G. S.The ibis chain us super basic and the outlet here in Shepherd's Bush was very similar to the others I've stayed in, in Zurich and in Bangalore. In fact, if you asked me to tell you what was different between them the only thing I could point to is the selection of breakfast items.
The room is small and basic but it is kept extremely clean and it is comfortable. For the price, I was satisfied. There is a TV in the room with multiple inputs you can use to connect you own devices but there's no shelf under the TV to keep your phone or laptop, which is a minor inconvenience.
The other thing I noticed is that the plug points are all on the table at the end of the room and not by the bedside. This means that charging your phone isn't optimal. Other than that I had no problems.
The team at ibis Shepherds Bush were really friendly and helpful, and extremely efficient. They helped when I lost my keys, and sorted out a tripped fuse issue immediately, and were able to help with small questions I had too. Overall they did great and were clearly the best part of the experience.
In terms of things I wished the room did have, I think adding small room safes like other hotels have would help people who want to keep (for example) their passports more securely.

Staff are really helpful. professional and courteous at all times, which always makes for an enjoyable experience.
T. E.You get what you pay for. No frills but reception staff were very helpful. Location is great for Westfield and tube and overground stations. Room was clean and due to covid they were not cleaning daily unless you specifically asked.

T. L.It’s a very good Ibis hotel not far at from facilities such as many diverse shops, restaurants, cinema and the popular Westfield shopping center! Which makes it really convenient for stay. It is also easy to access central London because there are many bus stops around and also the central line tube... like only 5mins away. Plus, this hotel has an amazing friendly staff really helpful and polite with clients, they make you feel welcome as they are great listeners too, so you don’t feel shy to communicate with them. The supervisor Raphaella is great, she treats her staff with respect, like family and you can see how it reflects on their well-being as they provide amazing services to guests.
This ibis is one of the best I went to, if you come to London don’t hesitate!

Car park is just down the road....go through the doors next to the hotel, there is a shopping precinct and it brings you out at the carpark.....if you are on foot😂🤣😂. And the hotel take the money about half off your bill...brilliant! car park £25 over night we paid £11 about. That's better. 👍
B. w.As the title says, I’ve stayed in a few ibis hotels before and some have been horrendous, so when this was booked by a colleague for business it was a concern.
Nothing to worry about as it turns out and it’s actually perfectly acceptable - still has that budget feel.
Rooms are very basic and small, feeling a little ‘Harry Potterish’ in a cupboard under the stair’s, but to their credit, the room was clean, tidy, with a great location for Westfield and good parking at a reasonable price for London

Rooms were very clean but downfall was the basic with bad quality tv. The room view is not that great depending which room you choose ( I should have asked for one or upgraded)
Positive note is service is 10/10 and staff are really friendly. Whatever is needed will be brought to you quickly.
Breakfast is usually a buffet but since we are in lockdown they can bring it up to your room.

R. L.It’s an Eco Friendly hotel, so what that means is you can’t control the temperature of the rooms, the sheets and towels are washed with a terrible detergent that leaves everything smelling like popcorn, the bathrooms have no fans so the room gets really humid and stuffy.
There’s a bar downstairs which is fair, has the basics you want to enjoy. The food from the restaurant is alright, for the price I would’ve rather gone somewhere else. The reception and housekeeping crew however are excellent in taking care of your needs. I wouldn’t stay in any ibis ever again, but the staff did bump it up of couple stars.

The hotel is fairly easy to find, and reception staff are really friendly and professional. The style is quite simple and modern, its kept very clean. You're provided a key card to your room which must be used for entry to the room, hotel and lifts.
The rooms I found quite lacking; but i'll explain more in a moment. You're provided a double bed, tea and coffee facilities, tv and bathroom bits. The room is of fair size and there is alot of room for storage. Now here is what I found lacking.
The bed matress is aweful, its a thin bit of foam that has no bounce. I did not like it, my partner did not mind it. But we both agreed it wasn't a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is terrible, its of cabin design. What that means is, its cramped and the door to the bathroom is incredibly thin. It is made entirely of plastic structure, and makes such a racket when in use. The towels provided felt like they are floor matts. The water pressure was in adequate for the job.
Breakfast the next morning was suitable enough with a selection of pastries, cereals and full english. With juice, coffee and tea, its was good to re-energise from lack of sleep.
I wanted to give more stars as the staff are what makes this place. I want to make that clear but the managements poor choice of bathroom, bedding and towels really tipped the balance.
M. S.We stayed here for 7 days and found this place really comfortable. It is close to city center, it has bus stops and underground really near. Nice breakfast even if it is the same every day. In the evening you can have a cocktail, a meal and enjoy a company of people who stayed in the hotel as well. Nice to change cleaning to virtual money that you can use in a bar. The only thing is that cleaning depends on a housekeeper. One time it was really poor but the other time perfect) can recommend anyway!

C.We've attended a concert at Shepherd's Bush Empire and the Ibis is located nearby, just a 2 minute walk. Staff was a bit too chatty for my taste, the cleanliness was ok, but not very thorough on daily rounds. Other than that the hotel was a good choice.

A. B.We stayed at Ibis Shepherd's Bush for 10 days with a group of 15 students + chaperones and found it to be the perfect hotel for us.
First off the price was outstanding compared to most accommodations in the city. It was less than a 5 min walk from Westfield Mall, many eateries and of course the tube station. We could get most places in London in less than 20 minutes. Combined with the stellar price, it made it the perfect location. When booking the staff were prompt to reply to emails, put together contracts and adhere to our room requests. Our price included wifi and breakfast in the morning - so for a school group that couldn't be beat. Rooms were able to include 2 twin beds, which was wonderful for our students. Rooms, beds and bathrooms were spotless and hot water was abundant. Breakfast every morning had many great choices and they were easily capable of accommodating our students with nut allergies. One morning we had a bus tour arranged to stonehenge at 4am, and they had the kitchen pack up 20 "to-go" breakfasts with yogurt, fruit, juice and croissants for us to eat on the bus - showing their abilities to go above and beyond. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. I would definitly stay here again with a school group.

I've stayed here a couple of times now, the first by room reeked of cigarettes, the second my room was spotless and fresh. However, my biggest gripe is the lobby/breakfast restaurant. It's under manned and far too small for breakfast rush. The young team do what they can but the physical space is too small to accomodate guests comfortably.

D. L.Completely excellent. We have had 5 trips to London in the last couple of years, and this was the best experience we have had in a hotel. We often have trouble with noise, however this hotel was completely silent. The staff at reception were consistently helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value and offered incredible variety. The distance to the tube, train, and the Olympia was completely perfect. The room was the most spacious and well fitted and the shower room was 100% perfect. The only thing missing was a toilet brush. This hotel is our new home in London.

E. J.Very cheap hotel which is super close to westfield shopping centre and the tube station. Nothing fancy about the hotel but comfy beds and tidy facilities. Check in took a while despite being after the check in time as no rooms were clean. Luckily we werent in a rush and the staff were very accommodating whilst we were waiting.
N. P.On arrival the booking in process was very simple and efficient. The handler was very friendly and made it all a very swift process which suited us down to the ground. The way the hotel operates was superb and when we got to the room we were suitably impressed as this was a first stay at an Ibis 'hotel' as opposed to other variants.
The morning after our stay was probably the more negative part of the experience. We hit the breakfast area probably at peak time where seat availability was limited and some of the food choices were empty. You were also out of cutlery and we had to wait a while for 6 new pairs of knives and forks to appear. 15 minutes or so later and it was a completely different story.
The breakfast food itself was truly excellent and of top quality. When we left nearly all food options were available we noticed.
Check-out was simple and we'd like to think we'd come back.

P. R.I stayed at the Shepherds Bush ibis on Sunday 4/11 along with my son & his partner. Whilst my son was checking us he, I had sat down as I was feeling the strain of traveling on the underground. A member of staff came over straight away and asked if I was ok & did I need a glass of water. We went up to our rooms & I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room, comfortable bed & quite. We had a drink downstairs before we went out for the evening, again very nice comfortable seats & polite staff. On checking out I was asked if everything was ok, I said it was and she thanked me for using the ibis and wished me a pleasant day. This was the first time I had stayed at an ibis hotel & I will definitely use them again.

Just one note, this hotel is NOT located in Hammersmith, it is in Shepherds Bush. Lots of shopping and great inexpensive restaurants nearby including sushi, vegan, Italian, Mediterranean, Mc Donalds, you name it... Coffee maker in room was a nice perk. No fridge in room but we didn't miss it. No safe. If you let the staff skip cleaning your room a day, you get a reward coupon to use at the bar / restaurant downstairs. What a great idea! Thank you!
V. W. (.Standard budget hotel but could do with some upgrades to the rooms and hotel overall to match others in the chain. No usb chargers in the room or bedside sockets. No family rooms offered. No room service but food and drinks available on a limited menu in the bar 24 hours. Ok for short stays in the area, very good amienites near by.

Service was a little off as all services were done via the staff's phones, which was mostly them scrolling through menus and looking confused. They were friendly, it just didn't seem straight forward or convenient.
C.If you want a great stylish hotel that are close to Westfield shopping center, then this is the right place to stay. Ok and fine breakfast. The staff are wonderful. Hotel rooms are ok in sizes. But to small for more then two people. Great lounge bar.
L. T.We met a friend here, who was staying at the hotel. I can't comment on the rooms. The lounge where we met was VERY pleasant. It was far less crowded than the average place in London. There was enough space, the tables were not right on top of each other so we could have a decent private conversation. The music was at a really low level too so we could easily hear each other. It's tastefully furnished, with different styles. Some higher, long modern wooden tables as well as lower seating for small groups (2-4 people) . A smallish bar is in the centre of the lounge. We'll go back again if we're in the area and need a quit spot to chat.
A. P.The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room was great but our only complaint ( and a serious one ) is that the beds were too hard. As a result my wife didn't sleep very well at all and it spoilt our break. We asked for an extra mattress cover but there were none available ( you should keep some for these situations ) we were given a duvet to put under the sheet and that did make a bit of a difference.

A. G.As always, I love the rooms - the bed is wonderfully comfortable and the shower cubicle fantastic. All spotlessly clean too. Breakfasts consist of a fabulous selection.
However the contrast in the evening is staggering. A terrible menu (no sides of veg or salad of any sort at all. Unless you choose Caesar Salad or Thai curry main you have no access to any veg/salad with what are supposed to be balanced meals). Add to that - starters include 'tuna sandwich' (?!) and mains include 'soup with roll and butter' (?!). My Thai curry was microwaved and my dessert - cheesecake was like a solid lead weight.
I booked half board this time. I was given a card stating I could order two courses and one drink. When I was billed, I was told to pay for an extra dinner because my meal had cost £31 and the limit (unexplained anywhere) for HB the very young receptionist told me is £25. Not my problem, as I had to end up seeing the manager over (who also went through the motions of trying to get me to pay for another meal until I finally got the madness of it through to her).
I will stay again but only because my company uses it and will never have dinner there again!

T. R.This modern Ibis Hotel ticked all the right boxes on our recent stay in London. Close to Westfield centre and short walk to bus and tube connections it's ideal as a base for the city. There's a smart modern reception lobby and an adjoining contemporary dining and bar area. We had booked 2 rooms and each was spotlessly clean with a modern pod style en suite bathroom with great shower and eco-friendly soap products. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had all the usual essentials, clothes hanging space, tv, tea and coffee facilities, sockets for gadgets etc, for a hassle free stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would choose to stay here again.

D. B.Hotel Ibis in Shephards Bush had a Lot of positives and a lot of negatives.
The positives: staff is very friendly and will try to accommodate your needs, location is awesome, near a huge shopping center and near the high street with a ton great places to eat. Decent wifi. Free tee. Decent size breakfast buffet.
The negatives: Not all the staff are equally proficient in English which could cause some confusion. One of the staff members was rather unkempt looking and smoked in front of the hotel. The hotel was incredibly hot and my pregnant wife had trouble sleeping there because of it, sadly the air-conditioning is not individually controlled room to room so we could not turn the heat down. The TV is incredibly slow and only in SD. The bathroom is a plastic pod of some kind, which makes it incredibly noisy and very hot very quickly.
I would not recommend it to others.

Breakfast could have been better - a few food items had run out and took a while to be replaced. Also, there were no mugs for coffee so we had to ask for some to be able to have a hot drink.
We had paid for the VIP Shopping Break stay, which includes a voucher for the Westfield and complimentary drinks. We had to ask for these rather than the vouchers being provided at check in.
M. A.The hotel is in a great location, near to Shepherds Bush bus stops and tube station. The hotel also benefits from the fact that they have an agreement with the adjoining W12 shopping centre car park, where you can park for £10 a day. Inside there is a simple check-in process. Rooms are basic but clean with tea and coffee facilities. Free WiFi is great and pretty fast. There is a restaurant but we didn't use it. I would definitely stay again off I could get a similar deal.
E. R.Hotel is located very close to Shepherds Bush station which will give you a 15 minute commute to Oxford street. Very nice location with Holland Park and Westfield nearby. Keys were ready at reception, no waiting time. Clean room with all the basic fittings you would expect. A/C was working very well and the beds are comfortable. People at reception are very friendly and quick in answering an questions. I visit this hotel frequently during the year and the service keeps improving with every visit. Definitely recommend this hotel!

It was a little problem with my reservation (I've booked a tween room amd I've got a double room), next day I've got a double room as I want. After 9 pm some food in breakfast lack. Breakfast is simple, but enough for free.

There was a problem with their IT when checking in but the lovely lady on check-in took us up to our room instead. It was a nightmare day for staff!! We returned for a drink in the bar in the evening & the staff member was happy & light hearted in the bar which made us feel comfortable. Same staff member from check in was happy to provide extra milks etc to take to room. Sorry ,can't remember staff names!. Room was very clean & good value for money considering location .I've already recommended this hotel to a friend who visits The Westfield centre every year but stays elsewhere & travels by tube to shop there !

r. s.This was my second stay in Ibis Shepherd Bush. To have selected the same hotel to stay when visiting London says a lot about the services and quality of stay. I had a wonderful experience of staying in this property. Prices are reasonable. The checks-ins and check-outs are easy and convenient, rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, towels and hair dryer). The beds are super comfortable. However the best part of staying in Ibis, Shepherd Bush is their young enthusiastic multicultural staff.
On both our trips we met with friendly youngsters (they were different each time though) at the reception desk who took care of our needs and it was heartening to interact with them.
Would recommend this property to anyone who visits London.

Location is ideal; easy connection to anywhere in London through tube central line at shepherd bush station after a couple of minutes walking.
Westfield mall with great shopping & dining facilities is 5 minutes walking distance.
In case I come back, I'll make the same choice for accommodation!
H. S.Nice location. Right in the hot spot. Plenty of places to eat and public transport is short walk away connecting to major areas. Best for shopping as you have Westfield London short walk away. I haven't stayed at this ibis but i expect it to be just like others, good and affordable
C. K.This hotel is well placed and comfortable. Staff are accommodating. The breakfast is copious. The room was quiet and comfortable even though it was on the first floor and we appreciated being able to open the window, so often not possible in hotels.

H.The room was fine, big enough but as often happens short of hooks for coats, jackets etc. Air con only worked on hot so if you wanted a cool room it switched off and the room was airless unless you opened the window then got the excessive traffic noise and rowdy behaviour that seems part and parcel of the Shepherds Bush scene. Breakfast was OK though for me as a vegetarian the hot food was short of options, just beans and potato fritters. There were also croissants, bread, jams, cheese , yogurts. Some products eg bread ran out too often and there was quite a long wait before they brought more. By and large breakfast was good value but the dining area was often overcrowded. There are not enough tables to accomodate the guests at peak times. For an Ibis, this is expensive. Some nights up to GBP 175 per night.
It is no longer the budget range of years gone by.
A. V.As always, we were warmly welcomed to Shepherds Bush Ibis Hotel. We were pleased with our room, which was quiet, as we had requested. When we asked for more milk and tea for our room, this was dealt with very promptly and readily. Our only wish for further comfort concerns the breakfast : the hot food available was delicious, but there was a delay with the bacon, and it would be much nicer if there were tomatoes and mushrooms on offer! The coffee machine broke down (not the staff's fault!) and we were served with lovely coffee from the bar!
D. B.The hotel is just in front to the Shepherd's Bush station of Central Line, reaching the center is fast and easy. The service was perfect and then room was nice and clean, with a good bed. The only problem was the poor interior noise isolation: every time the guests near me entered their room it sounded like they was trying to force my door, I was awaked a couple of time cause it.

The internet signal was also awful. It is also very expensive for a basic hotel, but I suppose you are paying for the location.

It's less than a 5 minute walk to Shepherd's Bush tube station, which is an excellent jumping off point to get to central London. There is a variety of places to eat within a couple of blocks, as well as a supermarket around the corner. Westfield London has an impressive selection of shopping and dining options as well.
We would have no hesitation about staying here again. Loved it!

È per noi diventata quasi un'abitudine soggiornare qui ogni volta che arriviamo in città. Buona posizione, zona 2, servita da 2\3 linee underground e overground per raggiungere il centro e zone periferiche. Personale gentile e veloce a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema possa sorgere. Chambre correcte avec une bonne isolation, bonne literie avec lit double 160, télévision anglaise, douche spacieuse, clim. Petit bémol, siphon de douche bouché...
Petit-déjeuner continentale un peu cher mais bon.
Personnel jeune mais compétent ! Tres arrangeant.

Este es el mejor hotel en el que he estado. Las habitaciones están de lujo: la cama es enorme y muy cómoda, la limpieza es excelente, nunca te falta de nada. El trato del personal ha sido perfecto: nos han ayudado en todo, hemos podido reservar tours de todo tipo y super cómodo, te entienden en todos los idiomas: castellano, francés, alemán, chino, japonés... Se preocupan mucho por los clientes. Además, la parada del metro está a menos de 100 metros y si tienes la oyster card, puedes ver todos los lugares emblemáticos por muy poco dinero.
Si venís a Londres, os lo recomiendo al 💯.

Vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana sulla central line (ottima da/per il centro di londra ma anche raggiungere i più comuni trasferimenti ferroviari o via bus da/per l'aeroporto di Stanstead). La zona è densa di ristoranti e soprattutto localini dove mangiare. Albergo recente molto pulito, carino e ben tenuto. Personale accogliente. Camera di sufficienti dimensioni, il bagno è "prefabbricato" in plastica (eccetto porte doccia e wc), ma se non vi impressionate all'idea della plastica (quasi non si nota) e se non cercate pregiata maiolica è molto carino e va più che bene: ampia doccia, il restante spazio non enorme ma accettabile; corredato di sapone, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli. Unica pecca un solo asciugamano a persona (ma se lo lasciare per terra lo cambiano ogni giorno). Assolutamente consigliabile.

Tevreden over ons het verblijf. Super goede locatie. Recht tegenover metrostation, bussen richting centrum en groot winkelcentrum. Rustige ligging. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Enige minpuntje was dat de lekkere koffie niet echt warm uit de automaat kwam en dat er continue een geluid van waarschijnlijk leidingen te horen was.
