The room I was finally give is spacious and comfortable. The first room I was given had a bathroom door that was almost impossible to close and there was no heat. We were provided another room. The complimentary breakfast is either order or buffet. My ordered breakfast was prepared wrong on several occasions. Management was very responsive and courteous. The restaurant waitstaff, room cleaning crew and front desk staff were outstanding

On first impressions this hotel comes across different and quirky. It has an "out there" interior design which catches your eye throughout the building. The staff are really friendly and they serve a sold breakfast which I would recommend the Alternative cooked breakfast.
Enjoy your staff, I'm sure you won't be disappointed

Good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located away from the busy road so nice and quiet. It has a number of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and it proximity to Earl’s Court station is perfect. …

I have stayed here many times over the years and it is my London "home base" - the location is excellent, just off busy Earl's Court Road with all its shops and restaurants, including takeaway. Even some new eateries since I visited 2 years …

Nice decor, but needs more love and maint of the rooms. Discovered my room smelled like sewer because the shower trap had no water in it to prevent sewer air from coming into room. The AC/heater,. Not sure it actually did anything other than make noise. I had to fix the TV, someone had unplugged the HDMI connector in back, and the remote doesn't change inputs. The room walls had cracks that moved, and it was clear it had water damage in the past in the ceiling. The bed is rock hard. You can hear some sounds from hallway and rooms next door. As well as all bathroom water sounds. Was unsure if the card slot next to door actually did anything as well.
The working desk is nice, the bathroom cute with a nice shower, lovely curtains, nice floors, cute bar, friendly staff. Nice fridge. Very quiet at night. I liked the shower and bath products, they were peppermint and refreshing. The hallways are nice too.
The room was not ready at check-in time.
The neighborhood is very cute and tons of food options right there. Good access to the tube.
For a hotel of it's class, I would expect a bit more love and care of the rooms and comfier beds.
Would I stay again? Maybe.

This is a really nice hotel with friendly and positive staff. We enjoyed our stay except the inconvenience of changing rooms due to an issue with the bathroom above ours. …

Located around the corner from Earls Court tube, so easy travel. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff. Our 4th floor standard room was at the front of the hotel so some noise from the street was inevitable but not a major …

As an IHG member, service provided from this hotel is exemplary. The hotel offers good value for money with easy access to London Underground. Room is very well maintained with modern deco and lighting fixtures, and very comfortable bed …

Great location, only around the corner from Earl's Court tube. Arrived at 2pm but room not ready however we were able to leave our bags and venture out sight-seeing. …

We had a very good stay at this property and have decided to use it each time we come to London. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went the extra mile to help us on several occasions, particularly when we returned after …

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Stayed in a basement room which we had read was ones to avoid but to be honest, we wasn't looking for a view and not many nice views in London anyway. Spent most of the time out the hotel but the bed was comfy and room was dark and quiet so easy to sleep.
Shower was hot and spacious as had 3 when I was there at different times of the day. Anyone can complain about a room but was clean and comfy and central to London so what is there to complain about given this was one of the cheapest hotels in London that was still available that weekend.
Breakfast was lovely and came in good time, we went at 10.30 so was probably at its most quiet.

I love the Hotel Indigo brand having stayed at a number of locations in Europe. This was my first stay at the London - Kensington location. …

Nice hotel in a lovely part of London, rooms are quirky and are better because they're not the usual bland, corporate designs. Very nice room, with a nice clean bed and bathroom, the shower gel and shampoo are really nice! …

We stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary. The best things about this hotel are the amazing staff and the great location, in a quiet street but really near Earl’s Court road and the tube station. Kailas on reception deserves …

The hotel was ideally situated in Earls Court a couple of minutes walk from the tube station and from there you can get to most of central London with a 10-20 minute tube journey. …

Hard not to give this hotel 5/5.
It's location is superb, a 1 min walk from South Kensington station.
Easy access to restaurants and shops.
Style and ambience leaves you with confidence that it's a clean, and classy hotel.
Good points:
- Clean
- Great house service
- Pleasant front desk staff
- Surroundings invite calm, and look stylish
- Food was delicious
- Lovely big bed
- Complimentary drinks
Improvement points:
- Staff in restaurant got confused on occasions, probably due to how busy they are.
Some of the curtain nets in room maybe due a clean
Otherwise I'm struggling to find fault with the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here, and we will be returning.

First impression: this is such a cute hotel! Super clean. Nice front desk staff and the room decor makes me want to hire whoever thought of it. The location is ok. It’s busy but you can get to anywhere with the tube being only minutes away. They also have a few restaurants and bars close as well. Ok. So here is why it is not a 5 star. I was able to bring my dog which is great but there are no areas for dog relief. ANYWHERE close by. The holland park is about a 15-20 min walk. The other reason is because the girl at the restaurant tried me and I don’t like to be tried! I can’t substitute or add eggs so yes I’ll have both meals without the “WTF” look. Yes it’s only me and I’m PAYING for both.

I spent 3 nights here and it was such a great experience. The room was so very clean, the staff was very friendly and lovely ambiance overall. The location was ideal as it was a stone throw from Earls Court station. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my stay an awesome one.

I was really disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Indigo Kensington. I booked a superior oversized room for myself and my husband due to the fact that your photos all show a lovely large room with settee and 2 chairs. I booked this as …

Staff are the most friendly and professional people in hospitality I have seen for a long time. Breakfast is good...rooms are clean and well done. Excellent housekeeping service. Would be nice if bar/restaurant was a little more inviting. Overall excellent hotel.

We had an excellent stay for 3 nights. The room was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The room was undisturbed. The breakfast had plenty of choice- hot or cold. …

A beautifully well maintained boutique hotel with close proximity to Earls Court tube station and links to central London. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was superb, drinks provided in mini bar were a pleasant welcome gesture.

Such a lovely room. Great value. The staff were super nice, especially the receptionist Kailas who was very chatty, made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious as well and great value. Not only that, but the hotel is in a very convenient location (only a 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court station) but we did not hear any noise in our room at night. There was air conditioning in the room too which was great for the weather this week!

Stayed 4 nights 2/10-2/14 as a pre-cruise before boarding on Viking Venus. Thought better to just outline the pros and cons on our stay:
Pros: 1. Earl’s Court tube station is a mere 3 minute walk; 2. Plenty of restaurants/fast food nearby; 3. Hot/cold breakfast buffet was excellent coupled with great service; 4. Front desk was consistently pleasant and eager to help. Cons: 1. Maintenance engineer barged into our room w/o knocking while we were napping; 2. Phone didn’t work; 3. Entire floor of our room#303 squeaked so very loud inspite of our tiptoeing and only to be told “this is an old building” and was told ownership is planning a major redo in the future; 4. After 2nd night of being so annoyed of the squeaks, we were moved to a room in the basement which was quite roomy, but vanity would hardly drain; 5. Hot shower is not hot but lukewarm and oftentimes goes cold w/o warning. Would have rate a 2 star but settled for 3 stars because the staff (front and dining) was very professional. Obviously won’t be back.
A.
Really friendly and helpful front of desk staff. Hotels d room really well designed and good position just in quiet road near Earle court tube - great for Piccadilly & district circle line. Breakfast good but would have benefited from more clearing staff

No proper bar or Theo's Italian restaurant as advertised. Very short staffed, tiles in bathroom coming up and bathroom door rotting, generally tired looking with weeds growing on the outside of the building as you look up. No management …

Nice private rooms, went for a friends wine tasting event, staff very polite, portions big. Will definitely book a short break here next time. Facilities clean and very modern.

The reception staff were excellent, and were friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness just needs a bit more attention to detail. E.g finding a cigarette stub on a window is not pleasant for a non smoker. Location is excellent.

Well located, comfortable hotel with good facilities. Great beds and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Our favourite hotel when in this part of town.

A great hotel just around the corner from Earls Court station. However, the location is quiet - my room overlooked the gardens. Very clean and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. I would have preferred a bath rather than shower, and …

This is a lovely boutique hotel, and I had a very nice spacious room at a very reasonable price, with a huge shower and a lovely view over the garden square opposite. It is literally a few seconds walk from the main road and Earl's Court …

Stayed on a promotion deal so were in an apparent 'lesser' basement room but it really wasn't a problem, the room was clean, well presented and equipped, it was comfy, warm, so nothing to complain about on that at all, so what if the view wasn't great, it wasn't as though we were bothered or expected the hanging gardens of babylon. Breakfast was fine although we could have done with being told it didn't start until 7am as I think we inadvertently upset the lady about to start it having arrived a bit before, that said it was nothing to deserve knocking the overall star score down. Will definitely look at maybe returning. Thanks for the stay everyone.

Staff very welcoming, booked through Groupon and given upgrade. Excellent, extreme clean, breakfast very good range of choice for all including cooked and buffet style meats, cpastrues, cereals, fruits and yogurts. Room had everything we needed including a gorgeous
bathroom. Loved the decor. Cannot fault anything. Would definately stay again.

Very nice stay in Oct 2021.
Very short walk to Earls court station.
Lovely welcome at reception, room was clean with everything we needed plus some freebies in the fridge.
Breakfast was ok but when i asked for extra maple syrup as the drizzle was quite stingey and pancakes dry. Unfortunately the maitre de brought me golden syrup.

Value for money and location make this hotel work for us. Have used it several times for weekends in London and doesn't disappoint. Staff always friendly and helpful and room comfortable. Niggles? Bed a little on the firm side for me but ok …

Included a bottle of wine on arrival this was not offered when we checked in nor was it in our room, so had to go to reception to ask for it as staff didnt pick up the phone when rung from the room breakfast ok, asked how to use the speaker in the bathroom and was told we were 3 months too early these still to be fitted poor pillows ask for more if you want a better sleep, also bed very firm

What a hidden gem in London ... the staff in this hotel make the Hotel even more special. From checking In to Sadly having to depart they couldn't do enoigh for. Us .. its hard to actually pick out one single person ..We will see you again soon hopefully.

We booked a travelzoo deal to stay here which included a bottle of Prosecco on arrival + breakfast.
On arrival check in was quick but as our room wasn’t ready we opted to have the Prosecco in the bar area. Unfortunately the Prosecco was warm and we were given large wine glasses rather than Prosecco glasses, so we added some ice and it was fine.
Room was comfortable and spacious. We were told to help ourselves to anything in the fridge. A nice touch and we expected a few bottles of water. Unfortunately it was just two cans of fizzy drinks.
Unfortunately the breakfast was the item that severely restricted let this experience down. We arrived for breakfast and wasn’t sure what the process was so we took a seat. We then had to ask for menus and coffee. I am gluten intolerant and so asked what items are Gluten Free and was told I could only have the vegetarian breakfast. This is absurd. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast, and then went to noticed a sign that said I could ask for GF Bread. Why couldn’t I then be offered the egg on toast as a breakfast option? I asked for the GF bread which took about 5 mins to arrive and I was presented with 1 slice of crust, squashed and toasted. We didn’t have any cutlery so I tried to get the ladies attention who was making coffee by saying “excuse me”, to which she responded with “what?”. I’d say that staff need some training. Breakfast arrived but it wasn’t great and items didn’t really go together. It seems like staff here can’t be bothered to assist people with allergies. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

From the slightly different interior design to the extremely helpful check-in staff, our experience of the Hotel Indigo Kensington was excellent. The only thing that marred our trip to London was the tube strike and Black Friday traffic!

lovely hotel in a really great location just off busy Earls Court road. Two mins walk from tube.
Staff were very attentive from the start and made us feel very welcome.
Would recommend this hotel for leisure trip to London

Kailas and his team are fantastic. Kailas and Robert were full of positive energy. Rooms are too small. Food is delicious and the cafe staff are lovely .

Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean room.Convenient location just opposite Earls court tube station. Several useful shops and coffee bars very close to hotel.

We (myself and my wife) stayed here for two nights in June 2021. From check in to check out the staff here were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The room was a decent size and cleaned to a high standard. The complimentary mini bar was a nice bonus.
Breakfast was good and we ate at the hotel restaurant which despite the limited menu was perfect for what we wanted - pizza/pasta.
I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London, earl's court tube station is literally a two minute walk away and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
J.
Great modern and well designed hotel that is a short walk to Earl's Court Underground station (Circle, District and Piccadilly lines). Lots of local shops (pubs, restaurants and grocery store). Short ride to central London and West End Theatres.
B.
Another stay at hotel Indigo off Earls Court Road over. As always, first class in every respect. Cant fault this hotel. Location, comfort and staff - all better than good!

5* All the way stayed here last weekend for 3 nights. Really nice rooms, with plenty of space, excellent location, breakfast had a bit of a wobble on first day. But fantastic after that, staff are very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend, I’ve stay in loads of hotels in and around Earl’s Court over the last 25 years for business and pleasure and this is the best, ticks all the boxes. I’m here regularly as Chelsea fan and will book this hotel next time I’m down.
