Lovely staff. Original room was tiny you could just about walk around the bed, but they moved us to a different room luckily. Rooms themselves are spotless. Continental breakfast was ok. Location excellent, opposite Gloucester Road tube. Don't have telephones in room to contact reception and no mini fridge. No reception desk as such, just a laptop and a member of staff sat in the lounge. Looked after our bags after checkout which we appreciated. Overall a nice hotel just missing a few little details.

Lovely room (210) with a lovely view over the garden. Bathroom really roomy and everywhere so clean. A great stay for a milestone birthday and so convenient for museums. Would definitely recommend and make a return visit.

Just left from our stay in The Ibis Styles. Stayed with my two girls for a weekend trip. The staff; Tara, Zahra and Sun were absolutely wonderful hosts. The decor was beautiful, cozy and stylish. The room was big, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, decent and affordable breakfast, reasonable prices. However, the room we were given was in the basement with a tiny window that opened onto a wall. Considering the room was small, it could become a bit claustrophobic.

Great stay! Staff were super helpful when I made an error on my reservation and were able to accommodate us last minute. Comfy beds, very clean. Nice, updated bathroom. Excellent location - 2 minutes walk from Gloucester Park Underground station. Will stay again when we return to London :) Extra thanks to Zahra at reception for being so sweet and patient with me when I was in a panic about my reservation mistake!

Value at the price. Good location and interesting locality, a budget hotel. Clean and bijou room with comfortable bed and adequate shower/ washing facilities. Continental style breakfast enough to satisfy until lunchtime, importantly; kind, pleasant and helpful house staff.

Very adequate room in a wonderful location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to London. I call it my ‘London home’ now. They did not have a refrigerator in our room (I’m thinking that it’s probably not commonplace outside of the US?), so avoid taking leftovers or takeout food unless you can eat it at the time it’s fresh. They will provide a hair dryer and towels. If you’re coming from the US, don’t forget your electrical converters.

This is our second stay within 6 months. We loved it so much the first time, we came back ... with the (older) kids. We booked 3 rooms, 2 doubles and a twin ... all were very clean, tidy and equipped with essentials. I love the Tube theme. The rooms are compact and bijou, beautifully done. Very comfy beds. We stayed for two nights. Great value for money, especially for London. Excellent location. 5 mins walk to the Tube. 20 mins to the Natural History Museum and Harrods. There was a Tube strike so we walked everywhere the one day, so easily accessible. Good amenities close by; Waitrose, Tescos, Boots Chemist, KFC, Starbucks, some lovely restaurants Comptoir Libinais, Pizza Express to name a few. I believe The Secret Garden is next door, but haven't yet visited. Staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. It is definitely our go to hotel for a trip to London. Thank you, once again, for a great stay.
