I just popped in to use the toilet. I thought they might not let me pop in for that, but the staff said yes. This hotel's reception area looked very nice and the staff were friendly. Outside the toilets, they play nice relaxing music which I appreciated. The toilets themselves were nice and clean. Great place!

Great hotel and great value for money! Very friendly staff, rooms are very clean and modern. Had one of the best sleeps here as beds are comfy and rooms are quiet. I’m a light sleeper and this hotel is great for light sleepers!
S. G.
All staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are compact but they are comfortable and have all you need for a pleasant quiet nights sleep. Price is excellent for a stay in London. Someone has mentioned about the breakfast wasn’t worth the money, there are plenty of places around the area if you want more choice. The hotel is in an ideal location for the tube, with Aldgate East and Liverpool St being within a 10 minute walk. This was our second stay at this hotel and will certainly stay again.

Stayed here many times, always quiet and clean. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Great business hotel. Staff are always very friendly.
j.
Clean room, nicely functional but obviously very small. Staff helpful and courteous. A few issues, including air conditioning unit rattling and humming all night, even when turned off. Also the breakfast was not worth paying for as there was no choice of cereals and it's very basic.

This hotel is exactly what you need for exploring all day long in London, and then wanting an affordable, clean, and cozy room to retreat back too. The Hub is located in a perfect location that’s centrally right on Brick Lane near Spitalfields Market. Booking on week nights rather than the weekend made this room extremely affordable per night. We walked into a compact space that was very clean. The room only provided one pillow per person and one towel, but the concierge was happy to bring us more. After checkout, the Hub held our suitcases for free in a secure space while we roamed a little bit more before leaving the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Extremely well presented rooms that come across rather modern. There's facility usage such as Air conditioning, different lighting modes and free WiFi.
The entrance hall is clean modern and welcoming as are their staff. And it's great to see the staff here with a great personality joining in on good banter. Where appropriate of course.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a decent place to crash that's fairly local to train stations.
J. S.
Very clean, good bed, amazing customer service (couldn't do enough for you and genuinely wanted your stay to be a good one). Would definitely recommend ior a great value lovely place to stay.

We have just got back home from staying at the hub all i can say is what a clean and tidy place to stay and as for the staff they went above and beyond helpful as on our first day my daughters wheelchair broke and the manager went onto the Internet to help me find a replacement when he found one he paid for it on his card and then I paid him he arranged to collect it from the shop the next morning and deliver it to us by 9.30 so that we didn't have to wait around all day and as it was his day off he still helped me out all of the staff were lovely I had read the reviews online before we booked and I was thinking I was making a mistake as there were some negative comments but I think this is a very good hotel yes the rooms are a bit small I had a accessible room so my daughters wheelchair would fit and it was perfect we were able to come and go as we wanted . So this is too all of the staff thanks for making our time in London brilliant .
B. L.
Brilliant hotel right in the centre of Brick Lane which is exceptional value. Modern hotel rooms with smart touch controls, spotlessly clean and with the usual super comfortable Premier Inn beds - this is the perfect place to stay in East London and a fantastic haven of tranquility when stepping off the wonderfully hectic brick lane. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We booked a king size room for only a few pounds more and had plenty of room with a huge bed. Highly recommended.
U. M.
We stay here every time we come to London, very clean, rooms are small but you can pay a little extra for the larger rooms.
Great location.
C. B.
Absolutely loved this little compact hotel in Brick Lane. Such clean and secure little room painted in white and green. The staff were really friendly and we felt very happy. Will definitely be back to stay!
C. R.
Really nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. We were staying two nights and there was only one towel. I went to ask for another and some extra pillows and when we returned to room later in the evening they had been placed in our room. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room however you can go down and grab a hot drink in the morning and take back to your room.
D. L.
Loved this place - based on Japanese pod hotels. Surprisingly spacious and a huge comfortable bed. Great place with all amenties for a one night stop over
Very close to all the Indian restuarants in brick lane plus liverpool street station is around 10 minutes away.
c. g.
Worth EVERY penny. Clean tidy fresh and modern. Brilliant location for brick lane (foodie treats) and central london.. we will be back
J. H.
Excellent value! The rooms are very compact but have everything you need for the night. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay again.
S. R.
Fantastic! Great location for where I needed to be. Welcomed by Sahel who was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfect for a few nights. Good price too. Pleasantly surprised this Newcastle girl!
M. W.
Room was clean and presentable, bed was comfy. Warm welcome from staff who are always happy to assist in anything you want/need. AC machine is a little nosy from time to time and more options for breakfast other than the £5 deal of porridge, yoghurt and croissant. Would go back to this one again.
D. F.
Super cute rooms. They have been so cleverly designed. Bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly. Great location.
A. S.
Great place to stay. Clean, modern and easy access to some great areas of London. Staff are really helpful too. Highly recommended.
K. A.
Stayed with friend; service given by James at front desk was exceptional! Such an asset to hospitality industry
M. T.
Great location and a great concept in hotel. Basic room is more than adequate as a base for exploring an area and will certainly use again for a London trip.
P. S.
Great affordable accommodation with the best staff you could find only knocked a star off as the lighting system control in the headboard is a bit of a gimmick that's impossible to use without waking your partner and there's no bog brush , which after a night out in brick Lane is a must
F. S.
Perfectly sized room, nice en suite and very comfy bed. Much better than normal style premier inns. Quietest hotel room I've stayed in, can't hear anything apart from occasional water pipes. Perfect location close to multiple stations with some excellent pubs nearby. Will definitely stay again at this price!
C. M.
Bedrooms were very small, cramped for even 2 people, cleanliness was not as good as previous visits to Premier Hotels. No tea/coffee making facilities definitely a bit lacking.
A. R.
Arriving at 11pm into the hellscape of Brick Lane on a week night is unnervingly dystopian and the hotel doesn’t help with its many layers of security, self check in desks and eerie silence.
But it was a quiet bed and shower in a very convenient part of London for an excellent price.
J. V.
Decent enough, though the room wasn't very clean & they forgot the complimentary bottle of water - normally wouldn't grumble about that but I had a sore throat. Down the side of the bed, and such out of sight spaces, clearly hadn't been cleaned for months - absolutely filthy down there.
P. C.
Great hotel, all the tech, good WiFi, bar and breakfast restaurant all on Brick Lane, so spoilt for choice for Indian an Bangladeshi restaurants
L. P.
Great stay, best sleep i have had in a long time, stayed for 1 night, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great, liverpool st tube not too far either
C. o.
Stayed here for 1 night with my daughter , great location , clean room and really friendly and helpful staff available to you at all times …..reasonably priced , would definitely book again .
S. K.
Very clean super friendly staff keep returning to this hotel for every London trip. Excellent central location.
h. k.
Great hub - what a find, great staff, always happy friendly & helpful - nice rooms and great location - really reasonable - breakfast great. I will be returning
J. P.
Very nice hotel, modern, very clean rooms and a really nice staff. Highly recommended
l.
Nice hotel worth the price when booked early on app
Comfortable beds and not much noise from outside
L. S. (.
Very pleasant stay.
The Hub hotels by Premier Inn are a preference to us. They are small, modern, and have everything you need.
Cleaniniess is always top notch, and we will always seek out a Hub by Premier Inn for our stays in London
a. s.
Great i loved it the rooms are pods just perfect for a overnight stay with everything you need tv/shower/hairdryer full-length mirror/air-conditioning/pull-out table/and pull-out luggage storage...our room was very clean with only a slight bit of dust on top of the hanger shelf... l will definitely be staying again here
A. M.
Hub Premier Inn"s are fantastic, staff on hand guide you though the check in process. Rooms are spacious, clean with a very modern feel. Love the fact that you can control everything from the bedside. Considering the location it was exceptionally quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The only downside I could only stay one night. Well done to all the staff keep up the hard work
M. F.
Stayed one night for a birthday surprise. Room was clean and tidy and staff were helpful. If you want to explore the area this is situated in the heart of it. Loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.
P. M.
Such a great value for money that I am hesitant to leave a review and let people take the rooms away!
d. w.
Spotlessly clean, 1st time in hub but great features and controlled by bed head electronic panel
M. N.
Very good value for money - went for the larger room - perfect for our 6 day stay, staff on the whole very helpful and attentive - but not all staff seemed to follow the same directives also some staff appeared to be not atune to cultural differences.
Shame.
But we got over these issues - otherwise, they definitely would have had 5*s
G. L.
Super base for exploring this lively area. Pay a little more for one of the 'larger' rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Booking, check-in etc., Simple.
D. A.
Very clean, comfortable and value for money A few faults on arrival - auto check in failed and no water in room but all sorted.
Simple brekky but also cheap.
A. B.
As a first for myself staying in London I believe where you stay is super important, the hotel in my best words can only be described as modern luxury, it goes to show how much space is wasted in your usual hotel.
We was greeted by the most friendly staff and welcomed with an extremely clean room and it made mine and partners experience in London even better.
I do apologise for not asking any names, but the staff who stood out to me the most was an Asian fella with cool slicked back hair on 28/05/2021 night, and a lovely blonde white lady who was serving our drinks on the 30/05/2021 morning, as a man who comes from a management team from Selfridges, customer service is everything, and they hit the spot every time and just generally had conversations of how our day was going.
Extremely impressed and I’d love to stay again in the future.
From the heavily tattoo’d Mancunian and his very pregnant Mrs.
L. K. M.
It's on Brick Lane-be aware that Hub by Premier Inn has another logo, to normal Premier Inn...the room was somewhat small but, excellent layout and someone has thought about it....you still have the great bed you expect from Premier Inn....
D. d.
Different to Premier Inns but definitely worth the money especially in London! Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would stay again.
J. V.
Decent enough, though the room wasn't very clean & they forgot the complimentary bottle of water - normally wouldn't grumble about that but I had a sore throat. Down the side of the bed, and such out of sight spaces, clearly hadn't been cleaned for months - absolutely filthy down there.

Soooo convenient! Incredible value for money. Wonderful cree and service
K. H.
Friendly staff, limited choice for food but being in brick lane the choice outside is endless
C. S.
Easy check in and check out, very clean simple rooms with everything you need
D. H.
Lift wasn't working but it was comfy. Cheaped out on the coffee though.

Brilliant room, so much space and really comfy beds

Excellent for short stay, staff brilliant.
C. M.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially given they were working over Christmas! Food is good and served quickly, and the staff took the time to get to know us and chat with us when it wasn't busy! The room was really cosy and modern, with a lovely standing shower, touch buttons to control the lights, air con, Do Not Disturb and Do Not Make Up Room. I especially loved that there was lit underbed storage for our suitcase! Would definitely stay here again! There's even an Amazon Locker!
D. H.
Lift wasn't working but it was comfy. Cheaped out on the coffee though.
C. D.
Great for a short stay or business trip. Smaller rooms than usual premier inns but good value for money. Rooms are modern and bed is comfortable. Staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very simple but for only £5 it's good value. Fantastic location.
N.
Rooms are designed for efficiency but still pleasant and modern. Very comfortable bed and ability to control the air con is a big plus! Friendly staff and the lounge was a nice environment to hang out. Will definitely use again!
A. G.
Great price at a very centrally placed location, close to lots of bars, restaurants and convenient to several tube stations. I felt very safe and secure here as well.
Rooms were impeccably clean but SO. SMALL. Smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. My husband and I spent 3 nights comfortably but if we stayed any longer or the room was any smaller we would have needed a different hotel.
Otherwise it was great!!
D. M.
Nice modern hotel, cosey rooms with all you need. Phone charge points, black out blinds, shower, toilet, tv. Air con in each room.
Good location and dead quiet at night.
Front of house staff very polite and welcoming.
We arrived a tad early but on this occasion they allowed us to check in.
Will definitely be returning in the future.
A. H.
You really cannot beat a Premier Inn in general, and these Hubs are just as great, but only for short stays.
The rooms are (obviously) small, but it doesn't matter when travelling on business, and the beds are the usual very comfortable ones.
The restaurant is small but has a decent selection of drinks. The snack plates are reasonably cheap (£7.50) and are generously proportioned.
C. S.
Easy check in and check out, very clean simple rooms with everything you need
B. P.
Excellent service, room are small but have everything you need. Bed is very comfortable and shower washroom is of a very good standard room was very clean and finished to a high standard. Being able to control air-conditioning, lighting and TV and do not disturb from an app is amazing, will definitely use them again.
J. W.
Best place in the area. I travel here for work regularly and I can say that this is the most peaceful night's sleep I've had in a long time. So quiet! Once you are in your room you feel relaxed and comfortable. Good selection of films and entertainment to get you through a 3-4 night stay. Clean, modern and uses the "compact" style VERY well. I was in a double room and it was fantastic for me. Climate, lighting, do not disturb features are all controlled from the bed. Good luck getting a room though as it is very popular.....and rightly so!
My photos were taken at the end of my stay hence it looks "lived in"
W. S.
Even though the blind fell down in the room I can forgive them because I loved the design of the space and it's in a brilliant location. Would def return
M. N.
Great find. Small unique hotel in the heart of Brick Lane. Immaculately maintained although obviously still very new. Comfy bed, duvet and pillows ensures a good night's sleep. Plenty of hot water, toiletries and clean towels. Hassle free check-in. Digitally controlled room temp and lights. Great value. Upgrade to larger rooms for greater comfort.
H. G.
I really like Premier Inn's hub concept. This is the second one we have stayed in and they are just great if you just want someone smart and well turned out for a quick stopover. No restaurant, just a cafe so they serve a small breakfast selection but no meals. The rooms are really cabins but very modern with everything controlled by buttons behind the bedhead. The opaque glass walls are definitely innovative but seem to work fine. We shall definitely use them again.
L. C.
Good location. Great Staff. Comfortable, clean & everything works. A Hub hotel so it's small, functional, rooms for sleeping in and getting ready before heading out. 20mins walk from 3 tube stations, ideal for Brick Lane, Shoreditch & Camden. Small bar is cosy, hit the 1700-1900 happy hour & it's 2-4-1 cocktails! So 3quid for a decent drink with brand measures. Great value! No tea-making facilities in the room but free drinks in the lobby. Staff are brilliant, great service. There is a bag-keeping service and all you need to do is leave a donation for a local charity.
L. F.
Other than the room being a little too warm (despite the ac being set to 18 degrees) and a little too expensive I really enjoy staying here.
Futurist design, very quiet and contain with a wonderful little shower and toilet room.
The internet is free and quite quick as well.
Brick Lane itself is described as 'vibrant'. I personally think the place is a disgusting hovel. Graffiti everywhere, people stood around smoking and spitting on the floor, drunks wandering about during the day, it's quite unpleasant.
M. E.
A bit nervous at first but Tbh it's got everything you need! I probably would have my honeymoon night there....again...but comfy bed, nice shower, free movies, even a slide-out desk to work from. Cool central location on Brick Lane with great bars and restaurants close by. Great concept with a great delivery. Breakfast process needs a bit of work as was a bit slow, but tasted great!
L. V.
Loved this place! I stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it was great. Compact, clean and cute, and better condition than any other hotel I've stayed in, definitely worth the price. Wouldn't bother paying for breakfast though, as the menu is very limited.
D. C.
I am crazy for the place. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the whole place is gleaming and really comfortable. Yep, the rooms are tiny, but I can put on a sari in mine, at the same time as my sister - even when we have a large suitcase each. It can't be too cramped! The bed is very comfortable and the complimentary shower gel is worth staying here for. The area is brilliant, lively, vibrant and relaxed. Do yourself a favour and buy a milk sweet from across the road, it's absolutely amazing.
S. C.
Echoing all the other positive reviews - a great stay at a great price in this hotel. I also had problems trying to download the app but its not really that important. Friendly staff, free tea and coffee, super clean and tidy, really quiet = great nights sleep. Telly comes with free films and the usual tv channels, or you can connect to your own devices. My only tiny little gripe would be the hairdryers being those annoying ones where you have to keep your finger pressed down on while you use. Will absolutely stay here again.
A. B.
The rooms are compact but always clean and modern.
I wouldn't recommend breakfast however as it's not up to the standard you'd normally associate with the Premier in chain. They offer breakfast boxes rather than a buffet-style. There are plenty of places in the area that do a better breakfast than here
H. P.
Really nice hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable, and the rooms, while small have been well thought out. Has a smart panel to control lights, Aircon etc. Towel, shower gel and hand-wash are provided, and breakfast is simple (toastie, fruit and drink) but only £5. Staff are really friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
k.
Good location and nice small and simple rooms. Can hear the plumbing gurgling in the night however which is a little odd.
R. H.
Much better than I expected. Modern "pod" rooms that cleverly package all you need into a small space. Better than standard Premier Inn, unless you really need more space in your room.
- clean
- funky room design
- efficient air-conditioning
- good shower
- clever lighting & modern technology
- great location
- blisteringly fast wifi (free)
- friendly staff
- excellent value for money
Bring your own soap/shampoo to avoid using the stuff in the room, which is like toilet cleaner.
m. s.
Really impressed. Vert cheap for London, the rooms are small but everything that you need. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Well stocked bar. Breakfast was decent as well.
A. “. M.
Paid for a single room with 1 bed for just a single night. Absolutely no complains. I had barely any floor space, but I also didn't need it at all. Bed was big and clean. Rest of the room was clean as well. Lights and air conditioning was really easy to control.
C. H.
A great sized room for the price and a fantastic shower.
B. H.
Normally I can't be bothered to write reviews but really wanted to say how good this place is.
Spotlessly clean, modern, funky and fun.
Location is excellent and staff we great.
TIP: It's on London's greatest street for curries.
On sunday morning's there are loads of craft markets around the area.
I will definitely be back.
j. t.
Hotel is great, lots of tech inside the rooms. Rooms are well fitted out even though they are small, good facilities.
Service : very friendly, very informative and helpful. Cafe/bar located in the lobby with free tea and coffee.
Area is ok, not the friendliest at night but felt safe. Plenty of hip bars around as well as places to eat and a few minutes walk from a great market
S. N.
Great stay here. Would definitely return. Very friendly staff. Particularly a guy called Mac
K. H.
Friendly staff, limited choice for food but being in brick lane the choice outside is endless
G. H.
small, but perfectly formed hotel. Nicely decorated, clean, modern and some nice touches with the touchpad lights on the headboard. Perfect for a few nights stay and a fairly good location with some nice pubs and restaurants around. The free tea and coffee was very poor quality in my opinion and check in should have been smoother as they have 'self check in' screens, but that's all I can fault it for
b. m.
Nice hotel lots of different places to eat nearby in the heart of bricklane also alot of transport options nearby.
D. B.
Small rooms that are absolutely perfect! Suburb layout, incredibly comfortable and very clean. Good complimentary tea and coffee in the pleasant lounge downstairs too. Would happily stay again.
T. M.
The room was small but fulfilled the needs, we hardly spent any time there but loved the free tea and coffee, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we were given fresh towels each day, we maybe wouldve liked a room with a window as we were down in the basement but it didn't bother us too much. You are also really close to all the major touristy areas with a short tube ride!
C. S. M.
This hotel is amazing! Very new and modern. Also very good price If you get your booking in advance.
J. M.
Excellent position for sightseeing. Room compact as it states, but has everything you need, very clean. Ideal for a short stay. Staff are very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
R. V.
Great little hotel. Booked this staying one night in London, it was very cheap compared to the other hotels in the area. Location is fantastic, in the heart of Brick Lane. Our room at the back wasn't noisey at all. The rooms are quite small but great use of space and very clean and kitted out. Great stay will definitely stay again!
K. G.
This is really well done. Very small room, but clever design. Has all you need, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Wouldn't spend hours in the room but for location and value it's fine.
W. E.
Favourite little hotel in London.
Great Location.
Bargain prices.
Very quiet.
Comfy room.
Would stay again and use others in chain based on this one.
S. C.
Excellent for short stay, staff brilliant.
J. S.
Superb modern hotel with small basic ensuite rooms .
All is superbly clean and well maintained and the staff are fantastic.
All so helpful.
We love it there and location in vibrant bustling Brick Lane is wonderful
Cannot wait to stay there again!
S. L.
Small rooms but they are lovely & comfy. Right in the centre of brick lane. Free hot drinks, great seating areas downstairs, TVs, European plug sockets. Great hotel!
M. N.
No frills, small rooms with lots technology to help you. Efficient and practical. Breakfast for £5 is a nice bonus and good price for central London. Good for short business stay or tourism if you’re only in the room to sleep and refresh.
p. 6.
Excellent place for a solo traveller, rooms are compact but very well designed, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. Bathroom has great shower. Room was also quite insulated from external noise. Good stay.
T. P.
Small but acceptable rooms for business travel. Due to the proximity of and clear glass of the bathroom, this hotel is _not_ appropriate for any couples or duo stays where you want any privacy. Comfy bed with raised access from one side only. Shower pressure weak. Acceptable air conditioning. Very good internet (>50Mbit). Did not check TV. Probably 30+ inch. Acceptable hotel bar. You're in the middle of London though so not totally critical. Room felt occasionally claustrophobic. Not helped by the basement (-1) floor level. Do not expect to open a window or get views. This is the London version of a Japanese Capsule hotel.
J. C.
Great location for eating out - loads of restaurants and pubs nearby, very trendy area. Despite busyness of area, room was very quiet at night. Love the hi tech room control panel in the room. Very good price for ve real London too. Definitely staying again.
C. N.
Very clean and well located. Small rooms but big beds and with everything you need. European and British plugs in the room (very helpful). The best of the hotel is the staff, very very very friendly and profesional. They help in everything you need. To come back!
R. P.
Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and helpful friendly staff.
J. R.
Fair prices and friendly staff. The rooms are small, but very manageable for two people. I enjoy the ability to sync your phone to your room as well as tv to stream movies, etc. Overall, excellent, and I would definitely stay again.
K. P.
Nice comfortable hotel. Right central to Brick Lane.
M. S.
Expensive for what you get, but super clean and chic. The room is a bit claustrophobic but we'll set out, expect no privacy from the bathroom if your staying with your partner. Breakfast left a little to be desired.
j. a.
Great space, small but very contemporary and digitally cutting edge. Clean room and clean crisp bedding. I struggled with the air con in the room and ended up like a sushi roll in my duvet. Having since read reviews i now know there is an app i could have downloaded to control the air/lights etc. I wish someone had advised me in my booking confirmation/during check in.
Oh and the pillows! Bit uncomfortable. I vote for feather pillows.
C. W.
We stayed in one of the larger double rooms which although very compact, had everything we needed for a short stay. It was very clean with a modern shower room and the lights and AC were adjustable from the headboard (I chose to turn off the AC at night as it rattled the coat hangers a little). The bed itself was very large and so tall that at my height of 5 ft 2, I needed to clamber up to get in, which might pose an issue for people with mobility problems or injuries (I'd ask, as there may be other types of beds/ rooms). You get one pillow each, but I'm sure you could ask for more if you need them. It was always warm and cosy, with a TV, towels, body wash and hairdryer provided (hairdryer was a little weak). There is a cafe downstairs and you use a modern panel check in, although there are always staff to speak to. I'd definitely use hub again for a city break, it had a very different, more modern feel to most premier inns.
P. M.
Budget accommodation, very good price for Zone 1. Our room was small, I believe most are. It's fine if you are just planning on sleeping and freshening up there, not the type of hotel room you would want to spend lots of time during the day in. Bathroom is separated from sleeping area using frosted glass. Cafe/bar with friendly staff and free make-it-yourself tea in foyer. Brick Lane is busy, with plenty of eating options. Aldgate East tube station around 5 minutes walk.
D. H.
Great hotel for a short city break. Rooms are comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would be 5 stars except that with breakfast they give you plastic cutlery when they could use reusable items.
D. A.
Good place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet place in the middle of bustling Brick Lane. Rather small rooms that are ideal for a short stay, extraordinarily comfy beds, and a clean, modern bathroom. Only four stars because the room for storage is a little small if you’re staying longer and have more luggage than just a few shirts.
K. R.
Fab room with great facilities and in a great central spot within walking distance for top bars, restaurants etc
C. E.
Great location on brick lane. Clean rooms, modern decor, very compact but does the job. Good shower with dual heads. Comfy bed. Lighting/temp control panel on headboard, usb plugs and clever tv with connectivity to electronic devices. Great value for the facilities!
F. H.
Super modern and nice hotel near Liverpool street station. Digital check-in stations, nice multimedia collection and apps on TV. All rooms have a digital door bell and digital panel to switch lights on an off, put 'do not disturb' or 'no room service please' status on the digital panel outside the room. Bar is nice and cozy. Good craft beers for reasonable price.
C. P.
Located close to various train stations and numerous eateries this hotel is in a fairly good area (like Little Bangladesh, so many Bangladeshi establishments). The room is small but takes advantage of it. The showerstall is a little bit small to move if you have long limbs. The lighting is ingenious and I have no complaints with the air con or heating, the tv, or lighting. The mechanics of the air and lighting do make some odd noises but they are easy to drown out. Staff is friendly and helpful!
v. j. k.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Convenient location with good access to transportation. Room is modern, clean and functional. Bathroom is not very private so be comfortable with any roommates you book with!
S. S.
The rooms are small compared to a regular premier Inn the walls are thinner too, the breakfast is simple and easy to take away with you if needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the shower is nice.
P. W.
Exceeded all out expectations...superb quality and value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the all day free coffee and tea. The breakfast is superb value e.g. £5 for toasted bacon sandwich , orange juice, fruit pot plus the endless free coffee. A tip however...don't have breakfast on a Sunday morning..just go outside to Brick Lane market and indulge in all the good stalls there ☺
S. D.
Small but perfectly formed room with everything you need. Might be a bit claustrophobic if staying more than few days.
Very clean, very comfortable. Would recommend for short stays.
B. S.
Brilliant stay clean quirky and lovely staff will be staying again definitely
M. D.
Given that the rooms are quite small I thought that the user experience was very good. Everything was in the place that I expected, it was quiet, the user interface for the lights was good, and outside the room the staff were very helpful. Great location.
J. B.
A really great hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms are clean and modern with everything you need. Not a place to spend a lot of time other than for sleeping, due to the lack of floorspace. But as a stopping point whole you explore London, perfect.
F.
Bathroom could get some minimal renovation due to damage by water but all in all very clean and nice. Window in 408 could not be opened and for m linking the pillows were too hard. Staff absolutely lovely. Little odd smell in the breakfast room of orange peels or something.
G. B.
The hub range is completely different from normal Premier Inn hotels. They are small 'pod' style rooms that feature everything you need for a short stay in a very small space. From a design perspective it's very clever, no space is wasted. Whilst it features a comfortable double bed, this would be for 2 people that were close, all walls to the bathroom are glazed.
G. M.
Hard (impossible?) to beat for the price. I've stayed twice now. The compact rooms are clean and very well designed. In room WiFi is great. Integration options with the TV are great. There's also the app if you want to download it for further integration with aircon etc. Will likely be back again soon. 10-15 minute walk to Liverpool Street station.
T. S.
Very modernised place, staff were lovely and the rooms were great, bed was awesome. Breakfast was nice, could do with a bit more choice but overall was a great night stay
C. D.
Great location, though you need to keep your eyes open to find it when heading from Liverpool Street! Simple rooms but very modern, clean and functional. Staff all very helpful, and food surprisingly good - strongly recommend the Ploughman's.
A. W.
Stayed for one night. It wasn't too far away from East Aldgate tube station and had many convenience stores close by. Had a really pleasant experience, everything was fine and working. Would definitely recommend to anyone (especially students) who wants to stay at a good priced comfortable hotel!
H. N.
Great place to be with everything in walking distance. You won't struggle to find a place to eat! A very cosy room with room entertainment, great selection of movies availible for free. A very smart room indeed with the touch screen headboard, makes life so much easier. The staff here are amazing and very helpful.
P. E.
It was so modern, clean with very friendly staff. Room was small yer spacious. Breakfast was efficiente and there is a 12pm check out, which is brilliant. Right in the heart of Brick Lane and all the wonderful restaurants. Uber taxis never more than a few nights away.
R. M.
Nice hub style rooms that are perfect for casual/short stays. No parking is provided or discounts for nearby car parks, so plan ahead if driving as parking is premium. Public transport links are great for arriving and getting out and about.
J. E.
Cheap, excellent location, super friendly staff, nice and modern rooms, really nice shower, comfy beds, free tea and coffee. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
D. B.
Fantastic modern rooms, with all mod cons. Who needs extra room when you’ve got all you need in a compact-sized room with king-size bed and controls for lighting, tv and air con on your phone app!
J. T.
Fantastic value in the centre of London! Right on brick lane, close to the tube stations.
Rooms were quite small but with very smart modern decoration, and thoughtful amenities such as movies and TV on demand, USB charging sockets, and smart storage spaces for clothing and bags.
Free coffee and a cheap breakfast was an added bonus!
K. B.
So clean, staff lovely, nothi g too much trouble. I am really short and had trouble, too the point of laughter trying to get on the bed it was just ti high for me, next time I'll ask for the disabled room, bed much lower down. Love it here 💖
J. H.
Rooms are small, but clean, comfortable and modern. Even though it is located right in the middle of Brick Lane, there was no noise at night (room located at the rear). Staff are friendly and helpful. Would return if visiting again.
May not be suitable for families, as the max per room is 2 people.
C. m.
Loved this hotel and area of London I'll definitely return premier inn hub exceeded my expectations
O. J.
Room was clean and had all the facilities you need, however little privacy wheb sharing with someone else as he bathroom walls are glass. The location suited us very well and we used Aldgate Tube as our main source if transport. As ever in Premier Inn the service was very good with staff answering any questions we had.
S. L.
Brilliant hotel! Rooms very modern and comfortable. Compact but all you need and high speed internet connection for free. Brilliant place to stay on business. Will defiantly be coming back again
J. Y.
Location is great, 5 minute walk to the hotel. The room is small, but very well designed, clean, and cozy. Very modern tech in the rooms. Hdmi port that hooks up to the tv. Would stay again.
J. S.
Small room but very cosy and very comfortable bed. Great facilities including a big TV and ability to mirror phone screen and watch your own videos. Fresh clean and very modern
M. K.
Modern, stylish and efficient - perfect place to stay on your own.
M. B.
Very compact bedroom and bathroom but enough for a one or two nights stay. Competitive prices. Breakfast for £5 which was adequate but service very very slow. Wouldn't stop me from staying again.
z.
Not bad. Great location. Not many bars altho brewdog in bethnall green road. Lots of indian restaurants. Curry central in fact. Hotel is mostly fine. High tech of a sort. Smart tvs fast wifi. No full english just fruit and stuff. But can be v cheap. I paid £57 for a night so no complaints
I. -.
Brilliant little hideaway for a premier inn! It's small and compact but super clean and tidy. Excellent location too! Especially for london, also near a tube station which is also handy. There isnt any parking on site but could be nearby :)
S. R.
Really cool hotel. In a chic and funky location the restaurants and bars locally are lovely. Staff are friendly and very clean and tidy rooms.
J. M.
Excellent hotel! It's so modern, clean and the bedroom features were great. Never been in a room where most of the controls ie. The lighting and a/c are actually on the headboard of the bed!
K. H.
Fantastic location just 2 mins from Spitalfields market and very close (5 mins) to 2 tube stations. Hotel felt new and very fresh and clean, very small rooms but thats kinda the business model, small but VERY well designed for people who are only spending getting ready and sleeping time in their roo whilst the explore the city, we did literally use it as a hub and it was perfect for our needs. we will defs use again.
C. H.
I love these hotels!
This is the third hub I have stayed in when visiting London and it didn't disappoint. Appears to be brand new and tucked away in Brick Lane, just a stone's throw from the newly regenerated Spitalfields Market area. Good bus connections to all the main areas and great eateries nearby.
Brick Lane needs a little TLC and a bit daunting after dark for lone female, so for that reason I did get a cab back from the theatre; but daytime exploring by bus was a doddle.
Highly recommend - perfect for solo traveller
H. M.
Short stay here but we loved the quirky room, the location, super friendly and helpful staff. Hope to be back soon. Highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for all you help with finding something to pass the time with and directing us to cinemas and shopping spots as well before our trip back home.
G. J.
Well established hotel chain if you have stayed in one of these hotels befor you know what you are getting at every other premier inn there very uniformed across the board with some small difference. Good service and good beds and all way a nice or prime locations. A little bit more up to date.
H. S.
Great, reasonably prices hotel in central location, close to Spitalfields, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street areas. Rooms are cosy, but perfectly adequate, with a comfortable bed. Very clean hotel with real friendly staff.
Great selection of free on-demand movies and great in-room technology. I especially like I can stream my iPad content wirelessly to the TV.
C. S.
Unbelievable value for a London hotel. Rooms are spotless, clever storage and everything in the room controlled from an app. Great location with great dining and entertainment options on the doorstep.
R. V.
Fantastic location and really modern design. The sleeping pod is almost japanese with a shower and toilet. The reception is like a comfortable Starbucks cafe. Top marks for Primier Inn!
R. M.
Ideal location and really good facilities. Not really a hotel if you like to spend loads of time in the room as they are small. Classic premiere inn hypnos bed. Excellent wi fi and bar area.
F. P.
Very happy here. Nicer than a normal travel lodge or holiday in. Great location and very quite despite that. Rooms are compact and cool. Breakfast is decent.
A. B.
The area is really vibrant - can look a bit run down but when it's busy you can feel a great atmosphere. There are so many choices of food from Vegan burgers to hit wings to Korean/Italian fusion vegan food? There is an amazing little market a very short distant up the road.
The hotel was great but unfortunately my TV remote was broken and despite complaining twice they did nothing about it!
J. B.
The location of the hub by Premier Inn is fantastic. Situated on Brick Lane near Spitalfields. The room is perfect for the business on single traveler. The rooms are smaller than your average Premier Inn but are of a much higher standard with a great selection of films for free to choose from and a lovely shower. The room is designed to maximise the space with a slide out desk and under bed storage. What stops me giving it full marks is if you do not book the room yourself, the app which is designed to control your room will not work. This is a flawed design as many business travelers do not book their own rooms.
R. W.
Good location. Plenty of restaurants near by. Rooms clean. Perfect for a couple nights stay, but very compact rooms so wouldn't want to spend any longer staying here.
J. D.
I'm a big fan of Premier Inn and with hub there is even more to be happy about. The automated check-in is simple and the compact rooms do not feel small. This is the best value bed in London. I'll be back soon
C. J.
Very impressed. Super friendly + helpful staff. Room was perfect size for what you need. Very modern. Will def stay again.
D. F.
Booked a larger room. Modern, clean & efficient features, perfect for short stay. Tea & coffee available in reception instead of room. Downside - central light switch for bedroom & ensuite. Ensuite cannot be lit independently of main room. Despite hi-tech features of TV & WiFi, screen mirroring function didn't work properly.
Location - easy walk from Liverpool Street Station or Aldgate East. Lots of cafés/ restaurants in area & felt safe walking back at night.
Would stay again, although based on price for what you get, wouldn't be first choice in area.
L. P.
Great hotel! Amazing location, friendly staff and good value. Everything is so clean and new. The rooms could be bigger, but at it's given price, it's liveable :)
M. F.
This hotel is great, I booked it as it was cheap and in a good location, right in the middle of Brick Lane and 5 minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station and Liverpool Street 10 minutes walk away.
Check in was easy, taking 5 minutes ate the self check-in machine. The staff were all very friendly. My room was located on the ground floor behind the coffee shop.
The room itself was clean and compact but comfortable. The bed was comfy too, with the control panel behind the bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. There was free tea and coffee available 24/7 in the coffee shop which was good for the mornings I wanted to go out and explore London. The location is great for exploring Brick Lane and Spitalfields, where there is so much to see. Spitalfields market is only 5 minutes walk. There are loads of restaurants surrounding the hotel, specialising in Bangladesh cuisine , though there are a few take away chicken and pizza places around too.
All in all, this is a great hotel with a very good concept. Very well executed and designed. I will be trying the other Hub Hotels in London.
C. S.
Brilliant, modern and secure hotel!!! I will 100% be staying here again!! The staff were great, held our bags before check in and after check out and it was by far the cheapest bevvie in London!!
R. W.
The Hub by Premier Inn London is a nice location right in the middle of Brick Lane. Lots of great food nearby, from all kinds of cultures. The hub puts you right in the middle of some great markets, during the weekend.
The rooms are what you would expect, pod like, but clean and cheap for the price.
J. S.
Great hotel in an amazing location. Paid to get a larger room which was definitely worth it. Very clean and staff are very welcoming and helpful.
S. P.
Useful for a single traveller - very compact but very modern fittings - smart tv, touch controls on the bed for lights, free wi-fi etc; however two people might find themselves falling over each other!
Bed was of the same comfort standard as a standard Premier inn but only one side has access. Worse of all no kettle for tea and coffee (that was available in the 'Deli' FoC).
Prices are cheaper and choice of alternative restaurants was great too. Best value in London but it may not suit everyone.
S. W.
Not a problem with this hotel at all. Lovely staff, and the rooms are just perfect I'm my personal opinion. Would recommend staying again. Location is very good, 10 mins from the nearest tube.
T. T. &. R.
My go to hotel in London, one of the staff even recognised me on my last visit. Stepping out onto the hustle and bustle of Brick Lane from.the tranquillity of the hotel is great. So much to see and do in the area of the hotel.
The staff are amazing too.
R. W.
I stay at Premier Inn all the time but never tried a hub. I can thoroughly recommend it. Comfy bed, decent shower and great controls in the room. All you need really.
N. L.
We stopped for four nights in the week to go around London.
The location was good as it was closer to spittlefields and Liverpool Street station. The road depends on your preference, as it has a mosque and lots of restaurants, which of walking in the evening you get bothered by then asking you when you pass by them to go in.
Alternatively the street facing takes you straight out so not to much of an issue and good location.
The room is serviced ever day and is modern and clean and large enough for us for the time we stopped here.
Air con, wifi,a good sized shower,tv all automated.
No shaver point caught me out. Around the top of the bed no space to put drinks.
And you get free tea and coffee etc from the reception area.
Loved it will be back.
F. L.
A really nice place to stay right on Bricklane with Truman Brewery, Spitalfields Market and Shoreditch just within walking distance. Nicely designed rooms, entrance foyer and restaurant. Most check in and check out procedures are automated/ machine operated and there are tea and coffee available 24/7
T. V.
Really good location, just a few mins walk from Spitalfields market and Shoreditch. The room was small and functional while still being clean and comfortable, we only really needed it as a place to sleep and leave our things during the day which it was perfect for
C. J.
The hub is a perfect size for a city break. The quirky room has all you need and a trip down stairs for your free tea and coffee is no issue at all. Would definitely book into the hub again.
D. L.
Room was really nice. Smart TV and easy to use controls for room next to bed. Really good black out blinds so not woken by sunrise!
J. I.
Soooo convenient! Incredible value for money. Wonderful cree and service
T. E.
Nice place, friendly staff. I'd suggest only staying for one night it is very minimalist. No kettle in the room, no restaurant, but there are lots on Brick Lane
S. W.
The bed is very high off the floor. All lights and aircon use a touch screen panel behind the bed. Bathroom was nice. Tv won't go louder than 15.
K. F.
Only small rooms, but that is the draw of the hotel. They are clean, VERY well equipped and fantastically resourced. Easy check in and well stocked bar
J. B.
Pretty good, but the Hub by Premier Inn in Westminster was a way better hotel experience with better amenities and layout, that might ruin most other hotel experience s despite both having that great hub charm and modern eco-friendly design.
J. R.
Nice location, modern interior. Large tv's in room. Touch panel controls are a bit hit and miss. Free coffee and tea is a nice touch. Cosy rooms
T. S.
For the price you can't complain, great location, comfy beds and everything you need. Stayed at similar hotels (citizenM) which are a better standard but are double the price. Highly recommend staying here.
L. M.
Convenient and affordable! Comfortable but small rooms with all the basic amenities. Great value for location, modern rooms & cleanliness
L. F.
A Vegan's Review
A great place to stay, just 5 min walk to Spitalfield Market. Mooshies just a few min walk left out of hotel, you will also pass a small Pizza place on left selling amazing slices of Vegan Pizza. Also just 10 min walk you will get to the area where Vegan nights are held once a month on a Thursday. So many Vegan options around you won't go hungry.
Go on fab too, spotlessly clean would absolutely book this place again.
A. O.
Rooms are compact but very nice
if you dont mind who ever your sharing a room with watching you in the shower its all good.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
S. R.
Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Spitalfields. The check in process was simple, the staff were friendly and the room was modern and sleek with everything needed for a short stay. I'd definitely stay again.
L. R.
Like my home from home. Strong family connections with this area.
H. B.
Great Central hotel throughout the hotel is modern clean and welcoming. Plenty of plug points, all technology points provided and welcoming staff. Will definitely come back at this price hotel
J. H.
Always a good experience, clean and comfy
K. S.
Excellent concept and really friendly knowledgeable staff. Love the room. Would definitely stay there again. App didn't download for me, but to be honest, its not needed at all. Love it.
G. L.
Staff were lovely, breakfast was very good value for money, great location for us as close to tube station. The only downside is the app didn't work on our phone to do lights etc. Would stay again though
R.
Compact room but has everything you need very quite on the 4th floor. Very good location to hop on to the tube. Breakfast was good for £5. Friendly staff.
j. l.
Very smart and well appointed for a quick stay in the eclectic Brick Lane. Will appeal more to the younger crowd with its very hi-tec approach but lacks a bit in the way of soul Friendly and helpful staff .
l. s.
Staff were great, really enjoyed our stay
D. S.
Rooms are small but very comfortable. There was no noise from other rooms. I slept amazingly well. Can't wait to stay here again .
Y. S.
Welcomed with a smile. Luggage stored for free so we could go off and explore. Complimentary teas and coffee in the bar. Spotless rooms. We will be back
M. M.
Fine simple hotel. Brick lane is not the quietest or cleanest location, but still pretty centric for many people. Rooms are small but prices as well.
C. S.
Small compact rooms but great for the price and location. Attentive polite staff, great seating bar area. Can't fault it.
R. M.
One of the best and affordable hotels in London, the atmosphere is so friendly. Rooms were immaculate and the hotel overall was very modern, everything you want from a hotel.
A. M.
Amazing! Spotlessly clean, exceptionally friendly staff, great price, central location. Everything about this hotel has been fantastic. Would recommend highly.
P. L.
Clean, modern but/and simple. You need to know each other well since the bathroom is a glass cube in the room=not so much privacy.
l. j.
Stylish little rooms with all the basics you will need, also a range of free movies to watch. And walking distance of a couple different stations. Located in the middle of brick lane, with restaurants, shops, bars and markets all around you.
A. W.
Little gem in a vibrant part of london. Stones throw from spitalfields and then Liverpool Street. Great food to be had on brick lane. The hotel itself is deliberately minimal, small clean rooms, good rates.
G.
Great rooms. Location fine if you're not fussy. Begging as I waited for a taxi and local pizza place touting for business.
R. W.
Great staff. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room small but very clean and well equipped. Would recommend for a night or two.
E. W.
Great little hotel in a fantastic location. Lovely staff too. Plus unlimited free tea and coffee!
J. M.
Fantastic little hotel full of high quality, modern amenities in small, compact rooms. Perfect short city break hotel in a great location.
A. L.
Perfect little place to stay. Close to transport links. TV in the rooms that has really new movies to watch and an awesome shower. Wish I was there for a couple more nights.
N. G.
Best business hotel for this area of London! I travel almost weekly to London from Munich sometimes at very short notice. Hub always has availability, is a fraction the price of the alternatives, and very clean.
J. K.
The rooms are compact but I didn't think they were too small. Excellent service throughout my 5 day stay with absolutely no complaints.
l. r.
Grate hotel
Clean
And staff were helpful
M. F.
Unexpectedly good, tiny rooms but hi-tech and well laid out with adequate storage. Location is amazing on brick lane. Difficult to fault for the money.
G. P.
Great hotel, chill and calm atmosphere feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of Brick Lane. Cool rooms are small but have everything you need and some stuff you didn't know you need!
N. D.
Brilliant. Always enjoy staying there. The other hotels could learn a thing or two from it. My only critasium is the the breakfast is a uninspiring but there are plenty of local cafes to sort you out.
A. F.
Technological Hotel with a very good price/quality ratio.. The room are small but very comfortable with all the things that you need. Higly recommended for short stay
K. H.
Hotel is very nice, clean and the staff were friendly. I was skeptical about the room size before arriving however, once checked in and in the room it was quite pleasant.
K. A.
In the centre of spitalfields. Rooms are basic and small, but perfectly adequate for sleeping and getting ready in. Any problems such as WiFi connection and extra pillows were no hassle for staff to sort out for us, and staff helped us out with local knowledge when planning days out.
P. R.
Fabulous little hotel great room very snug unlimited coffee and tea staff super nice hi iffy ! If you love Indian food this is place to stay with out braking d bank
G. t. G. S.
Well located. Very modern and clean. Compact rooms but ingeniously designed to maximise use of space. Recommended for short stays.
P. B.
Great hotel. 2 nights for less than £100 in zone 1. Rooms small but perfectly designed. Very friendly staff.
A. G.
Fantastic price for a small comfortable room. Just one small downside ... no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but free hot drinks from the bar area
H. B.
The rooms are compact but not small. Everything you'd need is here. I absolutely love it, and it's in a great central location
m. c.
Does everything satisfactorily. A bit different to most hotels so not everyone's taste. I think it's ok, will go back again. Lots of cheap restaurants in Brick lane.
L. M.
If you dont mind the compact rooms, this is a great place to stay in a great location. Good value food too.
A. P.
Small room with a big bed. Just the essentials at a reasonable price. Great location. Staff were super nice and friendly.
A. P.
Completely different from Premier inns. Rooms are smaller but much nicer and laid out really well. Location is fantastic and staff super friendly!
A. M.
Small rooms but well decorated and modern. Awesome rain shower. Free on demand movies. Free tea and coffee at the café downstairs.
P. K.
It is a great place to stay. Space is well utilised & it got well kept rooms. A vaiety of wonderful restaurants easily accessible Highly recommended.:)
S. B.
Great experience, great location, really comfortable bed, state of the art facilities, friendly staff, free teas and coffees - and all for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will go back again.
R. S.
Excellent location.. cheap room with loads of added features. Shame the TV's broke overnight but it didn't ruin our experience. Would definitely recommend.
S. H.
The Hubs are all weird, but comfortable, quiet and convenient.
The young lady on the bar was absolutely lovely; friendly, helpful and funny.
J. H.
An amazing hotel in a great location. Lots of inovative technology in the rooms. Has a very chilled out vibe, definitely worth a visit.
S. M.
Fantastic modern hotel full of technology, the rooms are small but adequate, the location is smack bang right in the middle of Brick Lane with tons of restaurant options on your doorstep, highly recommended
D. I.
No frills version of Premier inn. Very good for one jet lagged person. 24/7 coffee a bonus and 5 pound breakfast is good value
J. L.
I usually stay in another Hub when I come to London. This one is clean, and generally identical to the other. Save that the breakfast arrangements are silly. Why can one not have yoghurt AND toast for breakfast?? Really odd and something they need to sort out- heard it causing confusion with another customer too.
R. C.
Love staying here. Very handy location. Clean and modern rooms. Tasty breakfast deal.
D. S.
Great as a base, very comfy bed
C. G.
Clean and convenient. The rooms however are crampy and don't offer many amenities (ex. No iron)
T. G.
Very modern design of the interiors, clean tiny rooms and nice canteen. Brick Lane location suberb for a fancy, alternative way of clubbing with lots of places to eat.
C. S.
Great hotel, close to the train and tube station. Love that you're in the middle of Brick Lane but the hotel is nice and quiet. My first choice for a hotel in London.
M. B.
Friendly helpful staff. very Clean rooms everything you need for a short stay good location easy reach of Liverpool Street.
J. H.
Couldn't fault it. As soon as you walk in it is just amazing, the room is so comfy and the staff are lovely. Only downfall would be no coffee making facilities.
J. C.
Absolutely incredible. Brilliant place to stay. 10 minute walk from Liverpool street. The hotel is very modern, the staff are excellent and the rooms are brilliant
W. E.
Good location for the city. Clean and helpful staff. Not massive rooms but bed was huge
N. F.
Vibrant location being on Brick Lane with Indian, Turkish, Argentinian restaurants together with Aldgate East tube within easy walking distance. Contemporary design and decor with self check in stations in the lobby. Licensed deli on the ground floor with comfortable lounge with internet tablets dotted around and good free WiFi throughout. Prices in the deli not cheap though, although this isn't a real issue given the plethora of eateries and delis on Brick Lane. Rooms are compact and well thought out with comfortable beds, good shower room and 40" screen at the end of the bed. Ample sockets for powering tablets, phones and laptops etc. USB and hdmi connectivity to the screen. WiFi signal was strong enough to enable a stream of Netflix mirrored to the screen without very much buffering. Storage was limited but probably enough for a 2-3 night stay, but not much more. Staff were helpful and friendly which added to the overall quality of the hotel. Recommended.
R. D.
Clean, slick operation. Love the remote control functionality provided by the app. Only minor niggle was the headboard unit which kept randomly illuminating through the the night.
C. I. N.
Small, but perfectly acceptable room to accommodate a trip to London. Brick Lane is close to the tube and many other attractions are within easy walking distance.
D. H.
The Hub by Premier is a modern high tech hotel. With cosy double rooms like some fancy student accommodation. Great value hotel would stay again!
M. J.
Helpful and friendly staff, great value for money with nicely laid out compact room. Would stay again.
R. v. I.
Great place to stay. Small but clean rooms and great shower. Only bit noisy air-conditioning.
W. D.
Stayed here in April. The hub is a hotel you can't go wrong with if your looking for a hotel on a reasonable budget in Central London and with great service and atmosphere
J. C.
Great new hotel, rooms are small but lots of technological amenities and very clean and centrally located by the best curry spots in London.
L. H.
Room was nice. Check in easy. App they try to get you to download to help control your room was unusable. Excellent location however.
C. W.
Lovely place to stay. The whole place is very modern and comfortable. Would stay again if in this neck of the woods.
N. B.
Quite comfortable accommodations. Brick Lane is a brilliant area of the city, and this is smack in the middle of it. Clean, cozy, and relatively cheap.
T. B.
Very convenient location for Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane etc. Rooms absolutely pristine, staff fantastic. My best hotel stay in years!
S. J.
I enjoy with the stallholders, and of course the bargains I pick up, are the icing on the cake.
There are also lots of cafes around the area to visit if thirsty or peckish!!
R. T.
Rooms were a little small as expected by being a hub but clean and comfortable and did the job. In a great location.
J. G.
Nice rooms but no view if your okay with that. Clean and comfy with good customer service.
P. R.
Great value for central London. Rooms are small but done well. One minor bad point is the bed is against the wall. Location is great and the staff friendly
G. P.
one of the nicest hotels I've been. simple, futuristic, simply works. super nice staff
N. M.
Very clean. Nice quiet room on the top floor. Location very handy for Shoreditch. Would stay here again.
B. W.
Great location, modern comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Will definitely be staying again.
A. V.
Very clean, very friendly and welcoming staff! Small rooms but great value
P. S. H.
What a splendid place. Very quiet room, very comfortable and affordable. Great location too.
B. W.
Room was clean, quiet and only a short walk to Aldgate East tube station. There's a great hot chocolate cafe nearby - highly recommend
P. S.
Great hotel and location with clean rooms and friendly staff. Would defo stay here again, a great value London hotel!
K. D.
Very clean and well presented. Good location for getting out and about. Breakfast is limited though
S. O.
Superb location and excellent service. Rooms small but stylish and comfortable. Tech worked perfectly.
L. R.
Brilliant rooms for a good price. 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station. Can't wait to stay again
R. A.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Our room was always super clean.
T. Q.
The best way to describe the hub by premier Inn is 'cute'. A lot has gone in to the culture and theme of the hotel and room decor.
D. M.
Comfy warm cocoon. Quiet, secure and minimalist with good technology. Amazon delivery box. Handy location.
D. M.
Great staff service and the room is kitted out with everything you need. Good things come in small packages and this is a prime example.
D. R.
Everything you need for a short stay, rooms are very nicely fitted and the free tea and coffee in reception is a winner
H. S.
Very nice, new and functional rooms. Staff were very kind and friendly. Would stay again!
M. O.
The place is actually so nice and clean. The rooms are amazing and look just like the pictures!
A. M.
It does what it says on the ad. Mini rooms with all modern facilities. Would only be suitable for solo business travellers.
P. O.
Does what it says on the tin and close to the curry houses of Brick Lane.
N. H.
Clean and nice. Reasonable room size for business travellers. No closet though ...
P. S.
Very friendly staff, lovely and clean. Great location, would 100% recommend and stay here again! ☺️
M. T.
Small compact rooms, good for a sleep after long days work. Not suffice as hotel for a holiday though
M. F.

Very clean rooms, secure and great technology including some free movies, the rooms are compact, too small to have a long stay but great for one or two nights, staff friendly and helpful, we had trouble with the heating and blowing hot air so we turned it off and reported it when checking out, I'm sure they would have sorted it if we reported it earlier though.

STAYED HERE FOR 2 NIGHTS & HAD A GREAT TIME. LOVELY MODERN DECOR, EXTREMELY CLEAN & VERY HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF. ROOMS ARE SMALLER THAN PREMIER INN BUT VERY WELL FITTED OUT WITH GOOD TECHNOLOGY. AREA IS LIVELY & FRIENDLY. GREAT MARKETS FOR SUNDAY SHOPPING, CHEAP, GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS & GREAT VARIETY. INTERESTING AREA & EASY TO REACH CITY FOR SIGHTSEEING, A LOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AS TOP QUALITY BUT CHEAP TO STAY HOTEL. WOULD MOST DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.
