A fantastic experience i had in ibis chill. A modern stylish bar with a very good range of whiskey and some amazing collections of gins. Thanks to the team for having me on Christmas day. You guys made my Christmas very special. I had a very good time and thanks for looking after me. Will definitely coming back for a drink.

I'm a regular at the cafe here and love the service + drinks to bits! The space is ideal for work/study and gives a chill vibe at night. I'm usually served by Tahir and I really like him for his friendly and professional service! Would love to try staying at the hotel whenever there is a chance. Highly recommended this place!

Such a lovely stay. I was greeted by smiles and well knowledgeable staff who were able to offer advice about the local amenities around the area. I was informed on how to use the facilities within the hotel. My room was clean and well presented with a soft bouncy bed and a beautiful bathroom with a great vanity style mirror. I decided to have late check out which was no problem. This hotel is located in such a great place right by the station and by the high street. I would recommend

This Ibis saved our night!! We were looking for a place to stay my family and I (9 adults and 1 child) after having severe problems with an apartment we had reserved for our Christmas holidays. It was almost 1 a.m. and we had no place to stay for the night. After calling several hotels near the area we were in, which not a single either had rooms available or didn't even answer the phone, the Ibis London Canning Town told us that they had room enough for all of us. Our stay was great and could have a good rest after an awful night in the cold.

Amazing place and so so kind staff!!! my baby niece had her first birthday today and we asked if we could do the party there as the cafe- place is very cozy and friendly. 😁😁
They let us do it and they also prepared the place by decorating it with so much love!! the services that they offer us for our friends were excellent!! 👏👏 We met some staff like Tahir, Martna, and Tania and they were really helpful !! 🙏🙏
we couldn't have better place for our birthday party 🎂🎉🎈
thank you very much all!!!
of course we'll visit you again for our weekend coffee ✌☺

Asked a few weeks before our check in if it was possible to change our room to one on the top floor with a view. Speedy response, kindly arranged for a room on the top floor with a “great view” the view was not great at all, it was awful! The view is attached. Otherwise staff were okay, speedy with requests via WhatsApp and generally okay. Room was very small! Not quite sure what the point of 2 beds are if you’re just going to shove them together… so had to pull them apart. Very noisy doors and you can hear other guests going up and down the corridor. Alright for a night or two, any longer and you might become claustrophobic.

I had a good stay here. Sometimes i come by when i'm in the area because I like the environment and the staff are very receptive and kind. Its also a nice place to have a coffee and do work if you need to.

We had a very pleasant and lovely stay. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast tasty. Members of staff very helpful. Hotel is located very close to bus stop or tube ( jubilee line) Highly recommend.

Stayed here End of September for 2 nights to visit a concert in 02 . Rooms are small but very clean and modern . Bathroom was lovely , bed was very comfy. Staff was amazing very welcoming and helpful. I asked for extra pillows which were brought to room .
As it was our 1st time in cannon Town the bar and food downstairs looked outstanding and very modern. Staff helped us find a Italian restaurant down the road which we really enjoyed too . You can see its going to be a lovely up and coming area of London. Thankyou ibis I would recommend you 100% .

I stayed here for two nights and I have to say that I was extremely satisfied. The room is very clean and big enough. The breakfast, especially for foreign guests, was more than good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is well connected by public transport and the service is extremely courteous. I can only recommend the hotel!

Fantastic little Ibis. Very friendly and helpful staff. Much cheaper than Central London and only 15 minutes on the tube. Clean well managed rooms.
C. M.
Really pleasant stay for a couple of nights whilst on a business trip.
Rooms spacious and comfortable. Décor funky and fun Bar prices for London were surprisingly good value as was the meal.
Staff experience was exceptional.
Normally I would choose to stay in Premier Inn or Holiday Inn but in future I would add Ibis to the list.

Welcoming hotel with the higher floors having excellent views over the Thames. Staff were friendly and helpful, with the room being spotlessly clean. Bar area was quite busy and had an adequate selection of drinks. Would visit again, seems very well managed and it's opposite Canning Town DLR and underground station.

A very very enjoyable stay.
Located right next to the Underground and close to cafeterias and restaurants. The staff was very friendly (Beena is very sweet!), my room was super clean every day and the breakfast was delicious. I’ve had to pay £10,45 for the breakfast each morning, however I believe there’s a plan that includes breakfast as well. Buffet with all sorts of sweet and savory stuff :)

Fantastic! 🤩
Stayed for one night with my teenage daughter for event at the Excel centre.
Absolutely lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff at all times. Bar/cafe brilliant - relaxing, friendly, warm atmosphere. Food delicious as well and late check out at 12 midday just perfect!
Tahir looking after the breakfast and kitchen was so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.
Also, literally across the road from Canning Town tube and the DLR!
Thank you Ibis. Happy Xmas to you all 🎄😊

The room was not in a perfect condition. Some broken things in the bathroom... Skratches on the TV... and the room was also not really clean. Some years before... I had seen better times in that hotel. The price is going high, but the room standart was going down. Not perfect.

As a student, it's a very relaxing environment to study in the communal area as I come quite often. The staff at the bar are very friendly and the hot chocolate really nice
n. H.
Stayed three nights
Bed and pillows not upto scratch for a good night sleep. Cooked breakfasts are not served at 6.30 am no good to people who have a early start unless you like ham and cheese first thing on a morning
R. i. U.
I celebrated there my birthday everything was good and great service but plz provide slippers in the room and add more options on the breakfast.

I like the quaintness of this hotel. Conveniently located across the Canning Town Station, it's clean and I love the simple yet edgy style of it. The hardwood floors in the main lobby is very attractive. There's a bar and breakfast too but the closet space is a tad small and there are no drawers. Overall, a nice non-traditional hotel in London.

I love coming to the IBIS cafe in Canning Town. I come here to study and work on assignments as I'm a student nurse. It's quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff are lovely and hospitable especially Tahir who is always so welcoming and friendly. It's my favourite cafe!
M. W.
Room was clean, facilities ( shower, tea/coffee excellent ) bed comfortable, excellent value, staff super friendly and welcoming, location exceptional tube station literally across the road, McDonald's and convenience stores minutes away
D. G.
Always a good choice for quick access to the city centre! Friendly staff and clean rooms! Bar on the ground floor is quite nice and busy!
j. w.
Clean and comfortable rooms super buffet style breakfast. Good location across the street from Canning Town tube.
K. C.
It’s alright, not the best, very fake and cheap quality building, typical building for quick hotel, thin metal framed drywall walls between rooms like cheap hotels. Small rooms cheap furniture. Guess it’s alright to sleep a night or too, the best is really just the location isn’t that bad.
S. N.
Well located, clean and convenient. So close to Canning Town tube station and with a supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. Staff are polite and professional there's a restaurant on site but it's mostly pizza and cafe bites. The rooms are compact but well designed and comfortable.

How delighted my husband and I were in respect of our stay at the Ibis Canning Town (27.05.21). The hotel is well situated and exceptionally clean and nicely presented. I enjoy the decor, it is original, simple but stylist. On the 27.5 we were met by Andron at reception, a most helpful, cheerful and professional staff member. When we checked out we were dealt with by Brena, also charming and friendly. Thank you Ibis for a first class stay, we will be returning. 10 out of 10!

Booked for a night to go to 02 arena and was perfect - convenient and really quiet. Room immaculate

Duplay & the team were extremely helpful and friendly... great service on multiple occasions!

Nice cafe , amazing coffee and staff is generous as well.

The service is excellent !! Staff are nice, especially Beena

Easily accessible as its located just across the road from the Canning Town Tube Station. The location is ideal for travel to tourist attractions and shopping centres such ad Westfield Stratford, Greenwich and even to central London via the jubilee line. The hotel is basic but very clean, it will meet ur needs for a couple of nights in London at an affordable price.

Amazing staff at the ibis cafe very friendly and would recommend this place to anyone looking for peaceful work environment

Outstanding value for money £89 for a Thursday night.
Directly opposite the tube station & 5 mins train ride from the 02!

First time I've stayed at an ibis, the hotel room was very well laid out, the deco was really nice and was absolutely spotless, not a single fault from check in to check out.

Tanks for your welcome and is there a português staff very Tanks for your customer service just so good fill at home very clean and excellent quality service just loved tanks to hall the staff

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful from the time we arrived to the moment we left.
The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and supplies replenished every day.
The location was on point, directly across the road from the underground.
Local shops, restuarants and a massive Morrisons supermarket in close proximity
I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend - Thank you! :-)

It was a late night booking as I was exhausting. Checking was great. The staff was polite and helpful, I will definitely come back.

Very nice coffee bar and food in a nice modern hotel. Canning Town has changed hugely, now a nice area with new hotels, new homes , good bus and tube station and a Morrisons supermarket with a good cafe and instore fresh hot food.
W. L.
Nice hotel close to tube station and the 02. Very friendly staff
H. B.
Stayed 2 nights, included breakfast. Clean rooms with nice facilities. Bar was nice. Staff were friendly. Good location for secret cinema (the event we attended) but also opposite the station so can easily get into the inner city. Half the price of similar hotel in the inner city which didn't include breakfast. We chose to explorer canary wharf and Greenwich whilst here which made for a lovely weekend.
S. m.
Nice place to stay and great friendly staff, had continental breakfast could not finish it coffee was yummy had to ask for more.
K. A.
Stylish and innovative. The decor is quite lovely. Has a non-traditional reception (no physical reception desk) and no room intercom--you communicate with the reception via WhatsApp or text.
That said, the room was clean, spacious and comfy, the shower worked well... And the hotel is directly opposite the Canning Town station.
I would really love to stay there again.
C.
Clean and well placed, quiet even though right next to the station, comfortable, good sized room with quirky fittings and lights, shower was big and powerful, staff super friendly and helpful, even left a muffin and a couple of drinks vouchers in the room because it was the Mrs's 30th! They have usb chargers, plenty of sockets and a comfy bed! The cafe does a lovely cup of coffee and the house white and rose are excellent.
Brilliant.
R. W.
Quick and easy service, although there isn't a front desk as such, but staff make themselves known very quickly. Room was clean and comfortable although on the smaller side, it was more than adequate. The extra plug sockets and charging points were an excellent addition. Shower leaked slightly due to general wear and tear, which was reported to staff. This was not a major issue for us & will undoubtedly have been resolved.

This hotel is situated in a friendly neighborhood and next to public transportation. Our room was clean and overall impressions were good. Lounge/breakfast area is cosy and adequate. Area around 02 arena is high end but defenitly worth dining out there.
A. R.
Chilled bar to have a drink or coffee. Not food 😅
d. m.
Nice hotel, great staff. Pet friendly which is great as our dog loved it too. We requested a room with a view of the 02

We had one night here as it was the closest hotel to Canning Town station for an event we were going to! We were greeted by Aisha who made us feel very welcome, asking what we were doing in London and making sure we knew all that we had to. The room was very modern and had everything we needed with a lovely view of the O2 arena and the Thames from our room on level 9. I had requested a room with a view over Canning Town station and they succeeded in doing that. We did not include breakfast in our booking but went down in the morning and paid for it separate @ £10.50 per person and it was an amazing buffet spread located in the bar area which was very cosy and didn’t just feel like any old hotel bar! 100% recommend this ibis.

Duplay & the team were extremely helpful and friendly... great service on multiple occasions!

Very nice and modern hotel. Great decorations, styles and designs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location right across public transportation to take you to the city. Breakfast was great with many items to choose from. The beds are very comfortable, a/c was good to have during the hot months, blackout curtains and soundproof windows are also a big plus. The rooms are very clean and nice. I know the hotel is pretty new and in need of a few small improvements...e.g.trays to carry your breakfast items on, more small towels/ wash cloths in bathrooms, fans in the bathrooms, a small fridge in the rooms would be nice, more items on the menu at the bar/ restaurant. Overall had a great time and would definitely come back here.
R. L.
Nice hotel, excellent location for the Buses, Tube and DLR being right across the road from Canning Town Station. Rooms small, a little dark but nice. Have everything you need. Reception is a little strange as is checking in. When I arrived, I stood around for approximately 15mins before someone came to help. Other than this, they were polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend here for its location and would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could have added additional stars in order to express my satisfaction in the hotel.
I was more than well received in this ibis hotel in Canning Town, by the whole team that was professional, attentive and human for an unexpected stay. I would like to thank any each of them again for everything they did for me.
The whole team is more than efficient and will meet all your expectations. Thanks to them I was able to feel totally comfortable.
Besides being very clean and modern, the room was perfect for resting, enjoying and all this with a magnificent view overlooking Canning Town.
Once again, thanks a lot for everything
I recommand a million time,
Haingotiana

Even though this hotel is further out than preferred and for me at least, difficult to get to as I travel on the Jubilee line on my journey from St. James’s Park, this is at the top of my preferred places to stay.
It’s a modern take on the budget hotel theme. Everything is well thought out and the rooms fit my taste perfectly.
I feel comfortable, cosy and safe in the hotel and the rooms. I have a personal preference for the corner rooms for some reason :)
There is a good offering of food and for those with an appetite, the freshly made pizzas will more than satisfy. More for sharing really but I often make it through a whole one 🤤
The staff are attentive although they do often struggle with my Lancashire accent 😂
The breakfast experience is a joy. Plenty of options, quality food that’s well presented. Something to satisfy most people’s taste.
Nearby food options if you don’t fancy eating in is a CoOp 5 mins away with Greek restaurants across the road from the CoOp and a little further up the road from there you have the West Ham Fish Bar 🤤
Trying to think of a negative is difficult. The only thing I can think of is that although I book through a third party, I do get to choose where I stay, so I’d expect that with being a loyalty card holder I’d be able to collect points for my stay, however; this is refused every time I enquire (and I stay here often) which to me goes against the whole idea of having a loyalty programme.
But yeah, highly recommended, try it, you shouldn’t regret it 🙂👌🏻

What a great hotel with enthusiastic staff! The location is great to discover London, train and tube at the door. The neighborhood is less interesting, there is nothing to do. However, a lot of new construction around the hotel, the neighborhood is being improved. This hotel should be chosen when you are looking for a good hotel for a lower price, you do not find it better. It is hip, the rooms are modern and the bar / restaurant area is cozy. Every morning a good and extensive breakfast that we could start with. We were welcomed every evening by hostess Ilena and shared our experiences. We are going to love her - staff makes the difference :)
J. E.
Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and excellent service. Check in available til late and grabbing a drink late at night at the bar is no problem. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of the digital age and has no physical reception desk, everything is done on tablets or phones.
Location is the only downside, it's relatively far from city centre, however with a 30 minute commute still just fine for tourists. And on the plus side the underground station is just across the street.
S. E.
Room was ok. I was on the top floor and the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. Other than that nothing negative. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. You can use WhatsApp to message them which is something new to me. No traditional reception but that was ok.
J. L.
The reception desk or rather lack thereof was the biggest surprise of my stay. The breakfast is just fine. Nothing special and good enough (for 2-3 days). The room was clean. The WiFi worked great (no password needed so wiring up was a breeze). What I didn't like about the room was the shower that let the water go out to the entire bathroom. Think I'd consider the hotel again.
A.
Very modern and clean hotel that is a couple of minutes from the Jubilee Line which takes you straight into Central London. They have a nice but basic food menu and they do decent coffee (which often isn't hot enough so you might have to send it back until they get it right).
Breakfast is pretty good but the breakfast area can be so busy at some points that you can't sit anywhere.
I stay here a lot for work. It's a decent place to stay if you're on your own.
G. M.
Great location, right opposite Canning Town Station. Perfect for the O2 and local sightseeing. You check in on arrival with a staff member, so no queuing at the desk. The bar area was welcoming and had a nice vibe.
The room was small and modern but perfectly adequate. It wasn’t spotlessly clean though. Some of the linen was stained and there was a hair in the shower. The extractor in the bathroom could have done with a clean. Not enough to deter me from staying here again. Great shower, wi fi, USB plugs, tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast is available but I didn’t have it so can’t comment.
P. N.
This is a modern hotel, very recent building, and so everything is brand new and in really good shape. The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit small, but very clean and modern.
All in all, we enjoyed our experience in this hotel, especially the fact that it sits just across the street from the tube station of canning town on the jubilee line and the DLR.
The staff was a mix, we had extremely nice people who helped us and who were very attentive, and others who are in need of more training to do their job.
All in all, it was a very positive experience and I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

Very comfortable stay here. Right opposite Canning Town tube station, so excellent location. Staff available to help us check in when we arrived. Room was very clean and comfortable with USB connection for charging and hair dryer available. Similarly bathroom still looks new, shower was good with enough oomph to help you feel refreshed. We ate a pizza in cafe downstairs which was v tasty, potato skins not so good. Mojito delicious. Breakfast was good in the morning, small selection of fresh fruit, ham and cheese. Cooked breakfast was nice, though scrambled egg looked a little unpalatable. Juice, coffee and tea on offer with some very yummy mini pain au chocs. All in all, would happily recommend and return to stay again myself. Don't forget to like my review 😀
E. T.
Very pleasant experience. The hotel was super clean and tidy, with friendly staff - any questions or requests were always answered. Really impressed with the room and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious. Wide variety of food. I did not expect that high quality of food, I was pleasantly surprised (highly recommend the sausages) 😋👌

I had such a comfortable stay that I didn't want to leave the hotel. When my flight got cancelled, I felt happy that I can relax here a bit more. The hotel is brand new. Even the kettle in the room was shiny. The staff are friendly but casual. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds and silent rooms. Right next to the tube stop so it is very easy to reach central London. Also great for staying overnight for flights from London city. I like ibis hotels in general but this one is brand new so it goes one step beyond my expectations. They also have an excellent open buffet breakfast for 10.45£ which I think is reasonable for the food you get. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough...
J. H.
A little closer to an upmarket hostel than a budget hotel but nice, clean and suitable for a few nights in the city. Breakfast is circa £10 wether you book in advance or not and is good value. Rooms are a little on the small size but they do the job and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Venue is convinient for the ExcCel and only 25mins or so on tube to Picadilly. Would stay again.
J. M.
Small but cosy and cute rooms with a nice bathroom. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. From the hotel to the centre of London is around 20 minutes with London Underground: Jubilee Line. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood of the hotel, but it is right next to the subway. Also the breakfast was great. I would stay at this hotel again.
F. S.
Location is great, just a few steps from Canning Town station. The hotel itself feels (in 2019) almost brand new. The rooms were much better than other IBIS I have stayed in; the staff were very friendly and got out of their way to be helpful.
C. S.
Great location just across the road from the tube stop. Really Loved the room and probably one of the best locations I have stayed in. The views were great as well. The check in and check out was not so smooth using the staff phone but was resolved. The food was really amazing in the evening. Breakfast unfortunately was really poor. Food over cooked and cold! Coffee machine giving small portions. Would honestly give breakfast a miss and you get all the best bits.
P. H.
Nice, new hotel located in the newly and up and coming district of Canning Town. Its situated right at the DLR station. It is a relatively small hotel with breakfast options available. The lobby also serves as a bar in the evenings. Prices are good for the location.
E. C.
Clean and perfect. Location is so good 👍 cultural Quarter little man said

Clean, fresh and welcoming. Modern deco. Comfortable beds. A good nights sleep.
Slightly quirky checkin process. Not bad just unusual.
Nice bar area. Unable to do cocktails the night we were there which disappointed.
Great location for canning town train station which is an event meeting point. 😉
M. C.
Excellent hotel. We stayed for three nights for the C2C festival at the O2.
The hotel is in an amazing location, one stop and one minute on the Jubilee line from the O2. Excellent service from staff upon arrival - we even got cupcakes as it was international women's day! The room was basic but was clean, smart and felt new. At the price we paid, what more could you want. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice. Definitely would recommend
d. j.
Had an amazing stay in oktober 2018! Room was nice and clean with a lovely view on the O2. Location is great just across Canning Town Station and it takes 20 minutes to take the underground to Oxford Street with the Jubilee Line. Breakfast has alot of choices from full english breakfast to yoghurts with fruit. Restaurant/bar is cozy and staff is really kind. Was hoping to come back in May but sadly covid came. When we can travel again i will definetly visit again.
L.
I came back to the hotel because the last time I had a wonderful stay and they didn't disappoint me! Everything was as good as I expected. The reception team is great and the bar staff is amazing! Excellent food and service. I will definitely come back next time in London!
D. T.
A new hotel that was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and forward in offering help. We had a twin road and it was fine, comfortable and well fitted out, tea, coffee and most important a hair dryer for my daughter !! Breakfast was excellent and the sausages to die for. The Station/ tube across the road.that was very convenient for our needs.
I would definitely stay again... thanks IBIS team...
I. G.
The check in and check out was easy, fast and friendly. Staff was absolutely fantastic. Rooms are clean, with AC, kettle (and accessories for tea and coffee AND proper mug, not paper cups). The lounge area is very comfortable with USB and outlet, good chairs to seat. And just across the Canning Town tube station.
I definitely recommend this Ibis.
R. C.
I had a great stay. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were lovely and modern. There was already an iron and board in my room which was fab, especially considering I was heading off to an event and forgot to ask downstairs! There was lots of choice at breakfast the next day too.
H. M.
Wow, what a lovely hotel. Right outside Canning Town tube station, and only one stop from the O2. The bed was super comfy, the shower was very powerful and the curtains were of the blackout variety, so we slept really well. The breakfast was nice, as you would expect. A variety of cooked items and continental goodies.
We will definitely be visiting this hotel again!!
C. O.
Rooms are basic but new and in good form. Location is great, despite the distance from city center it's right on the Canning Town station with the great Jubilee line (around 15 minutes to city center's attractions/other lines). Breakfast is affordable and sufficient. There's also coffee & pastries if you want instead of a full breakfast. Bar at night. Excellent value for money.
E. P.
Entering the hotel leads you to an informal cafe area with staff wearing red t-shirts that check you in. They don't have a check in desk but portable tech and they talk to you as a friend rather than a guest. We got asked where we would like to stay which, as an experienced hotel user, has never happened. We chose to stay on a higher floor so we had a view. The room was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. We didn't eat there but amazingly breakfast is till 12 on weekends. This is how I wish hotels were. I thought ibis were a budget brand but this experience beat their sister brand novotel by miles. Had terrible experiences there. Oh and location is perfect. Just over the road from Canning Town tube.
M. R.
My partner and I stayed at Ibis hotel for one night as we had an event nearby, it is ideally placed across from the underground station and yet very quiet. The staff was polite and very kind, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, we had a lovely stay, I recommend!
J. S.
The stay in this hotel was very good. The rooms were clean with nice modern furniture, the staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was great typical english food. Although it is not in the city centre it only took 20 minutes by subway which was just over the street.
R. B.
A good hotel in a very useful location. You can easily reach London City Airport, Excel Centre, O2 Arena and central London by Underground (Jubilee Line) or Docklands Light Railway (DLR). The rooms appeared to be quiet. There is a small restaurant by the hotel reception, which does evening meals and breakfast. The breakfast is nice with a good range of food options. If you want to dine out, there is a good Italian restaurant about 5 minutes walk down the road. As I came by public transport I don't know if there are any car parking available. I would stay there again.
M. C.
Lovely little hotel used for an overnight stay when we went to a Secret Cinema event. Across the road from Canning Road tube station although I never heard a thing from it in our room. The room itself wasn't massive but still housed a decent sized bed, wardrobe and little desk area. I've paid more and stayed in smaller though if I'm honest. Nice little bar and friendly staff. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food but what we saw coming out to other guests looked lovely. We both did we'd definitely come back especially given the close proximity to the Westfield at Stratford and the O2 arena.
O. K.
This hotel is new, clean, at a great location and also has a very cool vibe to the way it has been designed and managed. There's no formal reception desk but pleasant hotel staff meet you upon arrival with smartphones in hand. Everything is done via their smartphones, lifts and hotel entrance are operated by your room key card. If you want to get into touch with reception you WhatsApp them. There are well thought details and the rooms are new with a very modern design and comfy. Highly recommended.
T. L.
Good night with live music
Would definitely go again

I enjoyed my time at the Ibis. This is a high-end standard hotel. I had a four star experience at a 3-star hotel. There is a market right next to the hotel and food options are not far. My only knock on the experience was the water temperature was lukewarm to moderately warm. Hopefully that was a fluke event.
R. R.
Very nice hotel and great breakfast. Nice personal, and very nice atmosphere. Close to subway, and not too crowded. It is located in the boring financial district, so unless you're going to a conference I'd recommend living closer to the city. It is close to the greenwitch park, great place for a run - but you have to go more than 5 k out there to get the good stuff.
A. n.
We visited this Hotel in November and we were lucky being one of the first guests here. The rooms are comfortable und modern. The breakfast was very good with fruitsalad, bacon, fresh coffee and Note delicious things. The employees we're very Kind and helpful, we would choose this hotel die a London trip again.
K. D.
Really enjoyable stay. We arrived early and the staff were very friendly and willing to help, we checked into room 727 early (at no extra cost). The room was very clean and perfect for our needs. There is a number to text to contact the staff- which is great, very quick response. We had been out for the evening and on return to the room, we couldn’t get the heating to work, text the number and Julian; a member of staff came up to try and get it working. Unfortunately it was a new heater that was being temperamental and at that time of the morning (12:50) Julian couldn’t fix it. He was very helpful and friendly and brought us up an extra duvet and for the inconvienece he said we could have breakfast on the house. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
S. U. B.
Nice and friendly staff. Rich breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location just in front of tube and bus station. Very nice and cosy bar at the hotel, although music is a little too loud. Would not recommend restaurants nearby, but there is a co-op supermarket very close.
A. C.
Great and comfortable stay. Restaurant can do with a little more lunch food choices, pizza basic sandwiches/ toasties and soup. Other than that it's a very convenient stop over if your going to the O2, just one stop away on the jubilee line. Hotel is just across the road from the underground.
R. C.
Had booked the Ibis Excel hotel by mistake instead of this Canning Town location but thanks to the reception staff member Max he arranged the swap without any charge or hassle - excellent service. Hotel is very new so all decor modern, room functional with black out blinds and really good sound proofing windows so no traffic noise. Just odd to hear another room's chatter through the air vents. Breakfast was good standard for the money.
N. H.
Bad points:
During breakfast they ran out of: bacon, hash browns, bread (for toast), sausages and milk (in the coffee machine). (All were replaced but by the time they had been I'd already pretty much finished)
The rooms are hot, and leaving the window open to try and cool the rooms down appears to be an invitation for the cleaning staff to turn the heating on for you.
Not a huge amount of bars nearby.
Good points:
Decent views on the high floors.
Right next to the tube station
Relatively cheap

My wife and I stayed at this hotel after The Stone Free Festival at the O2.Just one tube stop away, cross the road and you're there.Couldn't be easier. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable.Very warm and friendly staff all wear red t-shirts and so are easy to spot.Effortless check in and out took just seconds. We didn't have breakfast but plenty did and it looked and smelled fabulous. All in all,I would recommend this hotel to anyone without question.
A. T.
Pleasantly surprised! The room wasn't very big, but it was perfect for our needs. It was clean, functional and the staff were brilliant. We met someone that spent the first night of 3 at a more expensive hotel, closer to ExCel; paid for by her work, she was happier with the Ibis in Canning Town. And it's only a 15 minute walk.
N. T.
The service is excellent !! Staff are nice, especially Beena
A. v. W.
Clean, affordable. Location perfect from London city airport (15 minutes tube) and close enough to London centre where it all happens (15 minutes tube). Tube is literally located across the street. Beds are comfortable all be it a bit narrow. Not the standard 80 centimeters wide, maybe 60. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but it will do just fine. Price is good for what you get. Ideal for a single night stay. Would stay again for single nights.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday stay in London. The hotel is very modern, clean and accessible. It is located opposite Canning Town tube station which is the perfect location for people planning to travel around London especially if your attending an event at the O2 like us.
The staff were all very welcoming and always happy to help with any queries. They met my special requirements and I would like to say a huge thank you for everything.
This the perfect hotel for a stay in London and I would recommend them for how efficient and affordable they are.
W. M.
Lovely fast check in and check out! Clean room! Very quiet room. I recommend! Thanks! Only one remark... I think the bath towels should to be more fresh and pure white. Change your laundry dear Ibis.
M. H.
Nice standard hotel in Canning Town, good Location but not very Special. Little pub on the ground floor with poor quality food.
It is very good located if you are flying into London City airport and would like to explore the city, train and bus station directly in front of the hotel.
T. G.
Great great place to have a breakfast and a coffee!!
A. G.
Went a few times to the coffee shop Chill 08 in reception downstairs. The coffee shop is open to all customers, not only the hotel ones. Great place to chill, comfy sofas, WiFi and wall plugs available so perfect if you need to use the laptop. Coffee quality is good but coffee making could be better. The pizza is really cheesy!
A. Z.
Great reasonable cost, modern hotel only a 10-20 minute tube ride from the heart of London. Breakfast is excellent, with a grwat selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians and topped off with two excellent automatic espresso machines serving regular coffee to fancy lattes and cappuccinos.
I.
Great hotel, it is modern, the rooms are just the right size, beds are comfortable. All kinds of public transportation (underground, DLR and buses) are just across the street. Breakfast is excelent, a variety of different food to chose from, it is freshly prepared in their kitchen.
S. S.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and modern.
The staff were friendly and especially the kitchen staff who were incredibly helpful. Really good experience, in fact, the best London hotel I’ve stayed in, in 30 years experience. Thank you.
G. S.
When you walk in there is no reception. You have to walk up to the bar. Bit odd at first. I guess it’s less formal.
Staff were friendly enough.
Rooms were nice. Not too cramped. Tv, sockets, full length mirror and hair dryer present.
There is aircon over the room door. It only goes down to 18C and blows about half a meter from the door. It’s pretty pointless to be honest.
With the window shut you don’t hear anything outside. As it’s so hot, you need to open it. All you can hear are cars and the DLR all night. This Ibis is directly opposite Canning Town DLR station.
If the air con was decent and cooled the room down I would rate this as 5/5 for value for money and it’s okay for 1-2 night stay.
V. L. D.
Location is great, very close to public transport. Room was very clean and toilet facilities was good. Only 2 bad points were: 1. Needed a plug socket closer to the kettle that was provided. 2. The food was really bad and way over priced. Other than that I would go back for a stay again.
J. D.
Wonderful, very helpful and attentive staff. Stayed here the night of the Ride100 during a very busy evening and the hotel worked out very well. Rooms were clean and modern and the bar and restaurant area pleasantly relaxed. All around, very pleased.
G. H.
Perfect location since right across the street from the underground and within blocks from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.
S. P.
Stayed at IBIS Canning town twice, so convenient for the O2 or the west end with easy transport links, the hotel has great rooms, very good service and the bar is open late. We will definitely use this hotel again.
J. C.
Really comfy bed, lovely reception and great staff
w.
Nice hotel with good localisation (next to subway station). Clean and nice. Room was small but with good estetic, new, modern. Nice stuff. Breakfast was ok, english and continental with good bred and caffee.
M. Q.
We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are quite new and modern. I would have appreciate to have a bigger room because I hit me several times. The location is quite good, the hotel is on the Jubilee line which is one of the main lines and there are few restaurants and shops
K. R.
Excellent location right across from canning street station. Clean and modern rooms. We were allowed to check in early and check out wasn't til 12pm. Would highly recommend
T. H.
Very clean and comfortable. Great shower. Very convenient for the O2 and Stratford (for some retail therapy!) I would use again. No more expensive than other London hotels.
p. s.
Great budget hotel. Lot like Moxy, no reception and yet in 2 mins we were allocated a room and checked in. The hotel is new and therefore everything in room is working , clean and modern.
L. S.
Check in seemed a real faff although to be fair I arrived really late. Had to provide a personal debit card as a guarantee although the room was booked through a work account. Would have given four stars otherwise. Room really well appointed for the price.
A. G.
The location ist directly next to the public transport. Cleaned bedrooms as well as the bathroom. There is (I think) 24/7 sb. at the reception. The breakfast ist good. I had a great time in Ibis canning time (compared with the price).
J. L.
My partner and I stayed there for a concert at the O2. It was so convenient and comfortable. The view from the hotel was amazing as you can see the O2. It is only one stop on the tube to get there. All the staff were professional and friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it if you want to go to the O2, the shopping mall Westfields Stratford city, or just to visit London.
D. M.
Amazing brand-new hotel with great views and lovely decoration. People working here are so friendly and nice. Just like Tahir who is really "the soul of the breakfast". He takes care of each guest personally and really made our day.
E. D.
It was my first time here in this perfect hotel. Very clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. You can travel direct with DLR-Line to that hotel. Walk 30 seconds to the other side of the street. Special thanks to Beatriz, she always helped me if I had to ask (book taxi or something).
Next time in London, i will stay here again.
Thank you
R. M.
Stayed in the Ibis London Canning Town hotel for a business trip and this for 3 nights.
Very easy to reach by metro, especially from London City airport.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent.
M. K.
I had a very good overnight stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and there was zero noise from the planes coming and going at LCY.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was good quality and very reasonably priced. I would definitely street here again.
L. J.
Nice deco in the cafe bar, chilled environment to do some creative work or for a meeting. The staff were helpful.
Happy to have a nice place in Canning Town to go and have a relaxing afternoon.
However the coffe was not great, so coffee training for the staff is overdue.
Small cup of latte for £2.75? I am sorry but it's extremely overpriced considering the size and quality.
Also i believe providing dairy free, such as Soya or Almond milk on demand these days is also a minimum requirement.
Since this place is quite new and I am hoping to go back again I would love to see some improvement.
T. J.
Loved the new rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff was okay I wasn’t too happy that they kept opening our door to clean at 6am happened 3x told staff they said I should put do not disturb they should at least knock before just opening the door to someone’s room. Breakfast isn’t complimentary but overall it was good stay
G. J.
Nice decor but the staff really need to work at cleaning up the bar. It wasn't busy and there were empty glasses and litter all over the bar. It didn't smell great either.
R. P.
Very good value! Perfect location for anyone travelling to Canary Wharf or Bank and looking for a reasonably priced hotel. A huge GYM located next door. I will be coming back!
H. M.
Such a lovely hotel! Checked in quite late in mid february and the receptionist (Anna I think) was lovely and kind! I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know that's for sure.
D. L.
Very happy, prices reasonable, nice bar to relax and the room was very clean. Public transport is just across the road. Stuff was very polite too. Will definitely recommend!
R. D.
I spent great time here. Nice food served by friendly and helpful staff. Very good wifi, very comfortable room. 1 minute walk from a hub of buses, tube, dlr - I had all the connections I needed
S. N.
Great hotel! Very comfortable room and bed, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staf. 30 mins to city centre so thats great, would definitely recommend
F. B.
Close to the station as it is just across the road. Room was very neat, breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The downside is that there are no intercoms in the rooms, youve got to go to the reception for any queries or requests but it was worth the money overall.
M. S.
Great hotel.. felt very welcomed by the people from the reception! Bar is also nice! Ate there twice :) Happy to come back!
A. H.
This is a lovely straight forward hotel. No frills but no skimping either. Rooms are clean but we'll fitted out and the showers are brilliant.
G. Z.
Uninteresting surroundings, but excellent transport links. Rooms are clean, breakfast choice is rather limited, but sufficient enough. There's no reception, some young employees greet you once you enter the restaurant on the ground floor
N. G.
Room was cosy and clean, stuff friendly. Only breakfast was poor- for less price would be good but for 11£ no way... part of British breakfast wasn't ready or too salty...other part was good.
T.
Great location for our needs. Clean warm hotel breakfast good.
Room 426 had a wet room bathroom.
Not ideal when didn’t bring footwear to suit.
K. B.
Just popped in here to get a coffee. Great location literally across the road from Canning Town Station. Very secure with guest key cards required to access the lift and stairs. Nice decor, very modern but rather spoiled the impression with a big bucket near the entrance to catch the drops from the malfunctioning air con.
P. T. O.
Clean, nice, comfy, nice new hotel design. Food was simple and great and the breakfast had everything I wanted. Would come back any time.
P. H.
Straight forward, no nonsense Ibis offering situated directly opposite Canning Town station
There is some parking close by but this is provided for an additional payment which I don't think is to the Hotel
The cost is ridiculous, £254 (6.30pm 13/06/2019) for one night in what essentially is a nothing special room in an average hotel. !!! This was the price ad raised outside so it may be cheaper if booked online.
D. S.
A bit of a hipster feel to the hotel. The rooms are on the small side but it's expected in London. The bathroom and rooms were clean and most importantly the pillow and mattress were comfy but I think that's bc my bed had a memory foam topper.
K. B.
Very beautiful, calm and clean hotel. The rooms are wonderfull and the beds are very comfortable. Delicious breakfast with beans, bacon, eggs but also fruits and cornflackes.
G. W.
Hotel usual high Ibis standard. Staff very pleasant. Restaurant a big minus. Poor choice of food and the layout/eating area overlaps with the bar. There are plenty of nearby alternatives in Barking Road, the 02 area or Canary Wharf itself.
C.
Absolutely impressive breakfast. The hotel is new, art-deco, very modern, very satisfied with the quality-price. Location (Zone 2) is excellent for reaching any place in London within minutes.
A. M. d. P. S.
Clean and quiet environment. Guys from the reception are very polite and helpful.
D.
Good location, one stop on Jubilee line from the O2. Rooms are modern and clean, even if limited storage space.
Breakfast chaotic, not enough space. Bar service at night was poor.
N. P.
Used the hotel as an overnight stay for the Ride london 100. They got my a goodie bag together which was very sweet.
Nice room, clean and comfortable. Good links into London.
D. G.
Nice room but mattress was bit hard and could hear waterfowl from other rooms when occupants were showering. Disturbing at 1 and 2 am. Otherwise would have been 5Star rating.
S. C.
Great hotel in a fantastic location just a few seconds walk away from the Canning Town underground stop. The room was nicely furnished and was a good night's sleep! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!
L. V.
Nice hotel. Rooms are clean, new, beds comfortable, bathroom with a big shower.. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is friendly. Highly recomended.
J. R.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is very good and the service is very nice and friendly. Hotel located across the canning town station. It takes 24 minutes to go to ExelLondon market halls. I recommend
K. C.
Nice place, convenient and modern room, everything new. A bit far from the center but the underground is right on the front of the hotel.
Prices are reasonable and we were happy to stay here
P. J.
Have the basic needs satisfied. Rooms are compact. Very near to the Canning town train and bus stations. Have lot of restaurants and grocery shops around.
S. S.
Handy for transport. Small odd shaped room and odd shaped bathroom . preferred the ibis styles down the road. However, awesome breakfast. Help yourself :)
T. L.
Brilliant hotel all round. Great service (and I mean really great), really comfy rooms and one of the best breakfasts ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Fabulous
R. M.
Excellent service. All staf very friendly. Hotel very clean. Close to the O2 arena. One underground station away. Good location.
The only disadvantage is that there is no car park if you are driving.
D. E.
Nice hotel yet it lost all it points as a staff member right now (18:00) just open the door unauthorized from the outside.
Update:
Very much liked the active response from Ibis (Angela), who apologized and offered a free drink for the inconvenience.
S. F. A.
Great service at a fair price. They offer buffet breakfast, bar with a variety of liquors and wine and dinner.
The attention is very kind.
m. l.
Karen,Christian and Gabriella were so helpful and friendly...I felt Really welcome.
Thank you IBIS Canning Town.
I am planning to return to try a meal and milkshake 😀
Many many Thanks Mark D Lawrence.
j. s.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was also nice.
A. S.
Best place to be around london if you're looking for a budget hotel. Hotel is right in front of DLR/metro station. Commute to Vicotria/Waterloo is about 15 mnts.
Reception is open here, like not a reception desk, but a lady will welcome you right at the cafe counter.
M. P.
It is just across DLR and underground station. Warm and very welcoming staff, nice breakfast. Ok room size, althought the beds not very comfortable. Overall good experience and would come back.
C. T.
The room was very tidy, the staff were super nice and the internet was super fast. Great atmosphere. Great price for what you get
F. M.
Good hotel just next to Canningtown station. Quick access by tube to central London. Comfortable Ibis hotel with a nice bar offering the essential menu for lunch and dinner.
C. T.
Comfortable room with a powerful shower. Bar area is very nice with a few beers on tap. Breakfast is good with a selection of fruit juices.
G. G.
Surprise there wasn't a phone in the room to ask for a extra duvet as was really cold at night even with heather set at 28degrees.
I must mention the unprofessional way that we where welcome at our arrival, the person seems polish with broken English , but basically they just approached us as if we where bothering him, we haven't had a: "good afternoon" was like: "what do you want here" like, so rude! I am not impressed at all. But I had paid in advance for 3nights, so ; would I have not paid in advance I would have walked out of there! that was in my mind immediately.😒👎👎👎 not good start.
J. M.
Brilliant budget accommodation just opposite tube/DLR station. Spotlessly clean, everything brand new, great staff. This place is modern, with a great vibe. Highly recommended.
J. S.
Nice hotel pretty new so rooms etc all fresh and modern. No typical plastic pod bathrooms so bathroom felt better quality than many other ibis.
K. S.
Great location and and customer service. Often have family visiting who i recommend to stay at the canning town ibis. I use the breakfast and bar often as I live close by! Reasonable prices for drinks and food!
V. W.
Hotel is lovely, and very clean. The cafe area is like a hostel, with the feeling of closeness, but much cleaner and nicer.
J. R. J.
A contemporary hotel with all the necessities covered. The rooms are small but without feeling tiny. A short walk to ExCel center but there is not much else to do in the neighbourhood.
N. H.
Great location, clean and lovely cafe/food place as you enter. Only issue was the Aircon unit a little complicated and the cleaning staff impatient with my late check out. Would use again.
S. S.
Hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. My room was at the back and really quiet so I slept well.
A. S.
Very good hotel.Comfortable.Ideal location because 2 minutes walking distance from railway station as well as bus stops. All staff is very helpful.Specially Mr.Tahir was very helpfully. Deffinately visit again.
L. H.
Great hotel! Modern design, great service, fast internet, good connection to the city (25min via Underground or faster with DLR), delicious food. Recommend!
S. D.
Great place, very very close to Canary Wharf, yet pretty affordable. There aren't any good restaurants nearby, so that would be a stretch. But otherwise, it's a lovely little place for a day or two.
S. R.
The staff were very helpful and friendly The room was very good and clean and hotel is in safe and a good location very easy from the underground
That only thing I was disappointed at when I first got in the room it was very cold in the middle of winter and took a long time to warm up
i.
The room and hotel are great, the staff sometime came across as confused or unsure
A. F.
Greatly welcoming all the diverse people families of the world 🌎🌈
Silent spaces are to be searched for quiet meetings. But it's a very accessible place !
A. G.
Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very friendly staff as well! The opposite to Canning Town Station is also a plus
N. S.
Good hotel, great location and has everything you need. The breakfast is poor and expensive so I recommend eating outside.
M. M.
Nice and very clean rooms, close to the subway (literally across the street), only a few stations away from the center of London, with direct line to Westminister!
T. S.
Good location tube / DLR Station across the road which will get you into central London in no time. Hotel is new so rooms are clean and tidy, helpful staff
H. C.
Clean and welcoming, very good value for money. Staff are polite, helpful and approachable. Has it's own bar with a good selection of drinks (alcoholic and non) on offer.
Y. Z. W.
I'm writing this as a tourist from Malaysia ,I have to say that this place is very convenient as it's just 20seconds away from the station ,nonetheless the breakfast on the ground floor has lots of choices and it was not bad to begin with, however the room I stayed it wasn't big enough for 2 of us to put down our luggage and it was a little cramped but overall it was really clean and I enjoyed my stay here.
D. S.
Always have lovely helpful staff prices are reasonable for London and the decor is of a high standard. Bar area is nice to relax in with a good variety of food and drink .
J. S.
The ambience is great there. Perfect location: just across the road from the tube station! We had beer and pizza there. We are definitely coming back for breakfast or coffee.
K. F.
A new style Ibis on an absolutely great location! Fantastic strong black coffee, friendly staff and very lovely rooms.
S. M.
Lovely hotel well located for the O2 right next to the tube station. Clean and comfortable rooms great breakfast . Perfect for a weekend break
C. D.
Stayed here on a Saturday night for around £70. I picked this hotel as it was directly opposite Canning Town tube station and on weekends the night tube will take you here. So whilst you may not think to stay here for going out, it works out a lot cheaper.
D. S.
Very average service. Very average beds. Below average pillows (like concrete). Did get my aircon when I told them it was out - however that was a difficult conversation. In short its okay
B. D.
I’ve only used this place for the bar as there are not many places in Canning Town to enjoy a drink, place was nice, clean and felt very large, lots of comfy seating, friendly fast serving staff, definitely worth popping in for a cheeky pint.
C. O.
Great value for money. Dog friendly and a good breakfast
T. B. H.
Seems like a noce place but the park8ng situation is not good. Do not bring a car here.
J. D. H.
nice rooms, service is ok, friendly staff. Best is facing the station and good restaurants nearby
M. I.
Smart hotel. Great breakfast. Prices in line with the competitors. In front of the tube! Very good for travel job and affairs.
M. K.
Staff sorted out my parking payment
J. W.
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy rooms.
Brilliant breakfast. Thank you Tahir.
Will come again
D. J.
Good hotel with excellent rooms. Welcome staff were very friendly and helpful, shame the bar man was rude and grumpy.
R. L.
Good design, trendy hotel, open conception. Very good position. DLR, bus station opposite at the hotel. One station from O2 arena. Good price.
b. K.
Very nice and modern room with parquet tiles. Well situated. Breakfast is very nice and price is reasonable.
J. B.
I ONLY WENT IN TO HAVE A COFFEE AND SIT IN THE WARM BUS IT WAS VERY NICE. STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND I LOVED THE RECEPTION TEAM. NO FRONT DESK, JUST SOME WITH A T SHIRT SAYING "CHECK IN HERE". WOULD STAY THERE DEFINATELY
l. b.
Amazing staff lovely clean rooms close to tube and train and transport great place rooms are beautiful and clean can not say anything bad will definitely use again
R. v. S.
A convenient hotel with friendly and helpful people, a good breakfast, a nice and clean hotel room and close to Canning Town station. All we were looking for!
N. F.
Lovely clean hotel
M. P.
Good sized room affordable price only downside no parking for the hotel but private parking next to it 12h 20£
A. M.
Only popped in for a quick beer as all local pubs seemed to have turned into Turkish restaurants, but was a handy stopping off point to watch the World Cup and get changed for Secret Cinema Blade Runner down the road.
S.
Newly decorated rooms, looks modern and chic. comfy rooms and helpful staff although there is no reception.
A. P.
Just opposite the station. Easy to locate. Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Friendly staff.
m. s.
not too bad but not worth the money. in the middle of nowhere, the staff is not well trained and rooms don't even have an internal phone.
W. O.
Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, nice staff and quite good location- next to metro station.
S. F.
Excellent value for money. Right next to the tube station. Neat, clean rooms. Very polite and helpful staff.
A. P. M.
Very nice and new place. The young staff is good and the coffee bar is a nice place to have a Meetup, a drink or just work at the laptop.
k. a.
Nice hotel, good breakfast, good location, one star less because one day there was nothing to choose for breakfast and for 40min they didnt fill gaps.
B. B.
Very nice and friendly place! Staff was extremely helpful with anything that was needed. They provided transportation directions to places and printed them for me as well.
L. D.
Lovely hotel and very affordable! Right opposite canning town underground so its easy to get back in to central London!
P. H.
Very clean room, fresh towels every day, perfect ambient room temperature, everything was great!
C. H.
New, clean, quirky and great value in an up and coming part of London with great transport links. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
n. k.
Don't know about the rooms but downstairs bar is absolutely lovely and food is delicious. Reasonable prices
S. L.
Nice room and a good price
A. P.
Stayed 1 night for a concert in the 02. Couldn't fault it. Room was perfect and so was the breakfast in the morning.
P. N.
Hotel is located close to both Underground and DLR. Ibis has a problem with extremely firm mattresses, but after contacting the hotel they gave us an extra top-mattress which worked wonders.
R. W.
Stayed here once again. Perfect location, close to dlr, sub and busses and very nice and clean rooms.
S. 2.
Excellent hotel near canning town tube station and excel expo small clean new rooms friendly stuff
A. B.
Very friendly staff, clean, nice room and very close to dlr station. Great place to visit central London for few days.
L. B.
Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Close to public transport. Good breakfast
X. L.
New ibis. Everything is ok.
E. M.
Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Really luxurious shower. Great views.
R. N.
Comfy quiet rooms, close to the tube. Porridge on the breakfast menu would make it even better!
J. L.
Not very comfortable bed, and terrible pillows. But good location, and clean throughout
M. D.
Great hotel for a short stay in London. Clean, quite and handy for the tube.
D. Z.
Great places and service. Thanks a lot for 6:00 breakfast ;) Many thanks to Sergey for helping with our issues.
A. T.
Spotless and really good.
A. M. T.
Nice environment but why do they sell their drinking water? I think water should be free......my opinion though.
L. L.
Literally across canning town station, can go to anywhere from here. Kind staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again.
B. P.
Very good hotel in terms of rooms and cleanliness, the bar was a nice environment too. Only downside was the food served was average at best
S. C.
Great efficient friendly staff, brand new hotel easy access to tube and nice breakfast.
C. M.
Picked this Hotel as it was the best value and close to tube station to link to the O2. Was not dissapointed.
A. T.
Super expensive like any hotel in London. Not the worst ibis hotel (you still only get a single, scratchy towel ^^)
R. W.
Nice hotel, but nothing of interest in the surrounding area. Not much choice of restaurants in the local
P. G.
Stayed at lounge, was nice comfy sofa had a good beer and charged my phone.
J. P. F.
Ive been there twice in 2018! Amazing place to stay in London!
D. H.
Comfortable room, issue with air con that was fixed quickly, friendly staff, close to local shops and train/tube
D. B.
Friendly staff and a nice room. Good location to get to the O2 arena, and price was good too.
L. G.
With my lovely and dear Mother visiting her London family, me and my better half, this Hotel was very good.
C. S.
Clean bed.but the towels was hard and old nice breakfast ,friendly staff
P. S.
Nice rooms, very good breakfast, service minded staff
A.
Decent but you cant order drinks after 11 of your not staying on that particular night!
J. H.
Lovely air conditioning during heatwave
A. K.
Is ok, but the way they clean towels is terrible. Towels begin to smell after one usage.
T. M.
Great place to stay. Near the subway and only one station away from the O2.
t. s.
Excellent location just across the road from the tube, very friendly and rooms are spotless....absolutely would return
C. V. R.
We had a very pleasant Stay. Clean and affordable. Very friendly staff
R. F.
Good value, excellent location, nice room. Seamless check in and out, very happy
F. G.
Clean Room, good prices and nice breakfast - nothing disappointing really.
c. r.
Clean and fresh room, professional and friendly staff and the bar is very reasonably priced.
É. F.
Great hotel and a great localtion. Its meters away from Canning Town metro station.
S. C.
Fantastic hotel and had a really good stay considering the price we payed.
D.
Very good hotel! I love the concept they have!
T. M.
Great hotel, good qualitie night sleep, clean and verry good cappucino!
N. T.
Perfect location for a concert at the O2. Only takes 10-15 to get back to the hotel so ideal!
