Nice ground floor room as requested. Tea And coffee stuff. Shower cubical in bathroom on the small size but the water was hot and neither me now my wife are giants. Breakfast very nice. Interesting painting on the walls in the breakfast room. All staff we met were polite friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We shall use again when down that London.

Lovely clean room. Underfloor heating. Comfy bed. Hot water. Lovely staff. Breakfast seemed lovely (didn't eat as going to a wedding breakfast) but lots available... Fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, bacon etc, continental meats and cheeses. Very good price for the whole experience. Free parking on site too. Close to restaurants for evening meal. Recommended.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely friendly. We have stayed here several times when visiting our son who lives in Streatham. Each room we have had has been immaculate and the rates are very reasonable for London. Highly recommended.

Its hard to find hotels in the London area with parking on site. This is one of those hotels that do have parking. For me that gives it an extra credit. Nice simple breakfast in the morning starting from 7am.

Clean and spacious if a little dated. No problems parking and staff were friendly and helpful. Can't comment on breakfast as I left before it started. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was very convenient for where I was working. There was a small fridge but it didn't seem to be working.

We made a late reservation, because our plans changed and we needed a place to stay. We made a reservation and got there 2 hours before the check in time, which wasn’t a problem at all. The receptionist, who was really really polite, gave us a room anyways. The room was big and tidy, and it had everything. The bathroom was great as well. The underground station is near, as well as the shop. I’d definitely come here again.

Definitely one of the best places I've stayed for the price! The room was cosy and comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff were exceptionally lovely and welcoming! Plenty of bus transport links to train and tube stations. Definitely a top choice if you want to stay in London on a budget!

Love this hotel, Olga and the team always look after us and we couldn't ask for more, nothing is too much trouble. Great location, good bus services and near Brixton for tube into City, a train station and Streatham high street nearby, good fish & chip shop, cafe & chinese takeaway just a stroll down the road. We arrived 2 hours before we should of, the man on the desk was amazing and allowed us to check in early, we had a family room, little dated but added to the quirkiness, very clean!! TV, kettle, shower gels all provided, we had the 3 children all with a bed each, parking was amazing, the lady they had cleaning and the staff in the breakfast room were all so lovley and friendly, we had breakfast included Fantastic cooked breakfast included in the price for the 5 of us with hot drinks or cold! Perfect for a young family with the train line at a 3 minute walk into London! Would deffo stay again, friendly, clean and helpful!

I can't believe this hotel is only a 2 star hotel. It's better than 4 star hotels I've stayed in!! The whole hotel is very clean. Floors super shiny. It's a beautiful building. I even enjoyed the walk to my room along the corridors! Haha Once I got in the room, it was so spacious and VERY clean save for one little stain on sink that had been obviously missed and bathroom mat was upside down on floor but overall I was super impressed. Free toiletries in bathroom and most importantly it was VERY quiet. Only noise I heard was from guest who arrived next door who let their door slam on entering and then heard their kettle boiling! I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful staff, great inexpensive breakfast. 24 hour access, current restrictions against visitors due to covid. All rooms similar. Nice towels and toiletries. Pleasant sitting room with TV. Nice garden views from some rooms. Very close to Streatham Hill Station. Express train from Gatwick to Victoria puts this hotel only 30 minutes away from Central London on the Southern Railway (about 8 GBP) A 5min walk from Kennedys Fish and chips which are awesome and an amazing value for money. And 7 mins walk is Tribe. A really wonderful vegan restaurant with a free wifi workspace downstairs. A little garden for the summer and really good coffee and tea.

Got to London early and asked just to check in..not only were we able to check in.. The guy on reception allocated our room and allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we wondered off into London for the day.. Room was exactly as requested.. Two single beds. TV and dressing table and mirror.. Tea and coffee making facilities.. The bathroom was modern with a toilet /wash basin and shower.. Hot running water available morning and night.. The room was spacious and very clean with a view onto the garden.. Breakfast was included in the price.. Continental and full English available for your choice..or both Breakfast was cooked by a lovely lady. Who was so pleasant and friendly.. Breakfast room was nicely decorated in a mural featuring all of Londons attractions.. Sadly only stayed for the night but would have loved to have stayed longer.. Would recommend for the single traveller or a family..

We stayed as family with 3 young children. Staff and reception very friendly. Place is very clean. Breakfast and servis was absolutely lovely. Beds were very comfy. Rooms well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, clean towels and bedding. Good TV. Very good WiFi. Free parking with plenty of space. Lots of restaurants, fast food and shops in area. 3 minutes walk to Streatham hill train station, from there in about 20 minutes you will get to London Victoria. Kids loved it. We loved it. We were visiting family in London and needed a hotel near by. I wasn’t sure about this hotel to begin with. My sister and my niece said it was ok, so my husband and I decided to stay there and we were very surprised. It is a very clean hotel, we were given a very nice spacious room, great shower and very comfy beds. The breakfast was nice and the staffs were helpful and polite. We ended up booking for my son and daughter-in-law as well. Thank you Leigham Court Hotel team for a very pleasant stay! We will surely use this hotel again!

Wasn't really sure what to expect but things here were really nice. Front desk check in could have been better. Didn't explain that the lights functioned in the room via the room key but was easy to figure out. However this place has it's own unique atmosphere to it the room was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely would stay again for sure!

Very clean and nice hotel. Location is good. The decor is a bit dated, but it adds to the atmosphere. The walls are a bit thin, so it can get noisy at nights, but other than that, no problems whatsoever.

All depends where you are staying. Good size rooms with clean modern bathrooms and big wall mounted fans in the rooms. The only problem is paper walls, in room 321 you will hear everything what is happening next door in quiet hours and if your neighbour decides to turn the fan on, it sounds like someone is drilling a hole in your skull. Later we were moved to room 304 which was great, staff was also very helpful.

Hotel is a good hotel ,price is very good for the area room was clean and well equipt, car park is always full, unless you get there by early afternoon. I arrived 9pm so no car space left had to park car on street, reception staff was not very helpful, in fact I thought he just didn't care.Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the breakfast were fantastic, such a shame that 1 miserable reception staff can spoil a stayl,would have given 5 star if it was not for him.

Exceptional room service, very clean. The staff are very helpful and for me and my family have gone beyond for us as my father had a heart attack here. The support , was incredible they couldn’t do enough for us. The cost for the room was very reasonable I highly recommend staying here and a great location for transport to get around London . Very spacious and clean rooms, recently renovated if not a bit chintzy bathrooms, long corridors and multiple small sets of steps...to lower rooms. Surprisingly comfortable and good value. I usually stay in 4-4.5 stars and was really dubious about the 2 Star rating..but I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Arrived early but no issues with check in or parking. Room was clean and comfy with a massive fan that we totally needed as it was 22°C overnight! Full cooked breakfast and a choice of cereals and continental meats and cheeses. Friendly and helpful staff, even when we rolled in at 2am. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Streatham Hill station for getting into central London.

Was looking for a budget hotel to stay the weekend, found this. It's more luxurious than the price would insist. Great breakfast and soft beds. The staff is always up for a chat.

Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is a full english but 1 sausage and 1 rash of bacon. The walls are very thin, beds are a bit hard and the hallway floor squeeks when you walk on it. The bathrooms are clean with spacious showers but with weak water pressure.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and we'll equipped. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help. Extremely accommodating to my 2 year old son, cot provided free of charge. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the bus stop for central London and Streatham Hill rail station. The area has shops, takeaways, restaurants and nightlif, the hotel is a five minute walk from all of this so quiet at night. We will stay here again.

What a wonderful, almost hidden gem. Room was comfortable and sufficient, same for the bathroom with shower. Very quiet and not too difficult to teach with tube and bus and a bit of walking. Well I was pleasantly surprised, from the front the hotel isn’t much to look at but wow that building transforms once inside!! The staff were welcoming and polite and the hotel had a good atmosphere. The room was well stocked with amenities: kettle, tea and coffee, soaps, hairdryer, tv and fan. Shower was great and the room was clean. Sadly didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelt great! Only downside if I’m being really picky is for me I like a proper duvet, I find the bedspreads a bit uncomfortable so would take my own throw next time. But will definitely use again! :)

(Translated) The hotel made a very good impression on me. The room I had for the week was a good size and clean. The bed was very comfortable for me and I slept well. Something I would like to mention, however, is that there is a fan in the room which acts as air conditioning. This can be quite loud which could lead to problems in summer. There was a breakfast with a large selection and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also excellent. Victoria Station can be reached in about 30 minutes via Streatham Hill train station. From there you have access to the London Underground. In the opposite direction is London Bridge. Here, too, you have access to London Underground and the station is right next to Tower Bridge. In addition, it is possible to travel in different directions by bus. I really enjoyed the week there and would stay there again. (Original) Das Hotel hat bei mir einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht. Das Zimmer welches ich für die Woche hatte war schön groß und sauber. Das Bett war für mich sehr bequem und ich konnte gut schlafen. Etwas das ich allerdings nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte ist das im Zimmer ein Ventilator angebracht ist welcher als Klimaanlage fungiert. Dieser kann recht laut sein was im Sommer zu Problemen führen könnte. Es gab ein Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und das Personal war überaus freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch ausgezeichnet. Über die Bahnstation Streatham Hill ist Victoria Station in ca 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus hat man Zugang zur London Underground. In der Gegenrichtung ist London Bridge. Auch hier hat man Zugang zur London Underground außerdem ist die Station direkt an der Tower Bridge.
