M. M. B.For the price, this has got to be one of the better hotel options for the area.
The hotel is split between two buildings on either side of the road, so it can feel a little disjointed when checking in, but the staff are really friendly and can help with bags.
The rooms are as pictured and clean, with daily maid service. The building itself is a bit dated but more than fine for me as I just stay whilst working in the city.
There was tea and coffee, but only 1 mug no glass for water or spoons. Also, there was only 1 flat pillow. Thankfully worked out fine and bed was comfortable.
Will be booking again for work stays.
F.Room had noise coming through. Only two towels. No iron and ironing board. Extra pillows could have been nice.

Some amenities missing including hairdryer (although available on request), and clothes hangers. A place to explore the city from or if you're visiting fir work. D. S.Lovely place to stop Close to Baker Street tube Station and bus routes. I was able to check in early, for a small extra fee which was perfect for me. I had booked a single room. This ended up over the road in an adjacent building in a basement room. The room was gorgeous and Inc a Microwave which was a great bonus. I had a really comfortable Stay and would definitely stop here again. Noise wise was ok this was due to other guests and you get a little bit of Subway noise, but nothing that would put of staying here. At check out they let me leave my bag for a bit, while I went to London Zoo. I would recommend this place as an option.

S. A.Okay 3 star place. The curtains were ripped and it's hard to understand why they haven't fixed them. When you visit you are either in the main building, or in the other building across the road. The stairs have seen better days. Service at reception was good, however they didn't explain the detail about putting your buzzer on if you wanted housekeeping service. Room was dusty too. We stayed here during lockdown, and cos it was close to our appointment location. Close to 2 tube stations and there are plenty of places to eat.

A.The staff are amazing, manager is so friendly as well as housekeeping and really nice woman on the front when I checked in. This is the second time I've stayed here and I came back, the service is still just as great. The location is great less than 5 mins to Baker St station and lots of places local. They even kept our luggage for us after we checked out so we could go off to do shopping. The staff were fantastic, looking forward to going back.
M. K.The rooms were very small and compact. Our shower and bathroom sinks were clogged up with hair so the sink and shower was full of water. The bed was comfortable, but suggest making the room bigger and adding more plug sockets as it was difficult to have plugs nearby me, and would find people who are on business would also find this challenging as well.
Also, nobody had picked up the phone as I rang from my phone and there was no indication on how to ring the hotel from the hotel phone.
Apart from that, the hotel was okay and its location is good for those who need easy access to public transport as this proved to be easy. The hotel is a standard 3* hotel, and would suggest for anyone who isn’t too bothered about cleanliness and space for the price ☺️
J. C.Stayed for 1 night between work meeting and was very happy with the quality and service from the staff.
The decor was tasteful and everything was very clean. The receptionist greeted me and clearly explained everything I needed to know about my stay. My room was across the street in another building but the porter walked me there and carried my bag for me.
The room is equipped with everything you could need. They even had a mobile phone for guests which would be perfect for any tourist to the capital for maps and making calls.
Breakfast was good quality and the ambience was very relaxing.
The only issue I had was when I woke in the middle of the night I noticed all the plug sockets were not working and my phone hadn't charged. After ringing the reception they fixed the issue within a couple of minutes.
While this was a business trip I think I'd be equally happy to bring my wife next time we come to the city.

The price of this hotel is significantly lower than at other hotels in London. Yes, the rooms are small, but have everything you need and are very stylish. Yes, it's a 5 minute walk from the Tube, but it's also on a street that's nice and quiet. Yes, the breakfast isn't spectacular, but it's amble and good enough. The service was very pleasant, but I didn't need them for anything. Everything was as it should be, so no need to go looking for help.
Ah, yes, some of the rooms are across the street. The hotel is a series of townhouses on both sides of the street. I found it charming and much more accessible than a traditional hotel.
If you're looking to be on the Queen's doorstep - this place is not for you. If you're looking to spend the weekend in London, go for walks, ride the tube to wherever you need to go to, this is the perfect place, because you'll save enough on your stay to spend those savings on drinks and food.
Don't get me wrong, this place is NOT cheap. But, in comparison to the other non-scary options in London, it's quite a deal.

Mini fridge useful, online says it has soft drinks in and it was empty and no mineral water provided although this is included in room description online.
Stayed in a deluxe single, I would describe it as a basic single : small details such as only one pillow provided, noniron , base sheet on bed too small and came off in the night let this place down.

L albergo per lo standar londinese non è male. Il prezzo è molto alto per quello che offre, chiaramente allo stesso prezzo fuori da Londra si Trova di molto meglio. Ma si sa questo. Comunque le camere sono carine, moderne e anche i bagni sono totalmente nuovi, con docce di cristallo e pulite. La stanza Dell'altra coppia era molto più grande e affacciava sulla strada, quindi molta più luce. Noi invece avevamo una stanza minuscola che dava sul retro in un posto buio e proprio brutto da vedere. Ma ripeto per lo standard di Londra le stanze sono molto carine e la posizione è ottima in quanto è attaccata a Baker Street e c'è un Costa vicinissimo per la colazione.

Posizione dell'albergo comodissima con due fermate metro vicinissime (Baker Street e Marylebone), ma per dei buoni camminatori in poco tempo si arriva in pieno centro ad Oxford Street.
Albergo ristrutturato relativamente da poco, abbastanza nuovo, con un buon servizio di pulizia e accoglienza clienti.

Pasamos 3 noches en el Park Avenue Baker Street y lo primero que me gustaría destacar es la amabilidad y el buen servicio que recibimos en todo momento. El personal del hotel es excelente, empezando desde la recepción hasta la asistencia en el comedor durante el desayuno.
La habitación estaba bien equipada, muy limpia y super calentita (cosa que se agradece con el frio que hace siempre en esta ciudad!!)
El desayuno bastante completo, diría que perfecto para comenzar un día largo de turismo!
Sin duda, la relación calidad-precio difícil de superar... Volveremos!! :)
