One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!
Superb value for money. Location was amazing, central and comfortable. The staff was kind and professional, super helpful and friendly. The room was so cozy and comfortable, the bed was heaven, I slept like a baby. And don't even get me started about the breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy. I can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed here last weekend for our trip to London. The hotel is closely located to the Earls Court tube station which is a great start to explore London. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. We could check in our room upon arrival. The room size could fit two queen beds as we stayed with 3 persons in the room. The bathroom was small but had all what we needed. The hotel lounge is large and cosy with a fireplace. We certainly will come back here the next time. A special message of thanks and great service that we received from Florin, the manager

Our room was very small and in some ways shabby, having said that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast team were friendly and excellent at tending to customer needs. We also got a good welcome by the staff on entering hotel. Light bulb in the bathroom was replaced immediately. Only blight on our stay was on the morning of our last day being woken by a member of staff wanting to clean the room with their dog, yes dog!!

Lovely stay for 5 days! Convenient location, attentive staff, great room with service and enjoyable breakfast buffet. I would love to stay here again and will recommend to my colleagues and friends. Thank you

Great hotel with great location.
The women in the breakfast buffet was super kind and sweet to us and our little daughter Laura.
If you need help in the reception stick to the men, they are a little more open and service minded.
Overall a good experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay, most importantly the breakfast begins at 7:30 AM so when you're recovering from jetlag you can get your fix early in the morning. The garden available to you out the back is a delight to sit in. Reminds one of a sculpture garden. A veritable urban oasis. I recommend you make sure to be here for the most important meal of the day.
The beds in our two twin room were suitable for this sort of hotel. I was satisfied with the room and the bathroom's fittings. We were not spending significant time in the room, but it was cozy and I don't have any complaints.
Service was especially notable. They were attentive to our needs, collected dinner that we ordered for delivery and prepared plates for our dinner. They provide a real white glove treatment. That's what makes this place stand out. Those working behind the desk had a sunny disposition and a smile from ear to ear.

Good location re transport into central London and a lovely garden which sadly we couldn't use due to weather (stayed 3 days, September - October 2021).
Very friendly and efficient reception staff who sorted maintenance issues with our room very quickly.
Reasonable breakfast selection, excellent service, superb coffee.
Our room 110 had a strange E shaped format with a wall that straddled half the width of the room between bed and working area. This made moving round the room difficult at first - don't know if all Garden view rooms are the same. Apart from that, the room was comfortable, good-sized en-suite and mini fridge.
We left a small item in the room which reception kindly agreed to post to us, so overall a very good experience and we would certainly stay here again.

Very pleasant hotel, excellent staff. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a log. The breakfast had was excellent variety

A very good hotel! Great location, very well-planned rooms and big windows overlooking a quiet garden! Everything you could ask for!

This hotel was pretty good. We stayed for 5 nights. Room was clean and comfortable and spacious. It was also just two blocks from the Earl's Court Underground. I wish however they had more than one blanket in the room. It was pretty cold at night, and I couldn't get the heat on. We had to request a cleaning after day 4 and some new toilet roll. That was the only time it was serviced. Breakfast was just ok. It was diverse but pretty unhealthy options (but maybe this is a British thing??). Backyard was lovely. I would have enjoyed it if it wasn't raining all the time, but that's London for you. Front desk was very nice.
K. D.
Excellent location about a 3 minute walk to the tube with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is just off the main highstreet and was pretty quiet. The staff at check in were super super friendly and easy to chat to. Given the price the rooms were excellent, some signs of water damage in the bathroom but cosmetic only didn't impact the stay. Beds were comfy, showers were nice and hot and the rooms had fridges. Overall excellent stay for the price we paid (we booked directly!) And would stay again. Thank you!

Lovely place to make your hub in London! Just 3 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station (kensington area).
Great staff, efficient and welcoming.
Rooms are on the small size but have everything one may need. Comfty bed ding, good tv, courtesy bottle of water everyday, heated floor in the bathroom, good water presure, beuatiful views to the backyard garden.
I found a minor problem with the hot water one of the nights, but it coul be solved after some minutes.
Breakfast is awesome: good quality and excellent array of options (hot and colds).
C. A.
-Rooms exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated.
-Very good breakfast, plenty of seats even during busy Saturday period
-Very well located, 2 minute walk from Earls Court tube station
-Easy/ quick check-in process

Great family friendly hotel. Our room backed on to garden which was perfect for kids.
Quiet and relaxed with great facilities.
Breakfast was great with good choice (small niggle - could have been hotter)
A peaceful haven from the madness of London

This is an extremely charming and personable hotel. They provide their guests an experience of being "home while away from home"; extremely warm and inviting. Also, the hotel itself is lovely and very well maintained.
N. N.
Quite reasonable. Rooms were okay to spend the night. It's not a lavish place. Has good garden and a backyard. Creaky floors and low ceilings. Basic interior design just like an apartment.
C. C.
Went here last minute because my other hotel lost my booking and was pleasantly surprised by the room and staff. It's in a great location and has clean rooms.
C. M.
Cozy, friendly, and strategically located. Close to the tube, convenience stores, and even a pharmacy. The staff was helpful and willing to assist.
D. C.
Great location for a city break with good access to underground. Room wasn't the cleanest and a little outdated. Bar and reception were very nice and more modern.
J. C.
Great hotel for the price, would recommend for a quick trip. We stayed 2 nights. Quiet room, comfy bed & clean. Exactly what we needed.
A. M.
Lovely hotel. Reasonably priced for quality and great location. Pleasantly surprised with size of basic room.
R. M.
Nice hotel in a quiet location, but very close to 'Earls Court' underground. Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast.
M. R.
Great hotel very good staff clean well appointed rooms good breakfast options, would recommend hotel to all our friends

It is pleasure to review this establishment. The service is both attentive, welcoming and generous.
Staff are efficient and welcoming.

The K&K Hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The garden behind the hotel was also lovely and we enjoyed spending evenings in the courtyard. We will definitely stay there again on future trips to London. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
S. K.
Lovely hotel and staff shame the room wasn't upto standards. Was dusty although we did get an early check in. For a 4star hotel I think I expected more from our room. Was very dusty and the carpets were very mucky. Apart from that a lovely building with a beautiful garden
L. A.
Great spot to stay for a while with fantastic service and a bar open 24 hours a day. Ideal location next to Earl's Court Tub station.
T. O.
Spacious clean bedroom with comfy beds, and a great nights sleep.
Air-con was a little noisy, however I’m used to sleeping with fans on so was okay for me :)
Beautiful gardens, really nice place to relax and unwind, a retreat from the busy streets of London.
Easy going and friendly staff, check in and check out was a doddle.
They also made luggage drop off easy, thank you :))
Great breakfast included with a really good service. Hotel was overall lovely!
Earl’s Court has a good selection of beauticians and spa therapists at competitive rates, had a great 45 minute massage for £40, 3 minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel is very close to Earl’s Court underground station, but a little bit disconnected from major bus routes, you’ll need to navigate the one-way street system to find the right bus stop.
A 15 minute walk to Kensington high street, there were a lot more busses to choose from. Kensington high street is a great spot for shopping, or a scenic walk into the city, through Kensington Palace, gardens and Hyde park!
Overall 5 stars for our stay, the value outweighs the location. If you want this service in a more central place you’ll need to pay triple!

spacious clean rooms. good location. nice private garden at rear of property. staff were polite and breakfast was cooked fresh to order
A. P.
After been giving a room which was dark and not cosy at all ..Toilet was extremely small ..ceiling was bubbled and things growing on it..We had to complain to staff we were then moved to another room ..which was bright and cosy until we used the shower and the water would not drain away and caused a flood all over the floor...awful sorry not my idea off good hotel...

Great location, helpful staff and wonderful breakfast!

We stayed 2 nights at the K+K during October 2020. It is in a great location, with a lovely pub and tube station nearby, and not too far from several of the London sights. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We were told on check in that they would not be cleaning our room at all during our stay, which we see as a neccessity during a pandemic. We were told if we needed extras of items in the room, to ask at reception. During our stay we had to request, more tea, milk, towels, mugs, plates, cutlery, toilets rolls and shower gel.
The bathroom had everything we needed in it, but it was quite small for a 4* hotel, and the shower wasn't particularly powerful.
We had several issues with our room keys, whereby on arrival we couldn't enter our room as the key didn't work. Several times during our stay we struggled to make to room key work. Perhaps they need to consider a more reliable system.
We paid for the breakfast offered at the hotel, which was tasty and filling and had a wide variety of choices.
Overall, not a bad stay, and ideal location, however not sure 4* describes the hotel accurately.
N. P.
Amazing hotel bar restorant with nice sumer guarden.
A. F.
A fantastic place with the most beautiful gardens and such well trained and polite staff. Will be staying here again next time we are in London
J. G.
Excellent hotel. Faultless service and cleanliness. Highly recommended
M. R.
Amazing hotel with lovely decorations and friendly staff! Room is spacious and very clean. Fantastic location, very short walk to the station and plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. The buffet breakfast was delicious, however had the same food for 7 days with only minor changes and rotations.
Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend :)
N. H.
lovely hotel, even lovelier hospitality. i love it here, the rooms feel a lot more spacious in comparison to others you'd find at kensington + chelsea for the same price point. the interiors are modern, refined with a cozy feel. the staff pay meticulous attention to hygiene here. would stay here again. also, a short walk to earl's court underground.
T. F.
Wow, this hotel was excellent! It’s very clean and the staff is excellent! The concierge and front desk crew, were so helpful. We had a few things that we had to rush for and the staff rushed to help us and got us to where we needed to be, right on time. I can’t say enough about how caring, kind and compassionate the staff is here! The location is great, the rooms are nice & the breakfast has so many options! I would definitely stay here again!!!
s. b.
Fantastic service. Beautiful garden a great breakfast and coffee. Would def stay here again. Close to the underground and a lovely walk to Kensington Gardens
P. K.
Nice welcome service from guest manager, modern stylish room, good breakfast restaurant and business lounge
C. D.
Great stay in a fantastically located hotel. Really helpful staff, would definitely stay again
B. K.
The maid barged into our room while we were still in our room preparing to check out. Yes, it's our fault that we didn't properly lock the door... Still, the handling of the event by the reception was not satisfactory. Apart from that, it's a nice 4-star hotel for the price although the rooms were much smaller than I expected. Plus, it's being renovated now, so you can hear the sound of the workers chatting each other outside of your window in the early morning. Overall, the staff were friendly and the bed was comfy, so I would give four stars.
M. W.
Very pleasant stay. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Great customer experience. Good location. Highly recommended.
I. K.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to, the crew is very nice and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and very nourishing.
The rooms are minimalist, not too small and not too big. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the supermarket and from the tube station.
Very recommended!

Situated in the heart of London this four star hotel combines easy reach to London's best sights and attractions with tranquillity and excellent service. What impressed me the most were its fantabulous gardens where one can easily relax and enjoy the well planned gardens of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We stayed only one night and they treated us so well. It was our anniversary and we were given sparkling wine and chocolate and a room upgrade with glorious views. They had our room ready hours before our check-in because we had taken the red eye from the US and were exhausted. They were honest about where to eat. I can't say enough about the overall friendliness of the staff and this gorgeous hotel.
J. B.
Spontaneously booked two rooms for two nights. Modern interior, great view to the beautiful garden. Excellent service at the bar as well as for breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Good sanitation measures (desinfectant products, face masks) during the Corona pandemic. Underground and other public transportation is just around the corner. In conclusion: A great, cosy place to stay in London-Kensington. Hope to be back here soon!

My wife and I stayed by here on our honeymoon and were quite pleased! The room size, while not huge by my American standards, was definitely a decent size. Everything was clean and we had a nice view of the garden. The mattress was a bit disappointing, but could have been worse. The location is very convenient, as it's only a short walk away from plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the tube station. Staff was very friendly, and we were given two vouchers for drinks at the hotel bar (quiet and surprisingly nice), as well as a bottle of champagne to our room. A very nice gesture! The only issue we had with our stay was that our initial room had a broken door lock, but the staff acted promptly to switch us to another room and gave us complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. Overall I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located London hotel!
S. M.
The location was great and the hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly which made our stay even more pleasant. But I want to give a special shout out to Vanessa who served us breakfast every morning with a smile, pleasant attitude and with patience. She put up with my large family's demands very professionally! Thank You!!

I booked a conference room here. The people were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything I needed.
The facilities are good, refreshments were similar to large named hotel groups. It was easy to find, small amount of parking, and good service.
The conference room was very nice, a little cramped for the number of people I had, but the equipment and facilities in the room were very good and easy to use.
Will definitely use again.
M. P.
We loved our stay. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many items. Only issue was that the bed was a bit soft. Nice workers. Would love to return.
B. M.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to tube station. The garden area is lovely and has heaters for the chilly evenings. The room was very comfortable with extras like robes and slippers. We would recommend this place for anyone traveling to London as a "home base" for sightseeing. The room also had American power outlets available, plus USB ports, so charging devices was easy.
s. s.
Had a great afternoon tea here. Modern European decor, calm and relaxed. Particularly liked the mismatched bone china cups and plates, really charming and of course the best for drinking tea! Very generous helpings of sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream and cakes. I particularly enjoyed the scones, warm and crumbly inside, fresh and fruity. Unlimited supply of different teas, hot water and milk with friendly and courteous staff. Extremely good value for money.
M. W.
Love, love this place. Had a pretty terrible experience at another hotel and actually canceled my reservation there and picked up K+K Hotel George at the last minute as a replacement- thank goodness. What a night and day difference! So clean, much more spacious for a London stay than I've seen so far (note... If you're from America like me, get used to smaller rooms, that's the norm here!). Lovely staff, reception was easy, stored my bags while I waited, and the most adorable back garden to lounge in. Bar was pleasant and the location as a whole was ideal- a block to the tube station, a block to coffee, a block to the bus, and I walked to the museum section easily within 20 minutes.
P. L. A.
I nice team, a nice a comfortable hotel, extreamly well situated
T. B.
Great location, wonderful staff and continental breakfast that was outstanding. Very personable staff. A gorgeous back garden to enjoy at your leisure. My only dissatisfaction was the size of our room. The two of us could not pass without one of us getting on the beds or going to the entrance to our room. Besides the room size we had, all other amenities were above par, and I would return to this hotel and suggest others to do the same.
M. M.
I came to this hotel for a week this September, and I really enjoyed my stay.
I would like to thank The bald man in the reception for the beautiful room it’s exactly as I requested in my reservation. All staff in this hotel are friendly and great from reception, lounge and restaurant.
I love the lounge area that has beautiful decorations with fire place and nice music.
I enjoyed my stay and hope to see you again!
K. S.
EDM before 8am is not really my style of music during breakfast but the breakfast was good. We went during the spring and stayed on the top floor. The room was very very very hot and air conditioning not strong enough. We moved rooms but found the same issue that it was too warm in the room. The staff was as accommodating as they could be. They gave us a fan and it did help. The back garden is amazing! The street walking up to the front entry is quaint. The neighborhood is sweet and the cemetery is worth a stroll.
G. C.
Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I've been staying at K+K over 10 times and it's always my London's first choice which I scored high in the similar surveys before.Overall speaking, it's a nice and cozy hotel with good staff including those serving in the bistro and …

David, Matthew and David thanks for the 2nd weekend on the bounch in London looking forward to seeing you in 2022 xx
A. S.
Small but very functional room! Very clean and comfortable! I don't know how they knew it was our honeymoon but they sent up champagne and chocolate when we arrived. :-) would very much recommend this place to everyone! Very close to underground station. Didn't take any time to get wherever we were going.
E. B.
Neat, super clean and a swishy bar in the lobby. Located in Earls Court and is easy walking distance from the Earls Court train station which connects you with everything.
However we discovered quickly that you just have to walk 20 minutes and there you are near Albert Victoria Museum and then Harrods.
Much easier to walk, weather permitting then try to navigate the London Metro/auto ticket machines!
Thoughtful storage in our room. The bath was extremely slippery and no real grab bars to get out.
J. C.
Although i haven't stayed here i hold a lot of local meetings here and work with the hotel. The staff area always friendly, it has a lovely feeling and is immaculately clean. I popped in to pick up a gift of wine for the local pensioners Christmas lunch last year that they generously donated and then was offered a free and wonderful warming hot chocolate at reception! what a nice touch!
a. d.
The rooms are very comfortable but also quite hot in the summer because the a/c doesn't quite work. The location is great, right near a metro and within walking distance of a lot of sights in London. Service is usually good, but minimal. A fire alarm just went off at 6 am with no explanation or apology. We were just woken up and then sent back to our rooms with no explanation from the staff. Other than that it is a good experience.
B. A.
I stayed with my family during last summer with my family. The location was excellent as it was very close to Earls Court station and to the main High street. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really good. We were given the executive room which has direct access to the beautiful garden. My whole family loved this hotel and for sure will book it again when I travel to London.
S. P.
The atmosphere of the hotel was great, rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast in spite of Corona regulations superb, Phil and his team did everything to make the stay enjoyable. A big thank you to him and his team, excellent service!!!
M. D.
We just got back from our Europe trip. London was our 1st stop and it was incredibly easy to get to the hotel after a long day of travel. We took the train directly from airport and took it to Earl's Court station which is a 2 minute walk to the hotel!
The hotel is beautiful with a historic feel, clean, with a very friendly staff. The breakfast was good (bacon, sausage, croissants, eggs, fruit, cereal, etc).
The rooms were small but clean and had everything we needed. There are restaurants nearby (Franco manca pizza was good and inexpensive). The hotel is in a safe area and we walked around it at all hours.
We were quite happy with our stay and would definitely visit again.
C. F.
I attended a conference hosted at the hotel. The wc was clean and well maintained.
We had the inhouse cold buffet lunch. There was a good selection of cheese, rolls, meat and pate. Vegetable sticks and dips. There is free strong wifi and the hotel is clean and modern.
There are steps to enter the building however there is a lift to the floors.
The staff were friendly and at hand would recommemd as a good venue for conferences.
F. H.
Very good hotel with a good staff and good food. Also, it is very nicely located near Earl's Court tube station. The garden is a big plus and having afternoon tea there comes highly recommmended. WiFi was sorely lacking (we measured 0.1Mbits/s in our room on the second floor, consistently over 4 days).
L. B.
The staff here are superb. Matthew, Mikela, Bianca, Diana in the bar and more who weren't wearing their name tags. I kept changing my mind on how many days I wanted to stay in London. Staff accommodated every request with a smile. Rooms are comfy, clean, modern. Ask for garden side so you over look the greenery. Close to Earl's Court Tube Station so easy to visit all the sights of London.
P. H.
Nice staff, good sized rooms, and great location
L. S.
Lovely and quiet
Lovely bedroom could not fault it
Very nice staff and very friendly
T. B.
Just stayed at this charming hotel in the Kensington area of London. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the hotel's beautiful gardens. Convenient five-minute walk to the Underground. Located in a fun, safe neighborhood with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend!
D. B.
So comfortable, we missed our train, haha. We had planned to get up and have a nice leisurely morning then head to Kings cross for our train at noon- but those luxurious beds, effective blackout curtains, and perfectly soundproof rooms helped us sleep till 11:56. We raced to the front to checkout and the friendly staff were on it- got us out in 3 minutes flat. We still missed our train, but we will definitely stay there every time we're in London from now on, and just set better alarms.
J. G.
Small room but bed very comfy and TV of a decent size and with some HD channels available. Air con very good. WiFi was ok but had some issues streaming video the second night I was here. Breakfast tasty and the latte was superb. Staff very friendly.
A. T.
Rooms are clean and charming, if small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. The location was perfect for our week stay, quiet but a short walk to restaurants and the underground.
J. W. K.
We stayed here for one night and it was very nice. The staff was very kind and generous enough to keep our luggage after checkout (nearly 6 hours). The room was modestly sized double bed with clean interior. The area is very quiet--mostly residence and other hotels. There are a few franchise fast food but I never tried any. It is closer to heathrow than downtown so I could take uber straight from hotel. Overall very clean and nice.
A. S.
As always a truly amazing experience. Ignore the temporary scaffolding as they renovate but you have to check out the garden area.
I had a conference room booked on a Thursday night and the process was swift yet cost affective. I'll be back here on a regular basis!
They even offered me a soft drink at the bar as an organiser (5 star service) and towards the evening we were joined by some local artists performing chilled out music.
Minutes from Earls Court station it's a hidden gem that we definitely need to share with others!

Don't be mistaken with low prices due to Covid. Someone forgot to update the photos since building the hotel. It's a 4🔯 hotel, but needs a bucket of paint and good upholstery specialist.
B. T.
Nice location, good price and a friendly staff. The bar at the reception makes a good cappuccino at a good price. The techno, dance, trance, lounge stuff playing in the reception during the evening is unbearable and way too loud. Please, turn it down. The breakfast in the restaurant is a joke. Will come back whenever possible.
s. t.
Excellent central location with a great staff and good hotel breakfast. Reasonable prices for London. A tube station with three lines (District, Circle, and Piccadilly) is round the corner from the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Great rooms for two people. A third person in the room may suffer on a foldout cot, though the staff will offer extra padding if asked. An assortment of restaurants and pubs are available a short walk from the hotel. Staff will store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time.

This is a very nice place to stay in. Rooms are okay. People are friendly. Special thanks to Philip and Matthew of the reception area who patiently taught us how to go to places. Philip is so knowledgeable of everything a tourist needs to know.
Special mention also to Donald from the Bar who made our stay therein memorable.
B. S.
Wonderful hotel on the west side of London, very close to the Earl's Court underground station. Staff are very helpful and kind. Spend extra for the breakfast, it's worth it! We had afternoon tea as well and it was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant hotel excellent service and friendly people

My mom and I stayed at this hotel back in July 2016. We arrived one day earlier than planned (due to an airport strike in Venice, Italy) but with help from Expedia, we were able to book the extra day. The hotel is located in the very trendy Earl's Court so it was very easy to find as there is a train stop with the same name! It is close to a lot of trendy restaurants from different parts of the world! We tried Indian, Filipino and South African (Nandos, one of my favourite restaurants ever!) and they were all very delicious! The hotel reception is beautiful and the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Our room wasn't really anything fancy, they were just basic European rooms (meaning they're small), the bathroom was also small compared to North American hotels but were clean. The beds, pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. As I was an Expedia VIP, we got some wine, fruit & cheese plate on the first day and wine on the 2nd and 3rd day. It was great surprise on the first day but we weren't big wine drinkers so by 3rd day we got tired of the wine lol. We didn't use much of the hotel facilities as we just wanted to get our day going and felt that there were a lot more choices close by. The best part about this hotel was the location!
A. H.
Customer service was top notch. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before checkin and were offered the use of the wellness room to take a shower after flying in from the states. That shower felt so good and revitalizing for touring London.
Located 3 mins walk from Earls Court tube, this makes it an easy start for tourists.
Only downside was breakfast buffet food was not very hot until the dishes were replenished but then the food was good.

Great "boutique" (?) hotel in Earl's Court neighborhood. 1+ block to the tube so it is very convenient for getting around London. Staff and amenities are fabulous.
We had two rooms each of which was spacious and very nicely appointed. The first room however faced the street where they were doing some road repair. So my wife asked that we be moved to another (equally spacious) room.
No Questions. No problem. No drama.

Went for afternoon tea, the hotel itself is lovely and clean. However the staff are not attentive and the cakes were still frozen. Once we were finally seated and served , we were left and no one came back to see if all was ok . I needed more HOT water and was not able to find anyone to assist. We left early due to this.

Great location!!!!!!!!! Small but because it is in the center of everything...why complain about size?? Get out. The room was perfectly clean!!! The staff...amazing. The bar...mmm ok. Maybe because im American but the bartender had no creativity or spunk. But whatever...he was very nice. Just know what you like/want. I only stayed one night so no food review. Seemed like the walls were thin but again...stay out late and just go to sleep.

Okay hotel. As usual for London, the building is old. Noisy wooden floors, the doors are not correctly fitted into the frames, and the windows don't close completely. I am used to these things. Fortunately it was possible to turn off the air conditioning, and even though my room was next to the elevator, I didn't hear much from it. What I did hear on the other hand was noise from the heating boiler approximately each 20 minutes during the first night, and at least once per hour the following nights. Carefully when checking in: most hotels block the deposit for the minibar, these guys actually debit you and you have to make sure it is refunded when checking out.

Guests use our private airport and cruise port transfers service. Staff members at the reception is friendly and helpful. Very easy to drop off and pickup from this Hotel. This hotel located less than 25 minutes from Heathrow airport and less than 85 minutes to Southampton cruise port.

Great value Afternoon Tea, extremely helpful and friendly staff, lovely food with plenty of top ups and choice of teas. Due to the weather, we couldn't enjoy our experience in the lovely looking back garden but perhaps something to look forward to next time. Highly recommended
k. p.
The staff and facilities were great! The garden was a highlight and a lovely place to enjoy a drink or two! Would definitely recommend staying here when in london.

Afternoon tea.
Staff members were friendly but assumed I had a voucher, that was a bit weird. Perhaps they get most of their business through voucher sites but it's a little rude to assume your guest received a discount.
Tea was sachets of Twinnings and a pot of hot water, I didn't expect that and there was a maximum of two of each type of tea - only one of the one I wanted.
Part of the crust remained on the sandwiches which were quite dry and very small - four fingers each and much thinner than I've had before, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd used one slice of bread per person.
Cake was nice and plentiful. Scones were overdone.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for just 1 night but it was great. The location is just a few mins walk away from Earl's Court station so it's very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, room is super clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely stay again :)
K. H.
We were there for the afternoon tea. Since the weather was nice, we asked if we could sit in the garden. We were immediately set a table and could spend this wonderful teatime outdoors. The garden is a little paradise and the service of Mersim and his team was exceptional. We felt immediately like friends and look forward to the next opportunity to visit the K + K Hotel George.

My comment is not about a stay with you, is about working there. My very first job when I arrived in London in 1989 was there, I worked as a maid and also lived there in the annex just through the car park. I’m not sure the owner still the same person at the time was a Swedish person. I loved the time I worked there and the people I worked with, a lot of Filipinos, such lovely people. I will never forget my experience of working there.
K. M.
Very good hotel with small but luxury rooms. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast offers a good amount of food ranging from sweets like croissants, pancakes and marmalade or jam. Of course you can get prepare yourself for a long walk through London by filling up your plates with English breakfast including mushrooms, tomatoes and potato edges. Although the ham was not the best it was a good start in the day roundet with a nice cup of English breakfast tea.
Since the underground was just a small walk away you were able to reach all important spots in a couple of minutes. Victoria station was within a 10 minute radius with nearly all of the trains.
After a long day in the city you can enjoy yourself in one of the pubs, bars or restaurants.
Hotel is highly recommended if you want a cosy stay. It's a bit pricey but you won't find better in London. Enjoy your stay.
S. H.
Very friendly staff and modern furnishings. Breakfast is typically included and has a wide selection of breads, spreads and juices (but it is lacking in protein). The rooms are without a doubt the smallest I have ever seen. Shockingly small.
T. M.
The hotel and the room was in immaculate condition. The rooms are clean. Easy to find and near the Piccadilly line service. Earls Court is nice and there are quite a few eateries nearby. We stayed a week and there is a little bit of everything close by especially the Tube.
T. S.
Great front desk staff and location close to tube, making getting around London very convenient. We'll apportioned rooms, although bathroom a bit on small side.Biggest complaint was the 50 pound "hold" placed on my credit card to cover minibar expenses that "will come off in 5 to 7 days after checkout (?)" Not sure why the time delay of that length is necessary.
T. M.
Excellent in every way apart from room size -but it is London. Short distance to the underground. Earls Court is not really a tourist area but there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. Looking forward to a return visit in the future as we really enjoyed this hotel.

Had a great stay at the K & K Hotel George in mid September, 2018. Room was fairly large by European standards although the bathroom was a bit tight. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They could not do enough for us and made our stay very enjoyable. The Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Mersim Asani, was amazing. He welcomed us when we arrived, jet lagged and confused. He seated us out in the garden, brought us coffee (the coffee pot always seemed to be in his hand) and when our room was ready, took our luggage up. This was the Food and Beverage Manager! Every morning he greeted us with a huge smile and a sincere "Good Morning, How are you?". He would insure we had a comfortable table and, of course, pour our coffee. What a delightful person And he was but one of many that went out of their way to make us comfortable. Great staff, starting with Mersim, at the the K&K Hotel George. You can spend more in London but I doubt you will receive better service.
A. A.
Great staff that did not hesitate to help us even during late nights, no problem checking in and checking out. And the best part is that we got such a nice room for a great price
R. L.
I'm sure this is only accurate for my stay, since others have reviewed K+K George with such praise. Still, my twin room on the fourth floor didn't quite live up to my expectations.
The floor was creaky and despite being sold as a sound proofed room, anything than actually lying in bed could be heard from the corridor or the room next door.
I had to adjust the shower temperature several times a minute, as it flicked between freezing and scalding.
Including breakfast in all room prices would have been nice. I decided not pay the additional £12.50 for hotel breakfast and had something at the nearby bakeries and breakfast spots instead. Also, including a bottle or two of water, and an internet connection that doesn't require me to give a name and an email address, would have made all the difference.
On a positive note, the personnel was really nice and the tube station was just a block and a half away, with several food shops and cafés along the way.
D. A.
This is a much better hotel than you would expect in Earls court. The staff and management are super nice, helpful and friendly. Lovely garden out the back and a decent bar and restaurant.
D. G. I.
Nice hotel and great service. It's in a good location and a fast walk to Earls Court subway station. My main complaint is that the room was very small, which is expected for Europe, but it was also in need of some updates. I would consider staying here again if I was in the area.
N. T.
Great modern hotel. Clean rooms and the front desk was very helpful. They held our bags so we could hit the city while we waited for check in. Hotel is very close to a tube station too.
P. L. H. F.
Great hotel in a great location. Short walk to Earls Court underground. Lots of things shops etc within walking distance. Triple rooms come with three single beds and enough space for 3 adults. Breakfast is also excellent.
A. E.
There was 4 of us ladies that came here for afternoon tea. Mersim was fantastic! He clearly wants his guests to enjoy their time and went the extra mile to do so. The food was really nice: lovely sandwiches and scones especially. Only thing that could improved would be to have specialty loose leaf teas instead of tea bags.
L. T.
Great . Air conditioner in rooms. Staff is the best . By far I would be glad to return and stay here anytime . Wonderful motel. Breakfast is at the top. Staff was very helpful and friendly to assist in any way .
A. M.
Clean and quiet. The bar and dining area were nice and relaxing. Bartender D was awesome and made great drinks. Hotel in walking range to some nice shops and eating establishments
A. O.
Very good hotel, very keenly priced and close to public transport. I attended a networking event and enjoyed a delightful breakfast. The selection on offer for breakfast ticks all the boxes.
B. B.
The service provided by Marina and Mercim was and is always more than excellent!
Even though I do not sleep at the Hotel I use the facilities regularly for business meetings at both lunch and/or breakfast. A big reason for my consistent presence is Marina and Mercim's lovely, professional, and warm attitude that makes me feel part of the KK family!
Again, thank you to the both of you!
All the best,
Brian

My experience at this hotel was in a professional setting, organising a company birthday party. I was part of the team in charge of organising and hosting, and as such collaborated with the hotel management on many thing - from location, to food, to external services, to catering, etc. I must say that all our requirements were met and the staff were readily available to aid in any way. Hotel management allowed us to use the garden for the main event and served food in the restaurant area. They even provided a meeting room for us to use as a setup room. In all, a worthwhile experience. I do recommend the hotel for events, specially those which are to be done outdoors. Superb management team, thank you very much!
K. F.
Love this hotel! So convenient to Earl Court station. Very nice area. Lovely rooms and great breakfast! Staff is very attentive and makes staying here a pleasure!
J. H.
Clean, inviting rooms, and lovely common areas! The bathroom in our room was small and the shower was temperamental, with temperature and pressure. Nice location, very close to Earl's Court tube station!
T. M.
Extremely clean and neat. Not bad for the price. The location is pretty good as if you are a walker you can get to ***y of the local attractions with ease. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area, very relaxing and a good choice for conference goers.
A. D.
Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and could not rate it highly enough. It has everything : a) location 2 mins walk to Earl's Court station and in a quiet street with beautiful buildings. b) open, clean, spacious hotel with marble and wood finishes and lots of lovely touches c) plentiful and very varied breakfast, everything one could want - right down to Nespresso machine and hot, frothy soya milk to make my own macchiato! d) beautiful rooms, if not huge, very adequate by standards of any big city - rooms on ground floor that have access to the garden are to die for! e) garden - quiet, peaceful and beautiful space - right in the middle of London f) access to several computers on loser ground floor where there is also a gym&spa, I believe, though the weather was too nice during our stay to make use of these facilities, g) EVERYTHING!!!!
J. C.
I was for 6 days in this Hotel and just everything was so good … friendly Staff when I arrived, the Room i sleept was very clean, the Roommaid did a great Job, then Breakfast was great … just a Place where i would go again … thanks for everything … i also had the Underground Station just 3 min. away … so i was in the City but it was a quiet Place
F. S.
I can only strongly recommend this hotel. We, a family of four spent there four nights during a London trip. Everything (accommodation, breakfast, staff, garden, lunch) contributed to a feel-good-situation. The garden is wonderful, the rooms are clean, modern, and (knowing some Britisch and London hotels from different business trips) very well designed and of size that even the couch and the additional bed for the kids were no problem.
One should have at least dinner one time in the hotel, enjoying the garden, and especially guests from abroad should try the afternoon tea that is served.
Nevertheless it is only about five minutes to the next station of the London Underground (Earl's Court) and there is a street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the hotel itself is located in a byroad, so noise or traffic are no problem at all.
The staff, as mentioned is very friendly and assists the tourists in getting e. g. cards for Madame Tussauds (in our case).
As far as we know, there are also parking facilities, but as we only used public transport, I cannot provide details about this.
S. K.
We had a wonderful stay. Matthew at the front desk was especially helpful. Great breakfast and a beautiful garden courtyard! The English tea looked delicious.
T. M.
There is nothing like going back to a place where you feel comfortable and know what to expect from. Great location with all Earls Court has to offer nearby but on a quiet side road. Room TV service was under repair all through the week of stay so we ended up with no TV at all.
D. J.
Good accommodation. A bit short of staff but those that were on duty were fantastic.
L. S.
Quiet, quaint hotel located in Kensington. Convenient to tube station. Cosy rooms. Welcoming atmosphere. Helpful staff. However, our room stinks like a sewer. The smell is coming up from the shower drain, not pleasant. And a bathtub would be nice.
A. P.
Was in the hotel in September 2015.
Good service, perfect breakfast, clean rooms and great wifi.
The hotel is near the Earl's Court Tube station so you could get very easy into the city.
Many museums in walking distance and even Harrods is not so far away.
Definatly my hotel again for my next trip to London.
K. S.
Great property to stay at, stayed there 3 nights while attending WTM 2017 on behalf of Ahalan Olympus Tours - Israeli incoming tour operator.
Service was great, comfortable rooms and brilliant location next to earls court tube station.. I will be back !
B. F.
One of the best in the area! We’ve visited multiple times for breakfast when friends visiting town have stayed there. The staff are absolutely to be adored!
J. P.
Very nice hotel, comfortable, quiet, great location decent pillows (rare in many hotels) and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.
J. W.
First hotel we booked was disgusting and we left, so arrived here last minute , the receptionist was lovely and helpful, rooms immaculate, bed really comfortable, perfect location, quiet but just off main high street with everything you could need (pubs, shops, restaurants) and 2 mins from Earl’s Court tube can’t fault this place !!! 💯% recommend
J. R.
Afternoon tea was okay but there was a few things that wasn't great. The crusts were left on the sandwiches which is not commonly known for afternoon tea. Also the sandwhiches were very dry and the bread definitely NOT fresh! It would have been nice if we were told what was in the sandwiches and what ingredients were in the cakes incase we had any allergies.on a menu rather than just putting it on the table The variation of tea was very limited . We were expecting a wider range and not the average teabags we could buy at the supermarket ourselves, but they were more than happy to give re-fills of hot water.
H.
We loved our stay here.. Close to transportation..location provides easy access to restaurants/pub’s.. The breakfast was very nice.. I would definitely stay here again!
M. D.
Excellent location in Earl's Court. Professional, friendly, helpful staff. We had a great experience. Very clean rooms, impressive bar Beautiful hotel inside and out.
L. R.
Perfect location from the earl's court tube (2 blocks away) gets you straight into Heathrow and every London attraction. Rooms are small but location is worth it. Good breakfast.
E. C.
I used to work in the hotel 3 times in 1980s. Rooms were different, now it is a classy hotel. I wish I could come again to stay for a few nights. There was a fantastic menager, Mr Marian Szymaniak supervising our work as cleaners. I recall may stay as a sentimental journey in my life. Didn't stay in London, came back to Kraków, Poland. It was a mistake, should have stayed in London, which I miss every day. Mr Marian lived at 9, Trebovir Rd. I wonder if he stll lives there. I wish the owners and staff all the best in running this beautiful hotel. With warm memories

Mers and his team has truly delivered once again. Been waited on hand and foot by Mariusz and the bar lounge staff was exceptional. Always a pleasure visiting for social drinks with my mates!😁
T. M.
We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and the front desk staff was kind enough to open the fitness room/sauna area for us so we could freshen up before heading back out. Room size bigger than expected for London standards. We will definitely return any time we are in London.
D. M.
Nice hotel .. Very close to earls court tube stop ( 2 blocks). Good breakfast and the rooms are pretty good. I would stay here again.
M. T.
We had dinner at KK hotel George and sat in their beautiful garden and ate delicious food - thank you to chef, Pedro and excellent customer service from Donald, Diane, Mersim and Agnieska.
Would definitely return when weather is good!
C. E.
Great hotel located in Earls Court. Just steps away from the tube and restaurants. It's also close to the V&A museum, Natural History museum, Kensington Palace, etc. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.
T. M.
Checking in couldn't be easier and each time we have arrived early our room has been ready. Wasn't sure this was a great answer, but for the remainder of the stay we left notes for the cleaning staff to keep our curtains closed and the fan on. Thank you for making us so welcome.
A. A.
Good hotel to stay. Thursday nights is live music at the bar. Only thing is breakfast menu doesn't change. It's the same fare everyday

I had such a good time for my bd with my friend, I brought a Groupon voucher was really worth it. I went around 6pm on a Saturday was quite which I liked. They madr sure everything was nice. They give me a bd muffin it was too cute.

I went for tea with my friend recently and I was very impressed by the ambiance and the service we received. Diana and Margarita were excellent! Will definitely return soon!
G. V.
Fantastic hotel with the most amazing garden in central London. Our host Marina in the restaurant was both very friendly and helpful l. The service was amazing
E. Y.
Breakfast was good and the service excellent. A very convenient position with easy access to the Tube. Take the time to look around the area as there are lots of great places to dine as well.
D. C.
Took my eldest Grandaugter for afternoon tea for her birthday. Was a fantastic tea & Mersim was a great host. He made sure we had enough food & even took photos of the both of us on my phone. Will definitely go back again.
D. P.
This is a great, standard hotel. It's steps from the underground, in a decent, albeit quiet neighborhood, and it's comfortable. My only complaint is that the gym is very lame.
D. E.
The staff at the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond our expectations, from complimentary upgrades to even just offering an umbrella as it was raining. The location is amazing too. Just around the corner from Earls Court station
K. J.
Room is small. There's no shower doors. But the overall stay was great. Good breakfast. Great location
J. M.
Cute boutique hotel in a nice area. Very convenient to the tube. The staff was lovely and very helpful. My only complaints are the rooms are quite small and the AC isn't very cold.
C.
Standard hotel imo. Small rooms. Small bathrooms decent looking bar and restaurant area. Not a lot else going for it. I can't comment on the price as I did not book it.
S. B.
Great hotel. Great location. Easy for tube. Really nice rooms, bar and facilities. Recommended.
C. J.
I have styed in this hotel and I have found it a good place to dwell in. I would like the higher authorities to work on certain aspects more devotedly in order to make their ambiance to atain the level of perfection.
T. B.
The room are small, compared to those in the US, but are very clean and nice. Free wifi, nice bar and restaurant, close to the Tube. . Food is a little pricey, but there are many restaurants and fast food close by. Sa ff is ver friendly.
L. D.
The best hotel in London. You are welcomed like a member of the family. You are attended like a diva. The breakfast is delicious.
A. F.
This place was beautiful. I loved it. In a nice neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. We stayed here on our last day, but it was good
J. B.
Excellent really nice hotel
K. C.
Beautiful hotel, with comfortable finishes and amenities. Helpful staff. Great location.
V. F.
Nice hotel, but the room was kinda drab and old. They told me they were "upgrading me to a premium room". Was expecting much more from a 4-star hotel. The rooms look better in the pictures.
T. M.
I chose this hotel because from the reviews it was accessible to the Heathrow Airport via the tube. Not far from underground station so very easy to go anywhere. As a basis for business meetings in the Westend and to get in from Heathrow Airport the hotel is perfectly situated.
M. V.
K+K HOTEL GEORGE KENSINGTON is a mixed bag... I really disliked the occasionally smokey restaurant and the cramped bathroom in my room, but the gym is not too bad, and the breakfast buffet featured the finest sausages I've ever had 😋

Nice hotel - great breakfast, 2 minutes walk to metro station, very nice staff. Rooms are pretty small.
R. M.
Absolutely lovely environment. The garden was brilliant, the tea and cakes were amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. Will be going back very soon.
T. C.
We have stayed here several times in the last few months. It's a great location for catching the tube wherever you want to go, including the Picadilly line direct to Heathrow.
F. O.
Good room/desk, bed, shower. Reakfast, restaurant good. Meeting room good. Location to lhr and city center good. Earl's court many dinner options. A/c might be spotty.
J. B.
Great location lovely breakfast and attentive staff
T. B.
👌
C. M.
Great little hideaway. Close to Earls Court but you don't get the noise as it's tucked away round the corner. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and the staff were excellent.
D. W.
Afternoon tea - stale sandwiches and patisserie (wasn't made freshly, had stood too long) needed more hot water for more tea...
Nice interior and outlook onto gardens... Clean cloakrooms and reception...
m. a.
Enjoyed my stay at K+K Hotel. Service, staff, location, room were all great. 2 min walk to Earls court and many restaurants around.
R. H.
Great hotel with more than reasonable prices.
I booked a classic room with is small, but this only becomes a problem if you plan on spending your vacation in you hotel room.
Å. N.
Little water in top floor, hot (windows open all night) and hard beds. Otherwise nice hotel, good service and close to underground.
I. B.
Great priced hotel, stayed there on business for 4 weeks. Really helpful staff and clean rooms. Would go back.
H. S.
I went, at short notice to the champagne afternoon tea and the location of our seating (next to garden) added to the quality and quantity foodstuffs plus the staff were friendly and professional.
G. C.
Amazing staff who can't do enough for you. Worth staying for this alone.
N. B.
Beautiful hotel with an amazing garden. Close to the Underground. Make sure u have a drink in the back and enjoy a little paradise in the city
A. F.
Acceptable hotel with poor design. The doors to the room slam, the doors to the bathroom smack against the glass cabinet, and they only have single room keys.
J. L.
Comfortable, immaculate, stylish hotel a stone's throw from the tube and 10 minutes from Central London by tube. Great garden for drinks or coffee.
W. W.

I have never actually stayed there but from the outside looking in it appears to me to be by far the smartest looking hotel in the facinity.
