Last minute stay due to train cancellations, booked as cheapest option. Room ok, but vile smell coming from the bathroom. Bathroom door handle had come off, so made it difficult to open the door. Pillows dirty and towels ripped. Staff lovely though and tried their best
If we had an option to change hotels and get a refund we would not have hesitated

Small bedroom but confortable bed with modern bathroom. Some unpleasant smell from bathroom pipes, bit annoying. Odd elevator system: you do have an elevator indeed but still a few steps here and there to get to the elevator or to your bedroom, worth knowing if your bagages weight as much as an elephant! Overall hard to ignore the place for one night stay since it is ideally placed so close to Saint Pancras and price was reasonable. So for travellers needing a short stay on their way to their final destination, it works well.

Lovely staff. Nice clean room perfect for a place to stop overnight. No frills but comfortable and safe.

Affordable price, relatively clean although house keeping was not regularly maintained. Location is super prime as it's just 3-4 mins walk to King's Cross St Pancras station. There are multiple restaurants nearby and a few of them are open until late night.

Hotel is OK. Wonderfull location. All trains pass King Cross St.Pancras station. Great stuff, always there to help.
Thanks for the tickets printing!

Great rooms, air conditioning + well placed for access into London and Kings Cross. Tight hallways but the rooms and bathrooms are great, bathroom and shower is fantastic and beds are pretty comfy.

Very friendly, multilingual owner, he gave clear directions for nearby food outlets and smoked with us outside. The bathrooms and toilets are shared, but I never had to wait to use them. There's a sink in the room is with soap so you can freshen up.

Needed a place to crash and they delivered. My single room got upgraded to a double and twin room, which was nice. Lots of space and a fridge. Unfortunately it was in the sub-basement which meant I got a lot of rail noise both late at night and early in the morning.
G. L.
At the price, I can't complain.
I can watch TV in bed. The shower is good and it's a nice clean room.
I could have paid a lot more but those key points wouldn't change.
C. S.
Very cheep and cheerful , clean room but bit dated and worn, window didn't close properly, but acceptable and affordable. You get what you pay for.
K. G.
Very nice room, comfy bed and love shower. Greatly situated close to St Pancras. Very competitively priced
L. R.
Really great hotel we stayed in G2 and was super quiet and secure. Excellent staff and nothing was too much trouble 😀 we will happily stay again.

Room was clean, Bathroom was what you would expect for the price range and location. Very low water pressure on hand washing taps, shower was wierd water went everywhere but good enough for a wash. Toiletries supplied. Check in was easy and pleasant, key card entry on main door so can return at any hour without being locked out

Decent location, no thrills hotel. The room we stayed in overlooked kings cross. Staff were friendly. Only issue was the plug to the sink was broken, which I fixed(I also didn't report tbf). All in all, it's a good one or 2 night room at a very reasonable price. If youre a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend as can be quite loud due to road noise, plus it's London. Not the hotel's fault obviously

A decent place to stay with good value and great location, it’s just located opposite King’s Cross Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. Room is clean and tidy just that it might look a bit old as it has been there for ages. Staff are friendly and helpful too, was asking them for direction and they explained in details to me. Not the best hotel near King Cross railway station but the one that offer the best value for short duration of stay.
J. T.
Perfect location, staff friendly, rooms a tad small...apart from that would stay again
S. B.
First room small and dark but happy to give us better room
I. s.
Ok to sleep overnight but not for lengthy stay. It needs loads of renovation.

Stayed here for one night, the gentleman behind reception was very friendly and helpful with suitcases. It's right across the Kings Cross station and in walking distance from St Pancras. I had a double room with double bed. Room wasn't very big but everything is there what you need! Room and bathroom were both very clean, bed was comfertable as well with clean sheets. Coffee and Tea facility, and you get little bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioners in bathroom. There's also a TV in room. Close to shops and plenty of places for food/takeout. I would not hesitate to stay there again as it's cheap enough for London. I only paid 40 pound for the night.
J. T.
Average place. Good location and the price was ok, but I bet they extort people when they can with the price
J. T.
The rooms are small but perfect if you need somewhere to spend the night before getting a train as it is right across the road from King's Cross and London St Pancras. Very convenient for the Eurostar and it is cheaper than a lot of the other hotels near by.
The front desk is open 24 hours so doesn't matter if you are arriving late. Toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room. There is also a fridge and hairdryer.
The beds are smallish but comfortable and the rooms was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a decent size with a rainfall shower which was nice. We did have a small issue with the basin in our room but nothing that couldn't have been fixed easily if we'd been bothered enough to complain. The phone in our room wasn't working but we didn't have any need of it so it didn't impact us at all.
A. K.
Room is spacious and comfortable. We got a room on the second floor, onto the street. The room is well equipped too. However it needs sound proofing. You can hear every step in the room above or the corridor, water in the pipes, and the neighborhood is always busy due to the location (ambulance sirens several times an hour, occasional street preacher...).
EDIT: the noise issue continued two days in a row, so we took it to the front desk and we were moved to a better room with a better view! Pro-tip: ask for a room on the top floor.
The cleaning should also be improved (scuff marks on the walls, stain on the bathroom wall, dust under the bed).
On the plus side, the breakfast offer is pretty great. Personnel varies, some are very helpful.
C. R.
The hotel was close to where we were planning on going (The Kings Place). The staff were polite. The beds were comfy enough and the shower we had was great! (Like it was a really good shower I want one)
The floors are kind of loud when you walk on it but considering it seems to be an old building, I'm not all that bothered.
However, there was a lot of stairs to get from one thing to another. Stairs at the entrance, stairs from the reception to the lift, stairs up to our room. This wasn't great for me or my partner due to leg problems but hey, you get a good workout I guess...
We were also really humid in our room but there is the control for air con and heating.
M. O.
Spot on for the price. Literally outside kings cross station across the road from the subway. Rooms are small but clean, equipped with fridge and decent wardrobe space. Spot on for a night in the town or an early train journey. Only slight annoyance was the noise. Mostly sirens from emergency vehicles. Although good TV and awesome broadband connection. Hotel with plenty of character :)
J. N.
Check-in was fast, room was good. Bathroom had plenty of room and the shower was really cool. The building is pretty old and the hallways look dated, but the room itself was just fine. I'd have no problem staying there again. It's in a great location considering the access to rail and metro services across the street at King's Cross Station, the underground, and St. Pancras International.
K. O. M.
Staff are friendly.
Very ideal location for travelling literally 3mins from the underground.
Very basic settings for £81 a night but our room had a very nice shower and rooms are air conditioned.
Drainage noise from other rooms was noisy.
The laminate floors could've benefited from a mop.
L. M.
The room was tidy but the corridor had a strange smell. The room was tiny but it was okay with its easily assessable location, it’s just opposite to King’s Cross station. Very convenient! Yet, the environment of the hotel could be only regarded as acceptable, okay for a short stay (maybe 1-2 nights)
k. m.
Just needed a hotel near to the Station . It's ok
C. F.
I stayed in the hotel back in 2016. The facilities were fantastic, the receptionist team was very helpful, understanding and patient. The cleaning team also did a great job.
I would recommend staying there any time.
M.
It's a simple hotel and the interior is quite old. The cleanliness is okay but the location right at Kings Cross and St. Pancress is great. Very easy for transportation. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. However, the friendliness of the staff could be improved.
A. C.
After reading all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were, how clean and spacious my room was, my great view and the comfy beds. Of course there is noise but to be outside two pretty busy central London train stations I would expect nothing less. Overall really happy with my stay for the price I paid and would stay here again. I booked directly through the website to get a better rate, but did not go for the included continental breakfast. I suppose my only gripe is that the cooked english breakfast was so much more, so I went out for breakfast instead.
S. B.
Nice rooms recently refurbished but needs double glazing. Rooms had great shower and everything we needed. Tea, coffee, water, toiletries etc. Tired public spaces. Fine for overnight stay as very convenient for st pancras international. Reasonable prices if booked well in advance
O. R.
Absolutely love this hotel. Stayed here a few times. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Perfect location. Will definitely be staying here again!
r. s.
Great location just over the road from the railway station. Room was clean and tidy but very small for what they're charging. Also no lift to the first floor was awkward for large cases. We asked the receptionist if they had any ice and were met with a quizzical response like hed never been asked for it before. I'll only use this hotel again for the location.
S. H.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The room had everything I needed. Nice ensuite bathroom, comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, TV and aircon. Couldn't fault it, definitely recommend it and will use it again.

After a disasterous attempt at another hotel ( see my review of the Prince Arthur!)
I last minute booked at Kings Cross Inn hotel .
What a delightful place! Squeaky clean, beautifully appointed, comfy beds, gorgeous ensuite ( NOT SHARED!!!!) Bathroom, nice toiletries. Professional and very helpful staff. Quiet, restful, all this for under £50!!! Half mile from Euston Station!
Thank you to Lester, the night concierge who was so kind.
I'll never go anywhere else again when traveling free m Euston station
B. M.
For a three star hotel it was nicer than expected. The toilet and bathroom was very nice, we initially were angry as we did not realize they would need a hefty pre-authorization payment on top of our already £450 room, but it didn't ruin our weekend although the guy at reception could of done a better job at making us feel welcome and explain the situation a little better. The staff seemed a little rude and not at all welcoming. The room itself was tidy and clean and complete with a fridge aswell as kettle and hair dryer. We were very pleasantly surprised that the room had a very good air con system so we were never too hot on a weekend where the temps rose to high twenty's low thirtys, the beds were comfy and overall we were happy to stay, one thing I would suggest is that groups be given more than one key pass as it was very difficult when one of our group wanted to leave the room they would have to leave the other members of the room with no electricity due to the key card also being the way you get electricity. Would of rated higher if the guy on reception was a little more welcoming and better at explaining things to us. Would recommend overall.
J. j.
Yeah my train was cancelled and my only option was to get a room for the night, it was beautiful and neat and i had a pleasant sleep.
But i was hoping I'll get at least a little mouth wash or a little tooth paste with little hotel toothbrush for the morning, no customer want to be out there with a smelly mouth you know
A. L.
Great hotel, especially if traveling via St. Pancreas Intl. Very reasonably priced, polite and helpful staff. Attached restaurant is nice as well. Room AC worked great, beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Basement room even had a window! Would definitely recommend for a short stay when traveling by train.
H. '. F.
Good budget stay. Well appointed rooms. Comfy bed. All went well until the morning when reception was not as friendly, there was a problem with the shower and I had breakfast. Breakfast wasn't good. Very cheap croissants, a toaster that didn't, tinned fruit, all very cheap looking and tasting. I'd go back but I wouldn't bother with breakfast. It would have been nice to know before hand that you need to turn the taps on as well as the shower if you want to take a shower in one of the third floor rooms. Instead I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work before asking the grumpy receptionist for help.
A. s.
I couldn't fault anything about this hotel, it's a lovely place to stay in an excellent location and is very easy to find. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities for making hot drinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Peter, who was very helpful with storing our bags when we were checking out and offering to help us carry them when we came back for them. I did see some bad reviews about windows not closing, however when we asked at reception a member of staff closed it and showed us that we were just trying to close it the wrong way! The only problem we experienced wasn't the hotel's fault- there was a loud, argumentative guest along our corridor early one morning but the reception staff dealt with them quickly and very well. Apart from that, the other guests at the hotel were pleasant and noise levels from guests and traffic were not a problem at all. The breakfast facilities in the restaurant were good, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
A. J.
Friendly staff and convenient location.
The double room we were in was actually a twin room with two beds slightly smaller than a single each. I didn't have the best nights sleep due to the noise BUT this is NOT the hotel's fault - it is after all central London and right by tube station etc.
The lift for disabled and pram access is down a flight of stairs!
The breakfast was extremely good value for money consisting of cooked full English breakfast and continental as well.
The adjoining Italian restaurant was perfect for an evening meal and also good value for money and friendly staff.
S. B.
Location is superb so central to getting in and around London.
Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of space for what you need. Tea making facilities and fridge a bonus. Fresh towels daily.
Fresh clean restaurant with continental breakfast english breakfast is available.
Staff very polite and cheerful.
Will be staying here again.
N. P.
The hotel location was absolutely fantastic and the room appeared clean but there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom when we arrived. AC/Heating worked. Bed was comfortable. Service at the reception desk was quick.
H. A.
The room was adequate. We were in room 307. Had to climb multiple set of short stairs. About 5-6 steps each. Which was very inconvenient with luggage, stroller and a baby. Very convenient location, close to train station and many restaurants. Staff was friendly. Was able to check in early. Wifi was good. After getting under the covers I felt a white hair in my face. I'm sure the sheets were washed with it. Overall ok and I would consider coming back to a more accessible room.
S. M.
I have read some of the reviews and tbh this was a last minute option for me. Forgot to book a hotel for Harry Potter 🙈 anyway, when we went to check in, super early btw, they were very obliging. We were asked if we wanted up stairs or bottom floor? I honestly didn't care. We got a room on the ground floor. G11. The minute I opened the door all I could do was laugh. It was so small....but in fairness it was only myself and my 12 year old daughter sharing. It was super clean, fresh sheets and the bathroom which would be a big deal for me was spotless!!! Disregarding the size of the room, the hotel and room was fine. There was a slight smell everytime we walked into the room. It was like damp, but we didnt get it all the time. An upgrade and this hotel would get 5 stars. The location was excellent for what we were there to do, which was sightseeing. The Italian La Regina, attached to the hotel!! Amazing. I love my food and it was the bizz
P. C.
Good budget hotel at prime location. Rooms are small and hallways are narrow. Too many stairs (you will know it when you see it). Its just opposite to Kings Cross underground which is the (only) awesome thing about this hotel. Food and cleanliness are average. I would have commented about the service if there was any. Even though I don't like this hotel a lot, I've booked it multiple times because of its location and also because there is always vacancy here, good for last minute bookings.
A. V.
The bedroom was a lot smaller than the pictures seemed. The room wasn't completely clean, there were small hairs in the bed, mattress would bend slightly inwards. The night receptionist just seemed annoyed all the time, however the ones that we saw during the day were very friendly. Location is amazing, literally across the street from kings cross station. You could hear everything through the walls, if anyone talked in the corridor you could hear, anyone flushes, you hear. Not a great experience, you're paying for the location only.
G. K.
The location of the hotel is really good (next to King's Cross station) and the check in and out process really smooth and fast. However the room I got was on the ground floor with a window on the street which meant that I had to keep the blinds closed at all times as there was no privacy. There was also a bit of noise coming from other rooms (steps, toilets being flushed etc).
N. J.
This hotel was really easy to find, just across the road from King's Cross station. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and modern, with decent facilities for making tea and more than enough for an over night stay. The one issue was that the room was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't seem all that effective. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay!
L. W.
Adequate hotel for our stay in London. We liked how close it was to the tube. Many great places to eat just a short distance away. Lots to do in the area! Staff was accommodating when we had an issue.
J. G.
Customer service was the worst I've come across in a while. Blunt and ignorant. Tiny hallways with automatic lighting were okay. Bedroom was compact with a double and single bed. Room was clean and bathroom and shower also clean. Couldn't find out how to get the free WiFi and staff were unhelpful. Amenities in room were good. Extremely noisy at night but this is hardly the hotels fault as it is directly across from Kings Cross Station. Only issue I had with room was the mattress continued to slide throughout the night with pillows sliding down side. Constantly up fixing it. Not a great place if you're looking for a nights sleep. Breakfast was included but didn't try it due to breakfast where u was going.
A. K.
Good price. Clean rooms.
X. X.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
The service is excellent and friendly, and the restaurant offers an excellent breakfast.
Now for the rooms. They're equipped with AC, a decent sized safe, a mini fridge as well as a tea and coffee set and a TV. The rooms are compact but not in a bad way. The bathrooms are comfortable to me, but I'm not used to a shower head that hangs over you. The beds are beyond comfortable and the pillows softer than clouds. Also one little neat thing, you need your keycard to turn on the lights which helps me so I don't forget it in the room if I leave. There's a little slot by the switch you leave it in. There is also wifi ,but I had a little trouble with it after I connected but that was possibly my fault. In all honesty this hotel helped me out of a bad spot and even got me the same room I had stayed in previously when I had to return. I would definitely stay here again.
E. N.
Well, at first glance the hotel wasn't too shabby. Some downsides first. The elevator doesn't go to the highest floor so good luck if you have a heavy luggage. But the staff were friendly enough to help us carry them. The rooms were small but what do you expect it's London city. Good points now. Strategically located just in front of the metro which connects to technically anywhere! The pricing is really cheap too though. I would definitely recommend anyone!
J. M.
Clean and convenient. Booking was exactly as simple as it should be.
Front desk team were helpful.
Room was the size you would expect for london. We needed a triple room and there was a choice between three single beds or one double and one single bed.
There was enough space to put our things for one night and could probably go for two or three nights.
Four stars given not because it is a four star hotel, it isn't, but the price was right without sacrificing cleanliness.
We were in a corner room with view of king's cross, it came with a fair amount of traffic noise, but that's London for you.
Hotel looks a little tired in some places, but it's obviously well used.
There could have been a little more variety for breakfast, but it did the job well and there are loads of breakfast spots nearby.
Most importantly I would definitely stay here again.
D. s.
Very convenient placement, near the International Railway Station and near Tube. Clean. Room not very attractive, it is very small but you have all you need in it (fridge and safe included). Very small lobby also. For the Price vs placement & amenities it's OK (for London) to stay one or two nights.
K. T.
The owners are really nice and work to ensure you have a pleasant trip. You can not beat the location. With access to the underground literally 10 steps from the door and the area around this hotel is friendly, making it a really good spot for tourists.
W. T.
We liked the hotel because of the location near King's Cross station. Also, the manager was able to hold our luggage for a small price for 3 days which saved us a little money. The room was very small and the towels were scratchy and threadbare. It smelled like marijuana and the noise outside of the building was pretty loud. We probably won't go back to this hotel despite the few positives we had.
H. M.
Bit worried about staying here after reading alot of the reviews but we had booked and paid for this back in Australia months ago when planning our trip. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and adequate for our 1 night stay - a bit noisy at night but it is close to Kings Cross Train Station where we needed to be the next morning. Breakfast also adequate. I would give it a 2.5 star rating.
J. F.
Incredibly convenient for us arriving at Kings Cross station! Staff helpful and courteous, everywhere very clean! Room on the (very) small side but we were hardly in them so not a problem! Perfectly substantial breakfast available so no complaints from us at all!
Would go back there definitely!
D. L.
Very good location if you are travelling on by Train or Eurostar. Not suitable for a holiday as it's very noisy, right in the middle of Kings cross. Very helpful staff. Our room was clean, comfortable beds & a good shower. However the secondary double glazing was inadequate & broken. Breakfast was an extra £6 however you can easily pop over the road for better choices at Leon. Or Pret or any other local eateries.
T. B.
Good for short stay. Convenient, being opposite St Pancras Station.
Comfortable bed, good aircon and modern bathroom. Water pressure not so good at peak shower times on top floor. Noisy from traffic etc, but it's London!!
B. D. (. i. A.
Spot clean and in Good Location prepare your own Tea and coffee. Good customer service. For three days with my family took accommodation near the kings cross eurail station as it is 5 minutes walk.
M. G.
Bed n shower thats u need spot on

Very nice hotel. It is inexpensive, clean, and the staff were nice and accommodating. It is directly across the street from Kings Cross station which puts it within easy access to all of London. I would definitely stay there again.
S. D.
Great value for money. Very clean and tidy room with TV, locker, minibar, phone. Comfy beds. All you can ask for from a hotel at this rate. Highly recommended
d. k.
Well Priced Hotel for the Location. Staff for Friendly. The Bathroom was very modern, good size room with a Comfy bed. Only critcism hallways were narrow an very steppy if you have alot of Luggage from the Old Style Architecture.
T. H.
We got one of the lower ground rooms, price was very good for central London on a Friday night ahead of a bank holiday, and the facility we were given was very nicely finished. Nice waterfall shower and bathroom- only downside was being able to hear the underground every time it passed (most likely because we were on the lower ground floor I assume).
S. K.
We found the hotel receptionists very friendly and courteous. The air-conditioned room was basic, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. We will stay there again.
L. S.
I found the hotel not very clean. I felt like it was cleaned up but there was some dust and empty shampoo tubes. It was OK to stay here, but would preferably go somewhere else.
R. L.
Location: Very near to King's Cross St. Pancras Underground Station.

A. D.
Some staff are GREAT, other are simple not happy to be there. The room was good, except for the bathroom that smelled kinda funky all the time. The location of the hotel is AMAZING! Right across the street from King's Cross - St. Pacras station. Makes it easy to get anywhere, even to catch the Eurostar to Paris
D. D.
Brilliant place and we were well looked after
M. T.
Budget stayover but good location. Room fairly well sized and clean but not very accessible with pram or wheelchair as the lift does not service all floors (not even the reception floor).
The deeper you looked, the more you found. A few broken tiles in bathroom, missing toothbrush cup from sink but holder still there, shower drain exposed, loose mirror on bathroom cabinet, glass light shade cracked, laminate floor with gap by skirting board etc.
But this is london, and you get what you pay for.
E. M.
Clean, wonderful location and reasonable price.
s. p.
A nice hotel directly at King's Cross. It has really nice and polite staff, the rooms are clean and with air condition and a nice breakfast for a good price. There is free WiFi and you can choose between English breakfast and continental breakfast which is a buffet. I can recommend it and would come again!
B. H.
A very convenient for St Pancras & Kings Cross and a comfortable place to spend the night that didn't break the bank. I was facing out on to the main drag but road noise wasn't particularly noticeable. Great eateries (try Mai Sushi!) nearby.
J. H.
Great location convenient to St. Pancras trains and Underground. Lots of interesting pubs in the backstreets. Buffet breakfast, high in protein, stayed with us til late afternoon. Super pizza restaurant serving gluten free pasta is just around corner by a "Scottish" pub that unfortunately doesnt serve meals.
S. P.
Quad room was really well designed- clearly newly refurbished each single bed had a bedside table, lamp, reading light and double charging sockets. This was perfect for the 4 of us girls with our straighteners, curling wands and phones all plugged in at once-the poseable reading light was a nice white light perfect for each of us applying make up too! Reasonable fridge size (we didn't expect a fridge) and refreshment station separate from the desk-it had coffee, tea plus uht mini milk cartons were in the fridge. Very clean and tidy, towels on each bed plus spares in the open style wardrobe. Bathroom was also spotless with large new shower, sink and toilet. The only bad points- the air con/heating system was blowing out bits of 'black stuff' which im sure aren't all that great for yoir health and the loo seat was a bit wonky whenever it was sat on it would slide and 'clank' sideways a bit.. Just a mere annoyance on that one really.
P. P.
Location, service and the room were great. Very clean and tidy. You might hear noisy next door guests walking by.
H. Y.
The three beds room is a bit small but with good service and clean. The staff was helpful. Common breakfast between 7:30am to 9:30am, so please wake up early.
P. L.
there are no lifts and I was on the 4th floor carrying my luggage down all 4 floors through a narrow stairway. A bellhop(?) helped to carry a couple of my bags but I was a family of 5 with young kids. It was difficult. One room, 5 people, one bathroom. For 1 night it was ok but for more than that, I would choose another.
J. C.
It was very good hotel the room had air con
B. C.
hotel is old but not historical. dirty and smelling strange.
to find the way to lift or restrooms is lost in a maze. but location is center of center. breakfasts are good.
E. C.
Very basic, not well ventilated, clean
J. K.
Extremely Convenient location . Located hardly 50 metres from kings cross and St Pancras stations .... Good option for bugdet stay ... Hotel staff is not very friendly to extent of being rude .. rooms r small but well equipped and with attached bathrooms which are maintained well....
Breakfast buffet is not so good with limited options ..but plenty of places nearby for food .....
All in all it's a very good option for last minute booking and bugdet travellers.... Staff can be more hospitable .... can be called value for money !
E. R.
Stayed with friends over weekend, rooms were newly furnished and adequate with all you would need, powerful shower and clean bathroom, comfortable beds, The location is perfect if you are travelling from St Pancras/Kings Cross, under 5 minutes walk even if you have luggage.
D. E.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, free WiFi, just a short walk for the Kings Cross station. Not wheel chair friendly but I think that's just what compact London buildings are. Overall it was a pleasure to stay.
J. G.
Room was great, though small for the price. Seemed like our room was renovated in a hurry - some strange oversights and unfinished/unsanded timber. Breakfast redeemed any discomforts, though.
B. M.
Location was great and staff were really helpful and friendly. Good value for money.
T. M.
Generally not impressed at all but it’s a good stopover by virtue of it’s close proximity to King’s Cross/ St. Pancras International Station. At £99 per night, there’re definitely better options out there if transiting near a train station is unnecessary.
M. V.
The rooms are small but the AC works. A simple breakfast is also available downstairs. There was a musty smell in areas that have not been updated yet.
J. C. S. P.
It is expensive for the size of the room and facilities offered. The location is ideal. Bang opposite the Kings Cross station. And no noise. There is a McDonald's and Pret A Manger nearby. Also a Sainsbury local. There was no lift to the for where I stayed and so I had to lug my luggage. With suitcases there is no space to turn in the room. But for a short stay and a quick trip to the nearby attractions especially Harry Potter In Watford an ideal location.
S. D.
Really good hotel to spend a night or two. Location is a huge plus- just in front of Kings Cross. The room was small but clean. Bathroom was clean too.
F. F.
I guess it's ok.
Location is great, room pretty dodgy and rundown though.
Staff is a bit absent but friendly.
So many stairs. There are stairs to the hotel, to the elevator and from the elevator.

Clean hotel. Average size room with good warm shower. USB charging points. Reasonable wifi. Right next to Kings Cross station and Mcdonalds. Good value for money.
S. L.
We were happy about our stay. The Kings Cross Inn is so very easy to find, as you come out of the station look straight ahead and you will see the big red writing saying Kings Cross Inn Hotel. Nice & modern rooms with new bathrooms, comfortable mattress, pleasant and helpful staff. However you have to pay extra for WiFi, although it's not much. Alternatively you can use free WiFi at MacDonald's next door :)
A. S.
Very good location, clean and good breakfast. A little worn down, curtains not blinding light and I wasn't able to close the (old) window, hence some traffic noise. Worth the price!
Z. L.
Hotel was clean and basic. The lift was really annoying, I am disabled and was put on the 4th floor. To get the lift you go down some stairs then to get to floor 4 you get out on 3 then go up 3 flights of stairs.
A. H.
Nice, kind and friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, warm inside and very good price & location. Will defo be returning to this hotel on my next stay! :)
F. C. d. S. N.
Very small room, but comfortable. A poor breakfast. It was well located in front of King's Cross Station and it is the main reason of my choice. A kind expensive also.
P. C.
Its convenience for the location but if you have heavy luggage, the lift is only for some certain floor so you have to carry up by yourself no service for that. And shampoo or bath soap, better prepare for yourself.
C. T.
This hotel is a 1 minute walk from the tube entrance and just across the road From Kings Cross or St.Pancras. Very convineint for us as we arrived by EuroStar and took the tube for the first two days. Despite the strange stairs, it is on. The continental breakfast is valuable as 6 pounds a day per person and free for kids under 12.
Unfortunately, there is some to complain if you are driving. This hotel is at the border of the London Congestion Zone. Watch out for being charged. What's more? The parking at Euston station costs 20 pounds for one hour. What?????????????? My suggestion is don't drive if you live here.
v. f.
I love this hotel. Nice people and nice place. 30 min away from the atractions. With the bus hop on hop off down the street. Have the store of harry potter station 3/4 right in the station in front the hotel. Love it. Amazing.
M. I.
The rooms are clean, the staffs are very friendly. The location is very close to the underground and McDonald's Burger and other eating places.
The noise from the street did not disturb as expected.
H. M.
Fantastic. Friendly helpful staff, clean room. Handy location for underground, national and international travel. Plenty of eating places, italian next door with discount price
S. S.
I needed somewhere near Kings X Station. I had to leave before the buffet breakfast was served. Cheap, convenient location. Can't say much more after only staying 7 hours
D. J.
Positives: convenient to Eurostar; prices not too bad, if one books well in advance.
Negatives: too many steps, even with elevator; room very tiny; bedding very basic.
F. M.
Simple but convenient hotel. Breakfast is simple but ok. Wifi is good. Staff is polite but to a strict minimum. Good place to consider for short trips.
J. B. (.
Room was nice and quite with a nice amount of space. Staff were friendly and willing to help when needed. Wifi is a bit poor for the price you pay
M. F.
The hotel is ok. Localisation is excellent. Bathrooms were clean and very modern. The bed was just ok.
R. R.
This hotel is a value for money hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast included in price. Great location and very close to Kings Cross international railway station. Three star hotel.
C. S.
Cheap rooms for London, friendly staff and a fair few local amenities (quality of food in the area is poor however)
D. C.
Close by to Kings Cross Station. Easy access. Helpful staff and decent facility. Would definitely recommend!
M. P.

S. C.
Really well located (room looked out onto the main entrance to Kings Cross station). Room was large and clean. Very reasonably priced.

They had a bed and restroom. It's good enough. The shower would stop pouring water after a while and you would need to turn it off and wait before turning it back on.
G. F.

F. M.
Great price/quality ratio, excellent position, nice and confortable room with fast wi fi. Crew polite and gentle. Can't ask for more for the price.

Staff not paid overtime so switched off the breakfast equipment at 930 on the dot... Not their fault but wow how does paying nonovetime affect guests... Also road noise in the lower rooms are just manic.
M. S.

L. U.
It's a small but cozy hotel, located near Kings Cross station, it's perfect if visiting Europe by train and have to leave early in the morning.
K. L.
Excellent base for getting around London, friendly staff, fair price. Remember it's in a busy part of London so expect traffic and some associated noise.
S. B. K.
