Perfectly placed, and easily accessed.
Great bar and elegant setting. The rooms are high standard and, the bathrobes one instantly drys in after an awesome shower made me, "up my robe game."
I paid nearly £300 for a double bed room which, I must admit felt slightly over priced for the time of year. However it was a great night out with a timely return, thanks to the great location.

I love the location of the Melia as it is so easy to get around central London. The renovated rooms are lovely and breakfast was as good as ever. As always the staff were all polite and helpful.

I would like to see small touches like a stocked mini bar and coffee maker and additional amenities in the bathroom added to the new rooms.

We recently stayed here for a special treat for our daughter's 6th birthday and booked 2 interconnecting rooms. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is a beautiful deco style hotel. The service is impeccable. The lady on reception greeted us so warmly and offered us all a drink and made a fuss of the kids.
Our rooms were lovely, slight minus points for glass marks on one of the side tables and the new bathroom fittings were a bit wobbly and won't last long. I was surprised there wasn't a Nespresso type coffee machine. Who wants Nescafe ever?!
It's the service they males the hotel what it is. All the staff from reception to the cleaners were so friendly.
Breakfast was delicious too and not too badly priced.
I'd definitely return and it's very handy with just a 15 minute walk from Euston

A lovely stay! The staff really made it a welcoming stay. The room was lovely - comfortable and huge, we kind of didn't want to leave to go sightseeing! It is about ten mins walk from Euston and not far to walk to central e.g. oxford street. We walked everywhere due to not wanting to take public transport with covid rife and it was really accessible. We will be sure to stay again in the near future.

Booked this hotel as it was supposed to have been refurbished not too long ago.
The staff at the reception was friendly and offered me a free room upgrade.
The hotel itself was pretty "old" and the corridoors to the rooms felt like an old boarding school.
Upon entering the room, you can tell the rooms were refurbished but the workmanship was pretty bad. The finishing touches were rough and everything felt like it aged very quickly (like the room was refurbished 10 years ago even though its only been 2?).
Even though the room was upgraded, the only difference was the size. everything else was the same.
In the bathroom, melia uses rituals shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand wash and body lotion.
If you want a dental kit then you can call guest relations. I asked for a comb but they didnt have 1. When I asked for 2 dental kits, they originally only brought me 1 and said I can call in the morning for the 2nd one but I was like "theres 2 of us, we need to brush our teeths tonight?!" after that, the gentleman went and brought me a 2nd one.
Overall the room wasnt that great, it was new but felt old. I think the lights in the room were broke as they'd randomly start flashing, the air conditioning was not cold even when we set it to 13 degrees and the fridge was definitely not cold but more luke warm.
The best bit of the hotel was the decent toiletries and sturdy dental kits. The toothbrush were the foldable travel ones and they were pretty sturdy and had gooth bristles.

Great customer service, sits in a competitive price point however the service is what you would anticipate at a higher level which is great. Room clean and tidy, I believe the hotel is undergoing renovations and improvements.
Bar area and restaurant also good.
Location is perfect, walking distance to Euston, Mayfair, Central London sightseeing.

Stayed 2 nights. The rooms are lovely. Very comfortable, modern and clean. We had lunch and drinks downstairs. The food is very nice and staff are attentive and so polite & chatty. Everything you need at breakfast and more. A delightful stay in a beautiful hotel. Its highly recommended. Well deserved 5 stars.

My stays at the Melia never disappoint and this one was no different. Staff are always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect for getting around central London. It remains my first choice.

Best hotel I have stayed at in London. Room was lovely and perfectly clean, hotel was easily accessible and very well presented. Most of all the staff were fantastic. Always friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask and we were made to feel so welcome. Will definitely be booking again next time we are in London

Friendly hotel, nice clean and spacious rooms. Well situated for Euston, the West End, Regent’s Park.. I didn’t eat at the hotel & nor did I use the bar so I can’t tell you anything about those. The reception staff were very friendly & efficient. I dropped my bag off several hours before check in so not to have to lug it around & it was stored very carefully in the luggage room. The toiletries were good quality & the bed very comfortable. All in all a good nights sleep.

Gorgeous Hotel! Rooms were big and very clean! Modern luxurious hotel, we stayed for 3 nights in the level premium, highly recommend. Staff were lovely and friendly but not too interfering. Beds were very comfy, would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room and well serviced. Friends has some problems but our room was good. However no dressing gowns or slippers as advertised. We did ask but they never arrived. This however did not spoil our time there. Breakfasts were good with lots of choice. Good transport links underground very close, 5 minutes away. Bar meal on first evening our only complaint as artived an hour later, most of food cold or at most tepid. Not good impression did not eat in there again. Otherwise stay was good.

Not stayed here for a while and rooms have been completely redesigned. Really nice feel to it. Bar service is pretty slow

Great Hotel. Rooms were recently renovated. Dislike the frosted glass partition means that you can see whoever is in the shower from the bedroom. Also, the sound proofing is very poor, could hear people on the corridor, could hear people on the floor above. Overall, good hotel in a great location

Understated large hotel with a continental vibe. The staff we extremely good, I was impressed with their attentiveness without being annoying and intrusive. We only stayed for two nights but the staff made a real effort to remember our faces and room number which which made us feel like valued guests.
Bering a Spanish company, much of the food and general ambiance of the hotel made it feel like I was back in Madrid!
We upgraded to 'The Level' half board and would recommend this if you're up for treating yourself.
The room was large, and the bed very comfy (maybe a bit firm for some).

Lovely hotel which unfortunately has been tarnished by really poor customer service. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were excellent. The food was great and the staff were friendly. However, a security deposit was taken from our credit card and still hasn't been refunded 3 weeks later. Can't get in touch with anyone who can help despite numerous phone calls and emails.

I stay at the Melia White House because of the location and the newly decorated room decor is great. I have stayed 8 times in the last few months and every time there's a problem with dirty rooms, filthy surfaces, no one ever checks rooms and despite making a complaint numerous times of several occasions they do not clean the rooms hopefully I can post a picture here. Returning after working today I still had no clean room (the bed was made up and bathroom sink cleaned) but they ignored everything I listed as being dirty, the same hand prints on the shower door that are not mine and sticky mess by the bed. Management do not take care of regular complaints they just note them in a book and do nothing and they also don't value regular business travellers and each visit I think because of a bad experience last time they'll make a not to take care of me next time and it does not happen. As despite them seeing I stayed so frequently there was not even an offer or willingness to make it better next stay. Reception are fine and polite but seemed weary of all the complaints as I overhead other guests with the similar issues. Some getting heated in arguments with the manager. Staff especially cleaners need replacing. I even ask when I arrived each time on the last 3 visits has the room been checked, they say yes and then I discover dirty surfaces and sometime even electrics not working. I will need to find another hotel. This is such a pain when you have already unpacked. They upgraded the room decor but definitely not the cleanliness and with Covid there promise of being Covid safe is a joke!

Very nice hotel friendly helpful staff, breakfast was good great level of service.

Beautiful, lovely room, marked down 1 star for the breakfast which was alright but with the rest of the standard of the hotel it could do a bit better,

Stayed here again and again top service and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, great location with access to underground.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The room itself was modern, clean and had all the mod cons. My only niggle is that the air con isn't very powerful in the room so struggled to keep cool on a particularly hot evening. Unless its a very hot day you wont even notice. Would visit again and recommend to others!

we have been here a number of times before so we no it well we have given 5 stars cause the only thing we could fined to moan about was the lounge ( buffet not the same loverly layout ) and was not as good as the days before the refurb, but the rest wot can we say, we have stayed on park lane at wot some people call top hotels, well hows this for a pat on the back this place is 10 times better now at a very low price very nice rooms and staff park lane is history for us this is our london place to stay now, dont be taken in by some of the muppets giveing bad reviews this is realy a good place its just that some people expect too mutch cause they think they are a cut above the rest with ther flash life styles ,well i no a good therapist if they wont help understanding that its the hard working people usually with nothing and liveing on the bread line in this wourld that as put them were they are today so stop moaning and get a grip

I usually stay at the Raddison but I booked a room here for x3 nights here instead on this business trip and I’m glad I did.
The staff are brilliant, food was delicious and the room was spacious and very comfortable!

This is just for the website and customer support. I signed up to Melia Pro but can not access our Coporate page as it asks to change the password to use, then it seems there is no email address attached for the code to be sent to so I can not change the password. I have tried everything, contacted Customer Services by phone, was given a support email address to emaIL but no one has bothered to reply in over24HRS. I want to book using the coporate rate but can't. I then requested a call back to see if I can do this over the phone and again no one bothered to call.

Hotel staff at all levels are not yet fully up to speed with their jobs as life returns to normal- very much still in training.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff and 2 mins walk to Regents Park!

This was a great hotel. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable. We did have a heating problem in the room but the staff brought us in a portable heater to take care of the issue. This hotel is in a very convenient location. We were able to walk a very short distance and hit 2 different train stations. The 2 restaurants in the hotel both have great food and there are quite a few little restaurants and pubs very close. Overall we liked the hotel and will probably stay here again next time we are in London

Location is OK for business conference, you need to walk to the other entrance because of Covid, staff very helpful and courtesies. We have enjoyed being their for the fashion show & event by Ronald Joyce..

This hotel is centrally located in the London sight seeing area. The lobby and dining areas have been renovated, and are beautiful. However, the rooms are small and in desperate need of the same attention. The staff is wonderful. I had a good night's sleep, in very clean bedding. As a US tourist, I found the biggest selling point of the room to be that it had both UK and US outlets. So if you find a good deal on a stay here, and can overlook the ambiance of your room, it's great.

Nice sevice lovely hotel, but the bed was so hard we couldnt sleep and got up very stiff

Excellent location and good option for a short stay. Quite busy as well. Rooms are clean and the whole hotel has excellent collection of art. However, needs a lot of improvement regarding service. While checking in the cards handed were not working - had to come back to reception again from 4th floor. Also they need more attention to simple things like whether necessary items are supplied in the room or not.

I love this hotel-reminds me of Spain. Staff are really friendly! Food is of a high standard. The isnt in operation at the moment but you can get a pass to a nearby gym. The bedrooms are luxuries. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

The room was good n service was good too but the food was horrible. There was nothing in the menu for dinner. Very disappointed. Many complaints like myself. Hope they take a note on this.

Always great. The rooms are not as spacious as some other hotels. The bathroom did not drain as fast as it should, but the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was a decent spread with quite a variety to select from.

Super big disappointment, although the reviews for this hotel were good. Was here on a business trip. The room was of an OK size, but the furniture looked from another century, and the room had a stuffy smell. There were not many utilities/complimentary accessories apart from lotion/soap/shampoo/conditioner by Rituals and a bottle of water.

Very nice hotel, high quality at low price!!!
The receptionist was very nice and when we asked for an upgrade we have got it for free. There are many Spanish people working, they are so friendly, so open, so positive!
The room was big, and the bed... Fantastic! Queen bed, very large. It was very clean everywhere, very quiet and you saw the customers of the hotel were not typical British marginal people, but many people from all sides of the world. That's why you will find in the room not only British, but also, for example, European plugs.
We didn't have breakfast as it is overpriced in all hotels in whole London (£23 (!) per person).
We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent upmarket hotel. Very friendly check in staff. Beautiful grand lobby with lots of staff around. The rooms and corridors have wood panelling and modern art. Room size is great (for a room with king bed). Shower pressure is very good. Toothbrush and other amenities given. Breakfast selection is excellent and includes a full English buffet, pancakes, fruits, pastries, and Chinese selection. Great location near two Underground stations.

Didn't really love staying here. The area was okay, but facilities were lacking, and although the staff were friendly, the feel was a bit weird.
The lobby looked nice and refurbished, but the area of our room was quite dated still.
The room itself was cramped, we could hear someone's phone ringing in the next room, and the bedsheets must have been too small for the bed, because I couldn't manage to tuck the sides under the bed.
The à la carte restaurant within the hotel was quite expensive, another restaurant was an expensive buffet only, and the third we weren't allowed to go to because we didn't upgrade our room.
I wouldn't choose to go here again.
