Had the Chinese New Year themed afternoon tea in the orchid lounge. The service was excellent. Even tho it got busy, the manager/waiter was super friendly, patient and attentive. The food was divine, we had second helping with the prawn paste in bean curd skin and curry puff. The 8 treasure box was a nice touch. The desserts were the star of the show, they were so delicious. Highly recommend.
We look forward to go back for tea and a meal or drinks soon.

What a fab stay, lovely room. The hotel being newly opened is wonderfully bright and fresh and really pristine. A lot of attention to detail.
I was already impressed with the level of care before I arrived but super impressed by the time we left. Everybody and I mean everybody was smiley, polite and very efficient.
I felt all the staff were invested in our stay and enthused with a pride I rarely see outside of high end hospitality venues. Congratulations to you all and I wish you Merry Christmas and hope you trade well in the new year.

Had the most relaxing and amazing stay at Pan Pacific recently - I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to let people know how wonderful this hotel really is. From the food to the rooms to the decor. I personally never usually feel like one night is enough in a hotel, but by the end of my stay I felt SO relaxed and rejuvenated. The pool and steam/sauna area were highlights too - there's so much to do in the hotel that you could happily spend your entire stay there.
A special mention to the service at the Pan Pacific, it was probably the best hospitality I have ever received - in particular Manuel (Straits Kitchen), Alex (who showed us to our room), Nikki (who bought us our room service, had a great chat with her) and Beatriz (beauty therapist at the spa). However everyone we encountered really went out of their way for us. Will 10000% be back and bringing all my friends & family!

This place is nothing short of perfection. The attention to detail is superb. The staff are so incredibly nice it’s like you’re talking to friends. The cocktails in Ginger Lily were incredible. I could go on and on and on about how amazing our stay here was. One night was not enough and we can not wait to come back!

I stayed here over New Years and I absolutely loved it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I loved that I could have breakfast in the room as it saved us rushing to get up early. The hotel itself is beautiful and staff in all departments were helpful when I needed something. The few negative's were the steam room wasn’t working, the pool was slightly too cold and you had to book a slot for the wellness floor. I specifically booked an extra day to allow us to relax on the wellness floor so was pretty dissapointed I couldn’t spend more than 2 hours there all day. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the Pan Pacific London in October and thoroughly enjoyed our mini-staycation there. Lovely new hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, with the highlight being the pool. Easily accessible to transport and restaurants. Only minor feedback would be the water pressure in the shower was very low, and no desk in the family room. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely go back! Post more info on my blog, ABC Dad.

We were so impressed by our experience at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived the customer service was exemplary. The attention to detail , decor, facilities and employee team were seamless. When we left the hotel in the morning we discovered our car had been burgled. We returned to the hotel to collect our belongings to leave & the hotel staff were so fantastic. The manger set a whole team to work cleaning all the broken glass out of our car and taping up the broken window so we could drive safely. We never expected such incredible service and what a response from such a wonderful team. Everything done with good cheer and a smile. We were so impressed. They went entirely above and beyond with their service… which in turn reflects the fabulous experience of staying in their gorgeous hotel. Thank you so much all of you.

Absolute perfection from start to finish!
The level of service and warmth from all of the staff was amazing! Right from walking in the door and being greeted with mulled wine and mince pies to the fab treasure hunt for our little girl. We could not fault all of the team who made our stay extra special.
The hotel itself is beautiful and views are great. Thankyou to all at the Pan Pacific for giving us a weekend in London to remember.

Excellent. Beautifully appointed rooms. Floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views. The best robes I've had in a hotel. Great food and friendly helpful staff. The pool was love too, though we made the mistake of going at childrens hour ( 4 to 5pm). We will return. A stand out gold star goes to Vangelis, the concierge, who was brilliant.

Very clean hotel. The furnishings and the interior design are very stylish. There is a lovely scent everywhere. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific London for my partner's birthday. The hotel is exquisite and all the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the beautiful design of the rooms to the delicious breakfast, and most definitely the fantastic service, everything was perfect. Thank you!

The staff make this place... to a certain extent. On arrival, staff couldn't be more helpful. Fabulous, smiley and made me feel welcomed into what promised to be a different experience.
We needed to exchange rooms at 1.30 am as air conditioning failed. Fair enough, we were upgraded to a suite....very nice but, had more space that wasn't particularly necessary, and we used it only for luggage space ( of which there was a distinct lack of in original room)
I had asked for chilled champagne in our room upon arrival......wasn't there, and when it did eventually arrive, it was lukewarm ( albeit in an ice bucket 👍)
I ordered a glass of white wine in the upstairs bar.....ok, I got the dregs of the chardonnay bottle that knocked me back around £14 ....hummm..not impressive at all.
Dinner with wine was a very 'gushy' experience for what was actually served. Yes, it was elegantly served and was very tasty, but value for money? questionable.
Breakfast was great... when it finally reached our table.
It's a beautiful looking hotel and for sure, it's kinda special.
Would I stay here again? Yes.....but only if someone else is paying 🤣

Beautiful new hotel in The City of London. Excellent facilities. Room was spacious with really comfortable beds and pillows. Super soft towels and high quality toiletries. The wooden toothbrushes were a nice touch. Nice small infinity pool. We came especially for the Singaporean Restaurant (Straits Kitchen) as we are from Malaysia and it was my wife's birthday. Food was excellent even if adapted to Western tastes. Would definitely recommend the Chilli Crab. Service was top notch and amongst the best I have experienced in a 5 star hotel. Would definitely return.
One small niggle was despite reducing the AC temp to 16 C room was still quite warm for a good night's sleep.

Flawless from start to finish! We couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. The service is exceptional, the attention to detail is superb and the hotel itself has excellent facilities.
From the point of booking (with Alessandra), through to the personal note left in our room by the manager (Anne), the experience was wonderful.
Our room was absolutely beautiful and the view of the Gherkin and The Shard was really special.
Thank you very much for having us and we can’t wait to return.
Toby & Charlotte.

Perfect for when you're visiting the City of London or Shoreditch! It's minutes from the Liverpool station and not far from either bank or Shoreditch! Amazing pool with great views, and really nice and modern rooms with again, great views!
If you are booking the suites, they all have the same layout so the difference in price is literally the floor level. Most of them are facing the gherkin and higher up is of course a nicer view! 18th floor was particularly nice!
Best part of the stay: our private butler VJ, who went over and beyond his working hours and responsibilities to help us feel like at home and made our Valentine's day even more special!
Also, Rena at the restaurant was more than helpful and welcoming towards us, making the restaurant experience one of a kind!
Highly, highly recommended! Thumbs up, we've already booked our return visit!

We went here to hold a casual busie ss conversation, no booked tables or rooms we just used the orchid lounge which is a public lounge just after the lobby. The atmosphere was very relaxing, calm and well presented with orchids everywhere, it really broke the feeling that your were surrounded by concrete. The service was probably what impressed me the most, tall young chap with a moustache was extremely professional and very attentive, I had absolutely no issue paying the servide charge, which brings me to the final bit. I paid circa £130 for around 8 drinks, some of them alcoholic doubles so it wasn't excessive or over what you would normally pay. Overall thoroughly recommend it for afternoon tea or a quiet place to get away from the city for an hour.
T. M. R.
Room facilities, bathroom, pool, gym, bars etc all amazing but the service is the best I’ve ever had in London. Especially for families: insanely good and accommodating with young ones. Will 100% be back and make this our go to for London
S. J.
Great place to stay in the city with friendly, helpful staff. Checkout afternoon tea in the Orchid Lounge, a celebration of the tastes of Singapore, a different experience for sure.
Ginger Lily is the ground floor bar serving its own twist on cocktails.
Breakfast is served on the second floor in the comfortable restaurant area. The hotel wellness suite, high tech gym and infinity pool can be found on the fourth floor, if that is your thing.
Having been upgraded to a 16th floor suite we were wowed by the quality of the interior furnishings and fittings, huge comfortable bed and view across the city.

Just perfect from start to finish.
When entering you're welcomed in and the staff is just outstanding. The rooms are amazing, spotless and spacious. I can write a long list of all the things they do so well but it'd become too long.
The staff is attentive, very helpful, and super friendly. Nothing is too much to ask and it feels like home.
The facilities are just amazing. Everything you might need is on-site making it perfect for a mini break without ever leaving the hotel.
The spa is extremely relaxing and their massages are just on point.
Their restaurant is outstanding with delicious food and tasty drinks. I highly recommend the restaurant even if you're not staying at the hotel. Their "Coconut" dessert is so tasty, we had it twice.
Similar to the restaurant, their Afternoon Tea is so good. Perfect for special occasions as well, the plates and presentation of all the dishes is really nice. Not forgetting everything being super tasty.
The massages are really good, and after it you get to relax in a separate section with a tea on warmed beds with weighted blankets. Something we didn't even know was included beforehand. And after that, you're free to use the spa until any time you like.
We wish we could've stayed longer as it really was one of the most relaxing places we've ever been for a break. I couldn't recommend it enough.
Some info for the photos:
We stayed on the 12th floor and visited mid-December 2021.

New and very nice place in top location. Lovely and spacious room, staff is polite and providing top service.
Only 3 stars from our side due to some issues, we felt were not justifying the high price.
- breakfast was fairly underwhelming for a place of this category. Whilst arriving half an hour before end of breakfast, we were still reminded three times that buffet is closing. Not just by the head waitress, but also by 2 more serving staff. We felt fairly pushed. Also, the quality and selection of the food was not impressive, half an hour before the end. Salmon and cucumber were not fresh anymore and the orange juice not refilled. Not worth the price and there are many many good alternatives in the area.
- the spa and pool area is very beautiful amd invites for relaxation. Unfortunately only the pool can be used by mixed couples. Sauna and steam are part of the locker rooms, divided by gender. As my wife and I specifically booked this place for the spa facilities, it was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy this together.
- several of the concierges did not wear face masks when communicating with guests. Some of the guys came very close, when asking if we're alright or need anything. In times of rising cases again, not acceptable.

Outstanding service! From a personalized greeting in our native tongue, to the staff noticing our double celebration and gifting us a bespoke dessert plate with "congratulations" beautifully presented on it. The service that ilyas and our beautiful Hungarian hostess gave was most memorable and made this place the most memorable and incredible experience! Can't recommend enough.

Had a one night stay for our wedding anniversary . The hotel is incredible, beautiful decor. The service and hospitality is another level, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The spa and gym is gorgeous, as well as the cocktails at the bar. Will definitely return !

Fantastic hotel. Good prices. Service and facilities rival the shard.
The concierge Cereal was an absolute star, gave us a very warm welcome, our experience with Cereal made the entire stay. He was a boyo, mega sound.
I hope the hotel values him as he is truly a credit to the staff.
Will be returning shortly!
Thanks guys.

This hotel is incredible! Just a 1 minute walk from Liverpool Street tube, it’s brand new and we had the best time. We arrived early so they took our luggage for us whilst we went to Tower of London, we came back around 1:30 and they let us into our room early. They’d arranged balloons, cookies and an activity back for our little ones, as well as organising a treasure hunt for them to get a prize. So lovely !!! Everyone at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Tom.
The room was immaculate, we had 2 doubles… it was gorgeous, we didn’t have much of a view on the 14th floor but also we didn’t pay the most expensive rate. Bathroom and shower, diptyque products all fantastic. Rooms were cleaned to the highest standard with lovely water, teas coffees, robes etc. And the shower one of the best I’ve ever had.
The children’s swimming times were from 4pm in the afternoon so we went down and all the staff were very friendly. The pool was well kept, lots of towels, a lady handing out water. The only gross thing is one child spat out their chewing gum and left it on the side. The pool is quite nippy too! A lovely steam/sauna in the changing rooms though
The staff were incredible here, everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Ok the actual area isn’t the best in London for us as it’s quite corporate with all the banks around, but it’s near spitalifields and lots of good cafes, restaurants. The weather was awful so we ate in Straits for dinner. Singaporean food, absolutely delicious and catered for children. Expensive though so we opted for a coffee shop for breakfast.
Thanks for a great time
E.
My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and the staff made it really special for us and were super friendly — really can’t thank them enough. In particular, Alex who showed us our room, and Rita and Flavia at the front desk, though honestly everyone we met was lovely and made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The room is unbelievably comfortable and the view is magnificent. Perfect location to relax and escape in the middle of the city.

The whole experience of the Pan Pacific was tremendous. The staff are polite and attentive without being intrusive. The Afternoon Tea by Cherish Finden is completely different from anything you’ve ever had and it’s delicious. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms spacious and well appointed (Diptyque amenities and Dyson hairdryers) with huge fluffy towels and robes. I loved the pool area too. I’d come back here in a heartbeat.

I stayed in this brand new hotel for one night.
Just wanted to relax there although I live in London.
It was the first experience for me to do early check-in and late check-out and this service made my stay much better!
The room was nice and clean and really happy to have Diptyque amenities!
Wished to have a bath but maybe needed to pay more.
I could see The Gherkin from my room.
It was quite good feeling as it is one of the most famous landmark in London.
Swimming pool was only on the third floor and not so big but cozy. Unfortunately steam room was not available and sauna was not hot enough.
They were very clean.
The bar on the ground floor was also nice but I wish there was the bar on the high floor as this hotel is located in the centre of London. Always nice to see the view from the top floor.
The most amazing thing in this hotel was afternoon tea. We booked in advance and not very cheap but definitely one of the best experience.
I have tried on so many afternoon tea in London but never really impressive.
I can’t remember any negative elements for this afternoon tea.
I loved all of them! Everything was well made and especially cakes were very delicate and beautiful taste. I am not keen on sandwiches as they are always boring so very happy to have dim sum instead!
Overall it was a very comfortable stay :)
H. K.
The most fabulous stay! The room was amazing, possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The views are just unbelievable. The pool was so lovely and really something special. The on-site team are the most welcoming polite team! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and stay. A massive thank you to Mars also who helped me with my luggage and terrible bolt driver ! Also the gentleman at check in I didn’t get the name of was just fabulous. Gutted I didn’t make the breakfast haha.

We had an excellent stay at Pan Pacific London.
Really well positioned, opposite Liverpool Street Station. We had a nice city view and the customer service is what really made this experience. Perhaps this is because they have only been opened for 2 months, I really hope they continue at this level.
Everything felt modern and state of the art, with Dyson hairdryers, modern gym facilities and decent pool length (with a nice view).
We have previously stayed with them in the flagship Singapore branch but the overall stay felt like 4 star hotel (some hotels feel like 5) and facilities were dated.
As for food, I tried to order the Hainanese chicken rice for dinner but due to a quality issue the head chef refused to serve it. Instead I opted for the lamb, it was the nicest lamb I have ever tasted (and I often order room service) with a good portion, tasty flavours and fluffy couscous. The in-room dining manager Cosmin gave a complimentary desert to make up for the lost time and I had the dark chocolate mousse (apparently exclusively curated by Cherish Finden) which, was a nice finish to my meal.
Consequentially, I ordered a pizza and fries for a midnight snack. For breakfast we had a full English breakfast and the Asian breakfast (Gaya toast and wonton noodle soup) but all were lacking and not worth the price tag. I wonder if this is due to the time when the head chef was not around (dinner time).
Finally, we finished off the stay with the afternoon tea and this was a pleasant experience. The dim sum was a bit so so, interesting take and catchy to the eye but you will find better flavours in most China Town dim sum restaurants. The experience and dishes progressively got better, finishing with the signature plate of sweets and the flavours were incredible, with a really refined palate. The lychee desert for me was the winner.
Even though we only stayed for a weekend due to a meeting in the city, I would definitely recommend it if you need to stay in the area.
M. H.
Went for the afternoon tea. There was a special one celebrating the lunar New Year. We tried both, both were excellent. Service was impeccable. Will go again 👍

Myself, my sisters and friend stayed this weekend to celebrate a 40th. This was the first time my sister had left her children so we needed it to be wirth it! The hotel was outstanding - from the room to every member of staff we encountered. Would highly recommend staying here and the tasting menu in the restaurant.
M. S.
Great hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make my mums 70th birthday speacil. Nice gym and loved the infinity pool. Good location to other restaurants and bars, very close to The Ivy, Sushi Samba, Duck and Waffle and The Alchemist which also visited. We also visited Spitalfields Market on the Sunday and would definitely recommend the Humble Crumble Apple Crumble shop which was recommended by the person on front desk from the hotel.
A. S.
Best hotel experience, they upgraded our room to Deluxe since it’s our anniversary and gave us a sweet treat! The room is so big, overlooking on the city of London, my first time swimming in London and its amazing how cold outside and you are in the pool 😅
They have dyson hair dryer and hair straighteners,
Amazing service and they treat you like a VIP, gym that is so modern and i love the virtual augmented! I spent most of my time there hahaha, they have sauna and steam room that is also amazing! The breakfast is also good! Not so singaporean but definitely delicious!
They also have relaxation lounge which is really over the top! Even when you checkout already you can still use their amenities (yep we went to the gym and pool again hahaha) oh and their Dyptique toiletries is very luxurious, the only hotel shampoo and conditioner that acceptable for my fuzzy hair!
S. K.
What a great choice and a glorious weekend it was !
When we found out that the Pan Pacific was opening in London, we jumped at the opportunity to have an authentic Singaporean foodie weekend given the pandemic prevented our travel back to Singapore (the better half is Singaporean and I am an honorary one by marriage ) in 2020 and 2021.
The Ginger Lily cocktail bar and Straits Kitchen were brilliant ( the Hainanese Chicken Rice is divine) but the highlight was our afternoon tea at the Orchid Lounge. Every member of the service team from front of house to our tea sommelier Matthew and amazing pastry chef Cherish Finden ensured our experience was second to none. While each item was superb, our personal favourite was the curry puff, and chef Cherish had piping hot fresh out of the oven ones sent to our table when she found out how much we liked it.
All in all probably one of the best London staycations we have had, and without a doubt one of the best afternoon teas in town. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.
K. Z.
Perfection on every level! This was a birthday treat for our daughter's 10th birthday and she was made truly special by every member of staff. She was treated to complimentary 'Happy Birthday' pattiserie cakes and mocktails in our room as well as after dinner. Dinner and breakfast were served in the Straits Kitchen which were both flawless just like the whole hotel. Additionally, the swimming pool is just fab and so is the gym area. What topped the stay for our daughter was the lion Singa given to children when they complete the hotel's treasure hunt during check out.
A. P.
Went for the afternoon tea and it was incredible. The staff were super welcoming and they were even able to accommodate my gluten-free, dairy-free and even sugar free requests - it was delicious!! Highly recommend it was a wonderful afternoon.
L. G.
The best hotel we have ever been to! Superb from start to finish, the staff were brilliant and we had the most amazing time. Thank you, will definitely be back!!
N. P.
Amazing staff. Tom front desk staff is a gem. Nicole front desk manager went above and beyond for me after an issue with room. Rooms are large for London. Room service top notch. One issue and this is not the hotel’s doing is the hotel is very close to Liverpool station and at night it is fairly noisy even on the 15th floor. Eataly is across the street. Nothing but the kindest words for the staff and my stay. Thank you to Nicole.

We had a thoroughly wonderful afternoon tea at the orchid lounge. Cherish Finden's immaculately curated and crafted patissiers for her bespoke 'Kopitiam' menu. The service provided by Benjamin and his team was warm, professional and stellar.

Amazing hotel with top class hospitality. They paid careful attention to our birthday/anniversary and we were impressed at how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The extras such as balloons, champagne and roses really made it special. The facilities like the infinity pool were top notch. The room was dreamy. The food at Straits, bar and afternoon tea were amazing, authentic and was reflected by the head chefs personal touch- the laksa was probably Michelin star level. I think this is probably one of the top hotels that there is; primarily due to the 5 star hospitality.
J. B.
Great event venue. Dinner was good, but it would be nice to have had beef rather than gristle for the main course.

Pan Pacific London is a world-class hotel. The rooms are incredible and beautifully appointed. Also the pool area is incredible. The team are amazing: particular shout out to Conor in the Concierge team. Cannot recommend this hotel enough as one of the best hotels in London.

Lovely stay at the Pan Pacific! Tom was very helpful and gave us a lovely warm welcome (and super early check in!).
The hotel itself is beautiful, we enjoyed all the facilities in room and poolside. We were sent a lovely little complimentary cake to our room as we were celebrating our anniversary - lovely personalised touch!
Ginger Lily bar was great for a pre dinner cocktail. Was able to order firmer pillows from the wellbeing team which arrived to our room within minutes.
All in all, a wonderful stay - thank you!
C.
Staff services great, polite and helpful. Amenities also as expected for a 5-star.
However, disappointed about the cultural element. Aside from some decor, and food, if ordered on dinner menu, nothing else that offer a Singaporean experience I wanted.
