Amazing hotel, staff very professional, and ready to help to solve issues. Room club there are amazing shares in 2 floors, with a small sitting room, and small area for eating food o storage in the fridge. Prices are the best in the area, and I use a lot the hotel near by, comperative at them these is more than 4 stars hotel. Thanks to Jeana, one of the receptionist, she welcomed me in very professional way, not common anymore in a lot of hotel. She is very polite and positive person, the right kind of person you need in the front of house of hospitality business.

It was ok. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were tight and you could hear people talking in their rooms which means the walls are super thin. It was comfortable for my short 3 days stay. It was clean so for that i have given 4 stars thou the noise from other rooms not good and the setup of the toilet being so so tight. The toilet is sandwiched between the bath and the wall not a single space in the room i got.

Great location and staff. The bedroom we were given was clean but smaller, there are no space for our 2 medium luggages. Everything in our room was smaller such as our towels and bathroom. I guess an extra large person wouldn"t fit into the shower 😂😅😅. The room that we stayed only suitable for kids lol! If i am not mistaken our room is on level m. We stayed from 20/12/21-22/12/21.

Average hotel - perfectly clean, near Paddington Station. Breakfast was extra (we avoided it at £11.95 per head) and went around the corner to Raffles Cafe (3 min walk). Not the best location if your doing the London touristy visit though as it's bit of a walk to the nearest Tube station (either Paddington Station or Lancaster Gate). Ok if you want to vist Hyde Park.

Booked the hotel through a booking site and when we arrived everything was straightforward and pleasant. They had kindly upgraded us for no reason which was lovely. The room is practical, clean and perfect for what we need. Couple of things that could do with updating but what do you expect when your not paying stupid money. A stayed here for a period of 6 days. The double deluxe room i stayed was a decent one. However, the approach way to the room was too narrow and not easy to reach carrying luggage. Rooms are maintained well. The restrooms are good. Breakfast spread was decent. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Parking options available but limited. Service was okay.

Good location to Winter Wonderland. Our double room was too small and the bed was too small, the bed was a 'small double'. The bar only had canteen type tables and chairs and the only relaxing seats were in the small reception with people constantly coming through the doors. Nice and clean and staff friendly. Bijou rooms, odd bar, but otherwise a comfortable and clean place. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast staff we're a little brusque but not brisk. Good buffet was worth it. If you get a room high up and facing the street then it's a guilty pleasure to people watch across the rooftops and see the little roof gardens and terraces in a lovely area.

Hotel was conveniently located and the room was adequate but a bit small. For a good deal on the room but £20/night for parking was way too steep considering it was just parking on their property out front. Last night there I got back around 2140 and tried to go to the restaurant at about 2145 but was told by someone in the restaurant they were closed yet officially they don't close until 2200. Ended up having my dinner in my room thanks to the front desk staff and the evening doorman.

This is about the fifth time we have stayed in this hotel and always get a wonderful welcome. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We like the layout of the duplex rooms and always find everything to our satisfaction. Gurdeep, Sagar and Anthony require special mention. Breakfast is really good and plenty of selection. We will be back next September for our annual visit.

Me and my son booked this and when we got there we got a upgrade which had 2 double beds £108.00 for 2 for one night.what a bargain. tea coffee. all set up for 4 people, sound proofed,air conditioned, en suite pristine clean.a hair dryer, toiletries a tv..breakfast it said continental extra 15 pound each.it said in the lift 10 pound for a full English breakfast. There is a bar as well. Not to pricey.you don't have to check out til 12. so relaxed.staff very friendly.when we checked out jorge offered to look after our luggage.which we declined.many thanks jorge, fantastic value.would definitely stay again

Looks good in the outside! Unfortunately, it's showing a bit of wear and tear in the rooms. I was there for an overnight for a business trip. A few downsides: uncomfortable bed, really noisy street (Westbourne Terrace) directly outside the window, no iron / ironing board for a crisp shirt the next morning. The hotel boasts a "handy" device - this promises free calls and internet when you're out and about. A great innovation for a hotel - unfortunately the one in my room didn't work! I ensured it was properly on it's charging cradle overnight - it was still dead as a dodo the next morning. Staff are friendly and polite, the shower room was fine (though toiletries are very basic), the room itself was warm and cosy, so not all bad. Passable as a business overnight stay. I certainly wouldn't recommend it for a week's break in London - there are better options near by.

I liked the hotel, but I was expecting a little more beens that it's a 4 star hotel. To me, it was a high 3. The basic rooms are small, you do have an ensuite, tv, coffee/tea and a fridge all in the room. Also the wall are very thin, we heard kids screaming from rooms across the hall and further down the hall, we also got the pleasure of listening to people having sex next door - and they weren't screaming either, more low tone groans could be heard. The cleanliness of the rooms were ok, but there's definitely room for improvement. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are parking at the hotel, this will cost you £20 per night. Which came as a bit of a surprise, as I was not informed until I was checking in. The breakfast was great, buffet breakfast and a good enough selection. Also, there's stairs to the rooms, and only 1 lift. Which isn't enough for the amount of people in the hotel - especially in the morning when people was making their way to breakfast. As I say, overall, there's plenty of things to improve, so that's why I'd give it a 3*. I've stayed in better 3* hotels.

Small hotel in the Hyde park area only about 7 minutes from Paddington station so convenient for airport and to visit London. I was here on business so not convenient at all since the Circle line is permanently broken and it took me 90 minutes to get to Tower Hill and the City. I was in room 127, first floor behind a glass fire door, very small room with an odd moldy smell. It was anyway clean and they did leave amenities to make myself coffee and tea. The bathroom on the other hand was not so clean and so small that you couldn't wash yourself in the basin without pouring water all over yourself. The reception was quite nice. The breakfast is in a read from in the basement and seriously limited but I had a nice yogurt and hot croissant so that's all I need. Would I come back? Probably but. 550 Euros for 3 nights in a 3 start off the beaten track tiny bit so clean hotel was a bit much..

The hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. The food isn't anything to write home about but that's definitely not a huge issue. The rooms are slightly smaller than pictures online may lead you to believe, but they are still comfortable. The lack of a real barrier between sleeping areas can be an issue for anyone who travels with a snorer.

They have some positive as well as negative points. First I will discuss negative points. About description of their hotel, they are dodgy people. At the time reading of their ad you may have impression that are 5 star. But they don't have fridge and bathtub in most of the rooms. They don"t have lift access to some of their rooms. Never, book in with advance payment and non refundable options otherwise they will provide you worst option. The positive is they have many options in Breakfast. So you may able to choose one of your choice. It seems they have some automatic air refreshning system so smells vanish automatically.

Clean rooms but single rooms were awfully small like most of the hotels in London. Some floors are not connected with elevators. No one took care of my luggage. Had to call the front desk at least two times to make something happen.

I had to stay in London on business for three nights so found and booked this hotel online. From the moment I walked in I was politely greeted and upgraded without asking. The room itself was tight for space, but everything was just right. Clean and had recently been painted as I could smell it. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the fixtures and fitting looked new also (Grohe fittings). As I booked with them directly I received a free breakfast each day which was very nice albeit pretty straightforward choices. I'd return here again with my partner to explore London in more depth. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

This isn't decadence, but it's inexpensive and a good choice for a single traveler. I like small and cozy, so take that for what it's worth. The little things mean more than huge elegant rooms. Like the free loaner mobile phone. It's an Android with free local and international calls that can go with you in the tube and help you find the shops your looking for. If you're considering using airbnb, give this place a shot. I spent four nights at airbnb spots this week after having my original "one location for the first four days" cancel on me the day of my flight. Those problems don't happen here. Two snaps and a circle from me!

I am staying here since 18 july and would be flying back to India on 25 july. Hotel is well located near to 2 stations within 10 min walk. Rooms are good and English breakfast is good as well. Not bad for the price, and for London. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good (they had French pressed coffee which always wins points with me). However, a few drawbacks: the hallways, room, and bathroom were all TINY. Almost enough to give us claustrophobia. When you sit down on the toilet, one of the washstand legs is between your knees, literally. That's how compact it is. Also, we called for an iron and ironing board at one point and they said they would send it up, but never did. Still, on the whole, for London accommodations that won't break the bank, this was satisfactory.

The rooms are quite narrow and once you place your luggage space left is too less. Bathrooms again are too small which make it difficult to bath properly. Well but as we went for our breakfast we met mr. anthony and he was a gem of a person. As he came to know we are vegetarian and don’t even take eggs he was on his toes to make us comfortable. He made vegetable sandwich for us that was really very very caring of him. Well I would like to request the hotel to please put some vegetarian options as well as there r only potatoes,tomatoes or fruits to eat for people like us... Last but not the least Mr. Sakar had been extremely helpful in making our check in very smooth and comfortable. There was some misunderstanding at the front desk and he walked in and helped us with all the formalities.. Thanks a lot!!

All the rooms are different sizes and being such some are missing items... we didn't have a small fridge in ours like some of the other guests. Decent breakfast in the restaurant. The furnishings, from the reception to my room to the breakfast room, seem to be completely new. Admittedly, the room was very tight, the bathroom really cramped. But you spend the least amount of time in the room (apart from sleeping). In any case, everything was very clean, tidy and lovingly prepared. The breakfast for just under 12 pounds was perfect, nothing was missing. As mentioned elsewhere, the location is quite convenient. The Central Line is just a few minutes away. Hyde Par and Paddington Station. There are many good restaurants just around the corner. (Original) Die teileweise recht negativen Beurteilungen für dieses Hotel irritierten mich zunächst. Das Frühstück für knapp 12 Pfund war einwandfrei, es fehlte nichts. Wie schon anderweitig erwähnt, ist die Lage recht günstig. Man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der Central-Line. dem Hyde-Par und der Paddington-Station. Gleich um die Ecke findet man viele gute Lokale.

On entend ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres et j'ai été réveillé deux matins à 5h par des clients quittant l'hôtel. Le chauffage : j'ai eu froid chaque nuit (il faudrait au moins rajouter des couettes ou couvertures) Le fait que certains employés ne parlent pas bien anglais. Au petit déjeuner ils devaient faire répéter certains clients anglais car ils ne comprenaient pas ce qu'ils voulaient !
