Lovely stay, wish it could have been longer. Staff nice and friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice bonus. Fridge, microwave. Lots of full size mirrors, plenty of plug sockets. Lovely hairdryer that you didn't have to break your finger holding the on switch down! Will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and it is great value for money. The location is great - just minutes from the Tube station and lots of shops nearby. The staff are always very attentive and friendly and make you feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and a good size for London. We have always enjoyed our stays here and look forward to going back in the future.

Well located at the heart of London and within a lovely area of Kensington.
The service from the staff here was great. Called reception a few times and they are very helpful in solving our queries.
The rooms are ok. Looks a bit outdated (as does the hotel) but keeps in age with the flat screen TV. Size wise it's quite small, but for the price and the location I guess it is standard. Beds were comfortable and plenty of shower gels, shampoos etc.
The initial disappointment struck when I found out that the bar was closed. But no big deal. Second, the provision of a bar of soap as opposed to a hand soap in the liquid form is the weird and gave off an impression of tackiness. Finally, and perhaps the biggest disappointment was the lack of sound proofing. The couple next door and above our room decided to get busy. Fair play. But to hear the moaning, the springs of the bed and the stuff being throwing on to the floor was not ideal for when I was trying to doze off.

Hotel was amazing, I put a comment in to say it was mine and my partners anniversary. They decorated the room so lovely! Went above and beyond expectations, we will 100% defiantly be returning. Staff all so welcoming, helpful and friendly! Clean room, very comfortable bed. Thank you so much😀

Spent a night here with my wife for my birthday and it was wonderful. The staff was nice enough to place champagne and roses on the bed. We were both surprised by the friendliness of the staff and attention to detail. You can not find a better hotel in the area at an affordable price.

Great Location, had one issue with our luggage - we arrived early and the room was not ready which was fine but when it did come to check in it took over 30 mins to get our luggage to which I had to chase and finally located our luggage. Apart from that issue the Rooms are bigger than usual for London. Manager went above and beyond for us to make sure everything else was how it was supposed to be. Breakfast selection was OK. Will definitely be returning when in the area.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review online before but I feel I have to for this hotel. The original plan for our holiday was for me and my girlfriend to go to Amsterdam then London. A week before we were suppose to leave the Netherlands went into lockdown. We decided to go to London early and find a hotel last minute and we booked here.
This hotel is perfect for the price. A clean room, a nice staff and a fair price close to multiple public transportation options. We’re staying with my partners family now but if we didn’t have this option I’d be happy to have spent my whole holiday at this hotel

Our new, go-to place during London visits!
Nice Kensington neighborhood within walking distance of nearby Earl’s Court underground station. Comfortable rooms, restaurant all fairly priced.
Best part is the staff…Karina & Elis went above and beyond helping us and were emblematic of a very friendly team at the Park Grand London Kensington. Terrific place.
A.
Quite good. Can’t complain for the pricing.
Some stains in the carpet, dirty shower head, empty mini fridge
Strangely the key cards have no information on them - they’re just blank
A very small stairwell, and thin duvets too.
But a large, well-lit bathroom, and all the other amenities expected from a 4-star hotel.
A. T.
Pro's: the hotel's heating system works, the staff is friendly, the room's accomodating, central location (only a few minutes away from the subway).
Con's: the rooms are incredibly small & there's basic stuff missing from the room (like a toilet brush). If you plan on *NOT* staying indoors & mostly visiting, then it's a good choice, otherwise, if you're looking to relax indoors, I recommend a different hotel OR that you request a bigger room.
L. S.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Rooms were small but very clean and well presented. Good shower. I hate hot hotel rooms, and this was easy to adjust the temp. Also our window could be opened enough for fresh air. On a relatively quiet street

Great hotel, perfect location. The staff are really friendly. We had to stay an extra night due to Storm Eunice and we're delighted that we're staying here a little longer.

Really friendly staff. Nice room. Huge bath! All the amenities you need, microwave, tea/coffee, fridge...very clean. Spotless. Very comfortable bed. Great location, just up the road from earls court tube. The menu looked really good but I didn't have a chance to try. Great price. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of pubs and restaurants etc really close by.

Good hotel, close to the underground station. served my purpose for 1 night with easy access to the airport via Piccadilly line, room was a bit small but clean and comfortable.
D. B.
Great location, station just a couple of minutes away and lots of shops/ restaurants/ attractions near by. Staff were amazing, upgraded our room and rang to check we were happy once we had settled into our room- sent chocolates and wine down as we were celebrating a birthday! Breakfast was lovely- would definitely stay again!
L. H.
Soon as we got there, the reception staff were welcoming, then was upgraded to a better room with microwave etc. and breakfast was fantastic too, it’s a shame we only stayed one night. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in April.
A.
They stay at the hotel was pleasent. Staff are friendly, pleasent, and considerate to questions at all time.
The restaurant could be better as small accommodations were not met food was ok but the restaraunt does not meet the level the hotel gives.
Would defo attend again but feel the restaraunt was a let down
C. C.
One night stay......nice check in staff....check in was delayed by two hours (linen issue)....we stayed in the 00 rooms....quick note for the owners...the carpets in that section really need a deep clean.
Room was nicely decorated...bathroom was a bit small, very nice shower.
Enough storage.
The onsite restaurant has just been taken over:
I had burger & chips....as nice as anything you get in TGI, Harvester etc.
The Indian selection could be bigger.
Breakfast buffet was fairly good....eggs cooked to order which was a nice touch.
Tea was weak......but very pleasant staff.
I would stay again.

So I've given it 5* due to the excellent staff - very friendly efficient and helpful plus a free room upgrade and excellent location but have to note there were a few issues - WiFi didn't appear to work, nor did the plug in the sink. Light switches had a life of their own but worst was a very bright green LED that you couldn't switch off. Staff did offer to come up in middle of night to tape it over but we didn't really want that at 4am. Breakfast again variable - excellent coffee, good bacon, freshly cooked eggs but cheap sausages and orange juice from concentrate and no fruit other than tinned peaches. Even so we enjoyed our stay the excellent service and comfortable air conditioned room made up for the other issues ..
K. A.
Great service. Warm welcome from reception
Clean rooms.
The only let down is the hotel restaurant in the evening. That area needs a shake up.
Once this is sorted I would give it 5 stars.

Had a lovely stay for my birthday! Had the room upgraded for free and a bottle of wine and chocolates on the bed! Was one of my best hotel experiences! All the staff where so friendly and went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back there again soon!
S. G.
Incredibly staff, room and hotel! Would definitely come here again.
Overall 10/10, thank you so much.

A great hotel, affordable, good location, very friendly staff, my room was a good size, lovely and clean. We mentioned during check in that we were in London to celebrate our anniversary and the staff sent some lovely items to out room, including a hand written card, wishing us a happy anniversary celebration, (thank you Nini, Karina and Alex, that was very thoughtful and sweet).
I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be going back.

We have just stayed here for 2 nights. The room was a good size and clean, all the staff are great and always looking to offer help or assistance in any way. We had breakfast here on our last day it was good quality and great value, and made us wish we had breakfast here on our first morning aswell. This place is in a great location, but the staff make this somewhere i will return to when im back in London.
H.
We stayed for 5 nights in a double room with breakfast for about £105 per night. The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean. It is about a 20 min walk from the museums and barely 5 mins from Earl's court tube. There are free bottles of water in the rooms which are provided daily.
However, the restaurant says 100% halal but that does not include the breakfast. There are limited breakfast options - not much in the way of fresh fruit. There is an omelette bar but extras are charged. Our first morning, there was little water pressure in the shower. It was fixed but the second morning there was water coming from the ceiling above the toilet which meant we could not use the bathroom. They could not fix it, so we had to move room. Also, there was no wifi for any of the days and only freeview tv.
The manager has offered to upgrade our room the next time we stay but not sure we will be back.

2nd stay at this hotel. Great location a short walk to the tube station. All staff friendly rooms are great size and clean.

We arrived at the grand park hotel Kensington London on Friday 22nd of October 2021 to celebrate 🍾 our 10th wedding anniversary the staff made us feel welcome & decorated our room with balloons & heart Swan & chocolate in a box on our bed would like to thank them very much. Will recommend to friends & family.
k. r.
Great hotel and 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station. Lots of international restaurants close by.
We also eat at the hotel the food and the service was fantastic. Will definitely stop here again.
J. H.
The staff were amazing. The hotel and room were spotless. The onsight restaurant was excellent. The location was really good

I had an mazing experience here. Nice room, friendly staff, and good location. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

UPDATE #2 Oct 2021
On our arrival our first thoughts were, wow! A well presented, modern hotel, with a red carpet leading up to the front door. A member of staff by the door offered to help us with our bags up the steps.
The staff were professional and friendly. The foyer was tastefully decorated with a nice jazz piano soundtrack playing softly in the background.
We had lunch at the Indian Resturant in the hotel. The staff were very attentive, with one gentleman offering to take a photo of both of us without being prompted. The food was very fresh and tasty. The portion sizes were perfect, not too much.
This trip was a second attempt after we booked a trip last year, but had a few issues. As a result of our feedback, we were offered a further stay at a discounted rate, with a room upgrade and free breakfast. We noticed that the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
On our arrival in our room, there was a complimentary bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. There was also a card welcoming us for our stay. It's these little touches that made our stay extra special.
The breakfast provided was tasty & fresh, and there was ample choice of foods.
Our only slight issue with the stay was that the WiFi did not work. We logged on as instructed, and it stated that we were connected to the network, but were were unable to view anything online. We ended up using our mobile data for the entire stay.
The room was serviced to a high standard. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There were ample amenities provided within the room including a microwave, a mini fridge and plenty of toiletries.
On our departure the staff were lovely and professional, and even offered us a bottle of water for our journey.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Park Grand Kensington, and we would happily recommend it to others.
UPDATE # 1 Nov 2020:
We had a very apologetic telephone call from the manager who was most helpful. He apologised for the service provided, supplied an explanation, and offered a discounted rate for a future stay with a room upgrade and other extras added on.
I was most impressed by the efficient and courteous service received from the manager. Thank you for making the effort and taking the time to rectify the situation. We look forward to planning our next stay here!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We booked this hotel way in advance for a nice weekend away for some down time and a bit of sight seeing.
We rung up 4 days prior to check in to confirm the booking. That's when we were told that the hotel was currently under going deep cleaning due to the pandemic and that it was likely that it wouldn't be ready for our stay in 4 days time. They said they would move us to their Paddington Hotel.
We appreciate that in a pandemic it is vital to maintain a high level of cleanliness, therefore the deep clean of the hotel was not the issue.
We were both left very angry when our plans were thrown up in the air. We picked the hotel because of it's close location to many of the sights we wanted to see. If we had known that the Park Grand Kensington would be unavailable for that weekend then we would have booked a different hotel nearby.
Our main issue was that had we not phoned up to confirm 4 days prior to check in, we never would have known that we could not stay there.
When we questioned the staff on this, they stated that they had planned to let the guests for the weekend know that they could not stay 2 DAYS prior to booking in.
That is unacceptable.
To find other accommodation in Kensington with 2 DAYS notice is very expensive and an uneccessary stress.
It's such a shame, as we were looking forward to our stay, but now we shall avoid this hotel for our next London stay.
We have cancelled our reservation with Park Grand Kensington, and have chosen a more suitable hotel nearby. We are very disappointed.

Room was lovely breakfast was lovely the only thing that let it down a tiny bit was my freind ordered the fish and half of it was raw.
L. R.
Good value for money. Nice breakfast included would stay here again. Had a good night's sleep

We stayed there a few years ago and have been meaning to write a review because it really left a wonderful memory about our experience in London. We went with our 18 month old and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! (Crib extra blanket, and even a teddy bear). The breakfast buffet was delicious and we ordered dinner there, the Indian food was fantastic! I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel!
K. P.
An extremely clean hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast's are first class and the bar prices are very reasonable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
M. B.
Lovely welcoming staff. Room comfortable, good size, clean and great bed. Excellent value. Super location for museums and access to underground. Super restaurants around.
C. S.
4 stars as shower has major fault. Aper format that absolutely amazing price staff and rooms. Couldn't fault in any way way so ever apart from the shower they'd installed a bigger head but not bigger drainage.. After about 5 mins it poors out into bathroom :) small I know but 4 stars. Would be 5 else and I'd still be coming back here again for sure!!
F. P.
It was an amazing experience. Some kids made noise and we asked to move rooms. They accommodated without any question and with a great smile. Food was great, rooms were great, staff was awesome, breakfast was worth it!! And perfectly located, right in the center of the action inLondon

Good location, near Earl court train station. Food is quite easily accessible. My wife and I had a great stay there in 2017.

Thank you. Mira. Arpan karina.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff and nice clean although small rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely room, clean, well-represented, quiet, comfortable.

Really nice quiet hotel, brilliant and friendly staff. Will stay here again. 3 Minute walk to Earls Court Station. The front of house are superb.

Excellent afternoon tea and very reasonably priced

Very nice hotel great services will be 100% using them again

Charming staff made for a memorable stay.
Very clean. Superb location.

Unfortunately we had booked this hotel well in advance for a birthday getaway and were unable to stay as the hotel said they had no other guests and would not take us in. We were offered another 'sister' hotel, however reviews on that page showed many customers did not enjoy their stay. Really wish we could have stayed at Park Grand.
K. D.
Service, service, service. Always prompt, always smiling. Yes, the rooms are small as most London hotel rooms are. They upgraded me into a club room when I didn't like the first one, inspite of me being a single traveler. The housekeeping service was found lacking on one occasion, but on complaining was sorted out immediately. All the requests from housekeeping to room service are routed through their reception, and it works! And very efficiently at that. I stayed here a week, lots of eating joints nearby and Earls Court underground a really short walk away. The Indian restaurant they have served authentic Indian food. This hotel was a last minute choice for me, but I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely visit again.
f. s.
Mira was absolutely amazing. She made us feel so comfortable and arranged another room within minutes when we requested. Definitely will visit again
M. B.
The hotel location is amazing nearby the station and the hotel is staff is friendly
D. P.
For the price, this has to be one of the best hotels in London. To say the staff was friendly would be a massive understatement. All front desk and porter staff were super friendly and patient to explain all hotel amenities. Room was spacious, clean and very well stocked. The free wine and snacks were also a much appreciated bonus! My room was quiet and dark at night, so paired with the comfy bed I had a great night sleep. The location is super convenient for Earls Court as it's steps from the tube so it's super easy to get anywhere in London or to LHR. Definitely will stay here again my next time in London!
H. E.
The hotel is really comfortable and nice. It is only a short walk to the subway at Earls Court. The room is quiet and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and since we got The club room we actually have a king sized bed. The staff are more than friendly and have given us the best stay. They have taken extremely good care of us and needs. The room was decorated for our anniversary, along with chocolate dipped strawberries and a small heart shaped box off chocolates. Then we even got a small dessert to share this morning at breakfast in the restaurant. Love this place and if ever back here in London we will definitely stay here... Special thanks to front desk staff Karina and Jesus... Awesome place to stay... Heather Elliott and Al Massey from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
A. B.
Fantastic hotel, comfy bed . Staff very friendly
R. H.
We had such a lovely stay at this quaint hotel! Great location in cute neighborhood just blocks from the tube. We had a room on the 5th floor with an awesome view. The friendly and amazing staff graciously decorated our room for our anniversary, which was a wonderful unexpected surprise! The room was on the smaller side, but was nicely equipped and had A/C, which helped us feel more comfortable on the hot days. We never tried the breakfast or in-house restaurant, but the menu looked good. All in all, a great stay! Would highly recommend.
J. E.
Large comfy bed, short walk to tube station, friendly staff and clean room
A. W.
Great hotel with very helpful and smiley staff who genuinely seem to be happy at work. Room was very nice and clean, a tad small you have to squeeze past the bed and table. We visited the hotel for our anniversary and we were left a bottle of red and chocolates with a card from staff on the bed which was a very nice touch. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Would defiantly use again.
S. L.
Really looked after us, excellent room and customer service
F. K.
Many thanks for making our stay at your hotel memorable. We were so elated when we saw the bed decorated with roses, a swan, and chocolates. It was an extra special touch to the fabulous customer experience Park Grand Kensington provided. Every staff member we encountered was a pleasure to interact with. We will be returning to your hotel next time we visit London and will be recommending your hotel to others. Thank you again!!!
E. L.
Perfectly situated in london, rooms are clean and spacious, and staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a really good stay!
A. C.
We had an amazing experience! The staff was absolutely lovely, the beds were extremely comfortable, the water pressure was great and everything was very clean. We also told them it was my birthday, and they surprised us with decorations in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.
M. E.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff & doormen, good facilities, a TV, great shower, air conditioning, free wifi and free bottled water/tea & coffee/fruit/newspapers. Absolutely loved that each room offers a free android smartphone, specifically designed with London tourists in mind, that you can take out and about with you - access to Google maps, free calls & texts, city guide, etc. However, we did request a room with 2 single beds and were given a double bed, which was a little small and the mattress transmitted every movement made. One improvement that the hotel could make is to allow guests to request NO clean towels/new toiletries - even though we only stayed 2 nights, our towels were washed and our barely-used bar of soap replaced. As more and more comes to light about this country’s devastating use of energy & power it would be great to be able to save energy and packaging where possible! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
S. M.
This was a nice place to stay and in an area with a lot of food choices and shopping. We got off the train and only walked a few blocks. We were greeted and felt welcomed. One of the staff brought us to our room and carried our luggage for us. The room was a nice size. We enjoyed eating at the on site restaurant that had reasonable priced food and it was good. I would stay here again!
C. D.
From entering to leaving, the staff are superb. Nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile. The room was large and very clean with everything you might want from a well lit shower to an ironing board and steam iron. Kettle and drinks facility and a huge TV, queen size bed and a very peaceful nights sleep even with the windows open. Breakfast has everything you would expect from full English to Continental and lovely staff to help you enjoy it. We will be going again very soon.
M. J.
Good location, fair price and very friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable, only complaint is that the room was a touch small
L. C.
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff who can't do enough for you. We are in the restaurant one evening. The fish and chips were absolutely delicious. The only thing that let it down for me was that our room was incredibly small and there was a lot of creaking floorboards early every morning??!! Would definately go back though as it's location was ideal. 3 minute walk from earls court tube station and 20 minutes walk to the museum's and the royal Albert hall.
G. B.
Rather lovely hotel with comfortable and modern rooms. The room has a microwave which is a plus for me. I asked for slippers and the house keeping was happy to bring me one. The food was tasty. The bathroom was amazing, the bathroom had a floor heating button which heated the floor. Though I had issues with turning the heating on they have came few times to fix it for me which I am grateful about. I would definitely recommend this place.
P. S.
Excellent hotel, location is very good if you are a tourist. All London Attractions are near by. Nearest tube station Earl's Court is about 250 meter from hotel. Rooms are very good with all amenities. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They also have some Indian items in restaurant menu.
N. P.
It's a very nice place to stay, the room is very modern with drinks, a microwave, of course there's a safety lock and the best part it's that there a telephone for service. I've been to more than 100 hotels and this is one of the best hotel that I've been to for now. And there is lots more! Sadly there's no pool. So I highly recommend this hotel to everybody😀
S. S.
Staying the weekend. We were given a basement room. The room was of a good standard, slightly small but well furnished and comfortable. The sound insulation between the rooms however is poor. It's very easy to be disturbed by other guests. The breakfast is good with a wide selection of choices.
L. G.
Upon checking in to checking out after a 5 night stay at this fabulously located hotel, nothing was a problem. Niyata and the team ensured our stay was memorable. The room on the 4th floor that overlooked Hogarth St was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Ivan and Sergio were great in assisting with luggage and anything we required. Highly recommend 😊
L. P. J.
The staff was very accommodating. Location was central to the tube and other necessities, and tucked away from the city noise and commotion. Rooms were tidy and modern - they had a US outlet option (definitely a pleasant surprise!). Due to our long stay, they offered to upgrade us to one of the largest rooms (no charge). Would recommend and would visit again!
V. W.
Amazing Indian afternoon tea! Came here with a voucher and from walking in everything has been perfect. The food is wonderful, great flavours, and a lovely mix. Staff have been friendly and attentive, i like the faux grass table runners and the choice of tea. My dietary requirements were taken care of and the whole thing ran like clockwork. I'm seriously thinking of coming again next weekend.
A. R.
Great place to stay. The only issue we had was the noise that house cleaning made Sunday morning
J. W.
Lovely hotel, great staff. Great bar. Didnt try the food but it looked great. Spa and pool. Loads of restaurants and interesting things close by too. You aren't that close to central london so thats a draw back but the is an overground station right behind the hotel.
G. S.
We stayed at the Park Grand the first week in April 2019. What a wonderful location, central to everything we wanted to do in London. The suite was great, the staff was great and very welcoming. They always greeted us by our names as we came back each time. One of the great things about the hotel was the heated floor. We will be installing one at home. Thank you for making our stay in London one to remember. We will be back.

This is a very delayed review but had to rave about this hotel! I’m sorry i didn’t do it sooner. I stayed here in late 2019 and had just the loveliest time, for a start the rooms were super reasonably priced for the size and clean (I mean spotless)- but what really made the difference was the staff, they might be the best staff I’ve ever encountered! I had flown over to celebrate an early birthday with my family, the staff had asked the reason for my stay and I explained it was a short holiday to celebrate and they went above and beyond, I checked in but couldn’t go to my room until 2 as I’d arrived early and when I got to the room for the first time I was greeted with balloons and cake and petals! It was honestly so thoughtful and it made me smile a great deal! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, it made the trip one I wont forget! (Thank you especially to Massimo, Hiyati, Narcisa and Jesus- legends!)

Lovely stay, clean, well run hotel. Good food, great breakfast and a good deal. It was well placed and the staff are very welcoming, we will definitely return, thanks you
A. W.
What can I say, excellent service all round.! Hotels location is great, easy access to bars, restaurants and tube. Hotel is immaculately clean and staff attitude and commitment to guests is perfect. We stayed in a club room which was very spacious. Shower was the best I have had - silly thing but obviously maintained well as no blocked jets which makes a difference!! 15 mins taxi to Paddington station (£13). Will be booking again next month.!
K. S.
Excellent Hotel, all the staff is extremely helpful. There are many local bakeries and restaurants nearby. Less then 300 ft. away is Earl's court train station which is the best way to get around and into downtown London and nearby locations. I stayed at another hotel just down the street and the staff wasn't as nearly as helpful as this hotel which makes all the difference in my book and stay. I would stay here again and recomend this hotel to my friends and family.
A. H.
Very nice modern and clean hotel and it is in a very convenient location the underground station is less than a minute away
M.
I cannot praise this Hotel highly enough
We booked a Club Double Room for five nights.
Due to a cancelled flight, we arrived a day later AND without our luggage.
The Hotel didn't charge us for the first night (although they were notified of our delay only at 10 PM !)
The staff was fantastic, and helped us in every possible way. Warm, friendly and professional.
The room was comfortable and spacious (for London standards), very clean and with several amenities. From the wine bottles, to the electric kettle, clothes iron and ironing board etc...
Very comfortable beds.
Other plus points:
- great location: some 150 m from Earls Court Picadilly Line, it is a perfect base to visit London. Central, lively, full of shops and restaurants and at the same time quiet enough.
(direct connection from Heathrow)
- very good breakfast buffet,
- quiet street, even with open windows
But again, the feature that impressed us most is the friendliness and gentleness staff. This contributed in a significant way to the enjoyment of our stay in London.
For our next visit to London, we already know where to book :-)
Thank you to all the Staff.

I called to say it was my friends birthday when she was staying in London. The manager on duty (Alex) said they'd take care of it and put something nice in her room to welcome her and decorate the room. How sweet was that?
Anyway she just sent me photos and the hotel went all out for her - such incredible customer service. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
She was so touched!
Thank you, thank you, Park Grand London, Kensington

I came here for Afternoon Tea with my family and partner. The food was pretty nice and the decor was okay but there are definitely better places to go.
There was a large party there just before us and we were told our food would be "a few minutes." Over an hour later we still had no food and nobody had come to apologise or come to let us know what was going on with our food. We spoke with the manager and the problem was sorted within 15 minutes. We were also given complimentary prosecco and some more sandwiches with our Afternoon Tea which was great.
All in all, not a dreadful experience but the service and communication definitely needs a lot of work.
P. G.
We visited the Hotel on Saturday the 5th of May to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and my wifes Birthday. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been any nicer if they had tried. The room was decorated beautifully and we had a wonderful experience over the weekend. Top class service.
T. M.
Kanisha on reception was very polite and helpful as was the night ***ager as I wanted to order breakfast in my room. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful ,we felt like very special guests. She's a great asset for the hotel, great customer skills.
J.
The room was very comfortable and decorated very tastefully - shower and bathroom were excellent and the breakfast was perfectly fine for what you pay for. The staff really make this place and they couldn't do enough for you. A couple of downsides: the air con in our room wasn't working and it was very warm out, we were told at reception that they have maintenance staff on site so it could have been looked at to be fair but it was very late at night when we got in and realised. The second and a bit bigger gripe was that the staff in the kitchen didnt know that their sausages were not gluten free, and as a coeliac that could have resulted in my being very ill. The chef even told me it was gluten free but thankfully a member of the waiting staff interjected before I ate any of it.
L. D.
Cozy hotel where the employees are all nice. We felt home and welcome.
The rooms are well furnished, quiet and clean.
The breakfast is good but I would have loved real orange juice instead of that bad quality juice they have.
S. T.
When we arrived to the place we were told that we got a complimentary upgrade of the room, which was exciting at the time. When we got to the room we were in the basement with no windows. We felt like we are trapped and we did not pay for this. So we went back and told them downgrade us abd give us our normal room back. They did give us a room with a window which was much better and now we could enjoy our stay in London. We also got a complimentary breakfast which was very nice. Hotel was located close to metro so it was easy to get to the places.

Better than most London hotels we've stayed in but not without flaws...cons-really small bed, weird background buzz in the room that we couldn't find where it came from, no bathrobe or hot chocolate in room. Pros-very clean and modern, close to earls ct tube, area has lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. Will stay again but will get a superior room next time. Oh and all staff were exceptionally lovely, thank you :)
R. I.
Brilliant boutique hotel wth a very modern twist to your stay. Try to avoid the rooms below due to limited network. Reception is warm and friendly. Location is awesome to get around the Earls court area. Price made a whole lot of sense compared to those around with less sophistication. Stayed a night but wished I could stay more.
Z. P.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are somewhat small if you're used to American hotel rooms but about normal for London. On a quiet street that has a few good pubs nearby. Earl's Court station is just a few minutes walking away, and you can get to anywhere you'd want to visit from there.

Fabulous, warm welcome from all the staff and lovely surprise in our room for my birthday....how lovely. Would highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable rooms..with comfy beds. Perfect for a stay in London👍
M. K. N. M.
The location was great but rooms are a bit cramped. Breakfast layout was not halal friendly as pork products such as sausages we in a tray next to mushrooms which deterred many.
T. F.
What a gem ! This hotel is a great location , easy access to the Museums ,Buckingham Palace and Covent Garden.
Really clean rooms , exceptional comfortable beds and friendly staff. Karina , Maya, Arpana &Narosa gave us a fantastic welcome. Lovely surprises for my birthday. Highly recommend this hotel , the breakfast and dinner were fab , we will definitely be returning. Thankyou for a great stay . Tracy & Graham Fitzsimmons

This hotel is in a nice location, just minutes from Earl's Court, and my room was nice, warm and clean. Staff at reception is kind and helpful. However my review is just average because of 3 reasons: 1) breakfast is cheap in price (10 pounds if booked in the hotel; do not book on line; they literally told me it is cheaper there; on line it was quoted 12 pounds) but cheap also in quantity and quality is definitely just average; 2) Internet is very slow most of the time; I had to use very frequently my data roaming or my mobile hot spot; even surfing news or updating apps was a problem; this is unacceptable; 3) I tried to order a taxi with credit card payment at the reception but it was impossible ("our taxi company does not accept credit card"). Also unacceptable; I ended up going with Uber.

Just had a fantastic 4 day stay at the Park Grand Kensington where the staff were so helpful and attentive in particular the 3 girls on reception Oriana,Mariana and Alex. We were celebrating our first anniversary and this was made very special for us to remember. The location is fantastic for the tube at Earls Court with only a short walk to the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good value for money, we were also offered a free complimentary breakfast with cake. Will certainly come back to this hotel again when we visit London in the future.

Awesome staff! Professional, friendly, efficient! Breakfast buffet needs some expansion but food is tasty. Room was devine!! (But move the 'old' chair to the desk and get rid of the small chair.. it creates way more space in the room!!) Overall:Highly recommended
T. M.
As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by polite and helpful staff. At breakfast we noticed the cooks kept mixing milk into the scrambled egg which is fine but not to the extent it becomes a milk rather than egg flavour, just add more eggs. Would highly recommend this venue and will return myself.
M. M.
Clean and peaceful.. the staff are friendly and accomodating.. also the location is just a few mins away from sainsbury..
T. M.
Quiet hotel too on an excellent location nearby Earl's Court. We were checked by supervisor Valerie who gave us a lovely room on the fifth floor and was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning consists of a buffet with a great selection of tasty food perfect to fuel you for a day of trekking around London.
J. H.
Staff very helpful and a lovely breakfast . Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. The disabled bathroom had dirty tiles and the hair dryer was covered in someone's hair. Also the lights would only turn off by taking the key card out of the socket as the switches by the bed wouldn't work. Paid quite a lot for a 'deluxe triple room for myself and my two daughters. A little surprised to find a 'deluxe' camp bed The pictures on the website seemed to indicate hat there'd be ample proper beds in the room. £215 to sleep in a camp bed? Not impressed.
O. O.
A very serene environment to stay in. Good breakfast and absolutely friendly staff. I was there with family and we all enjoyed our stay and and complimentary fruits, chocolate, water tea and biscuit. I haven't been that impressed in a long time
C. C.
Room was nice and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs could have been a bit nicer but there was a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too, close Earls Court Station, local shops and restaraunts.
J. B.
Fantastic hotel. The customer service is so good, it's as good as I've ever experienced. The room was very well equipped, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.
m. l.
Cream tea was average. Scones were more like stones, despite being seemingly baked in house. Service was nice, friendly and accommodating. Sandwiches were Massive. Not typical finger sandwich size. Would have been nice to have an outdoor area to sit on a nice day.
A. B.
Stayed here during my honeymoon. The staff was very accommodating and the location was amazing. Only about a 2 minute walk to the tube and a few good coffee shops. I could not recommend this place enough.
T. M.
The location of the hotel was very convenient for Earl's Court tube station. We had no window and were situated in the basement, unlike the picture showed. We found the staff very helpful. A little noise from the neighbours opposite on a Saturday night even though windows double glazed-they were entertaining.
H. W. B.
Really lovely surprise to find this hotel hidden away but so close to Earls Court tube station. The staff were exemplary in their customer service and the room was well presented with everything needed for a short stay. Will definitely be going back.
A. K.
Great staff and helpful. Breakfast was pretty ok but limited choice. Room was down in basement area even though it was a superior room but good in size. Bed unfortunately was really bad and very soft... had a terrible nights sleep.
K. J.
Rooms great, staff great! Centrally located in quiet mansion block. Food ok, they do an English afternoon tea: 3 choices. Must reserve tea and breakfast buffet in advance. The only problem was spotty air conditioning that we couldn't regulate. On multiple occaisions it was 84º in our room.
M. G.
For 100£/night we had a very nice and modern twin-bed bedroom.
The bathroom was very clean and modern as well.
The people at the welcome desk were very helpful.
It's located very close to the Earls Court station (5mins walking distance) and there is everything you need nearby.
P.
Nice boutique hotel, 10 minutes walk from Earl's Court St , All Reception Staffs were very helpful and friendly, free hot beverages and eclair in the lobby, quiet a spacious room, clean, tidy and provide essentials item we need. Will definitely be back.
K. S.
The best hotel I have ever stayed at !! From the friendly cleaning ladies to the the above and beyond front desk girls who were so kind and helpful !! What a great location and just seconds from the Earl's Court Train station. We will definitely be returning to this hotel every time we visit London !!
M. O.
Good location, very convenient for Earls Court tube station which is literally at the end of the road, 2 or 3 minutes walk away. Despite this however, the street itself is quiet.
We stayed in one of the larger rooms (not the most expensive but not the cheapest either) - pricier than the Premier Inn or Travelodge nearby but certainly a lot more space for the money (the standard rooms not so much maybe judging by other reviews). Definitely room to swing a cat! Room was on the second floor overlooking the street and we didn't hear much noise from inside or outside.
Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Room well equipped with everything you'd need, minibar (ridiculously overpriced so best avoided) with fridge, microwave, kettle etc, large TV on wall opposite bed with freeview channels.
For the price and the 4 star rating you expect luxury and attention to detail but I wouldn't quite call this a luxury hotel. It's certainly a decent hotel and I would probably go back, but it was let down in a few small areas for us at least.
The window in our room wouldn't shut properly and obviously needed repairing but the member of staff (handyman) who came to look at it didn't seem bothered and told us it was 'no problem'. When I said I was concerned about possible street noise he didn't seem to understand (his English seemed fairly poor) and told us to turn up the temperature on the air con!?! We ended up stuffing tissues round the gap and in the end it wasn't really a problem but you expect better than that in the first place really.
The toilet had no lid which isn't very hygeinic when flushing, and the bathroom was set up for full disabled access which is great if you're disabled but we aren't so not quite so ideal (very high toilet with tiny low sink right next to it, handrails, emergency pull-cord etc. Large wetroom style ahower area with very low shower. Nowhere to hang bath towels (just one small handrail for hand/face towels) and one of the towels had definitely seen better days and felt like sandpaper.
Despite these quibbles we enjoyed our stay but I do expect more for £170 a night really, even if it is in the middle of London.
P. S.
The room is amazing, big comfy bed and bathroom. All the extras like microwave and a mini bar (though I didn't get into that) a few minutes from Earls Court station and best of all its quiet. The staff are great, all helpful and friendly. Would come back again.
K. N.
Nice little hotel with friendly efficient and courteous staff. Beds are really comfortable and rooms are well equipped and set out. Hotel is quiet and location is good.
P. R.
Earls Court is going through an interesting time as they demolish the legendary exhibition and event spaces, and this means hotels in the area are working harder I think. PGLK has some quite compelling deals and benefits.
It's a fairly modern building in an area with a lot of converted townhouse hotels. It's down a street where some properties need a bit of love - initially I was wary that it might be rough overnight, but actually it was a lovely little enclave with some great value restaurants on the little land just behind it - for instance a £12.50 3 course prix fixe French bistro. That's great value for London. You can walk to Kensington in about 15 mins, Olympia in 20.
The reception was friendly and helpful, and put me straight when I confused room 009 for 09 (yep, really!). I'm sure they get that a lot... Puzzling layout so accept the offer of being shown to your room if suggested!
Room was small (it's a London hotel, rooms are small in general) but I've had smaller, and it was well appointed with some comp water and fruit, good TV, spacious shower, AC and heating, etc. Even had a microwave, which is certainly not usual and was a nice touch if you're staying a while. Seemed to be well cleaned, which is essential for me.
If I was staying in the area again, I'd be quite happy to return.
J. D.
The room wasn't the best. It smelled weird. the bed sagged on one side, which made my back hurt. The was no elevator to the bottom floor, which is where my room was located. The a/c barely worked, it turned on and blew some air, but it wasn't the temperature that the thermostat was set to. There was no TV remote. The breakfast was subpar, all the fruit, yogurt, and juices were warm.
V. C.
Located a very short walk from Earl's Court Tube Station. Lots of restaurant's nearby. Nice Boutique property with nice complimentary welcome touch in the rooms - fruit and water. Friendly check-in reception. Would stay there again
S. W.
Very clean hotel in a great location close to the underground. Smallish rooms but fine for a business trip. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Only had breakfast in the restaurant but it was also excellent.
W. G.
Nice and well equipped rooms with comfy beds. Staff has all been very helpful and friendly. Location is quiet but somewhat far from tourist attractions, but in walking distance of Imperial College.
p. m.
Staff are brilliant, go above and beyond
Can't wait to come back again.
Food in the restaurant is of the highest quality, try the fish curry..amazing!!
If staying in London there is no where else to stay AAAAA+++++
D. H.
Lovely hotel but not so great views. The rooms are lovely, with a nice shower, big TV and comfy bed. Unfortunately we were on the basement level and the room didn't even have windows!
m. p.
It's good if you can get a deal on the room rate by booking direct with the hotel. Avoid basement rooms. Breakfast is unimaginative. 'Full English' is boring if you stay in hotels as much as I do and should be cooked to order: it doesn't keep well. Hotel is clean, rooms well-equipped, if on the small side, staff keen to please.
L. F.
It was good ! Easy to go around .
J. L.
So so impressed with staff in hotel. They are the best hotel ever. They are complete package all on one place. I stayed at high prices hotels in the past and not aware close to the special treatments at Park Grand London Kensington. What a find!
R. G.
This hotel was great. The staff were the most amazing group of people, so friendly, so helpful it made the first few days of a long trip very easy.
L. B.
My wife & i just stayed 3nts at Grand Park Kensington London Hotel. Room was clean & comfortable & staff were courteous & accommodating. Breakfast had many choices as well. Location is terrific, just quick 3 minutes walk to Earl’s Court station, which have the District & Piccadilly lines. You can take the Piccadilly to Earl’s Court station from Heathrow airport & back. Neighborhood is quiet & felt really safe. Would definitely use them again next time we are in London.
E. N.
The Park Grand London Kensington hotel is very comfortable and in a great location of London. It's less than 8mins walk to Earls Court underground station. Its close to lots of shops and supermarkets.
The great experience was when dealing with the front desk team (Aijaz, Dave, Joe & Mario), the night shift team. They were very helpful, understanding and very kind. We arrived late evening, we were tired, but the welcoming was outstanding. They know the true value of customer satisfaction and service. I really appreciate all the staff specially Aijaz. Thank you!
Great place to stay!
M. T.
Best place i have stayed in a long time the staff were brilliant and could not do enough thay treated us so well the room was fantastic the food was brilliant and the front desk staff were amazing .

Lovely food fab staff. Worth a visit. Good range of drinks sensible prices. Nice loos. Please note only visited the restaurant I did not stay in the hotel.
G. M.
Friendliest hotel ever! Couldn't do more for us. It was my wife's birthday and we got some lovely surprises in the room and at breakfast.
A. H.
Rooms are tight. The breakfast was okay. Not many options. The bathroom is very tight and water leaks onto the floor if you don't close both shower doors tight . All in all it was a good stay.
S. &. I. s. L.
Got a groupon voucher from our son for a meal so made a day of it in London, menu for groupon customers is limited but don’t be fooled by it, the food is fantastic !! Nicely presented and very well cooked with lots of flavours, prices of drinks very reasonable considering it’s London - would definitely recommend for the money
K. H.
As a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday last October I initially booked a room with the Park Grand Hotel Kensington. When we arrived around 1 am, we were told that there was some maintenance going and that our room wasn't available for us. Therefor they asked us how we would feel about being transferred to an other hotel, right in the middle of the city for the same price as we paid for the room at Park Grand Kensington. We didn't had to think about it and while the hotel manager gave us a complimentary glass (it looked more like a bottle each) of wine, we waited for the complimentary taxi who brought us to the Marble Arch By Montcalm. The front office employees were very kind and brought us to our room. The only disappointment I experienced was the size of the room. It was so small! But over all, the experience of being in London and the location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Marble Arch. and Park Grand Kensington! (And especially the nightmanager from Park Grand at the 8th/9th October who welcomed us that night and made us completely feel like home!)
K. B.
Great location, nearby subway and many restaurants, great service, very nice room and the bathroom floor was heated! I could just sleep on that floor since it's pretty cold in the room. (took me a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature)
P. M.
Very friendly reception and fantastic facilities. The room and bed were very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel, the best London hotel experience to date.
J. L.
Central location, had a bit of issue with the key card, but good service overall. Rooms are refurbished and is of adequate size for a city hotel. Convenient location with access to food and services.
J. L.
Great hotel. Desk staff were very acommedating and courteous. Sebastian and his team are awesome people and will always try their hardest to make your stay exceptional A++
S. K.
My room was small, as you'd expect for London. Outstanding customer service from all staff I encountered over three nights, I can't speak highly enough of them. More akin to that you'd expect from a 5 star boutique.
M. P.
Ideal location in London. Can catch a single line train from nearby Earls Court station
to Heathrow Airport.
High standards all round; staff were exemplary and work as a team when required.
Breakfast area decor, effective layout and the staff provided an memorable experience.
A bonus was the skill of the barrister making superb flat whites.
R. A.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nice quiet and clean room. 3 min walk from Earls Court underground station. Good place not overcrowded by tourists. 🙂
R.
My mom and I did the afternoon tea here and we received excellent service. Ana Maria served our tea and did an exceptional job! I am definitely planning to go back next time I'm in London!
V. M.
Staff are professional, polite, treat you like you're at the Ritz Carlton (Seriously - I used to work for the Ritz)
Diner - NOT THE PLACE FOR STEAK - TOUGH STEAK.
NOT THE PLACE FOR DRINKS EITHER
Rooms are great, quiet, clean comfortable.
C. T.
I can't recommend the Park Grand highly enough. The staff are professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They made me feel right at home during my 2 week stay and always go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Thank you so much.
m. s.
We stayed at the park grand very beautiful boutique hotel clean staff amazing. Went for my birthday day saw a show and when we came back there was chocolate wine and a birthday cake card singed by the staff made it all very special highly recommend. Small but 5 star. Thankyou so much

Stayed there for 2 nights the check in and checkout was super fast - staff were friendly and super helpful. Definitely one of the best experience I’ve had :)
Internet is a bit slow but that’s fine.
C. D.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff and nice clean although small rooms. Would definitely stay again.
D. D.
Good hotel near underground station, clean. Superior room is little bit small. Good breakfast. For the dinner restaurant I would recommend Zizzi which is 5 min away.
A. R.
Hotel is lovely, but the reception staff are horrendous! I called to upgrade my booking and the woman on the phone was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. I’m so unimpressed, it’s really letting the hotel down in my eyes.
T. M.
Walking distance from Earl Court subway station and practically on Cromwell street. There are so ***y great restaurants nearby. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room (117) has pigeons roosting on a ledge outside the window which have clearly been there for some time and are very noisy.
F. S.
Good location; foreign friendly staff; blah breakfast; small menu n bar selection; great underground room with very comfy large bed. Good value
A. S.
Staff amazing. Location perfect 2 minutes from Tube. Walking distance to Natural history /science and V and A. Room spacious very clean thank you
A. S.
Good location and price. Breakfast was great. Do ask for room away from lift tho. Road outside can be noisy early morning but if you stay on the higher floors this isn't an issue.
A. L.
Absolutely lovely polite staff, amazing food, beautiful clean rooms! Birthday cake they provided was beautiful. Highly recommend
K.
Friendly staff. Parking outside and free at the weekend.
Food in restaurant. Also the restaurant had left tea/coffee in reception for guests as well as mini chocolate cream eclairs. the cream was off and the eclairs were not even covered
J. V.
Great staff, very accommodating! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Near several restaurants and just a couple minutes walk to Earl's Court station.
A. Q.
Friendly staff, lovley rooms. Very clean throughout. Brilliant access to the underground. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Nice area to stay
K. S.
Great staff very professional and kind.
Close to the station, Earl Court (3min walk and many lines) ;
Overall clean but room a bit cold and a bit of mold in the bathroom door
F. B.
Rooms brilliant breakfast excellent but our 3dinners were awful my husband had meat was raw in middle my daughter had burgers was also raw my salad had loads of green hardly any tuna sent back hubby and daughters food made more burgers ok but hubby's meat was still raw in middle told them and server just shrugged his shoulders not recommend dinner but every thing else good I spent 60 odd pounds Will not do that again for dinner here.
R. B.
Decent price for the location. Room was good. Bit noisy if your on the road facing side, but it is central london so expect some noise. Staff were very helpful.
C. S.
Excellent facilities service and staff.
J. B.
High quality modern hotel. Staff made a real effort to make our stay special. Hotel is close to the tube.
C. H.
Room was stunning and the staff were so wonderful and kind, the whole experience of staying here has made me feel like a princess I will definitely come here again.

"My parents had a lovely stay at your hotel as they visited London for couple of days. The hotel made them feel home away from home. As from when we entered the hotel till when left the hotel Dave and his manager Aj were excellent with his skills towards pleasing us asking my parents if everything was alright just made them feel cared and we're really pleased and looking forward to come again the rooms were really nice along with the location 2mins from the station but never the less we are still struck by the awesome customer service by this 2 gentlemen.. !!!!!
D. A.
Good value, friendly hotel, in a quiet street close to Earls Court tube, with small but well-appointed rooms and an excellent full English breakfast.
