Stayed in 2019, hotel was nice and modern however our room was far too small.
Bathroom and shower was also extremely small.
Staff were nice and friendly and hotel was very clean.
Good overall, nice to stay in if you're not spending a lot of time in the room (due to its size).
Would recommend

Nice and conveniently located hotel. Stayed here twice before and while the majority of the standard rooms are small, they're very comfortable and the staff are pleasant. I got lucky with one of the larger rooms being available, great if you don't mind the lack of a window.

I stayed here on a Friday evening. Compact rooms that are well designed. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Customer service is next level - well done to the team there. Excellent location with nice bars and restaurants dotted all over the place. Comfortable nights sleep, where surprisingly it was that quiet, I could almost hear a pin drop. For the price I paid for a central London hotel, I can’t fault it. I am in the area occasionally throughout the next 2 years for work, and will definitely be using this place as my base. ☺️

Nice hotel, clean and good location. Staff brilliant would like to credit Kyle in particular for being brilliant, really helpful, friendly and efficient. A huge credit to the hotel and really made the difference to my stay with his excellent customer service.

No problems at all. Comfortable bed. Small cozy room. Lovely staff. Safe environment.

Very lovely place. Low budget yet classy.ive taken out a star due to the stink on the corridor and constant noise from workers on the corridor. But overall it was a beautiful place. The mood light in room was the highlight.
B. M.
Very small room, but the bed was comfy and the shower really good. Can't complain really! Staff were also very lovely.
K. R.
It was fine. The staff were friendly. The room was rather small but for travellers who spend most of their days in the city,it's a good choice. Open the window to allow airflow, for some reasons our fire alarm went off three times and our a.c went on standby mode...staff checked was told to wait for half an hour to see if it will happen again ,was able to turn the a.c on and it was fine until we checked out.
F. W.
The hotel room was small , but very clean had all we needed for an overnight stayand a very reasonable price , shall stay there again
D. P.
Good for the price, not quite as clean as I remember from a previous visit but friendly enough, and fun top floor views in a cosy room, btw, cosy (as you'd expect from budget) means small, good bathroom though!
O. H.
Stayed for a short while but really practical, clean hotel also close to the metro and bus stations and such a lovely staff ! Thank you guys so much for the help and advices 😊
M. A.
Small room but very clean and good designed. No kettle or coffee facilities.
M. R.
The hotel rooms are small but perfect! Location is great for a short weekend in London! Bed was so comfortable and the shower worked great. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at Point A again.
A. R.
I recommend them and the hotel too, simply perfect all lived here!!
A. G.
Good hotel, great location! room has most things you need, is compact but absolutely fine! Staff all super helpful and friendly
S. M.
Decent price and location for the centre of London. Just keep an eye out for the tube routes as you have to walk over the river if you're heading to Westminster
a. t.
Petite room as advertised but they've made great use of the space, with it for a budget hotel.
J. W.
Second time staying here. Paid a little more for a room with a window. Great budget hotel. Clean, cozy and welcoming, helpful staff. Nice night in London
B. K.
Situated within walking distance of Waterloo Station and tourist sites. Rooms a bit cramped, but staff extremely helpful and customer focused.
Lovely local pubs to eat in.
J. C.
Although the room is bit small, but it has got what you need.
Only thing is my room was on the basement floor and cuz it closes to the underground station, so you can hear the tubes passed by in your room (not loud but you can hear).
Other than that, I’m happy to stay here.
J. S.
Clean and convenient, but tiny rooms. Okay fit short stays.
d. b.
I’ve been staying until this hotel most weeks, due to working in London during Covid. I could not recommend the hotel and staff more. Claudia is fantastic, always so incredibly warm and welcoming, and nothing is too much to ask. She and the rest of their team consistently go the extra mile to make my stays comfortable and peaceful. Room’s always always cleaned to the highest standard, all appropriate safety measures in place and reinforced. I’ll continue to stay for the whole duration I’m working in London. Thank you!
S. K.
Good quality. Small room so only good for solo or a couple.
M. W.
It was clean, cheap and staff very friendly, limited facilities but everything you need is close by, Costa coffee, a nice pub, street food market and the tube is across the road
M. A.
Stayed here several times, budget hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and fresh linen...
Only drawback is that there is no provision to make tea/coffee in the room but you can buy one from the reception.
d. f. (.
Rooms were small and the toilet was all prefabricated pods but it all serves a purpose... perfect for a few nights at most just wish you could get to the other side of the bed without either climbing over your partner or doing a running jump.
A. L.
Clean, basic and no issues. Check in online makes it simple, only leaves key card collection and for checkout you post the cards through a box in reception. It was great having hotel next to train station across a road (Lambeth North) made it easy for traveling. I'd only say that the hallway way needs airing gets a bit stuffy walking through it.
N. T. W.
Friendly and helpful staff! That is something you must notice! Loved it. The rooms are quite clean and well organized, for their size, their inbuilt TV in the wall is quite thoughtful of them consideration made for the space available ( check pics), the laptop placement area and the fact that you can fold it away. Whoever designed this, took their time to actually consider a lot of things for a small cute and comfortable space. I would give them a 10/10 especially for their interior design. A great hotel for business travel. Sorrounded by great restaurants and ease of access to shopping places and historical sites within a walking distance. Would definitely recommended this hotel. I wish I was staying longer to explore some more!
E. M.
It is close to the tube which is nice. Rooms are quite small and the street can be noisy.
A. I.
Great location and price only downside is the size of the rooms - as a 6ft plus tall man - I can touch both walls whilst lying in bed and the bathroom is difficult to move in. But as I say for the price what do you expect.
I. E.
Highly recommended, good central position very quiet very clean rooms but small , good shower, we'll be back.
C. B.
The room was very small, but with the space saving shelves and other little ideas in there along with the mood lighting made it very cosy. Not much room to maneuver in the shower. The bed was very comfortable.

Small rooms but not too small, fine for a business or city trip. Rooms too small when traveling with children. Beds are advertised as very comfy but very small and so so comfy in my opinion. Great location. Busy and noisy street but very good sound proof windows, sleeping with windy open is not possible. Very friendly staff. When stays alone take a room with 2 beds so you have one to put your stuff. I couldn’t figure out the mood lighting, I think my room didn’t have it.
G. W.
Comfy room.
Good sleep.
Only thing missing is breakfast
J. G.
The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was small but only as I'd expect for a hotel in that area at that price, I've definitely stayed in smaller rooms. WiFi was free, and fast. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfy. It was a bit noisy outside because of where it is, but it didn't bother me. I booked through work and had things like hairdryer and breakfast voucher (for Costa) included, but I think if you book direct you pay less for the room then pay for those things on top. No complaints really, I'd stay there again.
A. K.
Great location, right next to the tube station.
Staff are very nice and helpful.
However, the cleanliness of the room was not good. They clean the room every 3 nights, on other days they just change the bin and towels. We stayed for 9 nights, and after 3 nights they didn’t clean our room since they were low on staff. Also, one day the bin and the towels were not changed. There was a feeling all the time that the room was dirty. Cleaning the room every 3 days is just not enough, especially when it is so small.
K. H.
On the plus side, very central, clean, tidy and friendly and about as cheap as you could hope for in Central London. Great shower. Before I go further I will add, this isn't the first Point A hotel I have stayed in... But rooms here are exceptionally small.... And I mean tiny. Put your cabin luggage trolley bag on the floor and you have literally no where to stand. It must have taken David Blane to magic the bed into the room! I was on my own, it must be impossible to maneuver two people in the room. But the killer for me was the bed. Like sleeping on a plank. I was in agony most of the night. I would have stood up but there was barely room to stand in!! It is also quite noisy I suspect because it's in the city centre but probably mostly due to being near the hospital so sirens coming and going a lot of the time. For one night on a flying visit it is tolerable. I don't think I could recommend for more than this though.
M. D.
As other reviewers stated, the rooms are very small so we expected that. Not sure how we would have handled it with large suitcases but we were ok. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for sleeping comfortably. The staff were very helpful and provided hot water, extra pillows, and directions to the train station early morning.
The location is great! There is an underground station literally across the street. There is a pub on one side and a coffee shop on the other and 3 markets within a block. We were about a 10 minute walk to Big Ben. For the price, we couldn't ask for anything better. I would definitely stay there again.
M. O.
Very good value for the location, me and my girlfriend are both from London but due to covid we haven't really had a chance to go away so decided to have a weekend in the city.
The only couple things that we actually had issues with was that one of the coloured LEDs (an added bonus anyway really) kept flickering on certain colours so we had to change our colour selection which wasn't really an issue at all. The other thing was the smart TV didn't allow us to access Netflix or prime video on the TV, when trying to screen mirror from our phones both apps would block the visuals but not the audio or subtitles and we couldn't connect the HDMI to plug a laptop in because of how the TV is built into the wall. Neither of these were a problem for us and posed as more a mild inconvenience, but just an FYI if anyone plans on bringing anything to link up to the TV or really excited about the mood lighting!
The main benefits in my opinion was how polite the staff were, how clean the place was, obviously how close it is to the city centre and how surprisingly quiet it was inside even if there was noise outside. As a final point purely for while covid is going on, this was when London had just gone into a tier 2 lockdown and the staff were handling the whole thing very well, besides the lobby (which we could pass at a distance of 2 metres) there was only twice during our stay that we had to pass guests closer than 2 metres away, guests and staff were also always wearing masks indoors and room cleans were not done during your stay (for our weekend stay at least, I think they said something about after 3 days it will get cleaned but honestly not sure) so this might also be something to mention and check if you're planning on a long stay.
Overall, really good value for money if you don't mind a small cozy place just to get your head down. Value wise it was roughly £25 cheaper a night than any of the clean looking places we found on booking that were near the BFI IMAX, but the other places were roughly twice the size, so again please keep this in mind if you're looking for a big space. Would definitely come back here again in future!
s. l.
Room was small and paid extra for a window that was the size of a postage stamp that looked out at a wall.
P. S.
Right across the road from a tube station, this hotel was in a convenient location. We stopped for one night, so we didn't spend a huge amount of time in the hotel, however, every interaction with staff was extraordinarily pleasant. They were friendly, helpful and smiling the whole time. The room was clean and well presented. The only issue I found was the 10am check out time, which was way too early for me. An overall good experience.
C. M.
I mean! The customer service is exceptional. It’s really modern! The location is perfect especially for tourists! One thing that I have to say is that the rooms are super super small. So please be careful. I was not expecting it. Other than that, it’s an awesome hotel with great location and impressive service:)
A. R.
I was looking for a Hotel Room that was simple, modern and spacious. The hotel in Westminster was exactly that! Highly recommend and would visit again.
N. C.
Great for a short business stay. The rooms are very compact but well laid out. For my needs it was fine. A Costa next door as well for breakfast was no hardship. The staff were very helpful indeed.
M. K.
Shoe box with a bed. But cheap so all good.
G. D.
Room was very small, but the description did say a snug room. Very clean and functional. No storage space. As I was only staying for one night, I did not need any.
A. R.
Modern hotel with all the essentials you need. Room was great, yes they are small but not that bad, still plenty of room. Bed was amazing and the shower was great. Large TV. I can't fault it and will be staying here for my business trips instead of travelodge
V. N.
A really nice hotel and place to stay in London. It’s close to everything according to me. You can walk to the London eye and Big Ben in about 10 minutes. Close to busses and the underground. The staff was really nice and the rooms while small, where comfortable and clean. I will definitely book this hotel on my next trip 👍👍👍😊😊😊
K. M.
Firstly the room was compact not cramped but the right size for a decent nights stay. The TV was a smart TV meaning incould watch Netflix from my phone. They provided towels and shower gel/shampoo. They also had motion lights with nice colours and the heater actually worked on the AC :) . The room was clean and the hotel was close to the station, restaurants and sainsbury's. Overall I had a warm welcome from gabrielle. I also had a nice talk with graciela and elena on my way out. This is a underrated hotel for its price and location. It's a must stay!
T. S.
This is basic accommodation in the centre of London. It is mainly aimed at business clients with a double bed and a tiny bathroom. It is clean, staff are polite and the rooms are air conditioned. Limited storage but for 1 or 2 nights, it is sufficient. No meals here but plenty of venues close by.
S. T.
Great welcome, but unfortunately no windowless rooms available due to my late check-in. Small but perfectly efficient room for an overnight stay, but I'd recommend a room without windows as the road outside is busy and the double glazed windows can't quite keep the sound out. Powerful shower to wake you up!
H. G.
Pros: Great location. Clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Reasonable priced.
Cons: Sirens from ES may bother some. Housekeeping should keep WC tidy for longer staying guests. Room doors slam at the last instant echoing down a normally quiet hallway.
C.
I thought for the location and price this hotel was fantastic. Tune feels clean, safe, and inviting. The rooms are TINY but set up very well. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Joanna in particular made my trip! She was very helpful and even lent me a small space heater on a particularly cold evening in February.
I would recommend at least checking out their website. The one at Kings Cross is also very central.
L.
Clean, simple and modern rooms but very very small. The bed just about fits and you have a small square of floor space. One plug socket provided and there is only one ironing room in the building. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Fine for a night.
A. I.
This is a budget hotel, make no mistake about it. No breakfast (there's a cafe a couple of doors down though), no kettle or tea provisions in the rooms. No standalone wardrobe. But, I've still given it five stars because it did the basics well. A clean room, that was larger than I was expecting. A television and fast, free internet. Shower was good, and there was free shower gel in the cubicle. The bed was quite high, which I prefer to a low one. Mattress was pretty firm. I had a good nights sleep. But, I could here the occasional person walking by in the corridor in the morning. Powerful air conditioning. Hotel location is excellent. Turn right out of Lambeth North tube station and it's 30 seconds walk away.
A. P.
Stayed at Tune Hotel in Waterloo, London, for four nights.
The location is great, with easy access to the subway and walking distance to restaurants and bars.
The room was very small. Approximately 6 square meters so almost no space for bags or shoes. But it was clean, good facilities and cheap.
Recommended, would stay here again.
D. L.
Although the room was small, it was very clean and cozy, loved the led lights and overall ‘modern’ look. Considering the location and the price, I do believe you get the value for money.
T. H.
C&CC = Clean and critically compact. The rooms are modern and clean, with nice details like adjustable RGB led lighting. However, the rooms are very tiny. Bring to mind japanese-style sleeping capsules. A double-room is tiny for one person. For two people, staying in the room is likely to feel like playing tetris with your stuff. Still, considering the price, the clean and modern rooms and the good location, the hotel is a good find.
S. S.
Amazing twin room, reasonable price for London friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay
M. F.
Hotel very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good location right next to Lambeth Tube station. Costa coffee also next door. Only niggle is the rooms are super small for the price paid. Very limited on space but OK for a bed for a couple of nights. Ridiculously expensive Cost cutter super market over the road along with cheap chicken takeaway which was OK.
T. N.
Generally acceptable hotel, minus the cigarette burn in my bed cover. They charge for all amenities, and the rooms are quite small, but if you know that going in then all is well. The room was quiet at night and the bed was decently comfortable.
M. S.
Tiny, tiny room. Too hot with window closed. Way too loud when window open. Bathroom so small that I had to move the bin into the corridor to use the facilities. They definitely pack a lot into the tiny space - full credit for that - but could it be just a little bigger? The location is good. Easy walk to Waterloo, to Westminster Bridge, to the South Bank. I slept well. I didn't partake in breakfast.
K. 6.
Great compact pod style hotel room. Ideally situated in the centre of London. Clean and tidy, perfect for one or two nights stay. We used it because we had tickets to see a show at the Southbank Centre, which was about a 10 min walk away.
C. T.
Point A Hotel has been a great stay for us. We are backpacking Europe, and the hotel was an inexpensive option for us. The room is small but comfy. The location is convenient, and the service was very helpful. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay sightseeing in London, I would easily recommend this place.
M. G.
Good value for money, clean, small room but quiet. Only negative, the ventilation (not air conditioning) above the bed, too much noise for me. It would be nice to turn it off for the night
A. L.
Clean and simple - small rooms, especially the bathroom (for a 6ft3 person it is definitely a squeeze) but space is reasonably well laid out, personel was friendly, bed was fine, no noise, good location and not too expensive - more modern than travelodge. No real breakfast but a costa voucher got my day started with a pastry and a coffee.
A. H.
Clean and tidy friendly staff perfect place and so close to attractions rooms a little small
C. M.
Easy to locate, pleasant informative staff & air conditioned, compact rooms. Ideal.
P. G.
Location wise this place is great. we were a short walk from the tube station, the London eye and a Tesco express. The room itself was very clean, basic and small, but it had everything we needed for weekend stay in London
C. A.
Great location beside Tube station.
Had a below ground room with no windows which was great except could hear noisy footsteps & chairs in the café above so I'd recommend either ear plugs or an above ground room!
Compact room, excellent bed gave a good sleep & brilliant rates compared to other budget hotels.
D. K.
Friendly staff, sparkling clean, free WiFi. Small rooms but equally low cost. Comfy beds, quiet night's sleep. No restaurant or breakfast but you get a voucher for the Costa next door. Suits me. Will go again.
R. S.
Great Central location at an affordable price. Rooms are small but has everything needed for a stop over. Clean and modern. No tea and coffee facilities in room but think there were facilities in reception which is manned 24/7.
R. R.
Even though the staff is friendly, the room was clean and I knew it was compact, it is still too expensive for what guests get. You have to pay extra for towels, and Wi-Fi. There's no breakfast available for purchase or included or nothing.
The rooms are waaaay too small, and they don't clean it during your stay unless you stay more than 3 or 4 days.
There's no fridge and no drinking water provided.
It's in good location.
D. W.
The place is very clean with friendly people. 2 minutes from Westminster bridge so well placed for site seeing. Good price for London but rooms are a little small for 2 people and there is no parking .
I. C. (.
Great for 1 or 2 nights great price rooms. excellent bed and very clean..Great features in the room although on a busy road windows great at soundproofing the noise, right on top a tube station..uncomfortably too small move around and get ready at the same time only reason for 4 stars
M. P.
I went 6 times in London, 4 at Point A Westminster Hotel. It is a really cool hotel for little budget. It is extremely well located. 30 seconds to the underground, 2 minutes to Waterloo train station, 5 minutes walk to Big Ben. The rooms are really small but this is what i love. Maybe you should ask to avoid the first floor because this is the less quiet one. I will definitely recommend !
P. L.
Nice and clean rooms. Bit too tiny, but fine for 1-2 nights. If you plan to stay longer and work in the hotel, will be uncomfortable. No breakfast, but a cafe next door. Good location.
S. S.
This is really a great and affordable experience. Obviously this is a budget hotel so they don't have all of the (unnecessary) extras, but this worked perfectly for us. All we needed was a place to stay. Also, the rooms aren't huge, but unless you're rehearsing for a dance show you should be fine.
G. A.
I really like this place, great location and a fab tie-in with a few local businesses that are well worth asking about.
Rooms are small, functional and pretty cool. Always really clean and the staff are all good eggs.
K. H.
You get what you pay for here. The location could hardly be any better - few minutes walk from several major tourist attractions and bus/subway routes. The room was extremely tiny, but clean, and the service at the front desk was not very professional.
T.
Great. First trip to London. Stayed at Tune 5 nights. Clean, safe, economical. Perfect since we were out/about sightseeing most of time. Great coffee place on one side; pub on other. Tube station across street. Staff was amazing. Joanna was first we met; was ALWAYS so cordial and friendly. And helpful - as all the staff was. Had problem charging phone; various staff helped out and one (young Asian-looking lady) said it was my cord. I thought "yeah, right". But she was absolutely right. Later, I tripped breaker with my hairdryer. Desk clerk (lady with burka) came up and fixed immediately. Really impressive. All of the staff sincerely helpful, nice people. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Θ. Κ.
Very nice hotel, best located, clean with tiny rooms but still very comfortable bed. Friendly staff (special thanks to Violetta for her help and her warm smile) superb! However, be careful with the extra prices for towels, hair-dresser, wi-fi, TV.
C. B.
The rooms are very small. But if you're there to see the city you probably won't spend that much time in the hotel anyways.
Besides that everything is very clean and modern. The rooms are Air conditioned but it can be shut off if it's too loud. The Staff was very friendly and helpful at any time.
Location: 50 m to Underground Station Lambeth North and ca 10 mins to the London Eye. 10 m to a Costa café for that you can get vouchers for breakfast (5,50 £).
I can really recommend this Hotel. The prices are very low for what you get. Just don't forget to book the essential Add-ons like towels and toiletries or WiFi. These are not included in the normal price!
B. L.
Amazing hotel, nice and clean. Everything you need! Staff is friendly and helpful. My first vizit made me a fan!
A. T.
Abby and Monika were absolutely fantastic! When I asked about moving to an accessible room, they had none empty. Monika called other hotels in in, but wasn't able to get us an accessible room for the remainder of the trip, so she moved us to a larger room, which helped tremendously....
B. a.
Not my favorite , staff were friendly and helpful but rooms were tiny with no windows air con heater thing was running all night , very clean but a Jail cell would have more space, no kettle in room or brew gear, bed was comfortable and clean , but not at all welcoming for such a location ,
T. M.
Rooms are very small (practically a bed with walls and a tiny bathroom). Worked out at £99 per night for a double room which isn't cheap, but does the job and the facilities are clean and tidy and the air con in the room is great.
N. K.
Great location right across from Lambeth North underground station. It's a good place to sleep if you're traveling solo and don't intend to spend any extra time herw. The double room is of manageable size for two but only if you are acrobatic enough to go over each other from bed. Because apart from private bathroom that's all you get. The rooms are tiny! If you are big you may have trouble manouvering yourself here.
The rooms are clean and modern with air condition. However if you're in one of the basement rooms where the AC must be kept on at all times you may get cold with the machine blowing at your feet.
M. L.
Hi!
Thank you so much to have made us a wonderful stay.
Definitely you have a great team in that hotel, summing up:
an amazing guest service, all of them were kind and helpul to us, always very disposal to any question or anything we needed. Now I can remember only Paula Duarte who has been so kind to us, but as I said all of them were kind too. The hotel is very well located, close to the tube just in the center of the city and everything cleaned, no complains and it's recommended!
A.
It was a good place to stay.
Pros:
Clean rooms
Great location near to many places that you want to visit
Friendly staff
Fast WIFI Exactly the same as the pictures
Cons:
No desk in the room
No microwave/fridge
No breakfast
D. P.
Clean, modern and comfortable small rooms ideal for single traveller on a short visit. Great location gives easy access to sites of interest and venues.
S. M.
The stay was pretty good. Everything was almost as I expected. I booked online, so all the facilities were included, but there was a problem with the wifi all the time. On the second day the clerk was so kind to write an apology letter with a complimentary muesli bar and water, and I thought it was very considerate :)
Guess it's good to get your mind off the screens sometime! :)
A. B.
Very smart and convenient location. The rooms are small, as advertised, but very clean and well equipped with sockets, tables, chairs and clothes hangers. Bathroom also well equipped and shower water v hot. Recommended
H. b.
Small rooms, had to climb over the bed to close the curtains, with no wardrobe nor room for a kettle. Clean but very basic. They even charge you to store your suitcase.
B. M.
Hotel is perfect for one or two nights to explore London. We booked this Hotel since we wanted to be central and did not want to spend much money on the Hotel. It is right next to the Bakerloo subway station. With that, Tower London and other sites can be reached in 15min or so. Other places like the Eye of London can be reached on foot. The price was ok given the location. I could park my luggage for 3 pounds for the day after check-out (which I think is fair). We were satisfied.
Here the plus:
+ The reception staffed with young people were always very nice and helpful (e.g. printed out some tickets with no objections).
+The location is great to explore London (subway station nearby)
+ The rooms were clean and modern and we had no issue with noise (6th floor)
+ Small shops to cover daily needs (drinks, sandwiches etc.)
+ Free WiFi was very fast (could watch movies easily).
Here the minus:
- The rooms were tiny (even for low budget). The two us had trouble getting dressed at the same time. There was no wardrobe (just two hangers on the wall), so you have to live out of the suitcase.
- No breakfast in the hotel (not a major thing since there are breakfast places nearby, but if you like to have a rich breakfast before you start, this is something to consider).
- We were on the top floor, and the water pressure was pretty weak. Enough to wash your hear, but had to wait quite some time for warm water and it felt more like a rinse, rather than a shower.
All in all, if you need a cheap, clean and friendly place to stay to explore London, go for it if tiny rooms don't bother you much.
P. O.
Beautifully clean, nice new fittings. Room compact but it has all you need (except tea and coffee in the rooms - but where would they put it?) and a great shower
I. H.
Although this hotel is basic in terms of its amenities, there being no bar or restaurant and breakfast being via a token to exchange in the Costa next door, the rooms are rather good. Although compact they are well appointed and Wi-Fi is free and a good speed. It wasn't expensive either and is close to the tube. I'd use it again.
R. H.
Super friendly staff, room was tiny but very clean and they'd used the small space really well actually. Fine for a 1 night stay
A. S.
I cannot fault this hotel for what it offers. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in London, with the basics you need to have a good nights sleep and still be close to all the main areas of the city then this is the place for you.
I stayed here the night before a conference as it would have been hell to travel down the morning to get to London for an 8.30 registration time. A colleague and I both had a room and we found the hotel with ease. In fact it's almost directly opposite Lambeth North underground.
The staff on the desk were super friendly and checked us in with ease. The rooms are basic. However, the fixtures and fittings are high quality and the bathroom is top quality. THere's nothing worse than having a crap shower in a hotel. This wasn't, it was great and lots of room to wash and get ready in. The reason it's affordable (£70 a night) is that you pay extra for things such as having the TV working, a hairdryer, wifi, a towel and products (only an extra £2.50), no tea and coffee etc. However these things you don't have to have so it's your choice to spend the money where and how you want. For our needs it was perfect.
It's also lose to Waterloo, which has some great bars and restaurants. We headed to a nearby Byron for burgers and beers. Recommend that!
If you're looking for a one night stay, this is the hotel for you.
R. M.
The value for money and location were obviously excellent, as to be expected, and cleanliness and comfort was great too. We were most impressed though with the staff, especially a lovely lady called Joanna, who was there when we checked in. Throughout our stay she was utterly delightful, warm, friendly and inviting, and made us feel very at home. It really made the trip for us and has left us with such a fantastic opinion of the place that we'll definitely be both recommending it to others and staying on our next visit.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walking from London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben.
The underground station just across street, on the corner, 10 seconds, clean, quiet, confortable bed, but very small rooms, no frills.
The environment is good, the reception people are nice, specially Selenge is Fantastic and good professional, we're from Portugal and advice people to go to this hotel Good value for money.
R. O.
The rooms are very small, but they are very clean and the staff was polite and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.
J. R.
We all knows that in big cities the hotels are small and this one is not an exception. If I can divide my review it will be:
Staff (5 stars)
Value for money (4 stars)
Rooms (3 stars)
Another strange thing is that they only clean rooms two in two days.
A. 8.
Location is great. 2 bus stops from Big Ben. Or a quick walk. Rooms are hella tiny though. I have a picture if i can find a way to attach it. Bathroom is the size of an airplane bathroom and room is a closet and a bed. Bed is really comfy though, so thats something. You also have yo pay extra for every little thing. Wifi is 4£, and spotty. Towels and shampoo, room cleanings, hairdryer, safe, etc all cost extra.
L. T.
Hotel rooms are very small but have everything you need. Location feels safe, which is important for me as a lone female. Breakfast is a voucher for Costa next door
C. R.
We had almost cancelled our London trip plans due to the high costs of hotels in London. At the last minute, I was able to find the Tune hotel in Westminster for £55/night. Booked it and added some of the add-ons (towels, WiFi, etc). The hotel is small, rooms are tiny, but for the amount of time we spent in there, it was fine. The room was very clean and the bathroom was clean too, the only issue was the shower curtain was old so when water would hit it, it would start to smell. Other than that, the staff was friendly and everything was reasonably priced. We bought snacks and water from the store across the street which was very convenient. There is a cafe downstairs next door, you get free WiFi there if you purchase something. The train station is across the street as well, which is awesome. The walk to the Parliament, London Eye and Westminster Abbey is only ten minutes. When we come back, we will be staying at Tune hotels again.
T. A.
Clean and modern rooms. The picture we saw when booking showed a way larger room though. No in-house breakfast but there are vouchers for a next door breakfast place. The WiFi was quite slow. It's central London and a underground station is right across the street.
D. T.
Excellent location and very friendly staff; stayed for seven nights and absolutely loved the stay; WiFi did not work well as expected; no water boiler in the room; however, hotel staff was extremely friendly/helpful; not to mention that this hotel is literally next to Lambeth North Tube Station (and about 10 minutes away from Waterloo Station).
T. W.
Regularly stay here when in London for work. Rooms are ideal if you intend to be out all day. Bed are comfortable and shower etc are ideal. Perfect for a short break visiting london.Staff are very friendly and helpful.
D. W.
V small rooms but perfectly functional, comfy bed, wouldnt stay longer than a couple of nights or with lots of luggage but perfect for business users needing to be close to westminster
A. C.
My beloved daughter Sophie and her sweet sister are currently in the old country and are truly delighted with hotel. As her father, hovering across the pond, I can clearly state that my wee lassie is well looked after, made to feel at home and receiving that little extra that makes such a difference. She reported back to me that the staff called her by her name... ah, that was music for her. So, this is a very humble way of showing my appreciation to all those out there, helping them have an unforgettable stay (actually I booked three stays all in all, following her glowing report). A special thank you should go to Joanna, Guest Service Supervisor, for bravely putting up with a distant overprotective dad.
C. E.
If you just want a place to crash... You have found it.😁 bed was comfy, mood lighting and room tech good a la Hong Kong pod style. Very friendly staff with a pub next door and a Sainsbury opposite. Tube is on the door step and my room was clean
E. B.
The Crew very friendly and helpfull. We have the room on the Top and the sighting was not bad. The rooms are very small but you have all what you need. ...thats it....the posters bevor me have all sais and bring all pics so i dont have to do onemore.
Q. T.
Decent hotel, rooms are really small but functional, clean, staff is helpful, location is great but because of the good location there's a lot noise, ambulances at night etc
D. M. C.
A nice experience for 4 days... The room is really small but the easy access to supermarket, tube and buses pays its price.
Friendly place. Really grateful to the help we got from the receptionists when we needed information.
A. S.
Stayed for one night for a work trip. Really close to tube stations, clean and modern. Temperature controls were a bit iffy but otherwise ideal for what I needed.
M. C.
The room I have stayed was so comfy. Yes, it is not really big,but you get all the things you need + the best service I have ever encountered. Close to underground station and to the main's attractions.
Definitely I will come back!
B. F.
Knew what we were getting, a small room at a great rate. Easy access to the underground, walking distance from many attractions, pubs, and restaurants. Friendly staff! Would recommend.
E. L.
Rooms are very small and the location can be quite noisy. But good value for London, great location, and rooms, beds, bathroom etc are good quality with everything you need.
L. V.
Great Location. Small but clean modern rooms. Super friendly staff. Would do it again
W. H.
Small but good value and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful.
A. A.
Overall all my expectations were met with Tune Hotels Westminister. I knew the rooms were small and that WiFi would cost extra, so there were no surprises. They should, however, post the prices of these extras on their website.
In comparison to all the other hotels in London, they definitely offer one of the cheapest prices. And seeing as how everything in London is expensive, Tune Hotels is decent value for money. We stayed in a room in the basement without a window which was OK though slightly claustrophobic and slightly musty-smelling.
Location-wise, Tune Hotels Westminister is closest to sights such as the Big Ben and the London Eye. Definitely walking distance. There's a nice little street very close to the hotel called Lower Marsh Street where we found very nice cafes and bakeries. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!
V. S.
Rooms facilities is good but rooms are too small to accomodate 2 persons .Not even two can walk or stand properly.Apartfrom it best thing is its just a 5 mins walk from westminster bridge and majority of attractions are nearby.
S. B.
Does the job perfectly. Slept great.👍
E. M.
This reviews for Sarah the receptionist that although I wasn't making a booking helped me over the phone to check if the bank was open across the road. That's how you get people to reccomend.
D. S.
It's in one zone of London. Near the underground an bus stop. Near london eyes and Tamigi river. Room are very small, but very clean. Near there are market open 24h and a lots of pub for drink or listen Live music. Reception of hotel is open 24h and their operators are very kind.
C. M.
Our room was on the top floor and we could choose the colour of the lights or even set it to cycle thru the colours like a crazy disco room. The 2 weeks we spent here were awesome!
R. S.
Room was small..but we're clean...the receptionist girl was were nice.she meat us with big smile on the face....she was very polaid. ...we came earlier checking time...was very tiried...she done everything to help us get room guickly. ...The hotel management must proud to have in the team this nice young girl ...iona (iona am not sure did is correct )she was from Romania. ..dark hair....slim girl...
Big thank you for this...For sure we will back again stay in his hotel..
M. H.
Great hotel, ideally located near tube station. staff very helpful
R. J.
Cheap and nice hotel. The only minus one could point out is the view. But hey.. its a budget hotel. What to expect :) Close to the city centre! Will visit again
D. E.
Clean and modern but tiny rooms! Which I think is the whole point of this hotel chain. Good value for the money though.
V. S.
The reception guys were the best. They helped us a lot and accomplished much more than their work requires. That means they are very good people too, highly recommended!
d.
Smallest hotel room I have ever, ever seen! Clean and comfy. Nice reception staff.
A. U.
It was my first time travel to London and Tune hotel made my stay much more easier. Friendly stuff and their help was what attracted me to stay longer. I will strongly recommand this hotel for anyone visiting to London and who would like to enjoy city centre and main tourist locations.
Thank you
J. H.
Fabulous wee gem. Very central and next to the tube station. Very clean staff were lovely would highly recommend and will be returning for another stay
S. G.
It's a bit basic and rooms are definitely small. But it's clean and tidy. For a place to stay in London it's fairly priced
M.
The rooms are very small, but they've made the most of it by making them feel like little space pods, which is cool.
J. W.
The rooms are small but clean and a great value for the price. Great location and the staff was very friendly!
F. C.
Point a hotel London westminster is very beautiful and it is situated near London eye. The room is small but very comfortable. Metropolitan is at only 50 meters. Very good hotel!
A. S.
Small rooms but very clean and modern, 10 min walk from the London Eye, Dungeons, Shrek's Advanture and restaurants. Half hour walk to Buckingham Palace, which on a sunny day is a beautiful walk.
S. W.
Extremely compact, bit too small for just the one person even. But decently priced for the location and proximity to Central London. Comfy Hypnose beds too
D. L.
Nice clean rooms. They are a bit small. This is a no frills hotel. Nothing is included. Great Location.
A.
Great little hotel in a convenient location. The room is small but it has everything you need.
D. W.
Very small room but it has everything you need in it and very clean. You wouldn't want to spend long in your room but as a place to sleep overnight is good
P. N.
Rooms are small but perfectly formed, providing excellent accommodation, especially for short visits to the city.
R. D.
Staff is the best and very helpful. Room is cute and small, but serves my needs just fine. Very clean.
M. G.
Inexpensive, but really good for price. Great location (5 minutes walk from Palace of Westminster), great service, room was compact but had a surprising amount of extras for the price. Very modern.
A. L.
Great cheap hotel in the center of London! Although the rooms were way to small for my taste, it is good enough! I would certainly recommend it
J. N.
Compact rooms. No tea/coffee. Breakfast is provided by vouchers for Costa next door. Ok for a few overnights in London.
J. J.
Staying for 4 days... very nice hotel for everyone who wants to get the best of London. Easy access, friendly staff, near to shops and restaurants. .. superb!
G. B.
Amazing place to stay near city centre. Mrs Selenge and her team are wonderful people to make your stay even more amazing. I wish these guys the best of luck.
Turkey traveller

D. K. S.
The place is clean, staff very polite, and accessible to a train station. But I found the room to be exceedingly small and crammed.
D. L.
Ok, small room and breakfast was just a coffee, juice and pastry from the Costa but it was clean and tidy.
F. H. P.
It was a very pleasent stay at Tune Westminster, people working there were very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. Hotel is very close to central London and in a walking distance from west end theatres.
R. R.
What to say about this hotel, it's in a great location so you're a minute from the tube station and a short walk to south Bank, the hotel it's self is very clean and staff are friendly, but you do get what you paid for in in the fact that the room is the smallest it could be, very smart use of space but small so if you're staying for more than a day it may be too cramped, lots of amenities nearby so 4 star from me!
D. B.
Really nice n clean and helpful, fantastic location good prices....recommend
P. C.
It was clean and functional but very very small with a separate ironing room that sometimes has a queue. Breakfast is costa vouchers next door.
S. S.
very clean, small room but sufficient for a short stay. helpful staff and convenient location
K. B.
Great hotel but abit expernsive
J. M.
The location is great! About a 5 minute walk to big ben and the london eye. Right across the street from a subway station. The rooms are very small but the price is right.
c. b.
Compact and cosy, not for the claustrophobic! Basic rooms with few amenities but good for stop overs in London
A.
I loved everything about this hotel! :) The staff is very kind and the rooms are very comfortable.
D. J.
Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are small. Elevator didn't work. But for the price I was pleased
I. A.
Nice small cozy and affordable hotels in great locations. If you only need a place to crash for the night at a great rate close to the city it's a steal.
M. B.
Small but great location and clean. Would visit again as long as you are fine with small rooms
R. H.
simple and easy booking system. great hotel to stay in town centre. modern clean rooms, good service.
K. T.
Basic but clean and corporate slick. Slightly less good location but excellent value for money. If you are on a budget a great choice.
J. v. M.
Good for what it is meant to be: a place to sleep, clean and small! A bit noisy, but what to expect in the heart of a busy place like London!
N. W.
Tiny rooms only a little larger than the bed. No tea and coffee facilities. No cafe or restaurant on site. Friendly but cramped.
J. M.
Cheap place to stay close to city centre. Rooms are extremely small but it's gets the job done. I would definitely stay again.
A. S.
Does what it needs to, comfy bed, clean room, not much space but if you aren't going to be spending much time in the room then that's no problem.
A. Z.
Located in a great part of town. Close to tourist attractions. Place is a little small, but great value. WiFi is incredibly slow
O. F.
Excellent location, wonderful staff... Rooms little bit small, but enough what you need to visit the city for few days
M. P.
Small rooms but everything you need. Exceptional service, and air conditioning a bonus.
P. O.
Slight mix up on check in but staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but well priced and have everything you need
D. H.
+ clean hotel
+ near at the underground station (lambeth north, Bakerloo Line)
+ friendly staff
+ free wifi
- very small rooms (but for a city trip it's okay)
T. E.
Very clean and well thought out rooms. Yes they are small but fine for overnight.
B. B.
Very clean and modern. Smallish rooms and shower. No washcloths/washrags. Only large towels.
J. N.
For this price it is the far best hotel i stayed on. Hotels in London is often to expensive and have bad interior, but this was a modern "do it yourself" hotel. I nejoyed my stay here.
T. P.
Friendly staff, but every extra (like towels, TV) costs extra. If you need a table for working with your laptop you will be out luck.
R. G.
Cost benefit was very good. Outstandibg location. The room is a cubicle. Staff is very friendly.
G. B.
I knew the hotel rooms were small but it was smaller than I expected its smaller than a cruise ship basic room on carnival but it was clean and cheap
J. S.
Decent hotel, good location, small but functional rooms, but lots of road noise
D. B.
Rooms are modern and clean. Just FYI, they only clean the rooms every 3 days. Location is next to the tube.
N. G.
Clean and functional with a great price given it's incredibly central location. It also makes you re-think how much space a person actually needs!
E. K. H.
Good prices and what you need for a stay. The rooms are small but the bed is good.
A. T.
Great people: Sadan, Selenge, Joanna, Rosy, Violeta, Veneta and Salwa and amazing quality of guest service. Good location near many famous attractions.
M. V.
Very good Hotel, stayed 2 nights with my Dad
N. M.
Best location you could find! Also the staff was very kind and attentive, rooms too small but cozy
F. S.
Nothing to complain. Basic hotel, kind staff, clean rooms, fair price, pretty central.
A. P.
Location is great, right beside lambeth north station. Customer service is excellent, but rooms are small.
H. O.
Extremely small and minimalist room but well located and has friendly staff.
R. C.
Nice room, clever use of space but very noisy from inside (doors closing etc.) and outside despite being on the 6th floor.
A. D.
Too small room (in my case) but close to the relevant business places and to the river. Clean and polished.
C. L.
Rooms are very small and not really suitable for families. I would recommend this hotel for young tourist
A. M.
Good price for a well equipped and comfortable room - not a huge amount of space but very well thought thought in design
E.
Loved it staff so nice
G. L.
nothing fancy here, but it's cheap and central. no restaurant or breakfast available, but literally 2 meters from the entrance is a pub with a decent burger selection for dinner, and 2 metres in the other direction a Costa for breakfast.
A. M.
Great value from this hotel, superb located, the young staff is ver nice and the price is quite low
N. B.
Small but very comfy and affordable room. Perfect for overnight stay
R. J.

105£ , 3 blocks from the Westminster Bridge. Four blocks from Big Ben. Small room however for that price you're in the middle of London, try to beat that price
N. S.
Great budget hotel. Perfect for when you are out and about all day and just need somewhere to sleep!
K. C.
Staff is excellent :) Rooms are really small. For just spening the night it's fine.

J. W.
Staff is friendly, room is clean and location is convenient ... That is about it. "Double" room is still only big enough and layed out for 1 person. The room and bathroom were smaller than the interior lower level cabin we had on our Royal Carribbean Cruise. If you are traveling or staying alone and desire no frills, this is the place for you. If you desire some typical hotel accommodations (like a chair in the room) then this isn't the place for you.
J. G.
Tiny room, but otherwise OK.

Very modern and clean. Good wifi. Had a basement room with no windows. As with most central London budget hotels rooms, very very small (about the size of the bed). Very quiet at night with only distant rumble presumable from the trains. No breakfast available but plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Costa next door. No tea and coffee in room. Drinks available from reception (chargeable). Can leave bags and cases with reception £3 per bag.

(Translated) Perfect for the location, the neighborhood is very good. It is well located from the tourist attractions and above all has easy access to the metro and transport. The only thing that might be unpleasant for some is the size of the room, for me it was perfect for the days I spent here. Employees 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

(Translated) The hotel is ideally centrally located and you can't beat the price. When I checked in, I was given a room of a better category at no extra charge and, if I asked about the coffee machine, I also received a latte macchiato for free. The room was clean and nothing to complain about. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped at any time. The hotel will be booked again on the next trip to London.

(Translated) We had a great time! At the reception we met all available and kind guys including Rosy, an Italian girl extremely available and kind! We stayed 4 nights, the hotel is modern and has wifi, hair dryer in the room air conditioning beds and comfortable pillows.
Our room was modern and very clean! The only small flaw (to those who care about me no!) Is the size of the room ... small bed just the space of the bed and the bathroom very small, a little reminiscent of the boats!
For the rest, excellent cheap and very close to the bigben metro and bus!
I would go there again!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
L'unica piccola pecca (a chi interessa a me no!) è la grandezza della camera...piccolina giusto lo spazio del letto e il bagno molto piccolino, ricorda un pò quello delle barche!
Per il resto ottimo economico e vicinissimo al bigben metro e bus!
Ci ritornerei!
