S. W.Good location for Olympia. Breakfast perfectly reasonable, good choices. Bed comfortable even if rooms are a bit small. Staff friendly and generally helpful. Shame they claim the bar is open till midnight but make excuses as to why they have to close it at 11-11.30. Poor!

J. R.OK mostly great... After 30 years as hotel manager feel can give a inpartial feedback.. Upgraded Premier plus room great value for money... You can find cheep rates if your flexable on dates, £80 a night room only.. For London I feel great value... Room very clean...we stayed five star hotel previous night and the Premier Inn was cleaner... Was 4 times the price! Only 5 minute walk from main tube station.. Friendly staff... Only few little moans room so hot even with air conditioning on 28 c most time and windows don't open... The norm nowadays.. Room not serviced second day.. But staff send up supplies in minutes of request... So would I stay again defiantly yes.... Just wish it was not so hot.
N. S.Very clean comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Alex on reception went above and beyond to provide a great service. The covid prevention measures meant that I felt very safe and there was a warm, homely atmosphere.

T. E.Really fantastic service from the staff at the hotel. Very accommodating to my two young children at breakfast. At check-in they were both given little torches and story books to entertain them. The family room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we required. Breakfast was very good value and set us up for the busy sight seeing days.

T. M.Wasn't expecting much as it was so incredibly cheap but it was the usual standard of Premier Inn. Big comfy bed, big TV, blackout curtains, decent shower - overall good quality stay. A short walk from Earls Court and good links to the surrounding areas.
T. W.Great location for what we wanted to do as covid cases high and we did not want to use public transport. Staff were great, helpful and work hard. Bed was a bit hard for me so i asked if i could have another duvet which we put under sheet as a topper 2nd night.

Tourist attractions such as the Natural History Museum within easy reach. An excellent place to stay when in Central London.

A. D.My stay at Premier Inn Olympia was short but sweet. The receptionist who checked me in couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome, my room was clean and modern with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The Hotel itself was easy to get to as it's within walking distance of the tube and the high street is just round the corner. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book with them again.

[ 1. ] Good value for money, modern and clean room. It cost me £35 for the night which was one of the cheapest in the area at the time of booking. The room I had was on the second floor which was easy to find as there's plenty of signage about. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of my room because it was spotless. There's a huge full length mirror and a light up vanity mirror with a hair dryer which was great for me as I didn't have room in my bag to bring mine. There's an open wardrobe (behind the full length mirror) with hangers. The TV had freeview channels and was a decent size which made it comfortable to watch from the bed. The desk has a lamp, bottle opener, plug socket, chair and confectionery tray. There's bedside lighting with night stands and USB charging points on both sides. In the wardrobe there where some spare pillows I didn’t need use but the bag had a tag so knew they were clean if I was to use them. The room had full length blackout curtains and bath and hand towels were also provided. The room itself was spacious with your typical Premier Inn décor (see photos).
[ 2. ] Good links to public transport.🚇 The tube is on the highstreet, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Hotel and bus stops are also close by.
[ 3. ] Their rooms have air conditioning. Mine was already set at a comfortable 17°c when I got through the door which was nice after coming in from the wet and cold. The temperature could be easily adjusted along with fan speed using the thermostat, mine was on the wall near the door to the room. There were instructions on the desk on how to use the thermostat but I found it so easy that I didn’t feel the need to read them.

[ 1. ] The shower was a little confusing and it took me a few minutes to get the hang of it. There was a lever in between the taps that needed to be pulled up for the water to start flowing from the shower and the taps didn’t have any colour markings to indicate which of the two is for the temperature and what way it needed to be turned for hot or cold.
[ 2. ] Pillows were clean but they didn't have a protector, it was only the mattress that had one.

The heating in the room could be improved because when you leave the room and turn the lights out the heating went off too It would of been nice to come back from a night out to a warm room. Same applied when your sleeping I was woken up by feeling cold.
Breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful and a good choice.

N. V.Did a walk in booking. And was instantly greeted warmly by a gentleman named Wellington. He was very helpful and even recommended how to get the best deals. One of the key fobs didn’t work at first, and he insisted on sorting it and getting it sent to the room without having to wait in the lobby. Himself and the staff on shift with him, was always ready to greet any situation with a smile. Very impressed.

B. C.The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to two underground stations. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Although it is located on a very busy road the soundproofing is excellent we were in a room facing the road. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had air con which was vital during our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle and tea facilities. The shower was good and a bath was available. We had to vacate the premises too early for breakfast but it looked to have a great selection. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant to walk around along leafy suburbs with parades of shops and eateries. Would recommend.

Breakfast was good although some of the hot food had ran out and we had finished out breakfast before it was replaced. Staff are all very helpful, definitely no complaints there.

D. B.I wish I could leave two reviews with different ratings. The reason being if you're ever given a basement room mainly room 1, I'd personally ask to change and if no others are available I'd stop elsewhere as it really isn't worth it unless you are a very heavy sleeper.
The basement room number 1 is directly below reception and as a result you hear people coming and going all night long through the very thin floorboards. The busy road next to the window wasn't great but that wasn't the main problem.
My second stay at this hotel was a much better room as it was no where near the reception this time, only issue was it was very warm as it was above the kitchen and the aircon was quite a loud gurgly machine.
All in all its an OK hotel but I wouldn't be picking it again any time soon really.
S. P.One of the worst Premier Inn stays I've had unfortunately. On arrival couldn't get into the room. After two trips to reception it became apparent the key card was not at fault, rather the lock was a problem. I was moved to another room. On entering that room I found a piece of paper on the floor telling me that the kitchen was being refurbished so there was no dinner available - not great when you arrive at 7:30pm - and that there would be no hot breakfast option. Why I couldn't have been emailed this information in advance so I could make other arrangements I don't know. The hotel is a series of converted town houses, so the rooms are smaller than in a typical Premier Inn, and the layout compromised. For the same reason, the bathroom was unconfortably small. It contained a shower, no bath, which was fine for me but not usual in these hotels, and there was little room to move about. The heating in the room did not work - I turned the thermostat up to 30 C and it still produced no heat, in fact there was no sign of life from the air unit at all.
Otherwise the stay was what you expect from the chain - low cost, well located, furnishings well maintained and comfortable. But I wouldn't go back to this one.
A.Fab and friendly staff, very helpful. Good sized room and ensuite, very clean with all the mod cons and surprisingly quiet for the location. Very comfy bed and great night's sleep, couldnt ask for more and recommend :).

A. G.Nice hotel with friendly staff. Our family room was large with lovely high ceilings. Room decor was typical Premier inn fare, clean, tidy and nicely presented. We booked this to visit winter wonderland but it was quite a walk with our 5yo (30-45 mins) but there's plenty to distract you on the way, Kensington high st, Kensington park with good children's playground. The underground is about 10 minutes walk away and you have to cross 2 busy roads but they do have pelican crossings and pass many restraunts.
e. s.Stay here regularly when in London. Very handy for most things. Close to the underground. Plenty of places to eat too. The rooms we have had have always been spacious. Nice little bar with plenty of seating. Set on a very busy road but reasonably well insulated from the noise.

Particularly, Anna, Brandon and the other front desk management team members who accommodated our last minute booking and document-printing and WiFi needs. They were welcoming and friendly to our travel-weary and stressed out family of four when we needed it most. The room was basic, but the staff was extremely kind and helpful!
p. h.One night stay for family of three. I booked this simply because i had seen the TV adverts and they sold their brand to me. This hotel is an amalgamation of town houses to make one big hotel. The walk to the room from reception is a bit of a rat run, just felt a bit odd. The room was a bit rough round the edges and i have never been to a hotel that has a tissue dispenser where you get one sheet at a time like you get in public toilets. The room when we arrived was the temperature of the Sahara desert on a a sunny day! so i turned off the heating and opened the window. Hoping to get some fresh air in then went out for dinner. It was still red hot when we got back and just hoped the night air cooled it down. I woke up in the night dry as a bone and needed a drink and had to change my pillow as i was sweating so much. But by early morning it had cooled down thankfully. Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked, staff were friendly and pleasant. I was expecting something different in my mind from what i had seen on the marketing campaigns.

The room we were given originally had a really poor heating system that didn't heat the room, noisy nearby plumbing that sounded like a bath being emptied every 20 minutes and a leaky gutter that constantly dripped outside the single glazed window. All credit to Premier Inn, the did change out room when we asked. We have stayed in multiple Premier Inns around the country and are usually very pleased, but this one was lacking in too many areas to give it a good review. I'd recommend spending a few extra pounds and finding somewhere nicer.
J. S.Really not bad for the price you pay, the rooms are small but more spacious than you think. There are only showers in the bathroom and the only negative thing overall was how thin the walls were and how loud the creaky floorboards were. So hearing others is louder than you would think.
Beds are super comfy and the staff were increadibly friendly, would definitely come here again for the price.

G.Hotel is nice with a close location to Earl's court underground and full breakfast which has a variety of selections to choose from, staff is alright, one member really sticks out Ramona, always on point and friendly to other guests. Only complaint is during the dinner hour, even when the restaurant is empty, we have to wait a long time to be served or even get our food when the times always vary from like 5 min to 20 min. In all though, not a bad place to stay for vacation
m. v.Amazing staff, nice place to stay. Jeffrey showed us multiple rooms to let us decide which we prefered. All the hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to tube. The breakfast is really taste. Nicolas in the restautant and the manager Callie made our stay amazing, including offering us her personal umbrella. Unbelievable
k. f.A beautiful looking premier inn from the front which makes a lovely change from the very modern outer look you normally see. We stayed for 2 nights and it was the best sleep I'd had in months ( maybe because we left the kids at home with family ). The breakfast was perfect and the price of the hotel when we stayed was very reasonable especially where its situated. As with a lot of places in London the only downfall was no parking, bit we did managed to pre book the Olympia car park which was a huge help. The staff were lovely and always offered help and the room itself was just what you'd expect of a premier inn. Locally not Much to see, apart from the old buildings but it does have a high street with a lot of food outlets and a tesco just down the road. Will definitely stay here again.

S. H.Most of what you would expect from a premier Inn. The rooms were a bit smaller than I have experience in the past and there was little by way of view as we were at the back of the building. A few extremely helpful staff members but one fairly useless one who did nothing to keep the steps to the hotel clear when a coach full of overseas teenage travellers were sat on them blocking the entire entrance, with no desire to move. Good location for earls Court tube station but a little to far out for walking to other places. Otherwise fine though and the breakfast was lovely.
Z. K.Most of the staff are very friendly. Though the room is a bit old, the bed is comfortable. Earl's court underground is 10 mins walk. And there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby the station. If you spent most of time for sightseeing and just need a comfy place to stay overnight, this is the right place.

You can leave your suitcase with them whilst going into London before and after booking in/out, although they are stored in the reception seating area, so do not leave anything expensive, just in case.
Very close to Earls Court underground, 5 minutes walk.
Restaurant has a limited menu for people with Dairy or Gluten allergies, but there are plenty of Restaurants in Earls Court so no real issue.
Breakfast is self service, plenty of choice from fruits to full english, there seemed to be more effort on giving choice on breakfast than evening meals, which is why we eat out.
Hotel is quiet, and offers the sleep guarantee, although London rarely stops and noise from racing cars and bikes at 11pm is clearly heard, no major issues otherwise.

W.Stayed at this hotel with a family member in April as it was closest to the Royal Albert Hall where we went to see a Jethro Tull concert which was only 10/15 mins walk away & finished at 22:30 & afterwards we fancied something to eat & a pint, luckily for us the the hotel bar stayed open until midnight which was great, as all the local pubs, bars & eateries closed at 23:00??? (which I couldn't believe for London & such a busy area???) Also the hotel allowed you to order or bring in your own takeaway etc.
The Staff were very friendly & helpful, & another bonus was you could leave your bag at the hotel after checking out which was great as we wanted to visit the National History Museum only 10mins walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was also included with a good choice from full English to cereals & continental etc. The bedroom a good size, clean with tea/coffee etc, sadly the only downside was our view from our lower ground floor room (No6) backed on to a bit of a unattended ground at the rear of the hotel & I'm sure with a bit of thought it could be made to look nice with flowers etc which is why I'm only giving 4 stars. I would recommend & stay again. 😀

J. M.A rooms are a bit dated, staff very friendly, 20 mins walk to the Natural History museum. Parking is an issue, with reviews of major chain carparks complaining about car crime. Big tip, we arrived Friday evening, free parking from 10pm (ish) to 08:30 Sat morning. Paid for approx 4hrs on street parking, then free all day Sunday. Cost approx £16 for 10pm Fri to all day Sunday. Good quality breakfasts......

L. P.I've used this hotel on two stays to London now. It has everything you would except from a Premier Inn, clean room, comfy beds etc. For the location the price of the room is great value. The rooms are also of a decent size which isn't the case for a lot if rooms it that area. We were really impressed by the staff at this hotel too. Both times we've stayed everyone has been so helpful and friendly and also goes above and beyond to provide great service. Location is ideal for exploring London. It's a 10 minute walk from Earls Court station which covers the majority of the main sites including Heathrow airport, Covent Garden, and Piccadilly Circus. It's also just a half an hour walk to the mussels on Exhibition Road. One little hiccup was that if you ask to leave your luggage they don't have a large enough storage area and so sometimes luggage is left right at the front door, which may be unstaffed. Once we realised this we asked if they could store it in their office which is locked at all times.
P. B.Good location, quiet rooms despite main road. Breakfast service was poor and the common areas badly need some decoration. Don't look at the carpets in the restaurant.

Nous avions une chambre familiale avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples , très propre er spacieuse.
A 5min à pieds de la station earl s court, d où vous pouvez emprunter 3 lignes de métro . Je recommande cet hôtel rapport qualité prix excellent !
