I was checked in to a room that was already occupied. Very, very embarrassing as occupant looked at me with horror in their face when I used the desk issued key to enter their room. Optional room was glum and depressing (don’t book a room …

Hotel isn't perfect, but definitely much better than most in the area. I am a regular visitor to the Paddington area for work and most hotels are pretty poor. Always helpful staff around and rooms are clean and tidy. Somewhere I can pretty much guarantee a night sleep.

Prior to checking in, I asked for some documents to be printed off and these were ready when I arrived. Check in was conducted in an amiable and well organised manner. I was given a drinks voucher and 400 amenity points. It used to be one …

The hotel is decent. It’s close to paddington Station and easy to get to from the airport. There is plenty of restaurants, shopping and some sights within walking distance. The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant we great. …

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights, at check-in Lin was amazing and made sure we were taken care of when our original booking was lost and our room wasn't quite right (maintenance issues). Great staff all around, central location steps from Paddington station, restaurants/bars a plenty, highly recommended!

We were looking forward to our stay at the Indigo Paddington as we have always really enjoyed the comfort, levels of service, and the little extras that Indigo provides. …

I'm a returning guest, about once a month if not during the pandemic of course.
The rooms are fresh and "Paddington-chiq" with wallpapers and other decor …

Having tried nearly a dozen competitors in the area over the last 9 months, I decided to pay the slight extra for this hotel - primarily for access to the gym (which was small, but had a surprisingly good range of equipment). …

I had an amazing stay at the Hotel Indigo Paddington thanks to the amazing staff. Lin at the front desk was extremely helpful during my week long visit. I ran into a few hiccups and had to extend my stay unexpectedly, and he was a total lifesaver. The entire team is great: Stan and Antonio were also helpful. The rooms are comfy, the location is vibrant and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lin!

Room was smaller than expected with only a full bed. Room didn't get very cool. Towel heater didn't work and the iron didn't work. Desk was friendly but couldn't find any coffee to restock the room. Room was next to a fire door that slammed eveytime somebody went down the hallway. Room was cute and staff was friendly. Shower could only get hot sometimes.

I spent the evening at the Indigo near Paddington Station. Lin was the front desk associate that checked me in and was extremely polite and informative. The location is great as it's a two minute walk from Paddington station and makes all of London easily accessible and a quick ride back to the airport.

At check-in, our receptionist Lin went out of his way to accomodate our wishes. All the staff very very friendly. The location is perfect, close to a busy metro station. And the room was lovely and quiet. Great bed. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Really close to Paddington station and tube. Several local eating options. The rooms are decorated really nicely. The lift wasnt working when we visited, which made things really difficult as I have a lung condition and stairs are exhausting. Check beforehand if you are reliant on the lift because the upper floors would be quite a trek!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Hotel food was delicious and you can order what you like, no set menu.
Rooms were a little on the smaller side, but this isn't exactly a massive …

I really enjoyed my short stay at this boutique- style hotel. Very close to Paddington station on a nearby quiet street. Excellent, stylish room, lovely big fluffy towels, and good service in the bar.

Indigo used to be my favourite hotel type for quirky rooms and added extras. The minibar has gone due to Covid and you don’t even get a bottle of water. Other hotel chains have kept theirs so I’d suggest this is a cost saving measure. …

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, primarily for its' close proximity to Paddington Station. The rooms, although acceptable, are becoming a bit tired. No shower gel in the bathroom. Room cleaning didn't happen …

Loved the room, the decor was tasteful and it felt like I was staying in a more individual room that had been thought about rather than a standard chain hotel where all the decor is plain and the same. I liked the little touches such as the …

I will be staying regularly in London and will probably continue to return the the Indigo near Paddington. The location is great for me and given being central London relatively quiet. Rooms are fairly compact, but clean tidy and well …

Very much appreciated that the room key must be inserted in a slot to turn on and off the electricity. This is a positive step towards hotels not wasting electricity and thinking about the environment. A very positive step and makes me think highly of this hotel chain.

Fantastic service. The Italian restaurant nearby is excellent. Stan the front desk agent is very helpful. Rooms are tiny but comfortable for short stays. We got free breakfast and coffee to go even they were short with cups.
One of the best service that i got from and in ihg hotels.
