to avoid a review like this they moved us to a room that was already booked so we had to move again the next day. Awful.
p. h.
Came here for a conference which was held in a massive hall. Enough to probably hold 1500 people in there. I think for those specific functions it works well but the layout of it is weird. To get to the restroom you need to go to the first floor and go through a pub (yes, on the first floor of this hotel is a pub) and then you get the toilets which are of pub standards. The bar had some refreshments and snacks which were all about 3 times the RRP (which you can get round the corner). The staff were all very nice and useful but I did not see the rooms so can not comment on that aspect.
J. 1.
This hotel is excellent for an Ibis. That may seem like being damned by faint praise but it's not intended as that. Ibis is a budget chain and very good at what it does. This feels like a proper hotel with an even more proper pub!
Great access to West Brompton station and short walk to Fulham Broadway & Stamford Bridge.
Loads of restaurants & pubs around.
I like rooms overlooking The Bridge but odds are you'll have a view of Wembley if you're on other side, whilst a bit more distant it's great when the arch is lit.
This is just a great hotel.
M. A. M. B.
Reasonably priced (for London...).
Clean but hotel very tired and in serious need of modernising. Room was nothing like the picture on the website when I booked! Unlike other IBIS I've stayed in it's clearly been rebadged and is very dated in its look.
A/C didn't work and was not fixed. Noisy on top floor from the plant room above.
Area is not attractive now that Earls Court is gone.
Quite a long way from Earls Court Tube if you have bags.
Large impersonal hotel catering mainly for tour parties. Worked as a relatively low cost solution for a stay to attend a course.
T. C.
Great training and conference centre in good location with easy access to transport-especially train, bus: close to a train station and bus stop right beside it. It is situated within a hotel premise so there is opportunity for accommodation and restaurants. Nice experience
S. T.
It could be worse. Reserved a double bed room, at check-in they changed it to a 2x single bedroom without apology or remorse. Neither of the people at check-in were native English speakers.
The rooms are unimpressive, no fridge, no power points, 90s styling.
My friend's luggage was delayed by our airline and was to be delivered to the hotel by courier. My friend provided his information including room, mobile/cell phone number to the front desk and requested he be notified once his luggage was delivered. He continued to check with desk if the luggage had arrived which they denied. Eventually he called our airline, they confirmed his luggage was delivered and provided the name of the ibis employee who signed for it. Armed with this information he was able to finally collect his luggage.
Avoid this place if possible. It wasn't a great experience.
W. E.
Customer service was pretty terrible, had to wait ages to check in and then the reception staff were unfriendly and uninformative. Our room was very small and the shower over the bath wasn't in the best condition.
It's a great location with easy walking distance to train and tube and the bus stops right outside the hotel.
R. W.
Great hotel, location was perfect, rooms were clean and comfortable
k. g.
Much better than I expected for the price and really close to the tube. No complaints but not a high standard hotel. Good value for money. TV was a bit old but you can cope with that for a short stay.
L. D.
After spending 4 nights there, and having to stay 2 additional nights. They charged us twice as much for the 2 nights without the free breakfast. If I wasn't stressed out already I would have found another hotel.
I was very disappointed.
M.
Reasonable value but paid £12 when booking for breakfast which could be had for £7.95 at the venue....not impressed!
S. Z.
The Ibis was ok, unfortunately we had to change rooms twice, the first room smelled like fresh paint, the second room we were given was right next to a noisy generator, but the third was fine except it had no radiator, but a plug in heater which luckily we didn't need.
The pizza in the restaurant was amazing to be fair, so I can't complain. All in all its decent If your not planning to stay in London for more than 1-2 nights.
A.
I have to say that recently my travel friend, Lynn Phillips and I spent a wonderful 3 days at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and cordial. They went above and beyond as far as making us feel welcome. This was my first visit to London and I would definitely go back and stay again at this hotel. Thumbs up!!!
J. S.
This is a weird Ibis. It's huge, and it looks like most of its guests are from the attached conference centre.
The rooms are a mix between a Mercure that was last refurbished in the 70s and an old Ibis hotel - but spotlessly clean.
The atrium looks like it belonged to a four star in ages past - but it doesn't look anything like the new Ibis, I'm guessing franchised hotel.
Overall quite nice and definitely good value, service is efficent, and there's a concierge desk.
D. S.
Poor service , below average rooms .
o. o.
Decent hotel. Bedrooms are small but well soundproofed and it is London... Breakfast is good. Meeting rooms are large and modern. Tube is just down the road and good selection of shops 5 mins walk away.
H. S.
Nice location close to bus and tube stations. Close to Chelsea Stadium if you are a fan. Nice spacious facilities (restaurant, bar, meeting halls) to complement the rooms. The pool table in the bar is an extra bonus. Enjoyed my stay.
P. S.
Great place to stay overnight, lovely views, nothing to complain about!
M. H.
Friendly staff at check in. The room was not as expected from pictures online when booking. The furniture was dusty. There were stickers from clothing on the desk from previous guests in the room. Proof that the room is not cleaned adequately. The room also smelt musty. This was by far the worst ibis hotel I've ever stayed in all over the world.
C. W.
The hotel is perfectly located only some 20 minutes from central London with underground and only a couple of minutes from closest station . Easy to reach from Heathrow Airport.
Nice and friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds.
s. d.
Room was small but clean, although it did have a very slight scent to it, there was also no tissues in the bathroom. WI-FI network was pretty terrible in my experience at around 12 mbs per second and cut in and out fairly constantly. All in all far from dreadful but probably not the best
b. c.
Worst hotel, even lower than single star hotels of India. Staff has no sense to behaviour. They are very rude. They don't have water bottles or any fridge in rooms. You need to buy or drink tap water. They will not update their system and everyday ask you to do payment while taking food at their restaurant, even if you have paid that already. No matter if you already did payment through credit card, because when you will visit they will ask you to pay by swiping your card and paying higher transaction charges, because they were very lazy to transact from your credit card details online.
K.
Good value and location. Service was alright. Hotel was pretty old and amenities weren't plenty, but I don't blame them. Also, take the tube from West Brompton rather than Earl's Court, it's much closer.
D. S.
Good place to stay in Earls Court.
Walking distance after taking right from exit of the West Brompton Station. Has bus access to major places in London. For Oxford street, please take the bus no. 74 that shall take you directly there.
The English breakfast is very sumptuous and reasonably priced.
H. H.
Hotel is dated but OK.. The parking situation is shocking.. If you pay for the whole evening parking but pop out the shop in your car you have to pay all over again or get 100 fine.. Staff argue with your that its perfectly normal. Would never stay again
S. F.
Clean rooms, nothing fancy but ok. Close to the underground which made getting around easy. The on site pub is nice. Good food and friendly people. We would definitely stay here again.
H. S.
I was there with my Bienvenue Card, because I work for the same Company. I came to London, because my sister has never been to England.
I tried to do an online check-in but it doesn't work. It turned out that I have had some issues with my credit card.
That Lady named Beatrice was such a nice person and she took care of everything. When I tried to do the online check-in, I wrote a comment for the hotel, that I wanted to do an early check-in, because I am also a member of the Accor Le Club and it is one of the benefits to get an early check-in for free. She convinced us to wait for the room, they already blocked for us because she thought, it is a very beautiful room.
That's why we went to the Borough Market before we checked-in.
When we came back, we moved into and it really was a beautiful room.
But we would not have needed new towels every day. Especially regarding the Planet 21 program.
One night before check-out we had a sister fight and it was again Beatrice who took care of my sister. She is a little bit afraid of speaking english and I am very sure it took a lot of courage to talk to strange people.
That's why I wanted to thank this woman to make it a perfect stay for us.
You should definitely promote her and never let her go.
If I ever open a hotel, I will come back to hire her and I will convince her with a lot of money.
Many greetings from Germany
P. W.
Nice and clean although staff is very busy and can't deal with everyone at the same level but i can excuse them because of many tourists.
For a 3 stars hotel i'd give them 4 stars
N. W.
Air con didn't work and when checking out nothing was done about it. Room 1018. Food was pretty decent at breakfast and lunch. Annoying and awkward that the pub adds a 10% service charge to absolutely everything you order.
O. K.
Ibis has one of the best prices in London for a good location. Checking in & out were quick & easy. Breakfast was amazing & has a lot of choices. The room has A/C, irons & such. It wasnt 5 star for me because it is missing a safety box and maybe a fridge would be a bonus but not a major let down for me. Also, only 2 overground stations away from Westfield shopping mall with large selection of stores and restaurants
K. W.
Room was okay, but bathroom in very low condition. Dirty bath and a lot of dust especially on ventilation.
I. D.
Great hotel with a superb bar. The only reason for not giving a 10 is the fact that the hotel room rate was quite high in comparison to other Ibis capital city hotels I have stayed in. Also had to wait an hour for a meal to be served. Otherwise it's a great Ibis.
E. M.
The hotel staff were very friendly and even let us check in early. There were a few problems with key cards to get into room but was sorted promptly. Great location if going to Queens Club Tennis. 10minute walk.
A. W.
Lovely hotel and venu for events. The view from our room looks right over to the London eye and has massive windows and air con. The hotel reception is lovely, well decorated and cool in the summer.
D. L.
Great reception. Wecoming and clean, warm. Friendly helpfull staff.
The hospitality and range of food on offer was unexpected and welcomed.
The reviews highlight the breakfast but the food menu at the I we pub was delicious.
M. W.
Nice clean room and excellent breakfast. Managed to check in early (before 11am) and looked after our luggage after we had checked out.
C. W.
Up ibis for a arcade show had a great time
T. B.
The room we had was lovely and clean with a great view across London. Unfortunatly neither of us slept that well as the pillows were very thin and virtually non-existent. The tv was also temperamental and had lost signal on a few channels.
M. C.
As in previous years, we stayed at the hotel for the PBFA bookfair at ILEC. I have known the wonderful great room, as I photographed it soon after the hotel was built. It's so much better now!
Unfortunately, as soon as you leave ILEC you are faced with a sad snack bar, with very disappointing snacks and coffees.
Our room and more specifically the bathroo, was slightly tired but perfectly adequate. Disappointingly it lacked air-conditioning.
The first floor pub has not been redecorated or improved since its earliest days. The atmosphere is depressing, the selection of drinks/beers is absolutely inadequate by modern pub standards. Various colleagues commented on how bad the fish and chips, the dish of the days, was. Fortunately we had eaten elsewhere. It's a dire imitation of of a decent pub!
The breakfast was good but clearly the kitchen couldn't cope with the demand. The egg yokes were congealed, the bacon was dry, etc. The single drinks machine was inadequate for the number of guests hoping for a decent tea or coffee.
As I wrote above, 'It could have been so much better!'
P. C.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel, very clean had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly, the hotel was very quite so had a good night's sleep.
Plenty of room for parking and train station very near by.
If we were in the area again we would stay here again.
P. J.
Nice hotel nice quiet area, close to everything, and the tube is not far at all. In this area of London has lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel’ on nearby North end Rd.
I was there in 2013 I plan to go back one day soon.
N. F.
Rooms are a good size for London, but the property is dated. Routine maintenance is neglected, and service levels are not what one would expect for an Accor branded hotel.
L. V. P.
Was very impressed with the location and price. Plus we had an amazing view from one of the higher floors facing out towards the Thames. At night, we could see the London Eye lit up.
M. G.
Location good. Service from staff far from adequate. Being able to communicate in English would be helpful for a start. Airconditioning blows no cool air even when turned to the minimum of 18 degrees. First night the room was stifling.
J. F.
Very conveniently located and reasonably priced for London. Perhaps the décor is a little dated but everything works. Very popular with tourist groups. Also includes an exhibition centre which a good size, for over 300 attendees. The in house restaurant and bar are fine but there are several others within a short walk.
D. O.
Good breakfast. Ample room. Old furniture and decor, needs renovation. Lacks more plugs to charge mobile and laptop. Good air conditioning. No small fridge in the room. Keetle available for tea and coffee.
M. W.
Stayed here for a couple of nights on business. I'm usually expected to stay in a slightly cheaper Travelodge or equivalent, but none were available so I end up in the Ibis further out of the city. It's pretty difficult to say whether the Ibis or a refurbished Travelodge is better. I had expected a bit more from this Ibis though. It's closer to West Brompton tube/overground station than Earls Court, and there are limited amenities nearby for eating out. I didn't have time to try the breakfast or dinner so can't comment on that aspect. It did have free WiFi which was handy and saved having to pay or find a free hotspot in a cafe.
S. B.
Hotel isn't bad, but the rooms are dated with old/dark/wood furniture ... would benefit from a contemporary makeover. The ersatz 'pub' on the first floor is a complete mystery, bearing as much resemblance to a real pub as Pinocchio resembles a real boy.
J. H.
Decent rooms, bit on the small side. Facilities good. Breakfast good. Price not so great. Stayed for a wedding with lots of other guests otherwise would have tried to find an alternative for a better price.
M. B.
This is not a review of the hotel itself but of an interaction I had with the staff when I was in a time of need. I did not stay at the hotel and am sure by some of the other reviews that it is indeed, very pleasant. Essentially I needed a one page ticket printed for an EasyBus ride to Gatwick, I had already missed one of the buses due to trouble with the tube and was trying to make sure I encountered no problems with the second bus. The file was on my tablet, I tried printing it at the hotel I was staying at but the printer was broken, and the IBIS hotel was right beside the bus stop so I thought I would ask them if they could help me out. They refused as I was not a customer. Many points to note, this is fair enough, I do understand that they would be very kind to me to print the file for me. It is not expected. I also realize that I should have taken steps earlier to print the ticket but I assumed I would be able to print it at my hotel. This was a poor assumption on my part. My only problem is that I have worked in hospitality for a number of years and I would never refuse this type of request especially someone who looked as disheveled and stressed as myself at that moment in time. This is not a review of the hotel, I just wanted to tell this story. Based on this experience I would not look to book with IBIS in the future, but then again I never did in the first place and is one encounter really a fair assessment of the place. Probably not.

For the price and location this hotel is good. Not far from west Brampton station. Rooms are pretty dated but are clean. Breakfast was fine and the coffee maker made good cappuccino

We had a very pleasant time. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The food was always replenished swiftly and well cooked.

I very politely asked the staff to make a note to clean the dried vomit I found on the front of my toilet when we moved in. I didn't even ask them to do it that night I said they could do it the next day and when I came back in it was still there. They also greeted my group of adults very rudely and talked to us like children when we arrived. It is the worst hotel I stayed in during my tour and it is far away from everything else in London. I do NOT recommend. Also the WiFi is horrible in my room on the sixth floor, barely works at all and I have had to wait a half an hour for a page to load.

Comfortable room, accommodating 3 adults well. Food and the customer service in the pub: St Georges were great. Would stay again as underground very accessible.

Ibis Hotel is a lovely hotel, with good workers and so many nice persons. We recieved a voucher for a drink because it was my girlfriends birthday, which was so nice! And our hotel room is Very good and has a Nice view. Lovely hotel!

It's OK. It's clean and facilities are good but it's a little frayed around the edges and showing its age.
Conveniently located a short stroll from West Brampton Station.
"English Pub" is somewhat limited in drink and menu choice.
Staff are friendly and helpful

Arrived rather distraught after a horrid experience at Heathrow Airport, a colleague at Heathrow IBIS made a reservation for me at Earls Court as the airport hotel was fully booked. He was very helpful. Arrived via hotel taxi and given a twin room at a very reasonable rate. Room was clean and well equipped and I would recommend staying here to friends and family. Only stayed one night as I tried to fly out to USA the next day. Courteous service throughout, helpful at the front desk when my morning taxi didn't arrive, they found another within minutes. Thank you for your hospitality, I heard awful stories about hotels overcharging on this day due to the Heathrow 'meltdown' but your company demonstrated honourable business practice.

Typical 3* hotel less than 5 minutes walk from West Brompton station. Has a good space for conferences and a decent bar but it's all rather impersonal.

I liked how close this hotel was to the tube and their breakfast is really good. I also loved loved loved the view of London that I had from my room. Amazing experience!

This place was fantastic it has free WiFi and great food for free when you stay at the hotel. Excellent customer service and the hotel feels like you're in the middle of it all. They have maps for travelers too.

Couldnt praise the staff enough from check in to check out! 2 nights on 12th floor. Ideal location close to overground train and underground stations on Lilley Road, Old Brompton, SW5. Here for Wimbo! Recommend a stay and when your here check out Meejana, Lebanese Restaurant nearby too..

A centrally located hotel in London just a few meters away from West Brompton train station where one may catch the district line to reach London's main attractions. A clean and modern hotel. Amazing breakfast at an affordable price.

I didn't actually stay, but visited the conference facilities. Was a bit disappointed when I asked if a prayer space was available, and was met with a very unfriendly and condescending "No. We don't. " I found that the area nearby doesn't seem to be that nice (not the greatest part of London) loads of pubs nearby if that's your thing

Very unimpressed with the customer service!
Booked a suite and was downgraded to a standard double as overbooked. Not only did they fail to notify me before I arrived, they did not even mention it when I checked in... I only found out when I went back downstairs after seeing the room - And a grubby room it was at that!

The ibis London Earl's Court hotel has been a good stay. It definitely looks like the pictures so there were no unexpected surprises! We were walking distance from the tube or bus so the location was good. There were also many different restaurants in the area (including at the hotel) so there were many options to choose from.

Very smart, modern hotel in an excellent location, a real international quality hotel in London. Great restaurants and bars on the 1st floor. The bar has a "British Pub" feel with a pool table and serves modern takes on traditional British pub food.

Great establishment. Highly recommendable.

Reasonable priced hotel with a tube station and bus stop on your doorstep.
Cleanliness is excellent and parking a bonus.

Great reception. Wecoming and clean, warm. Friendly helpfull staff.
The hospitality and range of food on offer was unexpected and welcomed.
The reviews highlight the breakfast but the food menu at the I we pub was delicious.

The staff was mostly friendly. Excellent breakfast, I had a very good time here, and the neighbourhood was charming.

Much better than I expected for the price and really close to the tube. No complaints but not a high standard hotel. Good value for money. TV was a bit old but you can cope with that for a short stay.

Great hotel with a superb bar. The only reason for not giving a 10 is the fact that the hotel room rate was quite high in comparison to other Ibis capital city hotels I have stayed in. Also had to wait an hour for a meal to be served. Otherwise it's a great Ibis.

Loved the hotel. Solid 3+ stars. Rooms tidy and very clean. Hotel staff excellent as well as location. 2 blocks from the District Line. Picadilly Circus and Oxford Street 15 minutes by Underground.

Not bad

Bit out of date. But in a decent location. The beds are comfy. The bathrooms could do with a bit of a spruce up. The breakfast was good. A lot of choice.

Been to this hotel many times over the years for events. The team are friendly, its in a good location and the venues are great. I am a bit shocked at the price of The food in the restaurants on the first floor and the daily car parking …

I've had to stay at this hotel twice and on both occasions the stay has not been pleasant. On the first occasion my room was not clean and the second the manager was rude to say the least. I cannot fault the rest of the staff, they were pleasant and did their best to resolve the problems.

Friendly welcome at reception and the bar, this large hotel was clean and comfortable. Decent view from room which was also clean and well appointed. Would stay again.

Hotel Ibis is a nice hotel located in the South Kensington area. Around the corner is West Brompton Station connected to the District Line and if you walk up the road a bit you will find Earls Court Station on the Piccadilly Line, making it very convinent to public transport. A short 10min walk north is Tesco which provides a bunch of good food to keep you over till the free breakfasts the hotel provides from 5am - 10am. Clean, comfortable, convienient, and affordable. Would possibly come here again.

I enjoyed my stay here closed to a lot of things and places to spend day and night, subway and buses. ❤ Service, restaurant, bar, rooms, everything nice.

Stayed here this week for 1 night , normally stay in another hotel chain down the road but this was far much better and cheaper . They have a pub and restaurant in the hotel . Check in was easy and fast also staff Friendly . Room clean and spacious . A 5 minute extra walk from our normal ( now old hotel ) to Stamford Bridge but worth it , also had view of Football ground from our room . Could not fault this hotel .
J. M.
It was good, a clean room, good size etc...
I'm only giving 4 stars as one of the light bulb was dead and it's the hotel's duty to serve their customers with serviced rooms.

Very good. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Only thing I would ask is if plant based milk could have been on display at breakfast. I had to ask but was brought some very quickly.

1. Guest must sleep well and morning ready for day, but The SHISHA LOUNGE in OPEN AIR opened at 23uhr till 05 uhr in the morning with lot of music and bottle noise etc every night.
you can not sleep whole night even you make complaint no one bother?
2. There is not any piece of paper and a pen near telephone to note some importent message at night and
no Laundary bags also available in the room, on my complaint at the reception and the Gentelmen with beard told me that it is our HOTEL PÖLICE NOT To PUT and I answer if the night needs then with night dress come down to get the things. he said yes ofcourse! I told him pass this to your GM.
In other nice houses ,guest have many other things in room to make unforgetable STAY for business or
with your familiy or friends!
Thanks and Best Wishes to Gm to look and improve the nice hotel in lonodon

Great value. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.

It’s near Stanford bridge which is Chelsea home ground. It takes about 15 min from here. I usually take train to London downtown from West Brompton station. It takes 5 min from here. Breakfast is not super great, but it was very crowded. I lined up for 10min during 8:30-8:40 am. If you want to have breakfast, you have to count extra time here.

The room had everything we needed for our overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. Staff were pleasant.
