Reviews of Premier Inn London Stratford hotel

Clean room, easy check in and out. Breakfast was generous with food freshly replenished regularly. They cooked me a poached egg to order. They would have had a 5 star except for the fact that the restaurant was on the cold side and the tea mugs were a bit on the small side. A wider choice of low fat fresh food would have been a bonus as well but there was some

I had a great time at Premier Inn Stratford. The hotel was very clean and spacious which is the first thing I noticed when I arrived. For a hotel in London the price was ok - it would have been nice if the pricing went down based on how many days you booked. Otherwise, the workers at the hotel where very kind and welcoming. I also got to enjoy the breakfast buffet and the quality and taste was outstanding. I would also like to add that there were many towels so I didn't have to worry about bringing my own :)

We came in and waited for an hour which was good because they allowed us to leave our bags so we can sync in of our surroundings.
(I have not been to a city before - to me I felt like I was from another world)
When the rooms were ready, we came in and settled down then paid for breakfast - which was absolutely delicious.
The rooms were also pretty good and cozy.
Thank you for having us

This was my second stay at Premier Inn Hotel Stratford. All you need for food and drinks are just inside Westfield shopping mall which connected to the hotel. I'm always happy staying here because the room was always clean, feels fresh, good size room for double bedroom. Toilet was clean and well disinfected. Above all bars and restaurants are just few minutes walk.

Needed to book in at short notice, expecting no joy - I spoke to Jojo who was AMAZING and helpful from booking to arrival. Staff even allowed me to borrow their phone charger. Incredible customer service and a comfy stay! Thanks team.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Duty manager was very helpful with a small issue with automated check in. Good choice at breakfast. Well located for shopping and travel.

3 simply for the location and comfortability of the room. The staff seemed very lazy. Going for breakfast on the first day, there was no one waiting to take us to our table, so if you wanna slip in a free brekkie, it's easy to do so, despite there being around 4 staff members but they were congregating in the kitchen. Throughout our breakfasts, our plates were never taken, staff were not friendly at all, seemed like they can't be bothered to be there.

Only things missing from the room are USB ports and the lack of tea and coffee. Why do they only put two of each on the tray? There should be at least four so that you can both have a drink at night and one in the morning if desired. I know you can request more, but it seems a hassle to get staff to have to go from reception to whichever room you are in just for tea/coffee sachets.

Cosy comfort room, reasonably spacious, directly above Westfield mall, good view of the new Stratford neighborhood. Excellent place to stay in East London.

An OK premier inn. We've stayed in several in and around London. This is not the worst or best, somewhere in the middle.
Showers need updating, very slow flow of water, plenty warm enough just trickles out.
Breakfast is ok, very understaffed from what we could see, both mornings we stayed, always out of juice, croissants, milk, clean plates and mugs etc dining tables are really sticky too, needs a thorough scrub down.
1of the 3 lifts broken too during the 3 days.

I love this hotel because it has one of the best locations with rail connections on door step - Stratford International- 6 minutes to St. Pancras International. The hotel room are fit for purpose not luxury. They are clean and have comfortable bedding. I have been staying this hotel for more than 3 months coming on and off each week. I would love to name few incredible staff members starting with Rashid who has been one of the nicest people and helpful. He has helped me more than twice to refund on a non refundable booking. Sammy the hotel manager approved my refund and it is unusual to see such level customer service and care for a customer. Monica, Marcella, Daniela, Ivan have been phenomenal. Everytime I checked in they help me check in the room of my preference. If there was something I needed, they provided me. It is also heartening to see that above named individuals have to do reception, breakfast, attend emergency and at the same time. They in my experience have been very helpful. If there were instances when I was not happy, Monica / Rashid helped me to correct the situation. I needed my luggage to be stored at their premises and they made exception for me many times and I am forever grateful. I would also like to commend the head office staff Analisa who helped me get a refund for 11 nights which I requested due to travel restrictions. Rashid, Sammy and her helped me despite not having any obligation to do so. Please ignore small issues. Lifts need improvement and property needs renovation but I am told, they will in 2022 most likely be done. The prices are better than what you get near in Holiday Inn. Try booking directly on premierinn portal and you would save far more. People often complain but I have come to respect each and everyone at this hotel. Try this and enjoy your stay.
Things to improve
1. Renovate carpet
2. Lifts
3. Self Check in machine should be functional at all times
4. Employ some more staff
5. Replace some old taps
6. Provide iron stand and iron in every room
I love this place because of people that work their. Thank you Rashid, Samy and the manager of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great location to both Westfield and Stratford International train station. The rooms are not the newest of Premier Inn, but still nice. 10 floors. Good views. Good service. The only downside is long time waiting for the lift (can be waiting up to 3 minutes sometimes).
H. T.
Great location. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Helpful staff. A fantastic breakfast
D.
- TV always said ‘no info’ on guide so couldn’t see the channel listings
- I know maintenance was called at the time, but only one lift working for 10 floors made it a wait.
- Again, I know it can’t be helped. But really noisy. Everyone letting doors slam!
A. T.
A very nice, well located hotel. Right above Westfield for shopping. Stations are a short walk away making everything in the Capital accessible.
S. M.
Great breakfast, clean tidy room as you'd expect, great location. Lifts bit of a pain as so slow though. Air con wasn't working in our room & it was uncomfortably hot, when I discussed with reception was told it wasn't working anywhere in the hotel. Found out later this was a lie which I'm not very pleased about.
J. K.
Comfortable stay in a key location just nextdoor to Westfield with its transport, shopping and dining options.
Compared to other Premier Inns this hotel does feel a bit tired and worn down but for the high volume of customers it's to be expected. While this did not cause me any problems the lift had some technical problems such as not servicing floor 3.
Breakfast was as good as any other and the dining space benefits from large windows looking out into Stratford.
D. 1.
I stayed here regularly prior to Covid and have just had my first stay since then. It's still a convenient place for me to stay as it's close to two of my company's locations.
However, there are reasons for lowering my previous rating. This hotel has had a long running problem with the lifts and I cannot understand why this annoying situation was not sorted out long ago. On one occasion two lifts were out of action. Yesterday one was not running again and I see that other recent reviewers have complained too.
My room was clean and quiet, although the 8th floor corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I arrived.
TV channel guide didn't work - another continuing problem.
The menu now offers much less choices for dinner than there used to be and it's very plain fayre.
All the staff were very pleasant, as they were previously.
A. C.
The service at the bar and on the tables was exemplary and so friendly and welcoming. The room was exceedingly clean, spacious and had all that we needed for our one night stay. The only downside was the heat in the room, the fan just seemed to push the warm air around and make it very uncomfortable to sleep or not sleep as was the case.
Apart from that it could not have been better for the price.
H. S.
Hotel is in a great location. Lovely rooms. Just a shame that you spend so long waiting for lifts to get anywhere.
A. W.
Only stayed here for a night, came in late staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Reception and room very clean and tidy. People I think where complaining about the heat in there rooms, but my rooms air-conditioning was fine, very comfortable. Would stay here again. Great price
D. B.
Had a great stay. A few issues with towels etc. But a great location right next to main line station to Liverpool Street station.
N. D.
Great base for exploring area and into the city. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and dinner.
r.
Comfy beds and everything on your door step and only £40 a night what more can you ask for. (Days with events on at Olympic Park Stadium will cost more)
D. C. (.
Have stayed here many times over the years.Lift 3 has been stuck on floor 9 for over 12 months, and the other 2 lifts are really slow.We had the breakfast this time which was good for the money. The rooms can get really warm and you cannot open the windows, for the location at a good price it is a good place to stay.
S. B.
My experience was a bit mixed here. The positives are that it is very well located in the Westfield Stratford, the rooms are a good size, the restaurant is airy and well presented. Almost all the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was generous and well cooked. The only things that I wasn't too happy with was the check in process was a bit curt and the room was stuffy even with the air con turned to its coldest setting.
M. D.
Good hotel in a great location.only a few minutes walk from Stratford International station.
Lifts are a bit slow
K.
My room was clean, comfortable and basically exactly why I prefer to stay in premier inn versus other cheaper hotels when I go away for a night. We had to make some last minute changes to rooms due to covid and the guy on checkout (Sammy) was really helpful and did this for us without a problem. As others have mentioned the rooms are very warm, however the air con in my room worked a treat and I left it on before we popped out and it was a nice temperature - we were on the 10th floor too so I expected it to be very hot. The only reason I have knocked it down a star is the lifts - they have a mind of their own they go up and down in no particular order despite choosing the floor you want, and despite there being 3 lifts it only appeared that 1 was moving or responding to calls at any given time - this meant we had a very long wait for the lift but also then a long wait inside the lift which with face masks is awful - whilst the lift did whatever it wanted. If we stayed again, which we would, I would probably request a lower floor so we could use the stairs if the lifts were playing up again.
J.
Great location, so convenient to trains & coach stops. In the centre of the massive Westfield shopping complex. A typical Premier Inn, one always knows what to expect. The usual super comfy bed & friendly customer service at the Stratford location & super quiet, despite having something like 1000 rooms ! £95 fir teo nights, in a really central location was great value. I highly recommend this Premier Inn.
L. C.
Perfect place to stay if planning a trip into the city. Park in Westfield, allowing easy access into London
P. J.
Great location and room excellent. Staff are very welcoming, and food was very good.
D. M.
Having read some less positive reviews I wasn't sure about staying but had a great time! Really clean, all lifts working, air con in room working, such helpful and cheerful receptionist. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!
S.
Customer service wasn't great as I had to wait quite awhile to check in, as none of the check in machines were working.
Room is spacious. Windows can't be opened but the air conditioning works very well.
Main issue was the bed. When I woke up my back was stiff, was hard to move. I don't have this issue with other hotel beds
G. 4. L.
Clean, comfortable beds. Did nit have breakfast to, no comment in this area. Only negative was only one out of three lifts was operative, staff and customers having to use one lift, a bit time consuming but overall my stay was gd and good value for what you pay :Friday to Sunday @12.
G. B.
Really nice. Beds are comfy. Room is clean.
D. R. F.
Okay for a stopover. Waited 35 mins after ordering, for breakfast. Not good when you have meetings to attend. One lift out of order (or at least stuck at floor 10). Machines out of "keys" at check-in and the one member of staff was trying to multi-task at everything. Rooms good though.
T. L.
Love this place, always stay here when I'm in London lovely staff and food and the rooms are lovely. Not to keen on those stairs though from ground floor to reception 135 stairs is it knackered when I got to reception, I did get a round of applause from staff. Thanks guys.
C. A.
Cheapest Hotel for the location, right outside Stratford International, beside Waitrose, Westfield. Nice large room. Clean good security. Comfortable beds. Breakfast not buffet due to Covid but 7.30 am on a Saturday had no queue and the staff serving Breakfast were very hospitable. Basic English cooked breakfast lovely vegan sausages, lots of servingd, basic continental. Croissants and pain au chocolate. No pain au raisins or muffins. Alternatively plenty of food within Westfield..
Not a great hotel if travelling via Jubilee line once Westfield is closed. Location becomes horrendous. I got lost
Hence rating.
n. t.
Not happy no heating system working and no one told us even when we got thare only a singn on the table in the lobby saying was really cold not good
B. J. G.
Lovely hotel at s good price, only downside was the breakfast, had to wait for a table, then the cutlery, then the food! The staff just didn't seem to be able to cope and it wasn't that busy. Hotel is close to the Stratford tube station and in the Westfield shopping centre, ideal if visiting the Olympic park.
Stayed again recently and showers were rubbish in both rooms we booked, one towel provided to share between 2, don't have honk I'll hurry back after these last 2 stays
B. B.
Stayed in room 717. Was a great size room and the view was nice to see in the morning!
P. G.
Not a bad branch, conveniently located for Westfield and Stratford International Station which are a 30 seconds walk away. I was on the 6th floor of this 10 floor hotel which had a view of the service area of Westfield. The room was comfortable but of the older design so had a smaller tv than normal. Ceiling of the room vibrated when the people in the room above were walking around but apart from that it was ok.
R. C.
Super clean and comfortable as ever. Always use Premier Inn. Brilliant.
K. T.
Nice place. Comfortable rooms, except the bathroom water pressure was very bad! Showered in a small stream of water. Otherwise, great location and affordable price for the room.
P. B.
Usual good bed but the hotel is showing its age with no air conditioning (a fact shown in the small print of the website) and a broken lift.
E. T.
Great place to stay even with some issues all dealt with professionally.
M. H.
Clean tidy and very reasonably priced. Did not have breakfast, only saw one member of staff when I checked in but he was efficient and polite.
J. G.
Sammy was excellent in difficult circumstances as the lifts weren't working when we arrived. He was very professional and helpful with our bikes and he clearly had an awful lot to do. Many thanks Sammy
S. M.
Stayed for two nights Sep 18-20 and had no issue with elevator or room. Staff was all nice and helpful. People at the hotel like elevator didn’t wear a mask. I think the manager needs to force them to wear it at the elevator and lobby.
M. K.
You will be pleasantly surprised at just how good this "budget" hotel is.
Check in online, and you can pick up your room's card keys from the automated touchscreen machines at the 1st floor lobby.
Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed to check out a bit later than 12, and they were able to do this for me at no extra charge. Be polite and respectful and they will reciprocate in kind.
I recommend Tap East for drinks next door to the hotel's ground floor entrance at night, and any of the amazing food vendors in Westfield shopping centre during the day.
J. S.
A pleasant surprise, more than the usual budget hotel. Really friendly sweet staff. The room was comfy x quiet. With the bonus of a great view from my room! Floor to ceiling windows and able to see the city skyline. Cool setting right next to the mall.
S.
LOCATION: The location is quite convenient as it is not too far away from city center although it is still a bit of distance, perfect for those who do not want to stay at city center due to high prices. It is connected to tube where you can easily access to other part of London. Also, there is a big shopping complex that connects directly to this hotel which is pleasant for shopping and getting food.
ROOM: basic as how the usual Premier Inn would offer.
I did not give 5 stars because the lifts were terribly awful. I hope the management would fix it soon. It run really slowly and stopped at every single floor. The lift door even takes ages to close. It was a really unpleasant experience to go up and down the floors.
L. W.
Good location, easily accessible with plentiful nearby parking and shopping. Comfortable beds, spacious room. The only downside for me is that the 4th floor (can't comment on the other floors, didn't use them} smells like a stale ashtray. Like that horrible stench that all travel lodges used to have before they banned smoking in them.
L. W.
Fine but the elevators are so painful it looses two stars
M. R.
Basic Premier Inn. Not the slickest. Some areas grubby and worn. Reception on 1st floor and lifts aren't the best. Several self check in terminals and vending machine in lobby. Bar and dining area fine. Only had breakfast which was fine. Rooms basic but fine. But staff have been really reall lovely. Not much choice in this area so if you end up here you aren't missing out on anything.
d. m.
Helpful staff ,good all round experience. Great for days out dropping/visiting uni, shopping eating out great centre point.
J. H.
Very friendly helpful staff got me an iron and ironing board, extra towel, plus one for breakfast and came back and forward getting us extra toast and juice at breakfast. Clean and well maintained.
P. I.
The quality of the Premiere Inn is second to none. The service from the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed was very good and the food from the restaurant was excellent. Good value for money and will always be my first choice hotel. What's not to like?
A. S.
Reliable, clean, everything working, good value. Keep up the standards. Nice location, all transport links and next to shopping centre. Could do with cheaper parking.
A. D.
I have stayed here for the last 9 days . The room was clean and comfortable as you would expect . Service quick and efficient . The thing that really made my stay enjoyable was all the staff. The made me feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble and they always had a friendly word , greeting. Would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again . Top Mark's to all staff
A. M.
Great breakfast and meal deal. Restaurant and common areas are comfortable. Beds very comfortable and two singles for the children in the family room was a bonus. Bathrooms are fine if basic. Rooms are relatively small, especially when setup to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children! Staff friendly and polite. Pond park kids play area right outside the front door. One of the three lifts was broken which can be an issue at busy times due to the being around 130 steps from ground to the first floor! Good location
R. D. S. O. O.
It was a great time here. One of the staff did so much for me so that I could be comfortable. She changed my fans and also fixed my keys.
Thanks staff Celina. God bless you.
J. K.
Convenient, close to the Stratford station and Westfield mall.
Affordable,comfortable, safe and clean.
Will came again, definitely.
The check in was a little bit chaotic.
I will recommend to not leave it for the last minute.
d. d.
Would have been 5 but only 2 lifts working great for location
J. J.
The lift was unusable, and there were 8 floors, meaning there was hundreds of people trying to use 1 lift. Ended up having to walk up about 25 flights of stairs to reach our room. Was offered a free breakfast in return which was a nice gesture, but ended up queuing for half an hour. Check in and out was easy, room quality was good, and the hotel is close to the Westerfield shopping centre and West Ham stadium
M. O.
Location was easy to get to with fairly cheap parking near by! The area was clean and close to the shopping centre. The room was clean and the bed was really quite comfy! The only issue I had was there was a lack of preparation for the breakfast period on the bank holiday Monday. All the food was pretty much gone and no replacement was made for a while! Overall well worth the money!
S. F.
Friendly staff to welcome you, even though they also have self check in. All rooms are spacious, clean and tidy with a comfy bed. The TVs are a bit too small for the size of the room, but there's so much to do that you should only be using your room for sleeping.
Great views from the restaurant.
LOTS of steps up from street level if you fancy some exercise.
J. W.
Helpful friendly staff great views from hotel room, rooms clean and tidy and comfortable close to high speed rail and 10 min walk to underground, down side always seems to be a elevator not working
A. T.
Good friendly service, clean and comfortable. Couldn't get a hot snack
M. C.
Some staff are amazing, the rooms were awful and the one member of staff went above and beyond unfortunately we had to transfer hotels as a result of bad rooms but the staff you cannot fault.
A. G.
I stayed here a couple of days with a friend so we could prepare for a big concert. The location is great because you’re literally (((inside))) the Stratford mall. You walk for 45 seconds and you’re surrounded by stores and places to eat so that’s really great. Plus you also have the Stratford International Station in front of the hotel so coming from Central London (King’s Cross) is as fast as Blinking your eyes (though it’s a £6’40 fare); you also have the normal tube station really close-by and a lot of buses that go everywhere. The rooms are relatively big and well illuminated with a set of floor to ceiling windows and the bed is just... Amazing. Premier Inn’s always consider sleeping as an important part of the experience so apart from having an amazing bed it gets really quiet at night-time and everyone tries to stay peaceful. Room is equipped with hair dryer and kettle and there’s fairly good internet connection. My friend paid for everything so I wouldn’t know the prices but she said it wasn’t too bad. I got to stay with her 2 nights for free and enjoy the cozy bad so there’s not much bad stuff I can say about it.
S. W.
Three days in to our five day stay and it has-been perfect. Our meal on the first night was lovely. The waitresses were wonderful to us. Breakfast was fresh tasting. Hot and with a lot of choices. The room was clean and tidy. Anything you wanted to ask for could be 24/7. Absolutely great
J. B.
Rooms good. Breakfast food was not hot. Bar closed and didn't tell us last orders. Barman was very good
S. N.
Rooms are looking a bit shabby and the shower was not great but the breakfast was excellent as well as the staff.
W. F.
Friendly happy team and service with a smile. I highly recommend staying.
My partner and myself stay here when visiting London as a nice "quiet" out of city hotel. It has all the perks of being in London without feeling like the cramped busy nature of Central London.
B. W.
Usual good value although no garlic flatbread or pizzas as pizza bases not delivered
S. N.
Furnishings are looking a bit old and the shower was quite poor, other than that a standard Premier Inn with a great breakfast.
D. S.
I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn London Stratford. My room was en-suite and spacious. The room was nicely furnished with double bed, sofa, desk, chair, TV, bedside tables, two mirrors and shelves. In the bathroom there was a shower bath, washing basin, hair dryer, toilet and a mirror.
The bed was soft and comfortable and you also get a "Good Night Guarantee", which means that if there is noise or you are not happy with your stay you get your money back.
In the morning you can enjoy a delicious English or Continental breakfast and you can eat as much as you like.
L. P.
So lovely but needs to have more times for the lift instead of stairs
D.
Staff here are always welcoming and smiling. The rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms - so you know what you are getting. Breakfast is to normal spec too. Unfortunately as always here, the lift system is great fun!
J. S.
Location brilliant joined onto westfield perfect for shopping and eating out, rooms great, service great. Sadly when I visited the whole hotel lost hot water! This was also when it was freezing outside. No staff could help, just told me to complain online.
Other than that perfect hotel, great breakfast and even a great evening meal with perfect service.
We will be coming again!!
P. W.
I travel a lot of the U.K. Using premier inns as my preferred hotels, 95% of which are great.
Yet the London Stratford Hotel seems to do it better than most.
The location is superb with reasonable parking costs in the Westfield Shopping Centre right next to it.
The staff greeting is warm and friendly but not over the top when you arrive.
The rooms are the usual comfortable standards with great beds and good showers.
But the real gem at this particular Premier Inn is the restaurant.
The way they prepare their food, the presentation and freshness is superb!
I stayed for 2 nights , having steak on the first night but the second night I chose to have a salad (ate badly at lunch, so I was trying to make up for it).
The salad came out and looked fresh, colourful and tempting ( I know...a salad, tempting!).
It was tasty, not drowning in dressing and the little touch of vegetable crisps sprinkled over it was brilliant. It gave it that little extra something and made it.
If you need a hotel in London with comfy beds, great rooms, great staff in a good location then look no further.
K. M.
I've just stayed for 5 nights attending the Lex Live 2 event at the Aspers Casino. Location is perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Food in restaurant very tasty. Best to book if you know you are going to get to restaurant late. I did on one occasion due to work and staff and chef were so accommodating. Will definitely return with my family. Thanks Karin
I.
Lovely bathroom size, clean, warm, cosy. Thank you for teas and coffee. Fabulous bed . Quite a surprise, however, that we couldn't get our last drink as everything had been slam shut before midnight.....
C. B. T.
Great location! Huge parking facilities right next to the hotel along with over and underground railway stations right next door. Makes visits to London with a young family so easy. Park, stay in hotel, then quick and easy access into the heart of London.
A. L.
As usual the high standard of Premier inn, rooms clean and well presented and fitted out with all you need for a short stay. All staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast (full english) was excellent. No hesitation of a return visit if in the area again.
H. (.
A decent place to stay but getting to your room is a pain due to the slow an inefficient elevators. There are way too many stairs to practically get to the higher floors. There is a small playground outside which helps keep children entertained. Everything else is about what you would expect from a Premier Inn except it has an Olympic theme due to it being built specifically for the Olympics. The Olympic Park is very close by and easily accessible from the hotel. All in all a good stay.
w. w.
Not very central to most of London's attractions. A walk though the shopping centre and then onto the tube. This is reflected in the cost for a room which is much cheaper then all the rest.
The rooms were comfortable and the right temperature for a decent night's sleep.
Breakfast was buffet style and all the food was nice. The staff were very helpful and cooked me some fresh eggs how I liked them
I. S.
Good, friendly customer service. Smiles always crossed staff faces. Plus, hospitable and diverting assistance from staff. However, my room smelled of rancid smoking. But homely beds and pleasant showers. Extended with idyllic view of East End London, Skyline.
A. G.
Premier Inn is a nice hotel, even though it seems more like a 3 stars than a 4 stars. Rooms are big enough and also have a couch, bathroom is ok, there's not a shower but a bath with courtains. The personnel is nice, they even borrowed me an EU plug adaptor because I forgot mine. Only issue was that in my room there wasn't the card to put outside the door for not being disturbed, so the cleaning service came in my room at 8:30 am while I was still sleeping. Also the hotel breakfast is not that great, pancakes seemed old, definitely not worth 10+£.
T.
Stayed in Premier Inn Stratford for West Ham game in may 2017 with family.
Rooms were clean, beds comfy, breakfast great, and staff friendly and helpful. Also the price was more than reasonable. They even got us a top floor room with a view to London Stadium. Highly recommended!
Next stay booked already.
M. G.
A handy well located Premier Inn close to the railway station and the Westfield shopping centre.
Stayed for 3 nights Wednesday to Saturday. Rooms are comfortable , decent sized and well equipped.
At check in the receptionist was a bit abrupt and really welcoming, but on the whole it was s seamless process.
There were issues with the Aircon/heating as we got an unannounced visit from the service engineer. There was a sta d alone heater in the room as well.
Our room overlooked a construction site, not really a lot of noise, but no view.
I had breakfast here 2 mornings, the host seemed harrassed and not overly welcoming on either visit - rather off putting to be honest. They kept running out of cooked breakfast items on my second visit and the tables looked like a bomb had hit them.
Would have got more stars if it wasnt for the slightly grumpy staff at check in and breakfast!
Not really what I've come to expect from a Premier Inn.
Would stay here again for the convenience only!
J. C.
This is my go-to hotel in London. It's a premier inn so you know what to expect from the rooms, nothing amazing but comfortable and well stocked with towels, soap and extra pillows. The great thing about this hotel is it's on top of 3 floors of shops, a wide range of restaurants and a cinema. It's also very close to the DLR and central line so makes a perfect base for central london and the 02.
C.
We stayed here as a base for a 2 day trip into London. The hotel is perfectly placed for this, easy to drive to and park, easy to jump on the tube and 10 minutes later your in London. The hotel itself is 10 floors of great spec rooms, we some having fab views of the Olympic park (ours did). The ground floor is mearly an entry way to reception which is located on the first floor, it should be noted you can take the stairs however these are over 100 steps! With kids and suitcases I recommend the lift! Also, nobody can gain entry to the 2nd floor up without an access card. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well maintained with no issues that we could see, clean and comfortable. Water is HOT, nice! Also very quiet. Bathroom is also well maintained and clean! Only slight negative was that there was no subtle blue uplight above the bed for when the little ones are asleep, however there was a sleep button on the TV unlike our last premier inn. Breakfast is served on the first floor and is the norm for Premier Inn in regards to selection - which is good, and well served by the friendly staff. We also felt no rush to get through breakfast. Easy checkout - just hand your cards in and your gone.. We would stay here again, and indeed plan to.
m. x.
To be honest I've not stayed at the hotel but I've worked there fixing the lifts (full time job lol) but the people there are ok, they always look after us as do all the P.I. hotels, I like working at their hotels.
Their friendly and helpful.

Resultant was closed become see what of Covid. Rooms were fine, except you can't turn off the bathroom extractor, which is pretty Loud!
A. R.
For £35 can't complain. Comfy bed, clean room and ok shower. Convenient for Westfields, Stratford and the Olympic park.
G. R.
Super comfortable, great location and the breakfast was excellent quality with great options. Perfect for a London break as it's very close to the Stratford tube station.
C. F. T.
Staff is really nice and helpful. But the infrastructure is really bad, the door card key always not working, the internet is as slow as unbelievable.
D. R.
Located right next to Stratford rail and DLR stations, access is easy. The Westfield shopping centre means you don't have to travel far for shopping, really nice bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean and well decorated. The room was fairly standard, no iron, but tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. Air conditioning was free. Breakfast was all you cab eat buffet of the usual suspects; cereals, breads, cooked, yogurt and fruit. It was well stocked. I'd stay there again.
g.
I been staying for last 5 months, half of rooms the air con doesn't work. Also never have all the lifts worked.
J. W.
It was a place to stay for the night. It was relatively clean and did the job with a good location right by Stratford International station and a 5 minute walk to Stratford station. The Westfield shopping centre below provides plenty of food/drink and general shopping.
The room was extremely basic with just a bed, bathroom and a small desk. But it did the job for an overnight stay. I’m not sure if I could stay here for much more than 2 nights.
n. w.
Very nice room. If you can book rooms *01 - *04 they have views over London's skyline. The top floors are better and is just by the lift so no walking noise from the corridors.
C. M.
Perfect position for swimming competition at London Aquatics Centre and on the edge of London Stratford shopping centre. Usual Premier Inn offering. Evening meal in the restaurant was good, and breakfast Monday morning was well stocked. All staff friendly and helpful.
C. “. B.
Reasonably priced and located right next to Westfield Stratford shopping centre which makes a good place to stay if you're to knackered after shopping and live far away. Everything from check in, buying toiletries and such are all done through machines so it was convenient. Breakfast was also reasonably priced for a buffet and unlimited coffe/tea.
M. M.
Pleasant enough stay. Quiet and no noise from neighbouring rooms. Older style Premier Inn rooms with small TV which didn't display programme guide which was a bit annoying.
Staff were all very helpful.
K. L.
This is one of the newest, if not the newest, Premier Inn. Love the family rooms offered by most Premier Inns. It's very hard to find hotels in London where two adults and two kids can stay in one room. The price is very reasonable too. Excellent location as it is right next to the huge Westfield mall and Stratford station. The breakfast is decent, especially since kids eat free with each paid adult.
a. d.
The beds are fantastic.
My fiance and I can't remember having had a better nights sleep.
The view from the restaurant afforded a wonderful warm place to watch the local fireworks display in the warm with happy hour drinks prices.
I cannot enthuse enough how wonderful our stay has been to date...
A. B.
Good rooms and really comfy bed. Very slow service in the restaurant even after booking a table. 15 minutes to get my order taken and then another 15 minutes before I even got my drink. Very noisy in my room it sounded like someone next door was constantly taking a bath?
O. C.
The hotel is situated in a perfect place. Right next to Westfields shopping centre which has everything you can ask for. Also the tube station is a 5 minute walk so very reasonable. The hotel standards are as expected for a premier Inn, very clean, well maintained, easy to find the way around and breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much to ask. A great place to stay if you are doing anything in the surrounding area, would recommend.
L. S.
Stayed one night after a corporate event in November 2014. I've always had my stereotypes of what a standard Premier Inn/Travelodge looks like but I was proved wrong by this one! The room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed, a sofa, lots of space for clothes and other personal belongings, and a nice tub in the brightly lit bathroom. Also very impressed with the breakfast buffet in the morning - you can order eggs (cooked the way you like it) from the staff and help yourself to a wide range of hot and cold food. The hotel is also very conveniently located at Westfield shopping centre so you have everything within a stone's throw.
J. I.
A little tired and run down but it's London. The staff are friendly the rooms clean and the beds comfy. Also the towels are super soft and absorbant. Also if your travelling to London to watch your team play West Ham then it's only a 5 minute walk.
J. H.
Premuer inn was a great hotel for the great price, additionally the breakfast was amazing with great choice. However i believed the food to be a bit too repetitive and became a bit boring by the end of my stay. The room was nice and cozy, however when walking to the room the carpet on the floor was stained and wasnt very pleasant to look at. However it is very convenient that the hotel had vending machines and an Amazon locker which i used.
A. R.
Only complaint is that it was cold in the bar and restaurant area which was not pleasant.
D. B.
Generally good as all Premier Inns go although I did have an issue with the key card access to my room. While most hotels use contactless (RFID) cards, this one still uses magnetic-strip ones which make them highly unreliable. The staff were very helpful and promptly replaced my key. Another minor issue was that the aircon was noisy and smelled a bit musty at first but after a time faded into the background and was fine. Probably due to lack of use. Otherwise a pleasant stay as always. Recommend a tech upgrade/refurb.
N. W.
Pretty good as Premier Inns go. Tip - if you walk from Stratford train Station through Westfield Centre, aim for the Stratford International Station, hotel entrance is outside opposite. Signage in Westfield is non existent and staff in shops have no idea. Tip2 - if you want to eat dinner at the hotel...book a table. It fills up quickly
D. S.
Love the place .here for to days sleeped like a log great night sleep .
D. F.
Stayed over Christmas, fantastic place to stay. Really enjoyed it Staff was great and the rooms are cleaned every day. Would recommend staying here. Food was also good.
C. N.
Great location, perfect for events at the O2 Arena as Stratford tube station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre. Pleasant staff and tidy rooms, with possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Highly recommended.
S. B.
Stayed here for a work commitment, the reception team really made me feel like they couldn't do enough for me and my colleagues. Huge thanks to Sami and Karol!
P. G.
Was an okay stay, didn't have room service as nice as previous Premier Inns, but was alright. Breakfast was nice, and all amenities worked as expected. Had an issue with a broken mirror being left in the room, but was dealt with l.
M. L. F.
5 star experience for my family when they stayed here for 5 nights and at a great price. Rooms were big with a double and single bed, more than adequate for the three of them. Lovely decor in the ground floor entrance area especially the lights!
Lots of choice at self service all you can eat breakfast which was all cooked beautifully.
The only complaint that I heard from my parents was that they didn't like the Twinings tea, swap it for Tetley or PG tips and they'd have been extremely happy campers!
V.
I have become a regular customer when attending work conferences due to the good service and comfort of the rooms. The location is very handy as it is just a minute walk away from the westfield shopping centre.. The breakfast buffet is also amazing! Recommended
P. C.
Typically good hotel that is part of the Westfield site and has easy access to DLR and all the shops and restaurants. Room was very good with air conditioning, lovely bed and free WiFi (albeit you have to pay extra for a faster service, but good enough for email and general browsing). Unlimited buffet breakfast was excellent (£10 extra per person per night). Didn't have evening meals there as so many dining options available outside
C. T.
Friendly staff, brilliant location and good food
a. c.
Location is excellent for Westfield shopping centre and the O2. Service was excellent and typical Premier Inn rooms. Don't stay here if you don't like using elevators. From ground floor (which is the only entrance) to level one (reception) is 5 floors or 139 steps to walk.
c. c.
This hotel was an amazing place to stay...clean, affordable, great staff and a wonderful location...I would definitely suggest this to my friends as a far superior hotel to others, which I have previously stayed at in London. Wish I had known about it before...will most definitely go back. Their dining room and menu is good value compared with other hotels ....I found the transportation links to be a huge factor...everything close at hand...I just hope they maintain this standard .
D. F.
Rooms are bloody hot. Air con didn't do a thing, no fresh air as the windows don't open.
N. C.
Great views, decent size room for London and close to the Westfield car park. Only two nags are slightly further away for Stratford tube (at the other end of Westfield) and extortionately priced WiFi upgrade and breakfast options. Friendly and accommodating staff though, have stayed before and inevitably will again.
S. G.
Comfortable.. clean... location great great size bedrooms power shower and bath
B. D.
Not the easiest place to find, but nice hotel, very clean. No food though due to Covid 19 restrictions. Always love a premier Inn breakfast...
H. R.
So close to Stratford international station and Westfield. Great location. Always a great hotel love a premier inn
P. K.
Great place to stay, comfortable as always and built right on top of the Westgate Centre. We arrived back to the hotel late and the night Porter gave us a menu for a good takeaway that delivered. Spot on 👍
m. m.
Very good location..checkin staff friendly and helpful..rooms are not cleaned every morning u have to ring and book to get this done..also the lifts are a joke ull be waiting ages on them.apart from that it's great value for money.
S. S.
Lovely hotel. Greta location but a bit far if walking is an issue. Friendly and helpful staff and the exclusive rooms have a great view of the London skyline
E. A.
It's a premier Inn, so therfore all the normal words apply, no different from any others that we have stayed at. Higher rooms have really good views. Beware...all the food places stop serving around 10pm so if you were saying there cause of seing a show at the 02 make sure you work out were to eat beforehand. Not a lot within walking distance of the hotel
D. R.
Location was great for us for getting tube into London with station on doorsrep. Parking was cheap at the local Westfield Stratford centre. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful and the all you can eat breakfast was very nicely presented and looked fresh even though we came down an hour after breakfast was started. Would happily stay here again
N. F. S.
Good quality budget hotel, right next to Stratford Westfield, and the Olympic stadium grounds, so plenty to do if you want to pop out of the hotel, plenty of excellent chain restaurants. Right next to Stratford International Station but I couldn't hear any noise. Comfy bed and all the usual things you would expect from Premier Inn. 20 mins to central London on the tube.
m. d.
only negative is following my stay I think I may have left my wedding ring in the room. I have made over 20 phone calls to customer service here which has rang and no one has answered. extremely poor . the aommodation and breakfast were excellent
G. V.
Very poor service at the bar had to que for 25 minutes to get a drink
T. P.
Good place to stay. Polite reception stuff, cheep parking, quiet room, unfortunately one more thing about room it's dusty in obvious places as on the top of picture on the wall... House keeping have place for improvement. Over all 9/10.
A. Y.
Average place beds were comfortable but only 2 lifts out of 3 were working
C. N.
Obviously this is not a 5 star property but my judgement is based on value and in that perspective Premier Inn stands out. We payed in total 102£ for two nights and 2 adults/2 children. F***. most London hotels wouldn't even let you in the reception area for that price.
Location. Stratford might seem to be a bit off but no. You are at Liverpool Street in 8 minutes and Tower Hill in 11 minutes. Great communications and hotel is 10 seconds from Westfield a huuuuge shopping mall. Mind you, you are a bit off unless you travel from Stansted or London City Airport. The surroundings are also very nice and just have a walk in the Olympic Park. More and more (good) restaurants open in the vicinity.
Rooms, well sized for European standards. Our family room had one double and two extra beds. Quiet rooms, nice beds.
Staff, Ok, they are not likely to be working at the Ritz but they do their job.
Food, again, this is no Michelin restaurant but value is great! Have the Meal Deal for 26.49 which is super value. Bar usually have some great deals (this time Gin drinks 2for8£). Breakfast is great!
Stay there!
S. M.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the night reception staff. Everything was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable.
P. A.
Great hotel and my goto place for a London stay
D. R.
Great location although it's a bit of a trek around Westfields once the centre has shut. Follow the signs for Stratford International. Car parking is very reasonable, Westfield parking £6 for 24 hours, aim for Car park A as it's the nearest. Be aware, don't take the stairs from the ground floor to the 1st floor as it's actually about 5 levels up. There's a pleasant restaurant on the Reception/Bar level. If you like shopping and to be close to all the attractions at the Olympic Park then this is perfect.
J. E.
Really handy for the O2, 4 stops on the Jubilee line. Clean, tidy, welcoming receptionist; all good for our stay. Would come again. Part of the Westfield shopping centre, so there's that too
K. M.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the Stratford station so you have easy access to the city centre. It's also nice and clean.
However, the lifts are ridiculously slow: even though there are 3 lifts, it takes few minutes for a lift to arrive. I'm not talking about couple of minutes but more like 5 minutes! It was annoying.
M. T.
Amazing rooms, I sleep more in these beds than I do my own, definitely a home from home feel to the Stratford premiere inn, amazing facilities and staff, especially the wonder German girl on front desk called Celina, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the most comfortable stay possible every premiere inn needs a Celina thank you girl xxxx
R. M.
I only spent one night here but it was very good overall and great value for money. The location is excellent being just a short walk away from Stratford train and bus station and both Westfield and Stratford shopping center. Would definitely consider using it again for overnight stops when attending events nearby and on the connecting train and bus lines.
D. H.
Premier Inn so usual good price and quality balance and great customer service (asked for a desk fan and a room with a view - got both without argument). Only downside was Sunday evening the bar was quite busy and only had one guy working his ass off whilst two people sat at reception doing nothing... One of them should have helped out to reduce the long wait times at the bar!
A. S.
Ideal location for staying and near a good shopping precinct.
C. P.
This is a really good premier Inn, great location handy for the o2, also right in the middle of a huge shopping and restaurant complex. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, the bat was great with friendly staff. In the morning the breakfast was first class. My only complaint would be the three taxi drivers we used whilst there all had real difficulty finding the entrance which caused a bit of a headache.
M. W.
Not the newest inn I’ve stayed at but location is great with cheap parking (£6.40 24hr), secure and plentiful space in car park B at west Westfield shopping centre.
Would be 5 stars but rooms need a bigger TV
D. 7.
Came here for a holiday with the family went to the O2 and went to see Joseph. Jason Donovan, Sheridan Smith and Jack Yarrow were amazing and got an autograph from Jason. To get it after the show you have to go to the stage and push sto the front of the crowd as you can. Lovely experience.
P. B.
As always with Premier Inn, good rooms with very comfy beds, friendly staff and a great breakfast spread.
The bar lounge was also a nice place to chill in.
C. T.
Monica the receptionist was lovely, polite and great at what she does. Good weekend stay very welcoming. Monica’s buzzing mood lifted my earlier morning mood and I am very greatful.
A. M.
Great checkin. Lovely and clean. Very central for trains tubes and buses
J. L.
Great views over the park and into the city, especially from the gym.
Very convenient for Stratford and east London as there are so many tube and rail connections. Book in advance to get the best deal, they seem to be pretty busy through the summer.
J. F.
A little hard to find when coming from the tube station. But very handy for Westfield and the Olympic Park. Reception and reception is on 1st floor rather than ground floor, which is a bit frustrating. Rooms are standars Premier Inn; simple, clean and comfortable.
A. F.
Pleasant place in a calm location, spot on for the price
J. B.
Very friendly staff and lovely food the only reason it's 3 stars is my room had no iron or ironing board, even for a budget hotel I expect that as a minimum.
D. H.
London Premier Inns tend to be more expensive than elsewhere and have no car parking, and this hotel is no exception. Luckily there is a large NCP car park nearby with reasonable rates. The hotel is clean, fresh and modern, unlike some of the London Premier Inns that seem to be more tired and dated than their counterparts elsewhere in the country and rely on their location to fill rooms. So better than average for London and average for Premier Inns as a whole.
C. T.
Beautiful and clean view of the fireworks amazing
S. S.
Stayed here for the london marathon, our room was on the 9th floor, views for miles, staff very polite, and the meals were nice also. And situated right by the rail station and shopping centres
C. J.
May Bank Holiday Weekend; typical Premier Inn standards, decent bed and OK shower. Location is bang on.
I booked well in advance so pricing was good (before Rolling Stones announcement too). Right outside Stratford International so fairly easy to get to via National Rail. Right next to Westfield and a short walked to Stratford Underground.
For ExCel visitors, it's a good alternative for price and location. Straight 2 DLR train right at your door step.
Would happily use this again.
D. W.
Hotel was nice and in perfect location for Olympic park. Was just difficult to get to the reception as 2 of the 3 lifts broken and the stairs were only open to those with a room key. Frustrating
y. m.
Lovely , always stay here , plenty to do hotel is nice & clean with friendly staff , nothing is to much trouble , and if you can get a good rate extra bonus
S. R.
Great hotel with excellent friendly staff. The food is good and plenytful. I was expecting less for the money, but, was pleasently surprised! I'd reccomed getting the "meal deal" and having an evening meal and breakfast there.
V. L.
24 Dec 2014 to 29 Dec 2014
We booked 2 x double room and 2 x twins room. The Twins room has an extra sofa bed and the room is bigger. Very comfortable stay. Good for shopping, Westfield is just next door. Car Park whole day/overnight parking at GBP 9.
b. l.
It's ain't a 5 star de luxe, but the beds are good slept like a baby. The staff is great, shopping malls at your doorstep, will defo recommend.
M.
Fair quality vs. price ratio and good service quality. Hotel's proximity to the Stratford mall, train and underground stations made things tremendously easier. Good experience overall
P. G. A.
Weird sort of first floor reception, but self service atm tills are good. Bar didn't seem to stock crisps. Great night sleep here. Just wish I could have had more of it.
M. L.
Some work was being undertaken on the property during my stay so 4* staff were very helpful and when I needed moving to another room due to missing ceiling panels this was done promptly and without fuss. Will return on my next trip to London.
L. N.
Hotel and room was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Great location for the tube and for the shopping centre. Easy to find and friendly courteous staff.
L. B.
Typical Premier Inn in great location for Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping centre. Close to transport for visiting central London. Staff always friendly and helpful
S. C.
nice hotel. very close to the shopping center. one lift was out of action, but staff helped ease the congestion buy guiding us to the service lift.
a. m.
Within the shopping mall. Quite and comfortable.
P. K.
Attended cycling event at velodrome. Location excellent, access from central London and further easy (Stratford International opposite). Clean and comfortable, reasonable value given proximity to attractions.
R. S.
Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. Room was the standard we have come to expect from Premier inn clean well decorated plenty of towels and extra pillows.Ert Removals recomended!
L. H.
Hotel was great, room was lovely and spacious. Just far too warm but that was due to being on the 9th floor, room had some kick ass AC so it didn't last too long!
O. O.
The room is ok. The bathroom is old. The entrance looks ugly. The employees are quite friendly. The breakfast is good. The price is in my opinion too high.
G.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very comfortable beds and cheap for its location.
R. x.
Location perfect for Guns n Roses at the London Stadium. Clean modern and comfortable rooms with a good shower and a good restaurant meal deal for dinner and breakfast. Recommended
D. G.
WiFi wasn't working on 4th floor
C. M.
Very good but needs to be more space for breakfast
Never go to the Stratford hotel it's terrible and not worth you money we left after 20 mins and the had filthy towels.
T. B.
The lift was very slow and only one was working, the staff were okay. Lunch was alright. Room was tidy. Average
j. m.
Stayed twice for work. Handy location with good transport links. Clean rooms, some have great views over the Olympic park. Good breakfast.
L. B.
Good hotel. Good price great location. We stayed as we had tickets for the O2. Just a couple of stops on the underground. About 10 mins tops.
P. R.
Room was great breakfast buffet great choice and next door is Westfield Stratford then a short walk to Queen Elizabeth Park with a very short walk to the transport hub
H. M.
Good price, comfortable bed, good location for what we needed. Would recommend to other people if they are looking for a family friendly affordable hotel.
J. D.
I come here several times each year; it's always a pleasent stay with polite staff and efficient service. Water pressure in the shower could be better however, but thats my only gripe.
C. C. C.
Clean & comfortable. Lifts take a very long time to operate.
S.
Lovely stay, very comfortable bed and room. Lovely friendly staff. Could keep bags in the hold all day. Would recommend
I. M.
Great little hotel. Rooms are modern, staff friendly. Also very good noise and light insulation. Totally recommended
A. J.
Fantastic hotel! Brilliant staff, location and rooms. Can't fault the Premier Inn at all. I have stayed here a number of times and it hasn't failed to disappoint. I will be back!
B. G.
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel
Staff helpful
One of the lifts wasnt working
And one lift just gad exposed wires to tap the key on (is this dangerous?)
Other than this had a good night's sleep
L.
Lovely place to stay with a nice view out of the window. Kind and helpful service. We stayed on the 9th floor
S. L.
The hotel stay was good, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a good deal so would recommend it. Location is convenient for travel to anywhere in London. I would recommend it
R. W.
Our regular stop off. Could have done with air con in the rooms though
J. B.
Rooms are nice and friendly staff. Do NOT go for their breakfast option unless you're literally starving as it's terrible. Better off walking 5 mins to Westfield centre and eating there.
T. C.
as the hotel is only a few years old everything is nice and clean, good sound proofing and surprisingly spacious rooms, as a bonus theres a lovely pub just around the corner in the shopping centre too!
J. B.
Staff very friendly, beds super comfy and lovely gentleman to greet us for breakfast in the morn, what more do you want!
M. V.
Friendly staff, came with few mates ordered drinks and watched football.
Really enjoyed
t. z.

Absolutely fantastic, the staff are friendly, the food delicious, the rooms perfect (love the personal air conditioning) and the location is brilliant with so many shops within arms reach! 10/10
K. P.
Brilliant. Food very good value on meal deal. A Must. Rooms good and bed very comfortable. Staff helpful
C. M.
Very good and well run hotel with very helpful staff. Great location for West Ham supporters attending the game from outside of London- 10min walk to the stadium
A. d.
Spent 4 nights here . I would highly recommend this place . The food was very high quality with short wait times after ordering . All the staff were polite friendly and very helpful . If I could give 6 stars I would .
J. C.
Location and price were excellent. Will definitely be staying here on future trips.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
P. F.
Although i didn't stay in Premier League, but I happen to cross outside every day, i can clearly tell it's an amazing hotel.
C. R.
Amazing hotel, comfy beds, amazing food would definitely reccomend and in a very convenient location.. good value for money!!
L. C.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent. Room was clean and well-equipped.
H. L.
Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Great transport links. Close to Olympic Park and Westfield shopping centre - on the doorstep to both!
B. C.
Very nice rooms, very lovely staff only gripe would be that the lifts take far too long to get to your floor!
G. E.
What excellent staff and service provided from the start of booking ing rooms are very clean and spacious food is great and well priced for London the staff were amazing and helpful they even checked how much it would cost by taxi to Victoria bus station on sunday and booked it for us they cant help you enough i would recomend this hotel to any one
J. E.
Great Hotel. Staff very Friendly. Rooms lovely & Clean. Fantastic food in Thyme Restaurant.
t. E.
Fantastic place to stay. Not far the tube and the staff will go the extra step to help guests.
M. T.
Great location, not far from tube and rail routes and not far from the A12. Literaly on top of Westfield and a short walk to the Olympic Park. Rooms are clean and comfortable but suffers that if you have inconsiderate neighbours you will hear them. Parking cheap at Westfield but can be cheaper at Stratford International at weekends.
L. G.
Usual Premier Inn. Part of the Westfield shopping centre so plenty of eating options. If I had to moan about anything, the shower wasn't very good at all. Otherwise a good hotel!
M. W.
Stopped here a few times with work, typical Premier Inn high quality rooms, really friendly and helpful staff, specially in the restaurant. Thankyou.
R. C.
Really standard Premier Inn, polite and friendly staff, food was reasonably good and the room had aircon which was a godsend considering that the windows didn't open!
R. H.
Good rooms, comfy beds, not the easiest to find leaving the underground station but that's the shopping centres issue for the lack of signage.
S. P.
Hard to find. Can't seem to access from inside Westfield. Slowest lifts in the world, only 3 shared between ~300 rooms. Have a laugh. Very long queues for breakfast.
M. M.
Great price for value, love their breakfast buffet and since they improved their beds you get a really good night's rest!
F. O.
Location is really easy to get to. Lots of parking if needed. Kept our bags for us when we got there early. Good stay.
I. C.
As you would expect modern practicable good night's sleep food and bar was good, security safe access good at Westfield Stratford good public transport links just found car park A a bit tricky to find on Satnav
A. D.
Very clean comfortable, and excellent breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly
M. M.
Very clean, tidy. Great access to Copperbox and Westfield shopping centre. Parking at Westfield £9.90 24hours, would.recommend great location friendly staff
J. b.
Ideally situated, very clean room, and great staff. Best breakfast ever.
J. B.
Great location and a great nights sleep. On the doorstep of the Westfield shopping centre and the Olympic park. Very clean and good service.
R.
Great location, next to Westfield shopping centre. I was on the 9th floor which had views towards the Olympic Park. Usual wide and plentiful selection at the breakfast buffet.
L. B.
Good for shopping and only a short underground journey in to London. Nice friendly staff, great breakfast and nice evening meal in the restaurant.
S. R.
Convenient location for transport. Standards as normal for Premier Inn. Only gripe is the windows are sealed shut meaning room is airless.
W. B.
Hotel fine but signs in the car park need looking at very poor
N. V.
Great custmer service and great food the breakfast is one of the the est ive ever had (in premier inns) the location is very ideal it is right near the over gorund station and right in front of westfield and stratford shopping centre where there is a tube station would recvomend the breakfast as you get your moneys worth sll in all an all round great place
L. B.
I went to this hotel not long ago for a week and It was amazing.Honestly I really loved it and as I am a child I got to eat breakfast for free. They have a huge bouffet fof breakfast, lunch and dinner.Breakfast is under 16's eat free. This hotel is highly recommended
A. D.
Value drinks and great views
s. o. 6. f.
Heating not working too many things to list😡😡😡😡😡😡
K.
Very cheap, modern premier Inn, fairly quiet on the 8th floor considering how close to Stratford station it is.
A. W.
Great location, nice hotel, however breakfast staff service need to improve a lot.
C. r.
Great place to stay, very close to everything including Westfield and tube/train station, friendly staff and lovely clean rooms!

P. V.
Service was very good and room as expected. I am a suffer of hard of hearing and would have preferred txt facility on TV
A. W.
Location excellent. Rooms comfy, clean but cramped for 4. No biscuits. WiFi poor.
D. C.
Lovely clean rooms...very comfortable bed...and a very decent breakfast
a. d.
Perfect location... even for central London... friendly staff ....book for breakfast and evening meal as it's nearly always busy
B. K.
The staff were the reason I found the stay so good especially Monica who was both obliging and efficient.
C. T.
Great Service and the price of the hotel was good too. Staff were very nice as always!
J. H.
Okay but not easy to find entrance
A. B.
I've never slept better. If you're coming for one - two nights this place will be the best.
a. A.
