Comparatively affordable hotel in a convenient area.
Rooms are clean enough - at least the bed is clean. Though the cleaners didn’t vacuum the floor at all during my 1 week stay and the floor next to/under the bed has clearly never seen a vacuum.
The air con is LOUD and rattles - bring ear plugs. The breeze is directly on your face while you sleep which is horrible, but even in the middle of January the rooms are intensely hot so you can’t sleep without it. Even if you turn it off, the fan in the bathroom will continue to whir and can’t be turned off.
Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, like the Turkish girl. But when I checked out and asked if I could leave my suitcase for 1 hour to go get breakfast, another sour-faced girl told me it would be a £3 charge! A real “screw you” after I barely slept the night before due to the air con.

very good location and overall great hotel.
good service, very clean and comfortable rooms. although there was a ridiculously large post in the middle of my room which took up a lot of space.
W. D.
Good clean hotel. Good muti-functional lounge area to work in and used for breakfast. Breakfast simple continental style but good quality. Rooms are very well thought through for a small space. Great location for things around Liverpool Street.
K. J.
Clean, centrally located and accommodating.
One improvement would be to teach their staff about food allergies (I was very nearly given cow milk when I explicitly said I cannot have it) and to include breakfast in the price of their rooms.

Clean, convenient, pleasant staff.
Easy check in,..comfy beds, good heating, TV..
The heating was very welcome as we were out late and it was freezing
The only thing we didn't have were tea/coffee making facilities.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s a great location for Shoreditch (which is on your doorstep) and the centre of London which is about 20 minutes away.
The staff here (and all the Point A hotels I’ve stayed in) are just stella. They are helpful, well informed and friendly. You just couldn’t ask for more.
The rooms look like they’ve just fallen out of an Ikea catalogue - lots of grey with bright pops of colour - there is even mood lighting! Very comfortable and clean, great air conditioning and a huge telly. On the downside some of the rooms can be snug (small) and there is no kettle, tea or coffee!
The best rooms are on the top floor and overlook the garden. These are peaceful, have great views and windows you can actually open - the joy of fresh air.
Watch out for the rooms that overlook the extensive building work now going on the OTHER side of the hotel.
Also - a word to the wise - I booked my room through Agoda and it was - beyond doubt - advertised as a room with a window. But when I phoned up the hotel to confirm I was told there was no window in my room (horror show). Thanks to manager Stuart we resolved the problem. But - in the process - I discovered that this has been quite the issue over past few months. So you might want to call the hotel before you book just to make sure you are getting the room you want.

Good value for money. We stayed in one of the rooms without a window and was pleasantly surprised at how great we slept with no light streaming through the curtain edges in the morning. Would recommend for location, price and room

Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff. Loved the adjustable lights, great for the ambiance in the room. We choose the Small Room with Window and it was overall an amazing stay. 10/10 would go back.

Good value spot that’s quite close to Liverpool Street Station. Mix of internal and external facing rooms. The rooms are small but the storage ideas are quite clever, as is the lighting etc.
Great shower & water pressure. Comfy beds and plenty of usb/sockets.
There’s a great lounge/coffee area on the ground floor which more than makes up for the lack of window.
The only niggle was just outside my room, the auto air freshener thing was so loud and would go off every hour.

For the price you get a decent room and location. The rooms are little bigger than a double but are new. One big issues I had at checking they wanted a card for a hold as usual but instead of using the normal card reader. The receptionist wanted me to read out all the card details and she wrote them down.

The staff was really friendly and the downstairs seating area / garden was really nice. Although I didn't have the breakfast they seemed to have alot to offer, it looked really appatising.
The fancy controls that are built into the wall which control the lights and temperature, although disappointingly the mood lights didn't work in our room. We stayed in a room with no window and because of this we will not be returning to the hotel, I can't stress enough if you are booking 100% get a room with a window. The lack of having a window made the room feel depressing and even smaller then it was, you can't tell what time of day it is and it also makes you feel very claustrophobic and unsettled.
The shower curtain was not very well made as it didn't stop the water coming through the shower, we had to get extra towels to clean up all the water as it flooded the whole bathroom, the fire alarm went off several times with no explanation from the staff, but for what it's worth, the stay was OK for the price as it is London, but sadly we will not be coming back as we feel spending just a bit more on a much better hotel is well worth it.
J. D.
Place was very clean and staff were very friendly. Security is pretty good as the doors are automatically locked and opened with a card. very modern setting as the lights in the room are controlled by a touchscreen and also included mood lights. cheapest rooms do not have windows which feel strange as you wake up in pitch black.
A. D.
Fairly cheap, clean and adequate, especially given the price. Bed wasn't too comfortable, the room was very small and a window room is a must. Otherwise generally happy with the hotel and price.
D. S.
Fabulous hotel and very close to Liverpool Street making it easy to get about with ease. Would highly recommend
C. P.
So it isn't luxurious, but it is absolutely comfortable and fit for purpose if you are spending most of your time out of the hotel and using it as a base / somewhere to sleep.
T. W.
Almost perfect - Amazing value and location, only downside is that if you get a windowless room (like I did), you have absolutely zero natural light so waking up in the pitch black can be quite disconcerting, potentially a sunlight-emulating light in the room could help on this side of things.
M. C.
Great freindly staff, ideal location near Liverpool street tube station. Rooms very clean and breakfast basic but ok. Only improvement would be tea/coffee facilities in room
J. O.
Friendly reception and easy check-in catered for my requirements and needs. With free upgrade a room with a window, I stayed in the hotel for two nights, which included buffet breakfast. They are a small chain of hotels consisting of seven in London and two up north & one which will be opening in Dublin in September 2021. Would highly recommend if you're on a budget for business or pleasure.

Great value hotel in a convenient location with friendly staff. The Christmas decor was particularly lovely.
M. R.
Very good hotel, staff helped return lost items. Great location
P. S.
Very pleasant .. the rooms are kept clean and tidy, Staff and Manager were very nice and helpful. Amazing Zen garden to chill.. value for money..
L. T.
Great value, excellent location, basic but functional rooms.
Very friendly staff.
M. K.
Great location, good breakfast and service. Room cleanliness is an issue though.
P. C.
A bit worried about this hotel. However, lovely and clean and would definitely stay again. Just new to get around all the new technology A/C controls etc. lol Really enjoyed my stay.
D. W.
This is a great hotel and great loction. The staff are so friendly and do anything for you. The rooms are small but cheap, the cleanest Hotel room you'll find in London.
E. B.
Good, but I got a room in the lower ground, so, no window, what's pretty claustrophobic. But good value, anyway.
R.
Good location, rooms are comfortable albeit a little small.
A. A.
Excellent value for the money. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Room is very clean. Location is very good.
A. F.
Wonderful staff!!
Lovely clean room
Very happy

I got stuck in London when all borders closed. The point A staff have all been very friendly and understanding of the situation. The room I got was spacious and affordable while still being pretty centrally located. However I would not recommend booking a room without a window if you have the choice.

No-frills cheap hotel for business stays, rather like Premier Inn Hub. Once checked in, the room card will open the front door off street (sensor to the left side and not obvious) but the front lobby is quite brightly-lit and staffed, so assistance is on hand. Upon checking in, I was presented with some tickets for breakfast.
I liked modern touches in the room - and was grateful to see nice big coat hooks up on the wall. There are touch-button controls in the bed's headboard to dim the mood lighting but over on the wall are further settings for specific colours (sunset yellow, cool blue - I had fun flicking it to deep red like a Film Noir Detective illuminated by outside neon signs) as well as enabling colour-cycling so that the room languidly progressed through all shades of the spectrum whilst I watched a film. A wall port one side of the bed contained a USB socket for charging, but there's only one (nothing over on the other side) giving the impression this was a double bed placed in a single room and I found the room smaller than the equivalent Hub, slightly cramped with having to shift around a suitcase and things just to navigate the room.
The en-suite shower and bathroom were somewhat compact, quite bijou - I guess someone wider or taller would keep knocking themselves so may prefer a larger room.
Breakfast was downstairs in a breakfast bar, and required the ticket to redeem the breakfast, but oddly they asked for my room number instead so I'm not sure what the issued tickets were for. It's a continental affair in which you're presented with a small tray (airline style) and left to grab additional pastries, muesli, yoghurt etc all in portioned pots from the cabinets, as well as fresh juices. Coffee is included in the price, but issued from the bar.
The breakfast room also doubles as a common room: there are plenty of power points (including USB outlets) both on the high bars and also scattered around the dining tables, so it's also a comfortable place to work with pleasant views.
I had chosen this hotel for the convenience of location (near my office) and for a few nights where I simply wanted a room it worked.
M. W.
Small clean room and hotel, perfect for visits to London when not spending long in the room.
C. M.
Nice, small hotel . Great location. Staff are good. Very modern interior. Comfortable and decent for a short stay. No windows in rooms . Which is ok to sleep but can't tell what the weather is like in the morning !
T. A. M.
Small (very) but clean and modern room. Very reasonable price. Continental type breakfast buffet, a bit heavy on the sweet stuff, and could have used some meat. But also fairly priced at £9. Convenient if you want to stay in Liverpool Street Station area.
I would absolutely stay here again!
N. O. B.
Amazing hotel with great value for money. Rooms are compact but big enough for a few days stay. Very modern rooms with led colour changeable lighting and large smart TVs. Bathroom is small but good sized shower. Very clean. Breakfast is a Continental choice but very good with fresh pastries and fruit every day. No real view from rooms but location is great. Would definitely return.
F. B.
I always stay in this hotel when I am in town for work. It's reasonably priced, convenient location. The updated rooms are MUCH nicer than before. Much more sound proofed too. Beds are also really comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful.
However, the rooms are TINY. Seriously, some of my larger friends would struggle in these rooms.
I have not tried the breakfast here so can't comment.
L. N. K.
Very cosy and clean Hotel. Large TV in the room. Short stay accommodation.
Very charming and friendly staff.
Good sized seating/ lounge area.
Basic refreshments available for sale.
No bar but a good selection of shops and restaurants in the area, all helpfully packaged when receive your key card.
Very pleasant experience...
K. M.
Great cheaper hotel but it's clean, smart and has what you need. Good locations near to tubes. The rooms don't have windows and the beds are small, so basic. But again, if you are on a budget it's ideal. Nice bathroom, with toiletries. Hairdryer. Little cafe with a nice breakfast choice. Check in a little tricky. Was asked for ID and made to wait to check in. Then witnessed others checking in without it?
S. R. (.
Great location. Friendly staff. Wide range of rooms available. I opted for single windowless room for budget - it was very small but clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I noticed much larger well-appointed rooms with bright airy windows as I was walking through. I was there on business and didn't expect to spend much time in my room.
There's a bright, open cafe area on the ground floor with plenty of seating and charging points on the walls if you need to do some work.
Breakfast is continental. I opted for Pret :)
Would definitely stay again.

Good value hotel
Situation in a brilliant area of London
Great curry houses on brick lane

I had a solo room and it was pretty cool. Smaller and tighter than I anticipated but it was clean and just enough for my short stay. The mood changing lighting was nice touch as well as all the outlets for my electronic devices.
The location was really convenient. Walking distance to the Underground and close to the shops I wanted to visit in Shoreditch.
I felt safe and the concierge welcoming. I'd recommend this hotel for quick, affordable stay.
S. M.
This was a surprisingly nice hotel. The room was compact but as we were only using it to sleep in that wasn't an issue. It was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great.
B. M.
A few issues with the heating. Staff was very helpful, though
H. G.
Lovely friendly staff so so helpful made our stay a joy
E. Z.
Great location, clean room and friendly staff.
C. L.
Superb hotel. Great price, room was excellent, yes they are small but very clean and modern.
Staff on duty were excellent and would definitely recommend this chain, in fact I will only use these on my frequent visits to London in future.
M. J.
The room was perfect for what I needed. Stayed on the newly remodeled 4th floor. Everything was so easy and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Maybe my only complaint is there was little storage room for my clothing but at the price I got, who cares. Highly recommended for solo travelers.
j. m.
Stayed here a few times, this time was poor. Vent in room sounded like a jet engine and stayed on throughout the whole night. Also battling the noise from the underground until around midnight. No in room phone to call reception - had to resort to tissue in ears and blanket over head. Bathroom was absolutely tiny. Bed sheet wasn't fitted to bed properly and mattress was full of crumbs / long black hairs.
Pros: Comfy bed, good wifi and relatively cheap.
S. S.
I stay here a lot. It's good for the price and the location and the staff are always really friendly. There's a lot of variance within the rooms though. I often go for the windowless room because I'm in and out for work if I'm only staying for one night. Sometimes I get a cool big room with a colour wheel light and other times I get a tiny little room with one plug socket. Little consistency. But I love the breakfast, the location and the staff, so I'll keep coming back :)
H. M.
Located just off the side of Liverpool Street, you're a stone's throw from all of the top London sights. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room itself was very compact, but that is made clear on the website. The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. Got a bit warm in the night but simply lowered the room temp, which is a handy feature. I chose a room with no window, but this was perfectly fine for me as any window you have in London would just stare at another building! :) Overall, very lovely visit. The hotel is perfect for a brief stay :)
H. L.
I booked my room for a short stay on a deal and for the price I paid I was happy with the room size etc. Although small so if that's not what you like keep that in mind. My room had no windows but I love the lighting and settings availble. Comfy bed, clean, friendly staff. The only down side, and I'm unsure if this was due to me being on the lower ground floor, but I could hear alot of noise from the hall way such as banging footsteps and doors being shut. Unfortunately a guest in the room next to me made an absolute racket banging things around within their room and that is all I could here for my second night's stay. The noise level is the only reason I have given this less than 5 stars.
Due to reviews I had read on smells in the room I was a little worried before I arrived, despite the no windows it smelt nice and good air-conditioning within the room.
Location wise it is fantastic. Close to lots of local restaurants, bars, shops and transport links. Plenty of things to do from art galleries to cinemas and the markets.

Great location and friendly welcome. My friend made the booking as we needed to find a good value hotel in the area at short notice. We had a twin room in the basement which was very small with no window but we weren't bothered as we were going to only be using the room to sleep. The door to the shower room and toilet was kind of see through and offered no sound insulation - luckily we are very good friends! 😂 unfortunately neither of us managed to get a lot of sleep as the room was hot and stuffy, the beds were small and not very comfortable and the walls were paper thin. The experience was a little reminiscent of travelling by sleeper train. As hotels go it did the job more or less. The place was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful but for me the most important thing in a hotel is the bed and unfortunately the mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable.
I. A.
Location is good, but rooms are very small, no space to hang clothes, the room was very cold on arrival so had to pump up the heating to full to warm up but unit is very noisy. On top of that I had a window room so lots of traffic noise right next to your bed. Very basic hotel which looks good, but not really that comfortable.
L. N.
Had a nice stay at this hotel. It's been recently refurbished with high end final touches. It's London so don't expect to have a massive room 😊. The hotel is still very clean and decent. I was just bothered by the sound of the underground tube during the night. Good place for a business strip!
L. F.
Had yo switch rooms because of construction noise but the staff were really helpful with it and there were no issues. Rooms are on the small side but for the price and location, a solid hotel
D. A.
Incredibly good value, clean, tidy rooms, with very nice metropolitan touches.
Price was absolutely excellent, and service swift and very good/polite.
K. L.
The service and everything was good but let’s be real this place was weird. Very high tech which made it even weirder. I ball a bit at having to pay $275 a night for a room without a window but that is London for you. Held my bags during the day and were generally helpful.
T. D.
The hotel rooms are small but nice. (Note that this hotel is cheaper than most of the hotels in london.) A negative point was that the (i guess CO2) alarm went off in the middle of the night at 5 am. So that was a bad night. Still the hotel is good price/quality. The rooms have nice mood lights wich is pretty sexy i guess ! ;)
S. D.
This is a budget hotel but value for money. Whilst I did have problems after checking in and finding the room had not been cleaned it was immediately rectified and I was moved to a new room on a higher floor straight away. I would have preferred to have been moved to a room with a window as goodwill gesture but unfortunately I wasn't. I had a double room with no window, the room was compact but there plenty of space for just me. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and tidy with soap and shower gel/shampoo provided. The only thing lacking was that there were flannels(face cloths) but more than enough towels. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly better than I'd expected. Plenty of options for cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, juices and coffee. The location is good with Old Spitalfields Market just around the corner, as well as Brick Lane and plenty of eateries and watering holes.
B. T.
Really solid hotel for the prize. The hotel has friendly staff, a small shop and a cozy cafe.
The rooms are solid and modern, looks very new. With smart lighting, a good bed etc. They have USB A plugs for phone charging build in.
A. K.
Re-assuringly clean! I have come away confident that if I succumb to the plague as a result of my travels/travails, Point A will NOT be to blame. Nice touch having a seal on the door that broke as I entered.
The room had everything I needed for a good night's sleep - ie a comfortable bed - and everything I needed the following morning: a WC, shower and basin. It also had a lighting system of a complexity and sophistication that I'm sure would have provided facilities sufficient for the full rock concert light show, but, heho, I was tired, I flipped the switch: I slept.
G. B.
The location was convenient for central London and was within easy reach to bus connections. Rooms and bathrooms were small but perfectly functional. Bedding didn't feel cheap and was very comfortable. Rooms have air-conditioning which is a big step up from Travelodge. I didn't interact much with staff but the receptionists were helpful. Although the room and bathroom were both extremely clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water, it was so slow draining that I was forced to keep turning off the water to let the tray empty. This was annoying, especially after an extremely long day at work.
M. W.
Although the room is small, it doesn't feel like small because it has everything you need! Nice and clean rooms, and a really nice garden and coffee area! Free WiFi is a good touch too considering many others charge extra for it.
But the biggest shout out goes to Claudia and Raquel at reception for their extremely kind service. Very friendly and amazing smiles, even in the evening when others get grumpy!
Thank you for contributing towards a pleasant trip :)
P. Q.
Good check in experience and friendly team.
Asked for room away from lifts on check in. Staff consulted, put me in a room.....as close as can be to lifts. Noisy, constant noise can't change, or call the reception once I realised after dinner. Room was comfortable although bathroom cramped.
R. T. B.
It's ok, basic and small room for under £100, can't really go too wrong, just don't expect anything fancy
A. C.
Rooms are big enough for one person, not a couple, but as I was travelling alone I did not have any problem.
Overall I score the hotel 4 stars for position, great garden and working space on the ground floor, but the communication at the reception could have been much better.
I stayed here five nights and booked specifically a room with window view, but unfortunately my room was on first floor overlooking a building site. Every morning the construction team was having a meeting at 7.30am below my window (see photo!) and start drilling at 8 am.
I understand this is not directly an hotel problem but I would have appreciated if the staff communicated the inconvenience prior my arrival, so I could arrange something else for me.
S.
Location is brilliant and prices are fair. But I found staying in a claustrophobically-small room without windows quite disorienting. Rooms are quite basic with few amenities and they're not cleaned daily. The service was good though friendly staff.
P. W.
GOOD STAY! SMALL ROOM BUT NEAR STATION, MANY CAFES AND MARKETS AROUND
J. A.
Small but nice room.
Bathroom handwash dried out my skin. Would be nice if hand lotion was included.
Air conditioning unit made strange rattling noises. These stopped after a while. The vent on the opposite side of the room was loud throughout my stay.
I could also hear conversations through the walls in the late evening.
It's a good price for London. If you're intending to spend most of your time in a hotel room, this place may not be ideal.
A. S.
Very modern and clean. Good location and nice views. The A.C. was a big plus especially on a uk summer day. Staff was very friendly... the room in which I stayed was a bit small, basically just a double bed with a 1/2 meter offset around it with a nice bathroom next to it. It's enough for 1 person. But if u are a couple with a lot of big baggages, u might be struggling.
E. T.
I stayed at the Tune Hotel near Liverpool Street Station in London and the location was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room and bathroom were very clean and it was definitely worth paying the extra for the comfort pack. It would be nice if the pack contained a bottle of water. My expectations were far exceeded for the price of the room. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again!
T. A.
Great budget hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, perfect location in the centre of London's East End. Close proximity to everything in the area worth visiting, and less than a 10min walk to Liverpool st station. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms clean and new. Great water pressure in the shower, which is always important :). All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended
H. H.
Very comfortable hotel, close to everything but on a side road so not very noisy or buay right outside. Room had everything I needed, plus it had touch lighting and plug sockets next to the bed, which were easily accessible for charging phones etc. The communal area was also nice and pleasant with comfortable chairs and tables so you can work using the free wifi (if you wanted to). Very reasonable cost, and less than 10 min walk to Liverpool street tube station.
E. C. B.
It is an clean cozy hotel, with modern art in the lobby. But the rooms are very small. If you suffer from claustrophobia, this hotel is not for you. When you need a ride to the bathroom, you feel like James Bond....sneaking slowly to the bathroom between the wall and bed. Definitely is for tourists that manage to fall asleep on the way to the hotel after a night of partying.
A. P.
Got a small room for the two of us with no window. Was fairly priced, very clean and high tech. Was pleasantly surprised with the experience, we didn't expect such a nice place. Breakfast option there, but nothing special. All in all, would recommend.
S. C.
Excellent location for working professionals in the area, Nice clean room if a bit on the small side. Unfortunately the desk is a small piece of wood on hinges and there is no chair provided. Annoyingly there is a £3 charge for keeping your luggage safe for a few hours after you check out which I thought was wrong as a matter of principle. Otherwise the stay was a very pleasant one.
J. W.
Smart, clean, tidy rooms. Quite small but have everything you need for a short stay. Air con and lighting, including coloured light options, all on digital panels. Staff are friendly and it's close to the tube. Docked one star because you can hear trains running under ground and I didn't have a desk in my room for working.
S. J.
Well located great rooms good breakfast
O. R.
Very good budget hotel in a heart of the City. Not luxury, but clean. Friendly staff, servicing with smile! Bed not suitable for two people. Breakfast was the same all the time. A/C works well, there was a free safe in the room. The cleaning was on every three days. No wardrobe in the room.
G. B.
Clean and tidy hotel, friending staff and decent location. My room was tiny and didn’t have any windows but that wasn’t a big deal as it was only me staying. There’s a misted glass door to the bathroom so you’d get a good look at your other half having toilet time, if you’re into that kind of thing.
E. H.
Nice hotel but quite small rooms. Had a room in the basement, could hear the metro passing.
But staff was very friendly. Recommended for a short trip to London.
Pub next door 👍
l. n.
very small space for 2 people, but great service and very clean. the towels were surprisingly big nice and soft, which is why I gave the 5th star... oh we were given a room down in the basement which we weren't aware we got online, and they managed to change the room for us without any problems..would definitely recommend.
A. W.
Great location sited next to Liverpool Street station. Staff were friendly and attentive, check in/out was easy and price was very good for London. Rooms were very basic, but clean, you get what you pay for generally but I'd say the value for money with this hotel is above average for the cost.
R. H.
Spotlessly clean, super comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms are high tech with very cool touch sensors. Prices are reasonable. The location is fabulous. Central, but it's still quiet.
R. E.
The bad - windowless room with minimal facilites that really isnt fit for two people. 8ft by 18ft at most, incl shower room. £220 with breakfast corp rate is not budget price, even for this location. Noisey air con and on the first floor you can still hear the underground, but neither stopped me sleeping.
The good - excellent cold breakfast for £9. Garden is lovely and staff friendly. Room clean and looks recently refurbished.
Would i stay here again? Yes, but not at this price, not in a windowless room and not on the first floor.
C.
Perfectly adequate hotel. Rooms are tiny, like so small you have to walk side ways to get round your bed. However, they are modern and you can change the colour of the room by playing with the lights (very important).
B.
Clean, new, fresh in a great part of town. But a total submarine, claustrophobic feeling. 40+ rooms packed on each floor of a town house. Most rooms have no windows. I picked one "with" and pay extra for it. To my dissapointment it was trapped up/shaded... So you could not see anything. Only a space to walk around the bed.. Don't think a large suitcase would even fit in there. And it's actually not cheap at all. This must be a cash cow.
D. B.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were well equipped if a little small... But perfectly adequate. Continental breakfast had a great choice and there was free coffee and tea available whenever.
S. M.
We spent one night here, room was tiny but we knew that in advance. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Offered us a late checkout even though we didn't need one. We used their basic self service breakfast service which was fine.
E. J.
Cheap and easily accessible hotel. The customer service was great. I would have loved to see their breakfast selection include bread and sliced meat and cheese.
Close to Liverpool St. station, so you can explore London without a hassle.
H. M.
Perfect for a short City break - it's on a great location, surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Great design means you hardly notice the room is little bigger than the bed. No frills so you pay extra for absolutely everything but for the overnight price, I would hazard that it is unbeatable. Staff are friendly and efficient.
K. F.
Although the rooms are small, they are very equipped with large bed, LCD TV, fold out desk and shower room. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Good value budget hotel in Central London
M. C.
Small but adequate rooms that are clean and cosy. Breakfast is poor value but close enough to other places. Some noise from local trains. Would definitely stay again as it's clean, with great amenities nearby and a good atmosphere.
M. Z.
Excellent service and location. Modern and essential furnishing. Hard mattress. The room is just a bit longer and wider than the bed, so maybe not ideal if you need a spacious accommodation. Would definitely recommend.
A. R.
A clean, modern room with a small but well appointed bathroom and a good bed.
However, I had a basement room on the Blossom Street side which had a number of problems: low ceiling (around 6ft 4in), very present sounds from the below street level railway which runs nearby and, in my room, an additional persistent noise which began at around 0630hrs (45dB approx and sounded like aircon or refrigeration plant.)
Staff were very polite but could do little to ameliorate the problems.
I would use the hotel again but would not stay in a basement room.

Best hotel experience in London, possibly in all my travels actually! Lorraine at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and apart from being super beautiful was super attentive and sweet. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and modern. The location was perfect to walk to local stores and restaurants. I will return there every visit to London!!! Thank you!
J. R.
Nothing to write home about. Staff were frier and it was clean. But the bed and pillows were awful! I'd much rather have less 'high tech' controls and a better night's sleep. The breakfast is also pretty lacking.
It is close to the tube so at least there's that
N. S.
VERY small, although not comically so. I'm only 5'7" (1.7m) and my knees touch the wall when on the commode. The shower is also not typical American size, but good temp and strength. For the cheapest rooms, it is best for only 1 person. Having said that, the staff is fantastic. The room is very clean and they don't clean every day saving the environment. Hair dryer provided, but should request clothes iron. Hand soap and shampoo provided. Bed is comfy with a smart TV. Wifi is fantastic speeds (not the typical 1 slow line for the entire building. This might be typical for UK, I don't really know). I was able to fully work on my laptop and watch internet video with no problem. Breakfast is 7 pounds and the coffee is great at 1 pound 50. with London hotel best prices at 150 pounds, 125 pounds seems appropriate for the minimalist.
L. T.
Easy and clean. Not massive rooms but nicely furnished and very clean! (which at this price is the main thing). Only negative is that sound insulation on the doors is pretty poor, so if any guests are being selfishly loud it might wake you up!
N. A.
This is a well appointed, functional hotel. Rooms are small but well kitted out (good TV, fixtures, a/c, WiFi, mood lighting) . Don't expect lavishness but if you need a bed for the night........
G. T.
It is an okay hotel. It is inexpensive for London, which is the selling point. We were initially given a room that hadn't been cleaned, but the front desk was able to re-room us inmediately, which is a plus. The rooms are SMALL. The breakfast is good.
T. S.
Beautiful place, excellent hotel, super clean and very attentive staff.
K. A.
Recommended. Just round the corner from Liverpool Street, cute rooms., helpful staff. Whole place very clean and nicely laid out. Comfy bed, decent bathroom. Had a newly renovated 3rd floor window room, it was small but ideal for one.
C. W.
Only stayed a night, did the job for what we needed. Rooms were small, no floor space, underground level so no window. Clean and functional. Bed, tv, shower, sink, hair dryer. Decent bed and there was an ironing room. Continental breakfast was extra.
N. G.
Good central place for a weekend, but the underground runs underneath, so better for a weekend base than a work trip, unless your used to sleeping through noise. Continental breakfast was nice and healthy, room was lovely
R. A.
The hotel itself is really nice. Breakfast is awesome, with good options and a fair price (if you have the chance, book your room with breakfast included). Location is also good, close to Liverpool station. The rooms however are really really small, it's really difficult to move inside. Double beds can barely fit 2 people, and WiFi is a shame. It's impossible to connect, and if you ever manage to do it, it is really really slow. Shouldn't be advertised as WiFi offered. The rooms only have one working power outlet (although they have more) so better bring an extension of you need to charge more devices. Overall it's a good option for the price, but don't expect wifi connection here.
F. C.
Nice Hotel and a very warm welcoming. Very friendly personal at the desk. The rooms are for my opinion a little bit to small. No cupboard inside. You shoul choose a room upper floor. Beacause when you stay at the first floor you hear the underground very good under your feets. Fortunately you dont have a lot of traffic in front of your windows. Thats great!
The breakfast ist small but great. You find all what you need in the morning. The hot chocolatte is great 👍 you can walk to the liverpool station in 7 Minutes. Thats perfect.
I like this hotel and the nice garde inside the hotel. Maybe we see you next time in london.
T. C.
Check-in was prompt and friendly, the room was clean, well-prepared and comfortable. I think it's a little overpriced for the small size of the room, there are other hotels of a similar standard nearby with larger rooms. The free breakfast was pretty decent.
R. D.
Very clean hotel, decent breakfast and friendly staff - however, I was cold all night because I couldn't hear my room up! Be warned though, rooms really are tiny, you'd struggle with 2 people, but fine for 1 just needing a bed.
B. H.
A couple days inn and the stay is great, large enough room, comfy bed our bathroom was a wetroom. They could have more pillows, but the two provided are sufficient, plenty of seating and tables in the lobby and the staff is pleasant.
K. C.
I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and looked well cared for. The front desk staff was friendly. I didn't eat there or anything so I can't judge that aspect of it but overall I had a good experience here.
D. L.
Really nice stylish budget hotel, staff were really nice and welcoming, rooms and toilets were really small tho but that’s what you get for it’s price.
Good location, about 10mins walk to lvp underground stn. Lots of nice cafe nearby. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with low budget.
M. R.
Stayed in a few Tune hotels, but this one had the most welcoming staff.
They're great for a short active stay in London, if you're using it to crash. We tend to go for a windowless room and only pay for the towels, rather than TV, wifi and all the other extras. The rooms are compact but done up to a high quality.
Ideal location for Shoreditch or Central London.
They know what they are trying to do and they achieve it well.
L. S.
Decent enough for what you pay for. Concept is you get a basic room and then pay for any extras (use of hairdryer, TV, towels, toiletries, a window...), either individually or as part of the "comfort package". Beds are comfy, plug sockets next to the bed, towels are fluffy and showes are fine. Rooms are small though with no real place to leave a case without having to step round it. You do hear the rumble of the trains so probably not great if you are a light sleeper but it's not loud.
Reception a bit of a hostel feel about it with people hanging around watching TV / using internet in the small area downstairs.
S. P.
Pretty small rooms but totally worth the price! Everything is modern with all touch switches and mood lighting. Recommend for central London stays!
R. H.
A very pleasant visit, even though the lobby were currently Boeing renovated. We stayed in a windowless room, but were happily suprised with the standard if the room. Since we booked through Expedia, some if the extras were included, like towels and a TV, but for the price I can not recommend this hotel more. Very close to Liverpool Street station as well, so communications to central London is a breeze.
E. E.
Good hotel, can recommend it! Fair pricing, absolutely lovely breakfast and good, quiet rooms. Wifi excellent, very nicely located in walking distance to Liverpool Street Station, excellent pub just 10 m away.
J. K.
The hotel is located on a side street right next to the Water Poet. I stopped for 2 nights and found it to my liking. Bed is comfy shower is powerful. You can pay for optional extras like hair dryer, tv etc. Room is a quite cosy space saving design but has everything needed for a short stay.
0.
Great location but below average value hotel.
PROs
+ very convenient location to London Liverpool Street Station
+ friendly and polite staff
+ relatively quiet room if you stay above floor 1
+ hair dryer
CONs
- no free cancellation
- 85GBP/night is very steep for this type of hotel
- 3GBP fee if you want to store your luggage for a few hours after you checked out
- no windows in many rooms
- aircon very aggressive and makes you wake up with dry, red eyes
- no room service, so do not get surprised if only the bins were emptied
- feels a bit claustrophobic
S. N.
In a good position in the city, decent rooms, small and functional. Walls are pretty thin so you'll hear the folks either side, with luck your neighbors will be quiet.
Breakfast is basic but there are places nearby.
J. F.
Great hotel! Though the rooms are smaller in size than conventionally, every square meter is well thought through and works out great, especially for the price paid. The location is hard to beat to get a better combination of the lively, hipsterly genuine Shoreditch and an easy and quick commute to the most central London. The last star was however lost on the window in our room being tinted, which kind of gave the room a feeling of being in a spaceship (which is kinda cool as well, if you're a bit of a sci-fi enthusiast).
T. C.
Tiny tiny rooms and poor sound proofing. But very clean with comfortable beds and we'll designed rooms at an affordable price for london. If rooms were bigger it could be a five.
E.
Staff is friendly and the building looks nice. It's very close to liverpool street station which is great. The rooms are really small but if you're only staying for the night it's allright. I did eat breakfast there 2 times but it's not really worth it in my opinion. You have to pay for everything extra (internet, a safe, even a window in the room...). But since it's rather cheap and at a very fortunate location i would definitely go there again.
M. D.
Great location modern clean hotel and great value for money . Recommended
M. S.
Staff were lovely on arrival, quick and easy check-in. Clean rooms, very modern. The only downside is that the light from the corridor doesn't go off automatically so it was beaming under the door.
H. N.
This is now a Point A hotel at Liverpool Street. The rooms were recently renovated and are outstanding. It was spotless when we tapped our key card to enter. The AC cooled the room.almost instsntly. It had a modern in-wall TV unit and the best part of the room were the adjustable lights (in colour and brightness)! The staff (Petra, Stef and Karen) were all fantastic! The included breakfast, while simple, was also a welcome time save! If you want a simple stay without any hassle, close to many transit optioms, you won't go wrong staying here!
J.
Overall the hotel was a nice experience. It was walking distance from the city centre, the room itself was nice and clean, all very modern and a lovely shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (5 star for them) no problems with staff whatsoever.
My issues however, lie with the hotels facilities and extras.
First of all the wifi was terrible, it was impossible to obliterate another clan on Clash of Clans, or catch a cheeky Pidgey on Pokemon Go without it disconnecting then taking a good 5 minutes to connect again, many a Pokemon were lost due to this awful connection. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but the only way to get the wifi was to pay for it at the beginning of the stay, £8 truly down the drain. I honestly wouldn't bother again.
Secondly, we had to pay for the use of a second towel, which is completely ridiculous. It may have only been £2, but when staying in a room for two people you'd expect there to be two towels for the two people staying in the two person room. As far as I know there is no towel shortage in London, so I don't see how they have the balls to charge for the extra one.
I really must stress how great the staff and room were, especially the funky mood lighting, which ended up being our only entertainment with the Internet being so dire.
S. M.
Nice, clean and modern hotel.
Good to know:
+ Nice modern rooms
+ Free WiFi
+ Optional breakfast
+ very tiny bathroom / shower
Close to railway station, which is common with Underground metro, no more than 2 mins walk.
Lots of restaurants nearby.
L. L. T. T. F. E. M.
Nice boutique hotel in an ideal location. Nice and friendly staff. Very small room with limited room service. No refrigerator nor microwave in room. Base on your needs its a good property.
J. M.
Really fine budget hotel. Great room with everything you need (for the price). Don't know if they intentionally only left one towel in the room. But over I'm happy and will come back.
L. R.
Recieved a very warm welcome from the receptionist at the desk, I think her name was Laura. Anyway, the room was nice and clean, a bit on the small side though, no tea or coffee in the room however, a pleasant stay would visit again
M. B.
The Tune Hotel is in a great location both for the offices I was visiting and Liverpool Street Station. Spitalfields, with its cafes and bars, is very close. The rooms are not large but perfectly adequate, comfortable and, most importantly, very clean. The staff are great - very friendly but also professional on check in and check out. This is definitely going to be where I stay around Liverpool Street from now on.
T. B. (.
Good location And clean room. Good price albeit room is quite small but with all amenities you'd need for a short stay. Plenty of sockets and usb charge points as well.
D.
Once you get over the small rooms and notice how great the location is, you realize this hotel is a steal at the price they offer. Plus it is customizable where you only pay for what you really need. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Just be prepared for tight quarters.
C. C.
Decent hotel near Liverpool street. The rooms are clean but small and it's like a low cost hotel as you will have to pay for any additional things. Overall it's cheap if you only plan to sleep there and the rest of the day you are in the city. It's a very good place either if you plan to visit London or if you have business in this area. You have the Liverpool station from where you can reach any point easily. If you are hungry or thirsty for a beer you have Shoreditch near by.
O. H.
Very nice hotel for a quick stay
M. C.
Very noisy outside till midnight. Woken up 2 hours before needed to in very early in morning because someone went through a door alarm for which connected to whole hotel alarm system. Bathroom light switchj on opposite side of room not ideal. Lots if charges for things courtesy at other hotels: early check in, leaving luggage, a window. Wouldn't bother again
A. A.
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
A. G.
Great stay, Lovely Staff.
N. B.
I've stayed in the Tune Hotel Liverpool Street many times and love it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms immaculately clean and the hotel is well situated right next to Old Spittalfields Market and its restaurants and shops. Lovely place! Will be going back soon.
E. P.
Was a bit worried getting a budget hotel room with no window but my fears were unfounded. Really smart, clean and modern hotel room. Staff were very friendly and, with the location only five mins from Liverpool Street station, this was a perfect choice. Will definitely stay here again when we need a stopover in London
B. J.
it was nice stay especially for singles or couples. clean bedroom and toilet. it is small room but enough for you to have a good sleep. no NOISE at all, I did not heard any noise from near station (liverpool street station). I was afraid of getting noise, but actually nothing to worry, it is a quiet place and near by commercial street and liverpool street.
R. S.
Hotel was easy to find and away from main traffic route. Checking was very quick along with free Wi-Fi due to booking through third party. Room was compact but very clean and modern and exactly as required. Would recommend and use again.
E. S.
Great hotel. Small, but clean. Ideal for a short stay. 50% cheaper than any other comparable hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Situated near Liverpool Steet Station in a surprisingly "hip" area.
S. R.
For a place to get my head down for a night close to work, point a was absolutely fine. Staff were good and I quite like the breakfast options on offer. Only given three stars as was in point a Glasgow a week earlier which is much newer so the London version seems a bit tatty in comparison. And it was twice the price of Glasgow. But that's London for you.
D. H.
The hotel was clean and pleasant. I didn't sample the breakfast. The rooms were a little on the small side but as I was staying in my own, it served its purpose.
L.
Tune Hotel at Liverpool Street is great for a short stay. Since we booked the room via Expedia, we had some Add-ons included like WiFi, Television and Hair Dryer.
The Hotel is located ~10 minutes from the Liverpool Street Station in a quit side street. There's a pub besides the hotel but you will not hear anything.
The rooms are clean and the room service is good. They'll clean the rooms before the arrival of guests and every third night of stay. If someone like to get the room cleaned everyday, you have to pay - something that's good. My boyfriend and I don't really like to get the room cleaned everyday since we are almost not in the room.
There are two points where we were disappointed. The first point: breakfast. There doesn't exist a room for breakfast or a restaurant but that's not why we gave only 4 stars. The second point - and this is really important - is: It seems that there does not exist a loo brush in the bathrooms. Our question is: why? It's something so normal for sanitarily issues, so why? We'd love to check in again in Tune Hotel but for the future please ensure to have loo brushes in every bathroom.
For our first time in London it was quite an impressive experience and we would love to have still more days to see more of London, of the people and of the awesome food!
We highly recommend this hotel since it's not far away from the city, but as I mentioned above, please ensure to have loo brushes in every bathroom.
B. L.
Location was just what I was looking for close to the Liverpool St Station. Got the least amenities for a room, but it was even smaller and less amenity-full than I thought, very bare bones, and when I got there it took a bit to check in as it seemed they'd lost my reservation. Still, it suited my needs and I'd probably stay there again.
J. K.
Good location for a short stay in London. Wifi was patchy and you have to pay extra for towels and left luggage. Situated on top of the underground, I didn't notice it much but you can occasionally hear the rumble of a train passing underneath.
R. R.
I have used the Tune Hotel in Liverpool Street a number of times for business travel in London.
It is great value with bright. clean comfortable rooms in a great location. The staff are very helpful and I would recommend the hotel highly.
K. W.
Great little place to stay that's central to the Shoreditch area. Just don't hope you get a room at the front, mine was cold and noisy until i moved the next day courteous of the very nice man on reception.
Will be back.
S. T.
Nice hotel, great location, fair pricing. The only drawback was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, but the management handled it really well. The AC also occasionally over/under-heated the room, but it's a minor flaw. Highly recommended.
T. S.
The hotel is OK when in need of a roof over your head, but dont expect anything else.
breakfast is nothing special, you get a ticket that allows you to select 4 item from the cooler and coffee or tea.
Even if you are staying on the 4.th floor you can still hear underground trains running under the hotel.
G. C.
Very small rooms. Outer rooms suffer from excessive noise from road & railway. No tea or coffee making facilities- have to purchase at reception. Rooms are however modern and clean
B. F.
Love little hotel. Very clean. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The only thing that stopped me giving a 5 star score is no tea or coffee making in the room.
T. g. F.
A very nice new and clean hotel. I held back one star due to the size of the room. It was very small, but a great place to put the head down.
M. P.
Everything was perfect. Location, breakfast, the qualified hotel service and welcoming receptionists, cleanness of every point at the hotel. I will fancy staying at the same hotel when we visit London again.
D.
Ok, it's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. It's around the corner from Bishopsgate, clean, modern and compact. Now, compact is perhaps an understatement. The rooms are small, they have everything a regular sized room has, just smaller. However, since that includes the price, that's ok.
J. L.
Lovely Hotel, Recommended for price 💕
M. V.
Nice modern hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. Free WiFi works fine.
J. C. (. A. G.
For £100 this is an excellent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, everything works. Rooms are tiny, but then does that matter? 5 star in its catagory ( rather than a five star hotel!)
H. V.
Lovely hotel fully refurbished. Just the reception still under construction. Room are super modern and clean. Price was decent too.
V. D.
Convenience hotel, clean and comfortable enough for on-the-traveller. Recommend for explorers who came to discover London but want to pay for London experience rather than a fancy hotel which can be found anywhere in the city. Would come back.
P. E.
Good hotel for a short stay. Comfy beds and intriguing modern decor. The breakfast is not great though and no hot food
G. R.
We've had a wonderful experience. All employees were very kind, specially Sebastián, who helped us giving us really usefull tips to move arround the city
The Room was just as the pictures. Small but confy. All services were functional, just as spected.
Definitely we'll recommend you guys!
J. B.
Good value, excellent location, clean, swift and friendly staff. Rooms were nothing out of the ordinary, but had all the amenities you could expect.
D. S.
Stayed over for the night whilst going to Wembley. It's a great location, close to Liverpool Street, the rooms are clean but does reflect the price. Didn't take the breakfast option as there are so many places better value for money on the doorstep.
T. C.
Tiny but functional rooms, clean. Nice lobby, you get the sense they crammed as many rooms as possible into as small a space as they could, but fine for layovers and price is very reasonable for the area.
M. B.
Great location. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are quite small. Building work nearby was quite noisy in the mornings.
W. C.
Smart modern hotel. Clean throughout. Helpful staff. Lovely garden area. Baggage storage. Easy walk from Liverpool Street with great access to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Spitalfields.
W. V. H.
Small, but fine rooms. Good hotel for just stopping by and sleeping, while exploring London. Walking distance to a bunch of all the touristy stuff.
B. P.
Good location and friendly staff. Minus one star due to ac not working in the room. As others have mentioned, rooms are ridiculous small. Rooms with two beds are a bit larger.
J. M.
Cheerful, efficient staff. Clean rooms and public areas. Very good value and definitely worth coming back to. Would certainly recommend this hotel!!
J. A. G.
We chose this hotel because we were looking for the cheapest one, just to stay at night while spending the rest of the day visiting the city. We didn't expect much, but we got surprised when we saw our room. It was really tiny, but was much better than we expected.
E. d. B. -. H.
Nice clean room, great wifi, the room was not big but big enough for a short visit to London. Great bathroom and the location is top: 5 minutes walk to Liverpool station.
I. C.
It feels like home! The rooms are supernice and the locations is a walk away from the station. The staff was kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our business holiday!
S.
Good position close to Liverpool St Station,Clean, Air con,Good budget hotel Travel Lodge in style with smaller rooms.
The late check in 3pm.
K. C.
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean compact rooms, good sized mirrors, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Excellent value for money if you are after a bed for the night in central London.
V. O.
inexpensive hotel, good location, nice rooms, great service.
P. P.
Nice hotel! Great service and friendly staff. Good hotel for small events. Rooms are clean and big. Highly recommend.
M. J.
Lovely atmosphere, nice room and an OK breakfast buffet.
Hotel is easy to access and staff is helpful.
J. T.
Book as far ahead as you can.
Regardless of when you do book you will get very good quality. The rooms are very clean. The views of this part of the East End are excellent. The wifi (bitbuzz) is good and reliable.
Z. G.
Clean and comfortable enough. We had an inside room with no windows, which is akin to being in a cabin. Strange but not unpleasant experience.
E. T.
quiet and comfortable, avoid basement rooms though, strong smell of sewage and hot water failed half through my stay. Good for one night, would not recommend for long stays
J. O.
Room clean, free toiletries and safe. Bed ok but no tea and coffee in room. Take away available at reception. Room.small with very small window and tv in awkward place..on wall at side of the bed
Z. T.
hotel: lovely modern but cozy hotel, well priced, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of choice
rooms: small rooms but very tidy and comfortable, with high tech lights and ventilation, large bathroom in reference to the rooms
location: 10min by walk to Liverpoolstreet station and Aldegate station, unfortunately with Christmas the public transport was limited and then it was far from the areas where there were still things to do
S. D.
Pleasant greeting on arrival. Room clean and tidy. Quite noisy during late evening but not hotels fault. Nice garden area.
S. G.
Very good location for a reasonable price. Clean, rooms a bit small but well equipped. Friendly staff.
T. V.
Ok, hotel. Small, but big enough rooms. A bit noisy air-conditioning. Staff was great.
M. T.
Friendly helpful staff. Accessible room was well layed out, I had no problems. The only -ve was the background noise, but that was due to disabled access rooms being on the ground floor.
C. L.
Clean, easy, right next to Liverpool Street station. Does the job.
A. W.
Perfect place for a overnight stay when on business. Always clean, efficient and cheap. Make sure you add the comfort pack to your booking though...
M. W. L.
Kind personel, excellent placement and quite at night. Brand new and well cleaned. The only downside is the cold room in winter and lack of hot water for shower in the morning.
M. W.
Good value, bit annoying having to pay extra for the wifi and TV. Location is very close to Liverpool Street. Can get a bit cold in the underground rooms in winter so ask for an extra blanket.
D. C.
Nothing fancy. Good in a pinch. All basic necessities included. No thrills means no exorbitant prices. The greatest selling point is the location and the connections to local transportation.
A. B.
Really Central hotel with a trendy atmosphere with super clean rooms albeit they are quite small but if you are there on work there is no issue, 3 because the reception area was being built and reception girls could be a lot friendlier
E. E.
Rooms are small but clean and comfy. Great reception area and there's ample space to work.
S. H.
Excellent value hotel. Really clean and modern In a great location. Would definitely book again..
N. P.
The hotel is convenient and efficient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. If I have a chance to go back to Liverpool again, I'll definitely stay there again.
V. C.
Ground floor is very noisy as you can hear the train I think ... but good price for the location. Decent buffet for breakfast.
J. G.
I like very much this place and will reuse the service very soon
Very small bedroom, good sleeping quiet
I love the breakfast and communal room
A. C.
A handy wee hotel in London centre. Staff were easy going and efficient, room was well appointed and a 5 minutes walk from King's Cross
Would stay again.
G. C.
Lovely hotel. Very modern, CLEAN and functional. The staff are friendly and helpful! Very recommend
Z. K.
Great location. Modern, trendy, clean hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy to get the airport shuttle bus and train.
G. O.
Clean, tidy rooms, helpful reception, free WiFi, and good location. Breakfast is a bit limited though (nothing warm)
M. C.
Very modern hotel. Room small but comfortable and the staff is super nice.
T. A.
Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly staff. Ideal for a few hours kip when we are working strange hours at the weekend.
S. M.
It's clean and well priced but the rooms are small and many rooms don't have windows. My room had a window but it was frosted and barely opened.
G. S.
Really nice hotel, near to liverpool station allowing to use a lot of underground. Around it you can find several restaurant and supermarket.
t.
Stayed with my partner whilst she was in the area for work. Does the job but hearing the underground below my room constantly was highly annoying. DON'T BOOK A ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR!
M. S.
Good value for money - especially if you need to catch a connection from Liverpool Street Station. Very small rooms but clean and decent.
J. S.
The hotel itself and the crew were awesome. The only problem is that the room is extremely small. But in general - good.
H. I.
Clean room and very close to Liverpool Street station and good price, PLUS they just gave me pringles and a bottle of coke on the house because I was working through the night on a project, thank you very much you cheered me up when working late!
S. F.
Bright modern room if a little small, but it was surprisingly quiet for just being off Liverpool St, beds were super comfy.
C. C.
Nice small hotel @ central London. Very clean, friendly staff, and the prices are quite good.
S. M.
Lived in a room underground which was not so nice. Very small rooms. Nice staff. Not the largest breakfast but it was ok.
J. C.
Not luxury but clean and suited our needs. Short walk from Liverpool St station. Meal options available (breakfast) but we did not take that. Occasional train noise.
C. C.
Really nice hotel the rooms were better than expected and I would love to come back again soon
S. M.
Facilities looked OK for a budget hotel. Coffee and snacks available at reception. Also a seating area with power sockets for laptops etc. It looked like there was an outdoor area also.
R. N.
Decent enough, charging point by the bed, air con and a safe is a plus. Wierd roof support pillar in the middle of the room was wierd!
a. h.
Clean and modern with a lovely coffee lounge and garden. Rooms very small but adequate
R. C.
Nice hotel. Good location. I had room 114. Small bug decorated to a very modern standard.
W. E.
Clean, well kept budget hotel, staff friendly but, on my visit, lacking experience so long waits at front desk. some train noise in my room on ground floor
G. D.
Good value, pleasant and a good location.
A. F.
The rooms are insanely small, and most don't have windows. The staff was nice though, and the hotel was clean.
Y. M.
We enjoyed our stay with Point a hotel. The room was cozy and fun. The hotel was close to everything we needed. Thank you!
G. P.
Great spot, close to all places of my interest. Beautiful and mega helpful staff, from first to last!!! Fantastic coffee and beautiful garden. Simply fantastic!!! Will return!!!
M. W.
Was in a room with no windows. Room wasn't made up each day all to save money when charging so much for a room is a shame no matter location not to have a level of service
N. C.
Good location, pub nearby, nice clean shower but such the room without windows was just slightly bigger than a shoebox.
O. S.
Cheep and cheerful. Just make sure you don't get a room on the first floor. The vibration of the tube below will keep you awake.
W. J.
Rooms are clean and nice, relatively small but perfect for short stays. Staff are helpful.
G. C.
Perfectly functional rooms with everything you need for an overnight stay at a very reasonable price. Pub over the road is also very good
J. G.
Its clean, has a bed and shower, which is really all you need. Only 3* rating from me because the rooms are ridiculously small
Y. D.
Cleanliness good. Staff good. One downside noise of underground trains. Every few min. you will keep hearing this noise.
J. K.
Great service, good pricing, awesome location. It is a small room. But you only need to sleep and shower.
N. S.
Excellent customer service. Clean room and environment, had a relaxed feel at reception area.
M. S.
