The receptionists were mindful and polite, the service was good and I am satisfied with the room we stayed in. The space between the bed and vanity table was very small - if someone is sat there, no space at all is left to pass behind the person. It was clean and our sheets and towels were changed every day. There is a place to leave your luggage if you've come to check in too early so you don't have to wait and can leave it and go exploring the city. Overall it was good, I am satisfied.

We stayed here for two nights. The room was quite cozy. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable because of the very thin mattress, and the toilet did not flush properly. However staff was very friendly and because reception was open 24h a day we didn't have to worry about getting back to the hotel at a certain time. Also it is an ideal location for exploring London.

I stayed here for one night while doing a day's training in London. It's a simple, straightforward hotel in a brilliant location surrounded by beautiful white Georgian houses, leafy trees and quirky shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was small, basic and clean, which was everything I needed. If you're looking for low-cost accommodation in Central London and all you really need is a bed and a shower, then I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great location with a classical London neighborhood. A short walk to the Underground station with the Circle, District and Central lines. Clean, quiet rooms. Very friendly staff, the manager and service were very kind to us, made check-in, check-out and ordering a taxi very simple. They even provided us with medicine on the weekend because our child was sick in bed. Would recommend it to people looking for a simple and comfortable hotel near all of the big sights.

Good place just to sleep for the evening. Close to the station Notting Hill Gate, Bayswater and Queensway. Loads of food places nearby too. TV did not work and Wi-Fi was available but didn't really use it. It was cheap and cheerful. Service was friendly.

Horrified at the price of the bar bill even for London, took ages to get served which was lively but not exactly packed. Lack of seating too and seemed to be a bit closed off downstairs which could easily have accommodated the overflow were it not for the lack of seating. Decor was nice and classy shame about the slightly cramped layout.

(Translated) The hotel is in an ideal location, two minutes walk from "Notting Hill Gate" metro station. The rooms are not very large, but perfectly in line with the average in the UK, and are cleaned regularly. The reception is open 24 hours a day, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful (in the lobby they provide different drinks for guests and among other things they kept our luggage all day long after check out in zero cost. The neighborhood is very quiet and elegant, full of clubs and with all services within walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacy, ATMs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.) Unique two points where you could improve: very small elevator and obsolete (one person can go in there at a time) and very very small bathroom.In general, excellent value for money, great for visiting London in peace. (Original) L'hotel si trova in una posizione ideale, a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro "Notting Hill Gate". Le camere non sono molto grandi, ma perfettamente in linea con la media in Uk, e vengono pulite regolarmente. La reception è aperta 24 h su 24, il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile (nella hall mettono a disposizione diverse bevande per gli ospiti e tra le altre cose hanno tenuto i nostri bagagli per tutto il giorno a seguito del check out a costo zero. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo ed elegante, pieno di locali e con tutti i servizi a due passi (supermercati, farmacia, bancomat e molti bar e ristoranti tra cui scegliere). Unici due punti in cui si potrebbe migliorare: ascensore molto piccolo e obsoleto (ci può entrare una persona a volta) e bagno molto molto piccolo. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottimo per visitare Londra in tutta tranquillità.

Im Hotel 24 Stunden Rezeption mit Schlüsselabgabe. Minifahrstuhl, reicht für Koffer. Altbaucharm, hellhörig, die Türen gehen schwer auf und knallen um so lauter zu, das nervt auf so engem Raum. Miniräume, dicke Leute passen auf keinen Fall aufs Klo. Bei uns im Zimmer wurde 2 Tage hintereinander nicht sauber gemacht, dabei gibts kaum was zu tun. Fernseher ging nicht und meine Matratze war durch, Federn im Rücken. Die kaputte Nachttischlampe wurde nach Hinweiszettel sofort erneuert. Personal ist super nett. Preis- Leistung für die Ecke stimmt.
