M. S.Hotel is OK. Budget. Beds where good. We had the family room which was in de basement. Toilet/shower could definitely use some renovation.
Location is great. Just 3-5 minutes walk from St. Pancras int. Train station and Kings Cross station. Although it’s in London you dont hear much traffic. Really silent place. In the morning the only thing you hear are birds. Only downside is that our room was next to the entrance which slams really hard. Also at 1 am a guest with reservation couldnt get in and kept banging the door for half an hour until finally the doorman/receptionist came who didnt respond on the doorbell.
C. R.A little compact. Beds were comfortable. Room had been freshly decorated. This we knew as the masking tape was still round the ceiling light. But other it was exactly what we wanted. A clean room to sleep before catching the Eurostar.

The place is a few minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras and no more than two minutes from the underground, meaning making use of London's extensive travel system couldn't be easier.
The room itself was cosy and presented beautifully, there was a decent sized telly and an abundance of coffees and teas which was nice to find compared to the miserly amounts normally left by hotels.
When it comes to value for money it's well worth taking them up on the breakfast they offer, but there are plenty of quirky restaurants and cafes close by which serve breakfast and then, of course, meals throughout the day too.
The manager of Kings Cross Hotel, she also runs a hotel across the road, couldn't he more accommodating. You will find her warm and friendly and she will be a key part of ensuring your stay was as pleasant as mine was.

E.Used this hotel for a quick stay for business needs and it was suitable for its purpose. Nice sized room, small but I expected that. Nice bathroom with plenty of toiletries. The provided biscuits and tea bags were a nice addition thank you! Bed was comfortable and well made. Only complaint would be that it’s fairly creaky with the floorboards so it’s a bit noisy when trying to sleep but it’s easily sorted with earplugs. Nice stay thank you

C. N.We stayed here for 1 night in a family room. Main criteria for booking was proximity to St Pancras and availability of a family room. Overall it wasn't bad, just that the price was not quite budget enough for the quality of the amenities.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was warm and cosy.
Bathroom was inappropriately small for a family room. Sink was unusable it was so small. Luckily our kids are small and we were only there for one night so we made do.
Other major issue was that our room was on the basement floor next to the outside stairs. The hotel apparently gets a delivery of laundry at 3am. Ask me how I know that :/ Luckily the children slept through it but us parents didn't.
F. A.Excellent customer services and very helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean apart from being bit small but I guess that’s normal for Central London. Visited after Lockdown and they got full SOP’s measures and keeping social distancing at all times. Highly recommended in the area of King's Cross London.
j. k.The room had been aranged in such a way to maximise space, even though there was so little, and the beds were fairly comfy. Despite the comfort of the beds, the bed sheet was itchy, so I recommend sleeping inbetween the top duvet and the sheet inbetween the bed sheet and the duvet. That might be a little confusing but trust me...
That sheet is SOOOOOO much softer.
The bathroom was tiny and the sink was barely big enough to count be counted as a sink. Otherwise the shower was fine and the toilet was clean. The staff were friendly as well.
D. D.I stayed in room 12 at King's Cross Hotel. It's conveniently located by the train station. The room is small and very simple. Room 12 has a private bathroom with a very small shower. It lost all pressure several times while I showered. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was included for no additional cost. Breakfast was included at no additional cost and included instant coffee, milk, juice, cereal, and eggs, toast, and beans. It was good for the money except for the shower.

L. C.(Translated) Rooms not very big but clean and with bathroom inside also small but clean and with everything you need. In the room there is also a kettle with everything you need for tea.
The only drawback is the spring mattress with hard springs that can be felt and the light that is always lit on the stairs that filters through the door (since there is an abundant centimeter of empty space all around)
I recommend it for cleanliness and convenient location and for good value for money

Stanze non molto grandi ma pulite e con bagno all’interno anch’esso piccolo ma pulito e con tutto il necessario. Nella camera c’è anche il bollitore con il necessario per un te.
Unico neo il materasso a molle con molle dure che si sentono e la luce sempre accesa per le scale che filtra dalla porta (visto che c’è un centimetro abbondante di spazio vuoto tutto intorno)
Lo consiglio per la pulizia e la posizione comoda e per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Practically the hotel is a corridor that extends in height, narrow with very steep stairs; as far as I can see, every floor should have two rooms. I wanted to pay by credit card but the pos didn't work, boh. I had to go to pick up, I come back and they tell me they don't have the rest which was better if I picked up pieces of 5. I would like to know which ATM supplies pieces of 5. The minimum is 20 pounds, the fact is that they tell me "the rest you let's say later "... If ... Said and done .. I went down this morning and the clerk was thrown on the floor with blankets. He didn't even get up to get the keys, I left them on the counter and didn't ask for the rest. That's okay. However, I have spent a sleepless night, people on the stairs up and down, flushing galore and light style alien invasion coming from the edges of the door, not to mention the lock. Every time, to open it, I felt MacGyver. My fault, perhaps, of light sleep, but hell, I didn't sleep an hour. Clean room for goodness sake. If you have no sleep problems and are looking for a cheap hotel this is fine.

Centrale e comodissimo da raggiungere, cinque minuti esatti dalle varie stazioni di metro e treno. Nella stessa via sono presenti più hotel e B&B quindi avete l'imbarazzo della scelta, denaro permettendo. Praticamente l'hotel è un corridoio che si estende in altezza, stretto con scale molto ripide; a quanto mi pare di aver visto ogni piano dovrebbe avere due stanze. Volevo pagare con carta di credito ma il pos non funzionava, boh. Sono dovuto andare a prelevare,torno e mi dicono di non avere il resto che era meglio se prelevavo pezzi da 5. Io vorrei sapere quale bancomat fornisce pezzi da 5. Il minimo è 20 sterline, fatto sta che mi dicono "il resto te lo diamo più tardi" ... Se... Detto fatto.. Sono sceso questa mattina e l'addetto era buttato per terra con delle coperte. Neanche si è alzato a prendere le chiavi, le ho lasciate sul bancone e non ho chiesto il resto. Va bene così. Comunque io ho passato una notte insonne, gente per le scale su e giù, sciacquoni a gogo e luce stile invasione aliena proveniente dai bordi della porta, per non parlare della serratura. Ogni volta per aprirla mi sentivo MacGyver. Colpa mia forse del sonno leggero però cavolo, non ho chiuso occhio neanche un'ora. Camera pulita per carità. Se non avete problemi di sonno e cercate un hotel economico va bene.
