Obvious Things To Note:
Great hotel in a great location.
Cleaners are on point and accommodating.
Spacious room with ironing and safe at ones fingertips.
*
Negatives: 2 x brown sachet sugars and 2 x biscuits rather limiting for two people to share and no fridge also was very strange for the price.
Found it weird being on 'the inside' as can view directly into other people's rooms ~ exchanged a polite and momentary stare and wave at one point...(would've thought one-way windows would've been installed as once the curtains are opened or like sleeping with them letting some light in... Well?
Some reception staff were baffled by how to carry out particular procedures ~ at one point it was rather annoying. However the ones that were on the ball made up nicely for them.
*
Positives:
Bed was large and sumptuous!
Breakfasts were filling and tasty (they've vegan food available at request also) with full English to continental.
Love the 'blackout ' curtains when wanting no light inside.
Catering /restaurant staff.
Bath/overhead shower combo.
Bar.
Shop and bar opposite plus other amenities available locally.
Great mixture of guests staying there ~ several random and enlightening conversations.
*
Curious as to the reasoning for placing the smaller mirror where it is as it seemed not easy for using.
*
Would recommend.

Special offers make reasonable priced stay. Experienced issues with 1st 2 rooms offered. Neither had heating systems working/AC system working properly. Please to be upgraded to better room although I had booked a superior room in the first place but what offered to me initially seemed more like standard room to me. Staff all very helpful and rectified my issues and had very pleasant stay in the end. Breakfast here has only watermelon as fruit and the cooked breakfast I received I found not ver good quality
P. S.
At my arrival at the hotel I was impressed, the hotel looked really nice and fancy from the outside. The room however was no different from a standard double bed in a Premier Inn. I would've expected something a little more nicer looking as the price I was paying was almost double that of a Premier Inn room. There was also so much confusion around whether or not I would be charged twice for parking my car if I were to go for a drive to a local restaurant and return to park the same night. The hotel was clean and the staff were fairly helpful. I personally feel you are paying more for the convenient location of staying right next to Stamford Bridge.
R. Y.
Very convenient for matches, but I wording say the hotel itself is that special.
I paid around €150 for a standard double room(for one person) for a Thursday night. It was a nice treat to stay there, but other than the location I wouldn’t be too pushed to stay again.
There was no fridge in the room and the general feel was somewhat less premium than you’d expect for that kind of money.
Unless you want to eat at one of the stadium/very close restaurants after the match, you’ll probably end up walking towards Fulham Broadway shopping centre/surrounding eateries. So by the time you get there, you might as well continue on to another cheaper hotel rather than walking back to the stadium.
5* because it’s great for what it is. I wouldn’t spend over your budget just to stay there though.

Basic hotel, certainly not up to its star rating. Reception staff not very welcoming. Room dated but clean and basic. We added Breakfast to our stay which was OK but could have been a lot better for price requested - scramble egg was watery bacon Rock hard. Don't expect to able to have evening meal unless you want microwaved ready meals at £11.50 plus - poor menu. Car parking on site is £36.00 daily as it belongs to Chelsea Football club and not the hotel.

A good and clean hotel. Nice staff. The room was spacious for London. The room temperature was too high in winter and the a/c only had heat Ok breakfast in English style.

Perfect location for exploring London and of course Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC! Staff very friendly and hotel was in good order.
We phoned in advanced to book an upgrade as it was our son Hugo's birthday. On arrival, Lev the gentleman who checked us in remembered our phone conversation and pulled out all the stops to make our stay and Hugo's birthday special. Thanks Lev!

The experience was good. Beds clean and had excellent night sleep. Rooms look dated but not an issue.
Staff helpful an friendly. The breakfast was excellent I personally loved the fried rice and pastries. Location great. Parking expensive a discount would be good for hotel guests.
Only issue was the room was not stocked with complimentary teas ect fully on arrival. We would return on the rate we paid not sure we would for the normal rate.
P. L.
Excellent hotel, my family and I stayed twice in two months! The staff can’t do enough for you! Great hotel! A special thanks to Lev ! We will see you soon

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. We had a family room which was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. We had a really good sleep as it was so quiet. The hotel was spotless and really welcoming. Every member of staff we interacted with was professional and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. A huge selection of really fresh and tasty food and drinks. It started our day off perfectly every day. The hotel is in a lovely spot of London. We felt incredibly safe here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel as part of a birthday trip to London. The duty manager made it extra special with an unexpected birthday gift on arrival which was unexpected and something that very few hotels would offer. The staff at check in and check out were also very pleasant. The location is fantastic with the added bonus of a secure car park. The only reason it's not 5 star is there was a regular noise from above our room that sounded like a chair being dragged over a hardwood floor, but it may have been a mechanical noise. The bathroom could also do with a upgrade. There was also no sockets, regular or usb, near the beds which made charging devices difficult. These are only minor things to note though and did not spoil our trip at all. The hotel will be our go to location for all future visits. We had a great time.
K. L.
Lovely welcome. The rooms were nice but the dark furniture made them feel a bit dated. Breakfast was tasty when we got some but had to wait ages for the hot food to be replenished on the buffet. Hotel was in a good position though.
E. B.
We stayed one night in the millennium hotel chelsea and really enjoyed our time. We will stay for at least two nights next time as one night was not enough to enjoy our lovely upgraded room.
K. H.
Lovely large room for our family of 4. Great location near to the tube so we could get around London. Tea & coffee in room and more provided on request. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room was ready early so enabled us to check in early which was a great bonus meaning we could get on with our sightseeing. Room was quiet at night.

Another Excellent stay at the Hotel, first class from start to finish, special mention to Jade Blasse, who could not have done any more for us!!! He is a credit to your company!!! also to Steve who served us breakfast and Lunch, a complete star who made us feel so welcome. Can't wait to visit again. Keep up the Good work.
V. K.
Stayed here on 5 occasions, last time the room was very disappointing! Awful smell of sewage. They moved us to an upgraded room very quick & it was lovely. Staff are always very friendly, but you can never get an answer when you call. Booked again for NYE as it always feels comfortable & spotless.
A. T.
The hotel is located in a convenient location, just minutes away from the bus stop and the District Line. Parking was convenient, and at a discounted rate! Most impressive of all was the very friendly and accommodating staff. All my questions via emails were addressed to promptly. I had a room upgrade which helped tremendously with a 2 year old toddler in tow. I had takeaway breakfast every morning in the room which the staff in the restaurant helped me pack willingly. Everyone went out of their way to help make the stay as pleasant as possible for my family.

My wife and I stayed just one night at the Millennium & Copthorne Hotel at Chelsea football ground.
We had a room on the 6th floor with views over central London. The room was quite large with a king size bed, light and airy and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. The English breakfast was buffet-style, but everything seemed to be freshly cooked.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Fulham Broadway underground station, so getting into the centre of London is no problem.
At £90 a night, including breakfast, the Millennium & Copthorne Hotel was very good value for money and we would definitely stay there again.
M. A.
My son and I booked to stay as we had tickets to watch Chelsea play the next day. unfortunately our tickets were cancelled due to stadium refurbishments. It had taken us 9.5 hours to get to the ground, only to find out we couldn't see the match. Having nothing else to do whilst we waited for the roads to reopen, we decided to wait in the lobby of the hotel. It was here that we were looked after by the general manager. He arranged for the match to be shown - so we at least got to see the match in the lobby, and ensured that we were looked after by the staff - great, compassionate service! Actually much better than we received from the Chelsea ticket office and match day staff. We will definitely be back.
A. N.
Stayed for 1 night with family as the hotel is cheaper than west end ones. Family room was clean and nice. More functional than luxury, but thats fine and met my expectations. No complaints and friendly staff.
J. P.
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Clean and modern. Room was a good size.
Great location for visiting Chelsea Flower Show. 5 mins walk to Fulham Broadway Tube and also a short walk down to the Chelsea Harbour riverside development. Plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is right next door to Chelsea FC so maybe if you are not going for a match it maybe a good idea to check on match dates. Would definitely stay again.
D. C.
We went up for the night as we had a Hospitality Day booked as a belated Birthday present. Check in with James was perfect, room was lovely - the only complaint we had was breakfast- you can’t get the breakfast advertised in the lifts as half of ingredients missing and my husband waited 20 mins for someone to get him coffee and then 3 came all at once!
S. B.
Lovely large double classic room, good furniture, however double bed was two singles pushed together which meant it was uncomfortable in the middle. Pillows on the hard side. Lovely room decor. Room was nice and cool with opening windows and option for air con or heating . Good size bathroom with detachable shower head however finding right temp was a bit of a challenge.
WiFi was down the whole time we were there.
Lost a star because breakfast eggs were the powdered reconstituted type and were like grains and baked beans were not nice. Sausages and bacon good , however breakfast on the cheap side. There was also a full tray of chilli veg stir fried rice alongside the full English which was odd although tasted nice, and a continental selection.
T. H.
Very nice upgraded rooms, very fancy and lovely. Great bed, nice and big and comfortable.
x.
The breakfast restaurant should be open in the evening so that guest can stay in and have a chance to have a nice meal. The bar menu and frankie outside the hotel don't have many options and neither did they have much vegetarian options i would hope in the future they can open the breakfast restaurant so guest can eat in the evening
p. w.
very good excellent room very comfortable and large .Bed massive and comfortable sheets were spotless clean .The breakfast was super and good food well cooked with care . would come back again very relaxing .
M. M.
Tareq was extremely helpful and friendly during our five day stay. He went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and I. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to our stay in the future.
C. R.
This is a great hotel: very comfortable, clean and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had.
M. O.
Had a lovely stay at the Millenium after the Chelsea v Southampton cup game with my daughter.
Excellent friendly service from all of the staff from start to finish. Very comfortable, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast in the morning and a free match programme which I forgot to buy the night before!
I would highly recommend staying at the hotel after a late kickoff match and we will definately be staying again soon.
A. E.
Five Stars through out as I am Chelsea. Does not matter that it predates the Battle of Waterloo. Does need a monumental update. The showers are from the enemy state of Soviet Union.
Again, if you are Blue, you will love it. No room service and no minibar, in the post C. setting.
It’s okey if you have nowhere else to go!
C. T.
Very good hotel, clean, good food well behaved staffs and lot more I will surely visit again
j.
Good 4 start hotel. High standards and a good night's sleep. Staff do their best. I couldn't care less about wi-fi and the prices are fine for Central London although the room rate was a little steeper this time but it's normal.
H. D.
We booked the hotel as we had a few things planned around the area in London. I am also a big Chelsea fan. We couldn't fault the hotel at all and was in two minds to stay an extra night as we enjoyed it so much. There was a small incident that we complained to reception about but it was quickly resolved and we were more than happy with the outcome. Amazing service, thank you.

We stayed here for 4 nights on 19th August for our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Excellent stay, allowed to check in early, breakfast was excellent plus the service by the staff. A nice surprise the Manager delivered a gift to our room for our anniversary, a boxed chelsea glass, in a lovely gift bag. Excellent service. We have stayed here previously and will always stay here on our trips to London.

Great hotel. Stayed for the weekend as was doing the chelsea stadium tour. Only complaints were:
- No Wi-Fi signal in our room whatsoever...not even sure if the hotel offers this.
- Wall lamp cannot be turned off in room 402 (tried all switches), so slept with it on which slightly disturbed sleep.
- Price of soft drinks in the bar is extortionate. 200ml bottle of coke for £3.50!!!
- Booked an extra night (called ahead and was told that this could not be added to my existing booking, so I should make a new one for the extra night), and several times this was not registered by the reception and I had to remind them that we weren't checking out until the day after. Our keys also stopped working as we were only given access to the lifts and room for the duration of my first booking. There needs to be a way of adding a night so there's only 1 booking!
Apart from these things my stay was very good.
D. H.
Very friendly staff who made my Son & I feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay, but £7.40 for a pint was a bit steep.
k. f.
Lovely experience, only stayed here as we had a theatre package otherwise I would have stayed more in the west end but was comfortable enough
G. W.
Myself and two children on booking but on arrival bed sofa was not made up. House keeping had left for the night and we had no bedding for my son on bed sofa. I eventually got some sheets from reception staff to make him up a bed.
M. R.
Great location for anyone attending match at Stamford Bridge but also very good for those visiting central London.
Fulham Broadway Underground Station (Zone 2) 5 minute walk so 3 or more journeys no more than £7.40 PP (Per day).
Many Bars, Restaurants & Supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.
M. H.
Perfectly located for my lads play on the pitch at Stamford bridge the hotel was very busy with other families.
The room was great but exceptionally hot with the air con not working. I know some others in our group had the same issue. Made for a poor nights sleep.
Breakfast was just ok, but not of the quality I would expect for the price paid. That said it was exceptionally busy and the timings were managed well but I'm sure it had an impact which is understandable to a point.
Overall I would return if I was heading to the stadium with an early start, if not I would stay nearby (stayed at a local hotel for a 3rd of the price the night prior with no issues).
b. s.
Good hotel but rooms a little tired but overall a good service and a good nights sleep as rooms were very quiet.
d. k.
Good hotel. It's within football stadium grounds so does have some quirks. Security challenges every time you leave and come back, the lifts are a bit confusing too, they go to different floors. Otherwise it's a good hotel. TV worked fine, shower was good and the bed comfortable for sleeping. The temperature in the room was comfortable and the air conditioning system not too noisy. Check-in/out was good too, efficient and no issues with the process.
A. H.
Great location and really nice hotel. Will definitely use this again the next time we go to London.
S. B.
Lovely hotel and great amenities. Close to Wimbledon and ideal location. Unfortunately first night stay was when England played Denmark in the Euro semi-finals so it was quite noisy but that is to be expected when staying in the grounds of a football club. Breakfast was great. Felt COVID safe. Will be back again.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable experience with access to health club /Spa an added bunus.

Absolutely superb establishment staff fantastic room could not be faulted will 100% stay there again.

Nice hotel close to transport and perfect if you are going to a gig at Under the Bridge.

Amazing location and a quality hotel offering great value for money when staying in London. Friendly and professional staff and service. Clean and comfy room. Decent breakfast. Liked the on site bars especially Frankies.
J. B.
Good location but the rooms are dated and tired looking. Not the cleanest of hotels either.
A. G.
Stayed here for 1 night and was daft enough to leave my phone charger in the room when we Chevening out. Rang the hotel and they sent it back to me free of charge. Room was very clean and the breakfast was nice too.
J. A. B.
We have used the family room of the hotel and all I can say is that,it is a perfect place to stay when visiting Central London.Price is affordable and the location is perfect where underground train and buses are accessible and very convenient.Staff are very helpful and polite too.I will highly recommend this hotel.
L. M.
Very much enjoyed our stay at the Copthorne (our daughter had an upgrade to the Millenium)!
Comfortable room - not enough drawer space and no fridge but otherwise no complaints.
There was no housekeeping due to covid restrictions but staff were very accommodating and helpful if we needed anything.
C. B.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was nice but the sofa had a stain on it the pillow had a blood stain on it and the wardrobe was dusty the internet was slow and we was promised that it would be included with our stay but it wasn’t. One of the key cards didn’t work and one of the lights didn’t work.
M. C.
I'm a big Chelsea FC supporter so it was a great stay for me. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast as £13.50 pp and it was good. Overall a great stay.

Service 5
Beds 3
- of it wasn’t for the really bad big pillows this is a sure 5. The reception staff were exceptional.
S. P.
Good clean rooms, comfy beds and great location.
Poor breakfast included in price
Got charged twice for my stay and had to wait for refund, staff didn't seem to be very bothered and were not overly helpful
J. R.
I have been coming here for years and I just absolutely love it. Our visit post July 19th was great. Very clean all throughout, very helpful staff, great rooms, I just love this hotel.
D. B.
I had a one night stay here, on the 5th May 2021 and, the hotel was of a very high standard. Rooms were very comfortable. The only thing of concern to me, was the at room Breakfast. Other than the sausage, everything else was just Luke warm and, sadly in view of this. Breakfast was left.
G. T.
Fantastic hotel, very comfortable experience with access to health club /Spa an added bunus.
c. s.
only downside was the temperamental lift. On arrival allocated 6th floor room and the lift kept stopping on 4 then would go back down to 1 [3 times] on last occasion it stopped on 4 then the doors wouldnt open . Lift was stuck so i pushed the alarm button which connects to an off site system...no answer. Lift eventually got going again [back to 1] so got out and tried another...could still hear emergency phone ringing in the 1st lift.
B. M.
Its ok...clean tidy, breakfast is like russian roulette as you may get it quickly or they may forget!
Nothing fancy or blow away. A good location for a London base. Surprisingly lacks a gym or swimming pool although at a price you can use nearby facilities.
L. S.
GREAT FACILITIES, PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY MEMBERS OF STAFF. THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY STAY, NOW A RETURNING CUSTOMER!
J. C.
Nice hotel close to transport and perfect if you are going to a gig at Under the Bridge.

I stayed at the hotel during one week in February 2021 in the middle of the pandemic and I had a good stay overall
The goods : good location, only 5 minutes by foot away from the Fulham Broadway Station, and close to a few restaurants and a Sainsbury. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean.
The bads: half of the staff is not friendly and will not greet you at all which is the bare minimum, if you want a spotless and clean room it won’t happen there, my toilets seemed cleaned at first but one close look at it and I was disgusted, not to mention no toilet brush in the room so you have to ask for it
L. M.
Great stay, fantastic staff. Big rooms.
H. F.
Really lovely hotel, good views of the best stadium, good walking distance from Fulham broadway which also has restaurants, busses run regularly, hotel very clean and staff are helpful and kind.
A.
Very good for that price. Very happy, room is very big. Perfect.
M. U.
Given Chelsea tour tickets and decided to make a trip, staying 2 nights. Excellent value through Secret Escapes especially as parking charges reduced. Walked to Harrods and V & A (45 mins) as didn't want to use underground or buses in current climate. Plenty of places nearby for eating out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Onsite facilities available. Thoroughly enjoyed stay.
K. D.
Arrived here for a business trip at next door Stamford Bridge.
Good stay overall, the only glitch was the fact that no room was available on arrival, even though check-in was from 3pm. We arrived at 6 pm to be told that we would have to wait!
After being insistent that we had to be at an event in fifteen minutes, we were begrudgingly upgraded to a "family" room rather than the twin room we had booked initially
A. R.
Lovely place rooms are great and spacious. Would highly recommend if your going to see the football
S. H.
Not bad rooms a little dark and lights quite dim, but a beautiful nights sleep and breakfast was the best, even lucky to spot the players going on the bus.
m. g.
Excellent price and location!
The reception staff especially are so friendly and welcoming, other staff were good also.
J. C.
Even if you're not Chelsea fan, staying here is an experience. If you are a Chelsea fan, it's the icing on the cake!

Fabulous hotel really clean and staff very friendly. Ideal place to stay over if you are attending the stadium. I stayed here on a number of occasions prior to attending the Everton and Liverpool fixtures with Chelsea. The breakfast was scrumptious.
L.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. All the staff are all extremely nice people, and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to one of the concierge staff, Nicolas. Our bedroom was a really decent size with a lovely, comfortable bed. Bathroom spotless too. The only small minus point I'd mention is the decor in the bedroom is tired looking and could do with an upgrade. The carpet was ripped in parts with a few stains, and the bedroom furniture very dark so it could benefit from an upgrade. That said, that's only my personal opinion and didn't spoil my stay at all. The buffet breakfast was very nice indeed, hot and cold items. Again, the staff were all pleasant.
C. W.
Only Good because I could not have my Breakfast at the time required. In a Tournament at Stamford Bridge and the Breakfast Room was fully booked.
Should receive a refund as Breakfast was not available.
L. A.
I always feel very welcomed at the Chelsea FC Millenium. The reception staff are clearly enjoying their work and make you feel that you matter. I had a super room with double aspect windows and it was immaculately clean.
Will certainly stay again, as I have before!
a. v.
Lovely hotel ideal room to see players leave ground in cars.
J. M.
Fantastic hotel, not 1 fault. Even having 1000s of people outside the hotel screaming, shouting and chanting till the early hours couldn't spoil it in fact it only mad the stay better! Can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Excellent stay once more - many thanks

Room nice clean everything in the room worked, breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel! Free drinks 6-8pm! Fab breakfast, friendly staff! Will stay again!

Disappointing but nothing disastrous, it is a shame, it was OK but below expectation
C. C.
We stayed for one night and it reasonably good until breakfast which was terrible !!!! Definitely not the way to start the day. So I spoke to the breakfast manager who gave me no hope of any improvement in the future. Which means as a CFC …
D. C.
Good nights stay in this hotel, very clean rooms, excellent bathroom with lovely refillable toiletries to use. Great choice if tea and coffee in the room, though a bottle of mineral water would be a nice touch and most welcome. Breakfast was a very good experience, one if the best we have had, with an extremely good choice to suit all. Wonderful scrambled eggs and pasties, or fry up, fruit, yoghurt, cereals so much to choice from
P. S.
Terrible stay they don't clean the rooms properly and so unorganised.
S. B.
Despite a good stay, I must give 1 star because of the extremely poor service from the receptionist. She was very rude on the phone, didn't give me a chance to speak (I left something at the hotel and enquired about it). When she called me back, she didn't bother with introduction/greetings, went straight into "my manager wants to talk to you now ok". I wasn't even sure who was on the phone then.
It could just be a language limitation that made her seem rude, however, Copthorne hotel could do a lot better with polite staff, especially for a receptionist, as they are the first point of contact with guests!

Room looked tired, air-conditioning didnt work, overcharged for drinks....location great, staff very good, breakfast excellent

The food and the Hotel room are excellent! However, the service and room are not up to standard.

Worst staff worst hotel ever Vincent Hymas is the most un professional manAger I have ever spoke to unhuman
I will be following up with letter of complaint

Stayed here for 3 nights as we had a conference at the stadium - was in a superior room but not sure what was superior.
Room was average, though double pain glass windows could hear the trains, water in shower would go cold and hot - not consistent, was on 4th floor and twice during my stay the elevator broke down...
Overall for the money wouldn't recommend.
On the bright side breakfast was good.
A. H.
Exceeded expectation. Good location. Front of house staff always made you feel welcome.
S. P.
Professional staff, clean, easy access.

The hotel was given good rating in the websites yet we had a bad experience. I led a group of 31 persons and we stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Most of the group members encountered issues in toilets, A/C and rooms appliances. We spoke with the hotel management but with no significant improvement. The reception operator was impolite in dealing with our queries and the duty manager was in her side. The night staff was cooperative and tried to sort out the issues but no results.
The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was very sweet and welcoming.
The hotel is good for groups but the mentioned problem make staying in this hotel annoying. The room service is very limited and weak. Housekeeping team missed cleaning the rooms twice.
I don't recommend this hotel specially for summer time.
D. p.
The entrance to the hotel is behind the gates of Chelsea football ground, which is a pain when all you want to do is arrive and get checked in but some womble insists you need to show proof of booking before letting you walk through.
The foyer looks impressive and the check in staff give you the impression it's all very grand. Get past the lift though and it's a bit grubby and shabby. The rooms are ok but nothing to write home about and the breakfast is probably best left alone, especially the "scrambled eggs".
M. M.
I can't wait to get back, hopefully soon. The hotel room itself was very clean. We arrived early from our flight and the staff was more than accommodating. The rooms are value for money. Friendly reception staff. Very comfy bed. The location was perfect for getting just about anywhere.
G. R.
Absolutely fine. The best hotel we have stayed in at the price without a doubt. Staff were attentive, extremely friendly and obliging. Breakfast was far better than expected. Would heartily recommend it. Just one slight drawback was the over zealous Chelsea FC security guards who frightened and worried us with their shouts of 'Him with the newspaper ' referring to me being suspicious because I held a folded newspaper under my arm whilst returning to the hotel, and repetitive searching of my wife's handbag. Still, it was a very safe place to stay I suppose . . . But security could do with being toned down for the visitors who were there for the hotel and not for the football club.
D. J.
The hotel is sweetly located right by the stadium and Shadwall in very nice and walkable part of town. Breakfast was included with our stay and to be honest, one of the best continental breakfast I've ever had. Rooms were nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay there again.
C. K.
We stayed here for new years. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The bathroom could have used some attention as it had water marks in the bath and sink

The staff here are friendly and the rooms were a very good size. There is also a nice little bar with reasonably price drinks. The 24 hour concierge is useful to help with any queries you might have about the hotel or the area. The hotel is located just a short walk from Fulham station so it's very easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

In need of refurbishment. I stayed in the Copthorne half of the hotel. It looks great on the website, but in reality it is tired and very worn around the edges. We booked a double room but got a twin, which was quite small and very dark. Rated as a four star but would be more accurately described as a three star hotel. It isn’t the worst hotel in the world, but I won’t come back.
G. W.
The hotel atmosphere together with London visit was unbelievable. The room was large and of a good standard. We felt very safe exploring the neighborhood at night. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. We paid £50 pppn including a very good full English Breakfast.
C. J.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable but a major problem occurred - I had booked consecutive nights separately, bu Jessica on reception was able to link the two and enable me to keep the same room. However, the cleaners cleared my room of my clothes and washbag after the first night, and these could not be located by the time I checked out the following morning. The assistant housekeeper found my clothes but not the washbag meaning the contents including an electric shaver were lost. She did arrange for the hotel to reimburse the cost of replacement of the missing items, but no apology from management was received for my inconvenience.
K. R.
Not clean ! Very expensive! Breakfast is very light !
N. G.
Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Nice rooms, lovely breakfast.
R. S.
What a great stay. Just perfect.
W. D. F.
A superbly located Hotel . Comfortable immaculately clean Room . A Fantastic place to stay . This stay was made a real treat by all the staff who were polite and friendly professionals.
Many thanks see you again .

A pleasant one night stay at this 4*establishment in the grounds of Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge on the Fulham Road in West London on the night of the Club's first leg Round of 16 Europa League tie v Dinamo Kiev.
I had reserved a twin room with breakfast and was duly allocated a room on the 4th floor with views of both the Fulham Road and the adjoining Millennium Hotel.
The room was an excellent size and was well furnished .The bathroom and toilet were adequate albeit showing signs of wear and tear not unexpected in a hotel which caters predominantly for a football supporting clientele.
The Hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful.
The bed in which I slept soundly without any great noise disturbance was very comfortable.
Breakfast on the Friday morning was an excellent hot buffet selection including a full English breakfast. The only disappointing note was that my order for two soft fried eggs wasn't completed until I had nearly finished my sausages.

Very poor service + very old and stained mattresses!! Disappointed!
I stayed at this hotel several times before, given its good location and competitive rates. My most recent stays however were particularly disappointing, especially the last one.
Something must have changed at the management level since the service was terrible and surely not comparable to previous years.
While we were checking in at the Copthorne, the International family before us were told there was no double room available (only twin rooms) and were told to pay £30 extra/night for a double room at the adjacent Millennium hotel.
Similarly we were offered a twin room (because we were informed this was the availability through LastMinute), but when we showed our booking reservation saying "Twin/Double based on availability" and insisted for a double, suddenly a double room appeared on the "system" and was given to us at no extra cost.
But the worst had still to happened.
After spending 3 nights in the room 705, and noticing that every time when sleeping or resting on the bed our sinuses were blocked and were suddenly getting better after moving away from the bed, I inspect the mattress on the last day and to my shock it was very old and stained (see pictures).
We reported this to the front desk and the problem was noted and acknowledge with no apologies.
The staff at the front desk on this occasion seems to assign blame to the "system" or the house keeping team (which I am not sure it is always fair) and seemed eager to see the back of us.
R. B. H.
Spent two nights here at the Millennium. Great hotel and great location. It's a few minutes walk from Fulham Broadway tube. My room was much larger than your standard London Hotel room and had all the usual amenities. There are lots of nice places to eat in the local area. I'd certainly recommend it and will return.
M. E.
The hotel was in a good location. Not too far from the nearest tube station. The room was modern and clean. Television was small (but not necessary to have a large scree for us). Staff were welcoming and friendly. They advised on the local area which had many restaurants.
S. N.
Nice small Hotel. Located next to the Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea Football Club. Nice cleaned large rooms. Good restaurant and Bar with good food.
Easy to find the underground trans and public bus service.
This is a 4-star hotel. It has 280 rooms in 7 floors. Free WiFi and satellite TV channels are available.
Recommended for travelers and football fans.
C. M.
Staff is amazing, and ready to accommodate. We left an Airbnb, the morning after a long flight from Toronto. We arrived here, and were looked after accordingly. We had our 9 month old with us, so they made sure to assign us a room away from noise, which helped with our sons naps and sleeping.
E. O.
The hotel is beautiful and very perfectly located. It's near the fulham/Broadway tube, numerous eateries/pubs and of course the Chelsea stadium. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Something should also be said for the security as well as there was always a staff member in the lobby and the lifts required room keys to use. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
S.
My family had a lovely and comfortable stay at Copthorne hotel. I booked all rooms on a discount rate for my family members, which meant that the hotel could assign the rooms at random. Because of this one of the rooms given had a disabled bathroom, however a member of staff, Tien, was very helpful and arranged another room for my brother which he was very happy about, all staff were friendly and accomodating. My family also enjoyed the buffet in the morning and they were very pleased during the stay.
P. R.
Great venue. Staff was very friendly but due to the size of our group limited some of the spaces we could walk through in the main lobby areas. The property was very clean, rooms were spacious, and you cannot beat the location.
F. K.
We payed £150 for 3 nights so I can't complain too much it was okay value for money but at the same time I wouldn't spend any more to come here there is no way this is 4 star it's a 3 at best and I also wouldn't return as I know there are better hotels to stay in as a Chelsea fan yes I've stayed there but really I was not blown away and the staff seem pretty incompetent at times through I'm guessing poor training and no staff there even support Chelsea so yeah not much more to say but sort it out because for Chelsea this is a bit of an embarrassment.
J. M.
Rooms slightly tired but mostly functional. Clean enough. Breakfast pleasant. Staff all helpful. Location great for a Chelsea fan. Prices fair. Not really a family holiday hotel but no problem for business travelers.
T. M.
Great location and very convenient for those travelling for Chelsea FC matches as it's on the same grounds as Stamford bridge stadium. Not so great if you're booked on a match day and you're not a football fan. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of good quality food. Rooms spacious. Staff courteous
R. M. D.
Was give a camp bed because they put us in wrong room. The manager was not very professional when dealing with these problems just held his hand up and said there is nothing we can do.. The shower mat is dirty. This is not what I expected from a hotel like this. I can say the bedding was clean!
D. B.
Rooms facing an active railway track. What can be worst! Absolutely no frills hotel. Convenient location if you are watching a game at Stanford Bridge Stadium. Good sausages for breakfast. £25 to use gym!
R. S.
Apart from the ladies on reception at the Millennium and the bar at Copthorne not one member of staff acknowledged my existence.
The entrance is cold and unwelcoming, there is a faint odour of something unpleasant in the room, the AC is noisy, there is no shaver point in the bathroom, the power sockets are cheap, plastic, surface mounted and one of the bedside lights has no apparent on/off switch.
There is no restaurant open in the hotel (unbelievable) so was directed to Frankies next door. I walked in and sat at the bar for twenty minutes with the barman, manager and three or four floor staff walking past me and no one even acknowledged my existence. Eventually I walked out and into the hotel, again totally ignored by reception. Checked the restaurant - which was indeed closed and when I spoke to the receptionist she finally looked up and told me I could go to the bar. Adriana at the bar was very good and very professional but was let down by how this place is organised. The bar menu is guess what - from Frankies. It is big standard cheap bar food st best. Also, within spitting distance of the Chiswick brewery there is no ale on tap, only bottles of Fullers London Pride.
This is Chelsea, in the capital city of the UK and the service and food and drink on offer are appealing.
I travel all over this magnificent country and stay in hotels at least one night every week. I cannot express my disappointment and anger at being treated so badly. Sometimes I have to stay in Travelodges, which are pretty awful, BUT THEY ARE BETTER THAN THIS!
J. F.
Brilliant positioning and couldn't ask for more for our money, however the restaurant area for breakfast felt very rushed and staff seemed in a hurry to clear your table before you have finished. We witnessed a few people returning to their tables with food only to see waiters clearing the table. Also the bar had only one person serving and the card payment machine wasn't working.
I. A.
Excellent hotel, great value for London,
e. d. s. m.
Pretty good hotel. Rooms are decent sized. Clean. Restaurant has good food. The location is pretty good with lots of good food options nearby as well as the Underground station. Good value!
A. R.
Beautiful clean lovely view of the Stadium well kept. Fans should appreciate that place. A lot of devotion goes into it looking like that. I was there for a business meeting as ADOLE Designs Pure Silk Scarves with African Culture Prints Thanks
T. M.
Customer service was awful.!!!! My daughter and her boyfriend from USA flew to London to attend the Chelsea soccer game today. It was a special occasion for Dell his 30th birthday. Tickets were delivered to your hotel and you never produced them. You didn’t care no empathy. It’s been Dell’s dream to go for his 30th birthday with his mom. She passed away from breast cancer.. My daughter made sure his dream would come true. Now they are they are in London not able to see the game and away from his children. Missing his mom especially today.
G. W.
Staff were always there 24/7, and it was only a short walk to the tube stop. The restaurant marco bar and grill have great food and wine, but it should be by it's price. Marco pierre white steak out next door exceptional food as well as frankies. The staff were all very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you.
T. M.
I have used this hotel on a few occasions. I felt the rate was affordable and the rooms were nice. But in all those occasions my day was ending late and the following day start was a bit late. So I didn't notice the issues with it, until last time.
(1) The location is no very close to a tube station. It's OK when you have light luggage to pull along. This time I had a bigger suitcase, so the walk from the tube station to the hotel was telling.
(2) Breakfast only starts at 07:00, which is the latest I have experienced in a London hotel. It's not good for business travellers, as it will take you a minimum of 45 mins to 1 hour to get to anywhere in Central London. So if you each breakfast till 07:30, then you can't make it to meetings before 08:30.
(3) Because of where it is located, you can't flag down a black cab on the street (hardly any come by). Ordering an Uber takes 15 to 20 mins to arrive. The concierge ordered taxis take 25 mins, due to traffic, I was told. Then getting through London traffic in peak hour from Chelsea to Central London, god only should help. So using a taxi is not a possibility.
(4) This is a twin hotel, split into two buildings, but run as one hotel. The reception and concierge are split across two. Sometimes you have to walk across from one to the other, in open rains or snow. Breakfast is served in Hotel, while your room might be in another hotel. Every time you need to ask to find out what is where. So not simple.
Overall due to all these problems, this time I missed my train and was not in a pleasant mood at the end of the stay. Being a regular business traveller to London, I use hotels regularly in London. I had come to use this hotel a lot off-late. But now it's firmly off my list.
G. T.
Room comfortable and food and service in the restaurant was great.
Every attempt has been made to make the stay as safe as possible in spite of Covid issues.
D. W.
I booked this hotel on last minute and asked for a nice room and was offered an upgrade to the top floor in the millennium hotel. Location was good with Fulham Broadway tube a short walk away. Lastly don't count on the internet in your room is spotty at best.
G. M.
Clean, quiet, professional, located just five minutes walking distance from Fulham Broadway tube station. Very wide breakfast selection, and very comfortable beds. I don't know how's the situation on a match day but if there's no match this hotel is perfect for a London visit.
P. A.
The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and pleasant throughout the stay. Conviniently located for Chelsea FC, very reasonable prices for location and London. I stayed on match day and it was extremely convenient and added to the overall experience of visiting the football club. Hotel was clean and tidy throughout, however our room (superior) was looking a little tired and perhaps ready for a refurb but that would be the only criticism.
J. W.
Everything was wonderful apart from the bed. They gave a twin bedroom and the beds were tiny, really uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice and the staff were really helpful and attentive.

A CENTRAL LONDON BARGAIN...
My guest & I stayed at The Copthorne Hotel (Next door to the Millennium) in a double room.
As ever, I'd used my HotelTonight App to make the booking the day we stayed which meant the total cost of stay was less than £35 per person (that's almost Hostel prices).
To begin with, getting here is ludicrously easy, it's a 5 minute walk (if that) from Fulham Broadway tube station which is on the Wimbledon branch of the District Line.
So you can be in Trafalgar Square from the hotel in under 30 minutes.
I suspect this is one to be avoided (and likely fully booked) during match days at Chelsea but all other times, I suspect you'll always get a deal.
It's a modern, basic hotel. Nothing lavish but perfectly adequate.
The reception staff were both fantastic on entry and on departure. Happy to take a very reasonable cash deposit as opposed to holding a credit-card, which wins them huge brownie points with me (as I use PayPal to pay for the room).
The room was light, properly ventilated, whilst the bathroom could have done with a freshen up decor wise, everything worked and it was clean.
The bed comfortable, adequate storage and we had views over the football ground which added an interesting dimension to our Hotel stay (neither of us being Football fans but still..).
Breakfast wasn't included in the rate, but there's tons of eating places nearby and most importantly a 24 Hour Tesco Express just over the bridge to avoid those expensive bar bills.
There's plenty of bars & restaurants as part of both hotels (which are adjacent to one another) but we didn't try any of them.
For us this was a quick, convenient and inexpensive stay and it scored on every count.
What impressed us the most was how accommodating the staff were when I woke feeling a little under the weather the next morning (I suffer with a long-term illness) allowing us to have a late check-out with no extra charge.
I haven't got a bad thing to say about this hotel - for the money (if you can get the appropriate rate) it's a perfect base for any London trip.
R. O.
Friendly staff but the rooms are now showing their age. My room even though air-conditioning turned off starts up vibrates and the ceiling falls down and the lights flash. My bathroom has seen better days. Etc etc
A. N.
This was a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Clean. Walls and curtains in the room a little drab. Overall though, a great place.
K. M.
Close to the tube (Fulham Station), clean and safe. We didn't stay there during a football game, so I can't speak to the quietness after a game. It was certainly quiet while we were there. I didn't hear a sound from the room on either side of me.
J. B.
Lovely rooms, quiet location, shed wall side. (not sure about match days). Shower not very good at all, even when I adjusted the shower head; difficult to wash hair.
H. C.
Excellent reception staff and a nice comfortable room
P. S.
Great stay at the Millennium hotel over looking CFC
C. S.
Very clean room the bed was nice and big
J. C.
Great location for Exploring West London and visiting Chelsea FC
S. G.
Disappointing but nothing disastrous, it is a shame, it was OK but below expectation
W. C.
Excellent stay once more - many thanks
T. D.
Came in out of the storm. More than happy to buy hot drinks and a bowls of NACHOs.....for children to share.
Disgusted to pay the DISCRETIONARY (optional/voluntary...up to your discretion) service charge. A bowl of nachos is not a meal!!!! Even more disgusted by Klaudia on the bar who was rude and argumentative when asked for the money back. We almost stayed here last night. Very glad we didn't!
S. A.
Very clean,staff were really good,£120 for 2 nights,very good
K. J.
Nice enough room, got it for a pretty good deal from LastMinute - the main benefit is of course that it's right next to Chelsea FC so if that isn't useful to you I'm not sure if full price for the room would be justified. Shower was maybe a bit weak, and the hairdryer definitely was but other than that I really can't complain too much.
P. R.
Be careful the room photos are different than the real also there is no refrigerator in the room
L. J.
Amazing location, especially if your there for a match. Good facilities, but the rooms are a pretry tired and were not very well cleaned...however, we had a very good stay!
S.
Friendly helpful staff. Room was fine, standard for this class of hotel, clean and comfortable. Didn't use other facilities so can't comment.
D. M. M.
Lovely hotel. All the staff are all extremely nice people, and couldn't do enough for you.
F. B.
Bedrooms a bit tired. Breakfast staff need coaching, dinner staff briliant, dinner very good food, breakfast has room for improvement.
J. R. F.
More like a 2 star hotel, very dated and small rooms for the price. Stayed in superior rooms but they were no better and maybe worse then some low grade chain hotels
E. F.
Terrible service, plugs broken in the room (maintenance had to come and fix), no teas or coffee's in the room, no bottled water in the room, staff talking to eachother whilst checking us in, STILL not recieved £30 reserved money that was taken from us 1 week ago! Reception never answered phone. All in all a complete waste of money, would NEVER return.
J. B.
Nice hotel walking distance to Stamford Bridge stadium with easy access to Fulham station. Rooms are well kept with great breakfast dining.
A. A.
Basic, clean and very friendly staff
A. A.
Pretty good actually. Good room size. Great location if you forget the Chavski angle. Well priced and parking. Would stay again
T. M.
Great customer service and the staff are brilliant;so polite. The cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely spot on. I was only there for an interview however everyone was very helpful.
M. E. Z.
Stay was awful. Staff wasn't helpful and was rude. Food was terrible. Very disappointed in how my stay was. They dont even play any Chelsea games in your room on the tv.
B. M.
Smelly room, stains on the sofa (black grubby ones and bodily white ones), what I hope was ketchup and not blood on the ironing board, cold staff who couldn't care less and a broken shower at £250 a night. Stay anywhere else.
A. S.
Just had a 1 night stay beautiful hotel very friendly and helpful staff and a great well presented breakfast thank you
S. L.
Run down, tired grubby, and needs attention. Never a 4* hotel. Don't even bother complaining - no-one is interested - all you'll get is a "sorry about that". Never again for me.
M. R.
I haven't stayed here yet but made my booking today - Monica was very helpful indeed and made the whole process very smooth - cant wait for my visit
A. S. T. B.
Service was polite, special thanks to the roomservice, which located our forgotten stuff in no time after a couple days. Security seems well taken care of.
E. G.
Great hotel in a great location. I am a Chelsea supporter from Canada so this was a dream come true, and we also had a concert at Under The Bridge which was as close as humanly possible. Great location!
R. K.
Really big rooms and very clean, they have free wifii and the hotel is in a good location, 5 min on foot to the nearest subway station
H. I.
A cool and elegant hotel near Chelsea football stadium in London. Has a relaxing room with nice amenities. Definitely recommend it.
s. s.
Took 5 visits to reception and OVER FOUR HOURS to sort out my wifi in room polite staff just useless. Also helped themselves to £30 from my bank account for incidentals which I was told on leaving was put BACK into my account it has not. Now trying to get phone number and try to call them ITS EXACTLY THE SAME AS TRYING TO GET MY WIFI 6 CALLS NOT ONCE ANSWERED SO FAR
A. A.
I was on the fourth floor and to be honest i did enjoy it despite the issue with me being given the wrong room but i later got that changed. I was watching a match in the East stand and my room was right above it so it was a 2 minuite walk and the staff were kind.
S. S.
Really handy for Chelsea FC, went there to watch Man United, hotel was decent price for London particularly on a match night. Only down side is they don't take cash at the bar
T. R.
Always 5 star. Even when you have technical issues or maintenance concerns, they are on top of things and getting it taken care of ASAP. We always stay here in trips to London and will keep doing so.
G. M.
Clean hotel and staff was very friendly and i was superised there were security guards.staying in this hotel i feel safe. The hotel also have very good location, now i can continue shopping nearby.Buffet was wonderful
K. P.
Fantastic !! Comfortable ,value for money , pleasant, polite staff.Great hotel . Got a deal online , couldn't have been better . GOOD TIMES !!!
S. M.
Very nice hotel with good comfortable rooms and a decent restaurant having a good array of breakfast choices. This hotel is apt for the business working classes.
A. S.
Worst staffing ive ever seen! The need to get over yourself should be a mandatory course for this lot of overblown underworked douche bags who make a point of making guests feel like an effort. AVOID!
C. L.
Great location & the facility is in great shape. Show's a few signs of wear but the location makes up for it. Staff was friendly & mostly helpful. Took a little coaxing to get answers sometimes
V. H.
Great service, friendly helpful staff. Easy to find and parking available. Decent room with, most importantly, fully working air con!
К. К.
Interesting but good location. Not there for football, but working nearby. Staff are kind and attentive. Rooms are an ok size, little old looking but nothing too horrible.
R. R. R.
Great place to let your hair down and boogie.
C. B.
Breakfast was disappointing, choice of dishes was not very good. Airco in the room was not working. Hot water pressure was very low in the shower. No water bottles and no shampoo.
W.
Best value for money in any London hotel that we have stayed before. Awesome location and Spa!
A. H.
The room was not clean, the bathroom also needed better cleaning, there was a urine smell over the toilet ball
l. g.
If I could give this hotel a negative star I would...the rooms smelled, the lights didn't work, I was taken to four different rooms before I could find one I could tolerate. The staff was friendly enough, but the manager, Cara, was a shrew and kept telling me it wasn't her fault that I made a 'bad choice'...yep, even the manager admits the hotel was a bad choice...don't stay here!
J. M.
Security guard Craig was really helpfull and over all the hotel was amazing
d. g.
Rooms quite dated, reception facilities average and staff average helpful at best.
K. S.
Very Poor experience from start to finish
J. G.
My booking for Millennium @ Copthorne on 5th and 6th Sept. 2018...
We are staying at Millenium Hotel 2 days 5th and 6th Sept. 2018 nice and comfortable place..near to Metro and opposite to Chelsea sport club ...
D. L. M.
Very nice hotel - not highly recommended for visiting downtown London, but great if you're in the area for business purposes
S. A. R.
Excellent room, service, meals and location for our visit was perfect
S. B.
Stayed at the Millennium, however the breakfast was served at the Copthorne which meant getting out of the hotel every morning. Besides that, the hotel was nice and quiet.
E. F.
Was good. Good view, nice staff. However there was a fire alarm test which we were not warned about which was horrible.
C. C.
Throughly enjoyed my stay thankyou
K. W.
Nice hotel, comfortable bed, soft pillows.
Very clean.
Literally on the door step on. Chelsea football club.
g. d.
Dated, tatty room. Disinterested staff. Several messups with keys, staff walking into room unannounced. Poor. Decent location for our purposes tho.
M. J.
Rooms nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Night time room service options wasn't very good.
G. T.
Great staff. Really helpful and customer focused. Powerful shower and comfy bed. Would recommend and use again.
M. L.
Good stay. Only negative was that room was far too hot on arrival - heater had been set on full blast.
A. B.
Great location. Very professional staff. The rooms are roomy with everything you need.
R. P.
Ok hotel, but just a bit run down. Remote for TV out off batterie, sink does not drain etc. But if you are here to see the football you probably won't care.
a. k.
Rooms are nice and fairly spacious, staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and tidy.
W. W.
Shower was average. Poor pressure. Breakfast is in a different building which is quite strange. Otherwise great location
E. H.
Ok Hotel for the Chelsea experience.. but no place to on a no match day. It's a bit overpriced for what you get back without it...
O. L.
Lovely hotel cheap for where it is staff were fab room great overall perfect stay
M. W.
Great stay, being so close to the stadium (Stamford Bridge) is beyond amazing experience. Great atmosphere.
J. D.
Check-in is inefficient, always get put in a twin room and the smartTVs in the room are just plain odd. Good location is the only plus.
L. G. S. (.
Have stayed here before, a little on the pricy side but a relaxing place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.
G. F.
Good standard hotel, cant cope with a bus load of people at once and certainly not at breakfast x
J. S.
We've use the meeting room and it was great. Good service, great infrastructure and great place to hold a meeting with a client.
L. S.
Great place enjoyed our stay so much highly recommended and staff are very friendly Frankie bar was very good and staff are top dollar..
W. S.

Very friendly staff with great security the rooms are nice and food was excellent would go to again
S. B.
Stayed here for a nearby Fulham v Cardiff City game great location found on a deal site surrounding area has great bars and restaurants all at reasonable prices
S. P.
Room clean and spacious, staff helpful in rearranging furniture to make room into double rather than twin.
K. L.
Excellent staff! Great stay! Close to the underground. Not too pricey!
M. B. (.
I stayed there for a day only. Chelsea football ground is just behind it and it's a good area to stay in. Nice ambience.
J.
Great hotel in a great location. Was easy to find and the tube/bus is almost next door.
M. M.
Felt like we were intruding (supposed to feel privileged?) on the Chelsea football club. Room was fine.
C. S.
Convenient location. Good transport links. Only drawback very noisy in morning when binmen arrived and aeroplanes overhead..
n. a.
Better 4* hotels in london
B. S.
Copthorne:
- very noise alert from: "parking gate"(250-400x/1day if car/bus/something movements ) in courtyard
- bad: electric supply connection in room
- deposit card
- small stream of showers
- a lot of TV channels "not avaible"
S. C.
Good enough hotel. Foyer is good for hosting an informal meeting.
G. S. S. D. (.
In comparison with other 4 star hotels I've stayed at the Millennium Copthorne does not live to my expectations
M. D.
The location was great, the service superb, and the rooms comfortable, clean and quiet!
A. H.
Standard business hotel, ultra minimal reception area from which you step directly into the lifts...
Easy as pie
D. W.
Excellent service provided by all the staff. Made it a very enjoyable occasion. Food was also excellent
R. C.
Great location, good clean rooms, staff quick to respond to minor issue with room.
M. M.
Great hotel good service very happy with our stay.

Wonderful staff!! Great to see the Nottingham Forest boys down for their match with Fulham!!
I. A.
Perfect location for match day! Staff are ALL excellent, so helpful and courteous at all times.

Nice play to stay for a few days. Il was hard to warm baby bottle, people were not very helpful.
G. M.
One of the best hotels in london. The service and staff are good
C. W.
Good location and service, albeit the hotel room looks a bit tired and dated.
R. B.
Nice hotel, comfortable and modern. Well located for Stamford Bridge.
A. W.
Pretty good hotel. Parking on site. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
A. M.
Amazing surroundings... Much hype as other guests from Wimbledon also there!

A. B.
Very nice hotel and Chelsea football ground just next door.
B. B.
Nice hotel, especially if you like Chelsea FC.
E. B. M.
Took a school party. Manager was very helpful on check in . No parking for the coach though.
