We had a lovely surprise of a 'towel swan' and some chocolate treats on our bed with a postcard welcoming us to the hotel - a genuinely lovely touch. The rooms are smart and clean and a really good size for London hotels. The buffet breakfast was superb, good quality ingredients and freshly cooked. I can't recommend this hotel strongly enough.

N. M.Turned up at 14:10 had to buzz to be let in upon arrival. Checked in which was OK but receptionist wasn't very welcoming. We checked in to a disabled room which I was quite surprised and I hope we weren't given it in preference to someone who needed it! The only thing that didn't make sense is the room was also one of the furthest located from the Elevator/stairway, which was a surprise in case of an emergency? Very spacious and clean otherwise. Comfy beds and quiet. Also couldn't get any of the heating controls to work as it was quite cold to begin with. On check out same receptionist but there was a chap on duty with her who asked about our stay and had a very nice warm attitude. Good rooms and would stay again.

B.Highly recommended. Stayed here for a city break with the other half for almost a week. Great site with everything you’d expect from Premier Inn, especially the all important breakfast, which was consistently fantastic, as always. Although located next to a pub and opposite what looks like a club, there was absolutely no noise transmission in the bedroom which was facing the main road. Great night sleep every night, rooms and bathrooms all in great condition. The site is fantastically located at the bottom of the Victoria tube line which was a main factor in choosing this site; this means you can get access to all parts of London with ease.
A. B.I really liked this hotel and its location. Brixton is a quick subway ride from Central London. It is the end of the Victoria line, so the streets are always busy with people transferring from trains to buses. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and checking in and out was quick and easy. The hotel is also very secure at night; you need your card to enter the building and to enter the hallway on your floor.
The rooms are spacious with nice furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. The in-room tea and coffee service was nice.
I still have to get used to budget hotels in Europe not providing top sheets on the bed or wash cloths in the bathroom.
C. I.Shame there's no food at the moment (I like their brekkies!) I'm not marking them down for that... The sound proofing from outside was excellent and the light proofing... Woke up at 0300 when eyes would have been properly adjusted and still couldn't see a hand in front of my face. Bed comfy and had a solid 8h 30 sleep (according to my Garmin!) Star off cos there was no remote control for the TV (nicked?!) and I think someone did a workout upstairs(?) just as I was trying to get an even earlier night. Sounded like it any way! Sound proofing may have worked on outside noise but it didn't work on that! Proper banging!
L.Love this hotel. The staff are fantastic.
The rooms are large and clean. Everything works well. There is a lovely little restaurant, more cafe like, the food is not fancy but very good. Great all you can eat breakfast for a good price.
Hotel is centrally located to enable easy travel and access to anywhere in London.

R. L.Nice hotel, liked everything about it apart from one thing - for a newish hotel our room had more squeaky, wonky floorboards than HMS Victory. You could also hear them above us as well quite loud at times. Other than that it is clean and comfortable, great location for tube to central London.

W. M.Stayed for two nights. The hotel was well run clean and quiet. The room was very hot but when mentioned at reception the air con was switched on. The bed was comfortable once we could get on it we are only short arses lol

Q. G.Fab service is what a stands out here. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. A jug of cold iced water in reception is very welcome for tired and thirsty travellers. Rooms a tad small for a family of 4 but modern and comfortable. Perfect location for sightseeing London and dozens of interesting restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Brixton is about as vibrant and cosmopolitan as you can get.
r. b.As is always the case with premier Inn, the rooms are a good size, replete with modern features, impeccably clean and very quiet. This one couldn't be more central, sitting in the middle of Brixton town. The staff were super helpful and the check-in process quick and easy. The only small criticisms I have are that the air conditioning wouldn't go lower than 19 degrees, which is a bit warm for me, and the water temperature was slightly cool. Would definitely stay again though. Good value for money
T. B.I revisited this lovely hotel with my husband recently and as usual it did not disappoint. The staff couldn't be more polite or helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless and the bed was the essence of comfort. The quit and the darkness ensured that we slept well and we were ready to explore London from this very central location. We will be back asap.
D. B.The rooms are nicely spacious and very clean. Staff however is minimal and sometimes difficult to find. Adding to this, the rooms have no telephones, so in order to communicate with the staff, one has to come to reception. I find this very annoying as I am a long-term guest here. Finally, the fact that there is no available parking nor even a temporary parking space, one has to park illegally in order to unload a vehicle. Breakfast is good but there is not a wide selection of choices.

E. E.Nice hotel conveniently situated for the O2 Academy (only a 5-10 minute walk), and less than a 5 minute walk from the underground. Staff are welcoming and very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast had a large range to choose from and was of very good quality. We were concerned about noise as the hotel is situated next to bars/clubs, however we didn't hear a thing through the night. As Brixton is the birthplace of David Bowie, there is a picture of the David Bowie memorial in the foyer - although the actual mural is only a 5 minute walk if you want to see it! Would definitely stay again.
G.Quiet hotel very close to Brixton Station. The underground goes in 15 min directly to Victoria Station.
Even though Brixton is a lively place with clubs, bars and venues, the hotel itself is very quiet. Rooms have a very comfortable bed and air-conditioning. Everything is very clean and maintained.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with warm and cold buffet, omelet and eggs are made to order (included in price). On weekends, the breakfast room can be full, but still organized and comfortable. We had one night dinner in the hotel and enjoyed the food and also the price at the end! Recommendation!

B. W.We stayed here because we were going to a show at Brixton Academy.It is not far from the station and the high street. The staff were friendly and helpful .
We didn't eat here,but there was a small restaurant next to the reception .There was also a table with coffee,tea etc for guests to replenish supplies in their room and jugs of iced water.
The room was well set out and clean.We were worried about noise from the pub a couple of doors along that had live music,but there was no problem.
Plenty of places to eat and drink around, plus the famous Electric Avenue,David Bowie mural and shops.
J. H.For a hotel in the middle of Brixton this place is quiet! The rooms are really big and comfortable, and they have big screen TVs that you can hook up your laptop to. The staff were really nice and kept my bags for me until I could check in so I was able to explore the area without having to trail my bags around with me.

Room was really nice, can't say much for the view but who actually spends time looking out of hotel windows anyway. Incredibly good experience for the fact that it was super cheap. Didn't get breakfast there as it seemed a little overpriced but hey, it might have been incredible.

This is one of the newer ones so it'll look different to the over premier ins.The newer design looked much nicer than the older ones. It was very quiet in the night so I had a good sleep.

B. W.It is definitely one of my favourite chain for accomodation. Safety is of utmost priority. The doors are shut after 2000 hrs. A room key is necessary to gain access. And upon entry, there is another door that is needed to gain access to the rooms. Good system. Rooms are cosy and practical. Cleanliness is good and bed is comfortable. All necessary amenities are available. A kettle with coffee and tea making facility are available in the room. The staffs are friendly and courteous.

However, my room had a door that led to the outside that maintenance use for access to some of the roof space and it was open initially (as my room was recently painted). This wasn’t an issue but the assistant who tried to lock it, couldn’t manage to and we were told that it’ll remain unlocked but no one is able to access that door from the other side, not good enough, surely safety is a top priority whether someone can get to that outside space or not?
Breakfast was decent, not great, not bad. Did the job.
I’d consider staying again if I was seeing a concert at the o2 Academy, otherwise, I wouldn’t bother.

The staff are fabulous and very friendly/helpful. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Easily the best Premier Inn I've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Since we enter the place we received a warm welcome and a cup of tea while we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived early in the morning). Marina at the front desk was excellent, she gave us ideas for our stay, and even let us use the phone to make some reservations for local attractions. The breakfast is awesome. We enjoyed it every day. They would even make a special omelette for you if you ask. ;)
p. t.cheap and decent, good service at front desk and eating area, close to tube station, close to McDonalds, KFC, Sainsbury, Subway, we stayed there for 8 days in late Nov. 2017. Our best European vacation out of 5 separate trips from 2015 to now.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the Brixton Windmill, which is why I stay here. Rooms are clean and comfy, staff are very helpful & friendly and the buffet breakfast isn't bad for a tenner

A. P.Very convenient, comfy and secure. Located very close to the oveground and underground stations. It is also a short (only a few minutes) walk from the O2 academy venue. The room was clean and comfortable. The building was very secure as your key was needed for lift - I felt very safe.

F. L.First time in Brixton and i love it. It was a last minute booking so all the Premier Inn closer to London city are either fully booked or way too expensive. After a few bad experience through Airbnb especially in London area, we decided to go back to the good old hotel and room service. The bed is so comfy, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and perfect with hot shower, clean towels, bed made for you everyday, unlimited coffee and tea, TV, hairdryer and you can request for iron and ironing board. They have a restaurant that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner but there are so much options in Brixton when you are just staying next to Brixton market. To name a few- Fish, wings and tings, mamalan, bao, street food etc. It is 2 mins walk to Brixton underground, bus stops and plenty of shops. The street could get a bit chaotic on friday saturday night but the hotel has keycard access after certain hours to deter troubles. There are bars just next to the hotel or opposite. It is just so convenient.
J. M.A very convenient location, nice new clean and modern hotel and usually at a reasonable price. It's massively let down by the worst internet connection I have experienced from a public connection. Premier Inn refuse to acknowledge that their internet is bad overall let alone the astronomically bad connection at this hotel. It is literally unusable.

Reception and restaurant on second floor of building and there is no first floor so quite a few steeps but also a lift to lobby. Very helpful staff and high quality rooms with excellent beds. POSITIVES:
-Extreme courtesy of the staff
- Very low prices
- Near the metro (about 150 meters)
- Good breakfast
DOWNSIDES:
- Impeccable cleanliness;
-The area (Brixton) is not the best, after 8 pm it begins to be populated by shady individuals, so if you are a woman and you travel alone or if you have children in tow I would completely exclude this area.
- Absence of parking, if you are traveling with a car looking for a hotel with parking, you cannot park anywhere in the street and the few paid parking lots cost a fortune
- Windows that cannot be opened, the entire hotel is equipped with a forced ventilation system, however it is not the same as a healthy change of air.
-Rumorosità. Our room was separated from the adjacent one by a communicating door (locked), so any noise made in the other room was perfectly audible in ours. But I don't know what the other rooms are like, maybe we were particularly unlucky.

-Prezzi molto contenuti
-Vicinanza alla metro (circa 150 metri)

ASPETTI NEGATIVI:
-Pulizia non impeccabile;
-La zona (Brixton) non è il massimo, dopo le 20 comincia a popolarsi di loschi individui, per cui se siete una donna e viaggiate da sola o se avete bambini al seguito io escluderei completamente questa zona.
-Assenza di parcheggi, se viaggiate con un auto cercato un hotel dotato di parcheggi, in strada non si può parcheggiare da nessuna parte ed i pochi parcheggi a pagamento costano una fortuna
-Finestre non apribili, l'intero hotel è dotato di un sistema di areazione forzata, tuttavia non è la stessa cosa di un sano ricambio d'aria.
-Rumorosità. La nostra camera era separata da quella adiacente da una porta comunicante (chiusa a chiave), per cui qualsiasi rumore facessero nell'altra stanza era perfettamente udibile nella nostra. Però non so come siano le altre stanze, magari siamo stati particolarmente sfortunati noi.

Wir hatten Zimmer 301 und wurden jede Nacht durch die laut schlagenden Sicherheitstüren geweckt. Ein Durchschlafen war somit nicht möglich. Das Zimmer war viel zu hellhörig und man hörte sogar zwei Nächte lang die Musik von den umliegenden Clubs im Zimmer. Eigentlich wirbt die Kette mit einer Sleep Garantie. Das Personal schien es aber nicht zu interessieren, denn als Antwort über unsere Beschwerde gab es nur den Kommentar "Danke für den Hinweis". Wir haben sofort nachdem wir zurück waren auch das Hotel dann angeschrieben und immerhin das Geld für zwei Nächte zurückbekommen.

Somos una familia con dos hijos de 5 y 7 años y fuimos a pasar el fin de año a londres , hemos encontrado este hotel es perfecto esta al lado de la parada de metro que conecta con victoria station , picadilli , canden etc todo esta a una media de 20 minutos. Hay un mcdonals y algunos restaurantes al lado del hotel ya sabes que tipo de restaurantes si comparas con españa, pero tienes un servicio. El hotel muy económico , limpio , camas cómodas, ubicación y personal agradable y cualificado si vas con niños totalmente recomendable.
