T. J.The Manager was delightful, room spacious and clean, great location, but unfortunately my poor daughter got a bed full of bed bugs. She ended up covered in bites that became hives. To the staff's credit , they did replace all the linen, pillows and quilt...but I think it was the mattress that was infected. The room had new carpet and curtains but they really should replace the old beds. We unfortunately had to cut our 16 night stay down to a few nights as my daughter was feeling ill from the effects of so many bites. Such a shame...it was really a pleasant hotel otherwise. Breakfast staff not at all friendly, but I think they are contractors.
M. C.Friendly helpful staff, the room was a good standard and very clean and tidy and very reasonable priced. The bed was very comfortable which makes all the difference. The breakfast was very nice and the staff sorting out the breakfast were extremely helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again as its close to earls Court tube station so easy access to get around. Lots of places close by for food with all different types of restaurants close by.

T. S.Me and my brother stayed at the Kensington Court Hotel for over a week and we had a great experience. The location is amazing and the staff are so helpful. The included breakfast was satisfactory and I enjoyed the selection of hot foods, sweets and coffee. The room was spacious and roomy with a cute view of the neighbouring courtyard. A television and desk were a nice inclusion and the bathroom was clean and quaint. My only frustration was the wifi, it was just very slow, but honestly I didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t a huge deal. I hope to be back soon.
B. B.I have stayed here several times and like this place for its spacious rooms - rather rare in Earl's Court. Good value. Ask for one of the recently refurbished rooms, which have new carpet and fresh decor. Such as room 5! But expect the sound of urban foxes making a racket in the middle of the night. They live in the square too. Just part of London life!

There is no breakfast, but they serve a choice of fresh pastries every day.
It's in a very nice area, close to several subway stations and some popular sites like Portobello road with it's famous saturday antiques market and cinema Electrical.

A. A.Nothing was really working in this hotel. We had to wait 10 minutes to have hot water in the bathroom every day, the kettle wasn't working well, we had to change our room key 3 times... Y. S.Charming small hotel in Earl's Court area, the Kensington in it's name is barely justified. Rooms are okay, slightly showing age but acceptable. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but good, especially the fruits on offer I found quite good.

Stairs are abit steep like any other medium priced hotel in London. Has free breakfast for guests, good range of breakfast items to choose from. Breakfast is an authentic English breakfast with sausages, cheese, bread, muffins, egg, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Dining conditions are good and clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly, food items are constantly replenished. Location is perfect for travellers who want to walk around London. Free WiFi is available here, although mobile data connection might be bad depending on room location.

B. G.Absolutely fabulous good value for money! I am staying there since 4 weeks and staff is happy to help with any issue, verry correct and adequate service! The rooms are as spacious and comfortable as you would normally expect from a 4 Star hotel! Everything is there and very spacious.
For major issues the hotel manager herself took care for me even at 9pm at night. She is a verry professional and friendly person!
I am 200% satisfied and I will stay there for the next 6 months.

J. S.(Translated) We stayed (two adults and two children) in this hotel during the Christmas period, after having found a flash offer when we were undecided between various possibilities;
It is located in a very convenient residential area 5 min walk from Earl Court tube station, the hotel is not very recent as a structure, but like most London hotels of the same standard, the staff is very friendly and there are also two Italian managers who can therefore be very useful for those who do not speak English, including breakfast and it is not something to be taken for granted in London hotels, rooms not very large but not too small.
The bathroom at least ours was quite small, with the tub and with some problems with the shower that threw very little water and difficult to regulate the temperature (either very hot or freezing, middle ways were impossible), luckily the problem lasted 2 days then they Resolved;
Overall to recommend.

Abbiamo pernottato (due adulti e due bambini) in questo hotel in periodo Natalizio, dopo aver trovato un offerta lampo quando eravamo indecisi tra varie possibilità;
È situato in una zona residenziale molto comoda a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Earl Court, l’hotel non è recentissimo come struttura,ma del resto come la maggior parte degli hotel di Londra dello stesso livello, il personale è molto gentile e ci sono anche due responsabili italiane che quindi possono risultare molto utili per chi non parla inglese, colazione compresa e non è cosa scontata negli hotel di Londra, camere non grandissime ma nemmeno troppo piccole.
Il bagno almeno il nostro era abbastanza piccolino, con la vasca e con qualche problema alla doccia che buttava pochissima acqua e difficile da regolare la temperatura(o caldissima o gelida, vie di mezzo erano impossibili), per fortuna il problema è durato 2gg poi hanno risolto;

Das Morgenessen war unter Boden mit einigen Fenstern nach oben. Das Buffet war sehr mässig und wurde nur selten oder überhaupt nicht nachgefüllt.
