S. H.Stayed in this hotel for two nights for my partner's birthday, I can honestly say this was one of my best stays in London we have had. The staff from the minute we checked in, to when we left were so friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and cocktails were made exactly how they should be. The room was beautiful very clean and i loved the way they were designed too. I stayed here on a personal trip, but I am also a Travel Agent and I will 100% be recommending my clients to this hotel. Thank you for a perfect stay.
M. H.A fabulous stay, really friendly staff, quirky decor and a really well equipped room (there was even a cocktail shaker). Only one thing to fault which were a couple of dirty food plates left in reception for over hours! We will certainly visit again.

There was a a great selection of hot and cold options at breakfast, the Greek yoghurt was absolutely beautiful.

A. S.I can't tell you how much I love this place, amazing staff, accommodating, helpful and always trying to get you what you're after.
Wicked breakfast selection, something for everyone, Starts at 7am and stops between 10:30am and 12pm depending on the day of the week.
WiFi EVERYWHERE, so I could work from the room, bar, restaurant and sofa. The gym in the basement has complementary towels and water.
Check-in is at 3pm but you can leave luggage earlier, checkout at 12pm, so you don't have to rush in the morning and if you're waiting for a cab/ transport they don't rush you out.
Lovely, and I mean lovely lobby, where you can chill and relax in the evening, get work done, I can't recommend this place enough.
Solo getaway, couples trip or a girls weekend, it's perfect (the rooms are soundproof... Just saying).
J. T.Hotel was lovely and clean, and very quirky. We arrived and went straight into reception and got the reservation check in and then went to the car park underneath the hotel and entered that way. We then came up in a lift to our room. We never went into reception again as this was the way we went and came in the building! Which is nice if you want to avoid busy areas and people and be discreet. Hotel room was beautiful we had a corner suite very quirky and original. Bed was okay , The shower wasn’t the best but decent enough. We called to ask for something to be brought to the room and was told there was a £5 charge, extra milk and teabags it was but they wanted to charge us £5 for them to bring it to the room! When we checked in the woman on reception was a bit rude and not very sociable. But like I said we never went to reception again so we didn’t have to deal with any staff so can’t come in on them that much. On the bottom floor of the car park there is a gym and toilets it smelt like sewerage down there, so we were quite to make an escape when coming and going . The corridors doorways and general decor of the hotel is very cool, and seductive. I wouldn’t take my children there as I do believe some of the Pictures photos are inappropriate but that is the whole theme of the hotel. When we went it was very quiet. It’s not in the best area but 20 minutes away from the city centre. The best part that sold it for me was that you can have a 5 pm checkout! That is definitely worth going for ! I hate checking out early. Good Hotel and would stay again
S. C.Really fresh and vibrant hotel. Staff very helpful and really enjoyed my stay. It has parking available which is a bonus for London hotel. Only negative was the bar stopped serving at 10.15 pm and had to plead to be served. We left our event early on purpose to have a couple of drinks in the hotels cozy chairs and surprised bar was not serving..
D. W.Woman on reception throughout the day and on arrival was lovely, upgraded our room as it was my birthday and even sent up some cake through room service, special touch. The room was fab, quirky, bed was comfortable, shower amazing. The breakfast was lovely.
The whole decor was fun, fab and funky. Excellent staff. Fab location, Angel tube station up the road.
We will definitely 100% stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Really cool and graphic decor throughout the entire room and the hotel. The London style house stores on each room were especially cool.
We did have one issue with our heater and they fixed it promptly the next day (and even offered to switch out rooms and provided us with a breakfast to compensate for the noise). It was really lovely customer service!
This is in a great location - close to angel, not a far walk from shorditch/ spitalfields.
A. M.I stayed there 4 nights, and even if the hotel is nice and well decorated as well as the rooms, the service at the bar & breakfast was not great. The staff at the bar seemed unhappy and irritated. Staff at the reception and cleaners are really nice tho.

The team there are incredible, have to say such wonderful staff and so welcoming. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and would highly recommend. Quite simple a 10. The room was big and comfortable the bed is amazing. The team supported all our needs. The bar was great and the breakfast is amazing. It is a cold buffet style but there is something for everyone and the pastries are fab.
An easy 5 star experience easily surpassing other large brand 5 star hotels by far. And the interior is great

J. I.The fan doesn't work. Would be okay if you could open the window to get fresh air but you can't. We asked them to fix it, yet nothing happened. The water dripping down from the window inside, it's so humid.
The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is okay, the service is polite. So all in all, it wouldn't be bad, but they need to do something about the ventilation of the room (which is currently non-existent). We're in the middle of a global pandemic after all...

G.I loved this hotel, the decor of the public areas and the room is stylish and quirky, the staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, check-out and in between, the breakfast choices extensive, the bed super comfy and a great shower. It’s location is easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bars, Angel tube station and bus routes.
I will definitely be happy to stay there again.

s. r.the hotel is very interesting. Very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and checking in was no problem at all. Nice and quick. Form the moment you walk into this hotel it becomes very interesting, from quirky displays to outstanding decorative features. the rooms are clean, spacious and very interesting décor. The open plan of bar and food area is great and the bar is well stocked with everything you could want (including draught lager). the location is a little out of the way from the nearest tube stations but by that i mean, 10 minute walk! so not really an issue, and on further investigation the following day from our stay, there is plenty of bars and foody places very close by. We actually ate in the hotel. The food was fresh, cooked well and really really good. Reasonably priced to! The continental breakfast was brilliant with lots of options. There is a hot breakfast option to but the continental was enough for us. I would rate this hotel up there with some of the best we've stayed in and would highly recommend.
J. M.Love love love the Nhow hotel and enjoy staying there when in London on business. Staff are super friendly and helpful, food is good, wine is excellent and the decor is a bit intense but I ended up loving it, you never get bored for something to look at. They have everything you might need.

D. M.Staff were amazing, and couldn't do enough for us! We had an issue where the lights went out in the room, the staff on the reception was quick to help, and when the issue couldn't be resolved moved us rooms without issue. We also decided to extend our stay at the last minute, and the staff were more than accomodating!
The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, and any night you elected to not have your room cleaned by room service you were rewarded with free drinks vouchers, which the amazing bat staff were happy to exchange for any drink you could imagine.
The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the service was friendly and prompt. The bar/restaurant also responded to our query on whether we could order takeaway to the room by setting us a table in the restaurant and providing us with cutlery and plates!
There is also a Boris bike point right outside of the entrance, so being able to get straight on a bike and enjoy the 10/15 minute cycle to Trafalgar was incredibly convinient!
A. A.Stayed Here 2 nights with family as we're visiting London for a birthday 🎂 it was absolutely stunning. The suite is amazing and the bedrooms also. The interior is lavish and very different from anything else I have experienced. The staff very courteous and the Barista is amazing. I would recommend the inclusive breakfast and they had reasonable parking facilities amazing lobby and very comfortable beds. I thoroughly enjoyed it and wish I could stay longer. A 5 stars well deserved.
R. B.Both my partner and I stayed at the NHOW Hotel on Saturday 25th September for a concert. We really wanted to be impressed with this hotel, its looks the part, but there are some flaws which needs addressing.
Positives:
First impressions, the hotel is very cool with the urban decor, the bar and open plan space is great to relax in with a drink.
The evening food menu was good, a small selection but the food is cooked fresh and tasty.
The rooms are great with the design and lighting is very cool and something different.
The staff are very polite and helpful, we even had one gentlemen serving our breakfast bring toast and noticed there was no butter, so he told us not to budge as he would go to fetch it and wanted us to enjoy our breakfast. That's great customer service.
The bar staff were great too.
Negatives:
Appreciating the hotel is full, the check in process was very slow and generated big que's.
We arrived at 2pm and wanted to get to our allocated car park space, but we had to go to the hotel and double park, which is around the corner, whilst we que'd to get a card to go back to the car park. That's a bit counter productive.
The car park was full apart from one disabled spot, when we had paid for an "allocated space" from a recent promo, it made no difference. Luckily, the concierge for the carpark told to park in another blank spot which saved the day.
Our room was not ready at 3pm, which really put us on the back foot trying to get to our concert. Others were given a complimentary drink for the inconvenience, we were not as we didn't kick up a fuss. No consistency.
No alcohol room service past a certain time.
The breakfast although we paid £15.30 for each, we had to pay additional for a hot breakfast of £7.00 each and a service fee, which I found to be ridiculous. We did not eat the continental breakfast. In total we had, two hot breakfasts and 2 coffee's. Breakfast costed us about £54.00 for two people, I know it is London but that's just absurd! This needs to stated clearly on the booking, that the breakfast you are paying for is not hot and this is additional. Also, the sausage and bacon were very undercooked, no colour which turned us both off. We didn't finish. We literally left with a bad taste in our mouths.
Would I stay there again...probably not. which is a shame! We stay in London frequently. If these issues were sorted, I would come back but, I will likely never know if they have been.

M. M.Stayed here Friday 11th June 2021 - I pride myself on giving as honest review as I can but cannot think of a single thing that we were dissatisfied with. The service was top class, the staff made us feel so welcomed and at home. They were extremely helpful and catered to our every need, they even let us check in early as our room was ready. The rooms were clean, good size and cosy. For us personally the location was not a problem, we love to walk as much as possible when in a city to get a feel for the vibe, we done a lot of walking and cycling on the London Lime bikes.
The decor is so fun, quirky and creative, so much has gone into making you feel like you entered a new world. We enjoyed cocktails on arrival, again the staff were great, very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
A huge thing for us was to have a hotel that offered on site parking, the process was so easy - the hotel was lovely enough to allow us to keep our car parked within their carpark even after we had checked out, this was a huge benefit to us and greatly appreciated (before booking this hotel I checked out a different hotel who said parking before and after check-in/out was not allowed which would have caused us hassle of having to find multiple different parking around our trip)

G. G.I was honestly disappointed I arrived at this hotel at 6pm instead of 3pm at the check in time because this hotel is fantastic. It has a 5 star rating for customer service, hygiene in every area, its attention to detail from ample shower gel and shampoo ironing board and hair dryer to different types of tea and coffee in your room. Peter arrived with an amazing breakfast for us in the morning which was delightful and fresh. I won't forget to mention the private gated underground car park. I will be returning I will be recommending this hotel. Thank you Nhow. You are showing the market how hospitality should be done

R. C.Amazing hotel, its an experience to stay here with the decor. The staff are amazing always smiling even underneath a mask. Breakfast was very nice and always someone on hand to bring more if you want. The beds are huge and comfy with a large TV, mini fridge and coffee machine. Lovely bathrooms aswell. They are doing all they can through the corona virus to keep everyone safe and happy. I reported our fridge not working and within 10 minutes had someone up here to fix it. Can't fault this hotel and will be returning hopefully sooner rather than later. 10/10

As soon as you arrive at reception, the customer service is impecable. They were very kind to explain everything regarding our room with the new Covid19 situation.
The room's design is amazing and above everything, it was clean. We got a nice happy birthday note and a little present, which makes for a nice touch.
We had a problem with our bathroom lights, we called reception and within 4 minutes, a staff member arrived to check the problem. We had to move to a different room but everything was resolved so swiftly.
Breakfast service was amazing. Not a single complaint here.
If you are looking for a place to relax, have a great time and appreciate the hotels theme with the wonderful staff, this is the place to be!

Firstly the design is so unique to where I’ve stayed before . This will definitely become an up and coming hotel.
Service was five star! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Location is great as it’s in central London. They have a bar downstairs , food menu and car parking available .
I’d definitely come back again!

Having a few teething issues with the ventilation/air conditioning (?) system when I stayed in late February 2020 which resulted in sudden loud noises and shaking ceilings, but I am sure this will be/was fixed as a matter of urgency.
Great location close to Angel and Old Street stations on the Northern Line. Excellent value at the moment - would definitely stay again.

I. T.The hotel was interesting and fun, they didn’t put bulbs into their quirky lamps but that’s ‘ok’. The element that upset us was due to the way they precharged the room, it’s consequence was that l had £80 stuck in pending column of my bank account, unavailable to me for several days....because they took the wrong precharges. I complained to them, but they wouldn’t have it at all...totally not their fault. I gave them an opportunity to explain or correct these anomaly’s but they didn’t So just beware of this before you book. I must say excellent breakfast service with great quality ingredients

T. S.Stayed for 2 nights only 10 mins on bus fro. Kings Cross. Quite area near to Islington. Hotel is a gem, very unique as are all in this chain. Decor is very cool and fun, makes your stay more enjoyable.
Our bed was huge and comfy, aircon/heater worked well. Lots of space in room and bathroom. The outside of doors are in the style of a outdoor front door in various colours.
Breakfast was very good which you pre order the day before, we had both continental and cooked which was huge. Staff were all good especially the breakfast waiter who was good fun.

A. M.Lovely design for this brand new hotel just opened on City Road. It’s the same from Milan, well known for its modern particular design. You can find cozy sofas next to artificial firework, no gender restrooms and even a restaurant. Food there is not so amazing, but of course this is just a hotel and not the right place to go for dinner. Maybe in the future when they will have more guests, they will improve also their dishes.

C. J.The nhow Hotel London has many facilities I took full advantage of, wide comfy beds, full power rain shower(lovely), the gym and of course the bar. I found the location perfect for central London and convenient for my needs. The staff spoke multiple languages Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, English, Arabic, etc. and as a visitor from overseas, I found the staff particularly welcoming. I stayed 7th -10th Jan 2020 and this was a great find. As themed / boutique hotels go, I'll be returning for another relaxing stay. Thanks to the staff and hotel manager for making my birthday memorable.

Dinner at the restaurant is a must-never thought of how versitile vegetables can be😊. Fish and chips at the bar are out of this world and so is the passion fruit mojito. Overall, highly recommended!

P. B.New boutique hotel in East Side of London. New throughout and very arti-paintings and thought provoking statutes. Good prices for London and can offer a spectrum of services for their customers - worth a visit.
s.Included Breakfast lacks English options like cereal for breakfast. There is a cold meats selection with an assortment of bread and Jams on offer.
Mini Fridge is a rip off. I would suggest using the local co-op instead which is like a Seven-Eleven, literally a 2 min walk for any tourists reading this if you want any kind of snack or drink. My room suffered from a pipe/ventilation issue which meant I would hear the equivalent of banging pipes throughout the night. I was assured by the staff they would be resolved however so it shouldn't be an issue for any new arrivals. It's a quirky hotel with strange decoration choices. It is however clean, room prices are fair and you could certainly stay at worse.

If you feel like eating fast food Macdonalds is only about 5-10 mins walk away .
