S. W.The hotel was lovely, the assistants extremely helpful. The rooms well equipped and very comfortable. Good variety for the breakfast Very well situated for Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Unfortunately I didn't check about there being a lift in the event of us having a room high up I struggle with stairs, this was my error.
S. H.The rooms are clean and well stocked, not lavish but that was fine for me as I only needed a place to sleep whilst away on business. The staff are friendly and helpful - the carpet in my single room had just been cleaned and was still damp so they upgraded me to a king for the duration of my stay at no additional cost. There isn't a restaurant or bar on site, you are told you can use the Montcalm over the road which is the same grou; it's expensive but the evening meal was excellent. However, there are nice cafés very close by where you can get a healthy breakfast, I ate at Daisy Green's which is about 4 min walk away. All in all the Shaftesbury Suites is clean and relatively well stocked, if a little basic, but fine if you are just looking for somewhere to stay on an overnight business trip.
A. I.The room itself was nice and spacious , however few cracks in the windows and non working hearing in the bathroom (not wanted in a morn!) Overall quite nice but could do with a tiny bit of work

A. R.(Translated) I should definitely recommend this place for a nice vacation in London. Rooms with very good bed, cozy, small bathroom but full and ideal size and a perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Oxford Street, Hyde Park and the Marble Arch metro stop, which connects directly downtown and Nothing Hill. Up to that point of many others. The best thing is the treatment of Margarita and Stephan from reception that make you smile and always ready to help. Breakfast is in another building less than 1 minute walk and it is the richest I have ever tasted. Do not miss the English breakfast or the Benedictine eggs!

Sin duda debo recomendar este lugar para pasar unas agradables vacaciones en Londres. Habitaciones con muy buena cama, acogedoras, baño pequeñito pero completo y de tamaño ideal y una ubicación perfecta, a 2 minutos andando de Oxford Street, Hyde Park y la parada de metro de Marble Arch, que conecta directamente todo el centro y Nothing Hill. Hasta ahí lo de otros muchos. Lo mejor es el trato de Margarita y Stephan desde recepción que te hacen sacar una sonrisa y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno es en otro edificio a menos de 1 minuto andando y es de lo más rico que he probado nunca. No os perdáis el.english breakfast ni los huevos benedictinos!
