A. B.Really lovely hotel to stay in, would definitely recommend it! Staff were really lovely and helpful with any queries we had. The room itself was nice, really clean and had everything you needed (bottles of water, a safe, air con etc). The only downside to the room was that it was smaller than expected but we weren’t worried about that as we were out all day anyway! Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours who didn’t have much respect when coming in at 2am but there’s not much the hotel staff could’ve done. Overall, would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

N. C.Suitable if you're not planning to spend any time in the room. But if you do I suggest to look for sth else, the whole room is basically a bed. Apart from that it's was very quite even tho there's a tub station behind the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised of the European socket. Giving 4 star because when you book though booking.com it's says that there's a option for a breakfast when in fact the hotel doesn't serve breakfast.

P.Hotel is good, great location,5m away from Earls Court underground staion, unfortunately the hotel seemed to have a leak so the lower floor and the rooms were smelling of damp all over almost unbearable,Mr Ajit(the receptionist)was understanding and,even though there were no rooms available on the same day to swap , he moved us to an upper room the following morning wich was much better with no smell of damp at all. Staff was very nice too...

A. G.I stayed at this wonderful hotel in late October of 2017. I immensely enjoyed my visit. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was yummy and an excellent perk. The location of this hotel cannot be beat - it is within a short walk to the Earl's Court Tube Station. The room was very clean and comfortable! I had read some reviews that the rooms were too small, but I thought they were the perfect size for a single traveller. I am planning out another trip to London in October of this year, and I didn't have to think twice about where I was going to lodge - thank goodness they had an availability!
V. V.Prices are very reasonable and the place situated right in the middle Of all the major shops and supermarkets.

The parking right next to the hotel is only for the residents but there are three parking spaces provided by “pay by phone” to public to use at maximum 4hours a day with no return within 2 hours. Free during Bank Holidays and Sundays.

A. M.Really enjoyed our stay here. They always have coffee and tea with biscuits in the lounge area, and there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy some time at. Our rooms were clean, and we received fresh towels and bottled water every day. They also provide free coffee and tea in the rooms as well. (I´m not sure about other countries but in the US food and drinks in the rooms always cost extra if you use them.) The rooms and bathroom were a little small, but was not inconvenient or excessive and were very clean. There was an issue with the shower, as we had to put towels on the floor because some water would spill out from it. Breakfast was probably my favorite part. They served warm croissants and pastries, yogurt, granola, cereal, toast, and bread with jam, nutella, butter, and honey as well. The staff keeps everything full, and comes and clears plates when you are finished. This place is also super close to the Earl´s Court tube station which was so nice, it only took 3 minutes to walk there. We really liked this hotel and would definitely come here if we find ourselves in London again.

M. S.We had a good stay at Mowbray Court Hotel - the location is quite central with an underground station about 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel location is quite nice with no shady spots close by. We arrived early and were allowed to check in at that time with no problem and staff was nice and polite throughout the check in and check out process. Rooms are a bit small but this is expected in London - both bedroom and ensuitr were clean with soaps and clean towels provided. Lower level rooms may be uncomfortable for some people and the property has only one elevator so getting around the hotel using only the elevator takes time. Breakfast is continental and very simple but overall we were happy with what we got for the money we paid. Thanks for the good stay!
A. A.Stayed here for one night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are larger than I thought. I couldn't have chosen a better location. It is literally a stones throw away from the tube station, multiple restaurants and has everything you need right around the corner...but yet it is not loud in the evening. The only thing is that my room had a door separating another room and the neighbours were slightly loud.. But didn't bother me that much. Free breakfast and a 24 hour reception so you can check out whenever you like. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was more than satisfactory albeit not a hot self selection - cereals, hot croissants, cold meat, toast, coffee, fruit, yogurts, etc. - more than enough to get you to lunch. Ideally located for Earl's Court tube station on the district line.
A. R.Good budget hotel. Clean, tidy and recently refurbished, complimentary tea, coffee and bottle of water. Only criticism is corner shower too small and whilst I love drench showers, due to size and location of the on/off/hot/cold taps, you cannot get in until temperature to your liking and with shower door open whilst you regulate temperature water ends up on floor outside shower. Breakfast basic but acceptable.
S. S.We stayed overnight at the Mowbray Court Hotel last night. Averaged £40 each (6 of us).
I can say the hotel is well equipped and looking quite modern. We had all the equipment needed as basic in a hotel: Freeview HD TV, clean bedsheets and towels, handsoap, shower gel and complimentary tea and coffee. Very friendly staff explained everything to us.
To top it all off we received free breakfast including croissants, toast, hard boiled eggs, porridge etc. (no English breakfast) which is buffet style.
I didn't give you 5 stars because I'm 1.87 cm tall (6 foot 2) and I felt like my double bed and generally the room was quite small. But then again it reflects in the price I guess.
I would definitely consider staying here again as it's a good budget hotel with a good finished touch.

T. S.Room extremely small, claustrophobic and located in another building two doors away, so not in the main hotel. This is not ideal as you have to walk out on to the main street and return to the main building for breakfast or any requirements (especially not good if raining). Breakfast is continental and very limited .. expected more choice. Sound proofing in room non existent, you can hear everything. View from room is a damp dirty enclosure, so very depressing and had to keep curtains (heavy) drawn which gives no natural light. Light switches and light intensity not well thought out for night time / reading use. Carpets dirty. Aircon works. Location is good for restaurants and business/ leisure trips to central London. Earls Court Station only a 5 minute walk away.

K. C.Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Located outside of the busy core but a 5 walk to transit and only a 10 minute tube ride from all the attractions a visitor would like to see. Earl's Court is lined with 20-30 different restaurants, pubs & fast food locations. The M&S food market and liquor store at the end of the street were a bonus too. We stayed in their site 4 houses down from the main hotel on the fourth floor, the only downside is the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor but this wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had a hotel in a long time.
M. 1.They have a wonderful receptionists and nice breakfast. Three bed room was perfect for me because it was a big one unlike the two bed room which was very small. Cleaning staff were fantastic. Prices were a little bet high for me.
M. E.Rather small and typical hotel for London with nice modern design in lobby and rooms, renovated rather recently :-). Located very close to Earls Court station - i.e. to an underground line to Heathrow and to the city centre. Rather low cost and quite good value for money. Breakfast is ok, but basic and every day the same. They had an electric kettle in our room, cups, coffee and tea. We really liked it.
N. M.We went as a three and the size of the room was quite impressive (two floors) given the price and the fact that it's in London. It was also located in a nice neighbourhood with M&S and Earl's Court train and tube station at the end of the street. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful while the lobby and common area was spacious and nicely decorated. I love the fact that we can sit down and have some tea/coffee and some biscuits down there at any time. Breakfast wasn't stunningly impressive but was adequate - mostly bread, yogurt and fruit. The dining room was a little too small but we could manage to find seats most of the time.

A. D.Small rooms, BUT you are in London. The street was residential and very clean/safe. You are 2 minutes away from the nearest Tube station and a great grocery store with really reasonably priced food! Pubs are in the neighbourhood as well. Lobby is very large with lots of areas to sit and work with outlets, staff is great. I would highly recommend this place.

r. N.I stayed here my first time in London for about 5 days. The location was perfect—I could see the tube station from my window, and lots to see within walking distance. The room itself was small, but since I was traveling solo, it was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was really nice and so helpful. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast, plus tea, coffee, and water is always available in the lobby. Another thing that you don't usually see—there is a mobile phone available in the room for you to use. This was a huge, unexpected surprise because I was not traveling with mine, so it was really helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There's always water, coffee and tea in the lobby and the room is clean but a bit small (enough for a couple).
The only issues were that there was a low stream of water in the shower. Breakfast is minimal- bread, milk, cornflakes and cheeses.
K. P.We had a triple room (Double size bed and Twin size bed). It was tiny, but comfortable and very clean. There were no windows, only a sky light. The room had a TV with lots of channels.
The bathroom is tiny and very hard to navigate... for example, to get in the shower, you had to close the bathroom door, stand by the toilet, open the shower door, squeeze between the shower door and the wall, and get in. If you were sitting on the toilet, you were basically eating the corner of the sink.
The location is fantastic. 3 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station.
Breakfast was very basic. Banana, cheese, yogurt, cereal, bread, orange juice, coffee.

J. C.Arrived early on a Sunday; location is excellent (a few minutes from Earls Court tube station), and checking bags for storage was quick and straightforward. Checked in later in the day; room in the annex (two guests, two single beds) was relatively clean but very small by American standards (about 100 sq ft), as was the shower. Entry to the annex was dirty, and smelled of cigarette smoke and something else (unpleasant). Breakfast buffet was reasonably good. The location on the Picadilly and District lines, with some good dining options and pubs nearby, warrants three stars, but I suspect there are better values in the area.
M. A. F.The outside of this hotel stands out from the rest of average looking hotels on the street. The flower boxes were in full bloom, the hotel signage stands out with flags of different countries welcoming you to the hotel. The lobby is clean, sleek, and had hot water for tea and bottled water available. In one of the seating areas, there are books to borrow and sit and relax. Check in was a breeze and we received an upgrade to a triple room which was one queen and one twin. Although it was in the basement level (lift and stairs to take) it was a nice sized room for two with plenty of plugs, a kettle for coffee and tea, bottled water and firm beds. The shower's very nice with a rain head nozzle in the center of the shower for a relaxing hot shower at the end of a tiring day. The place was fairly quiet, although plenty of people were there. The free continental breakfast had flaky croissants, pain chocolat, fruit, yogurt, muesli, coffee, cheeses, and a variety of bread. Service was quick to clean up and the area was pleasant.
Clean, reasonable price, very near to Tube, polite staff and free continental breakfast. There was a Handy Phone to use for free if needed.
We didn't ask but would be nice to have a small map of the immediate area.
This hotel is around the corner from the Earl's Court tube and very close to pubs, convenience stores, Barclay's and the Chelsea area.
a.We had to book this hotel on a short notice. This place is overpriced considering the tiny size of the room. The WiFi is also poor. However, it's only 2-minute walk to Earl's Court station. Also, the housekeeping service is very good and prompt. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless I have limited choice.
M. F.A modern, well presented hotel with tasteful room decor. I had comfortable stay with no noise or interruptions which made for a good night's sleep while away on business. Complimentary free water and WiFi were a welcome bonus as well as the included breakfast.

The location is awesome, the nearest convince store is about 50 meters away and tube about 150.

They give you some free bottles of water and biscuits and a handy guide phone on your stay, which was helpful if you don't have internet and can't make local calls. The room was clean, a bit small but we could manage. The only thing that was not to impressed with was their complementary breakfast, pretty sad.

had a room in the basement, in front of our window was the garbage from the hotel. every morning at 5 am the garbage collection came and was very loud.

T. S. o. A. (.Renovated, modern hotel. Beds are really quite small for two people. Rooms are tiny as well, not much space. No chairs, only seating opportunity is the bed. Windows only open about 10 cm, probably quite cold in winter. Bathroom is small as well but has shower gel, soap and shampoo. Also, no need to bring a hair dryer. Shower doesn't close properly, bit of a puddle when getting out. For me the water pressure wasn't enough for rinsing my hair. I didn't like either that you couldn't move the shower head in order to clean feet and lower regions properly. Hair always gets stuck to my legs which is uncomfortable.
Free coffee/tea in lobby, also bottled water and biscuits. There is also a water heater and tea bags, instant coffee and milk in the room. TV offers a lot of programs but we didn't use it much.
I disliked that there is no accessible route to the building. You need to climb stairs and there are no handles... There is an elevator to get to the upper floors, though.
Breakfast is ok. No ham or anything fancy. Apples and bananas, some muesli, cornflakes, coffee, jam, butter, cheese (also Babybel), croissants, toast, bread buns. I asked for lactose free products but they didn't even know what I meant. I could however find some vegan avocado butter spread and lactose free milk at Mark and Spencer's Foodhall nearby.
Although I listed so many negative things, I still think that the hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend it. It's not too expensive and fairly close to the underground which will take you to the major sights in only a couple of minutes. This has nothing to do with the hotel but try to avoid traveling during peak hours. It will save you a lot of time and nerves! And btw, if you want to eat at the restaurants nearby, make sure you check out the peak times too because there are always packed with plenty of tourists staying at the hotels nearby.
D. w.My daughter and i stayed here for two nights back in may for a convention at Olympia stadium. the twin room was spotless and had all that we needed and the staff were so friendly and polite,Breakfast was continental but there was plenty of things to choose from. i had plenty of coffee and toast with assorted jams, my daughter had fruit juice and cereal and toast and coffee. so we were well satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely be returning next year.

M. Q.I stayed here for one night, and I am going to split the review into two parts, The Room, and The Service.
The Room - Was okay. Not very modern, tiny bathroom, kind of dirty looking shower. But it was warm, with a very comfortable bed, Freeview, clean towels & sheets.
The Service - WAS FANTASTIC. The Best customer service I had during my 4 day stay in London. My safe & shower were broken, but the Staff quickly & kindly resolved all issues, they upgraded me into an ensuite room last minute, gave me access to a neighboring room for a shower, allowed me to store my bag the whole day after checking out, gave me directions & advice on the Tube/Trains I needed to get back to the Airport.
Basically, the same as another reviewer said, perfect place to crash after a concert/event, I was there for the Eurogamer Expo, but it's not a choice stay for taking your other half on a trip to London.
If the staff of the Hotel are reading this, I want to thank you all again for making my stay as pleasant as possible, and for all the help.
J. w.Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was basic but nice, plenty of places nearby if u want something special. The room expensive for subbasement with no window and poor cleanliness.
W. P.Ok, this is years ago, but for those rates our expectations were not high. The room was ok, but noisy. Breakfast was, well.... ok. As long as you don't expect the Hilton, I'd recommend it. After all, you're in Kensington, Notting Hill is within walking distance, the tube is literally around the corner, as are some great little Indian (and other) restaurants, for example Masala on Hogarth Rd.
M. J.Nice hotel, refurbished lately... everything looks pretty new and in very good condition. You can get free coffee, tea, water whole day. Rooms equipped with handy phones (smartphones) which you can take with you to out of the hotel and have free local phone calls and unlimited internet access - great idea. The weakest side of this hotel is breakfast - nothing really good to eat and size of the room - very small, but apart of that probably I would choose this hotel again.
T. C.Nice budget style hotel. Very clean and modern style rooms. Lovely bathroom. We were here for a short 3 day stay. The daily breakfast is basic but welcomed. Very close to the underground. Short trips to essential London locations.
If you need a place with wifi/phone reception this probably isn't the place for you. Unfortunately the WiFi worked for all of 6 hours before going down. Wouldn't have been so bad if we had phone reception. However, we were given a below ground level dungeon room so we didn't even have that. Upon asking the staff about the wifi being fixed we were informed that even the staff's office computers had no internet. I'm not sure I was told the truth there as that would mean that they would have been unable to do much work over the course of 2 and a half days.
The room also included a complimentary android phone that guests can use for their stay. The custom launcher software used on the phone made it completely inoperable and buggy with the phone barely unable to get past unlocking and when it would unlock the app would crash anyway. Might be wise for these guys to sell these redundant guest phones and use that money for a prompt service call to their IT provider.
Overall, lovely building and the rooms themselves are nice. Below ground level rooms seem to be common in London and unresolved wifi issues.

Breakfast was the only disappointment as no vegetables. Basically continental breakfast . Fruit,cereal,coissoints, cheese and jams. Rooms and location make up for it though. Recommended.

Rooms are small, as often in UK, but recently refurbished and with all you need. Metro and Bus stop is 100 meters walking and in a few stops you are in the center. Pubs and shops in the sorroundings .

M. C.The room we got was neat and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the price was good. We had gotten to London on an early flight, and they let us check in before the usual time, which was good, and they were always offering excellent service.

The staff were friendly, especially their housekeepers. Those in reception could have been a little happier but who knows, maybe had bad days.

Quiet area and I have felt really relaxed even in the evening when we went home from town, around 2pm.

Vi var 3 stycken som delade på ett rum. Lite trångt men man ska juh bara sova där.
Mina väninnor tyckte det var drygt, vi hade en 160 säng och en 90 säng.
Jag har inga problem att dela på en 160 säng men vi alla är olika.
Skulle man på toaletten så slog dörren i sängen hela tiden så om någon gick upp på natten blev man väckt.
Osäker om det är lyhört då jag sovit med öronproppar för en i sällskapet drar sjukt tunga stockar då hon sover (snarkar).
Frukosten var en besvikelse!!
Jag hade nog förväntat mig iaf ägg men det känns som att vi bara ätit rostad macka med singelförpackning av ost.
Personalen var trevlig, speciellt deras städerskor. Dem i receptionen kunde ha varit lite gladare men vem vet, kanske hade dålig dagar.
Annars ett fräscht hotell av vad det jag sett.
Lugnt område och jag har känt mig riktigt avslappnad även på kvällen då vi åkt hem från stan, kring 23.00 tiden.
Otroligt bra läge, nära tunnelbanan Earl's Court. Finns pubar, restauranger och små matbutiker där av de jag lagt märke till.
