This was my 2nd time, me & my husband stay in this hotel. Always love this hotel as each individual room has colour & unique decorated. The reception people are really kind, helpful & go extra miles to meet up to my requests. Like getting me a box of tissue, a bedroom slipper etc ASAP. Quick service. Thank you guys. And keep up with the good job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤👍🌹

So it was my first time in London and I stayed here for 4 nights. Really good location for close by buses and tube. Staff was amazing and extremely responsive and helpful. I had to actually even get a print out of a match ticket and the staff helped me with that too. All covid protocols were followed. A must stay !!

Simply the best indigo I’ve stayed at EVER! (I’ve stayed at loads) Nearby parking at The Minories is decently priced. The hotel as always with all Indigo hotels, wonderful funky decor, fresh, clean and wonderful staff. Stayed in the suite this visit and wow, really enjoyed the suite with all its facilities 🥰

Loved my stay in this hotel! Very quite area. There is a convenience store across the street.
Executive room was nice, clean and spacious. The water pressure is great. There is a fridge In the room. The ac is quiet which is amazing as I hate when the ac is so loud that you wake up every time it turns on.
Haven’t had a breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Otherwise, I’d def stay here again!

The hotel is well located for Tower area and for public transport with the clipper, river boats and tube stops close by. It was easy to get around to any areas of the city. …

A refreshing difference from the cookie-cutter hotels so often found in chains. A great location, friendly helpful staff, and a large comfortable well decorated clean room. We were allocated a wonderful suite on the 5th floor at the back of …

As an IHG Platinum customer, I was upgraded to a big, beautiful room that was really lovely. Didn't feel like a 'normal' hotel room, but really quite special with lovely design and of high quality. …

We were welcomed at reception and allocated a room immediately although we were slightly early for check in. No difficulty later in getting more bottled water and coffee in the room. The room was a comfortable temperature and we slept well. …

Great stay in East London. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is located near 2 tube lines. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kate. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during my visit. Breakfast was simple and tasty with one or two non-egg options.

When we stay in London, Indigo at Tower Hill is our first choice of hotel. Mainly due to location, but not only just because of this. The staff have always been extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are a great size for the price, and for a little more cost, you can have a much larger room. The beds are just the best we have had in hotels, and always clean. You also get extras, the fridge has water, fizzy drinks and chocolate bars included in the room. Our only issue would be, need for better lighting around mirrors. The shower when in use, cannot help but get water on the floor of the room. Plus we love the lift voice.

Nice, clean, comfortable.
We arrived very early and the 2 rooms weren't available. We left our bags at reception to go for a wonder, and when we got back about 5 hrs later, the bags were in the rooms.
It was a really nice stay, will look to say here again next time

First impression on arrival, a rather dour hotel from the outside, however, friendly and helpful reception staff more than made up for the outside appearance of the building. …

As always with indigo the room quality was exceptional and unique. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of building work around hotel but work does not start until later in the morning and the double glazing works well. Close to tube and the gherkin area. Very enjoyable stay - thank you

Lovely and large bedroom. Bathroom was superb too.
Manager was brilliant
Wish we’d been staying for the weekend. It was one of the best rooms for the price I’ve stayed in in London.

I really loved this hotel. The room was just amazing with wooden flooring, 4 poster bed, bare brick wall but with modern AC, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle and walk in rainfall shower. It was certainly quiet, didn't hear much noise …

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Despite being close to Aldgate bus station, and on a fairly busy street the room was nice and quiet, even the early morning thunderstorm did not disturb me. …

Bed was amazing best nights sleep in ages! Had no slippers or dressing gown on arrival, but soon amended. Fridge needed more selection as we don’t drink full fat coke or orange fanta…and only had 3 milk! But room was lovely and staff very nice and welcoming.

Located to Tower Gateway is good for travel to Excel and the West End. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but doe not have a gym and the restaurant and bar was closed except for breakfast. The room was large and in good condition. I would recommend this hotel for business or couples.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was clean and the service was friendly and swift. Hotel room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great value.

Room: executive room was spacious and comfortable, although some furniture features were impractical (very small drawers in bedside cabinets and desk; small desk with lack of easily accessible sockets)
Bed: very comfortable but let down by the pillows. I'd requested extra pillows but they were all the same, so if you didn't like one you didn't like the others
Air con: efficient and quiet
Bathroom: adequate but the shower was annoying in that there was no useful bracket for the handheld spray, just a retainer bracket to hold it when not being used. Some people don't like overhead rainfall outlets so this was annoying.
Onsite food facilities: none available at my time of stay so can't comment
Staff: very friendly and helpful

Fantastic staff at this hotel, all polite and very helpful
The locations for me was Superb, the hotel deco is very pleasing and gives you a feeling of being in a special place even though my stay was for just one night. Would stay again here without a doubt

This hotel is located right next to a construction site, where work commences around 8.00 am. Our room was consequently noisy.
Room itself was clean and well appointed, though rather small. …

Loved our one night stay here enjoying the hotel. Paid a visit to Barcelona Tapas restaurant around the corner which we highly recommend.
Only downside was hotel restaurant was closed due to covid.

Lovely large clean room, you can actually open the windows if you don't like sealed windows and aircorn like me, right in the centre of London..and prices to suit all budgets.

Small hotel on edge of the City, stayed on the sixth floor (whilst a climb) - room was lovely and conformable and very quiet. Easy access to Tower of London and the City. Aldgate tube round the corner along with buses

Stayed here for one night and the room really exceeded my expectations. It was spacious with a very comfy bed. Complimentary snacks and soft drinks were a nice touch. Only downside is the restaurant wasn’t open so there wasn’t an option for breakfast.

1 poor girl on her own serving at breakfast . Food good . Small things missing from room like bath mat, dressing robes. Unusual that you have to request room to be serviced. Staff lovely .
