Honestly a little annoyed with the way that the staff were too attentive, I may be wrong but a lot of them seemed to be going above and beyond for tips. My Dad was offered an upgrade to a suite, which was good but I expected better, the views were amazing though. Food and drink in the lounge were great and the best bit in my opinion was the gym. I was the only person there, all the machines were super new and to top it off, a sauna and steam room both with 24 hour access as far as I'm aware.

From the moment we got out of our cab and were met by Roy, to the moment we checked out, we were treated like royalty at the Hilton on Park Lane. We were allowed to check in a little early with no problem, our loyalty was recognized, and Alisha even treated us to a special room for our 29th anniversary. She even delivered a hand written card for our anniversary. What a nice and thoughtful personal touch! I will say that the room was showing a little bit of its age and could use a sprucing up, but that minor detail did not detract even a little bit from an awesome stay. Room service was top notch and the housekeeping team was also amazing.
The location is very convenient to all the shopping, entertainment, transportation, and food you could ask for, but that’s not the reason I’d book this hotel again. Plain and simple, it was the exceptional level of service and the way we were treated. Alisha, you and your team should be proud! Thanks for an awesome stay! Can’t wait to return!

The friendliest and most accommodating staff! Breakfast was gorgeous with a lovely selection of continental and hot food. Complimentary upgrade to a suite, fruit, wine and chocolates on arrival and the kindness of the staff in general made the stay extra special.

The stay at Hilton park lane was excellent, nice location everything is a distance walk from you. Clean and tidy rooms with everything cleaning service. I was very happy and glad to be served by Najat almost every day for breakfast, she is super helpful and friendly. Thanks

I went last night for an event Tropical Escape Party at Trader Vic's, live music was amazing, place is specious for a big event, stuff very friendly. Over all great place to go and have fun. Highly recommend this place.

Our room was lovely, it was serviced daily (which we were not expecting). The top floor bar was excellent. Executive lounge options were adequate. The Podium offered a well-stocked breakfast buffet along with items that could be ordered from the menu. Dinner options were good and were the same as room service options. Easy walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, Mayfair and Hyde Park (literally across the street). Would stay here again.

My overall grade for this hotel is: A
The location is just fantastic. It's a very short walk to all the shopping and restaurants one may desire.
The facilities are very good. Good for business or pleasure.
We upgraded to a suite and the difference from our original room was quite significant. The sofa and chair that are in the sitting room of the suite absolutely needs to be replaced or re-upholstered. The sofa is almost not fit for sitting in, especially when one wants to enjoy their morning pot of coffee or tea in the sitting room.
The restaurant on the main floor is perfectly suited for breakfast.
Their rooftop cocktail bar area is very nice for a pre or post-dinner cocktail.
We will absolutely consider coming back the next time we visit London.

Excellent location, clean rooms, awesome breakfast and a welcoming and smiling staff everywhere from the main door to my room. I do strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in central London.

lovely view of winter wonderland
breakfast was fantastic, if your paying for the executive room, give it a miss if yr expecting food. Drinks selection is good
T. K.
The views are spectacular and the room was amazing!! Their breakfast was so delicious, one of the best ones.
I really enjoyed my stay there, the only problem was their service. They didn’t clean my room, I requested in a reception and even though it was not cleaned.
For a 5 star hotel in a premium location is a big disappointment. On the reception I heard other people complaining about the same issue. Hopefully they can improve it.
I would definitely go back there.
L. M.
Lovely hotel, quality furnishings and fittings in rooms and bathroom. My room was quite small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Only issue I had was that my room was near a service entrance and was noisy during the night. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
S. H.
Lovely hotel, however, staff could make a bit more of an effort to make people feel more welcome. Being 'randomly checked' in the executive lounge on our honeymoon did not make us feel good, we left shortly after this and did not return to the lounge. Staff also kept assuming that my husband was paying for everything and addressed him instead of considering me (I was actually paying for everything!).
P. T.
Great service and views from both the sky bar and my room. Good selection of nice drinks in the sky bar too. Highly recommend. 👍

Arrived before check in and had our bags held till later, service first class, room was clean and comfy, top floor bar was amazing, great welcome from the host and perfect drinks service, breakfast buffet superb, check out was quick, taxi at front door
Couldn’t be better really…
M. C.
Enjoyed the room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Just as you expect from the Hilton group.
B. M.
It's nice, of course, don't get me wrong, but I was a little disappointed with my room. The desk was tiny, and had a big TV on it (which was also obscuring the mirror for some reason), which made working in my room difficult. A little better room layout and a fifth star would be earned, as staff was great, and location was awesome.
L. C.
The hotel is OK. Good location and decent enough facilities.
I booked a room with twin beds. What I actually got was 2 single beds joined together that could not be separated. This is not a twin bed room in my opinion.
Also no upgrade was provided for being a diamond honours member.
A. H.
The basics are a good standard. Comfortable bed and breakfast was excellent.
We had access to the executive lounge. This was a bit basic compared to other Hiltons I've visited. Drinks and hot snacks between 6 and 9 (which isn't great if you have evening plans).
The hotel does feel a little dated compared to other hotels in its class
C. W.
Had an afternoon tea of chocolate and champagne which was smashing.
Not usually a fan of champagne but had 2 glasses & it was really nice.
Fine selection of dainty sandwiches & rolls, lovely. The cakes, such a selection of small exquisite mouth watering delicacies.
Could not eat everything so the staff gave each of us a pretty box to take them home
A very enjoyable afternoon & the staff & service were both excellent

Good! I can't evaluate the hosting because I haven't had the opportunity to do so yet. But I can assess the service. I believe that employees treat the simplest visitor well. They are sure to be exceptional with their But the times I went to this hotel, I was working delivering food. And I was very well disappointed by everyone. Therefore! I indicate
M. A.
Quite outdated, requires total refurbishment in some places, disappointment in the room I stayed in as it didn't have a full length mirror and had instant coffee instead of a coffee machine which I would of expected. The TV was placed in a very awkward position. Staff were helpful and friendly
N. M.
Extremely pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and keen to make our stay perfect. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms are very well presented.
Excellent breakfast available.
The hotel is very conveniently situated.
I would be happy to recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here at the very beginning of our “mini-moon” (official Honeymoon was moved!)
Nelson checked us in and he is an absolute asset to this place. A lovely guy, very welcoming, very helpful and also completely attributed to us having such a great stay here.
Nelson checked if there was a room with a view available for us, room 1417, and checked us into that room. And WOW.. I mean, the pictures speak for themselves! Unbelievable, this was an amazing touch to our stay here and we found ourselves just gazing across London whenever we were back in the room.
There’s parking, that we pre-booked, a tip from me; Pull up outside (use 22 Park Lane on your Nav) unload the cases, check them in with the concierge. Then drive around the one way system, and park below. The lift was out of service when we checked in, so we had to lug our cases up the stairs!
On the way out, we checked the bags, drove up and around, loaded up, and off we went… Much easier!
Absolutely amazing hotel, we will be staying again.
And Nelson, thank you, a million times, you’re doing a great job, and we really appreciate you and all that you did to make our stay amazing! Thank you so much.
J. K.
Perfect location, professional, courteous, clean and friendly service. Good England sh/continental breakfast buffet
I. K.
We really enjoyed staying here, especially since we don't mind walking and we spent most of our time in Soho which was only about 15 mins walking distance. We had a gorgeous view and couldn't hear any of our neighbors. You're right along the beautiful park and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel as well if you'd like to take transit, and the Green Park underground station is a few minutes walk as well.
Some of the rooms you can kind of look into at an angle so you may want to slightly close your blinds if you're changing but other than that, it was amazing. Free breakfast downstairs in the morning and it was pretty tasty as well.

Loved the view from the Sky bar and my room also had a great view of London. The staff are very well trained.
P.
Great hotel, fabulous view from the 24th floor room. Exec lounge was pleasant, one of the few left in the UK that has spirits, as well as normally just beer or wine these days.
The car park is extremely tight was surprised to see several large SUV’s had made it Dow there. Only issue for me was I didn’t really rate breakfast, for a 5 star hotel i expected more choice on the buffet.
M. B.
Used the NCP here, and like every London NCP i seem to lose my car and can never workout the signs and levels, A and B and Levels 1,2,3 etc. makes it very stressful with getting lost and feeling costrphobic, I can see how you could have a panic attack. Anyway I survived and do doubt will have to go though it all again sometime. 4 ish hours was about £40.
D. R.
For a lowly pleb like me, this was a fantastic treat. The service and food are excellent, and the views are spectacular!
C. C.
Gorgeous gorgeous place! The service was impeccable and Robbie is the most talented bartender and mixologist we have ever encountered!
O. B.
Great, comfortable room. Good service. No issues. Great views!
m. c.
no restaurant opened and a very small bar we got room right next to the lifts on 14th floor and not a wink of sleep with the noise of them all night going up and down keep room away from lifts a must.staff lovely and it is a very nice hotel.
T. A.
Perfect location, very safe, I’ve stied their for two weeks with no regrets, the housekeeping were very very clean, the reception staff were very nice for sure I’m coming again.
Finally I hope the management consider s a mold inspection very soon, and changing the carpet.

It was a great overnight stay. Thank you.

Great experience from arrival until departure. Fantastic suite located on 26th floor overlooking Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. Exceptional breakfast selection delivered by speedy and friendly service team.
I will be back...!

We enjoyed very much our stay. Nice room with view. Very well located. Compliments to the management

Lovely 5* hotel in a lovely location. High floors have better views in all directions
C. F. K.
Top class service in every department well done 👏 👍😊

Its a good hotel but the standard of hospitality and care has bit declined over the time. But I hope they would come up shortly as pandemic has just taken a toll over them.
Best of luck for next time..

Incredibly helpful and lovely staff. Abdul at the front desk made my stay incredibly pleasant. Sad I couldn’t thank him in person when I checked out.
Beautiful rooms & amazing views of London. I could see the entire skyline.
Loved the housekeeping staff, very lovely women & left me extra water bottles after I mentioned I was thirsty from the summer heat. Also ordered a creme brûlée & coffee to my room and it was the best I’ve ever had. the coffee was amazing.
the location is super convenient, near multiple bus stops and 2 underground stations. taxi’s always ready at the door.
I had a very comfortable and fun stay. definitely worth the visit.

First class service and impressively COVID secure. No complaints at all - but not the cheapest breakfast (but it WAS my choice to take it!)
M. O.
One of the best locations in London the service is great rooms are big and clean their ballroom is very good for big event city view is good from the room walking distance to Hyde park
L. M.
Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, so spacious and clean.
S. L.
Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Views were amazing from the 17th floor. Only issue was that the AC was leaking in our room overnight. It didn't affect our stay but just be careful not to place your belongings directly underneath the vent or near that area.
G. A.
Great place to Stay, especially during Christmas time, winter wonderland just across the road, walking distance, thank you for your great hospitality, you will be seeing us soon.

Lovely 5* hotel in a lovely location. High floors have better views in all directions

Used The restaurant GAVINS AT WINDOW ON THE 28TH FLOOR GOOD SERVICE AND VERY NICE FOOD . BUSY AND HELFUL STAFF .
M. Z.
This hotel has customers services excellence if there was an option to give 7 star i would definitely go for it. I happened to visit Galvin at Windows om the top floor (resturant) and there staff and customer service was outstanding. I requested a window seat however, it wasn't available at that time but the manager was soo keen to fullfil my request that he made sure that we had our main course by the window with a view.
M. M.
Great location and fantastic views over London but looking tired now, desperately needs a refit.
Y. B.
Very well located. Small rooms but price and services are excellent.
a. p.
Only used parking facility but will definitely be visiting the Hotel soon.
A. A.
Service and staff were all good. Rooms were decent too but for a 5 star there were few issues. Rooms were not ready, some towels had marks, phone didn't work, bathroom shower didn't fix, speaker in bathroom didn't work and some bulbs were fused. Beds were decent and tv was good too. Oh mini fridge weren't working due to software issues but they did provide another fridge and also hotel car park lift was out of order which us in basement.
For its location and brand you would expect more but I guess alot of businesses struggling since reopening after covid. So felt like a 3 star experience rather than 5 star
D. M.
The Hilton Team were excellent; very attentive and helpful and the hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location - five stars!
A. L.
Used for parking only, a great location
A. R.
A great bar with a picturesque view around. The drinks selection is wide, the staff is helpful, live music adds some vibes in the background.
Maybe the only con is the size of the place, it's too small, but still good for a hotel bar.
P.

Excellent stay room was nice and clean , breakfast was something to look forward to, staff were polite . Checked in early around 10am much appreciated as I had travelled 4 hours on train , check in was supposed to be around 2pm

Busy hotel on Park Lane...always crowded from my perspective when I'm there... I guess I'm part of the problem then lol.
Within the hotel (basement) is Trader Vics, famous Pacific themed restaurant. It's been here for years...when you worked in the City you would have gone here at least once in your life. Entertaining clients or treating the wife.
Totally opposite from the basement we have the trendy bar and restaurant on the top floor, with far reaching views of London in every direction. Cocktails and fine dining...not too shabby at all.
This might be a hotel but I can only review where I've been. If you want to know what the rooms are like...don't ask me, I've never stayed a night here!
A. H.
Lovely meal first class. Staff really most helpful. Loved it.
S. L.
Such a good spot in town. Parking underneath. Great restaurants. Make a note for your next trip to London
J. S.
The room was amazing and the best view of London, we had a great stay and will be back again.

Lovely meal first class. Staff really most helpful. Loved it.

Room was great - nice and clean. Stayed on the 18th floor, great view on London at sunrise ☺️ Only 4 stars because there was a leftover cheesecake in the fridge from previous guest and the eggs at breakfast had a weird taste to them (not edible), but other than that staff were really friendly and apologised. 🙂
r. s.
It was really an amazing experience. The view from the window was spectacular.
M. C.
We called the Hilton park Lane at 2am needing a room as the hotel we had booked was very poor and we could not sleep. The night and front desk team at the London Hilton on Park lane could not have been better - we were booked in and asleep within an hour with room service too. Thank you Hilton Park lane team.
M. N.
Good hotel and really very good service. Would recommend! We will come again🤗

Was at trader vics in basement good as it gets for cocktails and live music

We had such a warm welcome from Nelson when checking in! He was very helpful and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views of London. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Attended an awards dinner. Slick operation by the Hilton team. Well delivered.

Lovely staff, lovely hotel, needs a little updating and the cleaning needs some improvement. comfortable bed and great food.

Wonderful, nostalgic even. The heights remind one of power of human, the answer to the trife and torment of the daily reminder of how we came to be. Very friend and courting staff and a great drink selection. If the money's there, this should be a weekly addition to anys routine
S. V.
A place to stay even for one night , immaculate and wonderful hotel .
D. P.
At the moment, this place seems clean and well organised from a COVID perspective. It didn't seem very full either for my Thursday night stay. Good views across London, especially over Green Park, towards the City.
M. D.
I had a lovely stay for one night with my wife at the Park Lane Hilton. We had booked an executive room, but had been upgraded to a suite on arrival which was lovely. The views were incredible from the 25th floor and the whole hotel was clean and looked like they had worked within covid safety guidelines without it spoiling our visit.
The exec lounge had free drinks for 2 hours in the evening as well as snacks and hors d'oeuvres - these were well presented and tasted great.
The hotel is ideally situated for exploring London - especially a trip to Harrods or the cities parks. Will definitely book again.
N. R.
Excellent hotel with attentive helpful staff, exciting bars and a first class sky restaurant. Top class Michelin chef featuring an incredible plant based tasting menu.
J. S.
Fantastic greeting from Nelson at reception with a glass of Prosecco. Upgraded to Executive room on 22nd floor with stunning views.Fantastic evening meal in Trader Vics and lovely breakfast in the Podium
Our most enjoyable and memorable stay in London ever.We will be back!
E. A.
We had a night at the Hilton Park Lane to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The hotel was brilliant, the staff really welcoming and the dinner at the top of the hotel was out of this world.
P. M.
Was there for an award ceremony, HR Excellence Awards and it was very well organised.
M. T.
Customer service level not top quality like before. I regularly stay here but I'm considering not to extend my stay in Hilton & to move to another hotel. I don't mind the room is old as I came back for that homely feeling but this time round, from the moment I stepped out of the cab, the familiar friendly bellman and his excellent service is no longer there. Before, a 14 days stay went by so fast! This time, I should have just booked 1 night.
F. A.
Great hotel, non forgettable hospitality by the hotel staff especially from Mr. Abdulkhaleq
M. R.
What a lovely place thank you to the receptionist Mia for being so lovely and attentive
D. D.
Really nice place but rooms need a bit of a makeover and the club lounge was a bit limited for snacks and service OK at best
J.
Every aspect exceptional. Staff, Food, Service, Accommodation, Decor, Delivery Of Honors Benefits. Impossible to complain about anything. Gold Stars. Gold Standard. 10/10.

Iconic. Amazing suite. Perfect service.

It was a great overnight stay. Thank you.
J. A.
Friendly and professional staff. They were very helpful when I had questions about local spots to go to. It is very convenient to travel from. I had a great view of the park and Oxford Street was not far away. Neither was Mayfair even if most places were sadly closed due to covid19. They also have a chap who does the most amazing shoe polishing. I most enjoyed my visit. Click like if you found my review useful. Thank you

Went to the most beautiful wedding there, the day ran really smoothly and staff were attentive and fantastic. Thank you for a great day!
S. G.
Spent 4 nights at the hotel, as expected all the staff were friendly, polite and really helpful. We had a suite, we could see Buckingham palace. The rooms were lovely, well stocked tea and coffee. The bed was super comfortable, the bedding changed after 2 nights. The breakfast was self service with a vast selection. We really enjoyed our stay.
G. R.
Great facilities as you would expect for this range of hotels.

My partner decided on a staycation as London’s lockdown eased wc 17.5.21. Check-in was seamless, Receptionist was very convincing in selling of the executive suite which we upgraded to but did not use the lounge as we did not have much time for a short weekend away. The 18th floor is where we were based view of the Hyde Park which was nice just disappointed in the beds as we thought it was a king-size bed but it appeared to be two twin beds pushed together which causes a gap in the middle. Breakfast was really nice Elga (the pretty receptionist at the Podioum and Dianna Were very attentive it was no doubt very very busy on a Sunday for breakfast and there was a significant delay however I believe that the manager cannot recall her name was apologising to those that were waiting and she was very apologetic & friendly about this but we did not mind. We were served by Elgar and Diana from Saturday to the end of our stay they’re both friendly :-) always paying attention to detail to the customer service and we really enjoyed our stay. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels across the globe which have been a better experience but this was a treat for the first time in central London.
We requested a late checkout if possible and wanted to pay extra the Egyptian reception(cannot recall his name) is very sharp and super friendly In accommodating our request which was done within minutes. I must say that the customer service skills in all staff that we came across was incredible extremely friendly and smiley which is what you need after a long week at work. We will of course again treat ourselves and be back very soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at The London Hilton On Park Lane for two nights commencing 28/09/2020. The occasion was our twentieth wedding anniversary. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and it's staff. From the point of check in to departure our stay was perfect. Worthy of note are the reception staff who were very attentive and in our opinion went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could possibly be.
We make a habit of using Hilton hotels whenever our trips allow it. We love the service; and the brand offers great consistency.
Thank you London Hilton On Park Lane for making our stay wonderful in these difficult times.
A. D.
Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, we were made to feel special on arrival with complimentary bubbles.
A. K.
Good hotel well located.
Just here for a couple of nights while on a our anniversary.
Found the location to see all the tourist spots which all seem to be just a few mins walk from the hotel.
Our room was upgraded free of charge on check as it was our anniversary.
Thank you guys for a comfortable stay

It was good to be her again and I found the Reception staff to be as helpful as ever. They were only too happy to answer questions and give directions. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom soaps and shampoos were also quality products that enhanced my stay!
J. K.
It is a very posh hotel that is located in the back alley. Its car park can't seem to make up its mind whether it wants to be nice or filthy. It drags the whole experience down.
A. S.
We visited on 10th December. From the moment our taxi arrived the service was impressive, but not over the top, just the right balance. We were greeted at the car, luggage taken in. Lauren at reception is incridible, friendly, informative, helpful. She kindly gave us a heated flannel & a welcome drink. Our room had a view of Buckingham Palace, incredible. Covid protocol was followed to the letter. Everyone was friendly, breakfast was great. Loved it. Can't wait to head back when things, are normal
N. D.
Amazing place. Excellent food and cosy, recommended for their service and friendship. They have also music on the weekends to spend some nice vibes with your friends

Beautiful rooms. Lovely staff

Good hotel and really very good service. Would recommend!

Spent one night at the Park lane and what a treat. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Gavin at the window was amazing. The manager was very good. She is an amazing asset to the restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Bar with a great view but the beer is £10

Mayfair Suite was tired and sofas uncomfortable & stained, staff pleasant

Our a week stay hotel. It was fantastic stay the moment we checked in. We were given a 21st floor with a great view. Good location and easy accessible to shopping areas and restaurants. I love the 24 hours gym and my favorite was the morning breakfast at the executive floor. They had a nice selection for breakfast, lovely pastries at tea time. The service from the front desk to the concierge to the lounge was excellent. This is well worth visiting hotel.
T. A.
Fantastic location. Reception staff were very welcoming and treated me like royalty after finding out I had diamond status. High quality experience overall and appreciated the immediate room upgrade without asking.
a. h.
Great hotel, good location, lovely staff. Great view.
j. B.
Not quite what I expected but very comfortable beds and fantastic views of green park. The breakfast was the best I've ever tasted and I've visited some fabulous hotels. But very disappointed when asking if the breakfast was included, was told no but a colleague in same group was invited to join their rewards scheme the breakfast would be free. The breakfast cost £30 each. Had to eventually speak to a manager to wipe these charges from our bill which completely spoilt our experience.
Y. P.
Positives: Hotel itself is great when it comes to location. Rooms are fairly nice too but a little dated. Executive lounge is awesome with good food selection and a nice view of Hyde park.
Negatives: Fairly pricey which doesn’t correlate with the room quality. Customer service specially in reservations is lacking. I was charged one full night due to miscommunication from the hotel reservation team. It took quite a few emails and help of Hilton Diamond desk to resolve the issue. My expectations were very high from a hotel of this caliber but naturally I was disappointed based on my above mentioned experiences.
A. L.
Used for parking only, a great location
C. M.
Had an afternoon tea in there - not a bad experience, but I expected more from a place like this! The waitress at the reception really did not look happy with her job at all, and it showed in her behaviour with customers - we did not feel welcome. The cakes looked as beautiful as promised but did not deliver on taste. I really appreciated the extra cake as birthday treat though! It was not that bad overall, but I would not go back: I'm sure there are better afternoon teas in London for the same price range.
J. S.
The staff I got to speak with are very professional and helpful with any queries whatsoever, the included full english was lovely and my partner said her pancakes were the best she has ever had! The location being just a 20 minute walk from London victoria train Station is ideal and the view from the 25th floor at nighttime was phenomenal as we were overlooking the shard, just be wary of the minibar as it is most definitely not free!
C. D. (.
Amazing hotel service 5 star views fabulous love it

Visited for an awards dinner. Nice drinks reception and then ceremony in the ballroom. After a very nice meal up to the panoramic bar on the 28th floor, lovely views great drinks, very attentive service. Glad I wasn't paying as I dread to think how much it would have been. Had to go from the 28th floor to ground floor to use the toilet as the one in the bar was out of order.
a. m.
Absolute perfection with timeless elegance, this place really does have the wow factor. Everything has been designed with incredible symmetry, and the attention to detail is second to none. The food was totally what you’d expect from a star restaurant 👌🏻 The wine list was exceptional! I look forward to to returning here some day ❤️
J. C.
Went here to visit the 21st floor for a coffee. Not too busy and as we had a sunny day, had amazing views across the city. Impeccable service as expected and at £5 per coffee, it wasn't cheap. But then again it's not Costa! Very recommended.
G. R.
Service was excellent, room was spotless and very comfortable, breakfast was tasty.
Fantastic experience and I look forward to staying there again soon.

We had a great time.

Fantastic Hotel! Great staff, excellent restaurant on the first floor and the location is superb, only one block from Green Park/Hide Park. I have stayed there a couple times and always enjoy their top notch spa and more importantly, they allow small dogs! Love, love this Hotel :)

Not bad for £250 per night

Well disciplined management and qualitative staff. (Y)

Attended a business awards event in the ballroom - beautifully laid out, really made a special impact on the evening. The food too, given there were nearly 1000 people present, was pretty darn good, and very efficiently managed and served. So impressed how they handled this huge event.
S. L.
I came here for a wedding and it was a fantastic venue. The venue had enormously high ceilings and perfect lighting to create the best ambience for a special occasion. There is plenty of space and the hall could easily fit 500 people.
J. U.
Great hotel with lovely staff, reception and breakfast staff could not have even more helpful. Lovely room on 23rd floor with great views (bonus of this hotel), plus one of the best breakfasts both in terms of selection and quality and unusually for hotel breakfasts cooked very well and hot. I look forward to staying here again soon.
j. h.
It isn't just the view: it's the whole evening. The view is lovely, one of the best in London, but going to Galvins is a whole evening experience. Get there early and go to the rooftop bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Never too crowded around 7pm...ish and a great place for people watching. Dinner in Galvins thereafter is always lovely: never had an even slightly disappointing meal there. Lovely attentive staff.

BEST PLACE IVE EVER WORKED AT STEVEN IS AMAZING!!!!
D. J.
Great hotel. Perfect place to have aquiet walk in the park or to get something local to eat. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice.Package delivery to the hotel tends to be a bit complicated
D.
Good reception venue - I went here for a reception party. The venue is very well maintained indeed and the staff are all very friendly. Its a good size venue and easily accommodate my friends 500+ guests. The parking was very good too they have a few floors. However with morden day cars it can be a squeeze. Otherwise I highly recommend it to any who can fit it as an option for their budget.
C. F.
Honestly this hotel is out of this world. The staff are really friendly and they made my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are really modern and the hotel in general is situated in a fantastic location. Can't wait to stay here again.
K. S.
Landmark of a hotel. Service was great and rooms were clean, tidy and spacious same unable to open the windows so no fresh air. Galvin at Windows tough has cutting edge view, mouthwatering food menu and crafted cocktails not to be missed. Over all an excellent stay.
R. M.
Didn’t really get to explore the hotel as I stayed there for a very short stay and slept extremely late.
But what I can say is that the rooms were very nice, extremely clean, had all the amenities you need, bathrobes, slipper, coffee, tea, iron, iron board, blow dryer and a safe!
The fridge was packed with goodies and drinks. A very cool selection. Check my pics. Bed was extremely comfortable, a lovely big shower. What more do you want.
Oh yeah, and a stunning view of Hyde Park!
T. T. P.
Amazing views. Have stayed over 20 nights in at least 5 different trips. Great high floor bar, nice breakfast, spacious room. Much better than your average Hilton.
T. C.
Excellent customer care. Beautiful hotel. Pure sophistication
L. B.
Went here for afternoon tea with a gift voucher I was given. It was Xmas themed and the cakes were so creative and delicious! The staff we're 10/10. Would def recommend and hope to go back!

Visited ShoeshineUK in the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane. What can I say.. Totally undervalued in the industry to this day despite being the best patina artist and polisher there is. Steven is helpful, entertaining, always willing to advise and help others learn. prices compared to others are a bargain @londonhiltonpl have the UKs hidden gem. The images are there for all to see.
N. A.
Great location. Rooms were very nice too with great views. The hotel staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help. Their Executive Lounge is one of the finest. Their High Tea was was very good. The Restaurant on the Lobby level served excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend this Hotel overall.
I. F.
The location of the hotel is perfect its really close to the shops and hyde park. Really good breakfast and costumer service. Also I got a room with a direct view of the london eye and it was great seeing the new year firework from the room.
j. l.
Fantastic afternoon tea
Wow this is the best afternoon tea I’ve had.
So tasty with perfect service.
The open sandwiches are fabulous, you can order a second round too. Blown away by the flavours.
The atmosphere was spot on a solo artist singing and putting his own spin on the tunes just made the experience even more memorable
C. A.
The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very good for an inner city hotel, the location could not be better. Very high standards throughout the hotel, all food excellent quality, rooms very nice, many features, but lost marks for their size, which was not the best as I had many suitcases with me. I would definitly stay again, its a beautiful hotel, however I would upgrade my room next time, which I am looking forwards to.
C. O.
Nice accessible hotel on Park lane. It's nothing over the top but I may be a bit biased. Beds were comfortable, enough towels were provided. It has enough restaurants and a bar/night club which I did not visit. The doorman was very nice and always got us a taxi. I especially enjoyed Trader Vics and the Afternoon tea in the executive lounge.
A. K.
Great location with Mayfair on the doorstep and the West End just beyond that. The hotel has a classic feel to it, but lacks that intimacy that should come with a top-end hotel on this prestigious lane.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and although a bit dated, deserves a solid good rating.
L. B.
I've been lucky enough to come here on a number of social events, such as award dinners. The overall service and standards are good, as you'd expect, the prices are also on line with expectation. I can't comment on the hotel however as I've not stayed. If you have high expectations of what a prestigious hotel in Mayfair should offer, it will definitely meet those expectations, but not perhaps, surpass them...
D. H.
Went to the roof bar here. The staff are very nice. They offered to take my bags to the cloakroom without me even thinking about it. I ordered a drink which was very nice and the waitress was kind enough to take a picture of me sitting by the window on request.
They go above and beyond here. Their location is right on hyde park and the tube station is not far of a walk. The view is pretty good too.
G. L.
The staff is all very nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are spacious. There is a restaurant on the top floor where you can see all of London and the view is amazing at night.
The negatives: We had 3 people, so we needed a rollaway bed. That was the most uncomfortable thing you can imagine. They also do not have ice or vending machines, so you have to call room service for ice. There is no little store or gift shop to buy a bottle of water. But overall, the place was very nice.
S. P.
Went here for the chocaholics afternoon tea for two at the Podium restaurant. It was one of the best I had been to. There was a good reasonable choice of teas and the staff were very accommodating. There were a great choice of sandwiches and the desserts were great. At the regular price it perhaps seemed quite pricey, but I'd say it was worth every penny. The service was fantastic.
H. B.
This place was awesome. Great atmosphere. Services was good. I enjoyed the spa. Great section of bar. Food was good. Room was beautiful and well managed. Great view. Interior was beautiful.
R. G.
Lovely hotel but be warned, the car park entrance and exit is very narrow and not suitable for SUV's
D. B.
I have decided to review and only given this hotel 4 stars because I felt the prices of some of their menus were a bit steep in comparison to other similar hotels, which brings me to the conclusion that I was part-paying for the W1 Mayfair postcode, and part paying for their usual excellent service. Lift waiting times can also be an issue at times. Other than that, all very good.
R. M.
The staff was extremely helpful and respectful. Everything in my space was in working order and clean.
S. E.
Nice location I suppose, good room size. But not wheel chair or baby buggy accessible as most of the function rooms are only accessible by steps. Done of the decor is starting to look dated too and need a bit of professional maintenance.
A. P.
I liked this hotel. Staff were courteous and polite when I attended an industry awards ceremony at the weekend. Service could have been more balanced, with some waiting times between courses/confusion over vegetarian dishes, and after dinner coffee never showing up.
m. w.
The view was great and the party chill and filled up of nice looking people for "both tastes".
Customers was all in a relaxed mode and workers really quick and polite.
The drinks had them price, but the quality was spot on!
Looking forward to go back there again.
C. C.
Beautiful hotel with amazing views, but some staff where quite rude. As the party that I attended arrived, they didn't believe that we were actually going into a Michelin star restaurant. There was a frosty reception from some of the staff, but most where lovely and the atmosphere was quite dun after things settled down
p. m.
Location is superb however it shouldn't be rated 5* the entrance is more like a departure lounge with piles of suitcases visible behind glass doors. No valet parking. We had a Queen room which quite frankly could hardly swing a cat round in it. Bed was small and pillows were average nothing luxurious about it at all. However, it was clean and had the amenities in it such as mini bar air con, no bath just a shower and not many towels between the 2 of us. Staff very helpful - I suppose you get what you pay for ...
A. S.
Lovely hotel in a prime location. Reasonably priced with great service. Many good quality restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay, needs a bit of a refurbishment as it's looking overdue. Friendly staff as you would expect from a Hilton
J. J.
Great place for a business meet up. I met there with a client from the USA last week. Simply loved theinterior, someone did a really great work with the design and hotel presentation. I will come back for sure with more clients. Great selection of food and drinks.
M. S.
I spent a very enjoyable evening at a function at this world famous hotel. In one of the main function rooms, they served around 600 people with a wonderful meal in what seemed like five minutes for each course for the whole room. There must have been dozens of staff but they were efficient and discrete and never put a foot wrong. Can't wait to go again!
R. W.
I stayed here for a couple of nights midweek and was really impressed. Staff were really helpful and the email prior to arrival was a nice touch. Good Hilton member benefits too. Had cocktails at Galvin at Windows, great views of the city. Mayfair suite was probably the biggest room I've had in London.
J. T.
Attended an awards dinner. Staff excellent, food was very good, especially the cherry dessert. The room looked suitably opulent. My only negative observation is that the after party space didn't match the level of furnishing elsewhere - the carpet was tired and overall it seemed a bit drab. But I guess by that point everyone would be too tipsy to notice…
L. J.
I do like the brand, and all Hiltons locations, however I do feel that I just travelled back in time every time I am in a Hilton hotel.
It just feels old and dated, but I guess there is still a market for that sort of thing.. In my opinion
Otherwise the service is good, the food is average, the bar a bit dark and small.
E. L.
Beautiful views of London but rooms (entire hotel actually) are tired and outdated. Good mattress however. Convenient location and away from the masses of tourists. This is a tough one to rate because compared to other London hotels, this would rate easily at 4 stars. However, it’s only fair to take a world view for consistency so I’ll only give it 3 stars (3.5 is probably more fair) due to the hotel not being very good value for the money. I wouldn’t particularly recommend staying here but wouldn’t dissuade anyone from staying here either.
T. M.
All guests treated with respect and excellent services on offer and a very high standard. The drinks prices are worth it for the view. I'm a runner and it's really easy to follow the underground tunnel that drops you straight into some great running trails. The kids had a fantastic weekend and were sad to leave the hotel.
T. P.
I went for the Chocolate afternoon tea. The service was very friendly and quite prompt and the room was quite open and modern. There was a nice variety of teas and 'half' sandwiches. Portions were a little small but our waiter made it clear that we could request for more sandwiches. The pastries and scones were delicious and not too heavy. Some were a little sweet but were balanced by lighter or sour pastries. The coffee pastry was particularly excellent. If I were to change anything, I would like more interesting sandwiches. They were fine but some (such as the egg sandwich) weren't anything special and a little bland.
R. A.
It’s a beautiful view from the 20th floor
S. A.
We did a wedding here last Saturday. Very very helpful Banquet Service Manager Andrew. He was absolutely brilliant for the 2 days we worked here. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us with. He deserves "EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH' which he says he has never been awarded!. Venue is easy to work in. Loading bay not to easy, but the large lift helps to make it easy to set up for functions here.
S. P.
Good value for afternoon tea.
S. M.
Fab place but I draw the line at paying £6 for an orange juice as a mixer at Galvin at windows bar. That's just ridiculous! We dined at The trader Vics restaurant which was nice but because we had a voucher, as a gift, we we seated in the bar, not the restaurant, slightly disappointing. But the food was amazing and the manager couldn't do enough for us re my allergies. £16 for cocktails..... pricey but they were nice and you don't mind paying that price as a treat.
M. M. R.
The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, almost at the centre of London. A huge park in front. All the major attractions are within the walking distance. A very nice to walk around in the morning before the buffet breakfast. The rooms are elegant. So are the meeting rooms. The front desk is very upbeat.
L. F.
Went for my son's 21st and they really made it a special stay. Everyone was friendly & the room was really comfortable. The hotel is beautiful & we will definitely return.
E. M. C.
We go here a couple of times every year and we just adore it. My favourite restaurant hands down. The food is consistently amazing, the staff are just wonderful and the restaurant is just above reproach.
l. s.
Top notch location, service and amenities. We spent a week in London and this was the perfect place to use as a base for our adventures. We upgraded to the Executive level and got access to the Executive suite. They laid out scrumptious meals and snacks that were available from 6am-11pm. Will definitely stay here again!
A. T.
It's was OK. I was expecting amazing but got allright. Christmas decorations in the restaurant was poor as we went for Nutcracker Tea theme teas all there was 2 Large nutcracker shape things to one side.
Service from the friendly staff was very good. Gents toilets miles away upstairs and not signed posted, I was wandering around like a lemon looking for them.
T. M.
Great location for the function we were going to. Good directions for touring. The room was to the high standard you'd expect from a Hilton in this location. The hotel staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone as it is something you will definitely remember.
T. P.
So nice to be back in London with a warm welcome from Hilton group. You cant beat London west end in the summer.
W. L.
We went to Galvin's bar for a drink. Nice view of the surrounding Hyde Park area. Drinks were not super impressive but the service was too notch. It was a quiet evening and it was none just to chill and the drinks. It's a great place for romantic dates.
L. B.
Gorgeous food - a bit of a shame to break into the stunning artwork that were the cakes. Staff were fab but obviously not enough of them because service disappeared from our section once the rest of the place got busy.
r. r.
Friendly staff, very good breakfast, the bathroom is pourlly designed with not enough space left for sitting comfortably on the WC. At night it can get very noisy. Overall a good value for approximately 15$ per night we paid.
U. K.
Good place for venues. Has a large hall able to accommodate a big stage and more than 50 tables for 12 persons each. The place has seen its best years already and could benefit from some renovation efforts in the upcoming years, though.
Y.
Hotel with a great view in the middle of London. Staff really welcoming and friendly.
T. M.
Location is very good. Rooms are smaller than what you're typically accustomed to within the Hilton brands. We are gold members and were delighted to get an upgrade to the executive floor. From the moment you step into the restaurant you feel like you are going to be well looked after.
A. C.
Skybar the place to be for a lunch with a view

I attended a New Years Eve Masquerade Gala Dinner Event at the Hilton hotel on Park Lane.
We had a table reserved and spent an enjoyable evening there before seeing in the New Year along with some 600/700 other revellers.
The staff were quite good and very polite. The drinks were quite expensive but this was to be expected in this Venue. It was unfortunate that I was unable to book a room at the hotel as they were fully booked for NYE. All in all we had a great time there before departing at 02:45 am on New Year's day.
D. C.
Having stayed at various Hilton Hotels previously, I found this one a little beneath their own standards. The staff are not at the customer service level of their other hotels, the house keeping was almost non existent (they don't even make the beds daily), just replace the towels that you leave on the floor. The carpet in the room is a little on the nose, but this is a UK thing. The location is perfect. The breakfast is nice and plentiful. The gym is totally lame and it's better to train outside of the hotel. The park across the road is perfect for a good run or jog or walk.
S. M.
One of the best place in the city. Love this hotel, have stayed here twice and will stay again! The staff will go above and beyond to make guests comfortable.
G. P.
Went for afternoon tea. The service was above and beyond, truly exemplary. The tea and sandwich choices was great and varied with free refills, the pastries were absolutely adorable and picture-worthy, and the scones were buttery with so many toppings. Would definitely return.
H. M.
As soon as I walked in I was intercepted by Security - no idea why. A bit busy and would benefit from a freshen up. Great location.
Stayed in many hotels so for this was average.
J. M.
My wife and I were very looked after, amazing room with spectacular views. Thanks to Riccardo
K. E.
Afternoon tea was very well presented. Staff generally attentive. Open rather than finger sandwiches were served - all very fresh. Scones warm and fluffy. Would have preferred a good jam rather than a 'sauce'. Cakes and delicacies overly sweet for my taste but otherwise lovely
m.
Good food, excellent service.
J. C.
(Review for the Galvin at Windows restaurant) Fantastic, friendly, human service, delivered by caring staff. Meal was somewhat small for the price but it's a one-off special occasion. Three out of four of the party were vegan, and they had a full separate menu for us. A great evening :)
A.
Good food, great prices when going with a voucher. Deserts are lovely. However the roast chicken is quite dry in my opinion. The salmon and steak looked great. I had a cherry creme brulé. Was nice. Would go again.
M. J.
We were really impressed by the hotel and the service and I was lucky to be upgraded. Room had everything I needed though had slight wear and tear in places. The shower was great and the staff were so friendly - we would visit again.
U. K.
I had received a free gym pass that entitled access to the gym located inside this hotel, LivingWell Park Lane. Upon arrival I was greeted in a very friendly manner, disregarding that I clearly was not a guest at the hotel. That was nice. Exceptional gym, small yet intimate. Going to go back to this gym soon! Would recommend!
N. J.
Amazing service, breathtaking views and in the middle of London what more could you ask for.
J. B.
Love this hotel a must but pricey
I. A.
A wonderful one-night getaway after entrusting our young children to their grandparents! Batteries fully recharged after fantastic food in the surrounding area, drinks in Trader Vic's, and a restorative session in the steam room the next day. Highly recommend the Executive King Room with lounge access!
V. A.
Beautiful hotel and ball room
B.
I went here for a massage which was a birthday present. The staff were so kind and helpful and the massage was brilliant. I even got a good bag at the end! Thank you so much
j. l.
The stay at the Hilton London back in March was very comfortable a warm welcome by the staff. the room was clean and a good size breakfast in the morning was a delicious good bar and very close to the city center , the underground was walking distance
R. V.
Me and my wife booked an quick stay here only for one night!
I would say the staff here are absolutely amazing!
We ate in the window restaurant on the 26th floor and apart from the lovely view and atmosphere! The food and service was amazing!
A huge shout out to cosmyn, the professional service given by him really did make our evening!
He gave the finest dinner service I think me and my wife have ever experienced!
We’ve both had a dinner in the Burj-Al-Arab! Cosmyn, his team, the food and service given has absolutely blown it out of the water!
Thanks Cosmyn for making our evening a very memorable one! He is a fantastic asset to restaurant! The best service we have ever had!
Rooms are lovely! Great view! The hotel is very clean! Everything you would expect and more from this level of money and the caliber of hotel!
What a fantastic experience!!!!
M. S.
Attended a Ball and stayed the night. The service and view from the room on the 21st or were excellent. Long wait for lifts, though. We ended up taking the service lift after waiting more than 5 minutes. This is probably due to peak demand related to the Ball. Love the hotel.
l. p.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in an Executive room on the 22rd floor, amazing view of Hyde Park. Breakfast in the Lounge had a wide range of food. Also visited the lounge between 6pm and 8pm for drinks and a selection of nibbles. Free WiFi included was fast as I was able to stream BBC iplayer
C. M.
Perfect for a romantic weekend gateway! There is a nice bar just off the main lobby with bar and cocktail table sitting. Its on the river (Thames) and you take the ferry back and forth. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the drinks were very good. Mmm
M. M.
Amazing food and unforgettable place.
a. a.
Very excellent hotel with a really lovely views
S. T.
Went here for afternoon tea. It was very nice, but also very loud. There was a live singer which made having a conversation with my girlfriend difficult. Food was 5 star but the music let it down.
R. T.
We had afternoon tea which was very nice ,the stall were pleasant and nothing was to much trouble, oi asked for a refill on the sandwiches and was informed that was ok but only once with the offer so if your hungry don't forget to ask for more 😀
C. B.
Anniversary dinner with my husband at Galvin at Windows. We loved the food and the service was great. Shame to not be sat nearer the edge so didn't get to fully appreciate the view. Overall had a really fun tonight and would recommend dinner here for a special occasion.
R. A.
My Stay in London Hilton on Park Lane was beyond expectation. Highly recommend this place for its beautiful location and their staff are beyond amazing. They are very friendly, proficient at their work and constantly provided service at the highest level. Special mention to Mr Abdul and Mr Alexander who really made my stay the best that it could possibly be.
S. B.
Stayed here on Wednesday, brilliant service, lobby was very busy with staff having little control but the service from the customer service guys and the rooms were amazing! Overall a great service
R. R.
Fantastic service and amazing food! Gave us a wonderful complimentary birthday desert for my father in law. Have been many times and never been disappointed!
C. S.
Great place to park too. We needed access to Knightsbridge and Park Lane Hilton is perfect and a cost effective place to securely park. The hotel is well situated and next time when we aren't in such a hurry we will probably eat and drink here too.
E. B.
I went here for a work Christmas Party. The food was amazing and the drinks were good. The music was quite good too. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because the DJ took a 45 minute break half way through the night and there was only background music for this period.
T. M.
London is not a cheap place to stay these days and as an expat now living overseas I am continually shocked at the price / value aspects of visiting the capital. The location of this hotel is excellent. My visit again started with being …
B. P.
We had a conference here and part of our treat was breakfast. Now that was just class. The atmosphere was charged, staff were professional and the buffet breakfast, first class. Next time I'll be there with the Mrs, no doubt.
M. W.
We, wish to offer our highest recommendation following our stay at the Hilton, Park Lane for offering top quality accommodation, cuisine, friendliness, location for us with being there on Business and family leisure. Huge gratitude and sincere appreciation to the staff who looked after us and made us feel very special. My wife unfortunately like many, suffers from a nut allergy and with this Hotel having 3 restaurants, all gracefully assisted to ensure my wife’s special dietary needs were catered for and was a blessing to see my wife completely relaxed knowing she was in safe hands. Our room accommodation was superb in every way and offered great views over the city. All staff; Concierge, Main desk, Restaurants, Executive Lounge, Room Service and Management were brilliant and executed their positions with true passion, politeness, courtesy, dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism, we wish to congratulate you all for making our stay most memorable and very special.
Hotel is on Park Lane, opposite Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, theatre land within just 10 minutes’ walk and is just minutes is the main City Tube Station, Public Buses that stopped every few minutes and 24/7 Taxi Rank right outside the Hotel. Everywhere in the city was so easy to get to from this Hotel and can’t wait to return again, very soon! Also, there’s restaurants within easy walking distance offering good selections of cuisine and as a HHonours member, gives us special membership privileges, £ savings and special deals.
S. M.
Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Podium restaurant was a disappointment...overpriced and when we complained about their seating (they sat a group of 4 young women who were quite loud amongst couples. They're entitled to be but consider other patrons when seating.
C. R.
This was my second stay in a month and both times booked though a website. The hotel was very busy but the staff went out of their way to ensure we were well catered for. We had three rooms and they upgraded me in mine as it was my birthday. We lunched in Galvin at Windows on their to floor. This has to be one of the best restaurants in central London and certainly has the most amazing and best views.
H. R.
chocoholic afternoon tea was really good although it gave quite a sugar rush. Staff were very pushy about making us pay an OPTIONAL service charge before we had finished because we used an online voucher. Food good; staff poor.
R. B.
Our main waitress was Viktoria and she was incredibly good and meeting our needs and dietary requirements. We were at the Podium restaurant. The service was all round good and the food was good too. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.
P. E.
This place is utterly beautiful. I was here for an awards ceremony and the whole building was stunning. We spent most of the evening in the Grand Ballroom and the staff we very tentative and extra polite. I felt completely out of place but could certainly get used to it!
E. B.
This is clearly one of the premium locations for Hilton in London and that showed throughout the whole visit.
We stayed in a "King Executive Room", having received an Honors status upgrade at check in. Our room, on a high floor had westerly views over Hyde Park. The hotel's design means that other rooms are likely to have (limited) views into your room. Aside from this small reduction in privacy, everything in the hotel was very good.
The Executive Lounge offered the same service as most Hilton hotels with complimentary canapes and (alcoholic) beverages in the evening.
We chose to take breakfast in the hotel lobby restaurant and there was a vast selection of fresh fruit, hot and cold foods. There was also an attended egg and pancake/waffle station.
The bar and restaurant (Galvin at Windows) are open to the general public and are both quite busy. They both offer unrivalled views of London. The cocktails are travel themed and generally cost £17.
A beautiful hotel with great views and facilities ideally placed for Mayfair.
j.
The hotel is good. The people are friendly. And it is located at the heart of London.
Special shout out to Wendy of The Podium. She is very accommodating.
Just one area of improvememt though. When we checked in at Room 520, it smelled like a septic tank. In fairness to the staff, when we called their attention, they immediately transferred us to another room.
S.
Absolutely the very best afternoon tea server here. A wide range of sandwiches which you could reorder at no extra cost. The cake plate was to die for and any you couldn't manage to eat they boxed up for you to take home. Wonderful treat.
A. H.
Indoors, the venue is a medium to high end generic hotel. The staff were pleasant though rarely smiling. I was at a large industry event with over 1000 attendees. They had some technical problems with the main screen used for the event. Perhaps not the fault of the venue, but the expensive event ticket did not include any drink other than tap water, and I had to ask several times to get water. A gin was listed as five pounds on the drinks menu. Not too shocking I thought. But after adding the tonic the drink was over ten pounds, and the tonic bottle was taken away before I'd finished it. In summary I would give this venue a neutral review.
M. S.
Lovely hotel in prime location of London. Very close to many tourist attractions including Buckingham palace
Plenty of restaurants nearby in case you don't fency expensive dining in the hotel.
Nice place to stay with your family
J. I.
Had better experience elsewhere. Housekeeping only cleans the bed, robe never changed (had a lighter in a pocket from previous tenant), sometimes don't pick up dirty towels left in tub, Cafe too small hence long queues in the morning
C. T.
Not too bad considering number of attendees àt the dinner. Over 300 people. But we were processed, and the service was military. Not concerned with individuals, more interested in getting through it. Food was OK. Not a place I would book for a personal event. Not a 5 star hotel experience. A good 3 star experience in my opinion. Very very large scale impersonal. Favourite moment? I asked reception if they had a plastic bag and he looked left and then right, then phoned someone, he didn't say who, and after speaking to them informed me he did not have a plastic bag. I was actually embarrassed for him. Very very sad.
A. L.
Food and drinks at Trader Vic's were both very good but the pricing is laughable. Ordered scjickwn skewers for 12 pounds and the tiniest 4 skewers came our. The same was true for the spring rolls only they were only two small spring rolls cut in half. Outrageous even for a hotel bar. You could almost justify it if it were the bar at the top, with great views, but not a basement bar. Again, food and drinks were tasty and service was fine but i won't be returning there.
J. L.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were in London nearly a week, and the location was great for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were all fantastic and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options that are gluten free.
T. M.
This place is amazing. I love how your key card turns all the lights on. The fridge is calculated so they know if you take anything and its double the price as the supermarket
M. U.
Nice room nice cocktails nice room service
L. J.
We went in for afternoon tea. The food was decent, portion could be a bit bigger though. The scones were amazing! Also the staff are very friendly and attentive.
R. C.
The room was ok, well decorated. The breakfast service and lifts were terrible. We were there with a large group, and we had to wait a very long time to queue for breakfast and to get in any lifts. If you are going to book in a large group then you need to be able to provide basic service to them.
M. P.
My husband booked a massage and facial in the spa at the hotel. The customer service was great. The massage was amazing. They listened to us and were very welcoming. I'll definitely be going back

I stayed here for 4 nights in Januari 2018. I really enjoyed staying here. The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is rich and full of healthy options. Location is in the mayfair area which is close to Hard Rock Cafe, Piccadilly, harrods, oxford street, etc.
I also went to Galvin's at the window bar with some clients. Nice ambience.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and experience.
l. r.
Friendly staff with great facilities.
H. C.
Excellent location, very near the action with great food choices nearby and Hyde park a short walk away. One of the better hotels in London.
However, would NOT recommend the integrated restaurant Galvin at Windows. Extremely mediocre food and hideously overpriced.
The hotel itself it nice, staff are polite and hotel itself is clean, can't ask for much more.
T. C.
The hotel is amazing. Staff are very friendly. The room was spotless and spacious with lots of extras. We were upgraded for being a member for free! Overall, a really great experience.
T. G.
Updated, clean hotel with spectacular views! Only complaint would be the shower, there's no shower curtain so water splashes all over the floor in the bathroom. Other than that, great hotel and would stay again!
Z. A. J.
Overpriced. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars, 4 is too much for this hotel. The pictures online showed it modern and new, but when we got there it was completely different. However the staff were friendly and helpful.
T. S.
Nice hotel with a car park. Rooms are expensive and small. Got a nice restuarant up the top Windows of the World. I enjoyed the Polynesian cuisine at the basement restaurant
S. S.
enjoyable hotel, nice staff, nicely sized and appointed room. had city view, which on 18th floor was high enough to see London Eye and Big Ben. wonderful breakfast. executive lounge nice and helpful. spa was a bit spartan. location convenient to sights (10min walk to Buckingham Palace, 20min walk to West End, or closer via tube/taxi).
T. M.
The hotel ***agement is saving a ton on (lack of) maintenance and what should be a pristine property. The fine service standards and quality of this once great hotel are no longer a feature. I will admit, the location is great. I was unable to find any store that carried it anywhere in London.
A. F.
really expensive food and drink. no cider. no draft beers. £5 for a cola. really slow service in 28th floor bar. room was good however the shower was rubbish... almost no water pressure. there was also a £50 charge taken from my bank as a holding charge against any bills which I'm waiting to be returned.
likes: the views from the bar on floor 28. staff in the restaurant were friendly. front counter staff were good.
dislikes: poor shower. mad prices. not 5 star...
M. B.
Very quiet and lovley as always 👌
L. T.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The food and drinks in the executive lounge is fantastic. The taxis parked right out front make getting around London a breeze. I will definitely consider the Hilton hotels a top option after this stay.
A. S.
Chocolate afternoon tea in the Podium restaurant and bar. Amazing; if you love chocolate don't think, go. Starts with a selection of 5 open sandwiches, which you can change if you don't like the standard options. A wide range of teas to choose from, I had a Sachna and my wife had a Red Velvet natural decaffeinated tea. Both really refreshing and just what we needed to clean the palette between items. Had to leave 1/2 a scone as just couldn't get through it all, but we tried!
The view isn't great as you are on the ground floor looking at parked cars and Park Lane...but we didn't go there for the view.
B. S.
Stayed for 3 nights to visit London and enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Everything was perfect. All the members of the team were charming and very helpful, the room was very nice, well equipped bathroom.

Lovely hotel with extremely pleasant staff.
J. S.
Food was excellent, catered to my pregnant wife's dietary needs. Bar was quite full but there was a wedding in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A. C.
Did not stay here but got a Groupon for the 'apres ski' menu which comprises a basic cocktail and then a platter of meat and cheese antipasti in the 'Windows' bar on the top floor. The slider burger that came with it was absolutely exceptional. The bar had a modern but smart vibe and the views were great even if the weather was grey and miserable!
M. D.
The service was impeccable..the attention to every little detail throughout the whole meal was first class. Food excellent... views from windows enchanting..
A. A. A.
Honestly I feel that the Hilton product has not kept up with the modern change that they use to be leading. While the location is great the people are nice, it is a bit out dated. Being next to the Four Seasons and Como Metropolitan, they have competition to keep up with.
Breakfast buffet is set no chef on site to create personalized eggs. Buffet is the same throughout my 6 day stay. Was hoping for some diversity and excitement.
I am loyal to Hilton but maybe i should start seeing my other options around the vicinity.
A. T.
5⭐️ hotel best!
E. S.
I went to cocktail bar and bar looking unbelievable!!! Such a pretty place to be, I just find bit uncomfortable to be served by girl with dress. Her dress was too open for my style.
T. D.
Conveniently situated on Park Lane overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Within easy walking distance of all the high end shopping in London, such as Bond Street and Mayfair. The hotel has excellent views of London in all directions especially the restaurant on the 28th floor
J. D.
Fantastic location! Easy walking distance to bind street and oxford street as well as being opposite the park. There is also a bar underneath the hotel that is Hawaiian themed (not something i expected to find)selling cocktails in a wooden hut style setting - it was great!
L. M.
Lovely evening at the windows restaurant great service discrete and food delicious
G. C.
I have only been to award presentations which it does very well. Huge hotel venue in one of London's best known locations. Prices of drinks are as you would expect at a world famous hotel.
C. C.
The food is wonderful and the service was good at lunchtime. But beware of the bar , very expensive and somewhat deceptive in its menu as the mixers are not included in the price(including Pimms!)
E. B.
Stayed at the hotel with my boyfriend for 5 nights. We booked Bed & Breakfast package online and it was a very good deal. We had a lovely breakfast with great service and food. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the Park. It was clean and well decorated. Received an upgrade to access the Executive Lounge and that was a real nice addition. Would definitely use Hilton on Park Lane again.
J. L.
Traders Vic , good atmosphere
J. T.
Pros: Incredibly helpful, thoughtful and attentive staff. Great quality food. Neat and clean facilities. Con: the decor it starting to look a little dated (but still all in good condition)
B. B.
Great place to do Business - very nice and well trained staff. Food good, catered for large numbers very well. Efficient welcoming clean. Lunch was very good too!!
A.
Quite a decent hotel but it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel to be honest. In comparison to other 5 star hotels in London, this is actually pretty disappointing. But overall it's not bad it's just not worth the money in my opinion.
C. F.
Park lane suite views were amazing. Food was good - average, room service were top class. Lots to see architecture sites and venues on your doorstep
N. G.
Gorgeous room. Very large & comfortable bed. Clean with a beautiful view & great location. Would definitely visit again.
R. C.
Unimpressed by a very expensive afternoon tea. At best average service, and nothing special on the plate at £40ph! I can do way better at my local cafe for a quarter of the price
P. D.
Eating at the Windows restaurant on the 28th floor. Enjoying the tasting menu and flight of wines.
The process of getting up to the restaurant is easy with a fast lift. A good meet and greet team and coat checking. The pre meal drinks at served overlooking the Thames and south facing. Good cocktail service.
The main restaurant overlooks Buckingham palace and Hyde park. All tables have a good view, but you can request window seats.
The food is exceptional and you understand the one star rating. The staff were friendly but not overbearing. We saw other tables who wanted less interactive staff but we enjoyed it. The tasting menu introductions where informative. We would recommend
T. M.
Excellent service, really friendly staff and delicious food. My friend and I had a very enjoyable brunch.
S. I.
The hotels on Park Lane are Big Names and are located in Posh area, opted Hilton but it was okay. It was not as luxurious as Dorchester but still my stay was fine. Room was great, Service was good as well.
The location of this hotel is not too bad as it is around 15-20 mins walk from Piccadilly Circus from one end and Oxford Street from other.
Not much help with luggage while checking out.

Although I am Vietnamese , I think that London has much things I never do . Wow !!! Wow !!! Your UK is so wonderful . This hotel is the nicest place I have ever seen . I sure with you inside this hotel is very wide , pretty , fresh , etc , right ??? Today is very modern so you can go there to rest , eat or drink . I want to go UK in one day !!! Buildings are so big . The people are very polite , kind so I like them very much . Each rooms is superb but they are nicer than my country's rooms . Is the weather here very cold or warm ??? But I think it very cold in UK . This is my thoughts about your hotel . I like it when I have just looked over . 😄😄😄😄😄

I was in Deluxe king room,
the room size was amazing and the view with large glass to Hyde park
The bed and pillow comfortable 10/10
Bathroom was large in have both bathtub and shawer, all the products from salvatore ferragamo
The breakfast was good 7/10
The business lounge 7/10 the food quality and varieties not that much
Location 10/10, 2 bus stop beside the hotel
R. T.
Fab location. Walk to many museums, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, the river and other popular tourist locations. (1-2 mile walks generally) Beautiful park right across the street to take a stroll through. Close to bus tour stops for easy access to hop on hop off. Hotel rooms are modern (not dated). Elevators run fast. Lounge is big with good variety of drinks and finger food. Definitely a place as a solid hub to visit London.
G. K.
Went there for the women of the future awards. Excellent service, and ideal place for award events. The traditional elite British decoration is absolutely magnificent 🙂
T. W.
Stayed for a few nights recently and was very impressed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean, comfortable rooms and set in the perfect location. Would definitely recommend.
N. H.
Really nice dinner at the Galvin at windows on the 28th floor. Food was excellent along with the service. The views of London were absolutely breathtaking, especially since we dined where we got to see the sunset. Would definitely be returning there.
E. C.
Despite its age this hotel still maintains an excellent luxury ambiance and is one of the flagship hotels for the Hilton Brand. In general the service is excellent and the views from the bar/restaurant on the top floor are pretty spectacular.
T. M.
Will I stay again at Hilton PL. The room are very spacious. We had plenty of room to stretch out with all our bags and clothes coming over from the US. We did not take the tube but I think there was an station pretty close. Kettle for instant coffee or tea which is provided free of charge.
L. D.
Visited the podium restaurant for afternoon tea. Service and food was excellent. The only thing I find slightly unusual was the odd interpretation of sandwiches (comprising of the filler on top of a small slice of bread). Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
S. S.
Great, experience, lovely views over London Town, great staff, will go back
D. P.
Stayed Sept 19, after an all day flight from Chicago. Since we were upgraded to a suite, our stay was perfect in every way- except being too short- only one night. Still, we greatly enjoyed the hospitality!
T. G.
Went for an afternoon tea. The actual afternoon tea was lovely, but we were spoken to like dirt by the guy on the door. Didn't believe we had booked, and was unwilling to let me show him the booking confirmation. Just said - go in, I don't care. Very rude, unprofessional and not the service expected from a hotel such as the Hilton.
A. C.
For a hotel this calibre and the price; the room service steak was for lack of a better word for dissatisfaction mixed with annoyance and regret it was #apalling...
Rooms are mediocre was upgraded to deluxe and ive stayed in a premier inn that's nicer than this.
Reception staff are there but more like a processing centre. No next, can I help you, breakfast served at xxx, no have a nice stay. Not that I need that affirmation but dang for 50 quid a night parking you'll think you'd get a hello at the very least.
View was nice but I think next time I'll stay at the conrad much much better... Avoid this place unless going for the Michelin * restaurant or want to prove me wrong lol 🤔
(thinks of other hotels while calmly Gazing out the window #thinkingface)
P.S being a HH member means nothing even though this is a hilton? Go figure
T. M.
In twenty-odd years of travel this has been my absolute worst hotel experience. There was a free zone in the lobby, with a voucher. Taxis were always available, and Door*** Darren was delightful assisting my mother in and out of the cabs, and generally looking out for us.
R. R.
The hotel has a very busy lobby, nice and clean rooms. I was at the breakfast room in the 2nd floor and had a great service there. Had an English Afternoon Tea that was a dream, filled with delicious and beautiful sweets, cakes and sandwiches.
The only thing that I missed there was express coffee, we only got the English coffee that is very tasteless for brazilians like me.
D. B.
A great weekend, great staff and a breakfast from heaven
C.
The Hilton on Park Lane is a gorgeous hotel and very classy. Everything has a personal touch to it from the people on reception to the lifts which I've never seen the likes of before. Probably the highlight for me was the view from the rooms which was on the 17th floor and looked over the whole of London it was really breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
S. S.
Really dissapointed about this venue. I was there for a seminar. The place is not well designed for moise. When people are chatting the noise level is much greater than ot ought to be. I was also dissapointed in the lack of dairy free signage of the catering. It is something I would take for granted at a venue of this caliber.
D. C.
Our waiter eduardo couldn't have been more attentive and helpful during our afternoon tea. He made sure we were well fed and watered. Excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
P. H.
A great place to stay.
I. P.
Fantastic food, especially the lamb main i had. The service was fabulous, as you would expect from a great hotel in such a fantastic location. Definitely worth a trip for a romantic meal.
H. A.
The location of the hotel was great close to everything no need to use the underground Just you can walk or use the bus to everywhere good for couples and families the staff where friendly and 5 start service. I am very happy with the service which have been received from Mr. Abdul-Khalek the Gust Relashtion Manger. I am planning stay in this hotel again in my next visits.
A. A.
Came here for a conference dinner. The food was good and service standard for this kind of thing. They were rather keen to usher us out at the end (and no, we weren't rowdy) which was a shame. We'd have been happy to stay longer and go to the bar.
I. H.
Guests are treated as individual VIPs, no matter their budget. Abdel and Tabita gave exceptional service throughout my experience - from planning my booking to post departure emails.
My initial experience in Dec 17 wasn't so positive, with a few issues in the room, with engineers, heating and room service.
I spoke with Abdel who offered an upgrade the next time I visited.
He was true to his word, and between Abdel & Tabita, they provided me with a complimentary Executive Room with Lounge Access; full English breakfast in Restaurant both days.
The true treat was lovely texts from Tabita to ensure my stay was great.
In addition, the unexpected delightful surprise of a bowl of fresh fruit & beautiful dessert in my room when I returned from an outing.
Finally, the lobster bisque (with lumps of fresh lobster! ) was perfection in a bowl. In conjunction with the mini multicoloured heated loaf and sumptuous butter pack, I could not have asked for more from a light supper v
I would stay again in a heartbeat.
S. C.
I was there working for an event and can't comment on the rooms nor other guest areas.
Just wanted to warn that if you are giff-gaff phone network you will not have reception on the main salon nor surrounding areas and you will have to go to the street to make any calls you may need. This is a great inconvenience if you are trying to locate your staff and coordinate the event.
J. S.
The hotel is very nice and the location is great for things like the hard rock cafe, Harrods, the royal Albert hall, Hyde park. It only about a mile away from Oxford Street and Regents Street too.
I stayed in a standard double which had a very big comfy bed.
I didn't use any of the facilities so I can't comment on those.
The only negative I have is I put 2 blocks of cheese I had purchased while shopping into the mini bar fridge, when I went to get them out they were gone. Room service advised they had taken them in case they were from the person in the room before me, so they had put them in their fridge and would bring them back to me. They only returned one block of cheese and said they couldn't find the other! They offered to bring me some cheese from their restaurant but I declined.
A. A.
The hotel is very impressive, in both quality and service. but sometimes you can get better rooms at near by hotels with the similar prices.
However, if you choose to stay here, never miss the breakfast. It's good!!
J. W.
Really nice meal and an even better view from the top(?) of the Hilton Park Lane. The waiters etc were all really friendly and helpful despite the fact we were on a Wowcher deal. I read a review from someone who felt they got poor service because of this, we certainly didn't. The wine is on the steep side as you would expect in this place with the cheapest bottle around 30 quid but you could always drink water (I guess!). Service is added at 18.5% so factor this in unless you want to cause a scene at the end (not worth is in my book unless the service is actually poor). A great experience lovely food and cheap on a Wowcher even with the above added.
F. R.
I met my uncle for a drink at the Podium bar. The atmosphere was very soothing, the drinks great. The service left something yo be desired, but not much. The prices ARE gonna hurt.
S. B.
Views from the roof top bar are fantastic. Drinks are a little bit more expensive but you are in Park Lane. The staff are delightful and they have a veggie and vegan menu in Windows restaurant. Definitely be returning soon
N. P.
The hotel itself was kept very nicely. Event was managed well. Perhaps the only complaint is cleanliness of the bathrooms (felt like they weren't cleaned throughout the event).
J. C.
Lovely atmosphere great customer service and excellent service. Drinks are at a great price will definitely recommend going there for a drink or a meal .
S. K.
Excellent service provided by Sara who did everything to make our stay one to remember. Thank you to all the staff. Kumar and family.
R. M.
Afternoon tea at the Podium bar was excellent. The acoustic entertainment however was terrible and had it not been so busy we would have definitely moved tables. We did ask, he isn't a regular so would definitely go again and chance missing that 'artist'
R. M.
Went to the 28th floor for some drinks and food at the Galvin at Windows bar. Great view overlooking the city. Really nice to be there around sunset. Possibly not worth the expensive prices for us though.
F. A.
Great location not a five star lobby or rooms .. Reception and room service are friendly and helpful. The price is not worthy for what you get. They need to increase their elevators , four elevators aren't enough.
O. L.
The best choice of accommodation if you want to see most of London for 2 or 3 days. I knew that it's 5-star but still I didn't expect such elegance and luxury. They managed to impress me and not only by the beautiful interior but also by the splendid city view from the room and the nightly turndown service.
H. H.
Very crowded place
The bathroom showers are plugged. Water is not very hot.
There is a minimum 5 minutes sometimes more waiting for the lifts.
Otherwise the roo.s have very nice view.
A. K.
As usual a relaxed environment and very attentive staff who looked after any needs you have while you are staying at the premises. Ask for higher floor to the the great view of London including Hyde park and Knightsbridge. Will go there again any day.
E. D.
Excellent service and fantastic food. The homemade marshmallows were a lovely surprise along with the chocolates. Would definitely go again for a special occasion
S. M.
A birthday treat which I will never forget. Hats off to the head chef for my personal set menu with my partner Andrew and my parent's. Food and presentation like no other I will never forget. Thank you.
H. P.
Excellent location and attentive staff. Hyde park view rooms have excellent large windows. Executive lounge is great with free snacks and breakfast throughout the day.
J. F.
A warm welcome by staff upon arrival. Attended a function that was efficiently run, with great food and a good atmosphere. Nice hotel in a central location.
N. T.
Great banqueting hall for events.
I. C. S.
Excellent customer service. Irene at the front desk was superb. At the Podium for breakfast: also super nice service. Nice room and bathroom.
E. H.
Fabulous hotel 🏨 located at the heart ❣ of London at the Hyde Park Corner. It’s literally counted steps to the Hyde Park and 3-5 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace. 7-10 minutes walk to Harrods. There’s underground train station few minutes walk as well.
The staff here at the London Hilton Park lane are wonderful. They are the soul of this place. Hotel is generally clean to a good standard but this could be easily improved.
J.
We went to Galvin's at Windows it was stunning it is far from cheap but some of the best food I've ever eaten. When you get there they give you a postcard you can send anywhere in the world, which they actually send. The view of London is stunning especially when the sun starts to set. Loved it
T.
High class hotel. Super customer service. Very cosy beds and a delicious kitchen at day and at night. We felt very welcome. Typical luxurious 5 star intrior, very good location.

Amazing experience. Muslim-friendly and has some really nice staff.

Ver well maintained and situated hotel in the West End

We stayed 2 nights in London Hilton on Park Lane. The hotel has excellent location. When we arrived to the hotel a designated smoking room was mistakenly given to us regardless of our specific request for a non-smoking room. Within 30 minutes and after couple of phone calls this mistake was corrected. After that we were quite satisfied with our room which was in the 25th floor. Some improvement regarding the customer service in the reception should be concidered as they did not inform us that the skybar would not be open on Sunday - even though I had asked about skybar when checking in on Saturday. This was a bit of a disappontment because we chose the hotel for this very reason and now we didn't get to experience this on my birthday. Breakfast at Podium was excellent.

Excellent hotel with so much to offer. The Hilton Park lane is famous for being featured and referenced within movies time and time again. Making it one of The venues to stay at when visiting London. Situated in Mayfair, it is hard to top the Hilton Park Lane for class or location. Being a high rising hotel with the famous top floor bar and restaurant, this is one of the best venues in town. Having stayed at The Hilton Hotel Park Lane on more than one occasion, I can recommend with confidence. All aspects of the hotel are impressive, from the entrance and lobby to the top floor bar and Michelin star restaurant. From the rooms that overlook the city to being in one of the most exclusive and expensive areas in London or the World for that matter. Making this venue, truly special to all of those who have had the pleasure to stay or visit the all famous Hilton Hotel Park Lane.

Nice hotel love it
P. S.
Very good hotel, great banqueting facilities for weddings. Nice rooms and great service, but needs a refurbishment. Abit dated.
M. M.
Beautiful 5 Star hotel in the most luxurious part of London, Mayfair. Park Lane is one of the most famous roads in London with Hyde park set opposite.
Beautiful interior, with marble floors.
Choice of a few different bars within, luxury high end gift shops and restaurants.
The lifts are high tech with selection of floor before you enter via the touchscreen.
A.
Amazing hotel !! I had wonderful view. Staff was superb and I am always using Hilton as Diamond member!! This hotel Park Lane got absolutely great service !! Great food! !! Recommend!
D. J.
Don't touch the mini bar, I.e don't even pick a bottle up and look at it and put it back they will charge. Even after complaining and supposedly getting a refund which did not happen. For the price and I knows its London, but rooms were basic, views were fantastic, and the 2 bars there top and bottom were great. Close to the tube, so getting around London was easy.
A. S.
This hotel is the only place in London where I feel comfortable and like a human. I prefer to take a large room with a view over Buckingham Palace gardens. The hotel is usually busy but surprisingly the staff manage to control the crowd - amazing team. The area is central, good for business but also for shopping and leisure.
S. A.
Concierge services should be better
E. P.
I went to the Hilton on Park Lane for afternoon tea late on a Saturday afternoon with a small group. The tea, sandwiches and cake were excellent, and they were able to cater for all tastes as two members of the group were vegetarian and we were able to make alterations to the standard sandwich platter. However the service was not as good as might have been expected - two different servers served our table and one did not seem to have passed on any of our requests - it took a couple of attempts to change the sandwich orders, and every time e we requested something extra, even when this was just water for the table, it took a few requests before we received it
a. d.
Stayed for two nights, the location was very central with lots to do in the area, the rooms were decent in size but slightly dated, the gym was one good with a wide variety of machines with a sauna as well, the service as always with hilton was of top quality.
T. M.
Could hear voices from neighbors a lot. Entitlement to access the Executive Lounge comes with an Executive room where you will meet Lauro Laurena who is the personification of excellent service and who has a wonderful personality that …
T. M.
Not as Expected Service. Last day I discovered coffee arrangement in the room which was hidden in a drawer. No water bottles the first day and had to go out to buy one. It is more of 3 star in term of room service.
S. P.
The afternoon tea was lovely, sandwiches and cakes all tasted nice and we will presented. It was a much more casual affair fur afternoon tea than a few of the other local hotels.
R. H.
I was most disappointed, I had checked in on line when I arrived @ 3 pm. the receptionists whose comprehension of English was poor, asked for my surname name three times, I was then told my room was not ready. I had to wait until just before 5 pm before it was ready. The room itself was OK but a little shabby. In fact as the London flagship of Hilton I thought this was a very poor show, to add insult to injury the Hotel have earmarked and additional £100 on my credit card for a room which was pre paid. As a Hilton honors Diamond member I find this totally unacceptable.
J. P.
Excellent location and a super hotel with lovely staff
G. F.
Went in December for the Christmas afternoon tea. Food was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice festive experience, right next door to Hyde Park.
g. l.
Great views, an oasis of calm and a peaceful respite from the city outside
N. I.
Super exclusive. Great place.
R. J.
Great bar at top serves excellent cocktails. Restaurant requires bookings, have not tried the food but here it needs to improve its variety for vegetarians.
