Perfect location, London Eye is 15 mins walk away from it. Rooms were clean and well-sized. Staff and their service too is good. Though a bit pricey for a 4 star, but location is ideal. Had a room with a partial view of the Eye and Big Ben. Highly recommended!

Nice big room, clean hotel, very convenient. Allowed to extend our check out with no extra charge. However the breakfast buffet was shocking, ended up just having toast. Hence only 3 stars. Even had to use paper cups.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Amazing location. I couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful whenever needed. The hotel rooms were clean and had everything that you would need. An Iron, hair dryer, mini fridge, tea/coffee and a working tv were included in the hotel room. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it’s just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of London but a lovely 15 minute river side walk from the Southbank (London eye). Very central.
We had breakfast included and we couldn’t fault it at all. It was hot, we weren’t waiting food and we were seated really quick (buffet style).
Overall it was a brilliant experience and I can’t fault anything about the hotel. The car park is an extra bonus! Can’t wait to visit London again and stay at the same hotel!

Couldn't fault this hotel I booked at very short notice. Great location just walking distance down to the river and tube station. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Room was modern, bright , big and well equipped. Had food in the bar downstairs and it was standard bar food but still tasty and not overpriced. Also used the gym facility which was small but more than adequate. Would definitely stay again

At a beautiful location. Staff were very hospitable. Expecting nothing less from the Novotel chain of hotels. My room was wheelchair accessible. I wish the bathroom was a little bit more soundproof. The twin beds moved out of alignment when I tried to climb on bed.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and spacious and fully equipped with everything u would need including toiletries, iron and a fridge. I even grabbed a bucket of ice from the bar.
Great location for boat trips going from Festival Pier Southgate with taxi's costing £7-£10 in an black cab.
Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Would definitely use again and recommend.
P. M.
A really nice hotel, I was not a guest when I went into the venue. I asked to use the toilet and they were fine with it.
C. M.
Excellent location for a trip into Central London but for a quieter stay.
The hotel is right next to Lambeth Palace and whilst it is a short trip to the main hassle and bussel there isn't much around the hotel.
The hotel facilities are nice and the staff were friendly.
We stayed in a family room as we visited with our boys. This consisted of a queen size bed (very comfy) and a double sofa bed.
The room was nice but had signs of wear and tear (stained carpets, damaged doors). It was clean and comfortable and met our needs for the night.
Breakfast is a buffet style, consisting of hot and cold options. All fresh and plenty for us to fill up on. The kids were thrilled with being able to go and chose lots of different things.
There are coffee machines to get your hot drinks from, we didn't realise that you had to get hot water for tea from these too and only found out after emptying a like warm flask of water next to the tea pots (there are no signs) only when we asked for hot water were we told we needed to get from the machine.
Overall good value for money and comfortable stay.

Stayed here for a 3 night stay during October. Very decent prices for a 4 star Hotel and in a brilliant location with Westminster just across the bridge and a short walk to the nearest tube. Rooms could do with a massive deep clean as carpets were stained with wine, door missing parts from ot and shower head needing replacing. Would come again.
B. C.
Friendly staff, convenient car parking, good location. Reasonable rate. Decent breakfast, would recommend for a short stay in London.
V. C.
Staff extremely helpful , especially about the in sight parking which is rare to find in London hotels for a good price . Has few attractions near like Big Ben , London eye , London dungeon, the themes, and can easily access the underground only a short walk away , definitely would stay here again as room was lovely , clean and spacious.
D. F.
Could tell the room had not been used for a while, probably due to lockdown. Kettle and drinks tray were very dusty. Very limited amount of coffe/tea/milk etc.
Nice reception, bar and dining.
F. W.
lovely big light rooms and very clean. helpful reception staff

Amazing hotel room, and a great last-minute find. Was somewhat disappointed with the speed of service in the restaurant, given it was near empty.
a. m.
located at walking distance to main tourist attractions, staff helpful and attentive at all times from checkin to checkout. Overall a great stay.
P. G.
Nice rooms, friendly staff.
Unfortunately there is no pool facilities available on site, Blackfriars Novotel has a pool facilities on site.
Thank you!
N.
Nice room, very friendly staff, good bar and tasty breakfast.
A. H.
Loved it! Great location, very clean rooms, good breakfast buffet.
S. H.
Always stay here when we visit London, great modern clean hotel with secure parking, you are near to everything you’d want to do in London, have always slept well here and breakfast is good too.
s. e.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Will be returning for sure
A. C.
Good and spacious rooms. Neat and clean reception and good staffs.
S. B.
Staff are fab' really clean rooms and easy reach for Westminster, sealife, London Eye, dungeons etc.
L. L.
Nice and clean. Would be 5 stars if the steam sauna would work. Good breakfast.
Y. O.
Great front desk staff, attentive, and clean rooms with everything you'd expect.
M. B.
Lovely hotel, excellent location. The staff at the bar/reto at ground level delightful and very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are spacious with excellent televisions and good bathrooms. Elevators/lifts are fine. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my short stays there very much. If I could afford it I would live there.
B. B.
Loved the room i was in, eventhough not much of a view.
Breakfast was great.
V. s.
Clean room, ideal location for what we needed.
Quick service at checkin/checkout.
Could have done with more tea/coffee/milk in the room
G. B.
We were just to park.
Good size (double gated entrance, with some sort of traffic light, due the fact, that entry/exit is the same way.
There is a round entrance into carpark(well good enough for Jaguar, but something bigger like Range Rover, could be slightly challenging (my advice lower your side mirror, and do not rush)
Staff at the hotel is very lovely. I was especially lucky to meet a extremely helpful lady at the reception. Very happy and will be back again for sure.
S. F.
Clean and Tidy but I didn't rate the food and reception just felt too "mechanical" and not welcoming
C. O.
Nice modern clean hotel, but a bit stingy in the room, coffee machine with no capsules to put in it (do you have to buy them yourself?) and only two tiny milk cartons not enough even for one cup of tea. Also a fridge but nothing inside not even water. The towels were cheap and threadbare which is a shame as the bathroom and bedroom were lovely otherwise. Come on Accor! little touches which could improve guest experiences.
Breakfast service was rushed off his feet poor guy, definitely need more staff to help and the bar served truly awful wine at truly extortionate prices and had the atmosphere of a Ukrainian unemployment office.
So lots of pros and cons really...
N. D.
Great location, room big enough for family of 4 people and beds comfortable
Staff were very welcoming and nice
Secured Car park available (£24 per day)
Just 1 negative point : shower could be cleaner and as usual in this type of hotel, some dirty marks on carpet
L. F.
Only came here to park. Ticket machine was not working but this didn't cause much delay.
Cat park clean, & secure.
P. M.
Nice hotel, when bank holidays forget about quick breakfast. Very convenient for families. Make sure you contact them about parking space cos is limited. I will defenetly come back.
S. A.
Carpet needs a good deep cleaning, lots of dust, toilet very small, but staff is friendly and very helpful and bed is clean, a bit to hard for me, but ok, and the most important: DO NOT EAT at restaurant, had a full English, and everything taste like was cooked with a week before.
A. H.
Have a wonderful time with my family. Receptionist Michael and Anna was very nice. Breakfast place is great.
M. B.
Visit the place on regular basis. Reception staff very pleasant. The hotel is a bit quiet at the moment, but hardly surprising. Handy location though.
K. M.
A good honest hotel with good standards and facilities and excellent staff. A problem with the low-lip shower tray failing to drain as fast as it should was immediately dealt with - and I was swiftly moved to a new disabled room. The restaurant hit the right balance between smart and affordable. Had an excellent stay, thank you.
S. B.
Loved our short stay. The staff couldnt do enough for us
A. T.
Was a lovely hotel, love the design of the hotel.
The staff were always at the check in points although could do with having more than one on as sometimes there was only one member most of the time.
Did manage to have a drink in the bar area and that was lovely, really nice place to have a drink didn't manage to go in the restaurant its self as we went out for tea most nights. The room was great for size, very modern and again loved the style of the room. The view is what we asked for so was very happy with that. The only think I didn't like so much that the toilet was separate to the shower, where as I would of preferred them to have been in the same room personally. But apart from that I loved our stay, the room was lovely, the staff are doing there job as you can see and I would say I'd go here again for sure.
S. B.
When we first got here there was a man in our room fixing stuff. So that was kinda awkward. Upon further inspection of the room we found what looked like dried blood in the sheets. This was a big no, and it was changed immediately and were offered drinks as an apology.
It was very quiet, which was a nice change from being in the middle of london. Great location, lovely staff AMAZING FOOD!! Affordable, comfy beds, lots of space in our room. Unfortunately our view was that of a loading bay!!
Aside from the dirty sheets we found some patches of vomit stained carpet too. I would not stay in this hotel again.
D. D.
Nice location near a few parks and walkable sites. Spacious and clean rooms. Hotel bar very accommodating to changing group size and needs. Breakfast buffet regularly maintained so food is fresh and warm. Staff friendly and helpful. Train stations, bus stops and taxis easily accessed.
T. B.
Pretty good, nice and clean helpful staff. About 15min walk from the station
S. S. L.
A wonderful hotel very close to London Eye and fantastic to access public transport for the main attractions in London. It looks very modern, sleek and it is spotless. It has a cafe/restaurant, underground car park, an ample luxurious reception with kind staff. Just next to the Archbishop Park for a nice picnic on a spring/summer day. I will be coming again. Thumbs up!
S. B.
From start to finish it was great.
I was impressed by the friendly reception and the amazing efficiency.
My room had been well thought out and even had Bluetooth connectivity to the large speakers in the room!
I did briefly attempt to go use the Sauna and Hammam however as it was school holidays it was looking rather full with families so made a speedy exit!
Really nice set up, and if you're with family it looked kid friendly too.
A quick business stop on my side but it was lovely.
B. F.
The room was OK, nothing to brag about but it did have a comfortable bed. Was a nice quiet room and rested well. Dinner menu was pretty good and the food was also really good. The service at the bar and restaurant was fantastic, with friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty basic, but did have hot food such as bacon and sausages etc but also had fruits and pastries. Overall I thought the hotel was OK.. But would recommend others to shop around first.
S. B.
Hotel is very good ,in a great location
But the coffee in the coffee shop is over priced and very poor
S. M.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff very polite and helpful. Stylish modern hotel with nice bar and restaurant. Room was spacious comfortable and quiet. Beds comfortable including sofa bed for my child. Walking distance to Westminster and nearby sights.
Only downside was shower not quite hot enough for my taste. This was a mornings thing though as it was fine in the evening. Evening meal (buffet) was a bit disappointing for the price as quite a few of the options had run out. House burger was excellent though! Minor complaints compared to overall good experience
M. C.
Centrally located at walking distance to Main tourist attractions, staff was helpful and attentive at all times from checkin to checkout. Included breakfast was very good with many options. In room cleaning could improve but was not bad. Would have been nice that the extra bed was set for 2 before checking in as we mentioned we were a family of 4. But quickly helped us when we asked. Overall a great stay.

Stayed here in April as it was my birthday and we planned to go for a meal in London. We booked a one nights stay here last minute and upon arrival we were greeted by the very welcoming staff that couldn't do enough for us. Checked in, she gave us an upgrade to a room with a view. Rooms were nice and spacious with goods size beds although they were very hard which didn't help with back ache. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of choice on the buffet. It's a very modern hotel which adds a feeling of class. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return if needed.
T. E.
Great place to stay, staff extremely friendly.
B. A.
My wife found this place and it was a gem! Just down the street from Lambeth Palace, walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, and a ton of other cool stuff. Great location.
We loved the hotel itself - very nice rooms and great ambience. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - full breakfast with a lot of options. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
We would absolutely go here again.

Clean & spacious room. S
Short stay with all appropriate amenities
A. H.
Nice place , underground carpark rooms are spotless comfortable, staff are great , pubs and shops on the doorstep staff are wonderful only draw back is the back rooms overlook the Greenwich DLR Station, slightly overpriced for what you get.
M. A.
My family and I stayed 7 nights in this hotel and it was enjoyable stay. Check in and check out were smooth and staff were welcoming.
Rooms are new and bed is very comfortable as well as the convertible sofa bed. The breakfast has good variety and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is 10 minutes’ walk to London Eye. There is bus stop just near the hotel and underground station (Lambeth North) is 12 minutes’ walk.
I will consider staying in this hotel whenever in London again.

Great location. Short walk to some major landmarks in the city centre. Very new and modern hotel with clean and large rooms. Very friendly reception staff. We had dinner once at the hotel which was the best meal we had in the UK. Delicious, good portion and reasonably priced. The bar opens quite late and has a good selection of European wines and whisky, also reasonably priced.
C. A.
Big and nice room but with new painted and there was a strong paint smell in the room, not so healthy for the kids to sleep, we opened the windows but although it was a little better it was not enough.
Very helpful people in reception and breakfast.
Perfect location.
Nice breakfast.
Room although cleaned everyday was not properly hoovered, the mattress cover was not big enough for the big bed... Probably they have to do rooms in a record time but really this is something to improve as we were in some other hotels in England during our stay (similar in price or less expensive) and the comparison was that the rate for Novotel here was the worst.

I had to stay overnight for work, and this hotel was really great. Travelling on my own, I felt very safe. The staff were immediately friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. My room was very comfortable and clean, and had lovely views of Southwark Cathedral, the London Eye, and Big Ben. The atmosphere in the bar was very relaxing, and was very nicely designed. I did not try the menu because I had made other plans, but the menu looked very good. As an added bonus, they offer hot yoga on Tuesday nights. I think it is fantastic that the hotel offers a class like this. It would have been lovely to relax after work like that, and I shall certainly bear it in mind if I am allocated this hotel again. Furthermore, I would definitely consider staying here again for pleasure, rather than work.
B. N.
We stayed in room 506 - I would imagine it had recently been refurbished as it had that lovely new, clean feel. Loved the fold back bathroom doors, a good design. The room also had a wonderful view of the London skyline. Breakfast was great too and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo. All in all a great stay and will definitely use it again.

I stayed here with my fiancée for the first time in November 2015. We were really impressed! We had recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and Waldorf Hilton, and while the rooms are a little smaller, this Novotel certainly holds up well against the luxury brands.
The staff were fantastic (very friendly and helpful). The lobby was really nice (with some TVs and and Xbox). The bar and restaurant looked very modern and welcoming, although admittedly our busy agenda didn't leave us any time to visit them.
The room was great. Not huge, but not tiny either.
The bed was very comfortable and well sized. The desk had an extendable, caster-mounted side piece which could be pulled around for some more space. The mini-bar was stocked with some complementary water on arrival, and the wardrobe had an amply sized safe.
The TV was large and mounted on a swing arm so it could be watched comfortably from both the bed and the desk/seating area. Also, unlike the other hotels we visited this year, the TV made it really easy to connect your own equipment (in our case, a laptop via HDMI in order to watch some NFL games via Game Pass). The TV came with the standard remote control - not a limited hotel version which would prevent you from switching to HDMI.
One of the more novel features of the room was the included bluetooth speaker. I've only ever stayed at one other hotel with anything like this. The little speaker unit comes with instructions for pairing your phone and a note than 3.5mm AUX cables are available to borrow from reception if your device doesn't have bluetooth. Great touch - I wish more hotels offered this.
The bathroom was clean, modern and had some nice complementary toiletries. As is standard with Novotel hotels, the toilet was in a tiny room separate from the bathroom (which contained the shower, sink, mirror, etc). The shower had good temperature control (heating up well if you're partial to a steamy shower) with a rainfall head and hose-fed head. The heater mirror was a very nice touch, stopping it from fogging up after running the shower.
The hotel also provides free, very high speed WiFi for an unlimited number of devices (many of the luxury chains we've visited limit you to two devices per room).
The room keys are made of sustainably sourced (FSC certified) laminated wood. Very cool, and part of Novotel's commitment to reducing their environmental impact.
We left some luggage with the desk staff who were only too happy to help.
The location was decent. Unfortunately there are no supermarkets or grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, however a ten minute walk in any direction takes you to plenty of stores. 15 minutes south leads to Vauxhall (where you'll find a Starbucks, Sainsburys, the fantastic Dirty Burger burger joint). Westminster Bridge is to the west (a two minute walk), leading to Westminster. A ten minute walk north leads a number grocery stores and nearby Lambeth tube station. On the way, be sure to check out the Corner Cafe (superb cafe for some breakfast or lunch!).
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Hotel, staff are very friendly and never heard "No" from Staff. Alex, one of Staff is best man I meet in my journey to London with family, Thanks!
P. M.
Note that facilities may be different in other rooms.
A polite and professional welcome by staff. Booking in was quick and easy.
Room gave very good first impression. Double bed with clean and white linen. Temperature was comfortable, stable and controllable. Large TV mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed with separate panel to supply your own HDMI and USB feeds. Tea, coffee, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, room safe and spare pillows and blankets were available in the room. Sockets by bed had USB charging ports.
Separate toilet was clean and stocked with toilet paper, but no locking mechanism to the door and the same for the shower room.
Shower room had basic toiletries and towels. Nice square basin with hot and cold water. Double shower tray with large shower head and separate removable shower head on a hose. Shower was good, but drainage was terrible and after 30 seconds the tray was overflowing onto the tiled floor.
Night time was quiet, bed comfortable and I slept well. A neighbouring room door had no quiet close and slammed a few times, but thankfully not late at night.
Breakfast was acceptable, but ridiculously expensive for what it is (£16).
I would be happy to stay again though I would save money by having breakfast elsewhere as I only have a cereal.
M. H.
On arrival our room was not ready due to guest not checking out on time.
This was in no way the fault of the hotel but was dealt with in a very professional and sastifactory manor by the staff.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was immaculate, and the suite we had was very impressive with a great view.
Breakfast was of a very high quality as was the evening meal we had in the restuarant.
Will stay at this hotel again.
M. P.
Excellent quick check in late at night. Rooms were clean and felt very luxurious - we had two bedrooms and each had queen bed and a pullout that was already set up for us. Near transportation and walking distance to many tourist sites. Breakfast buffet was appetizing and staff was friendly.

I decided to call the Hotel because of the location. The sales persons gave me as quickly as my english can understand all the information and opportunities becomeing a member of your program. Our first portion of staying was very good, and I want to highligth the persons and the breakfast. The room was good but a little for 4 poersons. The very good news was the opportunity to stay in a suite for only 45 ponds/nigth. All my family was very happy with this change. Big and luxury room in the most cosmpolite city,! Incredible.

Nice, modern hotel, 10 minutes walk from the London Eye. The food at the restaurant is good, nothing spectacular. We had to queue for breakfast because clearly they were short of staff, there were no clean tables, and it took about 20 minutes to sit us down. The staff were all lovely. And we admired their patience in the circumstances they worked in. Lots of people.
n. v.
The stay was good, we had 2 rooms facing the road so the views were nice. However, the refurbishment starting at 8 in the morning is not a good start of the day. I was told on check in about it and I thought it was way too early to start the day. The refurbished rooms are nice and fresh but i think they haven't finished the snagging completely as walls had rest of plaster and the furniture too. Breakfast was good keeping in mind there were a lot of people around 9 am and the guys working were really welcoming, shame I don't remember their names. I would recommend the hotel when they finish with the refurb!!!
A. R.
Traffic was welcoming, helpful, and super nice. Allowed early check in and helped us navigate the public transportation. Rooms are very nice and peaceful.
Advice make sure you bring plugs to fit UK as the ports by the bed did not work.
W. B.
The staff was excellent! Eleonora was outstanding - warm, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. As a frequent guest at the Novotel, she immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. She checked me in quickly, and I was in my room within a few minutes of arriving at the hotel. The other members of the staff were attentive as well, and together made my short stay wonderful. I look forward to returning to the hotel again soon.
J. F.
It’s a nice hotel, nothing particularly wrong with it but the bed wasn’t as comfortable as you’d expect for the price, it was really hard. And the shower head could’ve done with a clean but that’s all really. Good location, about a 10 minute walk to North Lambeth underground and just a 2 minute walk to Lambeth bridge. Also their toilet is in a separate room to the shower and sink. Has it’s pros and cons. If you’re interested, they provide 2 little bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Giving 4 stars because I’ve stayed in nicer hotels and it’s expensive and the quality is lacking in places.

We had been wanting to take our 2 eldest children on a trip to London for a while. We chose to coincide it with our sons 8th birthday but due to our middle child having lots of hospital visits we couldn't book it in advance. We planned the trip to include sightseeing, aquarium, science museum and their first trip on a train and tube etc! We booked this hotel due to its location and only the night before. After a full day out we didn't arrive until 8pm, check in was quick and efficient and the receptionist really welcomed our children. We were given a room upgrade, our son had a little cake and fruit on a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate and a birthday card waiting in the room! The room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and had a view of Big Ben and Lambeth palace!! The only very small thing I would say would be more teabags please, there were only 2, but that's a personal request. Check out was again quick and efficient and they enquired after our sons birthday. Really lovely stay and would definitely recommend and use again. It really topped off a special birthday treat/London experience. Thank you.

Clean and confortable room, good breakfast, friendly staffs, I'm glad everything still keeps the high standard!
R. t. H.
Very quick, efficient and no no-nonsense service. Especially check out! Room was nicely refurbished and clean. Very good shower. Coffee facility in the room (Nespresso) with cooled fresh milk cups are a delight. Disturbing is the third bed in the room. Why not a seat and small table to relax. Breakfast was ok but not surprisingly good. The cappucino at the breakfast rating at 5 out of max. 10.

Actually looks nice inside, smartest Novotel I've ever seen. I'm not staying there, just had dinner. It was average quality but very small portions, nothing wrong with it, but nothing special. My meal was so small that I had to eat an entire tub of Pringles when I got back. "There are other crisps available", I'm not being paid by them, but if you Pringles lot are listening and want to "hook me up", I won't say no. 👍🏻 Any flavour.
F. I.
As a gold member I've travelled to many Novotels. This certainly was a great experience, room was lovely and staff were very kind. I don't usually like to try the food at the restaurant but the food was amazing! .. overall I'd say good. Closest station is Lamberth north and a short bus journey to Piccadilly etc. Parking is pretty expensive I'd advise you if your travelling on the weekend with a car to find a side walk.
P. D.
Very professional and friendly staff, clean room and a great location 10 min walk from Big Ben!! Would I stay here again? Unfortunately not.
Maybe it is a nice feature with the see through mirror wall, straight into the room, in the shower if you are younger and fitter than me and traveling with your mistress. When you, like me, are traveling with your daughter and her friend it is not as nice! On the other hand, the toilet with a mirror door which does not close tight is not nice, regardless if your staying with your mistress or kids.
Call me conservative, I like the old fashion bathroom with proper doors and a mirror above the sink.
It is a nice hotel and a will give it 4 out of 5 due to the fact that there are fitter people than me traveling with only there love ones and for them Novotel and it's modern room with revealing shower could be perfect! Unless they have a bad stomach.
Finally, USB-ports in the walls are priceless!

This is a review of the car park only (booked via YourParkingSpace)
Easy to find and security was fairly good with barriers and shutters. However it seemed anyone could walk into the hotel and access the car park unchallenged. The reception has to validate your ticket but it was relatively fuss free. There didn't appear to be an obvious reserved space when I arrived so unsure what would happen if the hotel guests had filled all the available spaces.

Prominently located hotel has good spacious comfortable rooms. Lobby is too good to sit with friends. Check-in was a bit slow. Staff friendly. Stayed here twice in September 2015. I must mention that Break Fast that it serves is really of very very good and full of varities. If get chance will like to stay here again.
M. G. F.
OK place but a few minor annoyances. Although the location is indeed central with the exception of some bus routes either Lambeth North or Vauxhall tube stations are a good 10 minutes away. As the hotel overlooks the very large Archbishop palace the area is deprived of amenities so you need to bear this in mind. Plus side the lovely staff particularly in the bar. Minus the rooms though seemingly newly refurbished are already in need of some heavy cleaning. Rooms at the side offer no view at all.
S. E.
Recently attended a funeral wake at the hotel where a buffet lunch was provided. The food was great. Staff always on hand to help. Staff were friendly and respectful. Great Central location and easy to get to. Nice modern although I do miss the pool table. The chairs in the bar area are a little strange....
L.
Very well located, elegant, modern looking hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though the view varies between amazing and ugly, depending on which sides of the building they are. The breakfast is good and plenty, coffee us terrible though.
J. H.
European style single studio hotel room with 1 queen and a rollaway. Very clean rooms and modern showers with a small mini fridge enough for maybe 10 12oz drinks. Frontdesk service is great because they help you with room service for food after all of London restaurants close around 11pm. Location is pretty Central to the London Eye, Parlament, and many attractions. Wish there were more convenience stores so we can buy small essentials.
A. T.
I enjoyed the bar. Service was very good. My problem is with the wheelchair accessible restroom. The door combination lock was very difficult to turn, the door lock on the inside barely clears and you can't pull the door shut easily because the knob is so tiny, the side rail by the toilet was also problematic. I'm a professional in the law and disability access field in the US. The rest of the hotel seemed very pleasant.
s. w.
Upon check-in we were issued with our room key. When we unlocked the door, the room was already occupied by somebody else! We then went back down to reception and were issued door keys that didn't work so finally after our third visit to the reception desk we were actually able to get into our room.
We had breakfast the next morning at 9.30am. There seemed to be a shortage of food which hadn't been replenished as it had been used. I had to ask for a cereal bowl as there wasn't any available. Neither was there cold plates. I wasn't offered tea or coffee when we were seated. There wasn't any green tea available and had to wait whilst one of the staff went to get some. The selection of food was also disappointing and definitely not value for money at nearly £20 per head!
A. H.
The hotel was pleasant as I was greeted by the hotel staff when I arrived.
The room on the other hand was looking a little worn, and the bed was quite hard. Also, the air con could only be set to warm or warmer. This let the room down a little
The breakfast was pretty good, but they could be have a bit more attentive to the food, as some of it was getting cold.
These things scored it down a little, but it was still ok on the whole.
R. M.
The hotel was great, not being from the UK, everyone was friendly. The accommodations were ok, I wish the room would have had a twin bed instead of a pull out bed for the child. Not being from the UK, we could only get one of the shower heads to work :) silly Americans. Location was good, just wish we were a little nearer to a tube location. All in all it was a good stay!
P. N.
Great place for families. I wish they renewed their breakfast buffet offerings once in a while. Was stayed for 5 days and were pretty tired of eating the same thing by day 3. Also some of the rooms have some pretty awful graffiti as wall art. Please change!
H. A.
I had a short night here (fairly late arrival and early start) so I didn't exactly make full use of the hotel's facilities, but check-in was efficient, my room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom worked and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and professional throughout.
A. W.
Great service and updated, large rooms. Perfect location too!! Several bus stops right outside the hotel, and just a 3 minute walk to the bridge taking you over to Westminster.
Only slight con is that it is about a 10-15 minute walk, through minimal light when dark, from the nearest underground station (Lambeth North). Could be closer but nothing is perfect.
R. R.
Great hotel to stay in London as has superb location plus a great car park. Bar is great for drinks obviously and good food. Breakfast sadly can be a bit hit and miss. Not too brilliant this time but we have been before and it's been great. The variety is always there but food was a bit cooler than it should be this time. One really annoying thing was that they, like all other hotels in London, put there prices up for remembrance weekend. Not good PR. But a great hotel to stay in nonetheless.
Y. M.
We booked very last minute after friends were unable to put us up for the Shine night marathon. Lovely welcome from reception who on hearing the reason for our stay, upgraded us!! Post marathon we needed comfy beds, hot showers and lovely smellies which were all present. And having got in and passed out at 4 am, a late check out of 12.00. Perfect!!
G. C.
Overall the stay was satisfactory. The room was part of the refurbished section, so all the furnishings appeared new. The pull-out sofa bed was relatively firm, so offered a satisfactory sleep. The down side was with the bathroom. The sink was much too shallow to be practical, and the room offered only a shower, no bathtub. Bathtubs are necessary for families that are looking to bathe children.
Separate but related, it was clear that the door installed in the bathroom was not designed for the purpose, as it was installed backwards in order to open inwards (into the bathroom) rather than outwards into the room. The trim of the door was opposite the trim of the doorframe, so the door does not close flatly!
T. T.
Good location at a peaceful corner of Central London. No noise from cars or other traffic! Nobody partying underneath your window. Nice and quiet!
A++ clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
S. S.
Decent business hotel which is well located with pleasant businesslike staff. The rooms are clean and neat with all the essentials. The are dog friendly which is wonderful and our little one was unofficially hanging around everywhere from the lobby to the cafe area.
C. C.
I was greeted and checked in by a member of staff who was very professional and welcoming. The room was quite nice, but not what I would have expected for a superior premium room.
I found it extremely difficult to get any sleep despite being exhausted from travelling due to a tapping sound (rodents running perhaps) every few minutes which seemed to be coming from within the wall by the window.
When I decided to give up on sleep and get ready, I made myself a coffee with the facilities provided in the room. The small pods of UHT milk were stored in the fridge and had developed lumps in the liquid.

We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday. The staff were extremely helpful.....baloons, dessert and a card signed by all the staff in our suite in arrival. Hotel very clean and breakfast has a great selection of everything
T. L.
The first night i stayed I was trying to get to sleep at about half past midnight when I had to call reception because of some very noisy families in the rooms next to and opposite me. Reception did speak to them but it was very late for them to be noisy, and why place a single occupant next to all those families. The second night I got to my room at approx 1.30am, and my keycard did not work. I had to go back to reception to get it activated again. These rooms were booked for my colleague and as we were working, hence our late hours we arrived back to our room. When your tired after a long day at work you really just want to get to your bed not be having to get it activated again. I've booked and stayed in this hotel for the same weekend for about the last 5 years. Never had a problem before but really was not happy with this stay
J. M.
Used the meeting rooms here for a training course. It was good in the end, but the meeting room staff didn't know of our booking (hotel lobby did know...). Food provided was decent, and a clean and corporate setting was good for our boot camp.
A. W. V.
Close to the City, Walk over the bridge and your in Westminster.
Breakfast was a hearty English breakfast each morning and if you choose to eat dinner at this establishment you could either have it on the pub side or in a more elegant setting with the choice not differing each evening.
Service and Hospitality was great. They were always happy to help us out when we needed it.
The room I stayed in fit 4 but with not much room to move around in which was ok as we spent our days in the beautiful London outdoors. There was always a destination to walk to and a cab to catch back.
Overall I would stay here again.
P. S.
Great place to stay if in London, we stayed for 3nts including NYE right across from Lamberth bridge we're we watched fireworks (not ticketed) which meant soon as they had finished back to hotel within seconds,, and had drink in the bar to bring in new year. Hotel as everything needed bar restaurant small play area (for children) outdoor area for smokers. The double room we had was top floor facing river and got view of London eye. The rooms are nicely decorated with all usual accessories, loved the shower room with its fancy windows that become transparent with flick of switch. Definitely recommend the Novotel for couples and families.
R. B.
Lovely experience for my 2 young girls.... shame there was a fire alarm ⏰ at 8am on a Sunday morning lol x
M. R.
Very comfortable (not soft) bed!! Big (and completely quiet!) room, everything clean, modern bathroom, comfortable sofa, enough storage!, nice staff, good location...
A ten minute walk to the nearest Tube station and to the nearest supermarket (that I could find).
The only thing that could be improved is the decor...almost completely grey, so a bit grim.
G. L.
Slightly chilly welcome in reception, but apparently all large hotels are this way! The food is excellent and the meeting rooms comfortable. We were well-provided with coffee and biscuits. The projector didn't work very well, though.
S. A.
Very happy with the service and the general standard of the hotel.
One issue: we were told the nearest tube station was Westminster but we found Lambeth North or even Waterloo to be much more convenient. Would be good to have a guest lounge and a mini library where guests could donate /borrow books, magazines etc
S.
Good location, quick uber ride away from all the sites. Staff were extremely friendly and there was complimentary breakfast for guests. Our room was really nice and the room service was very good as well.
V.
Really good stay at Novotel Waterloo.
There were problems with our room when we first arrived - no rooms ready despite us having checked in online and arriving much later than we said we would. After some confusion (this is why I've taken a point off the rating!) they upgraded us to an Executive Room which was absolutely lovely.
Breakfasts were lovely, ate in the restaurant which was brilliant. All the staff were so nice - nothing was too much trouble. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back!
N. S.
My previous experience with overseas hotels left much to be desired however my stay here took me by surprise. The rooms were excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing and was some of my favorite hotel breakfast food I've ever had.
p. r.
Fairly good, some staff are okay and some are not. Requests for toiletries takes a while and most of the time needs reminding. First floor common areas smells bad. Some staff are ok and helpful though. Breakfast is ok, dinner is good.
S. M.
It's a nice hotel but notably they have reduced the toiletries selection recently. They provide shampoo and shower gel but used to also provide some body lotion / moisturiser.
R. R.
Beautifully located just next to the parliament, service not really what you might expect for these serious prices. Matrasses got swapped, and they took our kids stuffed animals with them. Kindly asked the reception to recover them, never heard since. Rude and unhelpful.
K. M.
Beautiful clean hotel and a really quiet stay. Close to everything we needed and close to transport links.
D. R.
The hotel is about a minute's walk to the river. Fifteen minutes to Westminster palace. The room is lovely and -- the one I have at least -- is set back from the road, so the only noise is from the air conditioning. There's a restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast is as you'd expect, cereals, toast and fried breakfast by way of a self service buffet.
M. V.
Excellent location to stay in order to visit London. Breakfast service is exceptional. Rooms are quite small with separate toilets which is not a bad idea but still small.
Overall a good place to stay to be near center of London.
M. T.
Good value if book in advance, close to Thames, quiet surprisingly. Friendly staff, busy with tourists obviously but good size rooms, clean, tidy.
A. G.
Stayed at the hotel many years ago on business, ideal location to be able to walk into heart of the city. Stayed in 2016 with my family for a long weekend. Staff very friendly, room was at rear of hotel so no real view but beds extremely comfortable, great after a day of exhausting sight seeing. Would always use this as first choice for a stay in London.
S. M.
4 stars because the hotel is a bit older and you can really tell by the hallways. Other than age, the hotel staff is AMAZING, super polite, and very helpful. They were able to extend my stay last second and deal with my incessant questions.
V. L.
Nice rooms, located close enough to central London to be able to walk to most of the tourist attraction within minutes. And because it's located on the other side of the Thames, the price was quite affordable. The service was also pretty good, the staff was nice and helpful. 10/10 would come again!
R. R. C.
Comfortable, modern, convenient, very close to the most popular attractions in London.
People very helpful at the Hotel.
Worst of it: they need to place more coffee machines for breakfast, it might take 15 min to get your coffee in the morning!!!
I.
Lovely hotel, usual Novotel standards
I. 1.
We only parked here but the staff were fantastic and are amazing with children!
They each got 2 soft toys out of them which was really kind!
Parking is very cheap and good through justpark.
A. N.
Food: above average. The Salmon starter is amazing.
Price: we paid 100 for 5 people 3 course meal : using a tastecard
Staff: polite and nice but not automatic. You have to ask malt vinegar with fish and chips, steak knife with steak, ice with drinks, etc
J. H.
Great position quiet but easy access to Parliament and waterloo area close to river. Friendly staff.
Only negative the corridor carpets were stained, bonus to have separate toilet however I would have preferred a small wash hand basin in toilet compartment.
J. T.
This was my second stay at Novotel Waterloo at Lambeth Road. And it will not be my last stay. We like the central placement. You can walk to the Central London in a few minuttes. Also taking trams to the Center is very easy (line 3). The service on the hotel was as usually good and professional.
A. A.
Decent hotel at a cheaper rate close to the Waterloo station (on Lambeth road). You can walk down to pretty much everywhere in Central London from here. The fitness centre with steam room and sauna (is very small) but functional.
M. A.
Its a quite hotel on the south side of london next to the parliament and a 10min was from the London eye. Rooms were good and clean but some of the towels we had was stained. Tasty breakfast. There isnt a grocery/ convient store close by (closest 20min walk)
S. P.
That’s not a 4 star definitely.
Location - excelent, near London Eye, Parlament and Westminster
Price - fair for a 3 star.
Breakfast - included, good croassants
Sevice - poor, staff needs a better training
Room - very small but new. The hotel needs to change the linens and beds, really low quality.
D. K.
A 10-15 minute walk to a number of UK's attractions and close to the local Waterloo night life hot spots. The hotel is fresh and feels new. Staff were very friendly during the checkin and checkout process.
P. G.
Nice hotel, clean room. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was always helpful. They have a table tablet and a video console for kids and parents can relax in the bar nearby.
J. G.
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, great bar, restaurant and rooms. Small gym, sauna and steam room too as well as private parking. Will stay here again.
T.
Staff overall very friendly.
Restaurant clean.
Breakfast buffet a bit above average.
Bar fridge may as well be a cupboard. Didnt get beer cold enough.
D. E.
Really good place to stay. Covenient and far enough away from the mayhem of London. Great staff and service too. The little place over the road does superb srambled eggs. And much cheaper than the hotel breakfast
M. M.
Beds are very soft. The rooms are very spacious and great if ya want to visit. I would reccomend it. The amenities are really cool. It comes with everything you need!
R. C.
After spending years travelling one hotel room blends into another. However I was pleasantly surprised to stay here. From the "different" check in area to the modern hotel room every part of the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A highly recommended hotel.
H. M.
That location of the hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly. Edit- We asked for a room change as the first room we got was not very nice and was on the side of the hotel that had some construction happening. But the new room on the 5th floor was much much better.
C. G. S.
I haven't actually stayed here, but I visited the Bar, the bar is great! TVs all over the bar so you can watch the footy, and everything looks neat and modern, even a hint of 80s neon feels. Great stuff, but I can only rate half cause I've only seen half :)
刘.
The hotel is quite far away from Waterloo station; the service is very bad; it took me 40' to check-in. The people at the reception didn't undertsand English properly. I wanted to have dinner at 9:30pm and i was told that i should consider to use the room service menu (the restaurant was officially closing at 10pm). So really no...
G. Y.
Decent hotel bar with some good drinks, they have some nice whiskey and they don't charge an arm or a leg here. A short 20 min walk to Waterloo. Nice if you're in the area but I wouldn't head here especially.
A. W.
Im a platinum accor member so stay in a lot of Novotels, unfortunately I only stay in this one when I have to. Location is good for the city centre but a 15 minutes walk to the nearest tube stop. Theres always a queue at the bar and always items/plates missing at breakfast. Staff are always working tirelessly but management never have enough people on for busy shifts.
M. S.
Amazing ! Spacious room with sofa...very clean. Modern decor....so far the most appealing hotel I have stayed in without feeling claustrophobic and at a very resonable price...
D. P.
Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location next to the Thames. Would have no hesitation to recommend this place.
F. T.
Excellent service , clean an cosy rooms. This hotel is situated near the most attractive and beatiful places in London. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety of tasty food.
E. B.
Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Great location. Short walk to some major landmarks in the city centre. Very new and modern hotel with clean and large rooms.
D. R.
Clean, but small, modern rooms. Nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very central location with many places to see within a walking distance.
M. B.
Great hotel in a great location for working at st Thomas's hospital. Underground carpark can just about get a transit size van.
Y. S.
Location is excellent, window having view of London eye, neat and clean rooms. Waterloo station is quite away from station, 10 minutes walk from famous London eye and Big ben,
A. N.
Fantastic hotel, great location, staff were very helpful
S. P.
The Hotel Novotel London Waterloo is what I call fine dining. They serve excellent london food. The decor is very nice and makes me feel as though I've stepped back into an earlier time when life was not so rushed. I've been there twice and was completely satisfied both times. The wait staff is quite attentive. The meal is prepared with care. The prices are a bit high but justified.
If you want a special meal and nice hotel spot this is definitely the place to go.
S. W.
Great mid-range hotel. New open, modern bedroom design is very sensible. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Genius idea for device charging at bedside !
W. H.
I have stayed here a few times with work. It's nice and cleaning the staff are friendly. I have noticed that on all my visits that there is a foul smell in the corridors, it isn't noticeable in the rooms.
E. G.
Very good location. Very new and clean. Friendly staff. Has a simple restaurant and a bar area. No stairs: must use the lift. Rooms on the front a little noisy with traffic.
S. G.
Nice hotel for both business and family . Has a small gym with sauna, restaurant, bar and some rooms facing the river. The location is also quite convenient. Service was excellent
A. K.
Amazing location, always happy to stay there!
O. S.
Nice and clean room. We had a really nice view in which you could see the Houses of Parliament and the Eye. Clean and modern rooms. About a ten minute walk from Waterloo or Westminster tube stations
r. m.
Hotel is good. Staff is very helpful however there was some confusion since I am vegetarian and they served me with something non veg and they tried to convince me that it's a vegan anyway apart from that it was a pleasant stay
J. M.
Service excellent rooms new and clean the hotel is very close to the Houses of Parliament and about a 20 minute walk from Waterloo station although the closest Underground is Lambeth North food was good and not too expensive bearing in mind the hotels location
A. B.
Comfortable. I would expect the person seating me at breakfast to ask me if I want tea or coffee. Didn't even mention it and left me to try and find it myself. Didn't once check on me. Disappointing as £235 per night for one person isn't exactly bargain basement.
M. M.
Within walking distance to major attractions like the London Eye. Great size room and comfy pull it couch for my daughter almost as big as my bed. Clean room. Helpful friendly staff
H.
Lovely hotel room - newly refurbished. Good breakfast. A little disappointing that the bar closed at 1. Slow check in, but the lady working was polite and apologetic and explained that the computer was being slow.
S. C.
Came for a business course. The room we were in was we'll set up and provided for, and there were plenty of drinks and snacks available. At lunchtime there was a range of hot and cold food and staff were quick to refill and clear plates.
a. n.
Very good. Location is awesome. The main attractions are just next door. The layout of my room in particular bath facilities was not comfortable for family stay.
S. L.
Hotel is under construction so can be quite noisey. The staff doesn't seem to speak very good English but all very fluent in Spanish. Quite strange but it's no big deal as long as you ask them to slow down when they speak.
A. G.
Nice hotel, not as convenient for the tube as I’d hoped, but easy to get a cab.
Nice bar and friendly staff.
Nice rooms, clean and modern. Pretty poor air on.
S. M.
Warm welcome, helpful staff, comfy clean room, lovely breakfast.... couldn't get the air con to work so had to have the window open which was very noisy through out the night..
Close to sites and lovely walk along the thames
c. h.
location was fantastic, room was nice. downside was that the swipe card kept having to get reset- and the gym had no cold water in the showers.
i will stay again
M. D.
Very nice hotel in central London. Has car parking underground.
F. P.
The stay with yourselves would have been excellent but I was not supplied with milk for my coffees and my room was not cleaned and topped up.
I was too tired by the end of the day, and as I was on my own I hadnt the energy to complain.
J. H.
Good value for the location, easy access to Lambeth North tube and a walkable distance to the Southbank area. Quick check in and good customer service. Accor loyalty status benefits are also provided.
D. O.
Nice, clean hotel with a great location. Ate dinner in the bar and the service was fabulous. Very accommodating.
R. C.
Excellent location. Every visit has been outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is great and friendly. I clearly recommend.
N. P.
A decent spot to stay for the weekend with a nice view of the Thames. The nearest tube station is about a 9 minute walk, while there are good running bus stops within a minute's walk from the hotel.
T. E.
This hotel was beautiful, very clean, nice rooms. Everyone was very nice. We loved the location!. The night views were fabulous....!!!
E. O.
Good spot, room clean, bed and room temperature just right, best bit is the noise, its completely silent at night - breakfast average, but will return for the great nights sleep.
K. S.
I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. That was good because the rest of the trip was rocky. It was nice to have a bit of stability after a tumultuous journey.
G. B.
Not a far walk from Waterloo or Westminster so handy for the start of a good west end weekend away. Bus stops nearby too. Quick and friendly check-in and so far a comfortable room.
D. S.
Great stay, brilliant location and good price
J. C.
Nice, neat and professional with a good size room and well-equipped bathroom. However the room was very hot and the breakfast wasn't the best.
D. C.
The hotel is located in Lambeth opposite Lambeth Palace. You can pop in for afternoon tea or coffee, and food is available in the restaurant. The hotel is served by bus routes 3 and 344 both stopping outside. Vauxhall Station is 15 minutes walk away, Westminster is 15 minutes or a short bus ride away.
V. A.
Nice hotel, excelent staff. Only drawback was the very long time to get the food during dinner. A disaster... A sandwich and a salad took more than 1 hour...
A. L.
Lovely hotel, didn't stay but went for an event. The facilities they have are fantastic, the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
D. G.
A very nice hotel, great location and clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff
c. r.
I enjoyed the quiet executive room with a nice view from the 5th floor to the museum, London Tower and Westminster. Breakfast was good
J. R.
Very good stay, friendly welcome and great food in the restaurant. They also gave my daughter a toy which was very appreciated
m. p.
It was a very nice hotel . It had very good facilities. It's furniture and upholstery was good. It was a good place to spend time and go with family.
D. G.
I had a really good time, the hotel is very modern and the team is really focused on making your stay great
R. G.
Only used it for parking through justpark but reception staff were very nice. Carpark good, clean and well lit.
G. H.
Very helpful staff, nice room, good beds, great view and low noice from hall way and neighbours.
We look forward to coming back!
D. T.
Love novotel. Yet another brilliant stay
Ł. D.
Comfy bed. Breakfast is oookay! Unfortunately there is just 1 coffee machine so sometimes you have to wait a bit in the morning.
F. H.
Great staff attencion..... The location of the hotel is perfect. The reason i dont give it 5 stars is because the breakfest.
M. S. R.
The staff is nice and helpful. Especially the waiters. The restaurant was far too crowded during breakfast tho. So we had to wait.
T. G.
I had a perfect stay in this hotel, the team was very friendly and the rooms clean
E. P.
Rooms were clean and comfortable two sets of curtains but only 1 window separate toilet so felt verry restricted when using it with door closed room had a bath and two shower heads but no bath tap had to use shower head to fill bath ... noisy maintenance beneath us in the morning ... place looks tired on the 4th floor and smells strange/musty was good quick check out staff were friendly
D. S. A.
Wonderful staff, family friendly hotel, every thing is great except the restaurants close early at 12 am and the hotel closes its doors
J. Y.
Enjoyed the gym and the steam sauna, breakfast was nice, too. Very good location, easy to find and everything we visited was within walking distance.
J. H.
Nice hotel. Not close to any underground or restaurants. Lots of hiking or cabs. Tv didn't work but other than that an okay place.
V. g.
I had a good stay, the staff was very welcoming and I would like to praise the management for hiring a diverse team in the restaurant
R. J.
A good hotel close to lots of sights, get a room facing the back for less traffic noise. The bar behind the lobby is very nice
P.
Very nice hotel close to the Thames. Meeting Room had view of London eye. Staff were helpful. Rooms very nice and modern.
K. S.
A bit pricey, decent location. Restaurant food was good, service was hit or miss if you use the lounge area.
F. J.
I only used the car park for a few hours to go to a west end show. However receptionist was very helpful with the options to get to theatre & then arranged a taxi for us.
S.
Nice bar, nice room but pretty hard beds, some problems with the room keycards. Overall a pleasant stay.
M. S.
It's a perfect place to stay with family. The location is super next to London eye and James park and Big Ben and stage staff is very helpful.
M. S.
Clean, good food and comfortable, only issue was the computer system did not work correctly so spent quite a bit of time waiting for staff to make it work
C. r.
I found a last minute offerz so very convenient. Service is great and I have found my next away from home hotel
B. R.
Excellent value for money. Good location. Good size room, clean with good facilities. Breakfast was gorgeous.
A. W.
Nice rooms, clean and beautifully decorated. But small bar area, food not amazing quality...
M. G.
Excellent hotel, near London's eye and big Ben. Modern, clean, nice food and service. About the price it was normal for London.
T. R.
Fine location. Very comfy bed. Jolly good all around. Had room with a nice view
K. B.

Excellent hotel. Very close to central London. Very nice comfy rooms. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel and fantastic modern room. The shower was the best hotel shower I have ever used. Would stay again.
A. R.
Nice room, lovely breakfast, well situated. Great hotel about 15 minutes walking from Waterloo Station.

Bog standard Corporate Novotel hotel. Big character less, but clean tidy and friendly staff. Near to attractions central London and transport.
D. P. (.
Lovely modern rooms, great location and the staff at reception and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly!
A. H.

M. J.
Great location, clean & staff very good, food in the bar was amazing & certainly of high restaurant standard. Certainly be returning
S. M.
Nice hotel with good location. Friendly helpful staff, and good breakfast. Shame about the road noise.
D. W.
Dear mi6. Mary is being held hostage in Eastbourne. Tom and Jenny have had the mind reading technology reverse engineered, and are now drugging Mary and playing feedback into my head.
C. C.
Getting here is a bit tricky without a tube station nearby. Otherwise good. Was there for a conference but staff were extremely helpful.
C. A.
What you'd expect of a Novotel. A bit strange having a glass-walled shower onto the bedroom, even if it is supposed to be one-way with the light on.
M.
Great hotel and facilities. Nice restaurant and bar. Friendly staff.
J. R.
The room was fine, wouldn't use room service again. The pizza was expensive and poor quality.
G. D.
Very good location. The breakfast was not very good. But the staff was very nice and helpful
m. j.
Nice hotel, close to the London Eye, Big Ben, cosy atmosphere and relative simple but fresh breakfast buffet
D. W.
I'm a licensed black cab driver and often use the novotel Waterloo for my break, the staff are always polite and the facilities are spotless.
G. D.
2nd time here in this hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Such a great central hotel
R. L.
Good breakfast, nice rooms. A tad better cleaning would be welcome though.
S. B. (.
They did us proud in as much as the function was well prepared and the food was of high standard.
J. A.
Great location to catch Underground. A 10-15 minute walk. Good breakfast. Desk people so helpful.
王.
Love the hotel’s service, hospitality and breakfast. The only drawback is the location is a bit far from the tube.
A. P.
Good location and affordable prices for stay in the heart of London. The rooms deserve refreshing!
H. B.
Good hotel with close proximity of south bank...decent stay and good restaurant and bar...
j. d.
The hôtel is great - the restaurant was nott at the same quality level. Chicken wings not crispy desert without réal taste
J. B.
Attention to detail. Pleasant staff. Great location for exploring central London. Good value for money.
נ. א. ל.
The room was very nice and clean. It was close to the center and breakfast was very good.

Good hotel to stay with kids. The hart of London is just around the corner: London Eye, Big ben,....
Loved our stay!
P. D.
Staff very helpful and polite, clean, tidy, quiet, well located, great breakfast, comfortable room with everything needed.
S. C.
The staff were awesome. Always willing to provide assistance. Our room was very nice.
:. :.
Unless you need to be close by for a meeting or work related. It's close to the river and various attractions but the place fails to offer much.
L. K.
Nice breakfast. The rooms needs updating (planned). A too long walk to the nearest tube.
G. M.
It's nice to stay there. Nice location and very good service in this hotel.
D. T.
Really nice hotel. Great rooms and really excellent staff.
r. m.
