K. M.Was pleasantly surprised how good this hotel is for the money. The room although small has ample storage facilities and also the opportunity to cook in it too with a hob, sink, microwave and fridge. The hotel was immaculately clean with not even a scuff mark to be seen. The front desk staff were helpful and although our room wasn't ready instead of is waiting allocated another quickly. The hotel is in a great location tucked behind Waterloo so within walking distance of most places. Much better value then some other dearer hotels and every bit as much room. I would definitely recommend it.
A. C.I were amazed by this hotel espacially for the price combined with the quality it proposes: I had a perfect room and the staff were amazing helping me to print my documents before leaving. Beds are really good and you sleep really well: you have also everything you need such as Iron, fridge, and a kitchenette for cooking whatever you want. I will come back.

I will say this hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a while, The moment I walked in I felt safe. The moment I spoke with the receptionist I felt greeted and welcomed. The receptionist was absolutely amazing friendly and helpful and did everything he could to make sure we what is smooth and easy. Without even asking we also got an upgrade. The staff are absolutely amazing thorough and clean and always had a smile on their faces. Let’s talk about location which is absolutely perfect. It’s the cutest little street with anything you could need amazing little shops cute little cafés and bars. And shockingly quiet you hear nothing. The rooms have these little cute kitchenette it’s where you can stock up on food from the grocery store across the street and enjoy your time here in this beautiful city. So if you were looking for a room to stay this is the one. Thank you to the staff and crew who make this place what it is.
W. B.Great location, 5 min walk to Waterloo station. Rooms very small and single bed in triple room was a chair converted and not near a full size single bed.
Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned , found hairs and dust in a lot of obvious areas around the room. Staff were helpful although they "ran out" of towels when I rang looking for fresh ones. £50 security deposit for a prepaid room seems a bit over the top and won't be paid back for a few days .
L. S.My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in October in one of their family studio and had a lovely experience.
The location of the hotel is fantastic! 5/10 minutes from Waterloo tube, surrounded by quirky bars, pubs and restaurants and super close to the London Eye as well.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was helpful, and signed us in straightaway without any fuss. The hotel was clean, modern and is very aesthetically pleasing with its decor.
We stayed in the family studio which gave us plenty of space and included a double bed, work desk, plenty of chairs, full length mirror, two wardrobes, our own kitchen (sink, britta tap, toaster, microwave, washing up liquid, cups, glasses, cutlery, cooking bits and hobs), coffee machine, tea, kettle, iron, a large flat screen smart TV, aircon/heating, and bathroom with toiletries. We had great views of the street out front and the blackout curtains were great for sleeping!
Overall we had a really lovely stay, our room was perfect for our needs, the staff were helpful, and it is in the perfect location to explore the sites of London.

P. P.We have never stayed with this chain before and I was a little concerned about some of the mixed comments I had read. But we had no issues at all. The room was huge. Had a little kitchenette - microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Massive bathroom and walk in shower. Clean bedding and towels. Plus much more. We were in room 201 and despite it overlooking the street below, we heard zero noise due to what looked like triple glazing. 5 mins walk from Waterloo, but could not hear the trains or tube.
The only criticism was the abrupt chap who booked us in, who looked as though he wanted to be anywhere in the world rather than where he was. At one point he thrust a form at me and mumbled something. I had to ask (hearing impairment) what he needed me to do because I couldn't quite understand him. Then he mumbled something about a deposit which, again, I had to ask him to repeat because hard of hearing.
However, the lovely girl who checked us out was the complete opposite. And the cleaning staff gave a cheery hello when we passed them.
There are so many restaurants around that area, you wouldn't go hungry if you didn't want to cook

K. N.Me and my partner had a pleasant stay , on arrival our room was upgraded to a bigger suite which I was really pleased with , the manager was so nice to us he Made us feel welcomed.
S.I had a decent stay at NOX Waterloo. The location is good and quite close to the station and the room was clean. However, i was staying on the basement floor and there were no windows. The bed was also pretty small and not the comfiest. Having said this, the hotel has great amenities including plates, cutlery, washing up things etc. There was also quite a bit of noise in the room next to us. Overall, NOX is good for the price but I would not pay any more than they charge to stay here.

The hotel and room was decorated very nicely, well cleaned and equipped. Room was spacious and everything as expected or beyond such as the kitchen facilities and large smart TV.
Only reason for dropping a star is due to the unfriendly front of house on arriving at the hotel. He was not welcoming at all but otherwise all the staff were friendly.
R. K.A great experience. The hotel is beautiful, new...is in the best location. A kitchenette in the room is great and our nights absolutely quiet (with all the bars just outside). Everybody working there was kind and always helpful and polite. Thanks to Modelaine and each one of the guys.

Than Paul the hotel manager who spent the night emailing me disrespectfully and argumentatively. I wasn’t discriminated against, Rauf explained the situation without being disrespectful. M. J.Had a really good stay at this hotel. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and a smart tv which made the stay that little bit better. Only wouldn’t give 5 stars because our room was quite hot even with the window open, but it wasn’t unbearable so I’m still happy.
S.The room was beautiful and so is the bathroom. Staff is pretty nice but out pillow cases were dirty so that took of 2 stars for me
S. S.The room was great, it was really well equipped and fairly spacious. It was all relatively clean besides a few unusual looking stains we found on the bedding but it felt and smelt freshly cleaned so we weren't bothered. The room was also air conditioned which was an absolutely great, the air conditioner was very quiet and very effective. The only other critique was we often had odd smells coming from the ventilation ducts in the bathroom, that said this didn't bother us if we just kept the door closed.
The service was also excellent, I wish I could remember the mans name who checked us in, he was amazing, really friendly and super accommodating.
Overall it was a great room especially considering what we had paid for it!

J. C.I don't know how this place has so many bad reviews. The staff were welcoming and accommodating from the first minute pf my stay to the last. Any issue I had they did their best to solve and I cannot fault how good they were.
The room was great and having cooking facilities in the form of a microwave and stove top was great. The walk in shower was powerful and had good heat controls. The room was clean and the house keeping even washed my dirty plates, frying pans and cutlery! My only issue was the radiator in the bathroom which was too hot for the temperature at the time as well as seemingly in effective air con. But at least the hotel staff checked both things. No where can be perfect and I appreciate they at least acknowledged both issues.
I will definetely stay here again.

M. S.The hotel was lovely and clean, we stayed on May 17th so first night back after the lockdown and there was a huge queue but the staff behind the desk was still helpful and welcoming. The only thing we would say is that we slept awfully. The bed was tiny, considering the size of the rooms! And just not very comfortable at all, which is kind of one of the most important things for me in a hotel! Not sure why you’d have a small double instead of a standard or bigger for a hotel... but thanks for how lovely and clean you was !

The hotel is in a great location just round the corner from the london eye and so many more great attractions. Shower was 10/10 and even had a tv with netflix, youtube etc all the good stuff, never had this experience in a hotel before. S. A.Perfect room for singles / couples. Lower Marsh markets would be great, post pandemic. With the great/friendly staff and regular cleaning, I would consider long term at the Waterloo location. Only drawback is the lack of PPE on many guests which is of great concern, although I am not sure how much staff can enforce mask wearing. A favourite, definitely worth it.
S. L.As cheap hotels go, it's not bad. Good enough sound insulation. Rooms have mini kitchen with fridge. Beds a little high, but otherwise rooms are good and is in a good location. Would use again if needed. Room had view of the London eye. The one major down point was being charged a £100 deposit before we stayed, being told it would be returned two weeks later. Very untrusting and forces us to keep checking our bank statement for the next month.

k. c.Last minute hotel found upon the cancellation of a previous booking, but wouldn't change it! Location is a small walk from the main Waterloo Pier, rooms are spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. Staff are welcoming and helpful wherever necessary, would definately stop here again, couldn't fault a thing!!

The room is clean, quiet small.

The room was spotless as you would expect, the staff were very kind and accomodating and no expenses have been spared at this brand new hotel, we even had a Nespresso coffee machine in our room.

So far we are really happy. Everything is new and very Clean. The room is not the biggest (normal in city hotels) but they made the best out of it and used the place very thoughtful. The room is well equipped. In the kitchenette you can find a large fridge, a toaster, a microwave, pan, pot etc. Tap water is brita filtered and drinkable. The room is equipped with a kettle, a nespresso machine, large smart TV (if I only didn't get my neighbour's code an my screen every time he wants to uns his Airplay)
You also habe an iron, a blow dryer, an iron board and a large safe.
The bathroom is equipped with soap, conditioner, shampoo and shower gel.
They use matching colors and many mirrors so the room appears bigger.
We also like the area. Iceland Store on the other side of the street, and many cafes and bars und little restaurants nearby. I can also really recommend to get a massage at The London Skin Wellness House just 1 min away, get a pizza at Crust Bros across Waterloo Station or something healthy at Ila Vegan and Veg in the parallel Street.
But - the best comes last: the staff is exceptionally helpful. I reciefed parcels before my arrival. They took care of them and placed them in our room. I needed to print out something in the morning - no problem. They are also really friendly and appear to be proud on their hotel. That was really nice.
The small lounge in front of the reception is lit by beautiful scented candles and you can always take on of the shiny red appels offered there.
We still enjoy our stay and hope to be able to come back soon

D.Rooms are nice and clean, with housekeeping maintained daily. We booked as a last minute attempt to salvage our trip away as the big chain hotels had cancelled our stay due to Covid, NOX are fully self catered and so are legally allowed to remain open under the current guidelines. The shower is fantastic and everything you need is right here in the room. Its in a good location as its in close proximity to the Waterloo station and underground, and there are various shops (including Iceland over the road)

S. F.Stayed here for one night. I didnt go expecting anything great but I was pleasantly suprised. Hotel was very very clean. Room was much more spacious than I was expecting. Had a fridge and iron board etc. Only downfall was that the aircon didnt work very well so room was hot. I was only there for one night so didnt mention it to reception but staff were friendly so sure they would have helped if I had asked.

What we liked least was the cleanliness, since when we arrived the floor was not mopped (there were coffee stains on the floor throughout the stay), hairs on the floor, and my allergy accompanied me every night ... :(
Otherwise everything perfect, good treatment, and they even stored our luggage on the last day!

Un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso.
La habitación que nos tocó es pequeña pero muy completa: tiene una buena cama, el baño perfecto y tiene accesorios de cocina: nevera, cocina, cafetera...
Lo que menos nos gustó fue la limpieza, ya que al llegar el suelo no estaba fregado (había manchas de café en el suelo durante toda la estancia), pelos por el suelo, y mi alergia me acompañó todas las noches...:(
Por lo demás todo perfecto, buen trato, e incluso nos guardaron el equipaje el último día!
