Desk was friendly but couldn't find any coffee to restock the room. Room was next to a fire door that slammed eveytime somebody went down the hallway. Room was cute and staff was friendly. j.I spent the evening at the Indigo near Paddington Station. Lin was the front desk associate that checked me in and was extremely polite and informative. The location is great as it's a two minute walk from Paddington station and makes all of London easily accessible and a quick ride back to the airport.
