J. H.We have stayed here a few times, it is a good location for families and has parking. This time there was a storm so we had to stay in the hotel and we booked in to use the pool. We were glad it was there but its a little tired, and there is a long walk from the changing room up some stairs to the pool! There is a changing room next to the pool but we weren't told that.

S.The first point I would like to make is that we never got the room we booked on Hotels.com, and they didn't tell us until we were checking in, my wife and I always book a terrace room where we can as we like our evenings on the terrace and telling us so late left us a little cornered. They did however give us free parking and breakfast, but this room we got in place was not what was expected.
Saying that, the staff here are amazing, they could not do enough for us, they are friendly and helpful, they were always happy and willing to help.

We ate out in Camden which is a 15 min walk, loads of options and Camden lock market had an amazing array of food stalls. We tried as many as we could! There is also Swiss cottage high street which had many shops. We found a lovely cafe for breakfast called the Garden Cafe and a lovely Korean restaurant called Zaangs, delicious food. the hotel itself is nice, location is great, tube is near and Camden market within walking distance. Don’t let the look of the building from outside stop you from staying here. Inside it is nicely renovated, as I said with great staff and if you are lucky enough to get one of the higher rooms with a view over the London skyline, you are in for a real treat. S. S.Even under the current climate (both weather and pandemic) the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The five stars are for them!
Breakfast was collected but had to be consumed in one's room. The restaurant remains closed according to current rules. Yet the attitude of the staff remains superb.

X.Excellent service. They reassured me with their protocols around Covid safety. As an insulin dependent diabetic with increased risk of a bad outcome if I catch the virus, they were able to switch off the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to my room for the 3 days. This made me feel a lot safer.

J. I.Very impressed with the mobile app. Service was perfect and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel has a restaurant inside and a small shop to purchase essentials. There is a swimming pool on-site however it's regularly used by swimming classes, so I wasn't able to use it during my visit unfortunately. Hotel includes a lounge with beer on tap, small snacks and a pantry.
G. F.I stayed at the Marriot in 2016 and 2017. In 2016, the executive lounge was on the top floor, and had a deck with a view. We were very happy with our stay then.
