C.Stayed here for initially 3 nights but on the 2nd night me and my partner decided to stay an extra day, we thought we’d have to move rooms and when I went to speak to the receptionist they straight away said they will try and keep us in the same we room and they did, bed was comfortable and very clean also wasn’t too hot when me and my partner was chilling in it. Room itself and bathroom clean and very spacious also very friendly staff, asking any questions or concerns they were very good to help and room service was amazing. Remembered to add a few extra sugar’s and tea bags in our pot. Also the location was fine no noise bothered us at all Train station isn’t far away and you are near plenty of places for food. Breakfast was good, plenty of food and very calm eating area. I would 100% recommend coming here if you want an easy going holiday with little hassle and just pure fun
D. H.Pretty standard, comfortable room, one we had been changed from our original room, which stunk of cigarette smoke. Decent breakfast spread, but the cooked options were not the best. Difficult location to get into the 02 arena.

Clearly stated £10 pn parking so no sweat and got a space ok at 4pm.
Textile seat at desk disgusting and would only sit on it after putting one of the spare pillows on it, rest of room felt very clean! If you want nice staff this is definitely the place to come!

B.would give 5 stars for the staff. they were all very pleasant and helpful. location was ideal for us. it was clean. the evening meal was edible as we were hungry but not very tasty. fish and chips was dry. breakfast was very good. we stayed 2 nights mid week for a wedding. The noise on the main road did not disturb our sleep.
A. C.My boyfriend stayed here in late August 2020 to meet me for the first time ever and it was fantastic! The bed was huge and comfortable. The headboard had purple lights coming out of it, and my god - it was pretty! The TV wasn't as big as I'd of liked, but it was decent enough. The Wi-Fi was incredibly bad and I had to use my 4G for the time I was there, same with my partners phone and iPad.
The bathroom was very small and the toilet was very low down. I felt like I was sitting on the floor. As a woman on the bigger side, this wasn't very ideal for me and I felt uncomfortable. My boyfriend didn't have any issues, though. The room itself was cosy and felt welcoming. The air conditioning was refreshing but also overpowering at the same time. It got cold VERY fast with air conditioning turned on. We had to turn it off sometimes throughout the day because it got too cold for us.
We ordered carbonara and pizza... And that was possibly the best carbonara meal I have ever tasted in my life. 5/5! I would go to this hotel again JUST for the carbonara alone! It was my first time eating carbonara cooked by somebody else and it's an experience I'll never forget.
This hotel and the service we received were all spectacular. Myself and my boyfriend spoke to a middle-aged woman with short, black hair and she was so polite and funny to engage with. It was a fun weekend trip away.
I will happily stay here again with my partner in the near future when he comes down to see me.
R. R.Not bad but desk staff not very helpful. The vending machine in the lobby ate my money and didn't give me the items. Staff said it does it all the time but they couldn't do anything as they're not their machines. If you know the machines don't work, don't have them there.

M.The hotel was in a perfect position for us to visit our friends. Booking was easy and at a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were all spotlessly clean and fresh. Check out was quick as we just left our keys at reception. The Wi-Fi let the place down. It kept dropping out and the 4G signal was too weak. Wi-Fi should be be free and no need to login unless premium level is required. A signal booster should make the Wi-Fi available in every room. We had three rooms and we all had poor internet connection.

A. I.Stayed here for 2 nights. It was very comfortable. The decor is very pleasing to the eye and it was heated everywhere while it was freezing outside. The breakfast looked amazing unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

R. H.Staff were helpful, room was very clean, a big comfortable bed, overall we liked it for the two nights we were there and would book again. We were in room 324 on 3rd floor, which backs onto the hotel car park so there was no street noise and the street outside is very busy. We reported the extractor fan not working and it was fixed within a few hours. The full English breakfast was OK, not cooked to order so can be a bit dried out after a while, but is passable - the full English breakfast was £9.50 per person and the Continental breakfast was £7.50 at the time of writing this review.
The only drawbacks we can point out are
1) The windows don't open at all, so the room can get a bit stuffy, there is AC but no fresh air
2) No phone in the room to call Reception direct
3) Limited TV channels (we stayed in on our first night there).
4) There is no fridge or minibar but the table has a bottle-opener attached to it!

j. m.Can't really fault this at all, if you need a hotel in this area. Clean rooms - seem to be fairly new or refurb not too long ago. If you got time for breakfast I can definitely recommend it everything seemed fresh and still hot. This can be an issue at some hotel buffet breakfasts but not here and also fairly good choice of items. Never stayed in this chain before but will next time I'm am looking at hotels as seem to have fairly good prices as well.
J. M.Clean rooms but no phones in rooms to speak to reception and no flexibility for late check outs. The access cards consistently stopped working which meant a trip down to the desk and a wait to get them activated. And this was while being kept far away from mobile phones. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner which ends promptly at 10pm. In between, drinks can be purchased when you are able to track down a member of staff. We had a night without hot water and another night without heating. Breakfast is mediocre as I was once served 3 raw eggs when requesting 2 poached ones. However, when it works the food selection is good. Staff can be very helpful but we stayed for 2 weeks and were told not to eat our lunch in the only seated area of the hotel one day. The rooms are not suitable for eating food in either if you're a family of two adults and young kids.

A. M.Fantastic place at a fantastic price. Had a last minute opportunity to visit a relative we rarely see. Staff were exceptional making up a family room for 4 at the last minute. Very helpful with everything from directions, parking and taxis. We were late for breakfast and even this this was not a problem. Really was a great night's sleep (I want one of their Hypno beds) couldn't hear a thing from my a/c'ed room even though it's on a very busy road. Room was of course clean tidy - but it is the staff that set this hotel apart

B. B.Staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The shower for the first few days was good; powerful head and good temperature. Sound proofing was good couldn't hear the busy road outside. There are some negatives. The bed was very uncomfortable, kept rolling into the middle. This is especially bad as they advertise that the beds are the appeal. The TV channels are all over the place, nothing in any order, needs retuning. Mobile phone reception not good and the wifi is slow. You can supposedly pay for faster wifi, not sure how good that is as never used it. But I suspect the normal wifi is deliberately slow so you pay extra. Parking is tight especially on busy days. Breakfast is far too expensive, over £9. Stayed in the Holiday Inn at Stratford and breakfast was included in the price. On the last day no hot water, really not pleased about that. Don't think I would stay here again as a little overpriced for what you get.

J. M.Premier inn always great in my experience. Good sound proof room and comfy bed, genuinely giving you a great nights sleep. Decent food in the restaurant. Only down point is the road leading to the hotel is a pain with traffic depending on which direction you're coming from. Car park has limited spaces, but I've yet to see it full.
T. T.The food was good. The room was big and has a TV, I'm always a fan of the lighting in these rooms. The mattress was quite comfortable but I had to remake the bed as the sheet wasnt fitted correctly, it wasn't the right size to cover the full mattress but I did my best which is more than I can say for the person who attempted to fit it before me. The room was way to hot and the thermostat only goes down to what it believes is 19 degrees when using the noisy fan (what ever happened to having windows that open). Sadly for me it is becoming a Christmas tradition to come here and have my wost night sleep of the year. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful though and besides not being able to sleep, I enjoyed my stay.

Easy parking if you have car. Local streets are free if you want to avoid hotel car parking fee. Room well equipped and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
M. B.Not much choice for breakfast, what there was wasn't all that.
A.The bedroom was excellent and exceeded expectations, from the super comfortable bed to the cozy sofa and conplimentary kettle with a very nicely designed bathroom along with it, basically the room has everything you could need, even a hairdryer and a pretty good quality TV. The breakfast was a fair price with the wide range of breakfast options from pancakes and pastries to cereal and eggs and bacon etc. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially a worker by the name of Vicoria (apologies if i spelt it wrong) who stood out, she was very accomodating and even offered to warm up a few pancakes for me which made the whole experience that much better. Me and my girlfriend went here for valentines and very much enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be visiting again
P. P.Dublcheck Cleaning Services EAST KENT visited here. From the night porter to breakfast staff the service was excellent. The standard of cleanliness was high and one of the best recent hotel stays I can remember for a long time especially impressive considering the £50 per night price as well. Definitely recommend a stay over here.

I wasn't able to stream video, but you have the option to pay £5 for a 24-hour fast internet. I did that 3 times.
The youthful staff and housekeeping were great.

The lady on reception very welcoming, the maids were lovely and got us two extra pillows as soon as we asked for them, and the dining room staff were very smiley and friendly, nothing was too much for any of the staff! The cook was amazing! I don’t know how she managed to keep up with the appetites of all the guests, but she did, and the cooked breakfast was yummy 😋
The room was lovely and clean and so was the whole building.
Unfortunately, because we normally bring our dog with us, we have to stay at a Travelodge, but as we didn’t bring him this time, we were able to stay at your hotel 😊
I think next time we come to London, the dog can stay with a boarder, so that we can stay with you again!

D.We had a great nights stay on the 18th of November, clean room clean reception, the staff couldn't do enough for us to make our stay pleasurable, we had breakfast which was unlimited and cooked well. We was down for a relatives funeral there were lots of things we needed support with and the staff did everything could to help, late check out full days parking. Thank you Premier Inn.
S. A.Room was great, bed comfortable, food not good. We had continental breakfast and the crumpets were mouldy! They changed them, but it shouldn't have happened. We were told the manager had over ordered, so some food was out of date. I wouldn't eat there again. Also no proper bar there, when we returned to the hotel and asked for a drink, the staff informed us that they had just been robbed of some drinks by two men who ran off. I ordered 2 single gins, and 1 bottle of tonic water and was charged £10.15!!! This is Eltham not the west end!!! Didn't buy anything else.
M. A.Good staff, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. The dining area is ok, the evening meals are always pretty decent and the breakfasts are filling and plenty of variety . All in all, you can't go wrong. Car park can be a bit tight but secure.

Midlands. Secure overnight car parking and a very straightforward check-in. Bedroom excellent size and offered all facilities you may require. Bed very comfy. Hotel was very busy. May have been a wedding somewhere nearby. It resulted in the wedding party appearing to all turn at the same time for breakfast !!! Queueing for breakfast was not good but the staff worked their socks off trying to to keep delays to a minimum. Breakfast was really worth waiting for

J. M.The accessible room is 5* the hotel staff are 5* food was great, pity the restaurant doesn't open at 5. Car park 3* not enough spaces and work vans parked in the disabled area we had to get a member of staff to hold a space for us after visiting the 02 arena. This hotel is around 30 mins from the arena so great position for concerts and central London shopping or attractions.
Highly recommend the hotel for disabled guests just the car park isn't great. Can be difficult to get out of the hotel due to traffic.
Sound proofing is amazing, we would definitely go back.

S. A.I love Premier Inn and stay a lot, as normally great value, clean and comfortable. But not on my last visit.
I arrived Monday evening 26th February for 2 nights stay. That evening I thought the room was a bit chilly, but adjusted the thermostat up. Went to bed and about 2 am woke up and was freezing. I went back to bed with a jumper and woollen hat on. In the morning the room was freezing cold and there was no hot water for a shower. Having a hospital appointment in London later in the day, this was a big problem. I was told at the reception that there was a call out for engineers, this was at 9am, clearly the heating had failed before 8 pm the previous night.
I arrived back in my room about 7-30 pm to a freezing cold room and no hot water, still no shower. I wore my jumper and hat in bed again. Thankfully the heating must have come on in the night as it felt a bit warmer and managed a hot shower before heading off to Gatwick for a welcome flight home.
Not a good experience on this occasion and very stressful, far from a restful stay and sleep.
I would like to give Credit to Premier Inn customer services. It was not a good experience, but they have dealt with the complaint efficiently and refunded my 2 days stay within eight days.

M. S.It's a Premier Inn so if you have stayed in one before you know what to expect. Staff are friendly at this one and if you want to be fairly close to London but don't mind using buses instead of the tube you can get a very good price per night staying here and have more to spend on entertainment in the city.
