Lovely room, pleasant staff, food lovely. Only downside was total confusion over meal deal. Should have been given vouchers at check in and weren't so twice we were asked for them and had to explain we weren't given any. Ended up having to prove we'd paid for them with our email.

Great little hotel for short stays. Sound proofing is excellent considering its location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Only let down was the quality of the beverages in the room barely enough milk per person and instant coffee was horrible.
G. S.
Standard Premier Inn,very nice and helpful staff. The location is great for the Natural History Museum, underground station just down the road. Very busy at breakfast, book early slots. Nobody told us you had to ask to have the room cleaned ( because of COVID). Will go again.

Stayed two nights, nice clean hotel, big beds and bedding looked clean and fresh. The location was brilliant with free overnight parking on surrounding streets. Only downside was that our bins were not emptied for the duration of our stay. Otherwise it was perfect with the kids and world visit again.

Nice sized room, clean in most places, comfortable sleep.
Two things to let it down: 1. The coffee and breakfast was cold at 07:30 - they knew what times people had booked their breakfasts, so why cold beans; mushrooms; eggs; sausages; and bacon? 2. The morning member of staff was very short and abrupt with my daughter (only 7 yrs old), and with me. Not happy with this manner towards children - whatever their excuses.
It could have been a 5 star feedback

Very good value for money. Excellent choice at breakfast time. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The staff are very customer oriented being friendly and helpful. Can recommend without question. Just one niggle is not enough small milk cartons in room to make two decent cups of coffee.

Been here before, first choice gor this trip, lovely staff great price for rooms food is very good, dinner plus breakfast deal is great value for money. Clean rooms. 2 nights this time and more rooms booked for family arriving tomorrow.. Thats how good it is.

This is a fantastic hotel, that I would recommend to anyone visiting central London. Location is excellent- just a 2 minute walk away from Earl's Court station. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the staff and the pleasant environment of the lobby. Simina checked me in and was very friendly & warm in her service- this really set the tone for my stay. All the staff were excellent and on hand to help with any request.
The room was spotless, bathroom & shower was good and the soundproofing and blackout curtains meant that you could really isolate yourself from the outside world if you wanted to- this helped me have an excellent night's sleep.

10th Dec...Lovely attentive staff. Wonderful clean spacious room. Premier Plus Rm Inc Small fridge, still/ sprakling water inside. Iron, ironboard. Espresso machine, sachet coffee, tea, milks, sugars. Bed is so comfortable and big. Breakfast, copious amounts to choose from. Only neg comment the veg sausage is bland. Everything else is 10/10. Value for money, Absolutely ✌🏽

Good location just off Earls Court Road (Cromwell Road). Big hotel with parking at a real premium, but no more than 5mins walk from Earls Court Underground.
Way check-in and check-out and fair prices bar. Didn't eat so can't really comment on that. Good overnight stay for us and would return if wanting somewhere just a couple of stop from central London.
E.
My stay here was excellent. The area is great, the hotel was clean, tidy and modern. The room was brill and we had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the only comment I will make was the heating fan was (either I didn't know how to use it) or didn't produce much heat according to the setting I put it on. But the room wasn't freezing so it isn't much of a problem. The lady who checked us in at the reception on Wednesday 24th November 21 at approx 2:15pm (sorry I didnt get your name) but she's an assett to the workplace, very kind and thorough about our stay. Very good first impression so thank you!

Good hotel, yes it's a Premier Inn, good location, the breakfast was good, always topped up,so hot, staff were great, especially the room cleaning staff, would stay again without a doubt
E. P.
Great location - easy to get to on the tube with a 5 minute walk. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
L. A.
Probably too big the old building, walking bridge, just to get to the room. Room was missing the basics (soap), safety measurements for covid very poor (specially from customers) so no much to be done here. Great breakfast, location probably suitable for couples looking for fun rather than when travelling with young kids.

Our experience was disappointing, twice we were given the wrong key card, one of which was an occupied room!. Only one set of towels for two people, we did call reception for more, we were told housekeeping would bring a second set,.. They never came.
However the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, that's the reason we choose to stay at a Premier Inn.
M. H.
Had such a lovely stay here! Staff were so friendly and welcoming, two house-keeping staff in particular - Ionela and Veturia. We stayed here for my dads and let them know we were there for my dads 50th birthday. We arrived back to our room later that night to some chocolates, sweets and drinks. Will definitely stay here when I next come to London again.

Hi. Me and my Mum stayed here for 2 nights 18-20th of July. Arrived at 12.30 expecting just to drop our bags off but was told our room was ready which was amazing as check in is now 4pm. Reception staff were amazing throughout our whole stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was overly just what we needed for the 2 of us. Tube station is only about 2 min away from the hot which is perfect. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't make any comments on that. Day of check out we expected to have to take our luggage with us but they kept hold of it all day so we could go and do some more exploring before catching our bus home. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in London. Rooms spacious and comfortable..service and staff fantastic.
Food at buffet breakfast could have been hotter. But that would be my only complaint.
Arrived in our room to find gift of sweet and chocolates to welcome us to the Hotel.
P. J.
Bed really comfy, room fine but only one set of towels even though 2 of us were booked into the room. Breakfast their usual high standard, dinner nothing special although the chips were really tasty.
F. S.
Brilliant value, helpful staff. Room a long way from reception (across road) but comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Location excellent for exploring and lots of local food places. Great stay, would come back.
A. C.
Staff were highly accommodating when asking for a closer room for my disabled wife. Unfortunately the bed didn't use the Hypno mattress, instead something rock solid with a flimsy mattress topper.
Air conditioning didn't work, and couldn't change the temperature from the room.
Restaurant quality was fantastic.
Y. C. I.
Comfortable room, clean premises, very good menu included, staff attentive but could be more friendly. Smiling it's for free guys.
J. L.
Lovely will stay again definitely...
Great staff, really helpful.... restaurant/bar gets the thumbs up too...
P. K.
Really enjoyed this visit. Only problems I found was not enough tea or coffee on tray and quite a cold room. However would stay again as improved from my previous visit
S.
Overall very good, I would stay again.
As most places in c.london parking is a nightmare, so book somewhere early, obvs if driving in.
Noise - The hotel is a road away from the busy main road, which is great. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the hotel was over treain tracks, which run most of the night. Luckily, it is near Earls Court station, so most trains aren't too loud as they're slowing for the station.
Room - Very comfy bed, clean room and amazing shower!
Food - The restaurant was nice, but the restaurant staff, especially Angela, was fantastic! Very friendly and professional.
I would stay again, but I'd ask for a high room, so it would be further away from the train noise. Also, there's no Aircon but, in warm weather you can open the window a bit.
K. M.
Generally clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. The toaster was burning the breads and strong smell of burnt bread around the sitting area. You could also get vegetarian sausages upon request. If you stay in the other building across the road it becomes like a labirent. You use the lift in the main building to go to 2nd floor then use enclosed footbridge to access other building.
Rooms are air-conditioned, however, you can only use pre-set up settings ei cold or hot.
There are tea and coffee facilities and hair dryer in the room.
W. P.
Great value for money. Book ahead for cheap rates with Premier inn. We paid under £70 for 2 nights for 2 people. Good location near tube. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. The only negative was the bed was lumpy. Didn't try the restaurant but the meal deals looked good value too. Very busy at reception at 2pm with queues out the door for check in. We left our bags early and came back later to check in which was much better.
G. C.
Great location but quite dated and smaller than normal Premier Inn rooms.
Staff are great and very friendly but the whole hotel smells damp and it's a long walk across a bridge from one part of the hotel to the other
C. A.
Reasonably priced rooms , clean and comfortable. Skeleton staff, had to wait till almost 4 for our rooms to be ready and the bar was only intermittently staffed.
M. T.
Nice clean hotel check 3pm but our room still was not ready by this point which means we were hanging around which after a long journey is not ideal.
S. M.
We have just stayed for 4 nights here. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. Although check in is at 4 pm we arrived at 12.30 hoping to just drop our bags off but were surprised to find our room was ready, which was amazing. We payed the extra for a premier room and so glad we did as we used the fridge all the time. Our room was clean and tidy and we found the air conditioning to be extremely affective and extremely quiet. We had no issues with traffic noise etc but we were on the 5th floor.
We like breakfast early so we had no issues except on our last day when I think they had problems with staffing and there appeared to be only 1 regular staff member plus someone they had helping from reception. By the time we left the hotel every morning at about 09.30 the queue was massive and people were really moaning about the wait.
All in all we would recommend this hotel and look forward to returning here soon
M. C.
Very good service. We stayed in the premier inn plus room and it was clean, food was excellent and staff were friendly
K. O.
Great stay with 2 family rooms found family room a little small for 4 people with 2 adults 2 teenagers was clean and good beds lovely friendly staff male manager was great very helpfully went above and beyond nothing was a problems central for tube station , restaurant was nice no waiting for breakfast hot and fresh and enough food to eat evening meal were lovely and freshly cooked aswell all staff said hello every day would stay again
M. M.
The lady at reception was most helpful and very accommodating. We arrived much earlier than check in, however she managed to get a room available so we could check in early. This really helped with the rest of our planned day. The room itself was perfect. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one.
A. K.
Great room above tube track. Great staff and very clean room. Cheap as chips and handy in a great area. Would have preferred a shower with cord and a bath mat but hey ho! Peaceful room kitted out stylishly. Central to all amenities and well recommended.
H. A.
Currently staying here we will be checking out later today but I just had to say how excellent the staff have been. Check in is now 4pm due to covid however we arrived at 1pm with two very tired children after travelling from Manchester and the staff ensured they got our room ready straight away so we didn’t have to wait until 4pm. They have been fab. Hotel in a great location with tube station at bottom of road. Lots of lovely eateries close by too. The hotel itself is clean and just what you expect from a premier inn.
P. B.
Lovely staff. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great for tube links to main attractions.
D. F.
The staff were excellent, especially those in the restaurant, they were warm, friendly and delivered great customer service. This was the case for both the evening meal and the breakfast service, you could see how hard they were working and they managed it with poise and good humour making me the customer feel like the most important person in the room.
A huge thank you to the staff for making my stay wonderful and were it within my gift I would give each of you a massive pay rise.
R. L.
This is an excellent place for any families or friends or working persons who want a good night sleep. Facilities are great. Public safety is a priority. Elroy and Raise were amazing, courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely recommended however there is no parking on site. One could book via online parking for Parkbee Gloucester Road at Holiday Inn for nearest parking and reasonable price too. Thank you.
r. d.
Great rooms and great nights sleep, as expected in the Premier's.
Great location as it is only a few hundred mtrs from the station.
J. P.
Fantastic absolutely loved it did not let us down, cant beat the price, fantastic staff
J. S.
First of all, value for money was first class. Central London at Earls Court for £30 quid a night. That, of course, may increase as lockdown eases and more people return to the travel industry. We'll see. The check in at reception was quick and welcoming. The staff were very pleasant. The room was bright, clean and tidy. One minor point...there was only a shower cubicle in the bathroom. Many Premier Inn bathrooms have a bath as well as a shower, but, as I mentioned to start with, value for money here was excellent. As for amenities in the area, Earls Court Underground Station is only a stone's throw away. Many bus services and taxis are easily accessible. The main arteries of Cromwell Road and Gloucester Road are a short walk away. Everything is clearly and regularly signposted. All manner of small and larger convenience stores and supermarkets are within easy reach. A very good Premier Inn in an excellent, up market location.
B. M.
Well located, good room and usual Premier Inn service, all good only comment carpets shiwingba lit of wear
I. A.
We stayed over for 3 nights. Due to covid rooms were not serviced everyday and breakfast was table service only which was very rushed. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and one of our rooms smelt of cigarettes and weed. The location is great if you want to explore central London.
D. H.
Quiet, comfy and clean. Rooms need a bit of paint but as a base its good.
5 minute walk from the tube and Cromwell Road bus routes.
T. F.
Good standard 3 star hotel. Room clean and tidy. Staff more than helpful. Meal service a bit slow due to seating requirements but a little patients goes a long way.
L. A.
Staff work very hard, rooms are very clean and its extremely quiet considering the tube ran straight under our hotel (which was an added bonus for us and a great picture opportunity lol). Its also a very short walk from the tube station
A. K.
Lovely place to stay central to all tour points and good care at the hotel.
M. D.
Room excellent and well priced. Breakfast good but evening meal a little disappointing. Recommended but eat out in the evening.
C. U.
We all loved it here will be definitely be staying here again great service and food was great
A. W. w.
We found the hotel room spotless.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful.
They have a hard job I the current situation with covid, and keeping their guests safe.
We will definitely be coming back.......
B.
Basic, clean, helpful staff. It's budget but totally satisfactory!
K. D.
Good clean room, nice restaurant. Well stocked andpresented breakfast. Very close to tube.
J. W.
Very clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Reasonably priced, would stay there again
I. A.
Comfortable, easy to access, great food and drinks and quite affordable.
A. L.
Great location. Rooms comfortable and bar restaurant on site. With covid restrictions you have to ask for more tea milk daily as you only get two.
D. H.
We use Premier Inn a lot never had a bad stay or experience.
S.
I have stayed in many premier inns in London before and usually like them. This one is by far the worst. Very noisy because you can hear the neighbors talking, walking, etc. Walls and ceilings are very thin.
I like premier inn, but this one was horrible. Glad we only booked two nights.
F. J.
Lovely room on the 5th floor. Excellent and ample breakfast well worth the money. Would happily stay here again.
J.
Great location. Handy to the station and easy to get to lots of places.
L. W.
Great service and a nice comfortable and clean room
A. S.
Lovely hotel in a great location , Excellent for Family trip. Great stay and visit...
J. Y.
Lovely quiet room, big room. Only thing was waiting for breakfast sunday morning. Been glared at by late arrivals waiting wasnt pleasant
D. H.
Beautiful room lovely food wood definitely recommended.
E. M.
Good value for money with a great breakfast.
O. B.
Check im process was very smooth and fast, the room was a little hard to find, but was very nice
E.
Nice rooms and a really good restaurant and buffet as well.
I. E.
Great value stay. Room clean and tidy. I'd avoid the restaurant in the evening though, it was awful. Hence only 4 stars.
D. C.
Great location friendly, helpful staff does need an upgrade but would recommend.
P. V.
A very relaxing overnight break, clean room and lovely food
L. H.
Had a great sleep but found staff overwhelmed with only a few customer
S. B.
Rooms very comfortable and clean, food excellent. But do not be conned into booking a meal deal as it will always work out more expensive than if you just buy when you dine. Also it cuts down your options on drinks.
Most staff pleasant and helpful.
Be early for breakfast as we waited over half an hour in the queue to be seated.
A. E.
Standard premier Inn hotel. Good location.
K. R.
The staff were very professional, courteous and very helpful. Can't praise them highly enough. Premier Inn should be proud of their staff.
Ideal location at Earls Court. Close to underground, shops, restaurants and attractions such as Natural History Museum, V&A etc
Room was clean and of a good standard. A 5 night stay end December early January
A. M.
I am not staying at this hotel but I would recommend to anyone my granddaughter who is 11 yes old and her daddy stayed in this hotel as my granddaughter had heart surgery book early today after presenting her with a beautiful Teddy last night the went even further and booked a table for dinner .also the cab firm they use for them would not take payment .so what a lovely surprise and many many thankyous for making their stay just wonderful .
N. S.
The bedrooms were fine, slept really well. The only bit was I had to wait to be seated every evening for dinner and food took a long time. in the morning they couldn't find me on the list for breakfast as the staff member couldn't understand English or even read English as I had to point out my own name. The funniest bit was she was giving me other names from the list. Food was average too. Overal 3 🌟
K. “. K.
Lovely hotel, bed great, we were on the 5th floor no noise great sleep. Only problem , 1 lift working for 5 floors and only 8 people fit in at a time less if cases too. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2 min walk from Earls court tube. Loads of places to eat. Definitely come here again.
S. B.
Stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and found staff exceptionally friendly, however not the case on this occasion. Front desk staff lacking in social skills and found them to be unhelpful. Breakfast overpriced and after waiting 40 minutes for a bowl of sloppy porridge, no apologies offered No complaints regarding room though. Bed extremely comfortable. Will not be back I'm afraid, unless there are changes It's a shame really as the hotel is in such a good location.
M. b.
Great location and breakfast! But shabby rooms and family room was a right trek because it was across a walkway over the road from the main building. Room was small and needs updating. Beds very comfy though and was quiet.
S. W.
Stayed here for the Tutankhamun exhibition. It's a really well positioned for the Satchi Gallery and all the museums, V&A, Natural History etc are a short walk away. The hotel was clean, warm and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were booked in for a double room and they saw that we were a mum and daughter and offered us a family room without us having to ask. Breakfast was lovely, with vegetarian options cooked on request. Perfect location for a weekend in London.
E. W.
Within 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station and bus stop where you can go around easily, and location is pretty convenient with many places to eat and supermarkets around. However it's quite a walk to our room on the 4th floor of the other building across the street, so not that convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Wifi signal is good, sufficient for basic usage. Bedding on the soft side but that's a personal preference. Air conditioning unit I doubt it's sufficient when it's over 25C, as I find it weak, but with the window open at the time of our stay it's alright. Lack of detail with housekeeping, as we found an old sandwich inside our room, and the second day we stay the mugs we used have been replaced but no spoons were left for us to make coffee. It's an alright place to stay considering you don't spend much time inside your room. I would consider this hotel again next time.
R. H.
Really nice hotel. Staff are very friendly.
And the Breakfast was so lovely.
P. G.
Great hotel, staff really friendly and helpful, room clean, location perfect near Earl's court on district and piccadilly lines. Covid safe. Slow with breakfast today but cant fault it other than that!
A. M. D.
Brilliant location, good value for money. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of food. Very friendly staff. Rooms spacious and clean.
S. L.
Great service from check in to check out. All reception staff and housekeeping encountered were accommodating and couldn't do enough for you.
N. w.
Staff not as friendly as expected when we first got there to get key for room which we had to wait another hour before we could take cases and finally relax after travelling
N. T.
Nice enough hotel. Negatives would be no parking. Shower wasn't great, and room was very close to train line. Double glazed window did well to reduce noise.
Food was lovely, and service excellent. They also booked me a taxi, which arrived when ordered. They do offer a valet parking service, which I didn't use, which will help with parking. At at cost though.
l. m.
Very central. Clean and pleasant! Definitely stay again.
A. V.
Great location to see a brilliant bit of London, right near a wheelchair accessible tube station which is really handy. The reason I've marked it down, though, is the access is not good at all. I booked a wheelchair accessible room and found my standard size wheelchair could only nose into the bathroom and then couldn't manoeuvre within it. This meant the washing and toilet facilities were inaccessible. Worse the accessible loo on the ground floor by the restaurant was flooded too! I had to leave the building to use a toilet. Not good. Fortunately, the restaurant staff were absolutely amazing, really kind and thoughtful, the tables were of different heights and I was able to be fairly comfortable. The food was very good quality, but the absence of accessible toilet facilities does tend to limit the amount of time spent on the meal and the number of coffees drunk!
A.
Room is great and overall amazing but the only problem is there wifi it’s really slow even the ultimate one so if you go here i advise you go with unlimited data
C. J.
We had a lovely stay on the 5th floor, as always good staff, clean and friendly place to stay.
S. W.
Pretty standard for a premier inn. Price is debatable considering how dated and worn this "value for money" hotel is, but I think the location has a lot to do with it. Clean and a comfortable bed. My only major complaint was the heating. I was absolutely frozen as the beast from the east hit, the temperature control didn't seem to want to do as I asked. Requested for a heater, but it wasn't a great one. The hotel team were very friendly though, and I did get a free hot chocolate.
J. W.
Surprisingly good Premier Inn - whilst it was an old style Premier Inn, it has been better maintained than some newer ones I've stayed in. Staff very helpful and always a available. Breakfast was also better than the usual affair. So why not 5 star? Arrived late, curtains already closed, opened this morning to this view..... It was not noisy, but it did surprise me that a trainline ran directly underneath the room.
B. L.
Good location, just 3 mins walk from the subway. Surrounded by restaurant and fast food chains. Room is clean, the shower is strong and hot! No fridge inside the room, but I don't mind. Breakfast buffet is good. Kids eat free with adult purchased. Service is outstanding.
J. H.
We spent two nights at the Premier Inn in Earls Court and was pleasantly surprised by the service we received. The allocated room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. There was a good selection of food available at breakfast which was well presented but one had to choose which menu they wanted either the continental or full English. The continental being a little cheaper than the English. After a tiring day we decided to have dinner in the hotel on one occasion and really enjoyed the meal the service was very good, Eli made our meal even more pleasant by being very attentive. Comments on a web page had tentively suggested sleep could be disturbed by near by passing trains but this wasn't the case. A pleasant stay at a hotel conveniently positioned to near-by museums and other attractions.
L. T.
Very friendly staff, clean and air con. Couple of the best nights sleep i have for a while.
J. A.
Great few days here. Staff all working very hard for all the guests. Well done.
D. S.
Very decent hotel for a cheap price. Nice restaurant, good breakfast and a nice bar. Staff is very friendly. Tidy rooms, a bit cramped when a third bed is in the room. Not much outside noise and in a fancy neighbourhood. The underground is like 10 minutes on foot and there is a big supermarket just around the corner.
B. D.
The usual comfortable premier inn, good value and well located for the museums if you don't mind walking15mn in this beautiful area of London.
A. T.
Great stay, helpful staff and good night sleep. Plus it’s relatively cheaper than even an airbnb. The hotel’s location is central, and Earls Court station is just 5 minuets walk. I stayed there with my family, so we took the family room, it was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.
S. T.
Nice clean room, like most Premier Inns. Only problem was the loud whirring and droning noises coming from somewhere (heating or plumbing maybe) which woke me up a couple of times during the night. No real noise from outside despite the tube line running by the side of the building. Good location, just a couple of minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. Lots of fast food joints and convenience stores near by if you want to save money by not eating at the hotel.
D. M.
Great Location.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Room was fine. Comfortable bed
Stairwell corridor was a bit smelly like stale smoke.
Very close to earls court tube station.
Walked to Harrods in about 20 mins.
B. P.
Nothing fancy but you know what your going to get. Reasonable pricing for London
S. G.
Currently having renovations. Room was cold, walls are thin, I could hear the people clearly in the room next door, there was no one on reception after 10:30pm. Food was ok. Staff were minimal, they were helpful and polite
C. F.
For the fact that there was a tube line running right under the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet, warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we didn't have breakfast booked but they got us straight in! Literally 2 minute walk from Earls Court underground station too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
G. T.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. The hotel was near the Earls court undeground. Although we didnt have a nice view as its beside the railway line, it was very quiet and we didnt hear any noise. We will return.
M. U.
Usual basic but clean standard. Good value for money. Very noisy air con or central heating. Long inside walk to second building using 2 lifts. Friendly helpful staff. Good choice breakfast but fairly basic foods.
G. R.
Comfortable, reasonable and well located. Only problem when I was there, was all but 1 lift was out of order.
J. M.
Prefect location, about a 2 minute walk to Earls Court station. It's inexpensive compared to other hotels and is best to reserve in advance as rooms fill up quickly. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The underground transportation goes underneath the hotel so it's best to get a room above the first floor. While the rooms are clean, the place as a whole could use a bit of a touch up compared to other locations.
R. F.
This is a really nice hotel. Just a few minutes walk from Earls Court Tube, and on a quiet road. Staff are very welcoming and food nice for a chain hotel. I visited with my Mum, brother and his family - we had a great time.
K. H.
Not too bad to find, but the staff made it excellent place. Especially the lady on reception (her knowledge of London transport was exceptional) and the night porter (who gave me snacks, when I was some what worse for wear.....happy birthday btw!)
Room was clean and very very comfy, shower a little confusing but I think that was user error hahahaha!
S. R.
Very busy ..but the staff was very Friendly although very short staffed. Breakfast very good evening meal fair.
B. L.
Excellent value for the price. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels and for 3 star accommodation, it far exceeded expectations. The staff was helpful and courteous, the room quiet, spotless and well appointed (although I would have welcomed a mini fridge to keep wine and milk for tea chilled) and located nearer to stylish Kensington than the dodgier end of Earls Court. And still a very close walk to the tube station. Could not recommend more to those on a smaller than the average London budget!
R. D.
Undergoing a much needed refresh, so soon will attract five review stars. Fairly typical of the brand, but you know what you are expecting. Public areas are modern and pleasant, rooms are comfortable and practical. Slight drawback with the split site and limited lifts. Good buffet breakfast available from 06:30, can get busy. Evening meals are standard ‘Thyme’ fare, sometimes get busy, so book if possible.
Ideal place to stay, only two or three minutes walk from Earl’s Court Station (use Earl’s Court Road exit) crossings and flat pavement make walk easy with luggage. Change free tube from Heathrow. Remember to use your contactless cards to get best fares. TfL Santander Cycle station right out side hotel entrance. Details tfl.gov.uk.
One tip, if your room temperature isn’t to your liking and the controls don’t fix it, contact reception as they can reset it centrally.
Friendly helpful staff.
A. G.
Good hotel for business and leisure travelers, friendly and helpful staff always happy to help. Great breakfast option where kids eat free, and rooms are quite comfortable although a bit small. Overall a good choice for short stays in London.
M. K.
A great experience and a wonderful stay the staff under Covid19 restrictions were wonderful Rainsie, Anglia,Rihanna and David went that extra mile and made are stay special
D. J.
staff were really welcoming both at breakfast and reception. rooms were really nice and clean. perfect location 1 minute walk to earls court station tube, and also in London zone 1. 5 minutes walk to Hyde park. breakfast was really good. will deferentially be coming back.
M. K.
Solid 4 stars, esp. for the price of family room early booking, although this was our last family room stay - kids too old now. Other than that, great location close to Earl's Court tube station and bus routes. Full English breakfast also quite tasty for a hotel chain. Will most likely be back soon.
T. D.
The hotel is a great place to spend a few nights, the breakfast is amazing. No pool though😕... room service is really good. They were able to clean my room everytime I left a huge mess and it was spot on.
A. R.
Value for money if booked in advance. If from Australia or the United States it's akin to a standard motel room. Nothing fancy but clean, big enough for two and quiet (faint rumbling of the underground but not enough to keep you awake). Tv, coffee making facilities and hair dryer in room. WiFi decent and for free but you can upgrade to multiple device use and faster downloads for £5 per day. Bath room toiletries are via a gel wash dispenser on the wall. Lobby small but check in fast. Has a small bar and cafe on premises for breakfast lunch and dinner.
L. 3.
Excellent service and room for budget hotel. Help yourself to as much tea, coffee & milk as you like in reception. Room clean and everything needed for a trip to Royal Albert Hall. Second stay there & still good. Perfectly situated for tube, shops and restaurents.
C. S.
I stayed at this premier inn with my mum as we were visiting the exhibition centre and the experience was brilliant. The location was superb just a two minute walk from I'm the tube station. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff were lovely and will print travel documents for you with no issues at all, they will also store your luggage if needed. Very reasonable price highly recommended.
M. H.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Always happy to stay, always clean. I definetely recommend this hotel to everyone.
N. D.
Great Premiere Inn, had a very comfortable night's sleep. We left early so didn't try the food. The hotel is split into two parts with some rooms on the check-in side of the hotel and the rest on the other side of the overpass. The rooms on the check-in side are not as clearly signposted.
K. B.
Awful "ultimate" WiFi, other than that it was decent
H. A.
Amazing rooms, very helpful staff, great location. 5 minutes from tube station.
N. D.
Just opened after lockdown when I stayed. Clean safe excellent location. Room rate was very low.
H. H.
Very good night's sleep! But more machines than humans (showing my age here??). That said, the staff i did meet were lovely! Also very little available for gluten intolerants unless you like gluten free white bread! BUT, happy to go back and as i say i slept LIKE A LOG! ❤😂
K. O.
Great hotel. Very well located, comfortable, clean and great staff. Few mins walk from Natural History, science and Victoria and Albert Museums. Few mins walk from Earls Court station which gets you into central London or the outskirts really easily. Staff were really attentive and friendly and food was lovely too. Really good value for London. Would absolutely stay here again.
A. T.
Great hotel to stay in, close to attractions.
S. O.
Excellent hotel. We were in the annex on the other side of the road. Staff friendly, good breakfast. Small issue with the sink in the bathroom not emptying quickly. This had been fixed on our return. Would definitely return.
J. C.
Good value for money, clean and though it feels a bit impersonal the staff were pleasant and with a smile. Only negative is that the family room with the additional beds, the mattress was inadequate and spacing was almost non existent at the absolute best it was marginal. Also a coat hanger could have been useful. (Bike rental stand out front is very useful).
H. D.
Good location for central London and the museum, good rates for the area. Hotel clean and tidy, as expected for the brand - possibly not the nicest one I've been to. Sound proofing isn't as good as in more modern purpose built buildings, the room doors slamming are pretty annoying, wouldn't be such a problem for those not blessed with overexcited teenagers as neighbours!
C. R.
The hotel was our base for our 5 day visit to London. As such, it was perfect for our needs. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was nothing flash but, it was more than adequate for what we needed. The bed was very comfy and, despite the occasional rumblings from the underground which runs below, we all managed to sleep well. It's location is perfect for a sight-seeing visit. A short walk to Earls Court tube station and various eateries and shops. The V & A Museum, The Science Museum, The Natural History Museum, The Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace are all only a short walk away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.
T. H.
I do not think you can beat a premier inn for comfort. The rooms are always immaculate in decor and spotlessly clean. This Premier Inn was no exception. Friendly staff and good location for local underground station and facilities in Earls Court.
A. '. H.
This Premier in should be proud of Dawn!
From her greeting and booking me in to serving me at the bar and helping with local info and even helping with my phone, she was THE perfect hotel experience!
I stay at a huge amount of hotels including a lot of Premier Inns and she personifies what any hotel aspires to be.
J. R.
Excellent value for money - great location
N. C.
Not so clean. Found some rubbish while moving the single bed.
J. C.
Maybe not a cheapest hotel in London, but cost effective ratio would be one of the best. King size bed with enough space for my lauggage. Helpful staff with great attitude. Only thing to remember, ask twice when you call the concierge for anything, like towels.
M. P.
Not bad as Premier Inns go, but we were staying in the "old" half meaning we had to navigate the rabbit warren of corridors to get to and from our room. They could rethink the access a little in that respect. Our room also had a funky smell which we assumed was a damp carpet from it being cleaned after a spillage (or some other accident). Good service otherwise, as you come to expect from Premier Inn hotels.
R. R.
Location easy to find, check-in was quick and simple. Rooms are typical premier Inn so comfortable and efficient. Right next to the railway line but room was well insulated so didn't disturb me at all
A. S.
We had a great time in this hotel. Everything was OK. The staff was very nice as well. I would totally stay here again. Nice price for the quality.
D. L.
Great experience at this premier Inn. One of the best services and stays at a premier Inn hotel. Really enjoyed the food here as well. The staff were really friendly and will defiently be back for a stay here at some point. Within a 5 mins walk from Earls Court train station too so ideal!
M. H.
Clean and comfortable rooms and the staff are friendly. Breakfast choices are vast and everything fresh and well cooked. We had a hassle free two nights stay. Also convenient to the station and high street.
T. S.
I stayed for a week at this very conveniently located hotel with my wife and our three and half year old son. A taxi was always available at the turn of the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have seen many people speak of the train. I must say we were never disturbed by the train noise. We did stay in a family room which is not any different from normal room I guess except for the extra bed. This room was in the section across the road and supposedly above the train line. However we did not get disturbed. We were on the 4th or 5 th floor. All in all a pleasant stay. Staff went the extra mile to please the child and one staff member even helped feed him.
B. P.
The receptionist was not very friendly and did not care in delaying the check in process. He definitely did not belong tobthe hospitality industry ..did not get his name thou
C. A.
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff.
j. s.
The staff here are second to none they like and enjoy there job they made us feel so welcome in our time of need as my daughter was going in for heart surgery I will be staying here again.
R. Z.
Everything is on average, good location for this price. The bathroom wasn’t great compare to other premier inns. The WiFi really pisses me off, basically 30 secs stop between every 5 secs of video play and I was on ‘fluent mode’.
R. B. H.
Good location in central London. Near to two underground stations; Earls court and Kingston. Easy to find the underground trans and public buses.
Near to Cromwell rood. Working distance to Natural History museum, Victoria & Albert museum, and Science museum.
Nice rooms and restaurant. Good food.
A. F.
Very quiet and sizable room, considering we are sleeping 4 people. Close to the museum district, shops and rhe tube station, ideal for the younger members with little legs. The free wifi has excellent coverage and speed, yet to use our daily allowance even after watching netflix.
A. E.
Excellent location only five minutes walk from Earl's Court station. A bit noisy as the district line passes underneath though and walls seem a bit thin. Also the beds whilst comfy are ridiculously high, so good if you want to pretend to be the princess and the pea.
k. t.
Stayed here with school on a trip. Three to a room but quite spacious. Food was ok except the chicken tasted raw. Got locked out of room and gave us another key no hassle. All in all enjoyable
E. K.
Nice budget hotel. Room was clean and presentable. Couple of annoying things were that breakfast wasn't included, and their free WiFi was painfully slow - wouldnt be surprsed if they did this to push you to pay for their premium wifi.
Location is an easy 1 block away from Earl's Court Underground.
S. R.
Comfy room, service was amazing and helped me check in early so I could get ready for graduation which I am so grateful for. Super close to earls court tube station for easy travel. Restaurant had good food at a decent price. Very happy and would recommend :)
M. K.
Solid 4 stars, esp. for the price of family room early booking, although this was our last family room stay - kids too old now. Other than that, great location close to Earl's Court tube station and bus routes. Full English breakfast also quite tasty for a hotel chain. Will most likely be back soon.
J. M.
Very clean, comfortable and affordable. Breakfast included and catered to all tastes. Close to the high street and public transport. I would gladly stay here again...
A. M.
The best hotel and very friendly personality
J. C.
Maybe not a cheapest hotel in London, but cost effective ratio would be one of the best. King size bed with enough space for my lauggage. Helpful staff with great attitude. Only thing to remember, ask twice when you call the concierge for anything, like towels.

Excellent service and room for budget hotel. Help yourself to as much tea, coffee & milk as you like in reception. Room clean and everything needed for a trip to Royal Albert Hall. Second stay there & still good. Perfectly situated for tube, shops and restaurents.
T. D.
The hotel is a great place to spend a few nights, the breakfast is amazing. No pool though😕... room service is really good. They were able to clean my room everytime I left a huge mess and it was spot on.
K. S.
Excellent hotel
S. O.
Excellent hotel. We were in the annex on the other side of the road. Staff friendly, good breakfast. Small issue with the sink in the bathroom not emptying quickly. This had been fixed on our return. Would definitely return.
G. L.
Brilliant location and good enough rooms
K. B.
We stayed here for a hen weekend and what a fantastic hotel. The staff was fantastic, nothing was too much, Friendly and funny. Rooms was immaculate and food was yummy.
R.
It's alright, pretty standard Premier Inn. Though they have inexplicably only started doing black pudding to order for breakfast.
Also about 50% of the rooms are accessed through the second floor via a labyrinth of corridors guaranteed to leave you lost and bemused. The staff seem to take a perverse delight in not warning you about this.
J. M.
Clean easily accessible perfect base for exploring London
J. W.
Good location, handy for the tube station and restaurants. Our room was very quiet, clean and everything you need for a short stay.
G. M.
Very clean, food very good staff very helpful, would recommend.
I. K.
It is a great choice for people on a budget. Building is a bit old, but neat and tidy. Hotel has excellent breakfast menu with many options to choose from.
R. T.
Rooms are a bit small but modern and well presented, food is very good and very reasonably priced. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I'd be happy to come and stay here again.
N. E.
Very pleasant hotel. Helpful staff, cosy rooms. Good Covid procedures in place.
A. B.
Had a great stay stopped one night .Meal deal in the restaurant very good which included price of the breakfast. Food was delicious and rooms clean and comfortable would definitely stay again .
D. C.
Not as good as other Prem Inns, the walk over the bridge to the rooms is a bit of a pain, especially when both keys dont work. The bathroom door looked like the bottom had been chewed of by mice to make it fit,but the room was usual standard,if not a bit small.
B. A.
Staff were really good and location is excellent. Not sure why there cannot be an entrance in the second building to save you always going back on yourself. Would definitely stay here again.
T. K.
Very helpful and nice staff. The hotel is a confusing maze but in a great location. And the breakfast was tasty too. Would stay again.
J. F.
As always with Premier inns, a quality nights sleep in a decent hotel. Great location close enough to bustling Earls Court but relatively peaceful. Helpful staff and decent bar
Z. S.
A great place for a short break. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms clean and cheerful. It was quiet. just the place to be after a long days sight seeing.
K. K.
Very good breakfast, staff friendly, family room needed decorating, looked worst for wear, lots of dings, scratches on wall, air conditioner took 30 mins to get room warm.
F. D. G.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean room. Perfect location - close to train station and a Sainsbury's.
A. G.
Most staff very friendly, rooms clean no issues, restaurant was standard/ nothing special for both breakfast n dinner. Great location for the Olympia. Would definitely stay again
l. n.
Really friendly staff and great, central location. Food was great and beer is a reasonable price too. If you're looking for a low cost London stay this is definitely worth considering.
C. S.
Clean, warm soooooo quiet. 👍
Very enjoyable stay, lovely breakfast.
C. G.
Great staff the lady who checked us in on Friday was fantastic, rooms nice and clean breakfast excellent only problem our bed creaked like mad when you moved.
N. T.
Central location helps tourists to move around until late hours. Very close to Earls Court. Rooms are not very big. Can manage four. Clean which is important.
H. a. E. O.
It's a premier Inn so you know you will get good quality beds and all the rest. Window can be opened enough for ventilation. good overall.
D. S.
Perfekt location for exploring London. Less than 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court Station wich connects with 3 tube lines.
Reasonable prices and a great breakfast.
A. w.
Excellent. Good location, good food, clean room and secure card entry to hotel so people can’t wonder in from the street. Will be staying here again.
T. A.
Very helpful staff
Nice and clean
K. M.
The food was decent the room was ok but it was a very long trek to the building on the other side of the road where our room was.
G. D.
Want a great location close to everything tube only 5 minute walk then highly recommend this Premier Inn
The team here are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to help you out.
Highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone staying in London
A.
The hotel was fine and the service in the restaurant was great. If you are following google maps navigation from Earl's Court tube station it will tell you that it's on the right, this is wrong. It is on the LEFT.
h. w.
Clean great location great night sleep
L. J.
Great location. Booked well ahead and paid excellent price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some rooms could do with some tlc.
S. S.
Loved it. business hotel as it should be. amazing breakfast and lovely staff and spacious rooms. centrally located just near to tube.
E. d. M.
Excellent location. Staff helpful and room very clean. Breakfast good value. Would definitely return.
R. D.
Nice hotel but room too far from reception and they did not offer help with bagagge. I travelled with a 2 year old baby. Inspite of this, the rest was nice.
D. W.
Nice place! Convenient from the underground and to restaurants. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
I. E.
Checked in via machine.. first time I've seen this.. room was comfortable as were the beds.. breakfast was a bit of a fiasco.. place was heaving.. no glasses for orange juice etc queue for the toast machine was so long it would have been lunchtime when I got it.. fried eggs were over done scrambled eggs were hardly cooked.. hash browns soggy and sausages anaemic.. but the bacon was ok.. would stay again but never for breakfast!!
m. i.
Really close to the tube station which was good. The room was clean and represented good value for money. Breakfast was good and offered a decent selection.
J. M.
Just out of the main street so nice and quiet, rooms are tidy and staff are always helpful
P. P.
Very nice stay. Extremely comfortable beds.
The only thing I would change is the signage to the rooms which was quite confusing.
C. W.
Great value, clean, covid friendly and would stay again ✔️
T. E.
Under reconstruction but the staff were pleasant and the room was adequate. On the smaller side as an accessible room but we managed
J. S.
This hotel has been perfect for our stay, very close to Earls Court tube station given us access to the whole city. Would recommend.
A. H.
Rooms are lovely, slept really well and in an excellent location. If you want to get to expo events at Olympia then this is one of the best places to use
j. k.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
P. W.
Stayed here many many times, Great location, good on price if you book well in advance, breakfast 7/10 as its all a bit dry and over cooked but ok.
A. R.
Excellent service, comfy beds, spotlessly clean, staff cannot do enought for you
M. H.
Rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff are very polite. Restaurant/bar is clean and tidy.
E. M.
Great hotel. Service was wonderful and very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious!
Definitely recommended!
m. r.
Decent place, just what you'd expect from a premier inn. Continental breakfast was tasty, but the smoothie isn't cooled.
C. W.
Standard premier Inn. Clean room, good breakfast etc
C. E.
No frills for sure but well-priced and conveniently located. Confusing interior layout. Good breakfast which is free for kids.
S. F.
Great stay, comfy rooms as always with premier inn, reasonable food, good location for natural history museum and science museum
C. N.
We had An Amazing time in London . Premier Inn was a great Location . close to Tube station.Went to BTS Concert sat night.
L. H.
Good location for harrods etc. Railway station only 5 minute walk away. Comfortable rooms as normally expected with premier inn
M. L.
Great location close to Central London. Staff were friendly and helpful
E. E.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location
S. T.
Good standard Premier Inn close to Earls Court Road and Earls Court tube. Convenient location for visiting tourist spots in the general area.
W. G.
Cheap for London, nice staff, decent breakfast. The place is a warren and room was a little cramped and naff with well used furniture.
J. C.
Very clean rooms, more self service with minimal staff to help. Great Breakfast.
A. C.
The room was what you expect from a premier Inn. Close to train tracks so can hear them at night but soundproofing is okay. Breakfast okay but not great choice. Small restaurant and bar.
A. P.
Good breakfast. Nice staff. Superb hotel. Location is very good when using underground transportation.
K. M.
I often stay in premier inn hotels and they're usually very good. The hotel is actually very nice but the restaurant isn't. The service in restaurant was horrible.
M. S.
Great hotel. Wonderful stuff, especially Sami was really helpful during my stay and check in. Would definitely come back.
i. j.
Nice place as a base for visiting London good for families as its near the three main museums.
Staff great and breakfast good.
P. R.
Good price. Corridors are cold and rooms need time to heat up but good price and comfortable. Staff are very friendly.
L. C.
Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Friendly staff, restaurant is good & accommodation is good
P. G.
Good hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short work stay or trip.
A. W.
Lack of staff in bar. Lovely lady was trying to both serve in bar and also seat restaurant guests. Didnt eat here so cannot comment on food.
M. E.
Budget hotel but 5 star quality.Comfy beds, very clean ,rich breakfast and great location only 5 min.to Earls court tube station.
f. s.
Absolutely brilliant, great location, friendly staff, great family room and a breakfast to set you up for the day
I. B.
It was great catching up with everyone
S. R.
Not too bad but a bit of a mission if you gave to cross the bridge for your room so my advice is to check first.
L. C.
We received excellent, friendly service, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Next time we come to London, this will be our hotel of choice.
J. 3.
Very clean hotel, no problems!
M.
Good facilties for reasonable rate. If you want brakefast, you can have it at 10 pound or so as an addition.
D. M.
Friendly, helpful desk staff. Poor breakfast (again at same hotel). Clean rooms
S. H.
Starting to get to the stage where it needs an upgrade, but we paid only £59 plus breakfast on a Friday night and only a two minute walk from the tube, plus they kept our bags for free on the Saturday, when I was quoted £25 at Paddington station
S. F.
A well located Premier Inn and great price for the stay. Staff are as always extremely friendly with great service throughout the stay.
D. M.
You know what you will get with Premier Inns. They're all the same. Basic, comfortable with all the essentials. The staff are all cheerful and helpful.
M. N.
Brilliant stay at fantastic cost. Great staff and reasonably priced menu. Recommended as a base for London activities.
P. R.
Food very nice & staff very friendly as always in a Premier Inn, the hotel is very clean, slightly tired looking in areas which surprised me but still a great stay
s. 4.
Typically Premier Inn very good at what they do. This one is very easy to find and has good access to the Earls Court tube station and local pubs etc.
T. S.
Nice stay, hotel bit tatty in places but can't complain, location excellent and perfect for a weekend trip to london
C. F.
As with most short stay hotels...they're great for what they are, no frills but adequate. This one is a super location for a london weekend.

N. J.
Great value. Attentive staff. Lovely rooms. Amazing breakfast.
m. b.
Could be cleaner around the windows and breakfast was mediocre, but good value for the price and fine for a short stay
v. c.
Ask for room near reception or else you will get a room 2 lifts and long corridors away. Good location.
D. L.
The usual good rooms and beds, but as it is split over two buildings on opposite sides of the road (but linked by an enclosed feet bridge) access to some rooms is a bit convoluted.
N. B.
The hotel is clean and very respectable the restaurant was pretty good and we love the happy hour top marks from me
A. B.
The staff are incredibly friendly. Comfortable rooms, exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn.
A. J.

It was a quiet place. Double windows muted nearby passing trains enough to have a good sleep.

The heat didn't work in the room but they were able to fix it. Very responsive service.

Convenient location but quite a trek to the room (two lifts and a bridge to cross)
