A. H.Decent, helpful, friendly, polite receptionists. Very, very clean! My partner and I were given a small, simple room, and some would say it's overpriced. Maybe a bit. I didn't expect the complimentary instant coffee and tea and cream. Toiletries include some towels, a dryer, hand wash, shampoo & shower gel, which is lovely enough for me who wanted just a room to rest. It's only a short bus ride from tube (underground) straight to central London, walking distance to overground (train). Either way, to me this part of town is more quiet than most of London and that's a plus.
D. B.The place is affordable but not that clean and the breakfast area was a mess. We didn't have breakfast, but seeing the disorder wasn't a pleasant thing. The tables outside are nice.
The room is nice and small, cosy.

g. p.We came to the hotel from another of the same chain because we had problems and they helped us with everything! We arrived and we felt at home! They took good care of us! The room is comfortable although a bit small, it has a refrigerator, electric kettle, amenities, coffee and tea. The bathroom is big and clean!

n. -.We were transferred to this hotel because the one we had booked had been closed due to coronavirus, but we were transferred to a better room with no extra charge. Only problem was that the hotel is not very central and takes an hour to get to city center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the guy in the reception who was very friendly and willing to help us with everything.

S.friendly family run hotelstaff were friendly and attentive and made me feel very welcome and my request for decaf was quickly responded to. my room was quiet, comfortable and clean and when it was sunny there were some picnic tables outside where you could also sit. the wifi was excellent and fast.
W. S.A great little guest house with friendly staff in a friendly neighborhood. Bus station just in front of it - Rail just a few minutes walk. Just across a newsstand (with groceries) open til midnite. Don't expect the room to be spacious... just the bed and enough space to reach both sides of it (i had really problems doing 360 degrees images) but what do you need more? Bathroom also small but very clean. Good choice for a great price. I'll come back for sure.

L. A.Can be bit noisey on the street outside, but thats not the hotels fault. Decent sized room. Couldnt say anything nicer about the staff, they did everything to make sure we were comfortable. R. S.Parking space was small. More cars are parked than the spaces available. For the value I paid, I am happy with the breakfast. There was break, bakeries, juices, tea, coffee, flakes and milk. I got a standard double bedroom of £32, I can't expect more than that.

One thing which was not made clear is that the desk is open all night.
I phoned OYO to ask about checking in late (after return from theatre) and got through to a call centre. The lady in the phone spoke passable English but told me that it was a self check in hotel and access Info would be emailed to me at 3pm.
Naturally I was concerned about being able to get in when we arrived at 11pm having received no such email. But fortunately there was a man on what seemed to be a 24 desk.
Please get your information clear and consistent for you customers.

H. L.Very clean, room fairly small but had everything we needed, shower and tv, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, fan, extra pillows and plenty of , toiletries. Lovely clean white towels and bed linen. The breakfast had a good selection, hot food, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, cakes, biscuits, good selection of teas, coffee, juice, hot chocolate, nesquik, spreads and conserves, we were impressed and surprised. Free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and you can come and go 24 hours per day. Would happily stay again.
K. D.A decent place to stay in this part of London. Friendly, helpful, staff. Walking distance from Acton Mainline Station with takeaway shops, an excellent cafe & a Co-Op nearby. Pubs & restaurants are also in walking distance, with a Morrisons superstore. Clean, comfortable, tidy. What more can you ask for? My friends enjoyed the breakfast, but there isn't very much option if you're wheat or gluten intolerant - so if you are check out the Acton Cafe for breakfast. Car parking is first come first served, but we got a prime spot. Would definitely stay here again.
