A.Fantastic stay! There’s a really new and cool vibe to this place. Big comfy beds, friendly staff and finishing the night listening to live music whilst sipping an old fashioned, what more could you want!
The location is great for exploring London too. The National History Museum, The Science Museum, The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens & Kensington Palace are all well within walking distance.

since we arrived, the stuff has probably been the most friendly and professional I have ever experienced.
the decor is absolutely stunning and their live music events left us wordless.

J.What a find! Huge clean rooms compared to most London hotels I’ve stayed in before. Ours overlooks Hyde Park and was in walking distance of all the museums and shops. The staff were super attentive and were very helpful when our flight got delayed. The piano bar is a real gem, perfect place to unwind! We will be back.
F. S.Lovely boutique hotel, very clean room and incredibly comfortable bed. Cool deco and a really enjoyable stay. There was great live jazz music that added to the atmosphere and we would have liked to stay for longer than than one night! Very expensive drink bill after 2 cocktails, we were shocked!
M. S.We had a lovely stay at your hotel. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and felt very welcome. The room was gorgeous, clean and every employee so helpful. There was even a happy birthday sign hanging in the room! The bed was so comfortable, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch. We cannot wait to return! Hyde Park is a one-minute walk away too, and so many lovely bars and restaurants were nearby.
B. W.Great location for Kensington. Comfy bed and a great shower with some nice touches in the hotel. Traffic is noisy right outside the room and couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so windows were open but hotel itself was very clean, trendy and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
C.As soon as we entered the premises we were greeted kindly. But we only booked a small room. We had a great view of Kensington and staff were exceptionally good - providing us with 1) a booking for live music on the night and 2) bringing us an ice bucket for a bottle of prosecco, and ironing board so we could go out.

i. p.The location was ideal, as it is close to the station, shopping and a many different restaurants. To do breakfast in the morning, there are places very closeby, to grab something to eat. The rooms are very comfortable, and it felt like a home from home, and if your passing through town, with bus services right outside the hotel to get to where you need to go. I would recommend it, and I would stay there again myself.
R. M.The location of this place is just amazing. Directly opposite the park also within walking distance to the underground. The room was really cool as in the pictures. The staff was polite and helpful. It was all really easy and relaxed.
M. F.The suit was great but the elevator broke on second day (we stayed in top fourth floor suite) the front door broke also and the cleaning service disappeared. They didn't even attempt to fix the basics. Everyday was something. We needed new keys but front door broke again the same day. But room was amazing and its Just sad they couldn't fix elevator for 2 bedroom suite. We had the entire floor but stairs was a pain especially on check out. And they never cared about the little things it took 2 days to get cleaning staff to show up and they did sloppy job wiping stuff with dirty rags. Sad this place could be amazing. This should have been 5 stars with a while floor suite but they just didn't care.
f. c.We were left waiting outside for 0ver 30 minutes as no one was answering the intercom or phone, they both just rang out. When we finally got in the staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but very small for mid-range option. Nice music on the evening and drinks no different to other bars. We did love the decor of the hotel.

R. C.Stayed almost a week here with my family and got two rooms. All of the staff were wonderful and so accommodating to us. It is a stylish and chic experience literally a few minutes walk to Kensington Palace and gardens. Their are plenty of restaurants and so many shops on Kensington High Street that the location couldn't be better. While a small hotel, it doesn't skimp on style, quality, and value. Highly recommend if you're looking for a boutique experience.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel the doorman has welcomed us very warmly as well as the whole team actually.
The location is fantastic, the decor of the place is absolutely stunning with loads of plants, stuffed animals and beautiful art frames. We have also tried their breakfast (full english) and it was delicious!!
I cant wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a unique experience!

F.The Hux Boutique Hotel & Bar!! Remember this name as this is the best hotel in London! The prices are excellent, I have stayed with my girlfriend for a weekend and honestly, I am so happy we found this place. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the doorman welcomed us very warmly and guided us up to the first floor where the check-in took place. The check-in process was very smooth. The team was extremely professional and friendly which made us feel at home. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lounge with an extremely wide variety of spirits as well as coffees and teas. The decor was absolutely stunning and unique.
The room was lovely, super clean with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG loved the pillows!!! The shower was incredible, I think I have spent almost an hour in there (lol).
The concierge team was very knowledgeable and helpful in directing us to restaurants, bars and pubs. It's really like they thought about every single detail to please your stay! We tried food room (Sushi) service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room and I have to admit that it was extremely good. Altaf who checked us out was very sweet and friendly and Benny helped us to carry our bags all the way down before putting them in the taxi he booked for us the day before. Overall I had the best stay ever in London and we'll definitely go back there and will recommend this piece of heaven in London to everyone.

Live music some evenings in the bar with great cocktails.
Hotel overall is small but perfect for a 1, 2 or 3 night stay, plus the rooms are a good size with good showers and all amenities.
Would definitely recommend.

n. s.Absolutely amazing and really cool boutique hotel. I booked this as a birthday surprise and the staff decorated the room and left some goodies in it which was so helpful and lovely! On arrival the staff were also just so fun and friendly, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning and feels like a real hide out in the heart of Kensington and the decor is just fantastic. Room and bathroom was immaculate and really comfortable. If you're visiting London I think this is a great little place to stay and the location is fantastic, you are a few minutes walk from Hyde Park and have the rest of London at arms length. One thing I would add is a little handbook in the room just so it's clearer how to get drinks and food and where everything is and how it works in the hotel. Thank you so much for such a great birthday Hux Hotel! We will be back! x
S. M.We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Hux Hotel and were greatly impressed by the decor and the service provided. As soon as you enter the lounge, you get a warm feeling of friendliness. The piano, the bar, seats, plants and the peacock at the front reception makes it stand out as a real boutique hotel. Our superior room was on the top floor overlooking Hyde Park gardens which was again immaculate and outstanding. The atmosphere was so special that we couldn't ask for anything more on our special occasion! It was an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend visiting. A true sample of excellent hospitality!

The location was directly adjacent from Kensington Palace and beautiful restaurant all long the street. I had pizza at at the italian restaurant downstairs which was awesome.There was live music entertainment and a hidden bar in the lobby. From the staff to the owner, everyone was exceptionally great. The rooms are very cozy. I loved the colors in the hotel. This hotel is very hip and cozy. Cant wait for my next stay!

We spent three nights at the Hux Hotel, for my partner’s birthday.
Everything was beyond our expectations : the design, cleanliness, staff, everything wonderful.
They even set a “Happy Birthday “ banner for us and a bottle of fine whiskey!
The rooms are not very big, but they excell in beauty. And it smells absolutely amazing everywhere! It’s in the middle of the best area of London.

s. v.What a wonderful hotel! Great location on the edge of Hyde Park, and perfectly located on the high street for shopping and restaurants. Both reception guys we spoke to were super friendly and accomodating, bed was the comfiest bed I've slept in at a hotel ever, loved the styling and design of the place too. Stayed in a super petite room and even though it was small, was actually adequate for us for the night and felt really cosy. They even ordered breakfast on deliveroo for us and gave us plates in our room for dinner! Only comment I could give on improvement would be masks worn by staff (esp when cleaning rooms) as Covid is still a major health issue and shouldn't be taken lightly.

An amazing hotel in middle of London. I spent my best nights in this gorgeous place. The bar & coctails are amazing when we first went there in december. Staff was really nice with me and my friend. We were treated amazing!!!

Been here twice, once for a birthday getaway and another time for a midweek break. Don't expect giant suites, keep in mind the amazing central location. Amazing service and staff, the bar area is plush and cozy. Love the decor, not your typical stay. They have smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime which is a bonus. Dishoom and Wagamamas are both within walking distance. Starbucks is literally a minute away and the station is a 5 minute walk.
