Had trouble with my booking via a private company, receptionists from the 2/3/22 till 4/3/22 was very helpful and very patient. Good personal skills and communication was clear. Room was clean and breakfast was serve nicely

Hotel could do with an upgrade.. however the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I wanted to say that last night I witnessed a member of staff going the extra mile with an elderly lady, helping her to get outside (disabled) and taking care of her, before returning and answering our query. I didn’t get his name but he was on duty 11.30pm 1st Feb 2022.

As you'd expect clean and tidy and basic. Our room faced the main road so with the triple glazing there was no noise but the room was stuffy. The kitchen made me oat milk porridge which was very good. Good location definitely.
W. A.
The decent size room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location was convenient to the underground. The breakfast which was included was adequate but nothing special. The Rocket pub was just down the block. All in all a good place to stay
N. M.
Would have give it a 5 star but even for me the room was too hot. Was only staying overnight so didn't want to bother the staff. Otherwise it was fine staff really polite and professional but they need more than one member of staff on reception

Nice clean and cosy rooms. Covid safe.
Friendly talkative staff. A great pint. Lovely food.
Enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for us - two minutes' walk from Euston station entrance, and 30 seconds' walk from bus stops.
Staff were generally happy and helpful, though a faulty light I reported on the first morning wasn't fixed by the time we left three days later. We arrived around 11.45am and reception staff were happy to store our luggage until we checked in later. Check-out isn't till 12 noon, which was helpful.
Our rooms were clean and quiet from outside noise (due to triple glazing) and adjoining rooms, but not always from selfish people on the corridor. Breakfasts were very good, as usual for Premier Inn.

Just stayed the weekend here, premier Inn says check in at 13:00 however hotel on site wouldn't allow until 15:00.
They allow suitcase storage.
The hotel has 3 lifts easy access to your room,
There was no house keeping at this hotel I am assuming for covid but not sure, you have to go to reception for clean towels if required, and replacement of tea, coffee, milk for the room.
If you are staying over weekend I would advise if booked in for breakfast expect a wait we has a party waited 40 minutes for any table to come available the restaurant is not big enough for the size of the hotel. There was not enough tables available for more than 2 people so had to sit on 2 different tables.
I stayed in room 242 and there was issues with the drains water from sink, bath, and toilet took an age to go down has you can imagine with the toilet not a great site.
Has for noise the main road is extremely busy but did not hear the traffic, however your near a fire station you can hear the sirens.

Very nice and staff very helpful and friendly until we went for breakfast and were informed it had closed early and were asked had we paid which we had. Wanted us to have dried up leftovers with several items missing until we asked for a refund and then we were advised by a more helpful staff member that they can cook to order. Spoilt what was a lovely stay.

Good start allowed to leave luggage, very pleasant on reception. Got back around 11.30 pm booked in on self check-in to be allocated room on ground floor behind reception sounded ok!Wrong noise made by staff late at night and very early in the morning.

A one night stay, where the room was found to be neat and tidy, offer the (these days rare) opportunity of a bath and an extremely comfortable bed.
The breakfast offering was also very good. Though be warned: it was pretty busy at a time when their room literature suggested it wouldn't be.
D. H.
Room was very basic could do with a refurb looked like the bath hadn't been cleaned properly and there was tissue stuffed at the side of the tap did not use these facilities.
K. B.
The room was good on the 5th floor. However, sadly the mattress was not the nice firm mattress I'm used to from premier inns. It was quite soft and I felt it in my back the next morning. Also the ceiling stains from a formerly leaking roof weren't that appealing.

Lovely hotel, great location, close to tubes, clean spacious family room, lovely food, would totally stay at again, great value for money in the heart of london
J. D.
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff both at Reception and in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast is brilliant with options from cooked and continental. Restaurant was busy but well managed with staff ensuring food replenished and tables cleared of used crockery and when guests left (this was the opposite of some other reviews from 2-3 weeks ago so I am pleased we still visited and would do again) Great location for walking to many attractions/landmarks plus St Pancras)
G. B.
Room was spotless and clean with all amenities at hand. The bathroom was fresh smelling and also clean with fluffy towels and plenty of shower gel. Big flatscreen TV in room. We would have liked a few more teabags and coffee sachets than 2 of each as they do not last long, but that's a very small gripe. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Recommended due to location being close to both King's Cross and Euston railway stations.
B. R.
Breakfast wasn't that good, but the staff were all helpful, the room was clean and we had a view of St Pancras church.
A.
Very clean, comfortable and amazed how quiet it is. Worth paying for the breakfast which had a lot to choose from. Location is great with short distance to the stations.
S. A.
The hotel is extremely nice, not one bad thing I can say about it. Beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable and everything is functional.
The have free luggage storage which is great.
Staff is friendly.
I wish it had a laundry facility. Also FYI, no fridge or microwave.
The hotel restaurant is convenient however the food was really bad, my potato wasn't cooked at all, the taste was weird, the burgers are tiny (if you come from America 3=1 American burger) so the hotel food was a let down. I'm not a chef but I cook way better.
Still, it is a very nice hotel and if you catching a good discount you'll be very happy there.
J. W.
Good to meet up with a friend and this was the nearest Costa coffee shop so that why we use it as I am a Costa coffee man it was clean staff was very helpful as always and will use the shop again
D. W.
Good value, comfy bed, close to Euston station. Floor creaked a lot in our room (122)
N. J.
Our stay is was good good location for Euston station our room was at the back so was quiet. Room was clean bathroom was too shower was under powered but otherwise very good stay
S. L.
Stayed during half-term busy. Staff you could see were against it. They worked tireless to ensure everyone was served at breakfast. The time went past normal service would've finished but made all customers seemingly impressed with service. When in London will definitely be booking here again. Thanks again.
B. F.
Its good for getting around with bus,s and the tube close by and if you reall want there are taxi,s
M. K.
A fairly typical Premier Inn. Rooms are remarkably quiet given its adjacency to the Euston Road. The breakfast buffet is ample and other items can be cooked to order.
F. L.
Lovely helpful staff. Excellent location.
Shower sink started to throw up dirt back in tub when I turned the tap on it.
M. S.
One of the best premier inns..staff very friendly. Clean tidy and good breakfast.
L. t. T. P.
You can't go far wrong with a Premier Inn. Not had a bad experience yet. This one although quite basic was clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite. Good position and recommended for a trip into Camden Town.
M. S.
All the usual comforts of a Premier Inn, ideally placed for those arriving from Euston, St Pancras or Kings Cross. Staff were very dilligent and approachable. Solid nights sleep, swift check in and efficient left luggage service. Can't fault the place!
C. A.
Pleasant staff...but the place is looking tired. Also quite noisy in the night.
Bathroom was ok, but the water pressure...took about 45mins to run a bath.
Time for a bit of a renovation I think.
K. W.
changed check in time to 4pm.
staff friendly.
beds comfy.
breakfast first cone first serve so needed to queue.
right next to church which we appreciated but some may not appreciate the bells.
R. I.
Nice big rooms and lovely staff and with comfy beds. But the staff being lovely may compensate for them not having common sense. At breakfast we waited an half an hour due to COVID (which was expected) but there were empty tables with food all over them and no staff cleaning them up! Instead they were waiting on toast. When we got seated we waited and waited until someone finally came over and took our order and we didn’t order too much. And we waited for the upmost time and they brought the pancakes and no cutlery even though that’s what you eat pancakes with. And then when my friends full English came they still didn’t bring them cutlery! It was atrocious
S. S.
Nice bed very comfortable. The breakfast took a long time but understandable as due to covid 19. It would be nice to have more coffee in the room only 2 for 2 people not enough
S. T.
Good location but the hotel felt a bit dated.
N. N. C.
I had the best stay here everything so close by and staff was so helpful especially Aleia one of the managers she could help us enough . Will be definitely coming back one of the best premiers inns I have stayed in thanks for my first experience of London and I loved it so thumbs up from me 🤗🤗
G. C.
Basic Premier Inn, starting to feel tired. Surprisingly quiet in the room given the location.
C. B.
Very clean very friendly staff good night's sleep bed comfy love the pillows nothing to much trouble for staff can't wait to go again thank you C Brown.
M.
Staff especially Alleaha at front reception very helpful, I arrived early to book in and she went over and beyond to accommodate us. Same i may add when leaving today. We have stayed in Kings Cross premier Inn and staff at euston premier inn alot more friendly and helpful. Definitely will return to this Premier Inn. 5 stars.
C. B.
Brilliant place to stay if you are disabled the accessible rooms are a good size. Lovely friendly staff will definitely go back.
H.
Not bad for the price. The breakfast wasn’t good though
P. P.
There was a lovely hotel room. However the breakfast service was very terrible, this may have been because of covid however it needs to be fixed and improved before I stay here again.
G. H.
My Girlfriend and I came here for a few days away, and we had an amazing time. Location is spot on: 2 minute walk from the train station and equidistant to both Camden Market and London Zoo which were both very enjoyable.
Staff were helpful and friendly, despite the fact they were visibly very busy. Check in was very easy and room was ready as soon even though we arrived a little but early. Rooms were made up each day whilst we were out, and it was lovely to come back to a ready made bed and plenty of tea & coffee.
Breakfast was really nice every day, everything cooked to perfection (even the bacon!!) And plenty of options to choose from for both food and drink (full English, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bread, juice, smoothie, water, milk, hot drinks etc.)
The bar downstairs was very peaceful and was a nice end to a busy day. A few drinks at prices that were actually pretty decent.
Overall a very pleasant stay for a couple days getaway, friendly staff, great facilities and at a fair price.
R. L.
Friendly staff but the hotel is definitely due a refurb
J. W.
Despite being on the first floor the room was quiet which is crucial for me. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Although they were clearly a bit stressed at breakfast service. Room was a good temperature although I only managed to get barely above cold water for my shower (room 101, ironically). Breakfast was good. Being from oop North it's eye-watering expensive for a Premier Inn, but that's the joy of London.
S. S.
It was clean and not to expensive
Dinner was ok
P. J.
The reception staff were very helpful and polite, plus it's in a great location for Euston station
B. G.
Only stopped here to use the toilets which were lovely and clean.
J. A.
Stayed there for guide dog training. There were issues with the booking/rooms and shower wasn't as hot as expected. However, staff were excellent, extremely helpful (especially with storing and retrieving my medication) and respectful towards me and my classmates and our dogs. Bed was comfy and the room was nice, if small. Food was surprisingly very good (better than some of the local pubs, even) although serving more real ale would have made things better for me! I'd happily stay there again!
G. B.
Well positioned hotel, close to nearby Tube station. It's a Premier Inn, so always clean, well proportioned rooms and comfy beds. Even though it's on a main busy noisy road the secondary glazing did a great job creating a silent room. The bathroom layout is odd, doesn't flow in the normal way but that's being super critical.
My experience in the attached Thyme restaurant was not great. Food was good but the service was very poor. Waited 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken, & I had booked the table in advance, and I had to call someone over to take it. The waitress who delivered my wine before did not offer to take it. After the main course I was left unattended for another 20+ minutes before I walked to the booking/front desk station to ask for the sweet menu, finally I had to capture a waiter to take the desert order.
Overall, an hour and half for a Cobb Salad & 3 scoops of ice cream. The restaurant was no where near full, way less than half capacity. No one checked if my meal was ok or if I wanted anything else. Eventually I went to the front desk to pay my bill and that was the first efficient experience, it was ready to pay as I got there!
A. M.
Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the fruit smoothly the most. The kitchen staff were very happy and seemed to enjoy working there. Very clean large room and comfortable bed. Shower was difficult to figure out at first, and fan barely worked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn.
P. M.
Pleasant enough stay but the hotel needs an update and service on the front desk isn't welcoming. Room was clean and a comfy bed. Bathroom was suitable with soap provided. Television is large with freeview but the sound had been blocked to a low level. Breakfast was nice with good food and service. The chef cooked poached eggs for me and porridge, thank you.
D. P.
Great location, friendly staff decent rooms, and a good breakfast
G. C.
Typical Premier Inn, very quiet despite being on busy road but starting to look a little tired
A. S.
Outstanding customer service from Alex and Violetta 👍👍 hence 5 star review
C. S.
Clean , cheep , great location, good for storing luggage, bit tired , plus my curtains didn't meet in the middle Room 523 if the hotel fancy s fixing them
T. B.
I've stayed here many times now and always found the service of staff to be excellent. The rooms are clean and well kept.
On my last visit I have to give great thanks to Violetta, my waitress, who was sociable and gave me time for conversation as well as passing on my comments on the food (my chicken wings were slightly overcooked). Najma who was working the bar was a surprise! Most hotel staff do not remember a client's drink and she did, even the fact I never have ice. I was asking to pass on compliments to Violetta and happened to be speaking to Chanel, the duty manager, who was most excellent and yet another member of staff who I wish to praise. She refused my offer of a drink as she was on duty and this was yet another demonstration of the professionalism of the staff here.
Definitely recommend this hotel for its location, rooms and staff. The restaurant is worth a visit.

Room 516. Beds are extremely comfortable and the room spotlessly clean - due credit to housekeeping staff. Plenty of great quality pillows and towels available. Room temperature was comfortable as windows could be opened. We didn't eat here on this occasion but that was due to personal circumstances rather than choice, as we have always enjoyed the breakfast.
C. G.
Had a lovely stay with our family great service and fantastic food a lovely stay .
K. B.
Really helpful friendly staff. Very clean but basic. Just around the corner fro. Euston Station, so really handy. And they provide a room to drop your bags off before check out. I enjoyed my stay and would have given a 5 star but there was only 1 towel provided for two people so drying with a wet towel.
B. L.
Done everything we wanted. Exactly as you would expect. Clean, large bed and about 5 min walk from Euston, st Pancreas and About 7 mins from kings cross. You can travel most places in London from here
B. P.
A pretty standard Premier Inn. The room was a reasonable size, had a fairly large TV, sofa, desk, wardrobe space and a bathroom. Being in central London is can be a bit noisy at times, there are two sets of windows which does cut out a lot of the noise. The room had air conditioning which, while it is a little odd to use (have to manually select if you want it to cool or heat the room, not just pick a temperature), did the job and wasn't too noisy. My booking came with breakfast included, which was really tasty and all you can eat so win win there. There is a underground station close by along with restaurants and a food shop about a 5 minute walk away. All in all I would stay here again, although I do think it's expensive for what you get.
J. C.
Excellent location for me and my mom who can't walk far... Its nice and close to Euston station. Extra pillows and towels provided without any issues. Was also nice to stay somewhere with a bath. Rooms have AC and heating -both were used as the weather changed. Overall a great stay. 2 slightly annoying points... Shower: The shower pressure is too weak to wash thick long hair and the shower head cannot be moved and is pointing slightly towards the wall... I would not even bother. I ended up washing my hair in the handbasin! Hotel restaurant: table service at the restaurant for breakfast was excellent... At supper time we were invisible! Did not go back for supper!
E. M.
Always clean. Great location with Euston, st pancreas and kings cross stations all on your doorstep.
Comfy beds, if you get a room away from the main road it's really quiet.
Staff friendly at check-in. Restaurant not staffed accordingly in the evening I felt.
Stay here nearly every time I come to London via train as I can't beat the location not the price. Plus I find the beds to be very comfy.
A. U. K.
I had initial reservations as the Daisy waked straight past us waiting at check in and ignored us until we asked if she was checking people in. However that was the only negative, the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, very polite and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and considering we were on a very noisy main road, once the window is closed you barely hear a thing! Was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast was lovely, everything was very professional and well organised. Dora in particular was absolutely lovely, very attentive, personable and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.Nice
C. A.
Extremely polite staff, very clean and tidy. Easy accessibilities and good connections to other parts of the city. Will happily come back here in the future.
M. E.
Very nice staff. Clean and quiet room with ultra comfy beds. Food is average fair and beer selection is very limited but enjoyed my stay there and would stay again. Price decent for London. Handy being very near train station too.

Comfortable and close to Euston, Kings Cross, and St Pancreas stations. Plenty of eateries close by, and a Costa Coffee on site.Friendly helpful staff. Perfect.
B. J.
Great location. Bit hot in the restaurant at breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean.
S. K.
Excellent proximity to Euston and St Pancras Station. Tube stations no more than 5 minute walk away.
Hotel itself:
Check in - Super easy online, staff friendly and helpful. Stored luggage easily on arrival so we could go and explore quickly.
Room - Basic, clean and comfortable. Great night sleep. Cot provided for us and baby slept brilliantly! A small fridge would have been useful for baby milk etc but not essential.
Breakfast- tasty and plentiful although not sure we got our money's worth especially when there are cafes and restaurants doing breakfast for £3-5 within a 5-10min walk away from the hotel. However I suppose we paid for convenience.
A. S.
Great location: very close to Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston rail, underground and bus stations.
Check in: the kiosks were all out of order, so had to queue up even after doing online check in.
Room: not large but well furnished, well lit, clean, with a good number of charging points.
Bathroom: okay and clean.
Price: felt a bit overpriced but overall value for money considering the location and other options.
Stay was comfortable.

Stayed as a stopover before getting an early Eurostar the next day. Arrived and there was a problem with the room (which had been paid for up front at time of booking). Staff member was apologetic and got it sorted as quickly as possible. Room was typical premier Inn, although seemed smaller than others I'd stayed in. Ground floor room overlooking service area. Windows locked but air con worked. Beds comfy and a small selection of tea/coffee. Bathroom was clean although the shower was a bit intermittent with the hot water. Plenty of towels.
Restaurant was ok, we waited half an hour to be served but food came quickly and was decent.
All in all for the price this is an ideal choice for one night if travelling on the next day, but I wouldn't stay for longer.
G. C.
The staff in the restaurant were friendly and took time to ensure their customers were happy. Premier Inn should follow their lead in their other hotels. The rooms were typical of PI but recommend not having a room facing the front of the hotel as the road is very busy.
G. B.
Very worn and tired. Needs refreshing. Other PI have all had Reno's. Rooms quiet but towels thin and worn and carpets old. Feels old. Staff very friendly and helpful but time to choose another one like kings cross for a few more pounds but better Ambience
S. R.
Clean hotel friendly staff great location
J. F. R.
I stayed at The Premier Inn London Euston recently and it was a most enjoyable experience. Check in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and hygienic and had en-suite facilities. I had a nice meal in the Thyme hotel restaurant in the evening. London Euston railway station is only a short distance from the hotel.
I would recommend a visit to the Premier Inn London Euston.
s.
Nice hotel room, especially considering London area, large enough, with double bed, desk, armchair, flat screen tv. Surprisingly for me, also a bath in the bathroom. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful as well.
S. W.
Was there in '15. Outstanding value for money, very friendly staff. Soups are vegetarian-friendly, good selection of entrees and hard to beat breakfast which is anything you want, hot or cold. Their porridge is excellent. Suggest the meal deal for the first evening since there's not a lot of eateries close by in a short walking distance. Great location as it's an easy walk to Euston Station.
D. R.
I had a stay at this hotel as I was in London for business.
It is located withing walking distance to Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras rail stations.
The rooms are your bog standard Premier Inn rooms. No noise from street so a nice nights sleep. (there was a fire alarm in the morning but not hotels fault)
The restaurant downstairs was nice with the usual standard fare and subsistent breakfast was good too!!!!
Overall, a good stay!!!
J. B.
Great place to stay in London. Clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff and brilliant beds. So convenient for the railway station. The buffet breakfast is just lovely too. Loads to choose from. You're never rushed and again great friendly staff. Can highly recommend x
D. H.
Third visit to this Hotel - straight opposite Euston Station.
Usual nice welcome from Reception staff, allocated a nice room at the back which equals no noise from traffic. Well appointed with the fantastic Hypnos beds. Food was good with decent selection to choose yourself at Breakfast. Good choice at reasonable price, will return when next in the Capital.
S. M.
It's a good hotel with a good location. Some of the staff were friendly but some were not. I forgot my laptop charger in the cafe area. When I went the following morning, it was gone. I asked staff but they were unhelpful. The staff in the cafe/restaurant area just fobbed me off to reception. The reception staff were friendlier buy they couldn't find my charger. Very disappointed as I have to buy another one.
K. e.
Stayed Friday to Monday. Was impressed with the hotel. it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, and evening meals although not big portions were sufficient. Good location for sight seeing as plenty of bus stops to different locations surrounding it.
P. C.
I had a lovely time the staff was very helpful and attentive. The food was superb. I would Def barely book again
H. A. E. A.
It is good and staff are really nice and friendly. There was a wall map and free small map and some guides for the important attractions in London for visitors. The location is great near both Euston station and King cross St. Pancras station. However, i missed some important touches in the room like there was no ironing, fridge, body lotion, plastic cups for tooth brush. Relative to the room price, it should contain these things. Also, there was a small reception with only two seats downstairs so if u have some guests to wait for you it will not be very suitable.
L. R.
I have no complaints at all really just one little niggle, our room never got made up so the housekeeping lady knocked at around 16:30 to do it but we didn't want to stand around whilst she made the bed (which I had already made) nothing major just expect it to be done before that time. Hotel staff where very friendly and helpful.
T. K.
Great first time at premier Inn, checked in online and just had to pick up our key cards which was super easy. All the staff were very cheerful and always had a smile on their faces. They were all very helpful especially when I required something printing off urgently, which to them was no bother at all. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Only downside was the view from our window looked out onto a service re but being in a city centre that's to be expected. Plus the on site Costa Coffee makes up for that. All in all, a decent couple of nights stay.
P. P.
Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are a wheelchair user or have mobility problems, the accessible room has a really good shower room with walk in shower, and good toilet, plenty of room. I will definitely come back :)
C. A. N.
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. We've been here many times and will return when in London. It is a bit like staying in a nice dorm room though, with a clean and reasonably comfortable bed. Very basic amenities - everything is "managed" from the liquid soap dispensers (no bars of soap or complimentary shampoo etc.) to the individual squares of toilet paper, instant coffee (no brew pot), only one heavy comforter - no sheet- even in the hot summer, to the timed air conditioning which shuts off in the middle of the night (yes, it can get turned back on). The bathroom is small and basic- light and fan always get turned on together outside the door and then you have to walk around the door to enter- and the fan whines LOUDLY the whole time. However, it is a clean (for the first time we have experienced the hallway downstairs where we are staying - it is quite musty,) and it is a safe place to stay that is very centrally located which is great for visitors! The restaurant is quite good actually and the breakfast is fine and reasonably priced. So, I have my grumbles, but clean, reasonably priced for central London, and great location win for now.
M. S.
The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. The air conditioning kept the temperature pleasant which was good as the windows could not be opened. The only drawback was no wardrobe and only a few hangers. The bath was large and a good shower. Overall a good value (for London) stay.
j. S.
Comfortable room, quiet, clean with a king sized bed in an ideal location for exploring London. We had breakfast once during our stay and it was very good (missed it the first day and the third day was very busy, so we had breakfast out. Had evening meal once, again very good food with a lot of choice.
If we go to London again, this would be my hotel of choice.
A. C.
This is a review of the breakfast, not about staying in the hotel. You don't have to be staying in the hotel to enjoy the buffet breakfast here. For £10.50, you will get a very wide range if foods, which includes Costa coffee via a machine. The cooked items are fresh and tasty, and if you would like yours eggs done differently to what is already prepared, the staff will accommodate you with a smile. We had a big day ahead of us and this really set the day up right. Highly recommended!!
A. L.
Decent room, huge bed. Breakfast ok bar overdone sausages. But, overcharged for room; booked at £188, booking courses, when arrived was charged £201. It's not the price, it's the principle. And since then they have ignored all emails attempting to resolve. Not great service...
N. C.
Great location for Euston, King's Cross and tube stations. Clean comfortable rooms, fantastic bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Tried to check in to the other Premier Inn down the road, better signage would have helped avoid confusion. Loved our stay.
F. H.
Same as any other premier inn. Rooms are clean but on the smaller side to other premier inn hotels I've stayed in. But it's manageable.
Hotel is slightly worn out. It could do with bit of refurb...Despite that it's still clean and staff very friendly. The 2 nights we stayed I seen staff offering advise to customers. One lady was desperate for room but it appeared they were booked up. Staff was helping her where else she could go.
Didn't use restaurant but seemed busy. Breakkie we had at a cafe a min walk from hotel. A friendly cockney Italian man owned the cafe...just behind the church.
Best point is this place is local to main stations....Plenty of cafes and restaurants local. British museum short walk away.
I. G.
Had a few stays here and can't find a complaint.
Room is clean and consistent.
Breakfast is amazing.
Dinner is fantastic.
The bar is decent.
Great staff.
Cheers.
D.
Stayed here for 3 days , staff were brilliant , nothing never too much trouble 🙌
M. R.
Last minute requirement for a room was sorted very quickly and efficiently with a smile by a great lady called Aaliyah, I think. We had a comfy bed and a good sleep before having to leave to catch an early train. We will use again
C. d. L.
Staff very nice. Room clean and comfortable.
We were with a baby and all was very nice and comfy.
For breakfast very helpful to set you a place with a baby chair.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
K. L.
Would have given five stars if we had been able to get in touch with the hotel at any point prior to arrival. Neither ourselves nor Premier Inn booking line staff were able to get an answer from this particular hotel over the phone. However, upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff who answered all our remaining questions, and ensured all our needs were met. We had very specific requirements, as we have various extra needs between us; multiple disabilities and medical conditions, wheelchair user, autism and ADHD, allergies etc, plus we are a vegetarian and vegan family. The day/evening menu in the restaurant doesn’t have much for vegans, but there is more choice at breakfast, and plenty of other places nearby to eat anyway. All staff are friendly and do all they can to assist, and cater for all your needs. We booked a disabled accessible family room, for two adult and two children (teenagers). It meets all our needs, is clean, and we like the layout. There is excellent access to all other areas of London by public transport. More difficult for cars. We are not using a private vehicle, but we used Uber, and they couldn’t get close to drop us off. Free WiFi is good. Room is very warm with heating on, and cools down with air con, although still quite warm, even in midwinter. Very little noise from outside, despite the busy location. Ventilation system is quite noisy. Curtains block light at night, and most of it during the day, if need be. Toilet sprays water onto seat when it flushes, so had to keep wiping it before use, but it was “clean” water. This hotel does not allow pets, which is great for me, as I have severe allergies to animals. The booking line staff, Najati and Lisa, were very friendly and went out of their way to book us something suitable for our needs, after weeks of having no luck with numerous accommodation providers. Other booking line staff were friendly and helpful too, and staff members we spoke with via Facebook Messenger also helped. We have enjoyed our stay so far. Very happy with the service we’ve experienced. We will probably book this hotel again.

Great value for London just the rooms are a little tired.
K. M.
Everything was fab. Great location. Comfortable bed, huge TV, delicious brekkie (well priced) and really friendly staff in a city not known for this. Breakfast staff especially friendly with one young man with earing and short black hair standing out for his friendliness and being informative. Cheers for a great stay
G. M.
Dated facilities, however all essentials available. Perfect location for Euston train station across the road. Staff very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my two night stay.
J. C.
Excellent location - right on the sweet spot between important train station and shops that aren't train station prices. Rooms mostly quiet and have most of what you might want. No room-safe, but kettle and tea supplies and a nice en-suite and a decent TV and a decent bed.
V. B.
Perfect location, 2 minutes from station. Great value. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Able to store luggage after checking out. Family room perfect for a short break.
C. S.
The hotel room was clean and tidy. Sound proofing was poor. Bathroom clean but shower was functional at best. Evening meal ok staff pleasant and friendly. Breakfast disappointing . Quorn sausages were supposed to be available however I was told I would have to wait five minutes for them and I had already put out my breakfast.
J. H.
Helpful, polite staff. Clean throughout. Rooms a good size and all amenities as you would expect. Breakfast has a very good selection
J. F.
Myself and some friends stayed at the premier inn in euston. Premier inns now use an automated check in similar to the system used at airports. It is a bit soulless, and an older gentleman was clearly struggling with it when we checked in, with no staff around to help. The room was a good size, clean and had the basics in good order. The soaps are in dispensers and the toilet paper as well, annoyingly dispensing one sheet at a time separately. The flush of the toilet was also very weak. I had a good sleep and i wasn't bothered by the busy road next to the hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The downstairs bar was frequently left unmanned with a few of my friends giving up on being served based on the time they were ignored for.
U. A.
Unplanned walk in towards end of night for dinner, nice service and great meal. Overall a great experience in a nice looking renovated room of history. Only downside was halfway through when a mouse appeared at my fiance's feet! She swore she wasn't imagining things, and then during dessert I saw one scamper across the floor and other guests see it too. Maybe part of being in the older building but a bit of a downer :(
J. B.
Handy for trains from the north of England, but a little more could be done in the accessible rooms. The bathroom floors are slippery, and trying to flush the toilets when you have arthritis is painful, taking 2 hands to do so.
All that said, the staff listened to my comments, and said they would act on them, only time will tell.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you.
L. M.
Great location almost opposite Euston Station and 5min walk to St Pancras and Kings Cross. The family room I had was nice. Basic but clean and quiet. The only thing that let it down was it being understaffed at check in and breakfast leading to queuing at both. Automatic check in machines kept going wrong.
L. 4.
Stayed for two nights August 2014. Staff were very helpful as my daughter wasn't feeling well and they managed to get us into our room early. Excellent location. Room great & breakfast excellent too. Highly recommend.
S.
Great location but, beware the noise from the main Euston Road and also, it is located very near a busy Fire Station House. Room was very clean as was en suite facilities.
Bed really was extremely comfortable. Didn't pay for additional breakfast instead, ate at little cafés which are literally located end of the road in quiet, cobbled laneway and served lovely coffee and any type of breakfast (more reasonably priced in my opinion).
M. t. w. g.
Outstanding service from start to finish, delicious food and brilliant service, team seemed to enjoy their jobs. Rooms impeccably presented. Superbly comfortable beds. Always have good experience at premier inns ,this one the best so far!
L. P.
Fantastic location. Just a stone's throw from Euston station.
Friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious, shower out of this world.
Can't comment on food as I spent so long waiting on an ironing board that I missed breakfast. Staff were very apologetic however.
G.
Usually love premier inn, you know exactly what to expect. However, this one had a tired looking room. Needs a revamp. Also could have done without what looked like leg hair stubble from the previous occupant's shave in the bath.
A. L.
We didn't stay in the hotel however we dropped our bags there with city stasher. It was cheap, reliable and very friendly. Definitely recommend doing it, was really nice not to have to carry heavy bags around sightseeing or dragging them on the tube. It was £6 a bag for a full day but they allowed me to drop my handbag off for free which was a lovely touch.
K. P.
Great staff. Key card didn't work for the lift most of the times... So a bit inconvenient but i was told the reader was getting replaced soon. Decent breakfast and convenient location. Nice clean rooms but phone not working so no way to order food to pickup from the kitchen except to go down and wait!
P. L.
Clean and comfortable. A good value for the money. I stayed with my wife and daughter. Convenient, esp if you plan to travel by train. Staff were friendly and supportive.
A. B.
I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now and had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are very tidy and adequate for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the meals are very good and reasonably priced for London. It is just across the road from Euston station so it is handy for trains and the Underground.
J.
Clean and decent room with a very comfortable bed. Only let down was the noisy delivery being made to the hotel at just before six in the morning! Located pretty much just across the road from Euston, which makes it very easy to get about, or if you’ve got an early Eurostar train the next day and you’re coming in from up North.
B. B. (.
It's a good, functional central place to stay if you need to be in this busy area. Prices are reasonable & the staff are always friendly & helpful. It's a bit noisy of you're on the front of the hotel & need an open window
s. 9.
Great location, next to regent's park and other large attractions. Also short travel away from other tourist attractions in London as well as main bus and train lines. The view from my room weren't that great however my friends room had a really nice view. Cost wise it I personally found it over priced. Service in my opinion was between 3 and 4 star hence the 4 star rating
C. P.
Above-average for an affordable chain hotel. Great location, good room with fully functional air con and TV, and a tasty buffet breakfast with the option of freshly-made eggs instead of the ones that have been sitting out, and the option of getting your coffee from the adjoining Costa. Quiet despite busy location. Would stay here again.
C. S.
Stay was of the standard I've come to expect from Premier Inn. The usual comfy bed and clean room. The location of this hotel is great and convenient being so close to Euston meaning I didn't have to lug baggage any great distance from and to my train. Was, however, disappointed with how my gluten intolerance was handled. Was impossible to get in touch by phone to get answers before my stay as the phone was never answered. On arrival there was still no clue if I could be catered for. I had to go down for breakfast anyway to find out if I could have something. I don't expect restaurants to cater for coeliac needs, but I would expect them to be better informed about what they can and can't offer. But I can't complain at how happy they were to refund my breakfast booking.
D. t. b.
It is what it is, the purple Palace. Clean, tidy, I slept well
M. H.
Great location which is reasonably priced for the location. Working in Central London on a budget mean options are limited, Premier Inn is great, you know exactly what you are getting. Ate again in the restaurant and went for the meal deal. 2 courses, drink and unlimited breakfast. Really good value.
D. R.
Hotel was a little tired and room air con made the bed feel damp initially also the desk was a little hampered by single bed. However a good night sleep was had and the food was reasonable, staff very helpful even in the face of some obnoxious guests.
A. i. h. S.
Staff were very helpful and friendly
S. H.
When I have to choose a budget hotel, I always go for Premier Inn if there's one in the area. I've never been to a bad one (whereas I have been to bad Holiday Inns, Ibises and suchlike). They're not going to set the world on fire, but they're generally okay - pretty good if you think of bang per buck. The rooms are well proportioned, the staff are helpful, the food is good. The breakfast is much better than other budget hotels. In summary, if you don't want to splash out, but you need a place to stay that won't make you feel dirty the next day, then Premier Inn is the girl for you. This applies to this one in Euston in exactly the same way as it does for any other Premier Inn in the UK.
C. S.
Nice hotel but if u like church bells 🔔 go off alot and a long wait for food at 9am
L. J.
Such a great location, staff are helpful and it was quite when we stayed
T. G.
Simple and effective. Decent room, decent faculties. Quiet and comfortable. No frills but that is as expected. Wireless internet is borderline unusable - didn't try premium wireless. Breakfast is basic as well but nothing worth complaining about.
N. G.
Yes, it’s a Premier Inn with a Thyme restaurant and don’t confuse it with the busier one a few doors down with the Costa on the corner.
If you want to have a quieter experience then across from the British Library its being on the 1st floor means it doesn’t get much footfall. A quiet bar/coffee area with large windows makes for a pleasant experience as it’s often Almost empty.
There is free WiFi but it’s patchy so Ultimate WiFi works but costs or just connect up via your phone. Staff are friendly and kind, with a little more time to attend to any query.
F. C.
Room was really spacious, even with three beds. Lots of choice at breakfast (but for £10.50 you'd expect it to) the location is excellent less than a 5 minute walk to underground. Overall really good.
H. G.
Only dropped in for breakfast. The staff
Were very polite insistently helpful the dining room was very clean.
I had the cooked breakfast which was very tasty all you can eat which I didn't( if you don't mind)
I would have giving 5 stars but the staff failed to stop me from taking a call from the boss which brought breakfast to an abrupt halt. Maybe next time.
J. M.
As far as a hotel chain goes I must admit our stay here was very comfy and cosy. Room was clean and of a reasonable size. Wife had some issues with the WiFi though I luckily didn't. Must confess we didn't sample the breakfast here so can not give comment about it. We had breakfast in a pub called the rocket directly facing and the cost for 2 worked out the same as for one person at the premier Inn. Having said that we can not fault anything else about the stay. Even the dreaded road noise wasn't an issue. Check in and check out were totally effortless. Will definitely stay here again.
R. V.
Centrally located and easy access to mainline station and London Underground. Hotel service OK but don't expect too much as it is a budget Hotel for short term stay. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in near vicinity but road traffic is a nightmare so take extra care with children and elderly.
C. J.
Fine accommodations, access to public transit fine, however, the worst hotel internet service I have experienced in five years or more. Slow connection speed; disconnects at random times, not recommended for business travel if you need internet reliability.
P. O.
Great hotel, great location and good food
S. S.
A fabulous hotel. Very close to Euston station and an ideal base in s central location. The food is plentiful and delicious. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and the beds & pillows are very comfortable.
C. C.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. But you can hear the rumblings of the underground at night. Also the bar closed at 11.00 pm. A little annoying as not one of the bar staff said the bar was closing and we were moreoless told to go just after 11 and when we asked if we could get another drink, we were told to go to the pub over the road!! Would I stay there again, may be as it's convenient to EUSTON.
C. H.
Room was clean, beds comfortable. Situated on the very busy Euston Road the roon was extremley quiet. Breakfast was great even thou we pitched up not long before breakfast was due to finish there was still plenty of choice. Would i stay here again....Yes .
J. C.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, but the meetings rooms are tucked away in what appeared to be a basement - the room I needed felt very remote. The rooms themselves are lovely however, well stocked with amenities and decorated nicely.
P. W.
As usual, good base for London visit. Easy access to North London stations. Room clean. Temperature good. Bathroom clean with shower gel and soap available. Double bed and sofabed in room. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of products - freshly ground Costa coffee on tap.
z.
As regards pricing, given the location and comfort I would give it 4 stars. The breakfast, if you opt for it, is a sumptuous English bfast to enjoy and recommended. Staff are nice but seemingly overworked. Welcome and checkin desk is no frills but efficient. If you are on a budget, it is the place to stay approx £95/r/night.
F. A.
Cozy and clean hotel. It would improve the Wi-Fi connection, and televisions would focus on the beds. They changed the room because they had given us a room adapted for the disabled, with a small bed. Very attentive service To repeat
B. M.
Very handy location, typical Premier Inn inside (air con, comfy bed, quiet room). No complaints, although more expensive than some better London hotels (albeit those usually in less convenient locations).
E. D.
Pretty good Premier Inn. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Close to Euston Station and a 10 minute walk to Camden high street. They serve decent breakfasts and the people working there are from all over the world so you might find someone speaking your language. The place is quite clean as well and the rooms are decent in size for London.
F. H.
There was 'no room at the inn', late that night. It looks closed down, along with the Costa coffee shop inside it, where you used to be able to sit outside, and get a wonderful blast of fresh carbon monoxide!! A perfect accompanyment to an afternoon coffee!
D. B.
Rooms are always to a fairly decent standard but are sometimes cold even when you put the heating on, also, sometimes, due to lack of staff, queues for breakfast can be quite long
l. j.
It's a premier inn. You know what you're getting
D. S.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and you wasn't able to hear the traffic from the road. And it very well located and easy to commute to other parts of London.
Y. L.
Well compared to the other Premier Inn hotels I stayed for this trip (Liverpool City Centre, Edinburgh New Town), the rooms in this Euston branch is abit older in comparison. Nevertheless, the rooms are clean and there is a Costa coffee outlet linked to the hotel lobby. Location wise, it is in located between Euston Square and Kings Cross underground and is very very convenient spot to put up in central London.
R. D.
Nice smiley reception on arrival who helped me check in. Was assigned a 5th room, was a tad worried about the road the noise as I was on that side of corridor, but actually my room was pretty quiet. So had a good nights sleep, the shower was a good flow, not rain forest, but powerful enough.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast, had both continental and English on offer, plus was an all you could eat, so didn't feel stinted.
Location wise its on Euston road so between Euston station and saint pancreas, so connection wise lots of rail, tube, bus and taxi's within a 10minute walk.
As its really close to these transportation hubs there is plenty of choice for eateries in the evening.
M. C.
Room surprisingly quite considering the busy road next to the hotel. Room fairly basic but as can be expected for the low price. Walking distance from Kings Cross and very close to Euston underground station. Extra bed for child in family room was a proper bed (not just a sofabed) which was a pleasant surprise.
On the first morning despite having pre-booked (and paid) breakfast there were so many waiting to get seated we were recommended to come back after 30 minutes. On the second morning there was still a queue but at least we didn't have to go away and come back (5-10 mins wait). It is almost as the restaurant is a bit too small to cope with all guests. The breakfast is quite good though.
J. M.
It's a Premier Inn. It's very bland inside and out and doesn't have a lot of extra amenities but it has what you need and gets the job done just fine. Beds are pretty comfortable and there are lots of power sockets in the room except there isn't one in the bathroom for shavers. The input jacks for the TV are nicely located in a way you could use the TV as a second monitor for your pc. This hotel is very convenient for those who need Euston, Kings Cross, or St Pancras rail stations.
S. L.
Enjoyed stay. Like Premier Inn as you know what you get. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Dora who was really helpful and so good with my grandaughter. Would go again.
J. M.
Nice hotel with good breakfasts. Unfortunately we were on the top floor and at the back of the hotel with a poor view which was disappointing as we have stayed here before when we paid the same sort of price but had a lovely view over st. Pancreas church and Euston road.
S. “. F.
A little dated but could not fault the place for my stay ... Girl on reception Gillian was very pleasant and helped sort my temp in my room even though she appeared very busy .... A big well done to her and other staff appeared nice .... Brekkie was as per usual decent.....
M. F.
Very friendly helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Dora and Misha in the restaurant particularly hardworking and full of energy and smiles. Thank you for our great stay.
R. S.
If you want a nice clean, quiet no frills hotel room in London with a good bed and at a cheap price then this is the place for you. The best budget hotel I have used in London. Location is close to major stations but a bit far away from the main attractions and night spots of London.
L. N.
Fab hotel. Usual Premier Inn standards, but our family room was huge. You can even leave your luggage there if you arrive before check in and want to go exploring. Well placed too, a cab from the mall on a sunday night cost us £15. From the Tower on a bank holiday Monday evening was 17.
J. E.
We stayed at the Premier Inn London Euston 7-13 December 2014. Once again we felt that we had "come home" as we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, especially Jean, Alba, and Dalila. They seemed genuinely pleased to see us again and remembered our room preferences (4th Floor, Duke's Road side). Given the number of people who pass through their doors, we were impressed to receive such personal attention. The room, as always, was perfectly fine and we especially appreciated the good housekeeping service provided by Humbeto. Even he remembered us from previous visits! We will be returning to the hotel in early January 2015 and can't wait to see our friends again.
S. B.
Stayed for the night before an early Eurostar to Disneyland Paris. Expensive for a nights stay! However due to the location it's expected. Nice staff, food ok, rooms fine.
D. L.
Location is great for kings cross train station and st pancreas tube. Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff ... and very accommodating (e.g. we were able to leave our bags in the hotel on the last day while sightseeing)
N. R.
Centrally located near Euston & Kings Cross underground stations on the busy Euston Road. Within walking distance of many tourist attractions like the British Museum, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, 221B Baker Street ( of Sherlocke Holmes fame). Friendly staff, room to leave luggage if you arrive too early for check-in or check-out too early for your flight. A washroom with a key card to freshen up - very thoughtful. Friendly efficient staff and a good spread for breakfast at the restaurant.
A. T.
Two night stay whilst on a cultural visit to London. Staff excellent, room quiet & well appointed. Breakfast buffet gets you off to a good start to the day.
A.
Awesome hotel. Big up for the company personal, real sweat 💕. I'm going to return here.
M. W.
Situated nicely next to St Pancras with good access.
If you explore you can find a aray of food shops from around the world.
The hotel was well looked after and the rooms were to a high standard of cleanliness all staff were frenidly.
An enjoyable stay.
E. B.
Really great value for money. Had the surf and turf in the restaurant which was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully cooked. Very friendly ans helpful staff.
Went on business and will definitely rebook with them
Thank you
K. W.
Excellent location for visiting the British Library and other nearby attractions. If you're used to Premier Inns then this one is pretty much the same as the rest (which is good!). As usual friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a nice hot shower and a good breakfast selection with fresh food.
A. W.
Very nice hotel close to Kings Cross, St. Pancras an Euston stations. Rooms are spacey for London and for this price, good beds and wifi. Noisy road in front of the hotel, so ask for a room on the backside, if you want to sleep with windows open. Good english breakfast for 10.50 pounds extra. Very friendly staff.
M. A.
Great customer service from front of desk. Couldn't thank them enough. Very helpful and made my stay even better. Thank you Euston Premier Inn staff. I will definitely come back.
M. O.
Very average rooms, food and only positive is proximity to Euston Station. Floors creaked, bathroom needed upgrading and had a cigarette burn by the sink. Tv was hanging at odd angle.
P. S.
We stayed in London overnight to split our journey up from Hastings to Manchester. A very clinical premier inn I've never stopped in one like that before. The bar was shut before 11 and that was on a Friday night. It served a purpose put your head down ready for the next leg of your journey. I would stay again only for the reason that it suits an end to a need.
J. K.
Clean rooms, really appreciate it! Really, really silent hotel, I say! Reception was pretty ragged 🙁 Good, average-budjet hotel for child familys too! Breakfast was really british and tasty. Friendly staff!
C. C.
Had been wanting to visit London for a while, and this hotel seemed perfect for my needs, and so it turned out.
Location is very close to Euston train station.
On entering, was greeted by staff, who were friendly and helpful. Always.
Was helped to book into the hotel using their computer system. Payment in advance.
Was given chitty with room number on, and key card without number, (so keep both in your wallet).
Room was a decent size, as was bathroom. Both were clean, smart, new-looking, functional and practical.
Bed very comfy.
Large-screen TV was easy to operate, had free channels, including a BBC news channel.
In the bathroom, there was a very slight awkwardness due to a very large toilet-roll-dispenser next to the toilet. The curtain-shower-rail is curved which provides plenty of room to swing your arms about. A little fiddling with a knob will get the shower to work.
Heating is by a convector heater. It needs to be switched on AND the seperate controls on the wall need to be manually set, AND RESET, as they switch off automatically every so often. Winter can be cold in London, so do dress accordingly.
Had been put on the fourth floor, facing onto Euston Road. No problem. The double-glazing reduced traffic-noise to a pleasant back-ground soothing hum. The only real intrusion was that of the occasional siren. These were by emergency services driving up the road. Their sirens, are of course, made to be noticed, by design.
This hotel is in a perfect location for Euston arrivals.
This recently built hotel is smart, modern, clean, practical and functional.
The staff are always smiling and friendly. Service with a smile. Excellent service.
S. K.
Relatively big room, especially for London. Double bed, desk, armchair and amenities like kettle and hairdryer. I was surprised to find a bathtub as well in the bathroom.
P. W.
It's a Premier Inn which does what is claimed very well with charming helpful staff. Very convenient for Euston station. Comfortable bed and reasonable prices if that's what you want.
M. D.
Rooms looked excellent, though a little dusty. Nothing a little swipe won't cure. Service is decent, staff is polite and friendly. Nice place overall.
N. H.
Fine for a base and a bed for the night when in London for business, but very "no frills" and basic, as well as an aging property. Wouldn't consider it for a trip with the wife, but is clean and conveniently located for work trips.
M. H.
Great Location for Central London, standard Premier Inn setup (if not a little outdated - especially in the bathroom), air conditioning / heating unit was partially broken, food was great with a good choice on the Evening and Breakfast menu. I little loud earlier in the night due to a close by Dance Club, but not a big issue.
T. C.
Excuse the bed I'd just slept in it! Perfect for Euston and central London in general. Clean room, efficient service and quiet considering it was next to a very busy road!
S. N. w.
Went here for a meeting, not to stay in the hotel.
The meeting room was in the basement floor, probably not the best meeting place for in the summer as it is quite stuffy. But, there was good room space to move around.
L. D.
The rooms are typical of any Premier Inn hotel and I slept well. However, we were here on business and had booked a 2 day meeting room. The facilities on this side of the hotel were appalling - many people won't be looking to book meeting rooms so I would recommend an overnight stay, close to the Euston and St Pancras train stations but look elsewhere for meeting room space if that's what you need.
S. C.
Great location and good value for money. Rooms were really comfortable and clean. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
S. I.
Rooms clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was lovely with a good selection, porridge was excellent, we had a lovely 3 night stay with the family.
R. U.
Clean, great location as a central base into London from another city. Also to get into London City itself. You'll hear the noise from the main road so if your disturbed by sound of a siren not the place you should stay. Otherwise it's got a decent restaurant and coffee store so apt for working on the move or a quick catch up.
K. W.
Clean and comfortable, the family room was a good size and the staff were helpful. Excellent value, especially if you book well in advance.
S. L.
Handy hotel when arriving into or leaving from Euston Station.
C. J.
OK. Friendly staff. Rooms are quiet, though ours smelt strongly of cat. Price is crazy, though, so unless you really need to be near Euston, might want to look elsewhere.
H. M.
We had a family room. This was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast was all you could eat from £10.50 each kids eat free. Would recommend
J. R.
Premier Inn, as I always find friendly staff on arrival, very easy checking in process. Up to the rooms very clean, very comfortable bed and in the morning if you choose the option a very good selection of breakfast foods on the buffet service counters. Not to be confused with Premier Inn St Pancras which is literally next door. London Euston is the older one but yet still maintained to the very high level that I always find at PI'S. Very close to St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations. If I work in London I will use this as my home and travel via the underground rail network to place of work. Also I am the Dad in a family of Disney addicts and we recently used this hotel after our trip back from Disneyland Paris. Very convenient for the Eurostar terminal. Did I mention they are a very comfortable bed, also rooms are heat and coolness controlled with very easy to use air con or heater systems. The restaurant in the evenings serves up a very nice menu and there is a nice relaxing bar area open until 11pm.
L. k.
As good a Premier Inn I've stayed in, clean and modern. The location puts a premium on the price though and I'm sure you can get a better deal if you're willing to travel a couple of tube stops.
N. D.
Never been here but I do love Premiere Inn's love their beds so comfy never want to wake up in the mornings .Love their buffet breakfasts too yum yum .I think il go to this 1 honeymoon lol xxx
W. C.
Clean rooms and comfortable beds breakfast was very enjoyable . Lovely friendly staff one especially very helpful called Zian don't know if I have spelt that right
G. S.
Yes it's a Premier Inn and not the Ritz but for the ease of location, quality of the bed, attentiveness of the staff and level of pricing this place is hard to beat. The breakfast was well cooked and sensibly priced, the bar was amazingly well priced for London. I would happily recommend here for anyone wanting a weekend in London.
C. M.
Clearly dated and in need of refurbishment but the neighbours oppose the works.
Not their fault, they're doing the best they can against NIMBYs.
A good base as any for a cheap and quick nip to London.
D. H.
Great location near Euston railway station but I travelled by car and it is just inside the congestion zone and the car park is small, tight and expensive. Hotel is a bit tired in places compared to others but the staff are very friendly. Prices are what you expect in London.
j. s.
The rooms are cozy and easy to work your way around, the USB output saved my life as i forgot my phone charger, other than that its an all in all great place to stay at, the internet seems a bit slow for my liking
L. M.
Good room! Great location with many places to eat near by. Comfty beds! Staff were really willing to help if you needed anything! Very good!
J. S.
Just an average Premier Inn; hopefully on the list for a refurb as the room was a little tired. Breakfast was nice, but the toaster needs a calibration test.
j. H.
Great night's sleep, good food, but loads of noisey kids running amock.
Staff really helpful and happy.
Only flaw, no iron in room.
J. G.
Room was very spacious and clean. Dinner was great but breakfast wasn't anything special. Great location and would definitely stay there again.
A. B.
Very accomodating, has private parking, comfy beds, friendly staff, good food, not too far from all the attractions. We had a a great stay.
N. G.
This is definitely the best room I've stayed in at a Premier inn, nice and cool,no noise and fantastic bed,so good I've asked for same room for next couple of weekend's while working down here
T. C.
I've regular stayed over here for coffee, a good selection of drinks and eats. So a good place for a refreshment stop whilst in the vicinity of Euston & St Pancras Stations without the hassle that exists in the cafes at the Stations!
D. H.
Basic but v clean rooms. Some rims have windows that don't open which to ne is a big no no but got moved very quickly. Realistically I'm here with window open, fan on and air con which is a lotta noise and no earplugs available!!! Vanessa in restaurant is THEE most attentive waitress ive ever met well worth her tip. Long may she reign
J. S.
Perfect for a weekend away, spacious room with good facilities. Not to mention the delicious all you can eat breakfast to wake up to!
J. K.
For a budget hotel, it's about as good as it gets. It has a great location close to euston and king's cross. The traffic does flow all night in that part of London, so you can't be picky about the noise. I do wish the Wifi was unlimited though.
M. P.
The location is not far from the train station and it was easy to find. The rooms are a fair size for a overnight visit but we're missing a bath mat, and the toilet did not flush function properly. The service is avarage, nothing special for an overnight visit.
T.
The room size was excellent. The distance was really close with the tube station. We love our stay here!
j. l.
Nice bed good breakfast quiet rooms
s. m.
Lovely rooms. Had a great nights sleep while on a business stay. Breakfast in the morning was spot on. However not to keen on the restaurant itself for lunch and dinner.
J. H.
Great location. Central to bars restaurants and train stations. Lovely modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff and a fantastic full english buffet breakfast inc continental.
L. L.
The décor is old when compared to other premier Inn. But great location (just opposite Euston station). The furnishing is old but clean. Comes with all the trimmings as you would expect from the premier inn chain.
The staff is friendly and helpful. When asked for higher floor accomodation, only offerred the quiet room. It also has luggage storage service.
K. M.
Cheap but convenient for Euston. As we had train to catch this was convenient. Would use again under similar circumstances.
A. J.
Staff pleasant and helpful, clean. Just hope they keep the price down not just on offers
Z. E.
Nice friendly atmosphere, lots of food choices in the coffee bar part of the restaurant. Good Service. . Will go there again.
g. c.
Clean with friendly staff. Easy accessible from Euston Station. Only let down was the breakfast!! Lots of room for improvement there.
k. b.
Brilliant breakfast and service , but been put in a ground floor room very small considering supose to be a family room could not fit a pram through into the main room but everything is up to the usual standards of a premier in ln
C. D.
Typical Premier Inn. Located close to Euston Rail Station & tube so great if travelling. Has onsite restaurant. One night in June (advanced booking @ non flexi rate £126)
D. Q.
Excellent stay at this hotel. Checked in early which was a bonus. Staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast and evening meal was good quality.
P. G.
Was cheap and serviceable. Beds were comfortable and breakfast food was decent. No real complaints, but nothing deserving outstanding praise.
H. S. W.
Nice beds nice rooms, modern enough and the room i got was bright, shower good and breakfast good too had a full english fry up.
J. N.
Great hotel very accommodating staff. Comfy bed and cool rooms. What more do you need for a cheap stay.
J. F.
Room was fantastic, great location and lovely friendly staff. Would happily go again. Not as modern as other Premier Inns but really nice.
P. B.
Typical Premier Inn, but clean and comfortable. Good location for Euston Station - a bit noisy if the room faces the main road, but all in all OK.
k. b.
Bit grubby in places but management sorted so over all a good stay we will be back
C. O.
Great service from friendly, attentive staff. Lovely room with a comfy bed and a brilliant location for wandering north london....and getting the train from Euston in the morning.
A. B.
Nice room, comfy bed but had all sorts of issues with the WiFi. Very friendly staff.
J. D.
Very hot in room, cannot open window, no latch. Air conditioning on all the time. Musty odour on entry to room. Otherwise all good.
P. G.
Rooms at the premier inn always a god standard. Found staff to be friendly and helpful and breakfast very nice. Pleased with overall service and experience.
J. L.
Clean, safe and accessible for lots of places. OK it isn't luxurious but if you want somewhere just to lay your head at a decent price then this fits the bill.
s. e.
Have stayed at this particular location several times over the years and it has always been welcoming. Rooms are always basic but clean and the full English is to die for.
A. H.
A lovely place with big clean rooms. Moderately quiet considering a busy street nearby. Awesome location as well, close to a subway station and train station.
M. L.
Excellent location just off Euston Rd, rooms are very well decorated. I love the ability to self check in this really speed up the process, also having a free bag check is great.
s. s.
Good rooms, price average if book early. Height restriction on car park but ample parking on side streets overnight
P. L. (.
It was ok. Bed was a bit small but fairly comfortable. Other hotel guests were quite loud and woke us up.
M. C.
Couldn't fault it, very decent room size, friendly, efficient service, decent breakfast
H. K.
Lovely comfy room, great bed, quiet and very friendly staff, perfect stay and only a shirt walk to St P
P. L.
Fantastic! Good value. Staff are Amazing!
Really good breakfast. We will continue to make this our first choice in London.
S.
Clean rooms, comfy beds and the location is perfect. Didn't eat at the hotel due to food bookings elsewhere but the hotel itself cannot be faulted.
M. C.
Decent location and hotel as you'd expect. Breakfast was busy but got a table quickly.
T. H.
It is fine, my room was clean, bed is comfortable and there is a nice tv. Staff were all very helpful.
R. C.
Good, but the shower was pathetic. No pressure at all, it was absolutely pathetic, and took 3 times longer than usual to shower. Sadly this seems to be the standard for the Premier Inn these days. Very disappointing.
i. b.
Really great . Good nights sleep and great value breakfast. Kids get free breakfast with an adult paying. You cant get better than that. I will stay here again.
P. M.
Beds are very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and were great in sorting out a little mix up with the room booking.
I. P.
WE HAD A TROUBLE FREE VISIT HERE .SITUATION WAS IDEAL FOR TRAIN STATION
Z. B.
Modern hotel for Premier Inns. One of their flagships. Great ground floor lobby area and facilities. In house grill good but expensive.
J. A.
Nice regular hotel. Pretty clean and very quiet. Great location for transport and a visit to London

Great location. Excellent value for money. Well trained, personable staff provide outstanding service.
R. B.
This premier inn was fantastic, close to two train stations, the room was clean and well equipped and the bed was really comfortable, had a great night's sleep, would definitely book again when visiting London, the breakfast was excellent and the staff where helpful and polite
C. O.
Perfect location. Room were adiquit and clean, little extras such as extra pillows and tea and coffee making facilities made all the differ.would visit again.
D. R.
Perfect location. Lovely, clean hotel. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful. Breakfast is lovely and well worth the money
T. W.
Make sure you get a room at the back and anything from floor 3 upwards. If you like ballet, there's a ballet studio at the back and the classes are worth watching.
J. S.
Typical Premier Inn. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet rooms of a reasonable size provided with necessary facilities. Hotel well situated for Euston Station.
W. S.
PROS: Convenient location, comfy bedding, competitive prices.
CONS: Miserable staff, little control over room temperature and fresh air.
D. L.
1st time guests at this premier inn, stayed at others and they have never disappointed neither did this one, staff super friendly, stayed for evening meal, janaid, Dora to name but a few were awesome, service and food were top dollar, made a big fuss as we were celebrating a birthday 🎂 couldn't recommend them enough 😀😀😀😀😀 thank you 👍
D. S.
Perfectly decent base for a night or two for London sights and shows.
Breakfast very, very busy between 9 and 10 on a Sunday.
L. H.
Bit of trouble checking in, and had to wait a while. Mix up with rooms. The rooms a bit small and musty. The staff are really great though!
J. T.
One of the best Premier Inns. Rooms clean and comfortable, food good, staff friendly and helpful near to Euston station so great as a base
A. G.
Short walk from St Pancras and easy to get to. Event I was attending had a suitable sized meeting room. Staff were friendly.
L. H.

C. H.
Nice clean hotel. A little noisy due to the location but windows triple glaised. Friendly staff and helpful.
R. C.
Basic hotel, but comfy bed. No fancy toiletries or room features, but it's in a good location. Can be expensive though
A. H.
Clean, ideally located for my needs
S. L.
Actually very comfortable breakfast also great and there is a lovely little pub called the lamb not to far away
J. L.
Close to major train stations. Well run breakfast, and clean rooms. Triple glazed rooms keep out all the noise from the busy road.
D. S.
Friendly staff good location from the stations. Rooms are clean and modern, good size. Restaurant was reasonably priced and good quality for London.
M. C.
Brilliant breakfast. Really friendly staff... Children provided with sweets and balloons! Air con a little on the noisy side...
J. C.
Clean rooms and friendly staff, nice restaurant, bar and coffee shop on site.
P. B.
Good service. Clean and comfortable. Bring own shampoo though, unusual amount of starch on the bed sheets.
A. S.
Great location, very helpful staff, cheaper options for breakfast as there was only 2 all you can eat options, fridge in the room would of been nice.
H. G.
Loved my stay at premier inn London Euston - special thanks to Aaliyah for being awesome and letting me go up to my room before the official check in.
s. w.

X. G.
Great clean rooms. Staff are friendly. The food in the restaurant is great, highly recommend the sticky duck wings.
S. O.
Freindly staff good food and service, we we're on the first floor,,like sleeping on the side of the motorway, , sirens and speeding traffic during the night otherwise not a bad place .
M. S.
Not luxurious (as expected) but clean and comfortable. Convenient location, friendly staff and a really great restaurant on site with excellent food.
J. G.
Convenient to both overground and underground trains (at Euston Stn and King's Cross/St. Pancras) - easy access to 'The Making of Harry Potter', Buckingham Palace etc. Close to Madame Tussaud's and Baker Street

Very noisy hotel opposite Euston Station. It's cheap for London and convenient, but street noise is an issue.
T. C.
Nicely sized rooms on the ground floor, easy and quick access to underground stations, would highly recommend for a night or two!

Rooms are very standard for the price also not as modern as some of the premier inns I've previously stayed in. Staff friendly. Food is average.
E. s. 4. u.
Very big reception prime position big tv massive king size bed.the restaurant is bellow par one time we had to wait an hour for our food if you come at peak time they is a long wait of around 45mins my son ordered some pasta and it was unedible it was so hard you couldn't eat it restaurant is way to small for a hotel of around 250 rooms restaurant can only hold about 75 people nice breakfast.always a different issue with the resturant.hotel is great but resturant lets it down.3 star hotel
K. B.
Brilliant location, 2 mins from station. Rooms very clean and spacious.

J. W.
Very helpful and welcoming staff room was very clean and restaurant on site
A. K.
Handy for Euston station, staff very friendly hotel could be upgraded a little but would stay there again
J. C.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, but the meetings rooms are tucked away in what appeared to be a basement - the room I needed felt very remote. The rooms themselves are lovely however, well stocked with amenities and decorated nicely.
J. M.
As far as a hotel chain goes I must admit our stay here was very comfy and cosy. Room was clean and of a reasonable size. Wife had some issues with the WiFi though I luckily didn't. Must confess we didn't sample the breakfast here so can …
M. S.
Premier Inn Euston. Room 319. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.
K. J.
Good room, nice customer service
A. F.
Ignore the location - the beds & peace make up for it. Great staff too
S. P.
Good service, mostly friendly staff. Near train station. Breakfast was good.
C. M.
Good location easy to get to from both Euston an Kings Cross station. Room simple but perfectly adequate food pritty good too.
I. L.
Friendly staff and rooms were clean and tidy and shower was good so vlean and happy 😊
B. F.
Great beds very comfortable great breakfast and brilliant staff attitude
T. W. H.
Excellent location. However it is quite dated. There's nothing Premier about it really. Smells bad. Noisy road. Thin duvet.
D. D.
Excellent staff very helpful
A. J.
Well located. Typical rooms, some bathrooms need updating though. Most importantly - it needs more parking.
R. “.
Nice location just by Euston station. But breakfast are so so expensive. You can take the same for half the price near the train station.
D. B.
Nice friendly hotel have used few times now ideal location as a base to visit London's sights
L. O.
Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, nice staff, clean! Great location!
L. M.
Pretty much what you'd expect from a Premier Inn! Clean room, clean bathroom. Quite warm. A little small, but it is central London.
S. A.
Great Premier inn but poor restaurant over cooked our food one evening, the next day at breakfast I waited 30 minutes for 2 poached eggs I had order only to have them whisk off my table and given another customer when reminded them how long I had been waiting the girl just laughed and walked off terrible service
L. O.
Had a coffee in the Costa here, nice atmosphere and the Batista was kind enough to recommend a better cake from the menu.
E. G.
Great hotel 🏩 clean and nice sized rooms. Delicious food and a great atmosphere
F. K.
Really nice rooms that are fully equipped which is super convenient for quick trips to London
D. L.
Very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. This is the 5 the year running that I have stayed here on my business trips.

Average room, quiet but a little fusty smelling. Polite staff and great location.
D. J.

i. c.
Well located budget hotel ideal for Euston Station and British Museum..the breakfast area is too small
M. M.
