I actually really liked this hotel and enjoyed my stay. This hotel is booked for one night following a birthday dinner for my partner at the Shard.
Priced well for location. I booked the deluxe room and it was a decent size. Hotel wrote a complimentary card to my partner for their birthday which was quite sweet. Room was clean
We paid for breakfast in advance and food was of a very good standard and although it was buffet style hotel staff served the food as part of the Which I assume is part of Covid measures.

We stayed at The London Bridge Hotel for 3 nights over the new year. We were able to check in early at midday. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. We were given a voucher for a free drink at the hotel bar as we were celebrating a birthday. The hotel is in a great location, right next to The Shard.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.food and drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean but had a port hole like window high up so no view and made the room quite dark. Room No.421. Breakfast was OK but bacon over cooked and hash browns were cold!

Lovely hotel. Great place. Very helpful staff. I had breakfast in bed which was not so good. But I did complain. They said that they were going to refund the cost. I will probably email them to remind them.

I stayed here with my sister, nice comfy hotel. Staff were lovely. It's just round the corner from the Shard and Borough Market where we had great tapas. Short visit but much enjoyed.😁😁

The staff at the London Bridge Hotel are extremely helpful and the rooms very nice and comfortable but what let’s the hotel down is the breakfast. The fruit juices could be colder and and the fried eggs were just warm and over done. Also the bacon was so over cooked it was brittle. But my main complaint is the toast which came out every morning extremely burnt or so undercooked it was white. When I asked the waitress to change it she said “I didn’t cook it” !!

I had some drinks with a friend at the bar. Himalaya served us throughout the night, what a great guy. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Would recommend!

We arrived after 4pm and Alpay on reception had our details ready and waiting. He asked where we were going and asked the concierge to print a location map for us. The bar/lounge was very cosy so we decided to eat there before going out
Service was courteous and slick and we would definitely stay there again.
Room was smallish but had all accessories including bathrobes and slippers. Super kingsized bed too!

I onced loved and raved on about this Hotel. Though, it seems to have lost its touch with the dining experience. At breakfast, it feels like you are being rationed..please go back to a traditional buffet experience, rather than only getting one of everything. It makes such a difference. The check-in staff are fabulous and welcoming, but the staff in the restaurant are so not attentive and really don't seem that bothered. 5 of us staying here after a corporate event all came to the same conclusion. A real shame.
P. A.
Just had our 5th stay at the London Bridge Hotel. Each occasion has been a lovely experience. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, very well equipped with extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend you stay for the breakfast at the Londinium restaurant and the Quarter food is delicious with a good menu. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Had the best stay over at thr London Bridge Hotel! Friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms! Excellent choice at breakfast and even better cocktails in the bar! Amazing location for the shard and Borough Market! The hotels concierge was so smiley and made us feel very welcome! We even managed to check in a lot earlier which we wasn't expecting! I will be staying again!!! Thanks so much for a fabulous stay!!!
J. K.
Himalaya make the best cocktails. After traveling the world his cocktails match the best we've ever had around the world, ask for this guy. Hotel is nice too, great location
T. B.
Outstanding hotel and staff. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!
Stayed here while in London for a family celebration. Having stayed here on previous occasions, we knew what to expect. The hotel has very high standards and maintains these at all times. From the friendly greeting from the concierge on entering, the reception staff, right through the whole team. Big thank you to the housekeeping restaurant and the bar staff.
Rooms are very comfortable. The best hotel beds I have ever slept on. All facilities required are in the room. Safe, ironing board and iron. Hair dryer and all bathroom gels etc.
Due to the occasion we were celebrating, we recieved complimentary drinks from the management. Thank you. Little things like this, are what draws us back here.
Even a small covid friendly bag to help keep disinfected during the stay.
We will certainly be returning and recommend anyone considering a stay, book it now.
G. A.
Friendly staff and rooms were clean and welcoming. Had all facilities required for an overnight stay. Food was also good. Will visit again.

Fantastic! Staff absolutely lovely!
Special thanks to Reception Staff, Robert and Chris Porters and the people that cleaned my room every day. Really was like home from home and so convenient for tube etc. The Staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make one's stay as comfortable as possible. Makes me proud to be a returning Londoner after living for 17 years on the South Coast in Hastings. ( has left me in no doubt that it was the right decision to come home).
Thank you all so much and look forward to popping on to say hello once I am settled. Very best of luck to everyone for your future.

Excellent hotel! Located right next to Borough Market and the tube station. The receptionist was super nice and helpful despite me booking the wrong dates! He managed to get us a room which was perfect!
S. H.
This is fantastic hotel, very clean and staff very helpful. The breakfast was fabouls. Lots of nice touches like dressing gown, slippers & toiletries. Great location next to the Shard.

My go to when I have meetings in London Bridge so I stay here the night before. Beautiful spacious rooms. A lovely bar/restaurant with a good selection of drinks and meals. They also have a connecting corridor to the fitness first gym which opens at 6.30am and closes at 10pm. I also got a little goodie bad on hygiene stuff (tissue, alcohol gel and wipes) which was really thoughtful of the staff in light of the covid 19 pandemic.
J. M.
Cheap food, expensive drinks.
Good central hotel at a reasonable price.
D. P.
Lovely hotel and friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Train station just at the top of the road, easy to get to different places in London.
J. H.
Nice room, very clean and room was really quiet. Expected some noise due to road/railway but there was none.
G. C.
Excellent Hotel. Lovely location by London Bridge. Shard a hundred yards away. Borough Market Close by to. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Efficient and polite staff. Highly recommend.
M. S.
Would recommend
Location great
Staff trained to high standard
Rooms good size
Highly recommended a visit
F. m.
Had a lovely stay, wonderful views of the shard and the location is great with easy access to many parts of london via tube pretty much on the door step. The beds were very comfortable and i would love to know what brand pillows and bedding is used? Best sleep i had in ages very comfortable.
D. “. S.
Fantastic stay, amazing staff...very polite, friendly and helpful.
Well equipped rooms, good size, clean and lots of little extras as well.
Would definitely visit again
J. J.
Always have a positive experience when we stay at this hotel.
A. K.
This hotel is all about the location it's literally in the right location if you have something going on at the Shard but the rooms need revamping sorry to say but they suck ..
J. Y.
My wife and our wedding party stayed at the London Bridge Hotel in the brief window between lockdowns 1 and 2. They really made an effort to make our stay special, while adhering to guidelines and making it as safe as possible for our limited guest list. Great room, service and experience.
M. C.
Have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times the staff are polite and attentive. Rooms are clean and fresh. Would recommend staying on floors >4 and to the back of the hotel as you don’t hear the noise from the street. If you want breakfast pay when booking online as it costs more to book when you arrive. More than happy to stay again.
A. P.
Conveniently located. Breakfast isn't great, not worth it's price for sure. Room OK but quite cramped.
M. K.
Business meeting in the bar which is quiet but was quite than usual due to covid.
C.
Great price especially where it is situated. And due to Covid, it was breakfast in bed. Staff were extremely helpful to. Will definitely stay here again.
C. E.
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff and great food
S. B.
Nice building, great staff. Food not so good.....but great cocktails!
j. w.
We had our second stay at this hotel the staff are all friendly polite and helpful , due to covid rooms weren’t cleaned and fresh linen but we was offered anything we needed, my only criticism is the shower and bath to run a bath you have to stretch past the shower door to put the plug in and turn on the taps having a bath with a shower door across the bath proved difficult for me , also an oblong sink doesn’t fill very high because of the low down overflow and unlike an oval bowl takes ages to rinse it all away other than that a lovely time thankyou
O.
Great location, you're super close to the tube, trains, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge. They are located right next to an awesome gym which you will have access to as a guest. The breakfast was pretty good, standard English fare. The rooms are nice, although to get to the suites it's kind of a maze at first. Overall great experience and friendly staff.
C. D.
The best hotel, fantastic location and wonderful staff. Cannot recommend enough.
S. C. (.
Fabtastic weekend.. Lovely hotel and central for everything.
D. A.
Great hotel good price considering location, ideal for train stations and central for getting around city plus SHARD on your door step, highly recommend will book here next stay London

I've been staying at this hotel occasionally over the past ten years with the last trip this past spring. The hotel has always been excellent. Initially, it seemed a bit isolated but the redevelopment of London Bridge Station means that it is now in a very vibrant neighborhood. Check in is always very efficient. There really aren't any bad rooms in the hotel. Few have any view but they are spacious with good sized bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. Powerful air conditioning. Quiet. Good housekeeping services. The bar is a bit amusing as it ties to be trendy within a Hilton Hotel. My local friends always look forward to seeing the latest odd display they have created. Still, it is a decent place to have drink. I believe the old restaurant had closed (Jamie's Italian) but the food was very good and I was surprised as to how inexpensive it was for what one got.
M.
The hotel was in a great central location, very clean and a lovely bar.
The breakfast, below standard, cold, cheese was dry around edges. After asking 3 times we finally got our tea and toast. Very slow service for the amount of staff in the restaurant. Expected more for the money we paid!
N. E. Z.
It was an excellent stay simply because the service was outstanding.
Special thanks to Ramona from the front desk team who was a great help for us in giving us our room upon our arrival in the morning and was so kind in serving us. Also Paul from the concierge team who gave us a quick plan for the weekend ans was really kind.
Location and surrounding is superb: central and close to all attractions. London bridge station is facing the hotel and from there you can go anywhere in the city yet most importantly london airports are so easy access from there.
Rooms are quite nice and comfy, breakfast is delicious.
N. C.
Fantastic customer service, cleanliness, so close to station and attractions!
M. D.
Beautiful hotel, inside and outside. Some rooms are smaller than anticipated, however mine was perfect! The customer service from staff was excellent, to the point that they even moved me to a better room on the same floor as my friends and installed a fridge in one of our rooms! Beds were comfortable bathrooms were clean! I thoroughly recommend!
S.
Location of hotel - very near train stations and famous landmarks.
Some of the service from a good rated hotel was so wrong.
Night concierge was very unwelcoming - didn’t acknowledge us returning to hotel …
A. W.
Lovely place. Lovely area and room we had was very reasonably priced. (Worth checking comparison sites!). Extremely good location for Guys hospital, The Shard, Borough market etc. Staff were all very polite and welcoming. Food was lovely too. Highly recommend the hotel!!
H. H.
Comfy bed, nice bathroom, to much furniture in the bedroom. There was a little table, a desk with mini bar, a chest of drawers, and big double bed and it all felt a little crowded in what is a particularly small hotel room. It was comfy and warm and in a great location. Breakfast was great. And we had a drink in the bar in the evening which was as to be expected, quite pricy
S. S.
I love this hotel. As you step through the door, it smells divine! The receptionist was lovely and friendly, as was the young concierge. Didn't get either of their names I'm afraid, but they are both a credit to the hotel. The hotel has lovely London maps and pictures on the walls. The room was a good size, the bed was a wonderful king-size with the most fantastic mattress and pillows. A good night's sleep is guaranteed here, it was our second stay. My only complaint, would be the breakfast. I thought the coffee was awful and the plates for breakfast, despite being stacked on what I presumed to be a heated element, were stone cold. There was a notice up on the side, stating that the plates were hot and to use a napkin to hold them. They were cold! The cooked breakfast items were lukewarm on both mornings we were there. Disappointing! However, I would always choose this hotel for the cleanliness, size and comfort of the room and the location. Just round the corner from London Bridge station, Borough market and as you step out of the front door, the magnificent Shard is to the right. There is also a gym if you are fitness focused and a bar next door. Fabulous hotel.

This is rapidly becoming our 'go to' place on the eastern side of the city. Perfectly situated for exhibitions, theatres and shopping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are cheerful, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast is very good and we've enjoyed drinks in the bar but we've not eaten in the restaurant.
H. L.
Beds were SO comfy!! Lady on reception with short red hair (sorry didn't get her name) was really helpful and friendly. Only downside was that the shower pressure wasn't the best! Overall a fab stay and would definitely stay again.
A. M.
Room was very cold and after changing the thermostat it never heated up even after leaving and coming back several hours later.
Staff were helpful and courteous and nothing was too much for them, breakfast was amazing with loads of selection. We asked for veggie options and they cooked them for us.
Ideal for The Shard as less than 50 metres away.
Would definitely visit again!

Perfect From A to Z it's the best hotel that I made since i travel in Uk. The staff is amazing so polite. The room was perfect, quiet ,clean and smell so good. The buffet is delicious fresh products. I recommend this hotel and i will come back for sure.
Thanks London Bridge hotel

Perfectly located hotel, staggering distance from London Bridge station. The room was clean, bed really comfortable and the staff lovely and very helpful.
The room was freezing on arrival but heated up relatively quickly with the heating whacked up on full.
Free takeaway Coffee and croissant for breakfast came with the room as did use of a nespresso machine and the toiletries were The White Company which were lovely.
The room did feel extremely expensive for what it was but it was New Year’s Eve. Also we had some convoluted route to our room which was slightly odd but these really were the only negatives.
S.
A small, compact hotel. It has good facilities and excellently situated in the city. The bar is excellent, though expensive. The rooms are well kept and have the necessary facilities for guests. There is however, smoking rooms which leave a faint smokey smell throughout the hotel including non-smoking areas. The service was friendly, professional and helpful in our experience.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for our Anniversary, we knew the location was pretty close to The Shard but were blown away walking up the street to the entrance with the Shard being yards away! it looked so impressive at night. One of the fantastic features of this hotel is its proximity to the tube, being right across the road, this made travelling around London a breeze, equally welcomed after a long day visiting various places around the city, straight back and in our room within minutes.
The room was compact but welcoming with everything we required, we anticipated for the price this would be the case, the bed was comfy and all amenities were catered for. The breakfasts which were an optional extra were outstanding with a good selection of fruit, cheeses, meats and a traditional cooked breakfast, buffet style. This was the perfect start to the day and our travels.
We would whole heartily recommend and stay here again on our next trip to the city. Thank you all for your care and attention on our visit.
C. D.
Amazing location next to london bridge, upon arrival we were upgraded from two double rooms to an apartment for the family! Amazing customer service by the hotel staff & concierge service. We were also given vouchers for 6 complementary glasses of sparkling wine when checking in. We will definitely be booking here again!
M. S. B.
Good hotel. Nothing special but met our needs. Friendly staff and good location with the typical amenities. Nothing more we could have asked for for a couple just looking to explore the city and not spending much time in the room. Would have been nice to have breakfast included, I guess but it encouraged us to eat somewhere in the city so whatever.
B. C.
We were so glad that they had a room for us, we got stuck in London, me and my brother, it was the night after the incident at the bridge, so maybe thats why someone cancellef the booking, so we could get in, we were desperate because everywhere else was full. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, the room was really nice and pretty, bathroom well equipped, comftable beds. We wanted a 2 single bed room, but they only had a double bed, and because it was me and my older brother, we separated the beds, sorry for that. Thankd a lot, hope the housekeepers were not too annoyed about it.
S. M.
Fantastic hotel brilliant for the Borough Market. Right underneath the Shard. The staff are fabulous. The rooms aren't big but you are in London plenty of space for a couple. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very good with a lot if choice. Been here over a dozen times and will be returning shortly.
E. M.
Great service. Clean room. Friendly staff. Central for all things and transport ( bus, rail and tube) had room service one evening. Meal fine , dessert was disappointing ( pastry v soft)
P. K.
Great location for this hotel as it is 2 minutes walk from London Bridge underground and Overground station. Surrounded by so many choices for eating and is a minutes walk to the Shard. The hotel itself has good rooms, reasonably well sized with all the amenities. Found the check in service to be really efficient. Staff provided great customer service.
D. F.
Had a very enjoyable stay, staff and hotel great
T. G.
Good size room, well appointed, and a comfortable bed. The hotel upgraded our room gratis, which was nice. Included breakfast is excellent and lasts until 10am, which was nice. Friendly and helpful concierge and staff. Expensive tea in the bar (£4 for a teabag and hot water is pretty steep). Located adjacent to the Sbard and London Bridge tube station.
F. W.
Great place to stay when in London or for weekend with girlfriends. I'd stayed there a few times in the last decade. Professional, very helpful and attitude-free reception team. They also promptly attend to any difficulties.
W. C.
Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Breakfast was pretty good, better than the standard fry up. Room was maybe a little small and the view was literally a brick wall... But what do you expect for central London? Would definitely stay again, good location too
F. T.
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and like all the other times it was FANTASTIC. What a great hotel. Fabulous staff, great food, gorgeous rooms, lovely bar and the perfect spot for your visit to London. Can't wait to be back again.
P. R.
Layout is a bit odd and many rooms only available via 2 lifts. Rooms are spacious and quality is ok. Shower in my room was over bath and very weedy. Bar shut earlier than advertised. Conference rooms are sufficient but service not particularly accommodating. Food was good. Location is fantastic tho as right outside main entrance to London bridge station
S. K.
Very short walk from London Bridge station and just underneath The Shard. The entrance is nice clean and modern and the bar/restaurant equally as nice. The staff are friendly and helpful and the check in process is smooth. The room itself although clean and comfortable was dark and no option to open the big circular window. If you are claustrophobic you might struggle here. Might have just been our room as all other parts of the hotel did not reflect this.
J. M. S.
Perfectly located and we highly recommend the cocktail bar. This is our fourth stay and the first time in an executive room at this hotel. The regular rooms are perfect size for an overnight stay but the executive are perfect size for a weekend or longer. Oh yes, and all the staff we have met are charming.
F. T.
It's a nice although not a luxury hotel. It's location is brilliant, just right outside London Bridge Station (tube and train). The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful. The English breakfast is simple but more than adequate. Its cosy. Suitable for business or leisure travellers. I will stay here again.
J. H.
Nice room but everything was broken. The Bluetooth speaker wasn’t working no hot water and the iron was leaking. It was advertised a fruit platter and we had 3 horrible old oranges.
We don’t like to complain but after our stay a few days later I had to say something so I emailed. I got a response saying nothing was wrong room.
We won’t be going back but the room was nice. Nice staff but to many things wrong with the room !!!!
T. M.
Very recommended !Central location but on a quiet street, just 100m away from the magnificent Shard and 100m away from the underground station. Our room vas very quiet (on a Weekend, window on the opposite side of the street) and perfectly …
J. F.
Great location, especially if visiting the Shard or wandering around the Borough Market area. Southwark Cathedral is a short walk from here as is the South Bank generally. 1 min to London Bridge Station, but hotel on a side road so there's not too much noise. Loads of a great bars around the area. The hotel itself is very clean and well presented. Room was very comfortable and the bed was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and good was of great quality. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Although we only stayed one night we were really made to feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
J.
Great hotel right beside the shard. Had problems getting into the room but was quickly resolved. Room had everything you need even an ironing board. Staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely stay again.
C. H.
Loved staying at this hotel. Booked an executive room and it was much bigger than expected. Really nicely presented and layed out. Bed was comfy and the service was good. Would recommend anyone to stay here
A. G.
The room was very nice, very modern and great design, comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic, great buffet style with a range of hot or cold from full English to Continental. Staff very friendly and professional, easy check in/out process.
I. S. (. I. A.
Nice place to have a coffee meeting. It is central yet quiet. The bar is great and there are a few quiet seating areas without necessarily renting an event room.
T. M.
Situated right below the Shard and adjacent to London Bridge train and tube stations this hotel is ideally placed. The main positive of the hotel is its excellent location. I thought my room was very clean. You walk out the door and the Shard is immediately on your right. The staff were all very friendly and smiley.
P. R.
Had great 2 night stay, breakfast very good all fresh. The room we had was large for a hotel in London, must say I dont know if all rooms are the same. The staff were excellent especially the one's at breakfast time. Right across from underground station. Would highly recommended this hotel
N. H.
I will always stay at this hotel when I visit London. The price was excellent and the location was even better. It's right near the Underground and train station. Not to mention it's near the market, so there is lots of food nearby. We had the full English breakfast every morning and it was wonderful.
We stayed in the standard room and we thought it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the TV had a good selection, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The free wifi is better than most I've experienced (at ~1.5mbps). The rooms even had a trousers (pants) press in the closet! *The only negative of the room was that there were no plugs near the bed. They were across the room (but not every floor plan is the same so maybe there is one without that flaw).
I very much enjoyed the staff as well. All were kind and engaging. Give this place a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
P. L.
Nice little hotel right next to the shard. The rooms are small but comfortable. Modern and clean bathrooms. The biggest advantage is the location right in the center of London and a underground station right next to it. For a short visit I can recommend it
J. B.
Great staff, lovely room. Near the shard and the tube. Enjoyed my stay there. Will point out that people who hate the sounds of trains will be in despair as if you are on the side with the trains you will hear it but I carry a sleep aid. Robe was a nice touch
L. U.
The hotel is located in a nice area, close to The Shard building and the train and tube station. Quite busy area during weekdays and very quiet during weekends.
Rooms are not very big and cosy. Room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was really comfortable.
The room service is really fast but a little bit overpriced.
Breakfast buffet is OK, with hot (sausages, mushrooms,, eggs) and cold meat food and a big selection of cereals.
WiFi is free and fast and covers the whole hotel.
S. K.
Fantastic rooms and excellent customer service 24/7 and I do mean 24/7 (yes, I’ve tried) it’s hard to go wrong with this quaint but stylish hotel. 10/10 would recommend!
A.
Had an excellent 2 night stay at LBH. we were a family of 4, 2 kids aged 10 & 5, the family room was excellent, beds were comfortable and a very handy room for luggage! The location is perfect for the tube station and we used the NCP car park which was only a short 5 minute walk away. We were always warmly greeted by the consierge and the reception staff were lovely. The breakfast was fabulous and really set us up for the day. Kosta was very friendly and attentive and his staff in the breakfast room couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend LBH and we will certainly return, thank you for a great stay!
G. S.
Amazing hotel and very reasonably priced for what you get. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, upgrading us free of charge as our room wasn't quite ready on check in. Good transport links near by and some fantastic views over the city.
M. M.
The hotel was nice, great location and very friendly staff. The beds in our double room were hard as stone and after 6 nights I went home needing a massage. It hurt carrying my bag around and more than 6-7 hours of sleep was impossible.
M. S.
The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the shard and the train and underground station that comes with it. The rooms have decent size and are perfect for business trips (good Internet, small desk etc). The food is ok but nothing special. There are several nice restaurants not far away though.
P. M. A.
They changed our room for one with better views when we asked. Great shower and bathroom in general. Breakfast was really good and its in the center so you can go to sights and markets. Really professional
A. S.
Attentive staff, really friendly, spotless, and in a fantastic location.
T. M.
Stayed for a Saturday night out and the service in this hotel is very good from start to finish. The restaurant serves quality meals at excellent prices and the buffet breakfasts are superb. Looking forward to my next trip to London and my next stay in the London Bridge hotel.
G. M.
We had a fantastic stay during our time in London. This hotel seemed to cater more to the business crowd than tourists, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was incredible!
C. M.
Great hotel very close to the shard. Lovely ,friendly staff throughout. Room very comfortable and clean with small touches to make it feel special but at a reasonable price.
R. D.
The hotel is brilliantly situated for transportation around the city. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. Staff were attentive and will deal with any special requests you may have. This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and would happily visit again.
P. K.
Nice and cozy place, which has access to train station and tube. Rooms and clean and neat, but small. Food is average. On a one-way street; hence some cabs do not know how to get there.
K. G.
From the hotel it takes just a few minutes to walk to London Bridge station( for undergound, rail and bus services) The Shard, Borough Market, and many restaurants and cafes are very close by. The hotel is clean with pleasant decor and it's staff are very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was an easy help yourself buffet. The bedroom was very comfortable with super -king -size bed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to use the London Bridge hotel again.
J. T.
Great hotel, Food is particularly good and staff is really helpful, they even added a mini fridge to my room upon request so I could store food I got from M&S. Too bad it's pricey. Also really great location.
T. M.
My husband and I stayed at the London Bridge Hotel for a weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Rooms as expected quite small but well set out and well equipped. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very central location.
N. B.
The hotel is located right in the vicinity of both London Bridge Station and the Tube station by the same name. It isn‘t very far from the Thames. The vicinity to the train and tube stations has a negative aspect: you do get train noise, at least if you have a room towards the front (as I did).
The room was a standard room but was still quite comfortable with a queen size bed and a large screen TV. The bathroom was on the smallish side - definitively only for one person at a time.
Unfortunately, despite the price of the room (259 GBP standard - I paid a corporate rate), all wasn‘t as expected or hoped for.
The hotel advertises free Wifi, but this comes at a price: you have to set up a profile with your name and email address. As a tip: if you don‘t care about resetting your password, you can enter just about any legal email address - you don‘t have to verify it at any point; had I known, I would have done just that. It‘ll be interesting to see how many emails I get in the future addressed to a Mr. Noneof Yourbusiness! What was really annoying is the wait for the login screen to come up after connecting to the Wifi using iOS devices - since my PC was much quicker, it must me some compatibility issue. Wifi speed was ok but not spectacular.
The second annoyance was the fawcet in the bathtub/shower. I‘d read in some reviews on this hotel that people had issues getting warm water. This was the case on my first morning as well, until I turned the temperature dial of the thermostat all the way up - then, the water turned tepid. No hot showers here!
The thermostat for the AC only gives you a scale from -3 to +3 … something. There is a „K“ at the bottom, maybe it‘s in Kelvin, I don‘t know. You‘ll have to experiment, „0“ was too cold for me.
You get a surprising amount of noise from the street below if you‘re to the front - anything from yelling people to cars screeching their tires or with their radios turned all the way up. Considering that the road is simply a drop-off road for the train station, this was surprising and annoying.
Even more annoying was the silly noises coming from the room above me (at least that is what it sounded like) on both nights at right around 23:30h. It sounded like someone was dragging furniture around - not sure if there was a storage room above me or what, but I can‘t recommend room 117 for that reason!
The bed was completely innundated with pillows, each side had two regular white pillows, a large rough-covered one and a small decorative pillow. I‘m absolutely not a fan of this trend to „lux up“ rooms by dumping pillows on the bed - I only need one, anything more is too much. The issue is: where do you put them at night?
The TV was a pain, as well. For one thing, it had a bright blue LED digital clock that was just completely too bright. I found that the small pillows were just the right size to cover it up at night. Also, there was a complete column of pixels that was black - almost down the center of the picture.
For the positive, the closet hat plenty of hangers (though not so much space for longer clothes) and an iron with board (didn‘t need it).
I didn‘t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can‘t comment on that.
I will stay here again next week, so look for an update on this review as I‘m in a superior room (regular rooms were booked). I‘ll likely have breakfast on one of the two mornings as well.

Great location. Many, many major attractions within walking distance. Polite, attentive and friendly staff. Loved every minute in the hotel and in this wonderful city. I am going back and staying again at London Bridge Hotel. Highly recommend it!
M. D.
We spent three nights in this lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and professional....location good opposite the tube station, and in the shadow of the magnificent Shard....I would recomend the breakfast, a great start to a busy day of sight seeing.
R. G.
Great concierge, very helpful, they helped me out with travel adaptors and receiving some packages I had delivered. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
D. S.
It is very clean and well run with attentive service.
L. S.
Great location and AC was much appreciated during London’s heatwave! Booked a standard room on the 4th floor with work which was comfortable but had one tiny portstyle window with no natural light so I wouldn’t stay again.
J. M.
Very serviceable room in a good location. Nothing's broken and everything is clean. Using it as a crash space primarily but willing to pay above budget rates for a higher quality. You will need to find a creative way to stop the TV clock from blinding you every time your eyes remotely open up. I used a room service menu. Loads of newspapers to read. No free gravy granules. Minus pointz
A. G.
Brilliant location and very quiet comfortable room. Lots to do on the Southbank. Had a fantastic weekend. Will recommend this hotel to friends.
I. D.
Great location and good rooms. The rooms are on small side but classy. TOP TIP : they do weekend deals 3 for 2 including breakfast which is a great deal.
K. M.
2nd stay, this time stayed alone. Breakfast was fantastic!! The location is awesome. Very helpful people and love the bed and good to have bath tab. I wish if it's a bit cheaper... but I still decided to stay here agin this time so I will probably stay again!!
R. B.
Fantastic quality and while space is limited it didn't feel that way and everything worked, was clean and not at all tired. Really good feel and well looked after. The service was also brilliant. Great location with great people running it, I really couldn't have asked for more and will definitely look at coming back
k. g.
Nice rooms perfect location heater needs to be upgraded it didnt get as warm as I liked room service is outstanding staff was really friendly and helpful would stay again if I visit this part of London
M. G.
Booked as a package for a West End Show. Super hotel, great location, spacious rooms (unusual for London), and excellent staff. Full English breakfast buffet was included. Recommended.
M. S.
Fantastic hotel well situated for our needs. Clean friendly staff and great room. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit/eat at the shard
S. 8.
I don’t feel good after eating the market food. I asked the reception if I can use their toilets, and they are really helpful. Thank you London Bridge hotel.
J.
The location was great!
The breakfast was very ordinary (disappointing) and the coffee was dreadful. The hotel really needs to rethink its breakfast offer.
T. K.
Great hotel with decent sized rooms (by London standards). The concierge service is great and the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.
A. W.
Great hotel situated near London Bridge and the Shard. Staff were helpful and informative. Hotel has a restaurant, bar and a gym. Rooms are comfortable and ensuite with tea/coffee facilities as well.
T. M.
Location is great minutes from the Shard and Borough market and easily within walking distance to Spittlefields Market, St. Pauls and The Globe Theatre. Front of house is in good hands with this ***. Paul O'Pray heads an excellent team who cannot do enough for their guests. Our package represented good value for money.
E. B.
The staff is very polite and have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The view is fairly nice from our room and the location is extremely convenient
A. B.
Great location service could be improved but overall this is a great hotel for London and smaller and a little more intimate that some of the larger hotels around. Id for sure stay again.
F. M.
I have stayed here a couple of times and it's always a pleasure. It's very close to everything, with the nearest underground about 30 seconds away. Will be staying again soon for sure.
B.
Nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Great restaurant. I have no complaints about this hotel. My stay was enjoyable.
P. Q.
Really enjoyed stay and service excellent. Very helpful staff and fantastic breakfast. Would stay again and highly recommended.
V. R.
Very helpful & polite staff. Our room was very clean. Less than a minute walk to The Shard. Will be stayin there again. X.
M. O.
Although it was easter it gets really busy. Customer service was great. People there were friendly. I only had drinks and they were cold. Would of been a better experience for me if it wasn't soo many people there
M. C.
Mediocre for such a nice venue , staff are lacking training. Rooms were not tended to over a 3 night stay.
E. B.
The hotel is nice, a bit old fashioned, but the bedrooms, at least the ones i got, are "blind" as they show the tower across the street. Food and service is very good.
R. M.
I often go to the London Bridge Hotel for business meetings at the Quarter Bar. Opened in May 2011, it's located next to London Bridge Station.
Nice relaxed atmosphere greatly located for business and leisure meetings. The decor is modern and sophisticated, the service and staff are friendly and helpful.
H. J. P.
Nice hotel very close to the railway station. Could've used a bed from this millenia, though. It sacked quite a bit. Breakfast was excellent with options to order.
T. -. S. H.
Great atmosphere, very helpful staff. Highly recommended and a great alternative to a coffee bar. Ideal for holding informal business meetings.
A. B.
Really lovely hotel. Perfect location for sight seeing in London. Breakfast is expensive, you'd be better getting breakfast out somewhere as there are lots of eateries just around the corner.
T. M.
The location is ideal for exploring the St Paul's area and the Shard. Being so close to ***y attractions is a wonderful bonus and we love our evening strolls past HMS Belfast, over Tower Bridge and towards the Tower Of London. We will be returning for a 5th time.
S. M.
Best quality services 👌 👏
H. M.
Extremely well located hotel for either business or pleasure. Clean, convenient and with very friendly staff. Very nice place.
J. C.
Visiting the bar by the entrance after day out with my brother. Exceptional staff. Cocktails were extremely good. Albeit a tad on the pricy side. Very nice experience. 👍
J. B.
Very clean hotel, fantastic service. Only real improvement would have been a vegetarian option for breakfast rather than just the absence of meat.
T. M.
Amazing location next to the shard, spotless clean, the room a little on the small side , but had everything you need, I would highly recommend this place to stay.
F. R. P.
Great position ,room a bit dull
R. F.

Love this hotel. Perfect location. Have stayed here many times, and will again

J. B.

Took a while for them to get a "room ready" but things were great since. Nice cozy rooms in a great location.
B. P.
WiFi is terrible. Otherwise it is a decent hotel. Small like most London hotel rooms, but definitely nicer than similar proceed options in the area.
S. M.

M. E.
Nice, quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly, food was good quality and ideally placed for exploring London.
P.
Staff very attentive and had a pride in their hotel.
Is it a new trend that you come to breakfast in your hotel slippers?
I. G. A.
Breakfast and location are good. However, you cannot enjoy complete silence in the rooms (there might be some kind of factory nearby)...
B. B.
The room is not large but it's a stylish, comfortable ace, close to Borough Market and its eateries.
B. G.
Good service with details of the your request
V. B.
If you are traveling through London Bridge and you are looking for place to stay for a night or arrange meeting with people, this is great place to do so.
L.
Except shower has a weak pressure, everything else is great! Very good staff, near metro station, room is clean and good breakfast.
P. B.
Visited an event at the hotel. Still had Christmas decorations up mid January and the lunch was a disappointing display of sandwiches. Rooms was small and oppressive with no natural light for the meeting.
J. J.
Really loved our stay...and wonderful breakfast...yummy
K. T.
Great value for money in the heart of London. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed were comfortable!
