The hotel was within easy reach to buses and the underground was a 15 minute walk. The owner was very happy to show us a room before we committed to staying and we were very impressed. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Good value for money. Irene is Wonderful.

We came here for ten days and we really enjoyed staying here. There's a lock on the door which I appreciated. I chose this hotel because of convenient location for me and good reviews. Transport links to white hart lane excellent. At £55 bed and breakfast it was a real bargain.

It is quite an exceptional hotel for when you require quiet and privacy. It is very friendly and so easy to get to anywhere in London including mainline stations. The local community are also terrific and I have enjoyed all my stays here and hope to stay again very soon .

Belated review prompted by various imbecilic comments below, cf. esp. entire recent review by "TripAdvisor Reviewer", which is disgracefully rude and insulting about the superb head housekeeper Irene. This truly wonderful lady has been toiling quite literally around the clock to keep the Kadimah/Park Avenue Hotel running for over 20 years (and unlike Mr. Toby Freund below, I'm actually using the word "literally" correctly). If perhaps everything doesn't always run absolutely smoothly, it's probably because the entire staff seems to pretty much consist of Irene, an equally excellent, hard-working and longstanding manager who is, however, only physically present on the premises for c. 3 hours a day, and another p/t housekeeper. The hotel is an older building and thus enjoys the character that comes with age; whilst the efforts of Irene and her colleague are beyond reproach, it is perhaps worth bearing this in mind if you are the sort of person for whom operating-theatre levels of cleanliness are a necessity. Similarly, the walls between the rooms are certainly not thick, and one can quite often hear a great deal of what is going on in the room next door, which may be worth bearing in mind before booking for some. Overall, though, you will be very hard pressed to find kinder, more generous individuals who go further out their way to help the people staying with them.

For restaurant, nice clean and tasty food with good management Went to visit a friend and his room was old and smelly, you could think the restaurant is in a different city. I think there's another wing in the hotel that is nice and renovated, but I'm not sure who gets which type of room. That specific room wouldn't even get 3 stars

The Kadimah Hotel offers everything for a save and healthy stay. Let's talk about the distance: just going out of the hotel there is a bus stop on your right with buses number 253 and 254 that bring you to the center direction. Easy to find and in a good location.

I stayed in room 120. A small ensuite but clean room with a great continental breakfast with a jewish twist. However dont worry as there is plently of cereals, toast fruit yoghurt etc if you dont fancy trying the Jewish stuff. Btw i read somewhere that there is no vegetarian options. This is nonsence. I'm veggie and i was fine. The room is ensuite with aircon, fridge(quiet),tv kettle etc. So all ammenities you need espec in the summer! I had a great stay. Highly recommended. Good value for money (for london)

Het hotel zit een half uur reizen van londen centrum in een joodse wijk. Wij vonden het prettig om niet in het drukke centrum te verblijven, eenvoudig hotel maar verder prima.

Clean rooms, free wifi, excellent meals and the hotel manager is charming who listened patiently to every question and request, including organizing a taxi to Luton Airport which included British arrival accuracy in the best tradition.
