S. Z. T.Was a satisfactory stay. You could hear other people use water in their bathrooms through the walls. Not soundproof as you could hear drunk guests outside the door. But the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. But *don't* be fooled by the pictures.
T.Really nice sound-proof rooms and hotel is literally beside the station - which is very convenient.
Daily housekeeping with fresh towels provided
Had a problem with heating but they provided an alternative immediately.

S. D.Amazing stay, I was able to drop my bags early and check as my room was ready, Sofia at reception sorted this and made me very welcome. The room was just as described on the website and very neat and clean. The hotel is right next to the tube station and convenient for getting out and about, but no noise disturbance at night from the tube. The bed was very comfy and more than enough pillows. I was made very welcome throughout my whole stay and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff, I only met Mohsin and Sofia but I’m sure the rest are just as fab. Have already booked again for my next stay in London.
O. I.Just okay. Excellent location for Shepherd's Bush Market tube station, literally around the corner.
I'd say it depends on what standard good looks like. Everything was 'basic' and the bathroom fixtures were either rusted or were worn. Wardrobe handle needed to be replaced. The cap from around the plug socket was dropping off.
Rooms could do with sound proofing as you could hear alarm clocks from other rooms. Awoken by other stayers leaving at 7am which sounded like a barrage of feet, not ideal.
It would do if you're not too fussed!
D.Had a lovely stay here, bed was comfortable and room was spacious and well facilitated. Bathroom was nice and clean also! Zeeshan on reception was super friendly and helpful, very welcoming when we arrived. Will definitely come here again 😊

I was staying here for the week for work and I felt so looked after the whole time. The room was really lovely and even nicer than the photos on the websites I can be a bit funny about cleanliness of things, I felt so clean and relaxed the whole stay. The staff were absolutely amazing, so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again

They managed to get us a last minute early check in, and offered us drinks while we waited (the coffee was welcome on a cold afternoon for sure).

N. G.The location of this hotel is ideal. It's right next to Shepherds Bush Market underground and 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush underground station. The rooms were extremely clean and newly renovated. The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They will make you feel like family. Zeeshan and Sofia are manning the desk 24 hours a day and were always available when we needed anything. They even let us keep our bags there after check out, while we went shopping. I can't recommend this place enough. I'll definitely be back whenever I visit London.

despite our earlier than anticipated arrival. The room was immaculate and well set up. This little hidden gem is perfectly located, almost directly opposite the infamous Shepherds Bush market, and literally around the corner to Shepherds Bush tube. Fantastic value for money and run in a friendly and personable way. Can't recommend this hotel enough if you're off to a gig at the Empire, or out with friends for the night.

M. F. T. D. O. T. N.Have to give my honest opinion about this hotel. The Hotel is actually very good for the size and where its situated. On the outside you might think like I did at first which was what have I booked here, but then for me it was a different experience inside and it turned out to be a really nice place inside, although abit on the small side for a hotel. The room I got was very clean, (cleaner than some of the bigger hotels), although a bit on the small side and the walls where a bit thin in the room that I stayed in (you can hear your neighbours). I did manage to get a good night's sleep. The guys at the hotel are very nice, Zeeshan is a nice chap, very helpful and although I booked a single room which admittedly was my fault.. Zeeshan went out of his way to help accommodate, he upgraded my room due to the fact it was my first time at the hotel. Would I stay here again, most definitely I would.

The staff there we’re amazing checking if I was happy with the room and if they could help in anyway. The guys name was Zeeshan and it was a pleasure to be helped by him. Can’t wait to stay again.

I. S.The hotel is very clean, cozy and generally a nice atmosphere. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff are very pleasant and Moshin and Sofia looked after us for our entire stay. Moshin and Sofia were very helpful with any queries and allowed us to have a late checkout completely free of charge. And after we checked out, Sofia allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours as we had plans around London and it would be inconvenient carrying it with us. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay, the only complaint I have is the room gets a bit too hot, but even so, the rooms have AC so it wasn’t too bad.

Its location is perfect, opposite from the marketplace, in the middle of two train stations, and a big shopping center and the lovely park very nearby. Hotel is lovely and clean, perfect for rest and imeditating-every single time I was finding peace and safety in the middle of the big city. The business of this hotel is less about the size of their office: its about largeness of their commitment and their excellence what makes all the difference: Afzan, Zeeshan, Sofia and Pablo are highlights of this hotel, always disponibile and professional, like all other employees. Hotel Shepherds Bush is easily the best hotel in the Notting Hill and Kensington Area.

I. W.This is the 2nd year we have worked in the BBC Television Studios, and both times stayed here. It’s great, walking distance from Westfield, multiple pubs, takeaways and restaurants for food. They have a bar we helped empty and we had lots of things sent there by Amazon and other suppliers which helped us hugely by collecting it and storing until we returned back late at night.

A home away from home. And it feels like real London. The tube trains going past (quietly), the West London locals, the amazing location! 5 min walk to the BBC TV centre (for celeb spotting and cocktails). 3 mins walk to Westfields (300 upmarket shops and restaurants). Great pubs (Belushi's for cheap fun, Defectors for a media vibe), or the hotel bar (24 hours).
Sofia is amazing and will help you with anything. Mohsin is so helpful (and easy on the eye), even the cleaners - Ioanna and Maria - wonderful. They clean to perfection and they are also happy to help with anything. A wonderfully, small, friendly hotel, in an amazing location.

In terms of the location: The location of the hotel isn’t we’ll spotted, and isn’t elegant suture building from outside. However inside looks cozy and very comfortable. The rooms medium small size, but very well equipped and all the facilities at your hands....

G.Was not familiar with the area at all, so the fact that the hotel is literally right next door to the tube station really made a positive difference for me as I was traveling with a baby and a pram. Upon entry, I was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked if I would need a cot for my son (something I had actually completely overlooked) they made sure we were accommodated and the great customer service was not stop even as we checked Out the next day. Clean and comfy this is a gem of a hotel. Kid and pet friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

D. K.Great small hotel. Right in front of the shepherd bush market station or 10 min walking to the central line. You have also the westfield shopping centre very close which is the largest in Europe next door. If you arrive by car you can leave your car there for a cheap price. Room was great. Modern and comfortable bed. Window had view to some kind of indoor quiet coutyard garden. I also liked the amenities set.

G. A.Room was clean and tidy with just a few issues. Shower knob was broken and came off in my hand so turning it on and off was difficult. The bed was very hard but OK for a couple nights stay and the other thing was during the night it sounded like there was a waterfall in the room from the room above us shower or toilet. It was loud and a little worrying to hear in the middle of the night. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and location is good for tube services

Lost marks because there is no view and the walls are quite thin. Couldn't hear people next door but could hear the ones upstairs.

m. w.Stayed here for one night. The location is excellent, right next to shepherds Bush Market tube. Or shepherds Bush tube is a 10 or so minutes walk. Check in is 2pm but for £10 they upgraded us to a better room and early check in. However the bed was small, felt like a normal double. The pillows were horrendous, abit like rolling a bunch of socks up and sleeping on them, just a a tad lumpy for my liking. The room was clean and had good facilities. No bath but a decent shower. The staff are friendly, check in was easy. The location for me is what makes it. If you are seeing something at the theatre or in Bush Hall it's all close. But as my nights sleep wasn't the best it gets 4 stars.

b.A bit disappointed because we picked this hotel as it was supposed to have a refrigerator in the room but were told it was broken and would not be fixed for our stay. We arrived 3 hours early and were charged $19 to check in early. It is located in a good spot for the tube.

A. W. A.I found this hotel through an app that's meant to help users get good deals on hotel rooms in tourist spots. Basically, I came here and I liked it but that's because I had no illusions: it provided a safe, clean and comfortable place to put my feet up in London. The area it's located used to be fairly undesirable before Westfields opened up (based on my own hazy recollections from years and years ago), but I was surprised by the number of good breakfast cafes a stone's throw away from this place. The front of office were awesome, and allowed my hungover friend to recover in my room while I dashed to catch a flight. Speaking of which, the hotel's location makes it possible to get to Heathrow in ~30 minutes.
Don't be fooled by the branding: there's nothing boutique about it, but it is very convenient and comfortable.
