U. B. S. L. Y. P. O. B.Stayed on Saturday 8th January and writing this review after fantastic service from the on duty manager and waitress on duty during the evening.
The restaurant was closed till the 10th January but we were too tired to venture out to eat. We asked the manager if it would be ok to order a takeaway and eat it in the bar area to which she said, "of course" seeing as the restaurant was closed. Our takeaway was delivered and within seconds, the waitress arrived with plates. Amazing service.
It makes a pleasant change to experience such service and was very much appreciated.
Well done to the two ladies who looked after us and thumbs up to Premier Inn.

B. S.Short walk from Tottenham Hale tube station with direct links to Central London, as well as a bus station with links all over the city. Short walk from many bars, food places and also a short hop from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Service is very good, staff were friendly enough, if maybe slightly quieter than normal, restaurant was lovely when we had food in the hotel, breakfasts are a must have as always. Rooms were inviting and clean, beds as comfortable as any other Premier Inn.
Building works were ongoing, and me and my partner were not aware of this prior to arrival, however - bar some confusion on arrival - the works caused no issue whatsoever.
A wonderful and simple place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit London.

Found a fabulous pub about 10 min walk away called the beehive I highly recommend. Great food and drink and lovely chilled atmosphere.
D. S.Hotel itself was good, however the parking is offsite, and not just a little offsite, it's almost a 10 minute walk, and that's if you can get a space. I arrived there at 15:30, and took one of the two remaining.
I could see this being a problem if you have children or mobility issues.

C. D.As always I know what to expect clean room. Good breakfast all u can eat. Cooked and traditional options were available. Tho the evening menu's weren't available to guests or residents. As well as the bar being unavailable in the evening quite frustrating.

Otherwise typical Premier Inn room comfortable bed adequate bathroom and tea making facility.
Breakfast was good. One downside no evening meal available and not much close regards restaurants.
My one complaint is due to work on outside, entrance was obscured and a sign pointing to entrance would have helped.
L. C.They're having the cladding replaced which is fair enough. But the entrance is terribly signposted blink and you'll miss it, the bar is poorly serviced and the breakfast was awful. Hardly any cutlery out and the food was slow. Room was well kept but mostly unhappy with this stay, won't be back based on this visit.
A. M.Excellent customer service from the night shift guys. Went out of their way to warm our son's milk and provided extra towels since we accidently put the 'do not disturb sign up' so did not get fresh towels in the morning. Highly recommended.
S. D.We stayed here for our daughters wedding and the room was clean and very well equipped and suitable for what we needed. Just one small issue we asked to borrow an iron and was told that they didn't have a spare as they were all out!! Luckily we were able to use our daughters but I did think that was a bit off not having enough irons.

Big issue was finding it, as the hotel signage is virtually hidden. Please put signage prominently so you can be found!
F. O.What a fantastic upscale experience that I never thought possible with Premier Inn. My friend booked this hotel for me and I was initially disappointed at having to go to a Premier Inn (the ones I'd visited years ago were just okay and nothing special).
I got here and I was very pleasantly surprised by the room quality, size and comfort and the staff friendliness. Joseph at reception was nice.
I was on the 4th floor and didn't get any noise disturbance from the main road.
Breakfast (which we paid £9.99 separately for) was a pretty good selection of hot options.
Will stay again. Value for money for sure.

N. K.I am impressed by Premier Inn Tottenham hale. I used to be staying in other locations, but never felt at home as much as in this location. The reception team is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and airy, beds are comfortable. The location is also great, in terms of access to the Tube(Victoria Line) and buses. The retail shops are round the corner. The only downpart is not having a safe or a small fridge in the rooms, but overall compare to the price is worthy. I will stay here again.
B. N.Does what it needs to. Very cheap for the location. Was perfect as an 'airport hotel' for Stansted, as there is an airport express service from Tottenham Hale station. Things were slow tho', so possibly deliberately understaffed to save money.

D. L.Three colleagues and I spent a night here when in this part of London. The hotel was exceptionally clean and followed covid restrictions. I slept very well in a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee were in the room. The bathroom had a soap dispenser next to the wash basin and a shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the bath/shower. You can walk up and down the stairs to avoid the lifts. We had breakfast and they seemed a wee bit flustered taking four orders for full cooked breakfasts but this was new to them and we all wanted slightly different items. Of course, in normal times, we would have helped ourselves to the buffet. The servers, especially Cristina, were friendly and helpful.

Our breakfast was great and Terry who served us was wonderful. She attended to our every need and was extremely helpful. S. I.The service is excellent from staff,they are always very helpful. I have stayed here several times for work but my last trip I was disappointed by the limited evening menu and portion size. Not sure why the restaurant is closed despite the fact that they can open with social distancing measures put in place. I don't mind having a takeaway meal to eat in my room but please ensure the portion sizes are big enough. My meal was like a child size portion and I was still hungry. This isn't good enough.

S. P.Clean, quiet rooms. There is absolutely no parking near the entrance at the moment due to massive amounts of construction, which could make check-in a bit difficult if you have a lot of bags. Parking is £10 for 24 hours near the N17 9FD post code, which is less than a 10 minute walk. The carpark had many cameras. You must check-in before you can pay for parking!
S. S.Don't have a room with an adjoining door, not very sound proof could hear next door on the phone also left TV on all night. If you want breakfast make sure you book it the night before.

Can't fault the staff whome are making the best of the current situation. Cleaners not allowed to clean room during your stay so if you require fresh towels, bedding, tea bags, coffee etc...you need to ask at reception where they are always happy to help. Rooms basic premier Inn nothing special. Dont bother with the restaurant on evenings breakfast is ok but bit expensive. There's no decent places to eat out within walking distance. You are better off order JustEat. Opposite hotel is Liddl, Iceland, burger king and greggs.

A. B.Handily located for what we were doing in London. It's quite literally a two minute walk from Tottenham Hale tube.
Our room was clean, but had what seemed to be a gap where there should have been a sofa. There was also only one towel, but this was readily fixed by the nice receptionist.
Breakfast was fine. There's a good selection, although the bacon and hash browns weren't brilliant, which is a shame. Plenty of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, etc though. Worth the outlay if you fancy refueling after a late night.
G. L.Good quiet hotel, good value for money, comfortable beds, near Tottenham Hale station. But windows don't open at all (there is some ventilation), shower heads are affixed (not handheld) and there was only one working lift throughout my 5-night stay. Helpful staff.

There was a group of us that came up/down for work and we were all meant to be in the same hotel, however there was a mix up and I was put in this hotel on my own, at first I was gutted but by my first night I was so thankful it happened. The room is what we have come to all expect from Premier Inn, clean and comfy however what made my decision to stay in the hotel on my own was very simply the members of staff, one in particular called Sarah. She was so friendly and helpful it was an absolute pleasure, for someone like me that isn't used to using the underground she was extremely informative and knowledgeable and basically planned my route for me. I want to say a huge thank you to her and also every other member of staff that made my stay perfect.
Only small thing I'd say is they didn't have Fish & Chips on the menu! But I can look past that for all the other amazing things they did have (like top notch customer service!), Thank you again and definitely will be recommending and coming back in the future!

When I was there there was a fair bit of construction work around so it looks untidy. For an 8 floor hotel to only have 1 working lift is quite poor - the second lift was out of order for the 3 days of my stay.

Rooms are a good size, nice layout (if minimal; very short on drawers and storage space, no desk, no phone etc) and the beds are comfortable. Good sized bathroom, good showerhead above a tub, good water pressure and temperature.
Housekeeping service is surprisingly awful; daily battle to get room made up; sheets aren't changed if you can get them to show up, toilet paper was never refilled and remained empty for days, and trying to convince them to leave towels was maddening and a daily struggle. They would leave one small and one large towel at BEST, if they bothered to turn up at all, in a room occupied by two guests.
I would have to go down to the front desk (the rooms have no phones so you can't call down) and request two more towels; the next day housekeeping (if they appeared) would remove FOUR towels, and once again leave TWO in their place - repeat daily.
Desk staff happy and fast to resolve issues caused by lazy or incompetent housekeeping staff.
Apart from terrible housekeeping experience, not a single complaint.
Again, front desk staff is excellent and couldn't be more helpful, polite, and friendly.

H. W.This hotel is generally very good. It is clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. The food is of a 'chain ' hotel standard. The only drawback is that their car park is part of Hale Village which is about 10 minutes walk away and not too good for disabled people. The adjacent retail park has rats in the car park although we were assured that measures were in place to ensure that the hotel was rat free !
D. V.The place was comfortable but there was low vibration-like noise probably from the train station through each night, I am a light sleeper so it meant that I slept badly. I bought ear plugs which helped a lot, I just unfortunately waited until my stay was almost over to do so. It's a convenient location though.They have a good breakfast as well.
P. S.Very kind staff. My key stopped working few times and the kettle kept tripping the fuse. I had to change a room. Nice and modern interior inside. Housekeeping doesn't speak a word in English. Regardless, I had enjoyable stay there.

Smart tv but not that smart as not connected to the internet. Restaurant is good quality food. Hotel is situated very close to the underground & bus station. Shopping centre across the road so plenty to see & do. Only down side is no onsite parking, parking voucher required & is a 1/4 mile away in Hale village, though walking back though village is a quick 3/4 minute walk. Is a carpark opposite (free for 3 hrs) to drop off luggage ere. Recommended.

R. W.Have stayed a couple of times and it's been great. Simple system to check in. Nice, clean standard size room. There is also a bar and restaurant with a good range as well as hot buffet breakfast in the morning too.

D. R.I had a very enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Tottenham. The rooms are big, the bed is big and comfy and with free WiFi that was a bonus. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated a three minute walk from Tottenham underground/train station and bus station is transport to central London is plenty. It is also next door to a retail park so if you needed and shopping done, it's at your doorstep, there are food shops at your door step too, so you won't go hungry. I would recommend the Premier Inn Tottenham and I would definitely stay there again.

D. J.Great place to stay if you’re just in London to watch spurs play. It’s a bit out of central London but you can’t beat the location for the game. You can just walk from your room and it takes about 20 minutes.
J. m.Rooms quite spacious, fast flowing hot water so taking bath (quite deep) ,shower a pleasure. Rooms clean. Futon Pull out bed if needed in room . Big firm bed also . Tv basic free view no free view e4 or film four but has got children's channels if needed. Smart tv so could mirror my Samsung s7edge but wouldn't mirror apple iPad or phone. Has got convenient panel under tv to plug in usb( photos only) or hdmi for films in device. Rooms has hairdryer and mirror in it. No iron in room but asked at reception gave me iron and an ironing board. So a plus there, as normaly iron only. Told I could keep for visit no issues. Staff And reception very friendly and helpfull , phoned taxi for me, no pulled face just smile and asked , anything else ( ironing board suggested; I did not ask for example) I can do for you after phoning. Various staff (team) members all same attitude. Food well priced for area, taste is always personal preference so say quality good. Only down side no local car park. We parked elsewhere and got talk there and back when left as knew in advance. Over road is 3 hours max retail park. Good local transport nearby bus station 30 seconds away. Local train/subway 2 mins walk from hotel. Advice oyster card can use on bus/train paid just under 9 pounds( zone system in place) for day travelled into London and back then went local area on buses. No need pay expensive center hotel. 24 hour subway depending where you want to go. Check first.

B. G.Nicely situated close to train station and the retail park provides a nice variety of shops to shop and places to eat. Only gripe is why only one towel (on all 4 days of staying) in a room with two adults - had to nick one off the cleaners trolley after coming back up from breakfast. Also, why would any person, unless a manky person, use a towel more than once? Also think that the bar prices are a wee bit high but suppose using London as an excuse is par for the course. And, lastly, tell the bar staff to stop throwing people's half drunk drinks away because they are out having a smoke AND because it's near the end of the staff's shift so they just want to get things cleared up and tidied away - more vigilance required here especially at the price for drinks.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Les chambres sont parfaites, plutôt grandes, et très agréables.
Il y a beaucoup de choix dans les chaînes de télévision (je conseille la chaîne 46), il y a une belle baignoire, une climatisation, les matelas sont très confortables, tout est génial.
Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, il y a la aussi beaucoup de choix, et l'ambiance est bonne. On y trouve aussi des plats typiques du breakfast britannique.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable. Beaucoup de sympathie et d'humour. Énormément de bonne humeur ressentie sur tous les visages !
Je conseille vivement cet hôtel, qui est en plus de cela très bien situé. L'underground se trouve à 100 mètres, le centre ville de Londres est à 15min,il y a beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à proximité (LIDL, KFC, BURGER KING, ICED LAND, PIZZA HUT...) et la circulation devant l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas abondante.
Les seuls points négatifs sont :
- La vue depuis les chambres, car les fenêtres donnent sur les magasins, mais bon, on ne peut rien y faire.
- Le manque d'aération dans les chambres, ce qui peut parfois dégager de mauvaises odeurs.
Globalement, j'ai trouvé cet hôtel super, et je le recommande !

Das Hotel liegt 3min Fußweg von der Underground station entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe gegeben.
Tottenham ist der 3. Gefährlichste Bezirk Londons, wenn man hier nach Anbruch der Dunkelheit durch die Straßen zieht wird einem schon sehr mulmig und kommt sich sehr auffallend vor. Der Bezirk ist sehr dreckig und die dort herrschende Armut ist nicht zu übersehen.
Zimmer:
Ein einfaches Doppelzimmer ist absolut ausreichend vom Platz, leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen, sodass es nach dem Duschen lange "muffig" riecht.
Die Zimmer sind vernünftig gedämmt, sodass man ziemlich ruhig schlafen kann und nicht zu viel Lärm von den umliegenden Straßen mitbekommt.
Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und man schläft tatsächlich sehr gut darin.
Service:
Die Mitarbeiter sind alle durchweg nett, höflich und zuvorkommend.
Frühstück:
Das Frühstück für 9,90£ ist leider nicht so der Hammer. Das hoch angepriesene englische Frühstück ist nur sehr spärlich bestückt, rührei sehr trocken und bröckelig, Bacon zu trocken, würstchen zu kalt und fettig. Die Zutaten des "einfachen" Frühstücks sind ausreichend, dennoch sollte man hier kein riesen Buffet erwarten. Der Preis ist hier schlichtweg zu hoch angesetzt für die tägliche Frühstückspauschale
Fazit:
Wer nur ein Hotel zum Übernachten sucht und sowieso den ganzen Tag mit der Bahn unterwegs sein möchte macht hier nichts verkehrt. Wer allerdings auf hochwertiges Frühstück viel wert legt muss sich einen Plan B überlegen.
Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel für den Preis völlig ausreichend, aber mehr eben auch nicht.

Rechargeable en bornes et aussi par smartphone. Par contre 5£ de caution que l'on récupére aux bornes Oyster Refund (nous on en a vu qu'à St Pancras Station près du point touristes).
